have traveled farther from Earth than any humans in history.

fan of the show before? What made you want to
do it?

To show that I watched with my family, So it
was something that.

At first, It's like, who, this sounds fun, It's something
we watched together. This will be a fun guessing game
for the kids and for their friends.
Speaker 7 (06:24):
So that was nice.
Speaker 5 (06:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (06:25):
No, it is family friendly. And you perform songs by Paramore,
no doubt. Ellie Goulding. Did you get to pick your
own songs or do they sort of sign them for you?
Speaker 8 (06:36):
It depends, but I definitely wanted to do songs with
like heavy female empowerment, and I feel like that was
a part of like Galaxy Girls vibe and just becoming
that character and really like living in this different world
was such a blast.
Speaker 2 (06:52):
Yeah, I bet all right, hangtied.
Speaker 1 (06:53):
Lots more to talk about it, including more about your
time on the Mask sing or quick Break.

were like, are you gonna do it?
Speaker 8 (07:22):
Are you gonna We both are like, yes, let's do
it for us. It was something fun and we're not
like in competition, so it was something we both had
a blast doing.
Speaker 2 (07:30):
Of course, Yeah, it still comes home. That's awesome, like
the moves and songs.
Speaker 8 (07:35):
Well, well, have a crush on scene ray watching it back.
But although we were doing the show and we could
not see each other at all, so that part was interesting.
Speaker 2 (07:43):
Yeah, that's a tread like.
Speaker 8 (07:44):
Knowing you're there, I can't see what you're doing or
how how is it going?
Speaker 7 (07:48):
That was also interesting.
Speaker 2 (07:50):
We'll have to get I'd love to go.
Speaker 7 (07:51):
Have a sandwich with them or hang but it was
not not the.
Speaker 1 (07:55):
Vibe off limits, off limits all right, Well, Ashley Simpson's

Speaker 2 (08:13):
How did feel getting back out there?
Speaker 7 (08:14):
I mean it felt so great for me.
Speaker 8 (08:17):
Doing the Vegas residency was such a blast of just
getting back there, getting back to performing, and this came
I was doing this right after, so it really kept
that momentum and I realized, you know, and then I
went back to Vegas.
Speaker 7 (08:28):
But doing that, I just like brought back such.
Speaker 8 (08:30):
A spark, like like, this makes me happy.
Speaker 7 (08:33):
This is joy, Like I loved to perform.
Speaker 2 (08:36):
Are you it's nice? Yeah, no, it's the best feeling.
Speaker 5 (08:38):
Are you.
Speaker 1 (08:38):
Are you planning on maybe doing more shows this here?
Speaker 7 (08:41):
Definitely?
Speaker 8 (08:42):
I think after getting that bug again, I know you're
a performer as well, Like once you kind of get
that bug again, you're like, oh, I like this is
this makes me happy. And you know, for me, I'm
such like a mom and a family person, but I'm like, oh,
that completes me. I like that part too.
Speaker 7 (08:56):
Yeah, definitely part of me.
Speaker 1 (08:57):

Speaker 8 (09:17):
I'm doing a DJ set, I'm doing diplo sets, so
that would be fun. I mean for me, it's a
place that me and my mom friends go to, so
my set would just be super fun and a place
where we can all, you know, have a great time.
Speaker 7 (09:28):
So I'm looking forward to that.
Speaker 8 (09:30):
And then I have Pride coming up, which I'm really

at this point.
Speaker 8 (09:37):
Yeah, all my friends, I feel like maybe it was
Coachella years ago, but now it's stage man.

On my finale on the last episode, my sister was there,
which was a blast, and my daughter. So that's hard
to have that moment with them, which is so cute
because they were filming as and clearly I'm nervous because.
Speaker 7 (10:58):
Doing that singer, you don't i mean, your mask is
coming off.

What out more of Courtney Lopez. Here was some quick
travel bus for you. Looking for a warm, exotic, romantic vacation.
Who isn't us News came up with the best places
for honeymoon's anniversaries or just to get away to rekindle
with someone special.
Speaker 3 (13:14):
Ooh, and the good news is they say you don't
have to go all around the world. The top five
are in the Caribbean. Their list is number five US
Virgin Islands. Okay, number four British Virgin Island.
Speaker 2 (13:25):
Oh so the brit owns some wheel owned some ya,
I got it.
Speaker 3 (13:29):
Number three Turks and Caicos, shakes and tacos.
Speaker 5 (13:31):
We love that.
Speaker 3 (13:32):
Number two Sat Bart's and their number one romantic vacation
is Saint Lucia.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
I've been there, there have you oo.
Speaker 3 (13:40):

Speaker 3 (13:45):
That was always a prize vacation on Wheel of Forship.
Speaker 1 (13:50):
Oh well, the Caribbean or the Caribbean, however you like
to pronounce it.
Speaker 2 (13:53):
It's all beautiful.
Speaker 1 (13:55):
It's just a matter of which island you really kind
of want to explore. Let's go about to I mean Imar,
Courtney Lopez, we were just talking about traveling. Well, the
price of gas is up eighty cents over one month ago.
Gas Buddy, an app All Things Gas, says our national
average price is four to twelve compared to three point
thirty two at the beginning of March. I'll take four
(14:17):
to twelve all day in America here in California, because
on the West Coast it's over five dollars a gallon
and six dollars a gallon just in California.
Speaker 2 (14:27):
That's insane.
Speaker 3 (14:27):
Triple A says, if you want to save money at
the pump slowed down, every five miles per hour you
drive over fifty miles per hour is like paying an
additional twenty seven cents for gas. You can also combine
your errands and do your grocery shopping in one trip
a week like I go every day because the kids
just eat us out of house and home instead of
(14:48):
two or three. And of course with summer not that
far off, you're the less you use your ac, the
less gas you burn, I'll.
Speaker 4 (14:55):
Just pay more.
Speaker 1 (14:55):
Good Tipsyomar Courtney Lopez.
Speaker 2 (14:59):
Time to dig it.
Speaker 1 (15:00):
Our mentions to see what's on your mind at Alan
Mario Lopez on Instagram, at on Mario on Facebook and
X we love hearing from you.
Speaker 2 (15:06):
Who's this from, honey?
Speaker 3 (15:07):
This is from at Test Cameron and they said, I
don't know why the nineties are back, but yo, I'm
here for it.
Speaker 2 (15:12):
Here comes a hot step back, Here comes the hot
step up up. I didn't even like that song in
the nineties.
Speaker 3 (15:18):
I'm the lyrical gangsta. Oh gosh, excuse me, mister office.
Speaker 2 (15:23):
Wow, you know that very good?
Speaker 4 (15:25):
You know why that's right? That is right in our
like nostalgic reset playlist time period. Yeah, like those were
when we were going to high school and stuff.
Speaker 2 (15:32):
That was a lot.
Speaker 6 (15:32):
I hated the song even back there more Mario Lopez

me just randomly scream out, David.
Speaker 2 (16:50):
Is the male Jessica the mail Jessica.
Speaker 3 (16:53):

It doesn't really matter.

He is any name.
Speaker 2 (17:00):
I've heard other names, as long as it's not their
name right exactly.
Speaker 3 (17:03):
And basically, when your child is having a tantrum, you
just yell out Jessica, but you're looking past them, You're
looking to a different part of the room, and it
for some reason makes them be quiet and calms them down.
It even happens to animals.

send it over my way on X at all Mario
Mario Coneypez a bound head out for the night, but
not before we squeeze in one last thing. If you've
been on social media at all lately, you've probably seen
plank challenges everywhere. That's where you hold yourself in a
plank for as long as possible. Well fitness experts say
(18:12):
planks are great because they work your entire court at
once and help protect your back.
Speaker 2 (18:17):
But good form matters way more than the clock. That's right, So.
Speaker 3 (18:22):
How long should you be able to hold the plank? Well,
if you're under forty, you should be able to do
it for about a minute ninety seconds if you're in
good shape, And if you're in your forties or fifties
like uh, then a good plank would be about forty
five seconds.
Speaker 2 (18:39):
Okay, I think we're in good shape, then I can
do that more.
Speaker 5 (18:42):
Mario Lopez coming up.
