big and you lost a lot of weight.

It's just life, man, You know I was already. I've
been big my whole life. Always tried everything to lose
weight and sports exercise. I ate fish for two years,
a vegetarian, vegan for a couple of years, just did
it everything.

Twenty twenty when everybody sat down in the house and
stuff like that, Yeah, I guess it affected me in
a negative way and my body start. You know, I'm
older and I'm not exercising, and now I'm in the
house every day. I'm not moving around like I used to.
And just after this, you know, I was having a

lot of things going on with me, you know what
I mean, and I started going to my doctor. She
told me to go to a cardiologist, cardiologists nutritionists and
we put these things together. And it's been like almost
three years now, wow, since the journey started. I was

like four hundred and fifty eight at my largest and
I'm like under three hundred. Now, that's dope. You know,
my son lace with me. He run marathons, you know,
so and all my kids are very physical, so we
you know, they always keep me doing stuff.

So we've been working.

So so was it all natural or you know, did
you just start eating right?

No surgery at all? Yeah, no surgery at all.

But it was definitely helped from my nutrition is and
eating better and exercise and and you know all well
it was it was the tools that my nutrition is

my nutrition has gave me all the tools I needed.

African coffee. Our blend, the eight ball original blend is
Kenyan and Ethiopian blend. And and we we tasted a bunch,

Met people and got in the studio, made this music.
We were still in twelfth grade and just kept going
and something that that the song in high school led
to Coming Our Hard album. Coming Out Hard led to

and just everything just kept going. You know, we left
Swave and that led to the other things that we did,
you know, bad Boy and a couple of records with
t I now.

And yeah, did you you ever think about coming out
of Memphis right as big as you are and such legends.
I always look at artists like that and say, you
were the pioneers for that city. You ever thought about saying,
you know what, we should have set up shop and
we should have been the outlet for that city because
you so many great artists came behind y'all. Did you

ever think like that kind of like what raided in
l a and were puffed it in New York and
well kind of.

as far as A Ball and m J G go,
if you look at Memphis culture now, Memphis hip hop

and and stayed in that room and it came from that,

I don't know, it wouldn't have I lost my place,

I mean, and I started going to my doctor. She
told me to go to a cardiologist, cardiologists nutritionists and
we put these things together. And it's been like almost
three years now, wow, since the journey started. I was

I'm like under three hundred. Now, that's dope. You know,
my son lace with me. He run marathons, you know,
so and all my kids are very physical, so we
you know, they always keep me doing stuff.
