Speaker 1 (00:00):
On on with Mario Lopez.
Speaker 2 (00:04):
All right, here we go, Mario, Courtney Lopez back behynd
the mic fired up. Did we get to spend the
next few hours hanging with you? A lot of radio
fun to get into and a great guest zooming in later.
Riverdale's Madeleine Petch said to join us with this hoop
on her new horror flick The Strangers, Chapter three and more.
Speaker 3 (00:19):
Plus we'll take a look at the buzz to see
what is trending. Sure a helpful life hacker too, and
we're just a few songs away from squeezing in a
little Golden Globes follow up all that and more so,
turn it up, don't leave this station you're on with
Mario and Courtney Lopez.
Speaker 2 (00:36):
Yeah, Mario Courtney Lopez talking about all the Golden Globe
winners yesterday, But didn't get a chance to tell you
about all my fun on the red carpet. But I'll
tell you what, it wasn't too much fun getting there.
What's normally a forty minute drive to get to the
Beverly Hilton on a Sunday took two hours yesterday because
of the construction that was going on and the security,
so they made a difficult situation into an impossible one.
(00:59):
I literally had to get out of the car the
security line and walk two blocks and just sort of
shmoove my way through all the dogs and the police
that were there, or else I.
Speaker 4 (01:11):
Was gonna miss everything.
Speaker 2 (01:12):
It was so stressful, and the celebrities were even talking
about it too, because they had to deal with the
same age.
Speaker 5 (01:18):
Why don't you have to smooth the dogs? What were
you hiding on your body?
Speaker 2 (01:21):
Well the officers with the dogs. The dogs themselves didn't
require too much schmoozing. But I finally got there, and
when I got there, I had to hit the ground running.
So I didn't get to do my annual tequila shots.
Oh no, but Snoop Dog was my co host this
year and on the platform, and he had goodie bags
for everyone. Sure he did, and the goody bags sufficed
(01:43):
for the tequila and it was a lot of fun.
Speaker 4 (01:45):
He did a really good job.
Speaker 2 (01:46):
And it was and it was really cool. But because
of the new location, we were like in a tent,
not normally we're at.
Speaker 4 (01:52):
It was so hot?
Speaker 5 (01:54):
Was it humid? Oh?
Speaker 2 (01:55):
It was like a greenhouse, So everyone was swell treeing.
The women were talking about how hot they were. They
didn't have tuxedos on, so oh my gosh. So it
ended up being fast and furious and a lot of fun.
And I went inside to have some sushi and little
champagne afterwards, and then ended up going home. So that's
why you didn't have to cook last night, honey.
Speaker 3 (02:12):
Thank you, Oh, thank you.
Speaker 1 (02:15):
More.
Speaker 2 (02:15):
Mario Lopez coming up, You're Mario Courtney Lopez. Music and
fun rolls on as Quarto breaks down some of the
new things hitting TV and streaming.
Speaker 3 (02:24):
Hulu has a season three premiere of Tell Me Lies,
which follows Lucy Albright played by Grace van Patten and
Stephen DeMarco played by Jackson White as they rekindled their
tumultuous romance and time for spring semester at Baird College.
Speaker 4 (02:38):
Just in time for Spring.
Speaker 3 (02:40):
Lev TLC has a series premiere of Suddenly Amish. You
just wake up one day and Suddenly You're Amish, following
six modern non Amish individuals who leave their English lives
to join a traditional Amish community in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, seeking
radical change, purpose, or spiritual resets, all while facing the
(03:00):
harsh realities of Amish life, which is no phones, electricity makeup.
Speaker 4 (03:06):
How far is Lancaster from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Speaker 3 (03:08):
Let me just say this, it's it's kind of far.
But I would always see when I would drive from
Pittsburgh to Philadelphia for college, I would drive through Amish Country.
Speaker 2 (03:20):
I heard you can get like great furniture pieces and
some products and st butter.
Speaker 4 (03:24):
Well everything really yeah, right, handmaid.
Speaker 5 (03:27):
And super healthy.
Speaker 4 (03:28):
I'm sure it'll last.
Speaker 3 (03:28):
You never shopped there? And series premiere of Poll to
Poll with Will Smith over on that geo. So in
the new docu series where Will Smith travels across all
seven continents in one hundred days, from the South Pole
to the Arctic, pushing his limits alongside scientists and local
experts to explore Earth's most extreme environments and answer life's
(03:51):
big questions. Now, this seems really interesting, But what's more
interesting is that Will Smith is doing it.
Speaker 2 (03:56):
I was just going to say it does seem interesting.
Did not see him hosting This is fascinating, you're all
Mario Courtney Lopez just a few songs away from a
quick stop and a quartos corner for a fresh life,
acrot too.
Speaker 4 (04:08):
What are we talking about today?
Speaker 3 (04:09):
Honey cures for the winter boredom.
Speaker 2 (04:12):
H all right, I got a cure back with Quartos
fourn O ten, but it's not my corner. First one music,
all right, back to the music before you know at first,
gonna stop in a quarto's corner for a fresh life.
Speaker 4 (04:24):
Agri too.
Speaker 2 (04:24):
Mario Courtney Lopez here and has just mentioned today is
all about crying that winter boredom.
Speaker 3 (04:29):
Right, of course I love the winter boredom now, though
not as a kid, but absolutely so. During winter the
weather isn't always great. The sun goes down way too early,
so we've got to find some things to entertain the
kids indoors.
Speaker 6 (04:44):
You know.
Speaker 3 (04:44):
One thing our kids love to do is make forts. Yes,
and they make forts out of all the blankets and
all the pillows that are in the house. They don't
clean up, but they have a great time doing it.
You can have an indoor snowball fight. Just crumble up
some paper or socks and have an epic battle sots.
Speaker 4 (05:02):
You can have a good one.
Speaker 3 (05:05):
Got the kids a karaoke machine for Christmas and they
are loving it. So that's an idea which could turn
into a dance party. Yeah, an obstacle course, which the
boys have done before. You use couch, kitchens, boxes, chairs
to create a wild course to crawl, jump and run through.
Speaker 4 (05:24):
We're careful because that could end up an injury.
Speaker 3 (05:26):
I guess they again they don't clean up. You do
a science experiment like an old school volcano. All you
need is baking, soda and vinegar. Caird Indoor Olympics toss
cotton balls into buckets, long jump over pillows, balloon volleyball
shoot tying race.
Speaker 5 (05:44):
I mean it's a very clever.
Speaker 3 (05:45):
These are, like, you know, things that I don't want
to do with the kids, but I'm telling you too more.
Speaker 1 (05:52):
Mario Lopez Coming Up.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
Award show for fans is back. Mario Lopez. Here I
heard radio music. A war was going down March twenty
six on Fox. Voting is now officially open. Helped choose
this year's winners for Best Lyrics, Favorite K Pop Clab,
Favorite music Video, and more.
Speaker 4 (06:08):
For your favorites now at all my dot.
Speaker 2 (06:09):
Com Slash Awards, you are Mark Courtney Lopez. Keep the
music in fun coming your way. In fact, few more
songs than going to Fire up Zoom. So we can
chat with today's.
Speaker 3 (06:18):
Guest, Madeline Pesh, who you know from the show Riverdale.
Speaker 7 (06:22):
Now in a.
Speaker 3 (06:22):
Horror flick, The Strangers Chapter three, back to get the
scoop on that and more. When Madeline joins us next.
Speaker 5 (06:30):
Ubro mar Lopez joining me right now.
Speaker 2 (06:32):
You know her from the hit TV series Riverdale, actress
Madeleine Petch.
Speaker 4 (06:35):
How are you, Madeline?
Speaker 7 (06:36):
Okay? Well, thank you, Harrio.
Speaker 4 (06:38):
I'm doing well. Thank you. Congrats.
Speaker 2 (06:40):
You got a new horror film hitting theaters February sixth,
The Strangers, Chapter three. And you've been in all three
of the films. For people who may not be familiar
with the franchise, what's the premise.
Speaker 8 (06:51):
First film is a classicalm invasion film. We've got three
massed individuals trying to kill a couple in their vacation home.
Speaker 7 (06:59):
I guess you could say.
Speaker 5 (07:00):
I love a home invasion, love a little.
Speaker 7 (07:02):
Home invasion film.
Speaker 8 (07:04):
And then it turn, it takes a turn in chapter three,
chapter two, because my character is left alone in the
woods and fighting to survive and running away from these
people in a foreign city. And then chapter three, she's
no longer trying to survive, She's trying to win. And
so you kind of get to watch the real time
evolution of the final girl in these films, which is
really fun.
Speaker 4 (07:23):
Are you being chased by the same people or these
different people?
Speaker 7 (07:26):
Same people are relentless.
Speaker 4 (07:29):
They're persistent. You got to give them that.
Speaker 8 (07:31):
Honestly, if you could take anything from the Strangers, it's tenacity,
I should say more.
Speaker 2 (07:36):
Mario Lopez coming up talking to Strangers chapter three with
actress Madeline Page. Mario Lopez here. Now, you've been part
of this whole series. So are you happy with Howard
wraps up?
Speaker 8 (07:47):
I am. I think it's a devisive ending, but that's
why we make films. I'm really really proud of it,
and I think it's a really strangely intimate ending, which
is not what you would expect from a horror film.
Speaker 4 (07:56):
Okay, okay, I love the a horror film so nice.
Speaker 2 (08:00):
And I heard you a bit of a horror film
enthusiast to yourself, right, I am.
Speaker 7 (08:03):
I am.
Speaker 4 (08:04):
Give me your give me your mount rushmore of horror films.
Speaker 7 (08:09):
Climax by Gaspranella.
Speaker 4 (08:10):
Well that was quick off the time.
Speaker 8 (08:12):
Okay, it's my It's just my favorite. It's one of
my favorite films maybe ever. It's shot so beautifully, it's
shot almost like a shot in the water. It's a
it's a French film about a bunch of dancers and
a rave taking drinking this punch and taking these crazy
drugs and it just becomes like.
Speaker 7 (08:26):
This entire horrific drug trip. It's really wow. I love
claustrophobic filmmaking. I think it's really special.
Speaker 4 (08:32):
I think I've experienced that bic.
Speaker 2 (08:34):
One getting back to actress Madeline Patron Riverdale, and then
a horror movie Strangers Chapter three year on Mario Lopez.
And as far as this other movie I know you
did a couple months back, it's very very different rom
com correct Maintenance Required that's over on Amazon Prime and
we can.
Speaker 4 (08:52):
Still check it out. What's that one about?
Speaker 7 (08:54):
Oh?
Speaker 8 (08:54):
Maintenance Required is such a lovely little film. It's about
a mechanic, Charlie, who was running her dog's shop and
fighting to keep it open as a big behemoth store
across the street opens up to take all of her
business away, while simultaneously having an online relationship with somebody
and it ultimately being the person who's opening the street
across or the shop across the street, and the kind
of coming to terms with knowing and one of them
(09:17):
not knowing, and then having this rivalry in person, and
this kind of really intimate online relationship, and you know
it's an homage.
Speaker 7 (09:22):
You've got mail.
Speaker 4 (09:23):
Oh I love that film. Oh cool, And you've you've
produced a few of these, correct.
Speaker 7 (09:28):
Yes, yeah, I produce The Strangers and maintenance required.
Speaker 4 (09:30):
Actually, oh nice, nice, that's always fine. A lot of work.
Speaker 8 (09:34):
Yeah. I think it's really cool time to be an
actor because we get a lot more autonomy than I think,
you know, historically we've been getting.
Speaker 7 (09:40):
So it's really nice to be able to really have
a little bit more saying what you're doing.
Speaker 2 (09:45):
We're wrapping up with Madline page Mario Lopez. You're a
new movie is Strangers, Chapter three. But before you go,
I wanted.
Speaker 4 (09:51):
To mention this.
Speaker 2 (09:51):
You've got a couple of other flicks I know you've
announced recently. One called Pretty Babies.
Speaker 4 (09:56):
Is that one, the one about the teenage runaways.
Speaker 7 (09:58):
Yeah?
Speaker 8 (09:59):
Yeah, we just I shooting that and I just watched
the first cut. It's it's a really impactful, dark film.
Speaker 4 (10:04):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (10:05):
And then another one called Chasing Red. Is that more
on the romantic sign?
Speaker 7 (10:09):
Yes, I shoot that next week. I got to go
shoot that.
Speaker 4 (10:12):
Oh you're staying in town, are you?
Speaker 1 (10:14):
No?
Speaker 7 (10:14):
I am going to Saudi Arabia.
Speaker 4 (10:17):
Saudi Arabia. Nice.
Speaker 7 (10:18):
I was just there, not too wow, how was that
any tips?
Speaker 4 (10:21):
Loved it? It was that what part are you going
to be in Rihanna Alulah? I wasn't in that area.
Studios are yes with a studio.
Speaker 2 (10:28):
Yes, I've actually spent some time there, and I was
pleasantly surprised.
Speaker 9 (10:33):
Mario actually found a Mexican restaurant there, a Mexican restaurant
owned by someone.
Speaker 2 (10:38):
By somebody I went to high school with, which is
like so random, very first Mexican restaurant in Saudi Arabia,
by the.
Speaker 7 (10:42):
Way, and you know the person who owns it.
Speaker 2 (10:44):
Yes, my friend that I went to high school with,
so randomly, so crazy.
Speaker 4 (10:49):
Isn't that so crazy? You're gonna like Saudi Arabia.
Speaker 2 (10:51):
It's it's it's a really good time and the people
have found to be very nice, very warm there. So
congrats and good luck over there. Meanwhile, be sure to
catch man Lane and the new horror film The Strangers,
Chapter three, which is dropping February sixth.

Speaker 2 (11:23):
Amrio Courtney Lopez music rolls on as Cordo tries to
make us think.
Speaker 4 (11:27):
With a random thought. Oh what you got?
Speaker 3 (11:29):
So when I drive g at a school, there's this
tree and every morning I tell her I love that tree,
Like I've never been.
Speaker 5 (11:36):
A tree person, a tree person.
Speaker 3 (11:37):
There there's a tree. But then it got me thinking.
I started looking at other trees, and do you think
trees talk about each other?
Speaker 5 (11:46):
Like they're like they're like the body shame.
Speaker 3 (11:49):
The body shame exactly how humans are. I think they
do because every tree is a different shape in size.
I actually saw a tree that reminded me of a friend.
I'm not going to go I'm not gonna name who
was it. But then I just does that.
Speaker 5 (12:02):
Mean it's more of a bush?
Speaker 4 (12:03):
Wow?
Speaker 5 (12:04):
What does that mean?
Speaker 2 (12:05):
Well, you think a big, full, chubby tree. You're not
thinking a twig.
Speaker 4 (12:09):
Well there are some we have friends though, Yeah, that.
Speaker 3 (12:13):
Are skinny in the bottom and up top it gets
a little wider.
Speaker 10 (12:16):
See all the time, I think they talk smack all right,
I got some January twelve birthdays to shout out.
Speaker 2 (12:35):
Shortly, more im Courtney Lopez here in the meantime, more music,
and I think we're gonna go ahead and squeeze in
today's obscure holiday.
Speaker 4 (12:41):
What are we celebrating today?
Speaker 3 (12:42):
Honey? It is National Sticker Day, and I'd like to
shout out to Lisa Frank, huge brand in the eighties
of stickers, of stickers, of everything. It's so nostalgia.
Speaker 5 (12:56):
There were sticker brands that were I don't remember.
Speaker 3 (12:58):
That, Lisa Frank.
Speaker 4 (13:00):
Yes, all right, all right, Lisa Frank, there you go.
Speaker 2 (13:04):
You're all borrow Courtney Lopez. It's time for today's celebrity birthdays.
As always, Rays was going to shout him out. We're
gonna try to.
Speaker 4 (13:09):
Guess the ages. What do we got?
Speaker 9 (13:10):
Liam Hemsworth from the Hunger Game Stores, Brotherttle Brother Thors Brother,
Miley's X.
Speaker 4 (13:17):
Yeah, I'm gonna say he is thirty.
Speaker 9 (13:19):
Four, thirty three, thirty six, thirty six Orlando Bloom, Katy
Perry's X also Empirates the Caribbean and stuff fifty forty six,
forty nine. Seanda Rhymes. I think she does everything on ABC. Yes, U,
Shonda Rhymes Gray's Anatams has been on for ninety eight.
Speaker 4 (13:41):
Years, exactly. She's got to be fifty three.
Speaker 3 (13:44):
If it's been on for ninety eight years, then she
must be one hundred and thirty.
Speaker 9 (13:48):
She's fifty six, Okay, the show started before her. Patrick
Dempsey from Gray's Anatomy.
Speaker 3 (13:52):
Oh, they share a birthday Mixed.
Speaker 5 (13:54):
Steamy dream Dreamy, which is with yeah.
Speaker 3 (13:58):
McDreamy, was there mc steamy? It wasn't mix Steeman, that
was Eric Dayan.
Speaker 5 (14:03):
Yes, oh yeah, that's right.
Speaker 3 (14:04):
Used to be a huge fan of that show.
Speaker 6 (14:08):
Patrick Dempsey is fifty eight, sixty one, sixty sixth level
and from Veep End of Course, Seinfell, Julia, Luis Dreyfuss
sixty one, sixty four, sixty.
Speaker 1 (14:22):
Five more, Mario Lopez coming up.
Speaker 5 (14:27):
Joel Mark Cordon Lopez.
Speaker 4 (14:28):
Only a few weeks into the new year, and we
may already.
Speaker 2 (14:31):
Have a candidate for Word of the Year. Choppel ganger.
That term is a mashup of chop, which the kids
use as slang for ugly.
Speaker 5 (14:41):
Adults use it too, let's be fair, well.
Speaker 2 (14:43):
I guess now, yeah, And doppelganger, which is a person
who looks like you, so it's not a compliment a
choppel ganger?
Speaker 1 (14:48):
Is it?
Speaker 4 (14:49):
Lookike, who's basically you but slightly worse cold?
Speaker 2 (14:52):
As I started back in May when someone misread Doppelganger
as Choppelganger in a TikTok caption, it went viral and
soon all kinds of social media poster using the term
mocking their friends and bosses.
Speaker 5 (15:04):
I kind of like it.
Speaker 4 (15:05):
You have a Doppelganger, but that he's chopped. You got
a chopple Ganger.
Speaker 3 (15:09):
It's actually pretty clever, it is. It's a clever danger.
Speaker 2 (15:15):
All right, A few more songs and I'm going to
dig into our mentions. Mario Lopez here, love hearing from
your questions, comments, random thoughts, whatever you got. Hit us
up at all with Mario on Facebook and x at

X add all Mario Lopez on IG Love hearing from you,
Mario Courtney Lopez.
Speaker 4 (15:36):
Here would you find in our mentions? Honey?
Speaker 3 (15:38):
This is from at Jeremy Darson and he said, tons
of names in my phones are Kenny Landlord and mic Electric. Well,
we Pete do not answer, and just realized how Anglo surnames.
Speaker 4 (15:49):
Have always began so funny.
Speaker 5 (15:52):
You know what.
Speaker 4 (15:53):
I do that with Jeremy Darson. I do that in
my phone with people that aren't going to be in
my life very long.
Speaker 5 (15:59):
They're temporar. It's temporary.
Speaker 2 (16:00):
So I don't really like yesterday when I took a
car service, I put.
Speaker 9 (16:04):
Carlos driver, Yeah, because he's just the driver. They're in
there temporarily in their labels.
Speaker 4 (16:09):
Right exactly, you know what I mean?
Speaker 2 (16:11):
Or I had the other guy, like John pre corps,
which are the machines we have in the gym right there,
because I know I'm not going to use them that.
Speaker 5 (16:19):
But do you erase them out later or do you
leave them in forever?
Speaker 1 (16:22):
No?
Speaker 4 (16:22):
I leave them in because in case something breaks down
in the pre corps.
Speaker 5 (16:25):
Yeah, then you have it, you know, so you can
look up the brand and find the guy.
Speaker 4 (16:28):
Correct, because if.
Speaker 3 (16:29):
You put John's last name, you're.
Speaker 5 (16:30):
Not You're not gonna remember that dude's name.
Speaker 4 (16:32):
But I do take the driver out because I'm always
getting new.
Speaker 5 (16:36):
Well, yeah, that can get confusing. That gets confusing.
Speaker 1 (16:38):
Yes more Mario Lopez on the way.
Speaker 2 (16:41):
Oh, Mario Corney Lopez seems like only yesterday I was
in New York City lighting the iconic Rockefeller Center tree.
But it's about to go dark, turning the lights off
this weekend and then it moves on to yet another
special tradition. So I think that should indicate that you
should be done wishing people a happy New Year.
Speaker 5 (16:58):
And I think it means you should take down your
Christmas stuff. Correct, I'm talking to myself because I got it,
and I'm doing that this weekend. Now that's exactly it's
what what is that?
Speaker 4 (17:07):
The second week? Two weeks after New Yeah, two weeks.
I think two weeks is appropriate. After two weeks, you
got to take down the Christmas de core, and you
gotta stop saying Happy New York.
Speaker 5 (17:16):
If you say Happy New Year on Monday, I'm finding you.
Speaker 3 (17:19):
I took down the Christmas day core right after Christmas because,
like I said, it's I had time off and I
had to do it. But yesterday, the twelfth, every the
outdoor stuff came down.
Speaker 4 (17:27):
So that was before this core. We're right in time.
Speaker 3 (17:30):
So the tree from Rockefeller Center is now cut down
and its lumber is milled into two by four and
two by six beams, all branded with the Rockefeller Center
stamped they donate the lumber to habitat for humanity, and
those those beams soon become a part of habitat family
homes built everywhere from New York to Mississippi. So it's
(17:51):
great to see that this tree just.
Speaker 5 (17:53):
Keeps on living.
Speaker 3 (17:55):
Well, it's dead, but yeah, but it's living with humans.
Speaker 2 (18:00):
Yes, Keeping the music and fun coming your way. Mario
Courtney Lopez. Here got a song you want to hear.

Speaker 2 (18:15):
New year means ushering in new trends, but twenty twenty
six seems to be saying goodbye to a favorite trend
that women have been loving for decades.
Speaker 4 (18:22):
Leggings.
Speaker 2 (18:23):
You're all, Mario Courtney Lopez, sales of leggings or down.
Even Lululemon has gone through layoffs.
Speaker 4 (18:29):
Whoa you still rock them? Honey? What to workout?
Speaker 9 (18:32):
You were in that cult about leggings or you worked
with that guy from the cult about leggings. There's that
whole documentary about it.
Speaker 5 (18:39):
Oh, oh Lulu LaRue.
Speaker 4 (18:41):
Yeah whatever it was right?
Speaker 3 (18:42):
Yes, you know, no, I think there's just a different
way of styling legings now. I mean, I think there's
other styles that are more trendy right now and in style.
Speaker 2 (18:54):
Well, funny as you say that, if you still rock leggings,
you're considered a boomer.
Speaker 5 (18:58):
So what's replacing leggings?
Speaker 2 (19:01):
BWP, big workout pants, baggy, boxy, loose and low rise.
Speaker 4 (19:05):
Yes, I like that look.
Speaker 5 (19:06):
I like that look too, for sure.
Speaker 3 (19:07):
But leggings will always be in.
Speaker 4 (19:09):
They recycle.
Speaker 1 (19:11):
Mario Lopez will be right back.
Speaker 4 (19:13):
Yomar Courtney Lopez.
Speaker 2 (19:15):
Not sure if you're aware, but it is national Pizza Wee.
Plenty of restaurants are offering up deals to celebrate. Here
are a few Pizza.
Speaker 3 (19:23):
Hut my favorite has there sixteen inch big New Yorkers
for ten dollars.
Speaker 5 (19:28):
A lot of accents in that sentence.
Speaker 3 (19:29):
I know it was like pizza pizza.
Speaker 4 (19:32):
Huad are dominoes that Kim hates?
Speaker 5 (19:34):
Oh no, no, Kim hates.
Speaker 9 (19:35):
Kim hates pizza because he came to your house once
and you guys had Pizza Hut ordered and he wouldn't
shut up about that for weeks.
Speaker 5 (19:42):
Yeah, how terrible it was.
Speaker 4 (19:43):
I don't think it's bad, Like no, it's.
Speaker 5 (19:45):
Good that pizza hut.
Speaker 3 (19:47):
I grew up in walking distance to a pizza hut,
so that's part of my childhood. When I have that
and this special chocolate from home. Those are two things
that remind me of my child And.
Speaker 4 (19:58):
I don't think Pizza's but the piza this is good.
Speaker 3 (20:00):
It's not like it's not good.
Speaker 5 (20:02):
Well, Kim just don't know.
Speaker 4 (20:03):
It's a little slander. It's awful.
Speaker 3 (20:05):
Domino's has a one topping pizza for under eight dollars.
California Pizza Kitchen has five dollars pizza deal to rewards members.
I love CPK.
Speaker 2 (20:15):
CPK reminds me of the nineties so much because my
go to move was getting there was one wrap on
my apartment when I had it, was getting the California
Barbecue Chicken.
Speaker 4 (20:25):
The oh yeah pizza.
Speaker 5 (20:26):
That's a great pizza. That's a great I love that pizza.
And you see it made to.
Speaker 4 (20:30):
Think you're like you act like you're in Italy or something.
It's right for it just tastes.
Speaker 9 (20:34):
This is something about the decor of that of California
Pizza Kitchen as well that feels nineties like everything about it.
Speaker 8 (20:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (20:40):
I used to also have the potato leak soup.
Speaker 2 (20:43):
Wh and it was like a really almost like oatmeal,
but that with a California barbecue pizza.
Speaker 3 (20:49):
For some reason, I and can I just say that
to this day, I still buy California Pizza Kitchen a
frozen pizza from the grocery store for the kids, and
it is delicious.
Speaker 5 (20:59):
Let me recommend screen in Sicilian. It is the best
frozen pizza you'll ever buy.
Speaker 4 (21:02):
Oh I'm not Sicilian.
Speaker 11 (21:04):
All right, let's get back to the music. You're not
screaming either, Mario Lopez. Here are getting close to the
end of our radio fun. Just one last thing to
get to, plus probably enough time to play a request
or two before I get out of here.
Speaker 4 (21:16):
So if you got a song you want to hear,
hit me up at all and Mario on X.
Speaker 2 (21:22):
You're on, Mario Courtney Lopez. Almost time to pass the mike.
But now before we get to one last thing. Sixty
nine years ago today, in nineteen fifty seven, the world
was introduced.
Speaker 4 (21:33):
To the frisbee. Wow, that is a fun fact.
Speaker 5 (21:36):
What an awesome toy because it is a toy and simple.
Speaker 3 (21:40):
I was just gonna say, it's so simple that anybody
can do it well.
Speaker 2 (21:44):
Now the frisbees have come a long way. You can
really hurl those things, and they have a fun little
sport called frisbee golf which I played.
Speaker 5 (21:51):
It is fun, so much fun.
Speaker 4 (21:53):
So yeah, shout out to the frisbee.
Speaker 1 (21:55):
More Mario Lopez coming up.
Speaker 2 (21:57):
