Speaker 1 (01:26):
What happened? We were getting teased with that? Mario Courtney
Lopez quickly squeezing in a random question.
Speaker 4 (01:34):
What you got quarto?
Speaker 1 (01:35):
Okay?
Speaker 3 (01:35):
Would you rather have your shadow live independently or your
reflection give bad advice? I don't understand what I just
asked you, but would.
Speaker 1 (01:48):
You would I would rather have my shadow live independently,
because then maybe you can accomplishment, accomplish, because maybe it
can handle a few more tasks that I might not
be able to get to. I like that you can't
have your flesh and give you bad advice. That's awful.
That's like a curse.
Speaker 4 (02:03):
Unless you know it's bad advice, and then you just
do the opposite.
Speaker 2 (02:06):
Mario Lopez will be right back.
Speaker 1 (02:08):
But time being weird, John Morrow, Courtney Lopez. Time for
Courtney's random thought. What's on your mind?
Speaker 4 (02:13):
Quarto? Why your dirty shoes are on my what's.
Speaker 1 (02:17):
On your mind?
Speaker 4 (02:18):
Quarto?
Speaker 3 (02:19):
Oh okay, so okay, tell me if you guys ever
do this. And I usually hate the person driving after
they make me do this when you have personalized license
plate and you have to sound out what they're saying,
like it'll be like I C N D A T
(02:43):
eight right.
Speaker 4 (02:44):
You have to sound it out to figure it out.
It's not just like hand date.
Speaker 1 (02:46):
It's not date.
Speaker 4 (02:47):
It's not blatant exactly.
Speaker 3 (02:49):
And I'm sitting there going blah blah no, and I'm
all by myself in the car and I look like
an idiot, and then once I finally get it, it's
wasted my time and it's stupid.
Speaker 5 (03:02):
But there's also no way to really confirm that you
got to write correct, that is, unless you stop them
and ask.
Speaker 1 (03:07):
You should look at it as an entertaining It's a
game purpose that while you're at a light, you just
save some time.
Speaker 4 (03:12):
It's a brain teaser.
Speaker 1 (03:14):
No, I don't like those people.
Speaker 4 (03:19):
Mario Courtney Lopez.
Speaker 1 (03:20):
More music than going to make a quick stop in
the Quartos corner for something fresh. Any hints? Uh honey, we.
Speaker 3 (03:25):
Are going to be talking about an unexpected key to
building confidence.
Speaker 4 (03:29):
Ooh, I like that?
Speaker 3 (03:30):
All right?
Speaker 1 (03:31):
Back with Cordos corner in ten, don't move all right,
make it a quick pickstop into Cordo's corner. What up
Mario and Courtney Lopez here? What are we talking about today?
Speaker 3 (03:40):
Building confidence? Yes, so forget buying new clothes or getting
a new look. New research is showing that the key
to confidence could be building something on your own. Studies
found that individuals who completed do it yourself projects reported
it boosted their confidence, happiness, and satisfaction for up to
(04:02):
seven weeks.
Speaker 1 (04:03):
That makes total sense. Whenever you do something on your own,
it's so gratifying and you do feel much more confident.
Come out more, Mario Lopez coming up, keeping the music
and fun coming your way. Mario Courtney Lopez. Here, got

So you ever have a heard time choosing something to
watch on TV? Well, apparently most couples do. In fact,
new survey says ninety percent of couples spend more time
trying to choose something to watch than actually watching something.
Speaker 4 (04:36):
That was us last night.
Speaker 1 (04:41):
Now, if you deal with anxiety, this latest TikTok trend
maybe something to look into. Mario Lopez. Here TikTok's latest
comfort trend. The anxiety bag idea is to carry a
small pouch filled with items that help calm you down,
especially when you're out and about. People are packing things
like gum, sour candy, essential oils, fidget toys, meds, headphones.
(05:02):
Even a cold pack therapist say it works because it
creates a sense of preparedness and safety, which anxiety tends
to wipe out. It's personal, low pressure and all about
having comfort within arm's reach. Well, I always have gum
in my pocket, not a big sour candy guy, the
essential oil thing. Were supposed to just bust that out start.
Speaker 4 (05:18):
Rubbing on yourself. Yeah, I don't. That seems like a
weird one.
Speaker 5 (05:21):
To me, the bad eye carry is full of stress
because it's all my work stuff.
Speaker 1 (05:24):
Right, A cold pack, I'm just supposed to be cold.
Speaker 4 (05:26):
Yeah, it's not gonna stay cold.
Speaker 1 (05:28):
Yeah, all right, I'm gonna stick with the gum More.
Speaker 2 (05:31):

Speaker 3 (06:40):
I never watched that.
Speaker 1 (06:40):
I never watched that either, Claire, it was it was
more dramatic with teen angst. We were probably too young,
sort of like Dawson's Creek with Claire Danes and Jared Leto.
Speaker 3 (06:48):
What's funny you say that because Dawson's Creek is next
at number eight.
Speaker 1 (06:51):
Oh okay, I didn't watch that one either.

Speaker 3 (07:26):
One Saved by the Bell Baby number one.
Speaker 1 (07:31):
That's pretty cool for a little Saturday morning show. All
the other shows, it is more iconic, I think than
the others. Well, irony is it was a Saturday Morning
Show and all the other ones are all prime time.
Speaker 5 (07:40):
Yeah, so that's you had a bigger impact on us
than any of those others.

its way down south to bumber shoot, bumber shoots.
Speaker 1 (08:36):
Bumber shoot. Yes, bumber shoot is when you're playing bumper cars.
But then you're like, shoot, I'm just going to go
and get crazy and go off the beat.
Speaker 4 (08:45):
Pat That is really incorrect. No bumber shoot, bumber shoots.
Speaker 5 (08:49):

You you you were talking about using a different product
to condition your hair. You were some of the active.
The word condition cream rants is the actual conditioner, not
the active doing it like a synonym.

Yes, no, you you were. That's controversial, controversial, you know what.
Speaker 4 (09:40):
I give her the point and I'll give you a prop.

and respond some male fitness influencers recommending boy kibble and yes,
it does sort of resemble dog food.
Speaker 3 (12:18):
What is it?
Speaker 1 (12:19):
Well, in its simplest form, boy kibble is made from
just two ingredients, ground beef and white rice. I've had that,
I've eaten that. Yeah, that's pretty good, although you can
throw in some spices, which is my move. Basically the
guy version of the viral girl dinner that's been out there.
Nutrition to say, boy kibble is okay as long as
it's not the only thing you eat. Boy kibble, ground
(12:41):
beef and white rice. That's like when there's nothing really
left in the fridge and you want to get crazy
and make something really quick. If you really want to
take a next level scramble, some eggs in there.
