All right?
Speaker 2 (02:46):
Who made the list version?

All right?
Speaker 6 (02:47):
So there's like one hundred people and it's not in
any certain order. But to dope queens call her daddy,
armchair expert with Dax Shepherd. Conan O'Brien needs a friend,
Dirty John Good hang with Amy Poehler, honestly.
Speaker 2 (02:59):
Call her add He's like a big These are.

Big, These are all big, and these are popular podcasts.
But the problem is who they left out.
Speaker 3 (03:07):
Yeah, they left out Joe Rogan in the Joe Rogan Experience, Adam.
Speaker 6 (03:12):
Corolla, those two, those two in particular, were like two
of the.
Speaker 9 (03:16):
First, yeah, two of the pioneers to really make it mainstream.
They were doing it way before anyone else, and it

Speaker 4 (03:54):
Honey, huh Yeah, we're gonna talk about a simple way
to build trust in your relationship.
Speaker 2 (03:59):
Ooh, important stuff. All right, back with Quarto's Corner and
tend don't move.
Speaker 10 (04:05):
All right.
Speaker 2 (04:06):
Music rolls on after a.
Speaker 3 (04:07):
Quick stop and a Courtney's Corner. Mario Courtney Lopez here,
what are we talking about today, Quarto.
Speaker 4 (04:12):
We are talking about key phrases that can help you
build trust. So studies have shown that couples who really
trust each other tend to say key phrases that support
their relationship.
Speaker 2 (04:21):
Every day.
Speaker 4 (04:22):
Experts say phrases like I want what's best for both
of us, or I appreciate that I can be myself
with you, or I trust you is another one, as
is we will get through this.
Speaker 2 (04:34):
Those are solid, Those are empowering, and I like that.
Speaker 4 (04:38):
Additionally, sometimes it's good to say and I say this,
go out and have fun with your friends, because research
shows that partners who trust each other don't feel threatened
by time apart. They understand that independence is important and
makes their bond stronger. I do say that to you,
don't you'd say it, but you say a passive aggressive.
Speaker 8 (04:57):
You do.
Speaker 2 (04:58):
Yes, you do, you know, Oh my gosh. And then
when I'm away, and then when I'm away, you.
Speaker 3 (05:04):
Start at cordos, start attacking weirdo and then but you
but you're not gonna do that anymore because you realize
that I'm ad a chance twenty five percent higher chance
of having heart attacks.
Speaker 2 (05:12):
You're not gonna eavens. That's a different segment. That's a
different segment.
Speaker 5 (05:17):
We'll come back to that.
Speaker 4 (05:18):
But no, but sometimes when you're like, do you want
to go to the Dodger game on Saturday? And I go,
don't you want to take one of your friends and
have like a guy afternoon?
Speaker 8 (05:25):
Don't? I K that?
Speaker 2 (05:27):
But I actually want you to go on?
Speaker 4 (05:28):
No, I know, but I do not say that passive aggressively.
I like you to go out with your friends.
Speaker 5 (05:33):
And she lets you. She let your friends come sleep over.
Speaker 8 (05:35):
That's true.
Speaker 2 (05:36):
They sleep in bed with you in a row.
Speaker 3 (05:40):
More Mario Lopez on the way wyld Courtney Lopez here,
let's put a spotlight on my wife.
Speaker 2 (05:45):
It's time for Courtney's random thought. What you got?
Speaker 1 (05:48):

Speaker 4 (05:49):
So I saw fifty cent making a sweater the other
day and I thought, gee, unit, wow, you.
Speaker 2 (05:55):
Know what you delivered? That pretty good? But I thought
you g you knit that was good.
Speaker 4 (06:01):
I was always a compliment with a criticism.
Speaker 2 (06:20):
All right, a few more songs.
Speaker 3 (06:21):
They want to fire up zoom to chat with former
America Natl Taylor Hicks.
Speaker 2 (06:24):

Speaker 3 (06:25):

some new music and find out all about it?
Speaker 2 (06:30):

Speaker 3 (06:33):

the winner of season five of America NOL. Musician Taylor Hicks.

Speaker 10 (06:40):

Speaker 2 (06:40):

Speaker 10 (06:41):
My man?
Speaker 2 (06:42):
Good to see you, man, good to see you.
Speaker 3 (06:44):
I can't believe this past May was the twentieth anniversary
of your idle win and you return to the station
perform at the end of the season. How do it
feel to be back out there?
Speaker 10 (06:55):
You know, it was kind of all came rushing back,
you know, being able to you know, it was in
a different studio, but all the nuts and bolts of
the show were the same.
Speaker 7 (07:10):
Uh.
Speaker 10 (07:10):
There was a couple of people that are still on
the show. I mean that's a testament to a show, right.
Speaker 4 (07:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 10 (07:15):
When you've got people that you saw when you were
on the show twenty years later still on the.
Speaker 2 (07:21):
Show, right, that's crazy.
Speaker 10 (07:23):
So there you know the Katie, the girl that actually
let me in during my cattle Call edition. Literally the
first producer Pa you know, that actually heard my voice
for the first time on IDOL. She's still at American Idol.
Speaker 4 (07:42):
Wow.
Speaker 10 (07:42):
So like she was the true gatekeeper, you know, and
she was she was still on the show. So those
kind of moments are really special, man, you know, to
be able to go back on and and see those
kinds of folks because they really, you know, you know
how it goes, man, You see people that really help
your career.
Speaker 2 (08:01):
Absolutely change your life right there. All right, Taylor hanging time,
We're gonna have more with Taylor Hicks.
Speaker 8 (08:05):
Coming up more Mario Lopez coming up, catching.
Speaker 3 (08:09):
Up with Taylor Hicks this hour. What's up you're all
Mario Lopez? And I know you just released a new
single as well, called The Mirror, and I like the
description Southern soul shaker.
Speaker 2 (08:18):
Tell me about the song. The song. I did it
with the Memphis Horns.
Speaker 10 (08:24):
I wrote it with a with a guy from Alabama,
Adam Hood, who's written some stuff with Miranda, and I
just decided, you know, I wanted to have a song
that kind of sounded like if Black Crows and Zach
Brown had a baby, you know what I mean.
Speaker 2 (08:39):
That's a good merge, right.
Speaker 10 (08:42):
So that kind of Southern soul kind of romping, you know,
kind of a Black Black Crows kind of feel. I
put the Memphis Horns on there, and it turned out
really well man.
Speaker 2 (08:53):
People like it nice man. And you also got another
one on the way called nineteen. When can we hear
that one?
Speaker 10 (08:59):
Nineteen's coming out? You know, I did a nineteen on
my lap on two records ago. It's a song about
a fallen soldier. It's gonna come out around around the
fourth for the two fifty for America. It's a song
that I do with the Opry a lot that's gotten
(09:21):
a lot of you know, a lot of praise and
believe it or not, Billy Ray Cyrus, I was talking
to him not too long ago at the Opry and
he actually released it. So the song's been around forever,
it just hasn't gotten the legs. You know, every song
has a story right and a pathway, So I'm excited
to release that thing.

study and overwhelmingly women chose bodies with the BMI between
twenty three and twenty seven. Therefore, the most attracted bodies
weren't lean or skinny. Would rather those are the few
extra lbs. Researchers say a little extra body fat helps
to circulate testosterone. Basically, a mid range BMI is optimal
