is time for a quartos port. Today's case comes from
that Tabitha Samity. She says, I think my company in
turn hates me and is messing with me. Every coffee
order is correct, but mine mine is always wrong. And
she never makes any eye contact and just stares at me.

(00:58):
Want to ask her a question I mentioned to my boss,
who said, stop acting like we're in high school. Now
they're talking about maybe hiring her part time in the fall.

Speaker 4 (01:05):
What do I do? Well, She's just Tabatha. Chill what
you need to do.

Speaker 5 (01:10):
Don't be threatened by an intern.

Speaker 3 (01:11):
She's an intern, so you gotta you know, reverse the
roles in store. Who's boss?

Speaker 5 (01:17):
I'p showing fear?

Speaker 3 (01:18):
Yeah, like just Tabitha. I'd be Tabitha.

Speaker 4 (02:32):
We love hearing from you. Who's this one from? Honey?

Speaker 3 (02:34):
This is from at Mac Jesse Yo Will Quinn testifying
in front of Congress. Everyone's obsessed with female ice skaters,
new scream movie. The nineties are back, baby, Let's go
play some trouble Womba.

Speaker 4 (02:49):
You know what, Mac Jesse, You're right, the nineties do
seem to be coming back.

Speaker 2 (02:53):
And I recently read that gen z is now fascinated.

Speaker 4 (02:58):
With DVD's, CDs, actual.

Speaker 5 (03:03):
Physical digital cameras instead of it, and instead of just
using their phones, they want digital cameras and stuff.

Speaker 4 (03:10):
Maybe there is hope.

Speaker 3 (03:11):
For them, Maybe all the CDs I threw away?

Speaker 1 (03:13):
I know, right more Mario Lopez coming up, Mario Lopez.

Speaker 4 (03:18):
Here was some quick food buzz. Great news if you
love avocados like me.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
A recent study found that people who ate an avocado
a day started sleeping mat or overtime. Turns out, avocados
are loaded with trip to fan flow, late and magnesium,
all the good stuff your body uses to make melatonin
and chill out those muscles before bed.

Speaker 4 (03:38):
So maybe a little guawk before bed. I like that move,
All right, let's get back to the music.

Speaker 5 (03:43):
Maybe guak in bed?

Speaker 4 (03:44):
Yeah, oh no, they can't be messy.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
I'mar and Courtney Lopez forget doom scrolling. Twenty twenty six
is all about bloom scrolling. So we all know doom
scrolling endlesslie scrolling through negative news. Well Spring is coming,
so maybe you should start bloom scrolling.

Speaker 3 (03:59):
In dead It is the opposite of doom scrolling. If
you can't figure that out, you plant good things into
your feed, choosing positive, calming and inspiring content. Think cute
animal videos, peaceful travel clips, wholesome moments, creativity, or anything
that makes you feel lighter. People are embracing it as
a digital self care habit, swapping constant negativity for content

(04:20):
that boosts their mood.

Speaker 4 (04:22):
I like that.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
Nice Talmar and Courtney Lopez keeping the music and fun
coming your way. But quickly, Pordo, what were you saying?
Happened to you right before a trip to Italy?

Speaker 3 (04:32):
Oh so we've talked about before on here. You and
I were at sushi and we're sitting there and the
he said, is that your wife? And you said, yes,
I'm sitting right there, mind you, And he said why
is her face so small? It was the most awkward moment.
We just laughed. Cut to I'm at Target getting some

(04:54):
travel things for our trip and the woman ringing me
up just looks at me and goes, your face is
so petite, and I just start laughing and I and
she kind of had this look on her face and
I said, no, no, I'm not laughing at you. I
go and I started to tell her that story, and
she goes, well, it's just so small and she said, Unfortunately,

(05:17):
I'm Mexican and in our culture they would call me
horse face because her face was bigger. And she said,
she said, and I said, listen, I'm married to I'm
married a Mexican, so I know what you're talking about.
And she said, yeah. My mom would always tell me
that you have a horse that I have a horse face. Wow,
And I just always look at petit faces. But I

(05:38):
just it made me laugh so hard because this is
the second time, like, is my face abnormally small?

Speaker 4 (05:43):
But here's the thing.

Speaker 5 (05:44):
I don't think it's abnormally small.

Speaker 2 (05:45):
Here's the thing about Mexican culture. They will take your
biggest insecurity and make it your nickname, right, And I.

Speaker 4 (05:50):
Love them for it. Like you have a cousin Gordo, Yes,
and he's not even Gordo anymore.

Speaker 1 (05:54):
Mario Lopez returns after.

Speaker 4 (05:56):
This Mario Courtney Lopez, there was some quick health buzz
for you.

Speaker 2 (05:59):
You know that mid afternoon slump when a sugary snack
is calling your name. Well, experts say that sweet pick
me up might be doing more than spiking your energy.

Speaker 3 (06:08):
It could be messing with your long term brain. How
if it turns out the danger zone is between two
and four PM when your body struggles to keep blood
sugar steady. So cookies and candy might give you a
quick blast of energy, but that usually is followed by
a crash. But whole fruit is okay, and other good
options include nuts, creek yogurt, and apple slices with nut butter.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
Huh interesting, okay, jol Mario Lopez more music ed your
way after some quick buzz. First full trailer for The
Mandalorian and Grogu has officially dropped.

Speaker 4 (06:41):
I'm excited about that.

Speaker 2 (06:42):
Actually, Petropascal reprising his role of course as Mando.

Speaker 4 (06:46):
It's from the Disney Plus series, which is really good.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
He's gonna be joined by franchise newcomers Sigourney Weaver and
Jeremy Ellen White. Okay, this is going to mark the
first time a Star Wars film will hit the big
screen since twenty nineteen with the Rise of the Skywalker.
I'm all about the og Star Wars films. With all
due respect, I was not a huge fan of the
new ones.

Speaker 4 (07:05):
However, I love all the series.

Speaker 2 (07:09):
You love the Mandalorian, Mandalorian, Boba Fett and all of them.

Speaker 4 (07:13):
I like them all.

Speaker 2 (07:15):
And this is essentially this is that but in the
film form, in the film form, and hopefully they let
Jon Favreau do it. So I'm looking forward to it.
Mandalorian and Groguho is gonna hit in theaters May twenty seconds,
so Biane Moro, Courtney Lopez, and this is gonna be
the summer for concerts for the Lopez fan.

Speaker 4 (07:34):
Bam, honey.

Speaker 2 (07:34):
I don't even know if I've told you, but I
went ahead and purchased tickets for us and for the
kids for a couple of the shows, for quite a
few concerts.

Speaker 4 (07:43):
Let me rattle them off.

Speaker 2 (07:44):
First, Ariana Grande, which was a tough ticket to get.

Speaker 4 (07:48):
Gia didn't think it was possible. But it's gonna be.

Speaker 2 (07:50):
A dad daughter date night. I love us too, That's
gonna be great for us. There also Bruno Mars when
he's coming with my guy Anderson Pac.

Speaker 4 (07:58):
You know I love them. We did just see him though,
we did see them. But now there's a different show.

Speaker 2 (08:03):
Yeah, new music, different show, new music, and he's got
a great lineup prior to him.

Speaker 3 (08:08):
But I would see the same exact show I just saw,
by the way.

Speaker 2 (08:12):
And by the way, he still left off a lot
of songs from his catalog, so I'm sure's gonna get up.

Speaker 4 (08:17):
But I got tickets for us and the kids.

Speaker 2 (08:19):
I think that's a friendly show that they're gonna love that.
And then without the kids, we're going to see a
couple of legends. We're seeing Lionel Ritchie and earth Wind
and Fire all right. And also I just got tickets
to see Santana and the Doobie Brothers at the Hollywood Ball.

Speaker 3 (08:34):
Amazing.

Speaker 4 (08:35):
That's a four good shows.

Speaker 5 (08:36):
I think those are amazing shows. Actually, if you only
went to those shows in your lifetime, those would be
great shows to see.

Speaker 3 (08:42):
We have seen Earth Wind and Fire, we've seen the.

Speaker 2 (08:44):
Rights especially, but I've seen the Doobie Brothers. I've seen
the Doobie Brothers. Yeah, no, you have not seen the
dow Brothers. I saw him a long time ago, but
it wasn't with Michael McDonald. This one was with Michael McDonald.
And I just remembered Jelly Roll's wife, Bunny x Sod
just invited us to see jelly Roll and post Malone.

Speaker 4 (09:01):
That's another good show.

Speaker 3 (09:03):
Let's do it.

Speaker 4 (09:04):
Oh, follow up on that, Fraser, Come on.

Speaker 1 (09:05):
All right, Mario Lopez, We'll be right back.

Speaker 2 (09:09):
Raw Mario Lopez music rolls on as Fraser tries to.

Speaker 4 (09:12):
Make it weird with a random thought. What you got?

Speaker 5 (09:14):
You know, if you step on someone's foot, they'll typically
open their mouths, just like a trash can.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
I wouldn't try to drop anything in it though, No, no, no,
I wouldn't do that. That would be frowned upon. Unless
it's one of your kids. Then you can put candy
and what have you?

Speaker 5 (09:43):
All right?

Speaker 4 (09:44):
Dramar Courtney Lopez.

Speaker 2 (09:45):
Few more songs gonna fire up Zoom, So we get
shat with today's guest reality star and singer Heidi Pratt.

Speaker 3 (09:50):
Not only did she recently get revealed as the snow
cone that's so cute on a mass singer, but her husband,
Spencer is running for mayor of La So don't move.
Lots to talk about when Heidi joins us next.

Speaker 2 (10:03):
Sober Mario Lopez joining me right now on Zoom. Reality
star and singer Heidi Montag.

Speaker 4 (10:08):
Are you doing Heidi?

Speaker 6 (10:09):
Hello? How are you?

Speaker 4 (10:10):
I'm doing well? You looked great. Nice to see you.

Speaker 2 (10:14):
So you were just eliminated from the last season. Of
the latest season, I should save the mask singer. This
week you were behind the snow cone costume.

Speaker 4 (10:24):
Were you a fan of the show, How did it
come about?

Speaker 6 (10:27):
Yes, I've always been such a big fan, and I've
been in talks with them since the beginning to the
season one, so it was great that it came up.

Speaker 3 (10:34):
You should do this show.

Speaker 4 (10:35):
You would be so good at it. I get guessed
every year.

Speaker 3 (10:38):
There you you gotta do it.

Speaker 2 (10:39):
You're a good guest. Well you know what, I can't
tell you right if you do? Were you pretty good
about keeping.

Speaker 4 (10:44):
The sea great?

Speaker 6 (10:45):
I definitely worked really hard at it.

Speaker 4 (10:48):
It was so fun.

Speaker 6 (10:49):
It was the best experience I've ever had in Hollywood.
It was so positive and uplifting and I really tried hard.

Speaker 2 (10:55):
Nice Who outside of Spencer did you tell that you
were doing it?

Speaker 6 (11:00):
My Glambs squad because they would come on set with me.
So it was great to be able to share that
with them because I'm like it. But I'm getting unveiled
and unmasked. I'm gonna have the best glam got it.

Speaker 2 (11:10):
I was gonna say, because you're in a you need
a glamscup, But yeah, I guess if you're unveiled. Yeah,
you're right, all right, Heidi HANKSI quick break, We're gonna
come back with some more Heidi Press.

Speaker 1 (11:17):
More fun on the way on with Mario Lopez.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
Talking Mass Singer with Heidi Prad was hanging out on
Zoom with us this hour. You're on Mario Lopez recently
revealed as the snow Cone. So Heidi, what songs did
you end up singing?

Speaker 6 (11:29):
I sang when I Grew Up by Quincy kat Dolls,
Stronger by Britney Spears and then want to Be by
Spice Girl. So I was the quintessential pop prince.

Speaker 4 (11:38):
Yes, yeah, you had a few of them.

Speaker 2 (11:39):
I Hi, and I know you've been working on your
own music career.

Speaker 4 (11:43):
What's next that people should look out for?

Speaker 6 (11:46):
I have Supermodel that just came out last night, So
check out that single on it to.

Speaker 4 (11:50):
Your workout playlist, all right?

Speaker 6 (11:52):
And I have an album coming out in a few
weeks called Masterpiece.

Speaker 4 (11:55):
Nice. Good for you. All right, We'll hit up Allmara
dot com.

Speaker 2 (11:58):
To find out more about Heidi's new music and hay tight,
We're gonna have more with Heidi coming up. Maria Lopez
here catch up with Heidi prat this hour. Been talking
about our time on the Mass Singer. But you also
have a podcast.

Speaker 4 (12:10):
With your husband Spencer, the fame game. What kind of
stuff y' all talking about there?

Speaker 3 (12:14):
You know, it's really turned into like the political game.

Speaker 6 (12:17):
I thought it was gonna be more fame focused, but
it definitely has a lot of people in LA and
different issues that are going on, and a lot of gosh,
this volume and a lot of things going on with
rebuilding and palisades and everything.

Speaker 2 (12:36):
Mario Lopez quickly getting back to Heidi Pratt, who's on
zoom and your husband, of course, is running for mayor
of LA right now.

Speaker 4 (12:42):
How's the campaign coming along?

Speaker 6 (12:44):
He I think got all of his signatures last night.
He was out talking to hundreds of people, getting all
the signatures to be on the ballot. So one step
at a time. Obviously, I fully support him and really
excited for that and hopeful for LA because we definitely,
you know, want it to be as safe and great
as possible. So you know, he's got to make those
tiktoks inspired by you. Your tiktoks, by the way, are

(13:06):
on fire. They are so good, you and your wife
and your family, Like, my gosh, they're so good.

Speaker 4 (13:12):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (13:13):
All right, Well, hang tich, One more thing I want
to ask when to take quick break and come back
and wrap it up.

Speaker 1 (13:16):
Well, you're the full interview now on with Mario Doug More,
Mario Lopez on the way.

Speaker 2 (13:22):
Wrap it up with Heidi Pratt, who is hanging out
on zoom with us here with Mario Lopez and Hidi.
Before you go, we were just talking about your husband,
Spencer running for mayor of La.

Speaker 4 (13:30):
So what's been the response for you guys.

Speaker 6 (13:33):
It's been great, really supportive. I think people are ready
for a change and it's nice to not have a
career politician there. You know, he's not doing it for
the money or the glamor of it. He's really doing
it because he wants La to be a better place.
He's born and raised there and he wants it to
be how it used to be. I mean, we know
a different La and the crime and so much is
just out of control at this point. So someone needs

(13:54):
to come in and brain it back in and refund
the police and kind of clean up this streets. And
he is ready to do the dirty work and the
hard work. And the good thing about being so criticized
and borderline hated, as his former book says, the guy
you loved past hints to hate, is that We've experienced
so much criticism and hatred, so we are not afraid

(14:17):
of that and ready to dive in there.

Speaker 2 (14:20):
Yeah no, I'd love to take And you're right because
you need thick skin and politics and good for you guys.

Speaker 4 (14:25):
Well listen to everyone.

Speaker 2 (14:27):
Be sure to catch the latest season of The Mass
Singer Wednesday nights on Fox and check out Heidi's podcast,
The Fame Game on iHeartRadio or wherever you get your pods. Hi, Doi,

Speaker 4 (14:39):

Speaker 2 (14:41):
Your music rolls on as we let you hit up
Balimara dot com because we've got your chance at a

Speaker 2 (15:21):
That'll be a fun show, all Mario Lopez keeping the
music in fun coming your way as we take a
second to recognize some positivity in the world by honoring
someone with our coveted good deed Lopez he Ward, All right,
who's getting it this week?

Speaker 5 (15:34):
Crazier A stray dog in Louisville, Kentucky. When a three
year old boy went missing in Louisville, police launched a
massive search. They had a bunch of people on foot,
helicopters in the air. The search was getting pretty tense
because a lot of time had passed when an unexpected
lead came from a stray dog.

Speaker 2 (15:50):
Huh.

Speaker 5 (15:50):
One of the officers was searching around and couldn't understand
why this dog was barking at him like he was
begging him to follow in. So the dog led the
officer straight to a parked car and sat right by
the bumper, leading him directly to the frightened but safe toddler.

Speaker 2 (16:05):
Wow, Benji remember Benji? Yeah dog Yeah old kind of Lassie.
Lassies ish as well.

Speaker 4 (16:12):
Lassie.

Speaker 2 (16:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (16:13):
Last week Lassie was like saving people from crazy things.

Speaker 4 (16:16):
Lassie was not astray though. No, no, ben Benji was
a stray. Benji was a stray.

Speaker 5 (16:20):
That is true.

Speaker 4 (16:21):
This is true. Awesome story.

Speaker 2 (16:23):
See that's why dogs are awesome.

Speaker 1 (16:25):
More. Mario Lopez coming up.

Speaker 2 (16:28):

Time to play a request or two before I get
out of here. So if you got a song you
want to hear, hit me up at all on Mario
on X.

Speaker 4 (17:00):
I'm mar Lopez. Almost time to pass a mic, but
not before we get to one last thing.

Speaker 2 (17:05):
There is a speed reading challenge all over YouTube right now.
It flashes one word at a time, starting at three
hundred words per minute and cranking all the way up
to nine hundred.

Speaker 4 (17:14):
No skimming, no.

Speaker 2 (17:15):
Backtracking, just rabid fire focus. It's based on something called
rapid serial visual presentation, the idea that you can read
way faster if you stop scanning lines and stop hearing
every word in your head. The whole thing's only.

Speaker 4 (17:28):
Two and a half minutes.

Speaker 2 (17:29):
It's intense and surprisingly addictive and kind of a fun
way to.

Speaker 4 (17:33):
Test our brains.

Speaker 5 (17:34):
Have you done this?

Speaker 2 (17:35):
No?

Speaker 4 (17:35):
But I want to do it.

Speaker 2 (17:36):
Although I like hearing the words in my head because
I have to read essentially every day out loud.

Speaker 4 (17:41):
Yes, and it helps me.

Speaker 5 (17:42):
Just well some people, like some people don't have an
inner monologue, My inner monologue will sort of read it
in my head too, like as I'm actually reading along.
But I've done a version of this is probably not
the actual YouTube one, but I've done a version of it,
and at a certain point it is odd I stop
hearing it in my head.

Speaker 4 (17:59):
Huh No, I don't know if you're going to comprehend
it as well. That's the one, Well, that's the other thing.

Speaker 1 (18:03):
Do you do?

Speaker 5 (18:04):
Hold on to it?

Speaker 1 (18:04):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (18:05):
I'm gonna have to try it more.

Speaker 1 (18:07):
Mario Lopez coming up.

Speaker 2 (18:09):
All right, that's it. Thanks to Heidi Prat for joining us.
Also thanks to you for hanging out with us as well.
