a few songs away from a random question, So turn

(00:23):
it up.

Speaker 3 (00:24):
You're on with Mario and Courtney Lopez.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
All right, let's get to a random question with a
Mario Courtney Lopez here, which you got Quardo?

Speaker 4 (00:31):
Would you rather only be able to wash your hair
twice a year? I would die. I would die, or
only be able to check your phone once a day?

Speaker 3 (00:40):
He would die. This is easy. You would die. You
check it once a day.

Speaker 2 (00:45):
That's the easiest thing, and that would be such a
healthy exercise. The only reason I'm on my phone so much, as.

Speaker 3 (00:51):
You all stop?

Speaker 1 (00:52):
What doc?

Speaker 3 (00:53):
Can I answer?

Speaker 2 (00:54):
You?

Speaker 3 (00:54):
Stop?

Speaker 2 (00:55):
The only reason I'm on my phone so much is
because I don't use a computer.

Speaker 4 (00:59):
I don't need.

Speaker 3 (01:00):
That's why you're on your phone a lot too.

Speaker 4 (01:02):
You yell at me for never being on my phone.

Speaker 3 (01:04):
I'm on multiple screens at once, so I know, so.

Speaker 2 (01:07):
If I was on a computer, I wouldn't even need
to be on my phone as much because most people.

Speaker 5 (01:11):
Well you say that, but like, I'm on a computer
a lot, but I'm also on my phone a lot,
because you kind of do stuff on both.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
But can't you do everything from your phone? Can't you
do everything that you could do on your phone on
your computer? Basically, I mean pretty much, but you're That's
what I'm saying. I can like doom scroll Instagram, Kim
does well, yeah.

Speaker 4 (01:28):
That does Die Graham on a laptop and it's weird.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
It's weird, it's odd. Kim my friend does, he does
Kim Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
So uh no, no, no, I gotta wash my hair anything
that has to do with hygiene.

Speaker 4 (01:38):
I wash my hair every day more.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
Mario Lopez coming up a Courtney Lopez and something I
want to bring up, and you know what, you follacely.
I know where I've had it because last night we
have our shows we watched together and I was dead
tired because that had a really long day, had a
bunch of stuff to do with the kids afterwards, but.

Speaker 3 (02:00):
I stayed up.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
Excuse me, hold on a second, hold on a second story,
Lopez of stuff to do with the kids afterwards, you'll
have a chance to And I said, are.

Speaker 3 (02:11):
You awake enough?

Speaker 4 (02:12):
And she says the time I was.

Speaker 2 (02:14):
See hold on there and lies a problem. So I
was like, Okay, in my mind, I'm gonna suck it up.
I'm gonna watch it with her.

Speaker 4 (02:21):
So we're like I was like, forcing you to well,
because had you said actually a little tired?

Speaker 3 (02:26):
I said, no problem, s wait till tomorrow because I
could have got a been early. I was really tired.
Mind you, it's an hour long. So we're there. I'm struggling,
but I'm keeping open to watching. And I see you
and ask for like three times. You still awake, You're
still wait uh huh uh huh. I look down. Her
eyes are closed. I'm so mad. You missed everything.

Speaker 4 (02:43):
I'm so mad, I said, that's everything.

Speaker 3 (02:45):
I said, that's it.

Speaker 2 (02:46):
I said, we're not doing this anymore. If I feel
tired a little bit from now on, we're just not
going to watch.

Speaker 3 (02:51):
I'm not going to try to suck it up.

Speaker 5 (02:52):
And you know, you don't even have to fight, but
you don't have to fight for that.

Speaker 3 (02:57):
And then I don't.

Speaker 4 (02:58):
Even have time for a rebuttal because you would have
to go back to the very first word of his
story before he started helping with the kids and doing
all the things with the kids after school. So I
don't even want to go there. What you win?

Speaker 3 (03:10):
Let me ask this question, did you listen?

Speaker 4 (03:12):
Did I listened to?

Speaker 3 (03:13):
Who to the show?

Speaker 4 (03:15):
Of course?

Speaker 3 (03:15):
See you? So she got it? Such a liar. If
we had a pop quiz, you would lose.

Speaker 4 (03:19):
Whatever, Let's do a pop quiz.

Speaker 1 (03:21):
More fun on the Way On with Mario Lopez on.

Speaker 2 (03:24):
Mariyo Courtney Lopez reminding you that I Heeart on TikTok
have come together to create something new. iHeart TikTok Radio,
where the world of TikTok meets your playlist, the.

Speaker 4 (03:33):
Biggest hits across iHeartRadio and what's trending for you on
TikTok plus TikTok's most influential creators, all in one place.
You can check it out TikTok Radio right now on
the free iHeartRadio app.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
Let it Go, Let It Go What On Mario Lopez here.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
It turns out a Dina Menzel may have been trying
to improve your health with that song. Obviously, it can
be hard to let go of a garage, but turns down,
letting it go actually levels you up. New research shows
peopleople who naturally forgive end I'm feeling better over time
than the ones holding on to resentment a year later.
The more optimistic, more grounded, more dialed into purpose. Yes,

(04:10):
I agree with this. Easier said than done, and listen,
you can let it go. You don't have to forget
which you can let it go?

Speaker 3 (04:16):
Of course a Mario Courtney Lopez wasting no time getting
right too.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
With Mario pop quiz all right, playing around a guess,
the guests break this down.

Speaker 5 (04:29):
So over the decade and a half that we've been
doing the radio show, we've had a lot of celebrities on.

Speaker 3 (04:34):
I'm going to play you a little clip.

Speaker 5 (04:35):
You have to tell me who the celebrity is, hands
on buzzers. And this time I've made the clips a
little longer because Mario can plain.

Speaker 3 (04:41):
They were too short. Before. I was like they were
like three seconds. Now they're like eight. Here we go.

Speaker 4 (04:47):
I think it's it's the it's the hits.

Speaker 2 (04:50):
It's the best, the best of the best, and Queen
and the Crown, and it's part of their logo, the
Crest and the Crown, it's all.

Speaker 4 (04:56):
It's all in there.

Speaker 3 (04:58):
Richard Marx incorrect. I don't know. Incorrect. Why would I think, Richard,
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (05:03):
Recording Adam Lambert. Yes, it is one to zero. Here
we go, hands on, buzzers. Here is your next one.

Speaker 3 (05:12):
So she's a blessing.

Speaker 6 (05:13):
This child is literally the easiest baby on the planet.

Speaker 3 (05:17):
Went to sleep the third night six hours in my arms.

Speaker 5 (05:22):
I will give you a hint. One of his hobbies
is r ving Mario Alfonso Rivero.

Speaker 3 (05:30):
That is correct. Okay, it is one to one, there
are three left. Here we go.

Speaker 6 (05:34):
But the truth of it is somebody put a you know,
they put a mic in your face and they say, hey,
you do you think this show could be somewhere else?
And I went, well, you know, the fans love it
so much, maybe somebody would buy it. I don't know.

Speaker 5 (05:48):
Your hint is sadly, this guest is no longer with us.
Corey Fellman incorrect. Bob Sagett co Coorchem is alive. Bob
Saggett all right Sagoth.

Speaker 3 (06:01):
That didn't sound like Bob Sagga.

Speaker 5 (06:03):
There is one more he was sitting right there at
that mic. One more here we tied. So whoever gets
tied one, whoever gets this hands on buzzers.

Speaker 6 (06:12):
We were from like other parts of Korea, except so
we're never from Soul, like no one's from soul.

Speaker 3 (06:18):
Mario pts. That is correct, Korea ts fan, Well, it's
still counsel.

Speaker 1 (06:23):
He's the only one who spoke more fun on the
way on with Mario Lopez.

Speaker 3 (06:28):
So are you into vinyl? Mario Lopez here?

Speaker 2 (06:30):
And it's amazing how the vinyl trend keeps grow and
the numbers just came out. In vinyl sales group passed
one billion dollars in twenty twenty five.

Speaker 3 (06:37):
That's surprising. It's the highest since nineteen eighty three.

Speaker 2 (06:40):
And who sold the most vinyl albums, well, Taylor Swift
of course her album The Life of a show Girl.
So there are one point six million units. That's wild
Sarna Carpenter's last two albums, so nearly six hundred thousand
vinyl units. And what about CDs? I didn't think you
can still even purchase them vinyl more than triple the
revenue of CDs last year.

Speaker 3 (06:58):
I don't even know who you can get a CD. Well,
I guess you can. People just aren't huh yoon, Mario Lopez.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
Music rolls on right after Fraser tries to make us
think with a random thought.

Speaker 3 (07:08):
What you got?

Speaker 5 (07:09):
Why do we limit ourselves to mozzarella sticks? Why are
we not frying other cheeses like guda or pepper jack,
maybe even a sharp white cheddar. We could fry any
cheese there is, but we only fry mozzarella sticks.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
That's a good point, I think, because mozzarella stretches.

Speaker 3 (07:25):
That could be it in the gooiness.

Speaker 5 (07:26):
It could be right, like what is the texture of
the cheese when it's melted?

Speaker 2 (07:30):
And so I tried to fry other cheeses and maybe
it's just not that tasty. Although anything fried is pretty tasty,
that's true. But the mozzarella sticks, with the elasticity I
feel takes over.

Speaker 3 (07:43):
Yoh, Mario Lopez. So earlier Fraser.

Speaker 2 (07:45):
Dropped a random thought on us, asking why we stopped
at mozzarella sticks and didn't fry other cheeses.

Speaker 3 (07:51):
Well, here's something about cheese. You may not know.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
Parmesan cheese actually doubles as a healthy protein bar with
thirty six grams of protein, a lot of protein, no seed, oils,
and no added sugar. Evidently, aged parmesan or regiano contains
about thirty five and thirty six grams of protein per
one hundred milligrams, making it one of the most protein
dense whole foods.

Speaker 1 (08:13):
Look at that.

Speaker 5 (08:14):
Wow.

Speaker 2 (08:15):
And unlike many commercial protein bars, parmesan is made with
just a few ingredients milk, salt, and cultures, so you
don't have the added sugars, the oils, or the long
ingredient list.

Speaker 5 (08:24):
Yeah, so stop judging me when I'm just eating a
block of cheese please.

Speaker 2 (08:27):
By the way, it also helps extend the aging process
because it's got natural bioactive peptides that may help support
digestion and improve mineral absorption, which is why some nutrition
experts jokingly called it Nature's protein bar.

Speaker 3 (08:41):
That's it.

Speaker 2 (08:41):
I'm pouring even more parmesan cheese on my spaghetti next time.

Speaker 5 (08:45):
This is why when I'm at a restaurant, they're like
they're doing the cheese. I never say whin, Yeah, you
gotta keep going.

Speaker 1 (08:51):
Mario Lopez will be right back.

Speaker 2 (08:53):
What more Courtney Lopez here This may not be news
to many, but apparently Sundays are on a day of
arrest for most people. According to new a Marisleep survey,
over half of us do a Sunday reset and involves cleaning, planning,
meal prep and more to.

Speaker 3 (09:07):
Get ready for the week ahead.

Speaker 2 (09:09):
I totally participate in this, and I think it's very
important for more than two thirds. Sunday reset helps reduce anxiety,
helps you avoid the Sunday scaries.

Speaker 4 (09:17):
I agree totally. I mean, it never hurts to prepare
early for something coming up in the week, and it
makes things a lot easier when that time comes, So
I think it's a good thing.

Speaker 2 (09:42):
You're on Mario Lopez Kueker Reminder to hit us up

Speaker 3 (10:01):
You're al Mario Courtney Lopez.

Speaker 2 (10:03):
Another hilarious social media trend answering the question, Dad, what
were you like in the nineties, hit up at all
and Mario Lopez to check out the video. I just
dropped answering that question.

Speaker 3 (10:12):
You know what was hard about doing that little.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
Video is I couldn't find any picks of my own
from the nineties.

Speaker 3 (10:20):
Does that make sense? Like they're all hard covered picks.
We didn't have cell phones back then, right.

Speaker 4 (10:24):
Right, So that you asked me where the thing of pictures?

Speaker 2 (10:27):
I was asking you where the photo albums were. Yeah,
so I didn't because we didn't have cell phones. So
I don't know where the photo albums are.

Speaker 5 (10:33):
And back then they weren't digital, so they weren't like
on a hard drive.

Speaker 4 (10:36):
I do know where photos are of you and your exes?

Speaker 3 (10:40):
Great, I do anywhere did you bury that?

Speaker 1 (10:43):
I have them?

Speaker 4 (10:44):
I have them in a safe place.

Speaker 2 (10:46):
Fortunately, I got to google some picks and they puffed
up and people were pretty nice.

Speaker 3 (10:53):
They were all very early ninety picks too.

Speaker 2 (10:55):
Another pretty funny video I recently shared was me asking
our youngest Santino that if if I went missing and
he had to describe me to the police, what would
he say? All right, Sonny, if daddy went missing and
the police asked you to describe them, so they can
find him.

Speaker 3 (11:11):
What are you gonna say.

Speaker 7 (11:12):
He have nice shoes and he have big legs and
giant muscles, and you have abs and giant pig poles
and army holes.

Speaker 4 (11:23):
And you have any handsome and showing muscles.

Speaker 3 (11:29):
It's pretty good. It's pretty good. You think they'll find him? Yes? Help, Yes,
I hope I do.

Speaker 5 (11:38):
Like also in the moment where you go if I
went missing, his eyes like shift like what's happening.

Speaker 3 (11:44):
The funniest thing is the first thing is that he
has nice shoes. Dang, he likes my kicks.

Speaker 4 (11:48):
He had the Mario Lopez kicks on ikes.

Speaker 3 (11:50):
Think I did?

Speaker 1 (11:51):
I did?

Speaker 3 (11:52):
All of my legs are that big?

Speaker 1 (11:53):
They're not.

Speaker 3 (11:54):
Oh thanks.

Speaker 4 (11:55):
He has very tidy ankles.

Speaker 3 (11:57):
Yeah, don't want I'll be rocking cankles. I think he
nailed it.

Speaker 1 (12:01):
More Mario Lopez coming up?

Speaker 2 (12:04):
Yah, Mario Lopez music rolls on After some quick buzz.
Taylor Swift busy releasing more new music. Sounds like her
fiance is going to be busy for the next year
as well. Where it is, Travis Kelsey will be returning
one more year with the Kansas City Chiefs, ESPN reporting
that his deal.

Speaker 3 (12:18):
Is worth at least twelve million.

Speaker 2 (12:20):
Other reports say the future Hall of Famer turned down
media offers from other teams to stay with Case.

Speaker 3 (12:25):
Where he's been his entire career.

Speaker 2 (12:27):
So if the rumors about their wedding being this June
are true, perhaps a honeymoon in Kansas City, good barbecue?

Speaker 3 (12:34):
What a Mario Lopez here letting you know that.

Speaker 2 (12:36):
iHeart Radio bringing you an exclusive five Things interview with
bb rexa bb teasing her upcoming album Dirty Blond, reflecting
on the process filming the music video, and revealing her
favorite track, basically giving fans a glimpse into her bold
new era.

Speaker 4 (12:50):
She is so cute. Check it out right now on
iHeartRadio's YouTube channel, exclusively from iHeartRadio and on with Mario Lopez.

Speaker 2 (12:59):
Yall, Mario, And if you work in an office environment,
you know what feels like. Office speak is a foreign
language at times, and some of the words and phrases
have become quite annoying.

Speaker 3 (13:08):
The Wall Street Journal has published a new list of
the corporate jargon.

Speaker 2 (13:11):
People hate the most. What are the top OFFENDERUS Fraser?

Speaker 3 (13:15):
Leverage?

Speaker 1 (13:16):
Well?

Speaker 2 (13:17):
Is it used outside of its definition?

Speaker 1 (13:20):
Ye?

Speaker 3 (13:20):
I mean leverage. We gotta have leverage for this against
the client. Circle back.

Speaker 5 (13:26):
I hate that one, and I use it sometimes, but
I think I use it because I hate it.

Speaker 2 (13:30):
Circle Back is when someone doesn't want to answer particular
question or doesn't have the knowledge to answer it, and
then they hit you with you know what, let's circle
back with that.

Speaker 3 (13:39):
Move the needle, move the needle?

Speaker 1 (13:42):
Yes?

Speaker 3 (13:42):
Yes? Does it move the needle? Yes?

Speaker 5 (13:45):
And there's a bunch of other phrases that apparently we
need to retire as well, including take a.

Speaker 2 (13:49):
Deep dive and has to take a deep dive into
that yet low hanging fruit.

Speaker 3 (13:52):
Yeah, bandwidth the band Yeah, I just don't have the bandwidth.
And I really hate this one. Actually, we'll take this offline.

Speaker 2 (14:00):
In other words, we're gonna deal with this person.

Speaker 3 (14:02):
That's funny.

Speaker 2 (14:03):

This is from at Marion Tilson and she said, I'm
legitimately devastated to hear about access. You guys were like
my co workers since I don't work.

Speaker 2 (15:04):
Oh, Marianne, thank you so much for watching the show.
We're still gonna be on all the way through September.
And yeah, you know, the TV landscape is changing. The
syndicated division over at NBC Universal just closed down, So
no more Kelly Clarkson, no more Steve Wilkos. No more
Caroramo and unfortunately no more access, but I'm grateful for
the run. Shout out to the awesome talented team that

(15:26):
I got to work with there every day. But it
won't be the last time you see me on TV.

Speaker 3 (15:32):
I'm gonna keep up popping out. We will be playing
himself forever. Yeah, it's still yeah.

Speaker 2 (15:36):
And as a matter of fact, Miss Lopez and I

you can see me on pretty much every hotel room

Coming up, Amaro Courtney Lopez.

Speaker 2 (16:01):
Keep you the music and fun coming your ways and
make a quick digital pit stop and on Mario dot
com so Cordo can tell us what's trending.

Speaker 4 (16:07):
Oh, Carly ray Jepson has welcomed her first child with
husband Cole MGN. You can find out everything we know
about her baby.

Speaker 2 (16:15):
Wait, is she the one that called me maybe yeah, Wow, don't.

Speaker 3 (16:19):
Be calling her right now?

Speaker 2 (16:20):
She got a baby social contress.

Speaker 3 (16:21):
Can we find out what's up with her husband's name?
Cole and genn It must be really long, it's gotta
be right, it's gotta be like MGK.

Speaker 4 (16:28):
But a cousin, the mistress from that Coldplay kiss cam
video is speaking out and passing the blame to her boss. Ooh,
find out what she had to say. Should we should
we just keep talking about this? Maybe she should just
let it go.

Speaker 2 (16:41):
I think we should talk about it because it's pretty
interesting and we'll we'll circle back on this later.

Speaker 4 (16:46):
And Hillary Duff is now firing back after her mother
Susan was hit with some wild stage mom claims.

Speaker 2 (16:52):
Wow, Hillary having some drama with her own family, sister.

Speaker 4 (16:55):
Mom dad Yeah. On with Mario dot Com for all
that and more.

Speaker 2 (17:00):
Soberylmore and Courtney Lopez and just a bit ago, we
were talking about the quote mistress from the Coldplay kiss
cam video that went viral was probably the most viral
story of twenty twenty five. It was in the billions
as far as the views. The woman's name was Kristin
Habit and she did sit down interview with Oprah and

(17:20):
she was surprised that women were the ones who attacked her.
And she also cleared up that her and her husband
were already separated, not legally divorced, but separated. As a
matter of fact, her daughter had told her that her
husband was going to the same concert. Okay, someone else,

(17:40):
So she said, okay, you know, no problem. What are
the odds us running into each other?

Speaker 4 (17:44):
Well, you ran into each other well, or that.

Speaker 2 (17:47):
She had just started talking to the CEO a couple
months back and told him that they were separated and
he said, yeah, I'm separated in my relationship too, or
we're having issue us. Well, according to her, it turns
out he wasn't exactly separated, and when the camera came,
I guess both of them freaked out. She said, she

(18:08):
freaked out. She didn't want her husband seeing that, and
vice versa. He didn't, you know, the whole because again,
the whole thing comes down to the reaction. Had they
just kind of went yeah and played along, I would
have moved on.

Speaker 3 (18:17):
No one would. It's because they reacted. They reacted like
they were busted. His name is Andy Byron, by the way, Yes,
Andy Byron, the CEO.

Speaker 2 (18:24):
Correct Andy Byron but Andy Byron didn't get as much grief.
She was getting like death threats and getting called all
kinds of vicious news.

Speaker 4 (18:33):
It's always the women. I'm not I'm not Byron that but.

Speaker 3 (18:36):
Also like people stop talking about it. Why are you
talking now?

Speaker 2 (18:39):
I think she's trying to say, like, look, I wasn't
necessarily a mistress.

Speaker 3 (18:43):
I was separated. She's trying to clear She's trying to.

Speaker 2 (18:45):
Say, look, I was separated, and this guy told me
he was separated, and maybe he wasn't, but that's what
I was told.

Speaker 3 (18:52):
So she was misled. She was kind of misled. I
