Well, in its simplest form, boy kibble is made from
just two ingredients, ground beef and white rice. I've had that,
I've eaten that. Yeah, that's pretty good, although you can
throw in some spices, which is my move. Basically the
guy version of the viral girl dinner that's been out there.
Nutrition to say, boy kibble is okay as long as
it's not the only thing you eat. Boy kibble, ground

left in the fridge and you want to get crazy
and make something really quick. If you really want to
take a next level scramble, some eggs in there.
