certain things. There's certain deals that are tied into it. Yep,
So I can't really avoid it. I don't really need
a search engine, as as convenient as it is, because
(01:09):
I can always ask, like, hey, Fraser, look this up.
Speaker 4 (01:12):
That's true.
Speaker 5 (01:12):
You could ask someone else and do it. The thing
about social media now is certain platforms or more newsy,
so you could get news there instead of searching on wherever.

You're All Maria Lopez more music Edge your Way After
a quick look at the buzz, Whitney Houston still racking
up when she's joined the billion views club on YouTube
a second time for a music video from The Bodyguard,
I Have Nothing joins I Will Always Love You by
racking up over a billion views. By the way, I
Will Always Love You is actually on a track to
soon hit the two billion mark. I Have Nothing is
(06:22):
currently trending on social and hasn't been revived by a
current TV show or film, So no one sure why
the sudden job.
Speaker 2 (06:30):
You ready for the time change?
Speaker 3 (06:32):
Maria Lopez Here daylight saving time kicks off March eighth.
Gotta start prepping for that lack of sleep now. So
here are some steps to take so we don't upset
our body clock. What do we got alter your bedtime?
About three days before the time change, oh, so kind
of work your way up to it, Okay, like make
it gradual.
Speaker 5 (06:49):
Yeah, there you go out waking up fifteen minutes earlier
than usual the first night, then you do thirty minutes
before the next night, and forty five on the third.
Speaker 4 (06:56):
That should help you a little bit. Okay again, Okay,
you know it's on a week weekend.
Speaker 5 (07:00):
Right, Yeah, it's always on a Saturday night into Sunday,
so you can sleep in if you need to, or
you know typically yeah, or.
Speaker 4 (07:06):
You power through and get up a little earlier.
Speaker 5 (07:08):
Then you're just well you could do that too, Yes,
speaking of sleeping in, sleep in a little for a
few days after the time change to give your brain
a chance to adjust. If you get up too close
to going to work, you might not be able to
do that, that's true. And cut back on alcohol and
caffeine days before and after the time change. That I'll
help you as well.
Speaker 4 (07:24):
Well, that's not going to happen.
Speaker 5 (07:25):
No, I think the caffeine would help me.
Speaker 4 (07:27):
Yeah, no, I'm just not cutting back on either.
Speaker 3 (07:30):
More Mario Lopez coming up, here's a Grolls on you're
with Mario Cordy Lopez.
Speaker 2 (07:35):
With another reason you might want to put down your phone.
Speaker 3 (07:39):
Brain rot Basically, it's the feeling of your brain turning
to mush after a long social media binge. And while
it's not really a medical condition, experts say too much
scrolling can mess with memory, decision making, and mental health.
So step away from the screen or make a choice
and just engage scrolling. I can see being an issue.
(08:00):
It's something that you can learn from.
Speaker 6 (08:02):
Then it could be benefits to trying to find the
positives justifying it.
Speaker 4 (08:06):
You're like, I'm not putting down scrolling only when I'm
into that.
Speaker 3 (08:13):
You're a Maral Courtney Lopez putting the spotlight on my
wife because it is time for Courtney's a random.
Speaker 6 (08:18):
Thought, all right, So listen. Many things are embarrassing in life,
But watching the IG story of a random acquaintance fifty
three seconds after it was posted, that's kind of next
level embarrassing.
Speaker 4 (08:29):
I don't think so necessarily, because sometimes if.
Speaker 3 (08:31):
You're watching other people's stories, there's just pops up and
it automatically.
Speaker 2 (08:35):
Goes to the next person.
Speaker 4 (08:36):
Yeah, exactly. It could be an innocent deal.
Speaker 3 (08:38):
And it's also I'll tell you what's embarrassing is if
like you're trying to stalk your X and then they
see that you they see that for some.
Speaker 2 (08:47):
Reason, they still follow you.
Speaker 4 (08:48):
And then they see that you just viewed it.
Speaker 6 (08:49):
Like well, no, you can't watch a story of someone
you don't follow.
Speaker 4 (08:53):
Don't see it, they still follow you. That's no.
Speaker 6 (08:55):
I know. I'm say you've done that before, who you follow.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
I'm just saying that would be embarrassing.
Speaker 4 (08:59):
Yeah, that is.
Speaker 3 (09:02):
All Mario Lopez back to the music in a sect,
but wanted to mention this. If you think that aliens, Bigfoot,
and the loch Ness Monster are real, well or not alone.
New study from you gov says aliens have the most believers,
with fifty six percent of Americans saying they either definitely
or probably exist Bigfoot or Sasquatch.
Speaker 2 (09:21):
Those believers come in second, followed by.
Speaker 3 (09:23):
The YETI that's the same thing kind of yeah, yeah,
just the winter version. About a third of US say
UFO sightings are proof of alien spacecraft, but others think
they're natural phenomena, secret military technology, or optical illusions. There
was a really good dock called the Age of Disclosure,
where a lot of high level, serious people from both
sides of the aisle pretty much confess that they have
(09:45):
evidence and the government co signs that aliens are out
there now. Whether they're chilling amongst us, that remains to
be seen. But it did make you pause and think.
Ormrial Lopez, Amaro Courtney Lopez, no secret, and a lot
of us spend a lot of money on our pets.
I don't have ever added up just how much you spend.
A new survey by met Life found that the average
(10:06):
pet parent spend two eighty five dollars on their four
legged friends. That includes the cost of hiring a pet
sitter or boarding at a facility.
Speaker 4 (10:16):
Well, a lot of numbers seems low to me.
Speaker 2 (10:19):
That is incredible, though. And I'm gonna tell you why.
Speaker 3 (10:21):
My mom, who I got her a dog, hit me
with the bill, oh pardon me, the collection of bills
for her dog DULs for what? And it was substantially
more like a something yes, vet bills, this and that
me equal you got me the dog, I mean, if
you could help me out. So and I'm like, oh
my gosh, mom, oh Mario Courtney Lopez about to head
(10:44):
home for the night, just got to squeeze in one
last thing, hang tight for.
Speaker 6 (10:47):
That, got time for a request or two as well.
So you got a song you want a year, just
slide into our dms over on Instagram at on with
Mario Lopez, Yo, Mario.
Speaker 3 (10:59):
Courtney Lopez almost tying to pass the micd but not
before we squeeze in one last thing, some Guda news.
Speaker 2 (11:04):
If you love cheese, shea did there.
Speaker 3 (11:06):
Twenty five year study found out about fifty grams a
day of high fat cheese that cheddar Guda bris was
linked to a lower risk of dementia.
Speaker 2 (11:15):
Here's the interesting part.
Speaker 3 (11:16):
The brain boost showed up with a high fat cheese
and cream, not milk, yogurt, butter or low fat dairy.
Of course, dietary guidelines tellsty plenty of dairy, but the
low fat kind.
Speaker 4 (11:26):
So this now gives us an excuse to snack on some.
Speaker 2 (11:28):
Creamy barrata in Brie.
Speaker 4 (11:30):
I was already ahead of this. There's no dementia hit
in Casta Lopez. I love cheese, cheese it.
Speaker 1 (11:35):
Up, Mario Lopez coming up.
