For example, the two minute stupid easy role or minimum
viable effort. When motivation is zero, commit only to the
laughably small first step, put on workout shoes, don't exercise you.
I'd open a laptop and write one sentence, stand in

Cleveland Clinics as researchers found a connection between the pathways
that signal pain in other parts of the brain, including emotion.
