make fun of it. And I'm one of the kids,

IM like this emo kid. I don't want to be there,

these guys did get in trouble and they go to
this camp. It happens to be a Christian camp and
they serve their community service there and it's very eye
opening for them. So they end up turning their life

to be our son, and we could.

Not happen to be. It happens to be for listeners,
who may not be familiar.

And uh, he has a movie that is going to
be in theaters this week for one week only before
it starts streaming, called Bad Counselors. We've seen it. It's
great funny. The whole family can watch it. Want you
to tell us about it and tell us about your character.

Nico well off that it was just such a fun
film to like to film, and I made a lot
of really good friendships there.
Speaker 3 (20:41):
And you shot it in uh, North Carolina.
Speaker 7 (20:44):
So like almost all of our scenes were like in
the woods, and it was just it was just crazy,
like I we don't usually shoot there. And basically it's
about these these the college guys and they get in
these chart with the police and then they have to
do like service hours and they have to and it
has to do with like being Catholic in the church,
and it's a comedy because they like make fun of
it and it's super funny. And then they have to
do this camp that they're like, oh, it's going to
(21:05):
be easy, but it turns out to be like an
insanely Catholic camp that they don't like and they just
make fun of it. And I'm one of the kids,
like the main group of kids. My name is Shadow.
IM like this emo kid. I don't want to be there,
but yeah, that's kind of what it's about.
Speaker 3 (21:21):
And this is actually based on a true story where
these guys did get in trouble and they go to
this camp. It happens to be a Christian camp and
they serve their community service there and it's very eye
opening for them. So they end up turning their life
around and kind of getting inspired with their faith and
the kids really do have a big impact.
Speaker 2 (21:41):

You'll have to see. Yeah, So it is called Bad Counselors.
It is in theaters this week July twenty second through
