Speaker 1 (00:00):
On with Mario Lopez.
Speaker 2 (00:01):
All right, Mario and Courtney Lopez here. Excited to be
back in studio, hanging with you for the next few hours.
A lot of radio fun to get into, including a
great guest, singer and songwriter, Pia Toscano.
Speaker 3 (00:10):
Plus our weekly fake debate where the topics are made
up on the spot, but our passion is oh so real.
We'll honor the comment of the week, talk must-see movies,
and so much more. So let's turn it up and
let's go. You're on with Mario and Courtney Lopez.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
So if you met your soulmate, would you know?
Speaker 4 (00:28):
What up?
Speaker 2 (00:28):
Mario Courtney Lopez here. What are signs that someone might
be your soulmate? And would you pick up on those signs? Well,
your tango has pulled together a list of signs that
your soulmate is right in front of you. What are they, honey?
Speaker 3 (00:40):
Honey, these are all you.
Speaker 5 (00:43):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (00:43):
They teach you life lessons.
Speaker 4 (00:45):
Boom.
Speaker 3 (00:46):
The connection you form with them feels different.
Speaker 2 (00:49):
Yes, it does.
Speaker 3 (00:49):
It doesn't feel like your typical one. They can almost
read your mind.
Speaker 1 (00:53):
Okay. Okay.
Speaker 3 (00:55):
That doesn't sound, can you read my mind?
Speaker 2 (00:57):
I can see, yes, because, yes, I can. Because I'm like, what?
Speaker 3 (01:00):
Tell me.
Speaker 2 (01:00):
Just tell me what. I can read your mind.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
What did I do? What did I do?
Speaker 3 (01:03):
That's also because I wear my heart on my sleeve.
They help you grow as people.
Speaker 1 (01:09):
Yep.
Speaker 3 (01:09):
They quiet your inner critic. I can feel the ugliest
and genuinely look the ugliest, and he will still tell
me I'm beautiful. And I'm like, poor thing needs bigger glasses.
Speaker 6 (01:20):
Time to get the eyes checked.
Speaker 3 (01:21):
And they help you move on. Mario did help me
move on from my ex.
Speaker 2 (01:26):
Chad.
Speaker 5 (01:27):
Chad.
Speaker 2 (01:28):
In the sixth grade.
Speaker 5 (01:29):
Okay, good.
Speaker 2 (01:30):
You're welcome.
Speaker 1 (01:31):
More Mario Lopez next.
Speaker 2 (01:33):
All right, time for a weekly fake debate where the
topics are made up on the spot, but the passion
is real. Mario Courtney Lopez here. All right, Frazier, who's
going to be pro?
Speaker 4 (01:41):
Who's going to be con?
Speaker 6 (01:42):
You will be con. Courtney will be pro. You'll have
15 seconds to make your case. 10 second rebuttal afterwards.
Your topic today is Wednesday.
Speaker 5 (01:52):
Wednesday.
Speaker 3 (01:53):
The day?
Speaker 6 (01:54):
Wednesday.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
The day or the show?
Speaker 6 (01:56):
Wednesday.
Speaker 2 (01:57):
Wednesday, okay.
Speaker 6 (01:58):
Interpretation is up to you. I'm pro-Wednesday. You're con-Wednesday, which
means Courtney is pro, Mrs. Lopez, you have the floor.
Speaker 1 (02:07):
Go on.
Speaker 3 (02:08):
I am pro-Wednesday because once you get to Wednesday, it
is what we call hump day, and I'm a fan
of the hump.
Speaker 1 (02:17):
Mr.
Speaker 4 (02:17):
Lopez.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
Wednesday... Is a dreadful day. It's the middle of the week.
Most people feel like the week should be over. You
aren't even over hump day. Hump day is Thursday, which
is my favorite day of the week. Wednesday isn't even
like a Christmas Eve of the week.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
Mrs.
Speaker 5 (02:34):
Lopez.
Speaker 3 (02:35):
Please do not teach our kids anything because hump day
is not Thursday.
Speaker 2 (02:39):
Isn't it Thursday?
Speaker 6 (02:40):
No, it's Wednesday.
Speaker 2 (02:41):
Oh, is it Wednesday?
Speaker 5 (02:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (02:42):
Just be quiet.
Speaker 5 (02:45):
Mr.
Speaker 6 (02:45):
Lopez, you don't have the floor.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
Wow. Mrs.
Speaker 6 (02:49):
Lopez, continue.
Speaker 5 (02:50):
Oh. Are you done? I'm done.
Speaker 1 (02:51):
All right. Mr.
Speaker 6 (02:52):
Lopez, you do have the floor.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
I apologize. Hump Day is Wednesday. We got to get
over the hump. But you know what? Sometimes you don't
want to get over the hump. You want to stay
below the hump. So therefore, I dread the hump.
Speaker 3 (03:03):
Who wants to stay below? Be quiet.
Speaker 1 (03:08):
More fun on the way. On with Mario Lopez.
Speaker 2 (03:11):

Speaker 2 (03:32):
All right, Mario Lopez here. A few more songs, then
I'm going to fire up Zoom so we can chat
with today's guest, singer and songwriter Pia Toscano. You remember
her from season 10 of American Idol? Well, she's got
some new music and more to tell us about. Hang tight.
She joins us.
Speaker 4 (03:47):
What's up, everyone?
Speaker 2 (03:47):
Mario Lopez joining me right now. You know her from
the 10th season of American Idol, the incredibly talented singer
and songwriter Pia Toscano. How you doing, Pia?
Speaker 1 (03:56):
I'm good. How are you?
Speaker 2 (03:57):
I'm well. We were just talking right before we came
on air. You're in L.A. at the moment, but you
live in Nashville. How do you like it out there?
Speaker 4 (04:05):
I love it.
Speaker 5 (04:05):
I always love any chance I get to come back
to L.A. because I called it home for over 10 years.
But Nashville is just very peaceful for me, and I
love it.
Speaker 2 (04:17):
Yeah, it's very cool. Very cool people out there. I
saw you do a couple videos with my girl, Jessie
James Decker.
Speaker 4 (04:22):
Oh, I love her. She's become such a good friend
of mine.
Speaker 2 (04:26):
Yeah, she's super cool. Please send her my love next
time y'all speak right there. So you've got this cool
new single out called Redirected. Tell me about it.
Speaker 5 (04:36):
So I've been through quite the journey in my personal life,
in my music career.
Speaker 4 (04:43):
And so I developed this mantra.
Speaker 5 (04:46):
Whenever things like that I've prayed for and opportunities that
I really want, were working towards didn't work out.
Speaker 4 (04:53):
Lots of things, lots.
Speaker 5 (04:55):
Of music, things that, you know, kind of didn't pan
out the way I had hoped. Um, I would always
say rejection is redirection. Rejection is, is God's protection. And, um,
that kind of carried me through and like.
Speaker 4 (05:09):
Soothe my soul so I can keep going. And I,
you know, I just.
Speaker 5 (05:12):
Felt called to write a song called redirected, you know,
for anybody that's experiencing something like that in life, it
just like, I just, it just kept coming to me
and I kept saying it and I was like, you
know what? I think I want this next chapter of
music to, especially my album.
Speaker 4 (05:28):
Like I think I want to call it redirected.
Speaker 5 (05:30):
And then, so I wrote the song redirected with Stacey
Kelleher and it's kind of just been my mantra for
the past couple of years and past like 10 years.
Speaker 1 (05:38):
Of my life.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
That's a great mantra and very relatable. A lot of people.
I'm sure it'll connect with. All right, Pia, hang tight
for a second. Got to take a quick break. We're
going to come back with some more.
Speaker 1 (05:47):
More fun on the way. On with Mario Lopez.
Speaker 2 (05:51):
Catching up with singer Pia Toscano this hour. Mario Lopez
here getting the scoop on her new music. And Pia,
has living in Nashville influenced your career as far as
the music scene? You're getting a little more country western?
Speaker 4 (06:04):
Actually, yes. I mean, I've always been so drawn to
country music and it's so sad. We just, we lost
Dolly Parton today. I know, legend.
Speaker 2 (06:12):
Yes, of course.
Speaker 4 (06:12):
I feel like everybody's a little heart, a lot heartbroken
right now. I know that I am. But I was
always drawn to those big country voices, especially.
Speaker 5 (06:24):
I mean, I was influenced by Celine Whitney and then Shania, Martina,
Leanne Rimes, Dolly Parton. So it's like, It's it's always
been a part of my life, but I always did
those like big power.
Speaker 4 (06:37):
Ballads and stuff.
Speaker 5 (06:38):
But when I moved out to Nashville, I loved going
to the writers rounds and the songwriting in Nashville is
just it's just a little different. It's so honest and
vulnerable and so storytelling and you could strip every song
down and hear it.
Speaker 4 (06:54):
In just its natural raw beauty.
Speaker 5 (06:56):
And so, um, that's what really influenced me.
Speaker 4 (06:59):
I had gotten a little discouraged.
Speaker 5 (07:02):
For, for a little while and I hadn't, hadn't done
a writing session or written any new music, um, since,
you know, I had lived in LA and then when
I came out to Nashville, it totally re-inspired me. And
now I'm writing with some of the most incredible writers
and producers that create such a.
Speaker 4 (07:18):
Safe space for me.
Speaker 5 (07:19):
And I feel like now my music is the most
like authentic it's ever been um but yeah it definitely
has a little bit of a western country influence for
sure especially in the production i like.
Speaker 2 (07:31):
It all right well on mario.com to check out pia's
new single more coming up but first more music mario
lopez here chatting with singer pia toscano right now talking
new music and pia please forgive me for not leading
with this but you're also expecting your first child right.
Speaker 5 (07:45):
Yes, and she's very excited right now because she keeps
kicking me.
Speaker 2 (07:49):
Congratulations. I have that effect on women. They want to
kick me.
Speaker 4 (07:52):
I love your videos with your kids.
Speaker 2 (07:57):
Oh, thank you. I appreciate it. It gets so much fun.
So you're having a little girl, obviously. That's awesome. That's awesome.
And even though you're pregnant, you're going to still be
performing live, right? As a matter of fact, with Andre
Bocelli this fall?
Speaker 4 (08:10):
Yes, yes. I go out on tour. I think it's
next week.
Speaker 5 (08:14):
It's September 7th.
Speaker 1 (08:16):
I leave.
Speaker 4 (08:16):
We do two days at the Hollywood Bowl. We go
to Red Rocks. Yeah, we're all over.
Speaker 2 (08:20):
Oh, those are great venues. Oh, that's going to be
fun at the Hollywood Bowl too.
Speaker 5 (08:23):
All right.
Speaker 2 (08:23):
Hang tight. We got more on the way, but first
we got to get back to the music. I'm Mario
Lopez talking new music and touring with singer Pia Toscano.
And Pia, do you have a particular favorite song or
a couple of favorite songs you love to perform live?
Speaker 4 (08:38):
I mean, I always love performing.
Speaker 5 (08:41):
So I work with David Foster as well. And he's
always been such like a huge supporter. And like since
I was a little girl, I always dreamed of working
with him. But there's a song that he reimagined called
All By Myself that Eric Carman wrote and then Celine
Dion made.
Speaker 4 (09:00):
Huge like it was just became huge.
Speaker 6 (09:02):
That's a tough song to sing what.
Speaker 2 (09:04):
That i said that's a tough song to sing well
for me it is not for you i'm sure oh.
Speaker 5 (09:07):
Gosh no no it's still tough for me but i've
been working on it since i was a kid i'm
like that was like the pinnacle for me i'm like
i need to hit that note and so i i
did it on american idol and then it became kind
of this thing Performed it on David's tour, and I'll
be performing that with Andrea on Andrea's tour.
Speaker 4 (09:26):
I have a solo song, and then I do some
of Andrea's duets.
Speaker 5 (09:29):
But I love those big, challenging songs that scare me
a little bit.
Speaker 4 (09:36):
And All By Myself is definitely one of those songs.
Speaker 2 (09:39):
Yeah, you got to be locked in. You just mentioned
American Idol. And I remember watching and your elimination is
probably one of the most shocking moments in the show
in their history. I remember the judges being like visibly
upset and stuff. Looking back, because it's one of those
things that you're like.
Speaker 6 (09:55):
It shouldn't happen really, right?
Speaker 2 (09:57):
But then you just don't know how people, that sometimes
they think that okay they've got enough votes or maybe
they're kind of pulling for this other person because oh
i feel sorry for them whatever the case may be
you know what i mean all right hang tight i
got one more thing i gotta ask quick break and.
Speaker 1 (10:09):
We're gonna come back with some more hear the full
interview now at onwithmario.com more mario lopez on the way I'm.
Speaker 2 (10:16):
Mario Lopez talking American Idol with Pia Toscano and her
infamous elimination during season 10 of the show. Pia, how
did it end up sort of shaping you as a
person after that moment?
Speaker 5 (10:27):
You know, that was first of all, that was like
a total life changing experience for me. But I had
started auditioning for that show when I was 16 years old.
Speaker 4 (10:37):
And I kept getting rejected. Simon Cowell wasn't like a
huge fan of mine.
Speaker 5 (10:42):
And then they switched the judging panel to Jennifer Lopez,
Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson. And so it took me
five times before I actually made it. And in that moment,
I remember thinking, oh, my God, like my career, like.
Speaker 4 (10:57):
I finally got a taste of it. And now it's
it's over.
Speaker 5 (11:00):
But it happened like in the opposite way where it
was like the best thing that could have happened to me. And,
you know, I got signed with Interscope. And then I
went through a whole other journey. roller coaster of life, but, um,
it was, you know, so many blessings, so many doors
opened and, you know, I was able to put out
new music and, and finally live out my dreams, but
(11:22):
it really, really grew me and strengthened me because I
did not have thick skin at all. And, um, you know,
it made my dreams come true and taught me so
much about myself, but yeah, it was, it was a
great experience, but it came with a lot of learning and.
Speaker 2 (11:38):
A lot of growth. Yeah, no, that's awesome. And listen,
I want everyone to be sure to check out Pia's
new single, Redirected. You can get it wherever you stream
music and you can keep up to date with everything
going on by following her on IG at Pia Toscano. Pia, again, congratulations.
Speaker 4 (11:55):
Thank you so much, Mario.
Speaker 2 (12:09):

Speaker 2 (16:33):
Yo, I'm Mario Lopez. Back to the music after some
quick food buzz. Some good news for those of us
who like a little heat in their food. Those who
eat spicy foods regularly may have a lower risk of
heart disease and stroke. Oh, researchers aren't completely sure why,
but they think the capsaicin... Hope I'm saying that correct.
(16:53):
The ingredient that gives chili peppers their kick may help
boost levels of HDL, the good cholesterol. And there's another benefit.
When food is packed with flavor from spices, you're less
likely to reach for the salt shaker. That's true. That's true.
Speaker 6 (17:07):
Huh.
Speaker 2 (17:08):
I should be in really good shape then with my heart.
I'm Mario Courtney Lopez. Most of us know to not
bring liquids over 3.4 ounces in a carry-on. But there
are some surprising items banned by the TSA. The thing is,
with these items, TSA agents... Won't take them away. You
could also be hit with a fine. A big one, too,
(17:29):
for trying to fly with them. We're talking fines of
up to $ 17, 000 per violation.
Speaker 3 (17:35):
Banned and carry-ons are cast iron cookware.
Speaker 6 (17:38):
Why are you bringing that? Well, you don't want to
put it in your check bag because that will weigh
it down.
Speaker 2 (17:43):
I was going to say, it's a really heavy item.
Speaker 3 (17:45):
Corkscrews with a blade.
Speaker 5 (17:47):
Yes.
Speaker 3 (17:48):
Screwdrivers longer than seven inches.
Speaker 1 (17:50):
Yes.
Speaker 3 (17:50):
Bowling balls and even foam toy swords.
Speaker 2 (17:54):
Now, hold on a second. A bowling ball. What are
you going to do with that? Seriously. Like, how is that?
Other than you drop it on someone's foot.
Speaker 6 (18:01):
It's just other than a bowling ball.
Speaker 2 (18:03):
I can see bringing on a. carry on because some
get pricey.
Speaker 1 (18:06):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (18:07):
I mean, you don't want to get, you don't want
to lose that for.
Speaker 2 (18:09):
Sure, but you don't want to lose that. I do
think that I'm surprised by the bowling ball because it's not,
it's not sharp. As a matter of fact, it's as
far from sharp.
Speaker 6 (18:17):
Why would that be weird? I think maybe you could
throw it at something.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
That's weird.
Speaker 6 (18:21):
I mean, it's not the weapon of choice.
Speaker 5 (18:23):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (18:23):
That's what I'm saying. It doesn't seem like a very
practical weapon.
Speaker 6 (18:25):
It could be used, but that's what.
Speaker 2 (18:27):
No, but I'm, but that falls under the big fine thing,
which is weird.
Speaker 6 (18:30):
Yeah. I don't know.
Speaker 3 (18:31):
Well, and here's one, give you a little heads up. Now,
here's the one to remember at the holidays, snow globes
that contain over 3.4 ounces of liquid.
Speaker 2 (18:41):
You know, if you take someone's snow globe away during
the holidays because of that, that's just mean and rude.
Speaker 3 (18:47):
They're taking kids' Nitos. They don't care.
Speaker 1 (18:49):
More Mario Lopez coming up.

Speaker 3 (19:59):
This is from Matt Brian Kelbert. And he said, dang, bro,
it really took 11 days to get to Friday this week,
didn't it? Time is just so weird.
Speaker 2 (20:07):
Brian, you nailed it. It does. It feels like it
took forever. I'm exhausted. And boy, I'm really going to
look forward to this weekend.
Speaker 3 (20:18):
Catching up on rest.
Speaker 1 (20:20):
More Mario Lopez coming up.
Speaker 2 (20:22):
All right, time to punch out full speed ahead into
the weekend. We're back on Monday with more music and fun.
Until then, Mario Courtney Lopez.
Speaker 6 (20:29):
I'll do it.
Speaker 1 (20:31):
On with Mario Lopez.
On with Mario Lopez.
Speaker 2 (00:01):
All right, Mario and Courtney Lopez here. Excited to be
back in studio, hanging with you for the next few hours.
A lot of radio fun to get into, including a
great guest, singer and songwriter, Pia Toscano.
Speaker 3 (00:10):
Plus our weekly fake debate where the topics are made
up on the spot, but our passion is oh so real.
We'll honor the comment of the week, talk must-see movies,
and so much more. So let's turn it up and
let's go. You're on with Mario and Courtney Lopez.
Speaker 2 (00:25):
So if you met your soulmate, would you know?
Speaker 4 (00:28):
What up?
Speaker 2 (00:28):
Mario Courtney Lopez here. What are signs that someone might
be your soulmate? And would you pick up on those signs? Well,
your tango has pulled together a list of signs that
your soulmate is right in front of you. What are they, honey?
Speaker 3 (00:40):
Honey, these are all you.
Speaker 5 (00:43):
Okay.
Speaker 3 (00:43):
They teach you life lessons.
Speaker 4 (00:45):
Boom.
Speaker 3 (00:46):
The connection you form with them feels different.
Speaker 2 (00:49):
Yes, it does.
Speaker 3 (00:49):
It doesn't feel like your typical one. They can almost
read your mind.
Speaker 1 (00:53):
Okay. Okay.
Speaker 3 (00:55):
That doesn't sound, can you read my mind?
Speaker 2 (00:57):
I can see, yes, because, yes, I can. Because I'm like, what?
Speaker 3 (01:00):
Tell me.
Speaker 2 (01:00):
Just tell me what. I can read your mind.
Speaker 1 (01:02):
What did I do? What did I do?
Speaker 3 (01:03):
That's also because I wear my heart on my sleeve.
They help you grow as people.
Speaker 1 (01:09):
Yep.
Speaker 3 (01:09):
They quiet your inner critic. I can feel the ugliest
and genuinely look the ugliest, and he will still tell
me I'm beautiful. And I'm like, poor thing needs bigger glasses.
Speaker 6 (01:20):
Time to get the eyes checked.
Speaker 3 (01:21):
And they help you move on. Mario did help me
move on from my ex.
Speaker 2 (01:26):
Chad.
Speaker 5 (01:27):
Chad.
Speaker 2 (01:28):
In the sixth grade.
Speaker 5 (01:29):
Okay, good.
Speaker 2 (01:30):
You're welcome.
Speaker 1 (01:31):
More Mario Lopez next.
Speaker 2 (01:33):
All right, time for a weekly fake debate where the
topics are made up on the spot, but the passion
is real. Mario Courtney Lopez here. All right, Frazier, who's
going to be pro?
Speaker 4 (01:41):
Who's going to be con?
Speaker 6 (01:42):
You will be con. Courtney will be pro. You'll have
15 seconds to make your case. 10 second rebuttal afterwards.
Your topic today is Wednesday.
Speaker 5 (01:52):
Wednesday.
Speaker 3 (01:53):
The day?
Speaker 6 (01:54):
Wednesday.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
The day or the show?
Speaker 6 (01:56):
Wednesday.
Speaker 2 (01:57):
Wednesday, okay.
Speaker 6 (01:58):
Interpretation is up to you. I'm pro-Wednesday. You're con-Wednesday, which
means Courtney is pro, Mrs. Lopez, you have the floor.
Speaker 1 (02:07):
Go on.
Speaker 3 (02:08):
I am pro-Wednesday because once you get to Wednesday, it
is what we call hump day, and I'm a fan
of the hump.
Speaker 1 (02:17):
Mr.
Speaker 4 (02:17):
Lopez.
Speaker 2 (02:18):
Wednesday... Is a dreadful day. It's the middle of the week.
Most people feel like the week should be over. You
aren't even over hump day. Hump day is Thursday, which
is my favorite day of the week. Wednesday isn't even
like a Christmas Eve of the week.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
Mrs.
Speaker 5 (02:34):
Lopez.
Speaker 3 (02:35):
Please do not teach our kids anything because hump day
is not Thursday.
Speaker 2 (02:39):
Isn't it Thursday?
Speaker 6 (02:40):
No, it's Wednesday.
Speaker 2 (02:41):
Oh, is it Wednesday?
Speaker 5 (02:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (02:42):
Just be quiet.
Speaker 5 (02:45):
Mr.
Speaker 6 (02:45):
Lopez, you don't have the floor.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
Wow. Mrs.
Speaker 6 (02:49):
Lopez, continue.
Speaker 5 (02:50):
Oh. Are you done? I'm done.
Speaker 1 (02:51):
All right. Mr.
Speaker 6 (02:52):
Lopez, you do have the floor.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
I apologize. Hump Day is Wednesday. We got to get
over the hump. But you know what? Sometimes you don't
want to get over the hump. You want to stay
below the hump. So therefore, I dread the hump.
Speaker 3 (03:03):
Who wants to stay below? Be quiet.
Speaker 1 (03:08):
More fun on the way. On with Mario Lopez.
Speaker 2 (03:11):
On with Mario Courtney Lopez letting you know that we
want you to see Teddy Swims live on the Ugly
Tour in Vegas. We're going to handle everything, too, including
the VIP backstage tour.
Speaker 3 (03:21):

Speaker 4 (16:05):
No, no!

Speaker 2 (16:33):
Yo, I'm Mario Lopez. Back to the music after some
quick food buzz. Some good news for those of us
who like a little heat in their food. Those who
eat spicy foods regularly may have a lower risk of
heart disease and stroke. Oh, researchers aren't completely sure why,
but they think the capsaicin... Hope I'm saying that correct.
(16:53):
The ingredient that gives chili peppers their kick may help
boost levels of HDL, the good cholesterol. And there's another benefit.
When food is packed with flavor from spices, you're less
likely to reach for the salt shaker. That's true. That's true.
Speaker 6 (17:07):
Huh.
Speaker 2 (17:08):
I should be in really good shape then with my heart.
I'm Mario Courtney Lopez. Most of us know to not
bring liquids over 3.4 ounces in a carry-on. But there
are some surprising items banned by the TSA. The thing is,
with these items, TSA agents... Won't take them away. You
could also be hit with a fine. A big one, too,
(17:29):
for trying to fly with them. We're talking fines of
up to $ 17, 000 per violation.
Speaker 3 (17:35):
Banned and carry-ons are cast iron cookware.
Speaker 6 (17:38):
Why are you bringing that? Well, you don't want to
put it in your check bag because that will weigh
it down.
Speaker 2 (17:43):
I was going to say, it's a really heavy item.
Speaker 3 (17:45):
Corkscrews with a blade.
Speaker 5 (17:47):
Yes.
Speaker 3 (17:48):
Screwdrivers longer than seven inches.
Speaker 1 (17:50):
Yes.
Speaker 3 (17:50):
Bowling balls and even foam toy swords.
Speaker 2 (17:54):
Now, hold on a second. A bowling ball. What are
you going to do with that? Seriously. Like, how is that?
Other than you drop it on someone's foot.
Speaker 6 (18:01):
It's just other than a bowling ball.
Speaker 2 (18:03):
I can see bringing on a. carry on because some
get pricey.
Speaker 1 (18:06):
Yeah.
Speaker 6 (18:07):
I mean, you don't want to get, you don't want
to lose that for.
Speaker 2 (18:09):
Sure, but you don't want to lose that. I do
think that I'm surprised by the bowling ball because it's not,
it's not sharp. As a matter of fact, it's as
far from sharp.
Speaker 6 (18:17):
Why would that be weird? I think maybe you could
throw it at something.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
That's weird.
Speaker 6 (18:21):
I mean, it's not the weapon of choice.
Speaker 5 (18:23):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (18:23):
That's what I'm saying. It doesn't seem like a very
practical weapon.
Speaker 6 (18:25):
It could be used, but that's what.
Speaker 2 (18:27):
No, but I'm, but that falls under the big fine thing,
which is weird.
Speaker 6 (18:30):
Yeah. I don't know.
Speaker 3 (18:31):
Well, and here's one, give you a little heads up. Now,
here's the one to remember at the holidays, snow globes
that contain over 3.4 ounces of liquid.
Speaker 2 (18:41):
You know, if you take someone's snow globe away during
the holidays because of that, that's just mean and rude.
Speaker 3 (18:47):
They're taking kids' Nitos. They don't care.
Speaker 1 (18:49):
More Mario Lopez coming up.

it really took 11 days to get to Friday this week,
didn't it? Time is just so weird.
Speaker 2 (20:07):
Brian, you nailed it. It does. It feels like it
