spending my summers in the Spanish spot Hollomya House. And

they got like a bomb behind it, and they literally
like just put those three trends together and it was
just all over TikTok. So every day when I'm streaming,
they like, you too loud. You gotta be quiet. I'm like,
what the he So then I'll he streaming with somebody else.
They'll go in their comments and the other person like,

why did everybody telling me I'm too loud? I'm like,
I'm sorry, that's my chat. They doing a lot, and
so I was talking to one of my homeboys and
he was like, you know, do it ever get kind
of like aggravating being famous to just being so viral?
And I literally had like an epiphany in that moment
because I'm like, you know what, I always go viral
so much that sometimes I don't even feed into it

because it's like it's it's literally one two three for me.
And I had to think, like people pay to go viral,
people pray to go viral, and I'm doing it authentically,
like I'm not even trying. And so I was like,
this moment is so big, though, let me do something
about it. And so I called trade tracks. I was like,

I'm gonna just make a freestyle to the song and
see what to give, because in the back of my hand,
I'm kind of like, is this corny?

Like what the hell I'm finna say about how I'm
gonna make a quiet on.

So I'm like, all right, bet So I'm planning to
go to the studio and I just get tired. I'm like, man,

And literally as I'm laying down, I can't go to sleep.

I can't sleep and I'm tired though, But some just like,

I go to the studio, I stream for a little
bit and then I Actually what was so crazy was
I streamed the whole process, so they watched me pick
the beat, write the song, go in the booth, rap
the song, do the lyrics, ivend. When I was in
the booth, you know, they can't hear the beat and
the headphones, so I hears, yeah.

They like, man, what is you talking about? I'm like, oh,
y'all trying to play me in the comments. Wait till
it's done. So I came back out. They watched me
like chop up the songs with Trey and literally that
was like I probably started recording that one in the morning.
I was done by like three point thirty. By four
o'clock when I got home, my whole for You page
was me in the studio.

I made that day use up in the studio, just
just kicking it authentically and uh huh, you got to
haul your mouth.

I called up my label. I'm like, hey, don the
creek come out Friday, but he is not waiting for
no playlist.

We put up the official audio on TikTok that following
Wednesday did two hundred thousand creates in one day. Right
in there, I knew I was like okay yea debut.

and beach outing period, landed on Apple Music front page
repeat playlists within the first two weeks.

to this day. We just checked this one in number
one song on TikTok And what.

was at a wedding this weekend having a conversation about
quiet on the creek, and it was like, no, his
uncle took him to a creek and told him be
quiet when they fishing, or he'll scared the fish away.

a kid, my family was like real big on fishing,
and so that's one thing I remember. That's where the

like we kids, we like this boring, like we I'm

get your ass. But that was just the thing and

part of our culture. So they just love fishing. But
I'm just like, baby, can we just go to Walmart

my senior year of high school because I graduated at seventeen,

And I had to think, like people pay to go viral,
people pray to go viral, and I'm doing it authentically,

was me in the studio.
