over the past few years, the integrity of our elections
have experienced an extraordinary attack. Twenty twenty marks the year
that distrust in our elections has reached an unprecedented level.

How did that happen? What can patriots do to stop
the steal of future elections? To find the answer, we're
going to tell the story of a small election in California,
one that changed the rules for how to win at
the ballot box. Rules at the right better adopt before
it's too late.

As the Trump administration approached the twenty eighteen midterm elections,
the temperature of the nation was still uncertain. Was there
or was there not a blue wave?

Forming Democratic leaders keep promising or at least hoping for
a blue wave in twenty eighteen For.

This midterm, of course, big talk of a blue wave.
Will the Republicans be able to keep the House?
Speaker 9 (03:32):
As we do head into the midterms, of course, there
have been some predictions that this could be a blue
wave year.
Speaker 2 (03:37):
Historically, in a first term, the president's party suffers big
losses in the House and Senate during the midterm elections.
But something happened that gave the GOP some hope.
Speaker 9 (03:47):
I want to know about this guy's background, and the
American public wants to know about his background.
Speaker 10 (03:51):
We need to know.
Speaker 11 (03:52):
Are we about to put somebody on the United States
Supreme Court who committed a sexual assault?
Speaker 2 (03:56):
The left viciously attacked Supreme Court Justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh,
and it seemed to backfire. Democrats did one thing that
even Trump had trouble pulling off. They united the right,
never Trumper's Neo khons and the MAGA crowd all came
together to defend the nominee, so much so that the
GOP and the President were feeling pretty confident that they

would buck the midterm election trend.

I like where we stand in the election, you know,
I think that blue wave is being rapidly shattered.
Speaker 2 (04:26):
The Republicans had some solid candidates running for Congress, like
Florida Governor Rick Scott running for US Senator and former
financial analyst Young Kim buying for a seat in the
US House of Representatives.
Speaker 13 (04:38):
I learned from early on, having been born and raised
in South Korea. After elementary school, my family came to
live in America, and I grew up on the island
of Guam, and then I went to the island of
Hawaii and came across the Pacific Ocean to come to California.
And I called that getting into the bigger world.
Speaker 2 (04:58):
The then fifty six year old, attractive South Korean immigrant
was running for California's thirty ninth district that covers parts
of Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Orange County. The latter
being one of the few Republican strongholds in the Golden State.
Kim faced off against Democrat Gil Cisnaro's winner of the
twenty ten Mega Millions lottery, a whopping two hundred and
sixty six million dollar jackpot, and Kim skillfully used it
(05:21):
against him.
Speaker 13 (05:22):
I don't think my opponent understands that he hit a
jackpot I himself made.
Speaker 2 (05:27):
The race looked tight, but Young Kim was endorsed by
the retiring congressman occupying the seat, Republican ed Royce. Kim
even received some favorable coverage from the local press for
the possibility of her becoming the first Korean American woman
to be elected to Congress. It was pretty evident that
Young Kim was the more impressive of the two candidates.
Speaker 13 (05:48):
Government is not always perfect. That's why they need some
fiscal irresponsible person who will ensure that we put the
house fiscal order in place first.
Speaker 14 (06:01):
I agree with that.
Speaker 15 (06:02):
That's why, you know, that's why I think we need
a democratic Congress right now, because what the Republicans did
was they created at one point, they.
Speaker 13 (06:09):
Added one point five trillion dollars to the basis is
nothing but dysfunction. In Washington and the resistance that we've
seen this is totally uncharacteristic of American values.
Speaker 2 (06:26):
So no one should have been too surprised that by
the end of election night twenty eighteen, Young Kim finished
fourteen points ahead of her Democrat opponent.
Speaker 16 (06:36):
Young Kim met with her, of course, in Rolanites, just
a short time ago. She is hoping to replace her
former boss at Royce. If she is elected and can
hold on to her lead, she will be the first
Korean American woman to be elected to Congress. Here's what
she had to say tonight.
Speaker 13 (06:52):
We don't know the results yet, but so far what
we've seen, we are in the lead, and I really
believe that we're going.
Speaker 4 (07:01):
To hold the leads on that.
Speaker 2 (07:03):
As she walked through a crowd of her supporters, the
energy was what you'd expect to hear in a winning campaign.
By her side was retiring District thirty nine Congressman Ed Royce,
(07:23):
who could see that his handpicked successor was on the
verge of making history.
Speaker 10 (07:28):
It's been excited, i think for all of us because
this is historic.
Speaker 14 (07:35):
Now.
Speaker 17 (07:35):
The results are not all in.
Speaker 18 (07:38):
We don't know the outcome.
Speaker 17 (07:40):
But what we can say is At this moment, Young
kid is in a very strong position.

The hope for a blue wave was not happening in
Orange County that night, and it was a trend that
was seen in other parts of America as well.

It is entirely possible that the Democrats will regain control
of the House today.
Speaker 15 (07:58):
But I have to say, when you.

Look at what's going on here tonight, this is not
a blue wave.
Speaker 2 (08:03):
When cable news show signed off that night, six California
GOP candidates were ahead in their races for Congress. The
following day, Asian media called Young Kim's race.
Speaker 21 (08:14):
History was made during the twenty eighteen US midterm elections
as Young Kim was elected to the US House of Representatives,
becoming the first Korean American woman to win a coveted
spot in Congress.
Speaker 2 (08:28):
She quickly hopped on a flight to Washington, d C.
To participate in a freshman orientation for newly elected members
of Congress. She stood proudly with the group that included
Alexandria Cossio Quortes and Ilan o'mar. The only problem was
Young Kim hadn't won. She was about to become the
victim of a new phenomenon. In the days that followed
(08:51):
the November sixth election, her opponent, Gilsa Snarrows, was slowly
closing the fourteen point gap, reducing it to ten percent,
then seven percent, then four. By November sixteenth, a full
ten days after the election, Cisneros finally edged ahead.

The thirty ninth district.

Democrat Gilsisniros moved ahead of Republican Young Kim for the
first time since election night.

And this phenomenon was happening in other parts of the country.
Republicans that were ahead on election night were slowly losing
practically every close race in the days that followed.

Again, right now we have the Democrats picking up thirty
one seats, but in these outstanding seats here they leading a.

Lot of them.

The prospect of Democrats getting upwards of forty seats looms
very large right now.

Two days after Young Kim lost her lead, the unbelievable happened.
Speaker 17 (09:45):
A Korean American candidate running for a seat in the
US House of Representatives has lost her race. According to
the Associated Press, The AP declared the race on Saturday
local time for California's thirty ninth district for Democrat Gil
Cesnaros who beat Republican Young Kim. Kim appeared to be
in the lead on election night, but as postal ballots
(10:06):
came in, that lead shrank and disappeared.
Speaker 9 (10:08):
SIS scenarios at first losing and then overtaking its challenger
Young Kim by a few hundred votes.
Speaker 23 (10:15):
An historic moment at Orange County. Democrats took every district
there in the midterm elections, marking a sea of change
in an area that has been read for decades.
Speaker 9 (10:23):
Orange County is now a sea of blue. For the
first time since the nineteen thirties, there will not be
a Republican from Orange County occupying a House seat.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
It was a stunning development, and Young Kim wasn't the
only victim. All six California GOP candidates that were winning
on election night eventually lost their races. The turn of
events took everyone by surprise, including the then Republican Speaker
(10:55):
of the House, Paul Ryan.

In California just defies logic to me. We had a
lot of wins that night. We don't only down twenty
sixteen the night of the election, and three weeks later
we lost basically every contested California race. This election system
they have. I can't begin to understand.
Speaker 2 (11:15):
How did this happen? Well, the answer resides in two
simple words, ballot harvesting. Prior to twenty sixteen, American citizens
in California that voted by absentee ballot were required to
either mail in their ballot or designate a close family
(11:36):
member to deliver it to a local elections office. But
Assembly Bill nineteen twenty one changed all that when it
passed in September twenty sixteen. It removed those restrictions and
instead authorized that any person could be designated to return
a voter's absentee ballot. In other words, a complete stranger
(11:56):
could knock on your door and take your ballot for
you to an election office, they could harvest your ballot.
The change was too new to have a major impact
on the twenty sixteen election, but by the twenty eighteen midterms,
California Democrats understood this new law and embarked on an
(12:18):
experiment that they hoped to spread to other states.

The Democrats changed the rules of the game.
Speaker 2 (12:24):

They changed the rules of the game, and so if
everybody's harvesting and if you're not harvesting, you're going to lose.

How do I know that.

This is the rules have been changed, and if you
don't learn the lesson, you're going to lose continuously. Look
at what happened in California in twenty eighteen. In California
was the first time we had ballot harvesting. The GOP
got wiped out.

What Democrats did in Orange County during the midterms was
go door to door targeting Democrat absentee voters to collect
their ballots and deliver them to election offices. One was
caught on camera in the process.
Speaker 22 (13:01):

Oh, it's I You came here to pick up your ballot.
Speaker 24 (13:06):
Yeah, we're offering this new service, but only to like people.

Who are supporting the Democratic Party.

I'm just trying to pick up your ballot and show
you how to do it if you don't know.

Yeah.

This was all legal, and according to the Orange County
GOP chair at the time, Fred Whittaker, the Democrats were
incredibly effective at using this new law. Per Whittaker, over
two hundred and fifty thousand Orange County absentee ballots were
dropped off on election day alone, an unprecedented number. At
the time, the Democrats had an incredibly effective new business
(13:43):
model ballot harvesting mail in ballots. All they needed to
do was export this new technique to other states around
the country. The problem was for decades both Democrats and
Republicans highlighted absentee ballots as the biggest avenue for fraud
(14:07):
in American elections.
Speaker 6 (14:08):
Absentee ballots have been an area of concern since we
invented the secret ballot, because absentee ballots circumvent all of
the protections of a secret ballot.
Speaker 2 (14:18):
That's Robert Barnes, a constitutional lawyer based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Speaker 6 (14:23):
You're not in a safe location observed where no one
else can see you, no one else can coerce you,
no one else can bribe you. Where you have to
be actually you, because you're there physically in person. Usually
you show identification in most places, and so in that context,
the great concern initially was always that absentee balloting circumvented
(14:44):
all of the protections of a secret ballot and thus
was always more at risk for fraud period fraud in
that someone else could cast the ballot for you. Fraud
in the sense that your ballot could be coerced, or
intimidated or blackmailed. For about a century we had a
consensus that absentee balloting should be very limited.
Speaker 2 (15:01):
After the highly content just two thousand Bush versus Gore election,
an effort to increase election integrity was put into motion,
and so.
Speaker 6 (15:10):
Is part of that. They passed a law in two
thousand and two that created an independent commission, the United
States Election Assistance Commission. They also had They also had
James Baker and Jimmy Carter get together and do a
study of where the risk were, where they needed to
increase security, where they needed to increase accessibility there was
Carter Baker report was issued in two thousand and five.
It warned that the biggest risk was mass absentee balloty
(15:33):
and that there needed to be voter ID.
Speaker 26 (15:36):
These photo ID cards will be free. Secondly, there'll be
a wide distribution offerm. The states will be required to
go around the state to issue these photo I D
Cards to as many people as possible, which will be
our good system just for recruiting new voters. This will
be very important, and so this will be I think
(15:56):
I'll move forward then getting more people to vote. It
will not restrict people from voting. It will be uniformly
applied throughout the country, and it will not it will
be non discriminatory.
Speaker 6 (16:06):
And they proposed a whole bunch of things with it,
and one of their priorities was restrict absentee balloting because
that's where the fraud is going to occur, and historically
has occurred. Almost all seventy five to eighty percent of
your criminal prosecutions or subsequent election contests involve fraudulent absentee ballots,
and that's when the scale of absentee ballots was much
much smaller.
Speaker 2 (16:26):
So to limit corruption and absentee ballots, states put safeguards
in place. For one, the ballot had to be requested.
The state couldn't just send one out to every registered voter, and.
Speaker 6 (16:37):
They could only be given or set the ballot, because
the ballot is the sort of precious commodity in this
context if they meet certain circumstances or certain standards. So
there's someone who's indefinitely confined because their physical health doesn't
allow them to travel or move around. They're in the military.
There's someone who works on election day and cannot get
(17:00):
out of working on election day to vote. You know something,
you know, some circumstance that really makes it so it's
necessary that they vote absentee. They have to have a
legal excuse, and those legal excuses have usually limited the
scope of absentee balloting for a long for over one
hundred years.
Speaker 2 (17:19):
In many states, the absentee ballot voter had to have
the ballot notarized to ensure the person was a real
legal voter, and as a final safeguard, the voter had
to sign the mail in ballot so that their signature
could be matched to the voter signature in the state database.
The signature of verification precaution was one that even Barack
Obama agreed with. In two thousand and eight.
Speaker 27 (17:39):
There's word from Florida that they intend to put out
a mailing sort of a campaign. I mean an election
process whereby they make up for the primary they had before,
which was ruled out of order by the Democratic National Committee.
And you did not campaign, and they're talking about mailing it,
people mailing in their ballots. Do you trust the security
the honesty of such an election process?
Speaker 5 (18:01):
Well, I think we'd have to figure out whether this
was fraud proof. I mean, Oregon, for example, has a
terrific mail in system, but they've already scanned everybody's signatures
who's registered to vote, so that they can check to
make sure that in fact, the right people are voting.
And that's something that I think you'd have to figure out.
Speaker 2 (18:18):
Still, even with all of these safeguards, absentee ballots were
considered a hotbed for fraud.
Speaker 6 (18:24):
Twenty twelve, New York Times writes an extensive piece that
talks about absentee balloting is the great risk of fraud
that the more absentee balloting goes up, the more everyone
knows fraud will go up. They admit that a consensus
of election experts agree about this. Election historians agree with
this election lawyers agree with this.
Speaker 2 (18:42):
Even with this bipartisan consensus, a movement began to build
to loosen restrictions on mail in ballots. States slowly relaxed
the various safeguards. But it wasn't until the Democrats exploited
the combination of ballot harvesting and absentee ballots during the
twenty eighteen midterm elections that they realized they had an
(19:04):
explosive new model to win elections. All they needed was
an event to spread the model to other parts of
the country.

Welcome back. So the bipartisan consensus for one hundred years
was that absentee ballots were ripe for fraud. However, a
movement began to build to loosen restrictions on mail in ballots.
States slowly relaxed various safeguards. But it wasn't until the
Democrats exploited the combination of ballot harvesting and absentee ballots

during the twenty eighteen midterm elections that they realized they
had an explosive new model to win elections. All they
needed was an event to spread the model to other
parts of the country, and that event arrived in January
twenty twenty.

We are back from Washington tonight, and we'll get to
the impeachment trial in justice moment, But we begin tonight
with the growing concern as the tool from that deadly
coronavirus now grows, spreading from Wuhan, China, and tonight that
first case here in the US, the patient in isolation
now being treated by that robot.

Drastic measures to halt the spread of that deadly virus. Wuhan, China,
ground zero for the outbreak, now under lockdown. Most of
the seventeen dead and more than five hundred second are
in Wuhan, where today we saw the first images from
the front lines patients in isolation units being treated by
doctors in biohazard soup.

China's capital has announced that it's canceling all major public
events for Lunar New Years the country tries to stop
the spread of a new virus. The extreme move comes
out to restrictions were ordered on two cities, affecting some
twenty million people. All public transport services air, sea and
road out of the city of Wuhan have been suspended.
Speaker 1 (21:59):
Initially, the Democrats downplayed the threat of COVID nineteen. I
want to take a moment to say it's not a
time to panic about coronavirus.
Speaker 10 (22:08):
But coronavirus is a serious public health challenge.
Speaker 15 (22:11):
What is out there in other places.
Speaker 3 (22:13):
We want to be careful about how we deal with it.
But we do want to say that people come to Chinatown.

Here we are. We're again careful, safe, and I've.

If you're under fifty and you're healthy, which is most
New Yorkers.

There's very little threat here.

When you're saying what happened in other countries versus what
happened here.

We don't even think it's going to be as bad
as it was in other countries.

But it wasn't long until they began to change their tune,
whether it was through legitimate health concern, political expediency, or both.
The Democrats ramped up the fear porn, but Trump's instinct
was to not panic the public for what appeared to
be a flu like illness.

Are you telling the Americans, except for the ones who
are sick, not to change any other of their behaviors.
Speaker 12 (23:03):
I think you have to always look I do it
a lot anyway, as you probably heard, Wash your hands,
stay clean.
Speaker 10 (23:09):
You don't have to necessarily grab every handrail unless you
have to.
Speaker 12 (23:13):
You know, you do certain things that you do when
you have the flu. I mean, view this the same
as the flu when somebody sneezes. I mean, I try
and bail out as much as possible.

He even began to see the coronavirus as the new
political line of attack against his presidency.
Speaker 12 (23:37):
Now the Democrats are politicizing the coronavirus.
Speaker 30 (23:43):
You know that coronavirus.

They're politicizing that.
Speaker 1 (23:49):
Trump was holding the line resisting extreme action in response
to the coronavirus. But then one of the MAGA movement's
favorite media personalities, Tucker Carlson, began to attack the president's
response to COVID nineteen. In early March twenty twenty, the
Fox News host took his first trip to Trump's Florida
resort mar A Lago to urge the president to take
(24:10):
drastic action to stop the spread of the coronavirus. Shortly after,
he began ramping up his attack on the administration's response.
Speaker 29 (24:18):
People you trust, people you probably voted for, have spent
weeks minimizing what is clearly a very serious problem. It's
just partisan politics, they say, calm down. In the end,
this is just like the flu, and people die from
that every year. Coronavirus will pass, and when it does,
we will feel foolish for worrying about it. That's their position,
no doubt. These people have good intentions, as they say this,
(24:40):
many of them. Anyway, They may not know any better.
Maybe they're just not paying attention, or maybe they believe
they're serving some higher cause by shading reality. Nobody wants
to be manipulated by a corrupt media establishment, and it
is corrupt, and there's an election coming up. Best not
to say anything that might help the other side. We
get it, but they're wrong. The Chinese coronavirus is a
major event. It will affect your life. And by the way,
(25:03):
it's definitely not just the flu. In a typical year,
the flu in this country has a mortality rate of
about one in one thousand. The overall death rate for
this virus, by contrast, is as high as three point
four percent. That's thirty four times deadlier.

Tucker then did an interview with Vanity Fair, highlighting that
he sounded the alarm with the president. Other Trump friendly
Twitter influencers followed Tucker's lead, with now even Magamedia targeting him.
President Trump had no political cover to resist calls by
the Democrats to take drastic action, so on March sixteenth,
twenty twenty, President Trump issued his administration's new guidelines.

Over the next fifteen days. As we combat the virus,
seat in every one of us has a critical role
to play in stopping the spread and transmission of the virus.
It's important for the young and healthy people to understand
that while they may experience milders and symptoms, they can
easily spread this virus, and a will spread it, indeed

putting countless others in harm's way. We especially worry about
our senior citizens.

Governors around the country quickly used this guidance to completely
shut down their economies. Fifteen days turned to forty five.
The stage was set for one of the most dangerous
shifts to our voting process in American history. The Democrats
used the fear porn to ram through their new election
model of ballot harvesting mail in balance.

Could you be voting for president in November by mail?

Well, that is one option.

The minute of the coronavirus hit, we saw this big
push by the Democrat media complex that's Andrew Breitbart's famous
term for the media, their Hollywood allies, and the Democratic Party.
And what we saw is that the Democrats were using
every tool in their arsenal to push for vote by mail.

No one should ever have to choose between casting their
ballot and keeping themselves and their families and their community safe.
We don't have to do it. I know that, Black
and I because of the positions that we've been in,
because are of what we've done over the last year.
We voted by mail for every election for the last

We want more money for elections so that there can
be more of absencee ballots and vote by mail and

They were sending out Hollywood celebrities to throw these like
you know, zoom Gallas, pushing for vote by them.

We don't want to have to risk our health for
our votes.

So to make that easy mail invalid absentee ballot, I
think that's a really great compromise.

There was this push everywhere for vote on mail, and
we're like, what's going on. They were like, you can't
go to the polls. It's not going to be safe
for you to go to the polls.

The entire Democrat establishment was falling in line. Even former
President Jimmy Carter, the same person who sounded the alarm
on the fraud prone absentee ballots, sent out a press
release stating quote, I urge political leaders across the country
to take immediate steps to expand vote by mail and
other measures that can help protect the core of American democracy,

the right of our citizens to vote. End quote. As
the lefts push for mail in ballance was in full swing,
COVID nineteen numbers began to show that the virus was
not what was initially sold to the American public.

The virus just isn't nearly as deadly as we thought
it was. All of us, including on this show. Everybody
thought it was, but it turned out not to be.
Hospitals never collapsed.

But it was too late. The vote by mail scheme
was sweeping through the nation.

And why do they want to push vote by mail because,
as I said, it expands the avenues for fraud. You
can game the system way easier using a vote by
mail system. And not only that, it's this push for
vote by mail is also coupled by decades long legal
push by the Democrats to loosen whatever rules are in
place to verify voter voter identity to secure the election.

A movement had begun long before the twenty twenty election
to expand the absentee balloting and reduce the requirements to
send them out, but the arrival of the coronavirus put
that movement into hyperdrive again.

Robert Barnes the pandemic was seen as a perfect pretext
to massively enlarge the electorate through absentee balloting, and that
it would also remove the Historically you need a candidate
that excites people to get people to vote. The idea
was you could substitute for enthusiasm with just you know,
shoving a ballot down somebody's throat, you know, physically, by

sending it out to them, without any restrictions on them
having to request it, them having to legally need an
excuse for it, no witness. They wave the witness requirement
in most states. They allowed there to be drop boxes
where you didn't have to go through the mail or
deliver it anymore. You could just drop it off at
a dropbox. Dropboxes that were completely insecure. People could break

into them at any given time.

Drop boxes are, in essence, another form of ballot harvesting.
Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg and his wife put hundreds of millions
of dollars into funding drop boxes throughout deep blue counties
in swing states. The Democrats were using the coronavirus to
annihilate the safeguards on absentee balance.

So they removed the requirement that you requested in many states,
they removed the requirements that someone witness it and notarize it.

In many states.

They removed the requirement that you have a legal excuse
for even having to vote absentee. In almost all the states,
they removed the requirement that you deliver it yourself directly
through the mail or to the election office. The ballot
could now be bribed with to purchase ballots, because you
could show up and say, give me your ballot, I'll
fill it out for you. Here's twenty bucks. You could blackmail, intimidate,

or coerce people. There was nothing to stop that anymore
because there was no witnessing requirement, no request requirement, no
legal excuse requirement to get it. But the only check
on fraud would be if you didn't fill out the ballot,
then that would show up in a signature match, and
they said, don't worry, we're going to match the signature
from the absentee ballot envelope to the voter's voter registration

file and which usually has either their voter registration card
a prior time they signed for a ballot, an absentee
ballot application, driver's licenses. All those signatures are kept at
the election offices across the country. But what happened was
that throughout the spring and summer, the various Democratic aligned
groups either brought lawsuits or threatened lawsuits against election officials

across the entire country and said, you better not enforce
that signature match. If you enforce that signature match, we're
going to say it's a due process violation, voter suppression, racism,
you name it. And so they intimidated almost all the
election officials into not meaningfully enforcing the signature mange. The
instructions that went down to people were just, you know,
approve it. So the system was making it easier and

easier and easier to commit more and more and more fraud.

So what did Trump say in these two tweets that
Twitter is calling out?

Yeah, So the tweet that Trump said, without any evidence,
that mail in ballads are fraudulent. Right, this is an
issue that's been in the news quite a bit, as
we know, and Twitter looked at this and placed a
label on it that basically says, look, people who saw
this tweet, click here to get the facts about mail
in ballots, and it links to a bunch of credible

news articles that you know, dispel myths that voting by
mail is in any way fraudulent. That's an usubstantiated claim. Yeah,
but it's significant because this is the first time ever
that Twitter has sanctioned the president of the United States
over tweets.

Then again, in June, Trump warned that foreign entities could
print fraudulent mail in ballots. Again, the far left mainstream
media was there to quote unquote fact check him.

with Donald Trump tweeting in the past hour rigged twenty
twenty election. Millions of mail in ballots will be printed
by foreign countries and others. It will be the scandal
of our times, Stacy Abrams. Is this going to be

the scandal of our times or is the is the
president trying to set up something here potentially to try
and under mind the process.

It's entirely his intent to undermine the process of voting,
because he understands and has admitted that if Americans who
are eligible to vote cast their ballots, he will lose.
But we know that vote by mail is a critical
part of how voting has to occur in eight in
twenty twenty to ensure that as many people as possible
can vote safely from home.

In July twenty twenty, California announced they'd be sending mail
in ballots to all of their twenty million registered voters.
Trump blasted the move, highlighting the obvious potential for fraud,
and again the media was there to claim without evidence
that mail in voting was perfectly safe.

In a remarkable tweet, he made the unfounded claim that
mail in voting will make the election the most inaccurate
and fraudulent in history, and suggested to delay until people
can properly, securely and safely vote.

I don't want to delay.

I want to have the election, but I also don't
want to have to wait for three months and then
find out that the ballots are all missing and the
election doesn't mean anything.

Then in August twenty twenty, during a visit by Arizona
Governor Doug Doocy, Trump was asked about mail in balance.

President, in your estimation, is mail in voting safe in
Arizona as it is as you say.

With labor Well, I haven't discussed it with the governor.
I can tell you in Florida they have done a
very good job with it.

In Nevada would be a disaster in New York, it's
been a disaster in many other places, it's been a
total catastrophe. Absentee voting great, but this mail in voting,
where they've mailed indiscriminately millions and millions of ballots to
people you're never going to know who won the election.

You can't have that.

And Nevada is a big state, it's an important state.
It's a very political state. And the governor happens to
be a Democrat. And I don't believe the post office
can be set up. They were given no notice. I mean,
you're talking about millions of votes. It's a catastrophe waiting
to happen. And again, all you have to do is
look at the vote that took place on a simple

congressional district in an area that should be able to
do it very easily, in Manhattan. It's a total. It's
a total. What's happened. It's a nightmare. Nobody's ever seen

By the first debate. It was out in the open
that the Democrats path to the White House was completely
reliant on vote by mail, but President Trump continued to
sound the alarm.

As far as the ballots are concerned, it's a disaster.

A solicited ballot, okay, solicited is okay, you're soliciting, you're
asking they send it back.

If you have an unsolicited They're sending millions of ballots
all over the country. There's fraud. They found them in creeks.
They found some with the name Trump. Just happened to
have the name Trump just the other day in a
waste paper basket. They're being sent all over the place.
They sent two in a Democrat area, they sent out
a thousand ballots. Everybody got two ballots. This is going

to be a fraud, like you've never seen the other thing.
It's nice or November third, you're watching and you see
who won the election. And I think we're going to
do well because people are really happy with the job
we've done.

But you know what, we won't know.

We might not know for months because these ballots are
going to be all over. Take a look at what
happened in Manhattan, take a look at what happened in
New Jersey, take a look at what happened in Virginia
and other places. They're not losing two percent, one percent,
which by the way, is too much. An election could
be one or loss. With that, they're losing thirty and
forty percent. It's a fraud and it's a shame. And

can you imagine where they say you have to have
your ballot in by November tenth. November tenth, that's seven
days after the election.

But his campaign seemed to believe that their voter turnout
machine could beat the margin of fraud, and at first
they appeared to be right. On election night, as the
returns came in, it was looking like Trump was about
to win a second term. The president was either handily
overcoming Biden's early vote lead in states like Florida and Ohio,
or was so far ahead in battlegrounds like Pennsylvania, Wisconsin,

and Michigan that it was near statistically impossible for Biden
to make up the difference, as the popular War Room
Pandemic Show highlighted during their live broadcast.

In ballots, inexplicably late on election night, many of the
key battleground states just stopped counting. The moment was again

the microphone and highlighted the same phenomenon we were all
seeing happen right before our very eyes.

This is a fraud on the American public. This is

over the days that followed election, officials kept finding absentee
ballots harvested by the Democrats. Trump would eventually lose his

lead in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, and even the conservative state

election Night twenty twenty, Trump had a commanding lead in
the key battleground states, but, just like what happened to

Young Kim in twenty eighteen, over the days that followed election,
officials kept finding absentee ballots harvested by the Democrats, Trump
would eventually lose his lead in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, and
even the conservative state of Georgia. Of course, we'd later
learn that something fishy was happening in many of the states.
As Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani pointed out in a Pennsylvania

state public hearing on twenty election integrity witnesses weak present.

I'm going to first show you that in the case
of Philadelphia and in the case of Alleghany County, in
one or two other counties, the mail in ballots that
were received were not inspected at all by any Republican.
They were hidden from Republicans. In the case of Philadelphia

and Alleghany County. I can't be absolutely certain, but I
do believe the witnesses will show that a Republican had
never gotten to see a single battle. Now you know
how important that is to determining whether it is a
ballot ballot or not. There's only one time you get
to do that, and the nation went. You separate the

envelope that verifying information from the ballot. At the moment
you separate them, you can go home with verifying. You
can't go back and recount. You can't go back and
shack paper ballet as the machine ballot, because it's a
private ballot. It's an anonymous ballot. You want to keep
it that way. The only thing that I animize it

is that Adam envelope at that moment when they're separated,
gone forever, that's the moment I wish it's specialists have

morning of November their fourth on the start of the
count that at each one of those places, the Democrat

they're all going to wake up with the same one,
and if the years and years they've always been having together,
as in tamilists, all of a sudden in a year
in which we have a couple million of them, mer sae,
we're not gonna allow any Republicans to see them. The
person in Philly figure that out, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Milwaukee, what's

the ax about it? Or is it more likely that
this was a common plan that the eggs started the
whole idea of having male ballots, because cis through a
much wide arrange to sheet. When you have just a
small number of accident team outs like four muster thousand,
you have a certain range to you have to sheet
when you have too much in a fifty, a much bigger.

But the Pennsylvania irregularities begged the question why didn't this
same problem happen in Florida, a state that has a
long history of mail in balloting. The answer brings us
back to the twenty eighteen midterm election.

What you'll notice is that is that systems become more
accountable when there's more eyes.

And so it's actually that simple. If you put bodies
in the streets, people stop cheating.

On midterm election night twenty eighteen, seasoned election watchers like
Ali had noticed something screwy was happening in particular states
across the country.

The night of the midterms. You know, there are strange
things with ballot harvesting, and California in particular, the handful
of seats there in Orange County that all went blue.
And there was the Arizona Senate race where there were
allegations of fraud and the party was fighting that, and
the governor was telling the party. The Republican governor was
telling the party to stand down. And then Governor camp
(48:15):
versus Stacy Abrams in Georgia, and then Rick Scott and
Ron De Santis here in Florida were being pulled into
a recount situation.
Speaker 1 (48:26):
At the time, Rick Scott had reached his term limit
as governor of Florida, so in the twenty eighteen midterm elections,
he was running to become a US Senator for Florida,
and Ron De Santis was running to replace Scott as governor.
Like in California. Both were winning an election night, but
their leads began to drop in the days that followed.
The Democrats were trying to get the races close enough
(48:48):
to trigger a recount. Allie Alexander could see that the steal.
Speaker 8 (48:51):
Was on, and I got on my periscope and I said,
I started cussing, and I said, why aren't y'all in
the streets they are stealing your elections because they were
finding mystery ballots.

We are either self governing people who get to choose
the assholes who govern us, or this is all a
media setup. This is all a drama, This is all
a play, and none.

Of it matters.

Everyone in Florida should not be going to work. No
one should be going to work. Small business owners should
be giving their employees time off. You should stop the economy.
You should be doing nothing but going to Broward County
and making those people feel uncomfortable. Let them know that
you are a sovereign human being and that you're not
going to watch an election be stolen. So right now,

what's going on is they are counting ballots out of
Broward County, which is breaking up into a mathematically improbable
advantage for the Democrats. They are shipping away at Rick
Scott and Ron DeSantis's lead. They won the election. Everyone
called the election. The election was outside the margin, and
they're putting it in a margin that is going to
require a machinery coount so that they can steal the election.

These votes are being illegally counted to trigger a recount.

And in that frustration, I said, y'all need to take
to the streets. And I just felt that as an American.
And Jack Psopik said that someone needs to go to
Florida to stop the steal. And I said, you need
to go to Florida to stop the steal.

But Jack Pisobic was on his way out of the
country for a previously scheduled event.

And so I was planning to relax. But I got
on a flight and went to Florida for our county.

Ollie hit the streets of the Sunshine State to not
only garner public attention but also push government officials as well.

You want to run a public pressure campaign and a
private influence campaign. So when you're applying public pressure, it's
to change and gain public sentiment, but it's also to
bring scrutiny and accountability to government. Bureaucrats. They worked for us.
And this is a republic, all right.

First, when I want the nation to know we have
a lot of media, we're gonna have tens of thousands
of not hundreds of thousands of people tuned in on
Paris of today, is that we are here for the
residents of Broward County. We are here for the residents
of Palm Beach County.

We are here for your sovil rights.

In Florida, what we had to do is we had
to move Pam Bondy, who at the time was the
Attorney General of Florida. We had to move her off
her position where she had all but recused herself. And
then Governor Rick Scott considered himself conflicted as a US
Senate candidate and so he didn't want to move. So
in Florida in twenty eighteen, we moved Governor Rick Scott's
position and told him to use the powers he had

as governor there and he did, and Pam Bondi put
the Florida Bureau of Investigations on the trail of evidence
in the custody of evidence with Brenda Snipes, who was
the Democrat who was the election supervisor here in Broward County.
So it's about citizen bodies reclaiming some of the powers
owed to us as a self governing people. It's about

accountability for our bureaucrats, the people who are counting our ballots.
And then it's about getting the GOP to act right
and knowing that they have our support, they don't need
to be reflexive to the opposition.

Ultimately, Allie stopped the Steel campaign worked, the Democrats were
unable to continue finding the votes. Rick Scott and Ron
DeSantis won their races. The supervisor for elections for Broward County,
Brenda Snipes, thought by many to be corrupt, was quickly
removed by then Governor Rick Scott, so she.
Speaker 8 (52:42):
Was ultimately fired, but she still has a pension, so
Florida taxpayers pay her hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.
Speaker 6 (52:49):
Again, Robert Barnes, Governor at Santis, removed the problematic election
officials in South Florida that had a history of their
ballots magically showing up late and magically counterbalancing whatever the
Republican vote was else in the state.
Speaker 1 (53:03):
And as a result, two years later, during twenty twenty,
Florida didn't have any of the post election Shenanigan seen
in states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona.

And it's very noteworthy that none of these problems occurred
in Florida. None of these problems occurred in Ohio. Both
of them still had major mail in balloting, but they
just made sure the safeguards were enforced and consequently they
didn't have any of these counting anomalies. They didn't have
any of these late deliveries of batches of votes. And
of note, Trump did better than he did in twenty
sixteen in both states, which historically has meant he does

better throughout the Midwest. This is the first election where
those states trended one way and the other states trended
the other. And the only real difference between them is
what rules they had to protect against fraud, not the
demographics of the states.

The Associated Press has now called this hard fought battle
for a Republican Young Kim. She was running against Democratic
incumbent Gilsis Narrows.

The same person that lost in twenty eighteen because of
ballot harvesting, ended up winning in twenty twenty by ballot harvesting.

The California GOP showed the way. If ballot harvesting is
now the way of things, then we got a harvest.
Let's put a ballot drop off boxes outside of all
the megachurches.

In other words, to stop an election steal, you have
to be willing to fight like a Democrat. When it
looked like the twenty eighteen Florida elections were about to
be stolen from Rick Scott and Ron De santis Alli,
Alexander did with the GOP establishment frowns upon. He got
in the streets and fought just like the Democrats do.
As a result, the steal was halted and the state

of Florida was cleaned up in time for the twenty
twenty election, where Trump easily won. To stop the steal
in future elections and save our republic, the right needs
to fight fire with fire. It needs to shed the
niceties that the GOP establishment holds in such high regard.
The Right needs to get down and dirty in the streets,

in the legislature, in the ballot box, and in the courts,
and you don't have to take my word for it.

that distrust in our elections has reached an unprecedented level.

How did that happen? What can patriots do to stop
the steal of future elections? To find the answer, we're
going to tell the story of a small election in California,
one that changed the rules for how to win at
the ballot box. Rules at the right better adopt before
it's too late.

As the Trump administration approached the twenty eighteen midterm elections,
the temperature of the nation was still uncertain. Was there
or was there not a blue wave?
Speaker 8 (03:18):
Forming Democratic leaders keep promising or at least hoping for
a blue wave in twenty eighteen For.
Speaker 5 (03:26):
This midterm, of course, big talk of a blue wave.
Will the Republicans be able to keep the House?
Speaker 9 (03:32):
As we do head into the midterms, of course, there
have been some predictions that this could be a blue
wave year.
Speaker 2 (03:37):
Historically, in a first term, the president's party suffers big
losses in the House and Senate during the midterm elections.
But something happened that gave the GOP some hope.
Speaker 9 (03:47):
I want to know about this guy's background, and the
American public wants to know about his background.
Speaker 10 (03:51):
We need to know.
Speaker 11 (03:52):
Are we about to put somebody on the United States
Supreme Court who committed a sexual assault?
Speaker 2 (03:56):
The left viciously attacked Supreme Court Justice nominee Brett Kavanaugh,
and it seemed to backfire. Democrats did one thing that
even Trump had trouble pulling off. They united the right,
never Trumper's Neo khons and the MAGA crowd all came
together to defend the nominee, so much so that the
GOP and the President were feeling pretty confident that they
(04:17):
would buck the midterm election trend.
Speaker 12 (04:20):
I like where we stand in the election, you know,
I think that blue wave is being rapidly shattered.
Speaker 2 (04:26):
The Republicans had some solid candidates running for Congress, like
Florida Governor Rick Scott running for US Senator and former
financial analyst Young Kim buying for a seat in the
US House of Representatives.
Speaker 13 (04:38):
I learned from early on, having been born and raised
in South Korea. After elementary school, my family came to
live in America, and I grew up on the island
of Guam, and then I went to the island of
Hawaii and came across the Pacific Ocean to come to California.
And I called that getting into the bigger world.
Speaker 2 (04:58):
The then fifty six year old, attractive South Korean immigrant
was running for California's thirty ninth district that covers parts
of Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Orange County. The latter
being one of the few Republican strongholds in the Golden State.
Kim faced off against Democrat Gil Cisnaro's winner of the
twenty ten Mega Millions lottery, a whopping two hundred and
sixty six million dollar jackpot, and Kim skillfully used it
(05:21):
against him.
Speaker 13 (05:22):
I don't think my opponent understands that he hit a
jackpot I himself made.
Speaker 2 (05:27):
The race looked tight, but Young Kim was endorsed by
the retiring congressman occupying the seat, Republican ed Royce. Kim
even received some favorable coverage from the local press for
the possibility of her becoming the first Korean American woman
to be elected to Congress. It was pretty evident that
Young Kim was the more impressive of the two candidates.
Speaker 13 (05:48):
Government is not always perfect. That's why they need some
fiscal irresponsible person who will ensure that we put the
house fiscal order in place first.
Speaker 14 (06:01):
I agree with that.
Speaker 15 (06:02):
That's why, you know, that's why I think we need
a democratic Congress right now, because what the Republicans did
was they created at one point, they.
Speaker 13 (06:09):
Added one point five trillion dollars to the basis is
nothing but dysfunction. In Washington and the resistance that we've
seen this is totally uncharacteristic of American values.
Speaker 2 (06:26):
So no one should have been too surprised that by
the end of election night twenty eighteen, Young Kim finished
fourteen points ahead of her Democrat opponent.
Speaker 16 (06:36):
Young Kim met with her, of course, in Rolanites, just
a short time ago. She is hoping to replace her
former boss at Royce. If she is elected and can
hold on to her lead, she will be the first
Korean American woman to be elected to Congress. Here's what
she had to say tonight.
Speaker 13 (06:52):
We don't know the results yet, but so far what
we've seen, we are in the lead, and I really
believe that we're going.
Speaker 4 (07:01):
To hold the leads on that.
Speaker 2 (07:03):
As she walked through a crowd of her supporters, the
energy was what you'd expect to hear in a winning campaign.
By her side was retiring District thirty nine Congressman Ed Royce,
(07:23):
who could see that his handpicked successor was on the
verge of making history.
Speaker 10 (07:28):
It's been excited, i think for all of us because
this is historic.
Speaker 14 (07:35):
Now.
Speaker 17 (07:35):
The results are not all in.
Speaker 18 (07:38):
We don't know the outcome.
Speaker 17 (07:40):
But what we can say is At this moment, Young
kid is in a very strong position.
Speaker 2 (07:46):
The hope for a blue wave was not happening in
Orange County that night, and it was a trend that
was seen in other parts of America as well.
Speaker 19 (07:53):
It is entirely possible that the Democrats will regain control
of the House today.
Speaker 15 (07:58):
But I have to say, when you.
Speaker 20 (07:59):
Look at what's going on here tonight, this is not
a blue wave.
Speaker 2 (08:03):
When cable news show signed off that night, six California
GOP candidates were ahead in their races for Congress. The
following day, Asian media called Young Kim's race.
Speaker 21 (08:14):
History was made during the twenty eighteen US midterm elections
as Young Kim was elected to the US House of Representatives,
becoming the first Korean American woman to win a coveted
spot in Congress.
Speaker 2 (08:28):
She quickly hopped on a flight to Washington, d C.
To participate in a freshman orientation for newly elected members
of Congress. She stood proudly with the group that included
Alexandria Cossio Quortes and Ilan o'mar. The only problem was
Young Kim hadn't won. She was about to become the
victim of a new phenomenon. In the days that followed
(08:51):
the November sixth election, her opponent, Gilsa Snarrows, was slowly
closing the fourteen point gap, reducing it to ten percent,
then seven percent, then four. By November sixteenth, a full
ten days after the election, Cisneros finally edged ahead.

The thirty ninth district.
Speaker 22 (09:12):
Democrat Gilsisniros moved ahead of Republican Young Kim for the
first time since election night.
Speaker 2 (09:18):
And this phenomenon was happening in other parts of the country.
Republicans that were ahead on election night were slowly losing
practically every close race in the days that followed.

Again, right now we have the Democrats picking up thirty
one seats, but in these outstanding seats here they leading a.
Speaker 10 (09:34):
Lot of them.
Speaker 17 (09:35):
The prospect of Democrats getting upwards of forty seats looms
very large right now.
Speaker 2 (09:39):
Two days after Young Kim lost her lead, the unbelievable happened.
Speaker 17 (09:45):
A Korean American candidate running for a seat in the
US House of Representatives has lost her race. According to
the Associated Press, The AP declared the race on Saturday
local time for California's thirty ninth district for Democrat Gil
Cesnaros who beat Republican Young Kim. Kim appeared to be
in the lead on election night, but as postal ballots
(10:06):
came in, that lead shrank and disappeared.
Speaker 9 (10:08):
SIS scenarios at first losing and then overtaking its challenger
Young Kim by a few hundred votes.
Speaker 23 (10:15):
An historic moment at Orange County. Democrats took every district
there in the midterm elections, marking a sea of change
in an area that has been read for decades.
Speaker 9 (10:23):
Orange County is now a sea of blue. For the
first time since the nineteen thirties, there will not be
a Republican from Orange County occupying a House seat.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
It was a stunning development, and Young Kim wasn't the
only victim. All six California GOP candidates that were winning
on election night eventually lost their races. The turn of
events took everyone by surprise, including the then Republican Speaker
(10:55):
of the House, Paul Ryan.
Speaker 19 (10:57):
In California just defies logic to me. We had a
lot of wins that night. We don't only down twenty
sixteen the night of the election, and three weeks later
we lost basically every contested California race. This election system
they have. I can't begin to understand.
Speaker 2 (11:15):
How did this happen? Well, the answer resides in two
simple words, ballot harvesting. Prior to twenty sixteen, American citizens
in California that voted by absentee ballot were required to
either mail in their ballot or designate a close family
(11:36):
member to deliver it to a local elections office. But
Assembly Bill nineteen twenty one changed all that when it
passed in September twenty sixteen. It removed those restrictions and
instead authorized that any person could be designated to return
a voter's absentee ballot. In other words, a complete stranger
(11:56):
could knock on your door and take your ballot for
you to an election office, they could harvest your ballot.
The change was too new to have a major impact
on the twenty sixteen election, but by the twenty eighteen midterms,
California Democrats understood this new law and embarked on an
(12:18):
experiment that they hoped to spread to other states.
Speaker 22 (12:21):
The Democrats changed the rules of the game.
Speaker 2 (12:24):

They changed the rules of the game, and so if
everybody's harvesting and if you're not harvesting, you're going to lose.

How do I know that.

This is the rules have been changed, and if you
don't learn the lesson, you're going to lose continuously. Look
at what happened in California in twenty eighteen. In California
was the first time we had ballot harvesting. The GOP
got wiped out.

What Democrats did in Orange County during the midterms was
go door to door targeting Democrat absentee voters to collect
their ballots and deliver them to election offices. One was
caught on camera in the process.
Speaker 22 (13:01):
Hey, look for Brandy.

Oh, it's I You came here to pick up your ballot.
Speaker 24 (13:06):
Yeah, we're offering this new service, but only to like people.
Speaker 18 (13:10):
Who are supporting the Democratic Party.
Speaker 7 (13:12):
It's a service.
Speaker 18 (13:13):
I'm just trying to pick up your ballot and show
you how to do it if you don't know.
Speaker 25 (13:18):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (13:19):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (13:20):
This was all legal, and according to the Orange County
GOP chair at the time, Fred Whittaker, the Democrats were
incredibly effective at using this new law. Per Whittaker, over
two hundred and fifty thousand Orange County absentee ballots were
dropped off on election day alone, an unprecedented number. At
the time, the Democrats had an incredibly effective new business
(13:43):
model ballot harvesting mail in ballots. All they needed to
do was export this new technique to other states around
the country. The problem was for decades both Democrats and
Republicans highlighted absentee ballots as the biggest avenue for fraud
(14:07):
in American elections.
Speaker 6 (14:08):
Absentee ballots have been an area of concern since we
invented the secret ballot, because absentee ballots circumvent all of
the protections of a secret ballot.
Speaker 2 (14:18):
That's Robert Barnes, a constitutional lawyer based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Speaker 6 (14:23):
You're not in a safe location observed where no one
else can see you, no one else can coerce you,
no one else can bribe you. Where you have to
be actually you, because you're there physically in person. Usually
you show identification in most places, and so in that context,
the great concern initially was always that absentee balloting circumvented
(14:44):
all of the protections of a secret ballot and thus
was always more at risk for fraud period fraud in
that someone else could cast the ballot for you. Fraud
in the sense that your ballot could be coerced, or
intimidated or blackmailed. For about a century we had a
consensus that absentee balloting should be very limited.
Speaker 2 (15:01):
After the highly content just two thousand Bush versus Gore election,
an effort to increase election integrity was put into motion,
and so.
Speaker 6 (15:10):
Is part of that. They passed a law in two
thousand and two that created an independent commission, the United
States Election Assistance Commission. They also had They also had
James Baker and Jimmy Carter get together and do a
study of where the risk were, where they needed to
increase security, where they needed to increase accessibility there was
Carter Baker report was issued in two thousand and five.
It warned that the biggest risk was mass absentee balloty
(15:33):
and that there needed to be voter ID.
Speaker 26 (15:36):
These photo ID cards will be free. Secondly, there'll be
a wide distribution offerm. The states will be required to
go around the state to issue these photo I D
Cards to as many people as possible, which will be
our good system just for recruiting new voters. This will
be very important, and so this will be I think
(15:56):
I'll move forward then getting more people to vote. It
will not restrict people from voting. It will be uniformly
applied throughout the country, and it will not it will
be non discriminatory.
Speaker 6 (16:06):
And they proposed a whole bunch of things with it,
and one of their priorities was restrict absentee balloting because
that's where the fraud is going to occur, and historically
has occurred. Almost all seventy five to eighty percent of
your criminal prosecutions or subsequent election contests involve fraudulent absentee ballots,
and that's when the scale of absentee ballots was much
much smaller.
Speaker 2 (16:26):
So to limit corruption and absentee ballots, states put safeguards
in place. For one, the ballot had to be requested.
The state couldn't just send one out to every registered voter, and.
Speaker 6 (16:37):
They could only be given or set the ballot, because
the ballot is the sort of precious commodity in this
context if they meet certain circumstances or certain standards. So
there's someone who's indefinitely confined because their physical health doesn't
allow them to travel or move around. They're in the military.
There's someone who works on election day and cannot get
(17:00):
out of working on election day to vote. You know something,
you know, some circumstance that really makes it so it's
necessary that they vote absentee. They have to have a
legal excuse, and those legal excuses have usually limited the
scope of absentee balloting for a long for over one
hundred years.
Speaker 2 (17:19):
In many states, the absentee ballot voter had to have
the ballot notarized to ensure the person was a real
legal voter, and as a final safeguard, the voter had
to sign the mail in ballot so that their signature
could be matched to the voter signature in the state database.
The signature of verification precaution was one that even Barack
Obama agreed with. In two thousand and eight.
Speaker 27 (17:39):
There's word from Florida that they intend to put out
a mailing sort of a campaign. I mean an election
process whereby they make up for the primary they had before,
which was ruled out of order by the Democratic National Committee.
And you did not campaign, and they're talking about mailing it,
people mailing in their ballots. Do you trust the security
the honesty of such an election process?
Speaker 5 (18:01):
Well, I think we'd have to figure out whether this
was fraud proof. I mean, Oregon, for example, has a
terrific mail in system, but they've already scanned everybody's signatures
who's registered to vote, so that they can check to
make sure that in fact, the right people are voting.
And that's something that I think you'd have to figure out.
Speaker 2 (18:18):
Still, even with all of these safeguards, absentee ballots were
considered a hotbed for fraud.
Speaker 6 (18:24):
Twenty twelve, New York Times writes an extensive piece that
talks about absentee balloting is the great risk of fraud
that the more absentee balloting goes up, the more everyone
knows fraud will go up. They admit that a consensus
of election experts agree about this. Election historians agree with
this election lawyers agree with this.
Speaker 2 (18:42):
Even with this bipartisan consensus, a movement began to build
to loosen restrictions on mail in ballots. States slowly relaxed
the various safeguards. But it wasn't until the Democrats exploited
the combination of ballot harvesting and absentee ballots during the
twenty eighteen midterm elections that they realized they had an
(19:04):
explosive new model to win elections. All they needed was
an event to spread the model to other parts of
the country.

was that absentee ballots were ripe for fraud. However, a
movement began to build to loosen restrictions on mail in ballots.
States slowly relaxed various safeguards. But it wasn't until the
Democrats exploited the combination of ballot harvesting and absentee ballots

during the twenty eighteen midterm elections that they realized they
had an explosive new model to win elections. All they
needed was an event to spread the model to other
parts of the country, and that event arrived in January
twenty twenty.

with the growing concern as the tool from that deadly
coronavirus now grows, spreading from Wuhan, China, and tonight that
first case here in the US, the patient in isolation
now being treated by that robot.

Drastic measures to halt the spread of that deadly virus. Wuhan, China,
ground zero for the outbreak, now under lockdown. Most of
the seventeen dead and more than five hundred second are
in Wuhan, where today we saw the first images from
the front lines patients in isolation units being treated by
doctors in biohazard soup.

China's capital has announced that it's canceling all major public
events for Lunar New Years the country tries to stop
the spread of a new virus. The extreme move comes
out to restrictions were ordered on two cities, affecting some
twenty million people. All public transport services air, sea and
road out of the city of Wuhan have been suspended.
Speaker 1 (21:59):
Initially, the Democrats downplayed the threat of COVID nineteen. I
want to take a moment to say it's not a
time to panic about coronavirus.
Speaker 10 (22:08):
But coronavirus is a serious public health challenge.
Speaker 15 (22:11):
What is out there in other places.
Speaker 3 (22:13):
We want to be careful about how we deal with it.
But we do want to say that people come to Chinatown.

Here we are. We're again careful, safe, and I've.

If you're under fifty and you're healthy, which is most
New Yorkers.

There's very little threat here.

When you're saying what happened in other countries versus what
happened here.

We don't even think it's going to be as bad
as it was in other countries.

But it wasn't long until they began to change their tune,
whether it was through legitimate health concern, political expediency, or both.
The Democrats ramped up the fear porn, but Trump's instinct
was to not panic the public for what appeared to
be a flu like illness.

Are you telling the Americans, except for the ones who
are sick, not to change any other of their behaviors.
Speaker 12 (23:03):
I think you have to always look I do it
a lot anyway, as you probably heard, Wash your hands,
stay clean.
Speaker 10 (23:09):
You don't have to necessarily grab every handrail unless you
have to.
Speaker 12 (23:13):
You know, you do certain things that you do when
you have the flu. I mean, view this the same
as the flu when somebody sneezes. I mean, I try
and bail out as much as possible.

He even began to see the coronavirus as the new
political line of attack against his presidency.
Speaker 12 (23:37):
Now the Democrats are politicizing the coronavirus.
Speaker 30 (23:43):
You know that coronavirus.
Speaker 10 (23:47):
They're politicizing that.
Speaker 1 (23:49):
Trump was holding the line resisting extreme action in response
to the coronavirus. But then one of the MAGA movement's
favorite media personalities, Tucker Carlson, began to attack the president's
response to COVID nineteen. In early March twenty twenty, the
Fox News host took his first trip to Trump's Florida
resort mar A Lago to urge the president to take
(24:10):
drastic action to stop the spread of the coronavirus. Shortly after,
he began ramping up his attack on the administration's response.
Speaker 29 (24:18):
People you trust, people you probably voted for, have spent
weeks minimizing what is clearly a very serious problem. It's
just partisan politics, they say, calm down. In the end,
this is just like the flu, and people die from
that every year. Coronavirus will pass, and when it does,
we will feel foolish for worrying about it. That's their position,
no doubt. These people have good intentions, as they say this,
(24:40):
many of them. Anyway, They may not know any better.
Maybe they're just not paying attention, or maybe they believe
they're serving some higher cause by shading reality. Nobody wants
to be manipulated by a corrupt media establishment, and it
is corrupt, and there's an election coming up. Best not
to say anything that might help the other side. We

push by the Democrat media complex that's Andrew Breitbart's famous

every tool in their arsenal to push for vote by mail.

There was this push everywhere for vote on mail, and
we're like, what's going on. They were like, you can't
go to the polls. It's not going to be safe
for you to go to the polls.

The entire Democrat establishment was falling in line. Even former
President Jimmy Carter, the same person who sounded the alarm
on the fraud prone absentee ballots, sent out a press
release stating quote, I urge political leaders across the country
to take immediate steps to expand vote by mail and
other measures that can help protect the core of American democracy,

the right of our citizens to vote. End quote. As
the lefts push for mail in ballance was in full swing,
COVID nineteen numbers began to show that the virus was
not what was initially sold to the American public.

The virus just isn't nearly as deadly as we thought
it was. All of us, including on this show. Everybody
thought it was, but it turned out not to be.
Hospitals never collapsed.

But it was too late. The vote by mail scheme

And why do they want to push vote by mail because,
as I said, it expands the avenues for fraud. You
can game the system way easier using a vote by
mail system. And not only that, it's this push for
vote by mail is also coupled by decades long legal
push by the Democrats to loosen whatever rules are in
place to verify voter voter identity to secure the election.

A movement had begun long before the twenty twenty election
to expand the absentee balloting and reduce the requirements to
send them out, but the arrival of the coronavirus put
that movement into hyperdrive again.

Robert Barnes the pandemic was seen as a perfect pretext
to massively enlarge the electorate through absentee balloting, and that
it would also remove the Historically you need a candidate
that excites people to get people to vote. The idea
was you could substitute for enthusiasm with just you know,
shoving a ballot down somebody's throat, you know, physically, by

sending it out to them, without any restrictions on them
having to request it, them having to legally need an
excuse for it, no witness. They wave the witness requirement
in most states. They allowed there to be drop boxes
where you didn't have to go through the mail or
deliver it anymore. You could just drop it off at
a dropbox. Dropboxes that were completely insecure. People could break

into them at any given time.

Drop boxes are, in essence, another form of ballot harvesting.
Facebook's Mark Zuckerberg and his wife put hundreds of millions
of dollars into funding drop boxes throughout deep blue counties
in swing states. The Democrats were using the coronavirus to
annihilate the safeguards on absentee balance.

So they removed the requirement that you requested in many states,
they removed the requirements that someone witness it and notarize it.

In many states.

They removed the requirement that you have a legal excuse
for even having to vote absentee. In almost all the states,
they removed the requirement that you deliver it yourself directly
through the mail or to the election office. The ballot
could now be bribed with to purchase ballots, because you
could show up and say, give me your ballot, I'll
fill it out for you. Here's twenty bucks. You could blackmail, intimidate,

or coerce people. There was nothing to stop that anymore
because there was no witnessing requirement, no request requirement, no
legal excuse requirement to get it. But the only check
on fraud would be if you didn't fill out the ballot,
then that would show up in a signature match, and
they said, don't worry, we're going to match the signature
from the absentee ballot envelope to the voter's voter registration

file and which usually has either their voter registration card
a prior time they signed for a ballot, an absentee
ballot application, driver's licenses. All those signatures are kept at
the election offices across the country. But what happened was
that throughout the spring and summer, the various Democratic aligned
groups either brought lawsuits or threatened lawsuits against election officials

across the entire country and said, you better not enforce
that signature match. If you enforce that signature match, we're
going to say it's a due process violation, voter suppression, racism,
you name it. And so they intimidated almost all the
election officials into not meaningfully enforcing the signature mange. The
instructions that went down to people were just, you know,
approve it. So the system was making it easier and

easier and easier to commit more and more and more fraud.

that mail in ballads are fraudulent. Right, this is an
issue that's been in the news quite a bit, as
we know, and Twitter looked at this and placed a

this tweet, click here to get the facts about mail
in ballots, and it links to a bunch of credible

news articles that you know, dispel myths that voting by
mail is in any way fraudulent. That's an usubstantiated claim. Yeah,
but it's significant because this is the first time ever
that Twitter has sanctioned the president of the United States
over tweets.

Then again, in June, Trump warned that foreign entities could
print fraudulent mail in ballots. Again, the far left mainstream
media was there to quote unquote fact check him.

with Donald Trump tweeting in the past hour rigged twenty
twenty election. Millions of mail in ballots will be printed
by foreign countries and others. It will be the scandal

the scandal of our times or is the is the
president trying to set up something here potentially to try
and under mind the process.

It's entirely his intent to undermine the process of voting,
because he understands and has admitted that if Americans who

part of how voting has to occur in eight in

In July twenty twenty, California announced they'd be sending mail
in ballots to all of their twenty million registered voters.
Trump blasted the move, highlighting the obvious potential for fraud,
and again the media was there to claim without evidence
that mail in voting was perfectly safe.

In a remarkable tweet, he made the unfounded claim that
mail in voting will make the election the most inaccurate
and fraudulent in history, and suggested to delay until people
can properly, securely and safely vote.

I want to have the election, but I also don't
want to have to wait for three months and then
find out that the ballots are all missing and the
election doesn't mean anything.

Then in August twenty twenty, during a visit by Arizona
Governor Doug Doocy, Trump was asked about mail in balance.

President, in your estimation, is mail in voting safe in
Arizona as it is as you say.

With labor Well, I haven't discussed it with the governor.
I can tell you in Florida they have done a
very good job with it.

In Nevada would be a disaster in New York, it's
been a disaster in many other places, it's been a
total catastrophe. Absentee voting great, but this mail in voting,
where they've mailed indiscriminately millions and millions of ballots to
people you're never going to know who won the election.

You can't have that.

And Nevada is a big state, it's an important state.
It's a very political state. And the governor happens to
be a Democrat. And I don't believe the post office
can be set up. They were given no notice. I mean,
you're talking about millions of votes. It's a catastrophe waiting
to happen. And again, all you have to do is
look at the vote that took place on a simple

congressional district in an area that should be able to
do it very easily, in Manhattan. It's a total. It's
a total. What's happened. It's a nightmare. Nobody's ever seen

By the first debate. It was out in the open
that the Democrats path to the White House was completely
reliant on vote by mail, but President Trump continued to
sound the alarm.

As far as the ballots are concerned, it's a disaster.

A solicited ballot, okay, solicited is okay, you're soliciting, you're
asking they send it back.

If you have an unsolicited They're sending millions of ballots
all over the country. There's fraud. They found them in creeks.
They found some with the name Trump. Just happened to

They sent two in a Democrat area, they sent out
a thousand ballots. Everybody got two ballots. This is going

to be a fraud, like you've never seen the other thing.
It's nice or November third, you're watching and you see
who won the election. And I think we're going to
do well because people are really happy with the job

We might not know for months because these ballots are
going to be all over. Take a look at what
happened in Manhattan, take a look at what happened in
New Jersey, take a look at what happened in Virginia

be one or loss. With that, they're losing thirty and
forty percent. It's a fraud and it's a shame. And

can you imagine where they say you have to have
your ballot in by November tenth. November tenth, that's seven
days after the election.

But his campaign seemed to believe that their voter turnout
machine could beat the margin of fraud, and at first
they appeared to be right. On election night, as the
returns came in, it was looking like Trump was about
to win a second term. The president was either handily
overcoming Biden's early vote lead in states like Florida and Ohio,
or was so far ahead in battlegrounds like Pennsylvania, Wisconsin,

and Michigan that it was near statistically impossible for Biden
to make up the difference, as the popular War Room
Pandemic Show highlighted during their live broadcast.

This is a fraud on the American public. This is

officials kept finding absentee ballots harvested by the Democrats, Trump

learn that something fishy was happening in many of the states.
As Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani pointed out in a Pennsylvania

of Philadelphia and in the case of Alleghany County, in
one or two other counties, the mail in ballots that
were received were not inspected at all by any Republican.
They were hidden from Republicans. In the case of Philadelphia

and Alleghany County. I can't be absolutely certain, but I
do believe the witnesses will show that a Republican had
never gotten to see a single battle. Now you know
how important that is to determining whether it is a
ballot ballot or not. There's only one time you get
to do that, and the nation went. You separate the

envelope that verifying information from the ballot. At the moment
you separate them, you can go home with verifying. You
can't go back and recount. You can't go back and
shack paper ballet as the machine ballot, because it's a
private ballot. It's an anonymous ballot. You want to keep
it that way. The only thing that I animize it

is that Adam envelope at that moment when they're separated,
gone forever, that's the moment I wish it's specialists have

morning of November their fourth on the start of the
count that at each one of those places, the Democrat

they're all going to wake up with the same one,
and if the years and years they've always been having together,
as in tamilists, all of a sudden in a year
in which we have a couple million of them, mer sae,
we're not gonna allow any Republicans to see them. The
person in Philly figure that out, Pittsburgh, Detroit, Milwaukee, what's

the ax about it? Or is it more likely that
this was a common plan that the eggs started the
whole idea of having male ballots, because cis through a
much wide arrange to sheet. When you have just a
small number of accident team outs like four muster thousand,
you have a certain range to you have to sheet

But the Pennsylvania irregularities begged the question why didn't this
same problem happen in Florida, a state that has a
long history of mail in balloting. The answer brings us
back to the twenty eighteen midterm election.

accountable when there's more eyes.

On midterm election night twenty eighteen, seasoned election watchers like
Ali had noticed something screwy was happening in particular states
across the country.

The night of the midterms. You know, there are strange
things with ballot harvesting, and California in particular, the handful
of seats there in Orange County that all went blue.
And there was the Arizona Senate race where there were
allegations of fraud and the party was fighting that, and
the governor was telling the party. The Republican governor was
telling the party to stand down. And then Governor camp
(48:15):
versus Stacy Abrams in Georgia, and then Rick Scott and
Ron De Santis here in Florida were being pulled into
a recount situation.

At the time, Rick Scott had reached his term limit
as governor of Florida, so in the twenty eighteen midterm elections,
he was running to become a US Senator for Florida,
and Ron De Santis was running to replace Scott as governor.
Like in California. Both were winning an election night, but
their leads began to drop in the days that followed.
The Democrats were trying to get the races close enough
(48:48):
to trigger a recount. Allie Alexander could see that the steal.

Was on, and I got on my periscope and I said,
I started cussing, and I said, why aren't y'all in
the streets they are stealing your elections because they were
finding mystery ballots.

We are either self governing people who get to choose
the assholes who govern us, or this is all a
media setup. This is all a drama, This is all
a play, and none.

Of it matters.

Everyone in Florida should not be going to work. No
one should be going to work. Small business owners should
be giving their employees time off. You should stop the economy.
You should be doing nothing but going to Broward County
and making those people feel uncomfortable. Let them know that
you are a sovereign human being and that you're not
going to watch an election be stolen. So right now,

what's going on is they are counting ballots out of
Broward County, which is breaking up into a mathematically improbable
advantage for the Democrats. They are shipping away at Rick
Scott and Ron DeSantis's lead. They won the election. Everyone
called the election. The election was outside the margin, and
they're putting it in a margin that is going to
require a machinery coount so that they can steal the election.

These votes are being illegally counted to trigger a recount.

And in that frustration, I said, y'all need to take
to the streets. And I just felt that as an American.
And Jack Psopik said that someone needs to go to
Florida to stop the steal. And I said, you need
to go to Florida to stop the steal.

But Jack Pisobic was on his way out of the
country for a previously scheduled event.

And so I was planning to relax. But I got
on a flight and went to Florida for our county.

only garner public attention but also push government officials as well.

You want to run a public pressure campaign and a
private influence campaign. So when you're applying public pressure, it's
to change and gain public sentiment, but it's also to
bring scrutiny and accountability to government. Bureaucrats. They worked for us.

a lot of media, we're gonna have tens of thousands

residents of Broward County. We are here for the residents

In Florida, what we had to do is we had
to move Pam Bondy, who at the time was the
Attorney General of Florida. We had to move her off
her position where she had all but recused herself. And
then Governor Rick Scott considered himself conflicted as a US
Senate candidate and so he didn't want to move. So
in Florida in twenty eighteen, we moved Governor Rick Scott's
position and told him to use the powers he had

as governor there and he did, and Pam Bondi put
the Florida Bureau of Investigations on the trail of evidence
in the custody of evidence with Brenda Snipes, who was
the Democrat who was the election supervisor here in Broward County.
So it's about citizen bodies reclaiming some of the powers
owed to us as a self governing people. It's about
(52:11):
accountability for our bureaucrats, the people who are counting our ballots.
And then it's about getting the GOP to act right
and knowing that they have our support, they don't need
to be reflexive to the opposition.

Ultimately, Allie stopped the Steel campaign worked, the Democrats were
unable to continue finding the votes. Rick Scott and Ron
DeSantis won their races. The supervisor for elections for Broward County,
Brenda Snipes, thought by many to be corrupt, was quickly
removed by then Governor Rick Scott, so she.
Speaker 8 (52:42):
Was ultimately fired, but she still has a pension, so
Florida taxpayers pay her hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.
Speaker 6 (52:49):
Again, Robert Barnes, Governor at Santis, removed the problematic election
officials in South Florida that had a history of their
ballots magically showing up late and magically counterbalancing whatever the
Republican vote was else in the state.
Speaker 1 (53:03):
And as a result, two years later, during twenty twenty,
Florida didn't have any of the post election Shenanigan seen
in states like Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, and Arizona.
Speaker 6 (53:14):
And it's very noteworthy that none of these problems occurred
in Florida. None of these problems occurred in Ohio. Both
of them still had major mail in balloting, but they
just made sure the safeguards were enforced and consequently they
didn't have any of these counting anomalies. They didn't have
any of these late deliveries of batches of votes. And
of note, Trump did better than he did in twenty
sixteen in both states, which historically has meant he does
(53:37):
better throughout the Midwest. This is the first election where
those states trended one way and the other states trended
the other. And the only real difference between them is
what rules they had to protect against fraud, not the
demographics of the states.

Which leads us back to the question, how do you
stop the steal of an election?

Guess what happened in twenty twenty.

The Associated Press has now called this hard fought battle
for a Republican Young Kim. She was running against Democratic
incumbent Gilsis Narrows.
Speaker 1 (54:18):
The same person that lost in twenty eighteen because of
ballot harvesting, ended up winning in twenty twenty by ballot harvesting.
Speaker 22 (54:25):
The California GOP showed the way. If ballot harvesting is
now the way of things, then we got a harvest.
Let's put a ballot drop off boxes outside of all
the megachurches.
Speaker 1 (54:37):
In other words, to stop an election steal, you have
to be willing to fight like a Democrat. When it
looked like the twenty eighteen Florida elections were about to
be stolen from Rick Scott and Ron De santis Alli,
Alexander did with the GOP establishment frowns upon. He got
in the streets and fought just like the Democrats do.
As a result, the steal was halted and the state
(55:00):
of Florida was cleaned up in time for the twenty
twenty election, where Trump easily won. To stop the steal
in future elections and save our republic, the right needs
to fight fire with fire. It needs to shed the
niceties that the GOP establishment holds in such high regard.
The Right needs to get down and dirty in the streets,
(55:20):
in the legislature, in the ballot box, and in the courts,
and you don't have to take my word for it.
