Cleveland Clinics as researchers found a connection between the pathways
that signal pain in other parts of the brain, including emotion.

to themselves and others, their brain releases happy hormones, which
can in turn improve chronic pain, and the opposite can

the most impressive woman I've ever met in my life,

is so kind and generous and funny and such an
amazing leader. And I'm having the best time working on
the fifth Wheel because it's like hanging out with my girlfriends.

But because of that, I got to do fun stuff

like that that I don't think would have necessarily done
if it wasn't for our kids, because held the first
movie and this project came and the king like really
last minute, and we were like, oh my god, yes
of course. And it's like when we went to the premiere,
is actually my kids first time at an event.

That was their first premiere ever.

And when we were because they had us all on
like the crazy stage, like all like one hundred like
the entire voice, like one hundred voice actors on stage,
and because our boys don't really understand what we do,
they were like in the audience crying, like the kids crying.
Yet those were our kids going and they have no idea,
they have no context of like what we do. So

they were so confused why mom and Papa were on stage.
And so now when we go to Topia, they want
us to tell them the story about how we were
on stage.

Apparently, showing kindness can actually help with chronic pain. The
Cleveland Clinics as researchers found a connection between the pathways
that signal pain in other parts of the brain, including emotion.

They actually think they can create what's called a helper's
high to treat pain. They say, when someone is kind
to themselves and others, their brain releases happy hormones, which
can in turn improve chronic pain, and the opposite can
be true when you're not so kind.

does get heightened, and if you're in pain, that'll be
even worse.

Netflix alongside Kate Hudson. Of course, for those who may
not be familiar, tell us what it's about.

So Running Point is a show about basically, it's.

Genie a story.

She and her family have owned Lakers for many years.
They just sold they just sold it this past year.
But it's basically her story and how she came to
run one of the biggest franchises in the world and
the struggles of being you know, a female led franchise
in a sort of modern day, and also the just
the inner dynamming dynamics and workings of having your siblings

work with you and how crazy that can be. And
give such a fantastic cast there justin the Roue Scott MacArthur,
du Tarvar Jay Ellis. We have such a lovely cast
that to me, that project is like home, like.

A press day. They're like, what are you doing?

I was like, Eva is the last person to tell
me to like stop though, because that woman is like
the most impressive woman I've ever met in my life,
Like the most prepared director ever. I say, I tell
people this all the time that she prepped for this
movie the same way a mom preps for vacation. She
is there is no scenario that we could ever come

to face that she has not packed something for She
is so kind and generous and funny and such an
amazing leader. And I'm having the best time working on
the fifth Wheel because it's like hanging out with my girlfriends.
Like every day it's like, oh my god, the tea
that I got today.

Home every day with like a new like led face
mask or like you know, a new vitamin routine or
like a new lip gloss.

You're a black belt in taekwondo. Yeah, okay, in a minute.

I like I started when I was really young.

It was like an after school activity that basically, you know,
I wanted.

To do ballet.

My brother wanted to do taekwondo. My mom was like,
I only want to take you to two places. And
now I'm having children, I really understand that, and.

She's like the ballet. I was like sster taekwondo.

And then I my brother ended up quitting and I
ended up getting my black belt. Fell love that used
to compete and all of that, and like I started
working until sweet life really started and they wouldn't allow
me to do it anymore because I, first of all,
I didn't have the time and secondly they didn't want
to meet a like, you know, have a sprained ankle.
But because of that, I got to do fun stuff

like Wendy Woo and like you know, do fun silly stuff.

I know, maccaulay showed me pictures when we were there
of the kids, so he was quick to whip it out.
Speaker 7 (14:42):
And the funny thing is, it's like it's like projects
like that that I don't think would have necessarily done
if it wasn't for our kids, because held the first
movie and this project came and the king like really
last minute, and we were like, oh my god, yes
of course. And it's like when we went to the premiere,
is actually my kids first time at an event.
Speaker 6 (15:01):
That was their first premiere ever.
Speaker 7 (15:03):
And when we were because they had us all on
like the crazy stage, like all like one hundred like
the entire voice, like one hundred voice actors on stage,
and because our boys don't really understand what we do,
they were like in the audience crying, like the kids crying.
Yet those were our kids going and they have no idea,
they have no context of like what we do. So
(15:24):
they were so confused why mom and Papa were on stage.
And so now when we go to Topia, they want
us to tell them the story about how we were
on stage.

I'm like, whatever they gets you to go.
