Ah, You're so sweet. Thank you. I'll love to tell it. Hey,
people are fired up about this. The new scary movie
film is out your bag. Sean and Marlon are back.
Anna Faris. How's it being back on set with everyone?
Speaker 2 (00:39):
Oh? It was great. I mean it was great. Just
I mean, Serio Harry's back. I mean, I mean Greg Sheridan.
I mean, it was just great to see. It was
great to see everyone. It was kind of a reunion
of sorts because some people I haven't seen over the years,
and then other people, you know, I've seen more often.
But it is really great to just be a that

and in those characters specifically.
Speaker 1 (01:03):
I bet it was a fun set. Y'all look like
you're having a good time and and what's the premise
on this one? What what movies are y'all spoofing?
Speaker 2 (01:12):
Oh gosh, well we're spoofing. Well, obviously we're spoohing. Spoofing moms,
shout up to our patia. Since and I mean, I
think you've got a lot in there for everyone, I mean,
your sinners. There's get out, there's smile, there's substance. I mean,
there's like, there's quite a few actually quite a few

movies in there that we are, which is great. I
mean that's a sign of how that genre is all so.
Speaker 1 (01:40):
Booming exactly, and ironically it keeps the scary movie franchise
going to y'all can keep just keep going, I.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
Know, right, because I mean I was just looking at
the past couple of weeks that, like some of the
other just even things that have come out since where
I'm like, and of course you know what I'm i forgetting, right,
of course, I mean, yeah, that's.
Speaker 1 (02:03):
The genesis right there, of course. And uh, you also
have another film coming out called The Sheep Detectives alongside
Hugh Jackman. It's been big success in theaters. What's this
one all about?
Speaker 2 (02:15):
Oh, it's so cute. It's Craig Mazing wrote it is
based on a book, but I play a sheep called Cloud,
and it's kind of about a shepherd. It's a murderous mystery.
It's a shepherd who read murder Mystery to his sheep,
and I guess no one knew that they could talk
amongst each other and understood. It's kind of like underestimating
(02:39):
the you know, the intelligence of the capacity of like
some different people and things. And anyway, the sheep, they
they decide they know it's murder and they're going to
solve a murder, and so that's why they I'm a
cheap detective.
Speaker 1 (02:54):
I love how diverse. All your projects are so cool
because I know you've got yeah that you busy girl.
Speaker 2 (02:58):
I like it.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
In July, you got to TV series coming to a
peak called Five Star Weekend with Jennifer Garner. I saw
the trailer. That one looks really good too. It looks
like a lot of fun. What's going on in that show?
Speaker 2 (03:09):
Oh yeah, no, it's sweet. It's like it was so nice.
It's all the girls and the guys. But you know
it's been Garner, Chloe Seer and Starcy Garden. There's who
am I forgetting? Jim and I'm forgetting any of my

girls for five of us that I named, but I
hope I didn't forget anyone because they're all incredibly wonderful.
But we had we had such a great time. We
got to shoot in Nantucket. I've never been to Nantucket
and it was actually it's based on Ellen hilde Brand
book and people, you know, she had such a huge

following for all of the books. So it's it's very
nice to be able to take something that has a
like a fan base and bring it to lots people
can see what it is, you know.
Speaker 1 (04:00):
Yeah, I already built in audience right there. Wait where
are you from? Us? By the way, Regina, DC? Okay,
DC area, Okay. I went to head out there this weekend.
As matter of fact, are you what are you going for?
I'm gonna shoot this uh this special out there for CBS.
I'm going to be uh filming in DC. Then I
got to go to New York, which I know is close.
(04:21):
I'm gonna take the train, which everybody's telling it's easier.
Speaker 2 (04:25):
I love it. I love it. I love it. I
love Judy.
Speaker 1 (04:29):
Greer, Judy gree you just remember Okay, I love it.

Yeah, sorry, I just is like, wait, wait, wait, she's yeah,

by the way, you crushed it at the Kevin Hart roast.
Was that your first time ever roasting someone?
Speaker 2 (04:56):
Yeah? Yeah, backually my first time at a roast, so yeah,
it was a completely new experience. And you know, Kevin
and I have been friends and I love Kevins for
so long, so just I always like happy to see
him happy, you know, thriving and yeah, wait, you know

what I mean, waiting, always loving his stand up.
Speaker 1 (05:21):
So I love I love Kevin too, And un tell them,
I go, hey, boy, you're stronger than me. Because I
don't know if it's just a culture thing, but I
can't be having nobody roast me. I'll be throwing hands
after a minute. That's a whole thing.
Speaker 2 (05:36):
Yeah, I get it.
Speaker 1 (05:39):
It's an acquired taste, I guess, but a yeah, I
did things, so you gotta have fun with it.
Speaker 2 (05:46):
I guess.
