Accelerate Her Awards, which is a global leadership conference with
powerful women. These black women get together and I mean
these are millionaires, billionaires, women that are making decisions. These
are the decision makers, the who's who's were. More importantly,
these women are women that are coming together because they
want to pour into each other. They want to fill

each other's cups, they want to celebrate each other, and
they want to uplift the people that are coming next.
And I am so blessed to have been in conversation
as one of those people that are coming next and
to receive the and to receive the Bossy Award as
a celebration in a notch and an official welcome, you know,
into this leadership family. You know, this conference has been amazing.

everybody you know, from Visa and you know, I got

I've met so many people this past weekend. Ran into

Yeah just I mean Bastor Jamal O'Bryant. Kamala Harris spoke
that I could go on for I ran into Terry Vaughn,
had a great conversation with her as well. I could
go on and on for days, but I did want

presentation that was presented to me as a twenty twenty
six Ballsy Award recipient along with several other black women
who are out here doing some amazing things. So let's

this is my first time actually getting to meet you
and experience all of this in person, and I am
just I've only been here for like maybe twenty four hours,
trying to get my life together, but like it's been
just like a hug. And I think a lot of
times we don't under know. You can clap it up
for that, cause a lot of spaces with power for
people aren't hugs. But I'm know, I think a lot
of times we don't realize how much we need that,

and we feel like because we're out here, we're doing
all these things that if we take the time to
do that, you feel guilty about it or you just feel,
you know, like you're not on your mission and not
in you know, not in your flow of your things.
But I'm excited to be here, you know, for the
days that I am here, just because you guys have
so much that I am looking to learn and as
I navigate this new space that I'm in and learning

all these things. I was watching that video, I'm like,
they talk about me like that stuff that I did,
But I remember those moments and not even really like
you don't think about this part of it at all.
You just are like, I know that there's more. I
know I should be doing other things. I know that
you know there's elevation, that the ceiling doesn't exist for me,
and you just keep pushing and then when you get
recognized for doing it and being bossy, it's like, okay, like, God,

I'm glad I listened to you, and I'm glad that
people see me and see us. So thank you so much.
