Well, nothing complicated here, but it's a great way to
wake up the person you love who also loves bacon.
Speaker 1 (03:08):
Me.
Speaker 4 (03:09):
So you place the young cook bacon on a cookie sheet,
forming the shape of a heart with each trip, and
after a bit in the oven, the Valentine's bacon hearts
are finished. They are just cooked a perfection, and then
you are just eating a yummy breakfast and they're made
with love.
Speaker 6 (03:28):
Obviously.
Speaker 3 (03:28):
Well, anything involving bacon is delicious when you put that
little extra touch on it, piggyback haack, you can't help
but love.
Speaker 2 (03:35):
That's rude.
Speaker 5 (03:36):
Piggyback hack, that's rude. Throw a little brown sugar on
that bacon.
Speaker 2 (03:41):
Little maple too, little maple syrup.
Speaker 4 (03:42):
Why would you do a piggyback hack on the bacas.
Speaker 2 (03:46):
It's more appropriate now than ever more.
Speaker 1 (03:48):

Twenty three.
Speaker 5 (04:35):
I know that most people will judge me, but when
I'm down meaning depressed, the only emotional support animal I
need is a rotisserie chicken.
Speaker 2 (04:43):
Diana G. Twenty three.
Speaker 3 (04:45):
I love me a rotisserie chicken. You know it's interesting
because when people are depressed, stressed out, or are dealing
with anxiety, a lot of people feed their emotions. Oh yeah,
I'm the complete opposite. I don't eat when I'm stressed
out or I've got a lot of my mind or whatever.
I don't have an appetite to me. I correlate food
(05:05):
with happiness and celebration. Yea, which most of the time
I am happy. But if I've got a lot of
my mind or whatever I have to Sometimes I just
forget to eat so I lose weight.
Speaker 1 (05:14):
Mario Lopez will be right back.

that bring out our inner geek. In fact, new study
says half of us think we're nerdy in certain aspects
of adult life.
Speaker 2 (05:29):
So how geeky are we?
Speaker 5 (05:30):
Well?
Speaker 3 (05:31):
The top twenty signs your a geek include comparing specs
before buying any gadgets, watching behind the scenes documentaries and
shows with useless trivia questions like Jeffrey Fans. Other nerdy
things we do, memorizing lines from our favorite films. Wait,
I'm guilty of that, making spreadsheets for personal projects, and
watching YouTube tatorials just for fun.
Speaker 2 (05:49):
I don't watch them for fun, but they are very enoughful.
I look at them when I need to do something. Yeah,
exactly the right.

A small donation. Some places even take it up a notch.
Speaker 3 (07:46):
The San Antonio Zoo lets you name a rat or
even a vegetable after your ex and watch you get devoured.
It's a bit petty, but it's all for a good cause.
Speaker 2 (07:55):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (07:56):
You gotta let the other person know too, so you
have to tag them when you post on social media
and let them appreciate that.
Speaker 2 (08:17):
What al Mario Lopez here was a quick buzz for you.
Speaker 3 (08:19):
I'm not sure if you caught him or not, but
nominations for the ninety eighth Annual Academy Awards dropped twenty
four categories set to be awarded March fifteenth, live on ABC.
Five nominees in each category except for Best Picture, which
is always arbitrary, and they have ten again this year,
so random. I wish it would have kept it five,
but I understand politically they want to invite more people.
Speaker 2 (08:41):
Blah blah blah.
Speaker 3 (08:42):
Allmaro dot com to find out who's leading the nominees,
who got snubbed?
Speaker 2 (08:45):
Everything you need to know.
Speaker 3 (08:47):
Amara Cordey Lopez saw this and thought it was pretty interesting.
Modern weddings are becoming more budget conscious than ever before,
according to a new research. They found that the days
of glamorous over spending may be less common for Jeff Well,
when you're Jeff Bezos. Yeah, it's it's different, but you
know what, this is a very smart approach to your.
Speaker 2 (09:09):
Marriage, not just your wedding, but your actual marriage.
Speaker 4 (09:12):
Well, twenty two percent of those planning a wedding referred
to their budget as modest, While only five percent said
they were planning something extravagant. An additional sixteen percent said
they were working with the bare minimum. The average couple
expects to spend a third of their combined annual income
on the big day. That translates to an average wedding
budget of about twenty one thousand.
Speaker 3 (09:33):
Honestly, not that I would want to do anything different,
but I always suggest to my friends now that are
thinking about proposing and get married and all this, Like
Robert Hill, for example, give him a shout out. Professor
Jiu Jitsu there said, why don't you just elope man
a lope and have like a little get together. If
you want to spend more money, either have a party
on yeah, have a party, or your honeymoon, this and that,
(09:55):
because it really at the end of the day, yes,
I mean, there's nothing more I love than seeing you
in your dress in stuff. But people who might be
a little bit more financially conscious move sure.
Speaker 4 (10:06):
And I think it's especially if it's your second wedding
and you've already been there, done that.
Speaker 2 (10:10):
Yeah, that for sure, you got it there, you know
more of a reason.
Speaker 4 (10:13):
But I get sometimes just so the woman wants to
have that day and more of the dress. So I
get it, but you can definitely do it on a
modest budget.
Speaker 2 (10:20):
Third Wedding convenience store exactly more.
Speaker 1 (10:23):

Speaker 6 (10:45):
So weird?
Speaker 4 (10:47):
You know, ever since I could remember, I've just I've
always wanted to go back to bed. I literally my
alarm goes off and I think about the nighttime when
I get to get back into bed.
Speaker 2 (10:57):
You know that expression, you've made your bed, lie in it. Okay,
that sounds awesome, Yeah, that sounds great. That's not a punishment.
I'm down for that. I'm with you, Jarl, Marriol Courtney Lopez.

to see it, Nice to meet you.
Speaker 3 (13:14):
Actually, well, so because you asked me if I watched,
and I said no, I never like to lie. I
do not watch because I don't even know how many
franchises there are.
Speaker 1 (13:23):
Now.
Speaker 2 (13:23):
I know there's Orange County, there's.
Speaker 3 (13:25):
Beverly Hills, there's a Jersey, there's Atlantomic, there's Atlanta.
Speaker 2 (13:30):
They're like in Dubai, in Salt Lake City, London, London.
So you know, with all due respect, no.
Speaker 6 (13:39):
No shame there. I didn't watch it either. I didn't
watch The Housewives before I agreed to do it.
Speaker 2 (13:43):
Oh, you didn't watch it before you agree to do it.
Speaker 6 (13:45):
I was just laughing because like I was just like,
I'm in Jared's office, look at the Harley David.
Speaker 2 (13:49):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, and you're like, who's Jared?
Speaker 6 (13:51):
And I thought you're kidding. I'm like, we got a
good context.
Speaker 2 (13:55):
Now now I know. I learned Jared's you're on and
off again boyfriend. Evidently you're on at the moment.
Speaker 6 (14:01):
Where without someone saying, are you and Jared still together?
So that's why I thought you were kidding.
Speaker 2 (14:06):
No, so are you and Jared still together? Yes, okay,
you're together at the moment.
Speaker 4 (14:10):
Nice.
Speaker 2 (14:11):
Nice, Well, you guys have six seasons under your belt.
It's wrapping up.
Speaker 3 (14:14):
Reunion episodes are airing right now. Those are always pretty intensive.
It feels like it's an interrogation.
Speaker 2 (14:20):
How did it go for you?
Speaker 1 (14:22):
What?
Speaker 6 (14:23):
Not that well?
Speaker 1 (14:24):
For me?
Speaker 2 (14:25):
Really?
Speaker 6 (14:25):
Why this last Tuesday, this last part two episode was
pretty rough. I threw a big watch party and think
Kevin's I did because it kind of distracted from the
pain of it all. We were eating tacos on Taco Tuesday.
Speaker 2 (14:39):
And appropriate shedding.
Speaker 6 (14:41):
There may have been a tear shed or two for me.
Speaker 2 (14:44):
Got it all right? Well, lots more to talk about,
so hang time.
Speaker 3 (14:47):
More Brittany from The Royal Housewives of Salt Lake City
coming up after a quick break.
Speaker 1 (14:51):
More fun on the way on with Mario Lopez.
Speaker 3 (14:54):
Getting to know Britney Bateman from the Royal Housewives of
Salt Lake City. This hour Mario Lopez here and Brittany.
One of the I guess storylines you would call it
in the specials is you have issues?
Speaker 2 (15:05):
I think is a fair word. With Meredith Mars what's
going on there? Yeah?
Speaker 6 (15:11):
Well, on this last episode she calls me a bigot?
Speaker 2 (15:14):
Oh why did she call you that?
Speaker 6 (15:17):
To deflect from her own behavior of buoying me Plaine.
So really it was a stretch. It was hard. I
literally lost my ever loving minds and that's not something
that's not something you like throw out there, and it's
completely unfounded. I've never even thought a negative thought about
(15:41):
a race of people, a group of people hated someone
for no reason ever in my life. I mean, she
was asked a question and that's what she used as
a diversion tactic, and I'm really really upset by it.
Speaker 2 (15:53):
Were you ever cool or it's always been pretty icy?
Speaker 6 (15:56):
We know we were really cool.
Speaker 2 (15:58):
Oh you were really cool, really good.
Speaker 6 (15:59):
Friends at some point.
Speaker 2 (16:00):
Oh yeah.
Speaker 6 (16:00):
It literally flipped on the dime because there was an
alleged moment where I was, allegedly, according to people, filming
the group on a selfie video in a sprinter van
where all amazing things happen in the sprinter van.
Speaker 2 (16:19):
Huh.
Speaker 6 (16:20):
And she literally flipped like that and said, You're a vile,
you're disgusting, you're despicable person, like all this stuff, And
I'm like, I'm just trying to send a selfie to
my daughter, who got one hundred percent of.
Speaker 2 (16:33):
Her mouth to us, just like that, she thought you
were being shady. Yeah god, and.
Speaker 6 (16:40):
Yeah, so yeah, because of that, it's been all downhill
from there.
Speaker 2 (16:44):
Oh, it's too bad.
Speaker 3 (16:45):
And hopefully since you guys were friends, you'll be able
to squash it and move on. Well, I guess it
remains to be seen.
Speaker 6 (16:51):
I've yeah, I've tried many, many times.
Speaker 3 (16:53):
All Right, a few more songs and when we come
back with some more Brittany from the Real Housewives of
Salt Lakes City Omar Lopez, Brittany Bateman from the Real
house I was of Salt Lake City on Zoom with
us and I'm just curious, Brittany, you ever cross paths
with the Secret Lives of Mormon Wise.
Speaker 6 (17:09):
Yes, those girls are so good and I'm I'm on
the last season, episode two right now, I'm kind of behind.
It's a good show. It's a really good show. And
this is jay z styles hair. This is Jesse's hair. Oh, okay,
she did my hair for two years and now go
to Angie Angie k on my show. Okay, but yeah,
(17:33):
before that, it's two years of Secret Lives of Mormon
Wives hair. These are what they call Utah girls.
Speaker 2 (17:41):
Okay, yeah, I wasn't not familiar with that. All right, now, no.
Speaker 3 (17:45):
Rapping up with Britney babman from the real house size
of Salt Lake City. You're all Mario Lopez and Brittany
I hear you're quite the singer. What kind of music
do you like to sing?
Speaker 4 (17:54):
Ah?
Speaker 6 (17:54):
I like everything. I really like Top forty. I really
like everything on the radio. I'm a broad weak girl.
So I graduated in musical theater. Well, I started out
going to college as an English major, and then I
switched to math, and then I switched to engineering, and
then I graduated in musical theater.
Speaker 2 (18:13):
Go figure, that's a that's a quite totally hard Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 6 (18:17):
Brain, I guess I'm brain amadextrous. But yeah, so I'm
a Broadway girl. And then I owned a band for
ten years.
Speaker 2 (18:27):
And just what do you mean you owned a band?
How does one own a band?
Speaker 6 (18:32):
Well, I had a business partner. He was the bass player.
I was the lead singer. And we just decided to
have a corporate party slash destination wedding band. So we
hire ourselves out for celebrity weddings all the world, Like
if someone wants to get married in Peru, you call
yourself in Portugal and got whatever our band to fly
(18:55):
out and got it. And same with corporations like eBay
and Microsoft and stuff. What was the name of the
bed groove merchants Groove merchants since merchants of groove.
Speaker 2 (19:08):
Merchants of groove.
Speaker 3 (19:09):
I get it, I get it, Brittany nice, Yeah, okay, Oh,
are we going to see the groove Merchants on the show?
Speaker 1 (19:16):
No.
Speaker 6 (19:16):
I sold my shares in twenty nineteen. I just got
so busy with real estate. I didn't have time, and
I was spending more time doing real estate deals than
I was touring, and I kept hiring subs and it
just didn't make any sense. So I sold my shares
to my business partner, and then the whole world shut down,
like the whole entertainment industry shut down for COVID got
(19:38):
it first, squeaked out. I exited the company right in
the best time the whole industry crash. I'm sure they're
but they're doing great.
Speaker 2 (19:47):
Okay, Oh they're still they're still surviving.
Speaker 6 (19:50):
Still phenomenal. They're just top notch. I created a great company.
Speaker 2 (19:55):
Good for you, Good for you. Well, congrats on the
new season.
Speaker 3 (19:58):
