playing myself than I do other characters.

I think you actually do how do you do?
Speaker 2 (00:55):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (00:55):
And I'm wondering if this was the beginning of it.

It could very well have been in the movie. By
the way, was poly Shore is Dead? I didn't know
you were in this Yes, you shouldn't see it. If
you saw it, I will know.

most iconic party anthems in hip hop history, gotta full
of bo.

Speaker 4 (01:53):
Man.
Speaker 3 (01:53):
I can't believe that was twenty three years ago. Still
a banger. Everyone plays that banger on their birthdays and
look at Fitty really blew up.
Speaker 4 (02:02):
Since then, Justin Timberlake was calling out his ex Britney Spears,
also your ex with a smash break up revenge anthemb.
Speaker 6 (02:14):
Yes my computer, some other guys, let's just go back
to crimey a river.
Speaker 2 (02:38):
It was heard, okay.
Speaker 4 (02:41):
And speaking of breakups, Jennifer Lopez had the number one
song in the country, singing about the emotional toll of
deciding to walk away from a relationship. Would this be
number one? Two, three, four, five, six, seventy.
Speaker 2 (02:54):

Speaker 3 (03:27):
The Way Omar Courtney Love is keeping the music and
fun coming your way, as Cordo quickly tells us what's
new on TV and streaming.
Speaker 4 (03:35):
Netflix begins streaming season three of The Night Agent, coming
off the explosive events of season two. Night Agent Peter
Sutherland is called in to track down a young Treasury
agent who fled to Istanbul with sensitive government intel after
killing his box.
Speaker 3 (03:51):
Ooh, I like that premise, and then I like the
title to The Night Agent reminds me and the Night moves.
Speaker 5 (03:58):
You don't know that song. Oh that's a good song.
Speaker 2 (04:00):
Has a good sound.
Speaker 4 (04:01):
It's a good times Okay, all right, go on. Hulu
is premiering their limited series Girl on the Run, the
hunt for America's most hunted woman.
Speaker 2 (04:11):
Yes I'm familiar. With this. We were talking about it
on my show Access Daily Continue. This is wild.
Speaker 4 (04:16):
So it's a three part doc true crime docuseries about
a convicted double murderer, Sarah Pender, who escaped from a
maximum security prison in Indiana in two thousand and eight,
so not that long ago. A nationwide manhunt was immediately
launched after Pender vanish, sparking widespread fear, yeah, public fascination,
and relentless pursuit across state lines.
Speaker 5 (04:37):
So she killed two people, right, So it's like her
neighbors or something.
Speaker 3 (04:40):
Ended up having like an affair with one of the
prison guard who ended up helping her escape, sort of
like the show Escape from Dana Mora, which was a
true story. But then once she's out check this out.
She's free for like six months. One would think you'd
fleet the country or something. Right, She goes to like Shark,
gets a job under an alias, and then somebody's watching
(05:06):
America's Most Wanted try to turn her life around, recognizes.
Speaker 4 (05:09):
Her, turns her in and that's how she gets pinched.
Speaker 2 (05:11):
Yeah, she tried to turn her life around.
Speaker 3 (05:12):
But when you're wanting for double murder, yeah, I mean,
and you escape prison, you gotta like, Wow, you're not
a bounce.
Speaker 5 (05:17):
You gotta be smarter about it. You gotta at least
try to like get out of the country. That'd be
the first thing, tod and that what.
Speaker 3 (05:22):
We're watching this one a few more songs than to
make a quick stop in a Quardo's corner for something fresh.
Speaker 2 (05:28):
Mari On Courtney Lopez. Here, what are we talking about today, honey?
Speaker 4 (05:31):
We are talking about battle tested motivation life hacks.
Speaker 2 (05:35):
Well, I like that all right? Back to get motivated
in ten don't move.
Speaker 3 (05:42):
Ymorrow, Courtney Lopez, keeping the music and fun coming your
way and keeping you motivated with some fresh life hacks
in quartos corner.
Speaker 5 (05:48):
What you got?
Speaker 1 (05:49):
So?
Speaker 4 (05:49):
These are some battle tested, battle tested motivation motivation life
hacks that go beyond generic just do it advice drawing
from psychology, real world experience, and what consistently works when
willpower inevitably crashes. You don't have to do them all,
but pick one that resonates most and just try them
for a week and you'll likely see momentum build fast. Okay,
(06:13):
For example, the two minute stupid easy role or minimum
viable effort. When motivation is zero, commit only to the
laughably small first step, put on workout shoes, don't exercise you.
I'd open a laptop and write one sentence, stand in
the kitchen for two minutes, don't cook yet. The brain
hates unfinished patterns. Starting almost always leads to continuing science backs.
(06:36):
This tiny little actions build self efficiency and release small
dopamine hits. So just start, Okay, okay, I like that.
Speaker 2 (06:45):
I like that.
Speaker 3 (06:45):
I used to sleep in my gym clothes when I
had to go to the gym early in the morning,
just because it was hard for me to motivate.
Speaker 2 (06:54):
But it was that much easier because I already.
Speaker 5 (06:56):
Like, I want to say, that's lazy, but you're going
to the gym, so it's yeah, what it is? I
sleep a teacher in chorts anyways, Yeah, yeah, just you know, no,
I get it. That makes sense.
Speaker 4 (07:04):
Here's another one. It's dopamine anchoring, temptation, bundling. I love
a good bundle, Pair's something you love, coffee, favorite playlist,
guilty pleasure podcasts exclusively with the task you avoid. Over time,
your brain starts craving the boring difficult thing because it
predicts the award classic example, only listen to your hype
(07:25):
audio book while on the treadmill neuroscience shows. This rewires
anticipation circuits.
Speaker 2 (07:31):
It's another thing that I like to do.
Speaker 3 (07:33):
If you're whether it's the treadmill, the elliptical, the bike, whatever,
you put some sort of TV show to help you
get through it, or a podcast or whatever the case mays, Yeah,
play you a killing two birds in one stone.
Speaker 1 (07:45):
On with Mario Lopez.
Speaker 5 (07:47):
We'll be right back.

about getting lashed?
Speaker 5 (08:34):
I'm sorry tashing out passionate of the christ style. I'm
finding out, well.
Speaker 4 (08:37):
I did lash out to exch someone.
Speaker 2 (08:38):
Oh that's another lash.
Speaker 5 (08:39):
That's yeah, tell you that you did. I think it's
actually the eyelash because it's about beauty.
Speaker 4 (08:45):
But we just.
Speaker 2 (08:46):
Described three different types of lashes.
Speaker 5 (08:48):
There you go.
Speaker 3 (08:50):
Time to celebrate some February nineteen birthdays. What Marim Courtney

Twenty five twenty eight Hailey Duff from Napoleon Dynamites stuffed
by Duff, Hillary, it's your sister, Hilary's sister.
Speaker 2 (09:29):
Is she the younger of the oldest sister?
Speaker 5 (09:31):
Hailey's younger?
Speaker 2 (09:32):
I think I'm gonna go with thirty nine.
Speaker 4 (09:37):
This is definitely a tough choice.
Speaker 5 (09:42):
This is that would have works better if you said
it faster.
Speaker 4 (09:45):
This is definitely a tough choice. She's thirty five forty one.
Speaker 2 (09:53):
Benicio del Toro, like Benicio Benezio's got to be fifty.
Speaker 5 (09:59):
Five, sixty fifty nine. Seal.
Speaker 2 (10:04):
We got a lot of people and collect a group born.
Speaker 5 (10:06):
On this this week in particular, there is a lot.
Speaker 2 (10:08):
Yes, a lot. You're right, Seal is coming in at sixty.
Speaker 4 (10:12):
He has survived all the sharks and he's coming in
at sixty three.
Speaker 5 (10:18):
I believe me. Left of that?
Speaker 2 (10:19):
Would you say sixty three?
Speaker 5 (10:21):
That's correct? Wow? Wow, look that even with that joke
Jeff Daniels from the newsroom, dumb and dumber.
Speaker 2 (10:27):
Great actor, great act.
Speaker 3 (10:28):
If you can do dumb and dumber in the news
you know, Jeff Daniels sixty four.
Speaker 4 (10:34):
No, he definitely is turning. I can't with you, guys,
I just you don't appreciate why I laughed. I laughed
at that he's turning.
Speaker 5 (10:44):
Fifty eight seventy one.
Speaker 3 (10:46):

Speaker 2 (10:59):
What you got on?
Speaker 4 (11:00):
You know, soup of the day implies a possibly more
seductive and sensual soup of the night.
Speaker 3 (11:07):
Right, Oh that's right, I never thought about that. Because
we have a soup of the day, then what does
that mean as far as when the evening comes, is
there a soup of the night?
Speaker 5 (11:18):
What would be a seductive soup?
Speaker 2 (11:19):
Oh, MINNESTRONI definitely music rolls on. Mario Courtney Lopez.
Speaker 3 (11:29):

Speaker 5 (12:35):
Honey?
Speaker 4 (12:35):
This is from at vibes merchant and they said, I
wanted to give Courtney a shout out and some props.
So sweet. I've heard a lot of bad math on
the show over the years, but she almost nailed that
math from Michael Jordan's age the other night, twenty three
times three minus ten is fifty nine, but you said sixty.
(12:57):
I was off by on.
Speaker 2 (12:59):
She also said hashtag respect, Yeah.
Speaker 4 (13:01):
Hashtag respect. I appreciate that. I was close.
Speaker 3 (13:05):
You know, I was hoping one of us at least
had the math gene. But you know it is what
it is.
Speaker 5 (13:12):
You know, it's close to accurate.
Speaker 1 (13:15):
It is more Mario Lopez coming.
Speaker 2 (13:18):
Up Oil Courtney Lopez. Here was some quick health buzz
for you.
Speaker 3 (13:22):
Apparently, showing kindness can actually help with chronic pain. The
Cleveland Clinics as researchers found a connection between the pathways
that signal pain in other parts of the brain, including emotion.
Speaker 4 (13:34):
They actually think they can create what's called a helper's
hide to treat pain. They say, when someone is kind
to themselves and others, their brain releases happy hormones, which
can in turn improve chronic pain, and the opposite can
be true when you're not so kind.
Speaker 3 (13:50):
So when you are grumpying in a bad mood, everything
does get heightened, and if you're in pain, that'll be
even worse.
Speaker 2 (13:57):
I think, I think there's something to this.
Speaker 5 (13:59):
Nice and showing kindness can also get you nominated for
a good Deeplopezzi.
Speaker 4 (14:03):
That's true.
Speaker 2 (14:05):
That's what's really important. All right, Let's get back to music,
Ah Mario Courtney Lopez. If you commute to work, you're probably,
like most people, catch up on a podcast or turn
some calls, listen to music.
Speaker 3 (14:16):
Of course, Well, turns out if you're jamming out to
some tunes, certain songs are more dangerous than others. I'm
gonna come back to explain to ten. But first one music,
yea all Mario Courtney Lopez letting you know that your
choice in music could be making your commute more dangerous.
New research says music over one hundred and twenty beats
per minute can encourage drivers to speed and make sudden
(14:37):
laying changes. In fact, music attributes to about a quarter
of traffic accidents. Okay, so definitely no house or techno
in your player.
Speaker 5 (14:46):
Is probably not gonna want that.
Speaker 2 (14:47):
No, they even came up.
Speaker 3 (14:48):
With specific songs that can trigger it, with Eminem's Lose
Yourself on top at one hundred and seventy beats per minute,
Believer by Imagine Dragons, so did their song Thunder, even
There's Nothing Holding Me Back by Shawn Mendez and Don't
Start Now by Dua Lipa could cause you to drive
it radically all those so wait all tho her hits though,
So you're getting a lot.
Speaker 5 (15:08):
But like, if I get pulled over, can I use
that as the excuse of the cars?
Speaker 4 (15:11):
Sorry, I was listening to Thunder.
Speaker 5 (15:13):
I'm sorry, I was listening to Sean Mendez.
Speaker 2 (15:15):
Yes, Dua Lipa made me do.
Speaker 1 (15:17):
It, Poor Mario Lopez.
Speaker 3 (15:20):

about thirty five minutes or so. In the meantime, more
music and a random question coming up next are.
Speaker 3 (16:19):
Courney Lopez quickly get into a random question from Quardo
What you got?
Speaker 4 (16:25):
This is a thinker? Would you rather be permanently cold
or permanently have a cold.
Speaker 2 (16:32):
Well, I think if you're permanently cold, you will get
a cold.
Speaker 5 (16:35):
So yeah, but that cold would be temporary.
Speaker 3 (16:39):
Oh, that cold would be temporary. Then I'm getting the
temporary cold because it's temporary.
Speaker 2 (16:44):
Then I'm going in a temporary cold.
Speaker 4 (16:46):
It's not temporary. Both things are permanently.
Speaker 5 (16:49):
No, So he would go with being cold all the time.
Speaker 4 (16:51):
Oh, you would go with permanently being cold.
Speaker 3 (16:53):
I would go with permanently being all right, Yes, the
sleep would be fantastic.
Speaker 1 (16:57):
More Mario Lopez coming up.
Speaker 2 (17:00):
Mario Courtney Lopez. Here was some quick buzz.
Speaker 3 (17:02):
You know a lot of artists breaking records, but this
one's kind of unique. Pit Bull looking to break againness
world record at his upcoming concert in London. He wants
to break the record for the most people wearing bald
caps in a single location at his show on July tenth.
Speaker 2 (17:15):
That's hilarious.
Speaker 3 (17:16):
Before that, he's going to be performing in shows across
the US as part of his world tour. I didn't
know that record even existing. You go ahead, mister, what's
the correct record? I want to know that right.
Speaker 2 (17:26):
Well.
Speaker 4 (17:27):
I love this because I wouldn't have to do my
hair That's right.
Speaker 2 (17:31):
Award show for fans is back.
Speaker 3 (17:33):
I Heart Radio Music Awards coming to Fox March twenty six.

mister Lopez. My dad, Richard Lopez is in studio.
Speaker 2 (18:02):
What's going on? Pop's nothing, Everything's great? Good good. Let
me explain Richard Lopez. By the way, my dad's actual
birth name is Mario Alberta Lopez. Back in the day,
he was.
Speaker 3 (18:15):
Dating a lot of women, he used to give him
different names, and he gave my mom the name Richard,
and not until after a long time we were dating,
he said, hey, my real name is Mario. My mom
was like, what now you're Richard and me So she
continues to call him Richard fifty some audience, it's actually
kind of romantic.
Speaker 2 (18:29):
Well well is it?
Speaker 1 (18:31):
Or well, I mean the fact.
Speaker 5 (18:31):
That she kept calling him that she did keep calling
him that.
Speaker 2 (18:34):
That's what I mean.
Speaker 3 (18:35):
Like, she her family still calls him that. How many
different names you used to give back my day?
Speaker 1 (18:39):
Dad?
Speaker 7 (18:39):
Well, you know, at that time, really I had three
girlfriends okay, okay, okay, and they lived in the same town,
different streets.
Speaker 2 (18:49):
And so when I met your mom, Michael, uh, she
asked me, oh, I said, oh my god, it was
that song of a seat.
Speaker 5 (19:00):
Ever met a girl like you in my life?
Speaker 2 (19:03):
Said So, I got out of the my car and
she you know whatever, and she said what is he?
So what's your name? And she told me her name,
and then I told her my name was Richard.
Speaker 7 (19:17):
The reason I did that me, it's because I never
thought I didn't want to get married. I didn't want
to get engaged. I never thought that taking. But she's
the only one that stuck with me. So damn, I go,
let me tell you.
Speaker 4 (19:33):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (19:34):
So then I went home to my mom and said, hey, mom,
you know what, I really like this girl. She has
h you know, the background like our family, her dad, they.
Speaker 2 (19:46):
Have thinking, you know everything. And she goes, yeah, and
so what's the problem.
Speaker 4 (19:50):
But I told her my name was Richard, and she goes,
what do you do?
Speaker 1 (19:53):
It.
Speaker 7 (19:53):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (19:54):
I just did it. I screwed up.
Speaker 7 (19:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (19:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (19:57):
She didn't help me out, and I told her, I.
Speaker 5 (20:00):
Was you don't You didn't help me.
Speaker 2 (20:04):
You don't know, so just go with it, know, so
what I did.
Speaker 7 (20:07):
So then we had to get up, we got engaged,
we had to get our.
Speaker 2 (20:13):
Marriage license and stuff.
Speaker 5 (20:15):
Wouldn't you found dot?
Speaker 2 (20:16):
Oh man? What the even?
Speaker 6 (20:18):
My birthday was wrong?
Speaker 2 (20:21):

hair because of his mom.

that just on the radio class.
