Speaker 2 (04:56):
Jennifer Lewis is on Zoom with us The Sara Mario
Lopez Here a new animated sports comedy Goat and you
play Flow ever since the owner of one of the teams.
What's the storyline for your character?
Speaker 7 (05:06):
Oh, come on now, Flow is a hot mess. Usually
I play the villain. I think it's because of my
deep voice, you know. But Flow, she's a shyster. She's look,
she's greedy, she's rich and she's greedy.
Speaker 1 (05:26):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (05:27):
She kind of just cares about herself and her nails.
She makes sure her nailed it down.
Speaker 7 (05:33):
She has the massages and the cucumbers over the eyes,
and she's all business, no compassion whatsoever.
Speaker 2 (05:43):
So a lot of similarities to you in real life, right,
Almara Lopez got actress and singer j General Lewis on
Zoom new animated sports comedies called Goat. And it's funny
that your character is named Flow because you were Flow
in the Cars franchise.
Speaker 3 (06:00):
So there have been rumors of a Cars four recently.
Have you heard anything on that front?
Speaker 1 (06:04):
Oh?
Speaker 7 (06:04):
Yeah, I think they're going to be doing Cars for
But you know what's more exciting about being in the
movie Cars being part of that franchise.
Speaker 5 (06:14):
Is there's a Car's Ride at Disneyland.
Speaker 3 (06:17):
Yeah, a lot.
Speaker 5 (06:20):
I mean, my voice will be there when I'm gone.
Speaker 7 (06:25):
And there's also a Princess and the Frog ride where
I played Mama Odi and I have to brag that
my animatronic looks more human.
Speaker 5 (06:38):
Than the others.
Speaker 7 (06:39):
Yeah, okay, And she's featured on the ride because you know,
Mama Odi runs it once again. A little sass but
a lot of wisdom. Yes, she's one hundred and two
years old.
Speaker 3 (06:51):
That's a good combo, right there.
Speaker 2 (06:52):
Wow, all right, a few more songs. We're gonna come
back with Jennifer Lewis. Don't Fria Lopez. You're catching up
with actress and singer Jennifer.
Speaker 3 (06:59):
Lewis this hour. And I saw that you're also a
new Audible original comedy called Big Age.
Speaker 7 (07:05):
Yes, yes, Kenya Baris Productions.
Speaker 5 (07:10):
You know, I love working with him.
Speaker 7 (07:12):
I Blackish was very successful, eight year run, and he's look,
he's a genius. He's family for me now. And when
he called, I of course said yes right away. But
I got to tell you, Audibles, when you're the star,
(07:36):
that's a lot of work. Because my character narrated the Audible.
Speaker 5 (07:43):
Oh my god, her name is Dot.
Speaker 7 (07:45):
You know, Cedric the Entertainer and niece Nash are the
other stars of the Audible, and of course you know
we're all good friends. And the chemistry in this audible
is it's electrifying, it's magic, and I loved working with them,
Cedric the Entertainer, it's just stupid, and I hope he
(08:07):
hears this.
Speaker 5 (08:09):
He's a hot mess. We had so much fun a
NISI and I good friends.
Speaker 1 (08:15):
So yeah, you're the full interview now on with Mario
dot Com. More Mario Lopez on.
Speaker 2 (08:20):
The way rapping up with actress and singer Jennifer Lewis.
You're all, Mario Lopez, before you go?
Speaker 3 (08:26):
What were you just saying before the break?
Speaker 5 (08:27):
You know, I gotta tell him.
Speaker 7 (08:29):
There's a saying called it gets greater later, and it
really does, Mario, And I'm gonna tell you one of
the reasons. Okay, little things don't bother you anymore.
Speaker 5 (08:45):
The stress. It's like, honey, go over there, right.
Speaker 8 (08:51):
Dotsy, yeah, bety, Honey, I get out of there. No
toxic people, no drama, no lies.
Speaker 7 (09:04):
And you have to know how to come to the table.
How can we set boundaries and work this out? And
a lot of people are not able to do that.
And I've kind of lost a lot of friends of
many years because of coming into my own and having
now the wisdom at my age.
Speaker 5 (09:28):
But you know, look, if you do it with love,
you're okay.
Speaker 3 (09:33):
Can't go wrong.
Speaker 5 (09:34):
It's got to be with love.
Speaker 2 (09:35):
Yeah, absolutely, I'm at that point right now too. So
I appreciate that Jennifer can. Good for you, Good for you,

Congrats to Taylor Swift, who once again is stopping the charts.
Grammy Wonders song opal I hit number one on this
week's hob Billboard one hundred, becoming her fourteenth number one
on the chart. She now ties Rihanna as a female
artist with the most number one songs on the chart
in the twenty first century. She also has nine number
(12:45):
one hits in the twenty twenties, making her the most
out of any artist to.
Speaker 3 (12:49):
Do so, did she surpass Mariah that Mariah still had
more in the twenty twenties.
Speaker 2 (12:53):
Oh, very specific in the twenty twentywell, which is the
last six years it is now, Taylor seems to come
out like a new album every ten minutes.
Speaker 3 (13:01):
So, I mean, she does drop a lot of music.
So that's why it's like Rihanna back in the day,
like ten years ago or someone. Rihanna was dropping albums
every week. Yep, drop it like it's hot.
Speaker 2 (13:10):

He still left off a lot of songs from his cattle,
so I'm sure it's gonna.
Speaker 7 (14:00):
Get it up.
Speaker 2 (14:01):
But I got tickets for us and the kids. I
think that's a friendly show that they're gonna love that.
