going to just get dressed and come right to the station,
because I was like, then I won't be late. Then
I was like, you know what, you could lay down
till four forty five. Honestly, like five o'clock I woke up.
It was five twenty. I was like, at least you
got that. At least your alarm went off. My shape

did not go off. I feel like, and I said,
my ship, So I got what what was that like?

I went to sleep by four ish, four in the morning.

It was a very fustive weekend. I didn't go all days.

She went to the jay Z concert Sunday. Yes, so
she went to the extra inning's day. So, yeah, checking
it behind the scenes of the grind because we gotta
do that first. I am tired, but I appreciate the
fact that I feel like I I just witnessed his.

History, right, Yeah, I feel like that too.

I was, well, I'll hope you get into it. But
when they like when they shut down the stadium the fans,
I was like, there's two ways of looking at it,
like wow, this is chaotic, but it's like wow, look
at jay Z like bringing like the impacts, you know
what I mean.

Even so we'll get into the latest now because I
mean it all enter twines. But so this weekend in
New York, this past weekend July tenth through the twelfth,
jay Z did a three night celebration at Yankee Stadium.
So night one he celebrated thirty years a reasonable Doubt.
Night two he did twenty five years or the Blueprint,

and then the third night it was called Extra Innings.
It took place at Yankee Stadium. You see what he
did there, and Extra Innings was just like him. It
was like a mashup of things, a lot of special guests.
I went Friday and Sunday night tailor and Sunday night,
and Friday night was smooth, like I got there. I
was trying to be early. I really was trying, but

I got there. I got there on time though, Like
I got there. We walked in probably like five minutes later.
Jay Z was like, can y'all hear me? And then
boom it started. But Friday night was move I got there.
I went into the Sweet entrance. Charlamagne did a sweet
so we were all there. We had a great time.
I was drunk, living my best life. I didn't have
to wake up early for work in the morning. It

was the best feeling. The best night ever singing the songs.
I did think I was going to see Foxley Brown
for Ain't No and Word, but she did not come
out at all this weekend. But yeah, we were having
a good time Friday night. Saturday seemed smooth too. I
didn't go Saturday, but it seems to move because it
seemed like it started.

I think that people were that's just gonna say.

It seemed like a lot of people, from what I
seen on my timeline eleven, they were a little disappointed
from Saturday night.

Though I saw a lot of people say they had
a good they had a good time, but I feel
like people were, at least in my timeline, people were disappointed.
I think of ending early or I don't feel like
they felt like they got a lot. I don't know,
but child, everybody I saw leaving Saturday, it was so drunk.
They could but they shouldn't have been. On answer story

shout out to Scotti Bean. I was watching My homegirl
Scotti Bean, who she also was radio personality at one
time and like correspond to anchor social media Girly. She
was just recapping her Saturday night at unk Con and
had ball and I think she went there by herself
or was by herself from majority of the concerts. So

it started a conversation online about going to concerts by yourself.
But I don't know if this is one of those
ones that I could have went to by myself, to
be honest, Yeah, because the only reason why I say
that is because, for example, Sunday Night happened and they
had to shut down and lock down the doors on
the outside. So Friday night there were tons and tons
and tons of thousands of people there that flew in
from all over. Saturday night beat Friday Night's record for

the largest attendance number at Yankee Stadium and Sunday Yo,
I ain't even seen in numbers, but I already know
it's no way that he didn't break that record all
three nights song like, I'm as a fact, and I
haven't even checked that yet. That's how early it is
following in the concert. I haven't even seen those reports yet.
But it was so many people outside. So when I

arrived Sunday night, I saw all the people. I was
very confused about where you entered into the stadium at
because the line was all the way back to the entrance.
Speaker 3 (05:20):
I used Friday, but they were all.
Speaker 1 (05:22):
Facing one way, which was going to a different door,
and I'm like, it's no way. All these people were
going in on one side one entrance, like it's no way.
So then I walk up to the other side, trying
to do the opposite of what the line was doing
so I could get around the line, and I hear.

Them boom boom boom.
Speaker 1 (05:38):
I'm like, what is that? I thought security was like
beating somebody up. They were bum rushing the doors because
they were so mad that they had shut that door.
Speaker 3 (05:46):
That second. There was like two sides that you can
enter it in a stadium.
Speaker 1 (05:49):
On one side got so crazy with people just like
at the front and trying to get in.
Speaker 3 (05:54):
They shut it down so that people bum rush the door.

They bum rush the door, and I'm standing next to
cops like I'm literally at a police officer because I'm
trying to find the best interest for our seats and
I'm not saying, a cop, where's that noise?

They're like, I don't know.

I'm like, you the cop, you don't know, You're gonna
go find out it was.

It was so many people there, y'all.

I had my anxiety was through the roof because you
freaking out, you won't sit down and relax because I
was like, and again I was living on some drugs, y'all.

Around the stadium. I'm like, yo, if the show doesn't start,
because they were playing elevated music. They weren't even playing
any songs d nice, wasn't even the general No that's
I'm saying, like noing like there was no music playing
or nothing.

So it just was like people were getting antsy. There
was two guys are about to fight in my section
like that.
Speaker 1 (06:50):
It was just like and I we're in the Bronx
at that, Like I was just like, lord, please let
me get out, say because I had such a good
time Friday, and I felt like even though it was
like we outside, we outside right now, like you know,
I felt like that, but I felt like we had
such a good time on Friday with no incident. I
wasn't really thinking about that. And then I sat outside.

I sat outside of that jay Z concept for about
what was it that time.

About YouTube and you was like you're still outside. I'm like,
are you okay?
Speaker 1 (07:19):
Like sat outside for two hours a little bit over
two hours, just trying to get fighting and nothing fighting.
Old people was looking out like shout out. I wrote
this lady's name down. I want to mention her. There
was a woman she was just like a like she
didn't work there, she didn't anything. Her name was not Ree,
And I asked him, like, what's your name? I'm gona
make sure I talk about you. Her name was not Ree.

I was sitting it out there for like ever and
like Charlomagne because they had like where I was sitting
in at was like where the talent interest was because
I'm like, okay, on my way to the door, the original.

Door I was trying to get into away from the crowd.

I saw Charles Oakley and Angela Oakley from the Hose
of Atlanta and Charles Oakley and being legend right, So
when I see him outside, I'm.

Like, oh, and if he's not getting in in New York,
it's real.

So then I see Angela Oakley and I've never met
her before, but she watches the show, so she was like, hey, beautiful,
I'm like, which way y'all going in? Because we going
with y'all. So we walked all the way around to
the back talent entrance with them by the time we
got there, there started rushing that back door. They were
letting some talent through to a certain extent, but then
still holding him. That's where Charlemagne was. I didn't even

see him. There was a girl who came over to
me and was like, hey, Charlemagne wants to make sure
that you cool, and I'm like, yeah, I'm fine.

I didn't know he was there. I'm like, where is he?
So she was like, oh, he's up there. I'm like, oh, yeah,
I'm fine. She was like, let me see a ticket.
So then she was asking me like she was trying
to figure ot where my ticket was so that when
she got me in she could tell me where to go.

She was gonna like try to help me get in.
Speaker 1 (08:49):
I sat there for about an hour and a half
and then I went to another side and it was
a woman named Narri who had got real cool with
the security guard. When they finally opened that door back up,
they closed it down because as they started getting crazy
so of shoving. Then it opened it back up again,
and she was like he was about to grab her
and let her go in, and she was like, no,
you need to take Lauren, and like she shouldn't be

sitting out here. And I was like, that was so
freaking nice, like thank you. She was like, I'm on
my way into girl. Like it was just like people
were being so like everybody was just so niceing. Mind you,
we in a bronx, so you got people yelling, screaming
at your mother like all that stuff, but everybody really
just wanted to get in to have a good time.
People were so excited for jay Z and so excited
for the concert.

But I did start to.

Think, like, yo, if one person even moves the wrong
way and everybody starts running thinking something's going on, or
we in the middle of the Bronx, Like if I'm
somebody that's like really really like you know what I mean, Like,
it's like.

These people are not from here.

You have white people, I mean like corporate executive white people,
like like imagine when I the first Friday when I came,
Toby maguire and Leonardo DiCaprio were trying to get in
and I'm like, oh, they y' side, Like imagine that, y'all.
And it lasted for a good like it lasted for
how long were we It didn't feel like three hours

when I got in there, but they were saying like
people and when I got inside were telling me they
were waited for like three or four hours.

Yeah, but I was able to get in easily.

I found I saw someone that I knew that was
like right at the security exit, and it must have
right right when I got in, I saw people like
banging on the window, like I must have just made that. No,
because when you said that you were at that, you
were at the security what door it was?

That's where we went toward.

That's why I walked down that way with them because
I'm like, okay, well tell us down here.
Speaker 3 (10:36):
We can hop a line with her. I'm trying to
come catch you as you got in.

All KOs broke loose like honestly, but I will say
shout out to Rock Nation. Jay Z's team really like
came out there was amongst the people trying to make
everything make sense because they didn't want nobody to get hurt,
and people were I saw people being upset at jay
Z for not starting to show.

I think that that was the best thing he could.
Speaker 1 (11:02):
Have did, yeah, because then it would have been bad.

People have been mad at him.

because if he did struck the show, people and people
got hurt.

start that show and people start bum rushing because the
little gate. I was sending that they would have took
that gate on people down. And I had on like
a girl. I had on a real hill. Okay, I'm like,
of all the nights to not wear fast. But jay
Z when he actually came out on stage, he addressed
all of this.

So he explained it delayed to you guys, it was
like ten thousand people outside, and they closed all the doors.
If somebody rushed the door and then closed the door
for you guys, safety and everybody safety outside. It's ten
thousand people outside. I don't want to start music. People
get trampled, so I don't. I'm really sorry to put

it inconvenienced, but I had to make sure.

I also received a joint state this morning from it's
a joint statement with the New York Yankees, Rock Nation
and Live Nation. So the statement says on Sunday evening,
at various fan entrances at Yankee Stadium hundreds of individuals
in large groups who do not have tickets to tonight's performance,
stormed over peaceful ticket holders and in some cases breached security.
(12:21):
As a result, gates at all interests of the stadium
were closed for an extended period of time. With the
thoughtful guidance of NYPD, gates were reopened cautiously and carefully
to ensure the safety of those inside and outside.

The Yankees.

Rock Nation and Live Nation Express are deep gratitude to
the NYPD into Yankee Stadium Security personnel for their leadership
and direction throughout the evening, putting the welfare of all
the attendees above everything.

I thought that they handled it the best way they could.

Now I will say I was looking at all them
interests because it's not a lot of them, and the
doors are skinny. I was like, what was the workaround?

be working? But I spoke to somebody here, one of
our producers that edits UH and producer or one of
our editors that edits for Netflix. He was saying that

it's always like that at the really popular Yankee games too,
and at graduations, like they always have door shoes and
I'm like, I don't go to Yankee Stadium for real,
So I didn't know that.

Yeah, that's the second time I've been there. This is
my second time being there.

But the first time I was there, it was I
was there for a soccer game, but there were not
nearly as any.
Speaker 4 (13:28):
I was there for the fiftieth anniversary and it was
chilling too.

Well, you know, once we got through all the things
I told you on Friday night, it was a really
good night. Once we got through all the things. On Sunday,
Beyonce hit the stage again. Beyonce was my favorite part
of the weekend. I never got to see her on
tour before.

Really, yeah, I never went.

Toboy said that because when she was on majority of
her tours, I was in LA and I was like,
I was, I was working like three jobs at one point.
I didn't have time to stop. And yes, and I
remember when she came to LA. I remember one of
the shows. I think it was on the Run.

On the Run is my top three favorites.

I think it was on the Run and she came
into the LA show and I was I was literally
supposed to go, and the person that was giving me
their ticket had like double gave out the tickets or
something like that and didn't have as many as they thought.

So I mean, like I got dressed, I was at
their house.

We pregaming there like fuck, I don't have to, like
I forgot that this ticket belonged to this person. Now
they want to go. One of the roommates was gonna
go at one point, Oh my god. And the other
person that paid for the ticket, I didn't pay for mine.
They were just like giving, like, yo, I want you
to come some a you know, look out. So I
gave the ticket back and I was sad. Yeah, I've
never seen Beyonce on tour, so sick so seeing her

and that was honestly never seen Beyonce in person like
like like that, I mean, never on tour, never anywhere
like so I think I was just amazed because I'm like,
this is Beyonce.

last night on Sunday that was it's so minimal of
what she can do. And and it was weird though
seeing that personally for me, because I'm like she'd be

night for any concert is always the best because it's

like helping them build out real business to sustained.

again Sunday night. So you know, people are going to
think that Beyonce was going to come out, but instead
brought Tiana, and I think that also brought down the
momentum because people were also were waiting and she was
the first act to come out, so I think.

I was seated with. And that's why I do like
being on the floor versus the sweek because you can

up when they thought it was she would be coming

had a great time. Even though you know, I learned

lot of a big role in that. And like so
many other people, i'd never heard about jazz Oh. I
learned a lot of hip hop culture in real time.

And it's just and I to see where hip hop
can take you, like where our things can take you.

going to just get dressed and come right to the station,
because I was like, then I won't be late. Then
I was like, you know what, you could lay down
till four forty five. Honestly, like five o'clock I woke up.
It was five twenty. I was like, at least you
got that. At least your alarm went off. My shape

did not go off. I feel like, and I said,
my ship, So I got what what was that like?
Thirty forty five minutes. How long did you sleep?

I went to sleep by four ish, four in the morning.

I'm like, I'm gonna get up at five, wake up
to like fucking success something.

outside with the unks at the unk Con, it was.
It was a very fustive weekend. I didn't go all days.
I know it really, but you know it's crazy. Tailor

She went to the jay Z concert Sunday. Yes, so
she went to the extra inning's day. So, yeah, checking
it behind the scenes of the grind because we gotta
do that first. I am tired, but I appreciate the
fact that I feel like I I just witnessed his.

History, right, Yeah, I feel like that too.
Speaker 4 (01:59):
I was, well, I'll hope you get into it. But
when they like when they shut down the stadium the fans,
I was like, there's two ways of looking at it,
like wow, this is chaotic, but it's like wow, look
at jay Z like bringing like the impacts, you know
what I mean.

Even so we'll get into the latest now because I
mean it all enter twines. But so this weekend in
New York, this past weekend July tenth through the twelfth,
jay Z did a three night celebration at Yankee Stadium.
So night one he celebrated thirty years a reasonable Doubt.
Night two he did twenty five years or the Blueprint,

and then the third night it was called Extra Innings.
It took place at Yankee Stadium. You see what he
did there, and Extra Innings was just like him. It
was like a mashup of things, a lot of special guests.
I went Friday and Sunday night tailor and Sunday night,
and Friday night was smooth, like I got there. I
was trying to be early. I really was trying, but

I got there. I got there on time though, Like
I got there. We walked in probably like five minutes later.
Jay Z was like, can y'all hear me? And then
boom it started. But Friday night was move I got there.
I went into the Sweet entrance. Charlamagne did a sweet
so we were all there. We had a great time.
I was drunk, living my best life. I didn't have
to wake up early for work in the morning. It

was the best feeling. The best night ever singing the songs.
I did think I was going to see Foxley Brown
for Ain't No and Word, but she did not come
out at all this weekend. But yeah, we were having
a good time Friday night. Saturday seemed smooth too. I
didn't go Saturday, but it seems to move because it
seemed like it started.

I think that people were that's just gonna say.
Speaker 4 (03:39):
It seemed like a lot of people, from what I
seen on my timeline eleven, they were a little disappointed
from Saturday night.
Speaker 1 (03:44):
Though I saw a lot of people say they had
a good they had a good time, but I feel
like people were, at least in my timeline, people were disappointed.
I think of ending early or I don't feel like
they felt like they got a lot. I don't know,
but child, everybody I saw leaving Saturday, it was so drunk.
They could but they shouldn't have been. On answer story

shout out to Scotti Bean. I was watching My homegirl
Scotti Bean, who she also was radio personality at one
time and like correspond to anchor social media Girly. She
was just recapping her Saturday night at unk Con and
had ball and I think she went there by herself
or was by herself from majority of the concerts. So

it started a conversation online about going to concerts by yourself.
But I don't know if this is one of those
ones that I could have went to by myself, to
be honest, Yeah, because the only reason why I say
that is because, for example, Sunday Night happened and they
had to shut down and lock down the doors on
the outside. So Friday night there were tons and tons
and tons of thousands of people there that flew in
from all over. Saturday night beat Friday Night's record for

the largest attendance number at Yankee Stadium and Sunday Yo,
I ain't even seen in numbers, but I already know
it's no way that he didn't break that record all
three nights song like, I'm as a fact, and I
haven't even checked that yet. That's how early it is
following in the concert. I haven't even seen those reports yet.
But it was so many people outside. So when I

arrived Sunday night, I saw all the people. I was
very confused about where you entered into the stadium at
because the line was all the way back to the entrance.
Speaker 3 (05:20):
I used Friday, but they were all.
Speaker 1 (05:22):
Facing one way, which was going to a different door,
and I'm like, it's no way. All these people were
going in on one side one entrance, like it's no way.
So then I walk up to the other side, trying
to do the opposite of what the line was doing
so I could get around the line, and I hear.
Speaker 3 (05:36):
Them boom boom boom.
Speaker 1 (05:38):
I'm like, what is that? I thought security was like
beating somebody up. They were bum rushing the doors because
they were so mad that they had shut that door.
Speaker 3 (05:46):
That second. There was like two sides that you can
enter it in a stadium.
Speaker 1 (05:49):
On one side got so crazy with people just like
at the front and trying to get in.
Speaker 3 (05:54):
They shut it down so that people bum rush the door.
Speaker 1 (05:58):
They bum rush the door, and I'm standing next to
cops like I'm literally at a police officer because I'm
trying to find the best interest for our seats and
I'm not saying, a cop, where's that noise?

They're like, I don't know.
Speaker 1 (06:09):
I'm like, you the cop, you don't know, You're gonna
go find out it was.
Speaker 3 (06:14):
It was so many people there, y'all.

I was scared, man.

I had my anxiety was through the roof because you
freaking out, you won't sit down and relax because I
was like, and again I was living on some drugs, y'all.

Around the stadium. I'm like, yo, if the show doesn't start,
because they were playing elevated music. They weren't even playing
any songs d nice, wasn't even the general No that's
I'm saying, like noing like there was no music playing
or nothing.

So it just was like people were getting antsy. There
was two guys are about to fight in my section
like that.

It was just like and I we're in the Bronx
at that, Like I was just like, lord, please let
me get out, say because I had such a good
time Friday, and I felt like even though it was
like we outside, we outside right now, like you know,
I felt like that, but I felt like we had
such a good time on Friday with no incident. I
wasn't really thinking about that. And then I sat outside.

I sat outside of that jay Z concept for about
what was it that time.

About YouTube and you was like you're still outside. I'm like,
are you okay?

Like sat outside for two hours a little bit over
two hours, just trying to get fighting and nothing fighting.
Old people was looking out like shout out. I wrote
this lady's name down. I want to mention her. There
was a woman she was just like a like she
didn't work there, she didn't anything. Her name was not Ree,
And I asked him, like, what's your name? I'm gona
make sure I talk about you. Her name was not Ree.

I was sitting it out there for like ever and
like Charlomagne because they had like where I was sitting
in at was like where the talent interest was because
I'm like, okay, on my way to the door, the original.

Door I was trying to get into away from the crowd.

I saw Charles Oakley and Angela Oakley from the Hose
of Atlanta and Charles Oakley and being legend right, So
when I see him outside, I'm.

Like, oh, and if he's not getting in in New York,
it's real.

So then I see Angela Oakley and I've never met
her before, but she watches the show, so she was like, hey, beautiful,
I'm like, which way y'all going in? Because we going
with y'all. So we walked all the way around to
the back talent entrance with them by the time we
got there, there started rushing that back door. They were
letting some talent through to a certain extent, but then
still holding him. That's where Charlemagne was. I didn't even

see him. There was a girl who came over to
me and was like, hey, Charlemagne wants to make sure
that you cool, and I'm like, yeah, I'm fine.

I didn't know he was there. I'm like, where is he?
So she was like, oh, he's up there. I'm like, oh, yeah,
I'm fine. She was like, let me see a ticket.
So then she was asking me like she was trying
to figure ot where my ticket was so that when
she got me in she could tell me where to go.

She was gonna like try to help me get in.

I sat there for about an hour and a half
and then I went to another side and it was
a woman named Narri who had got real cool with
the security guard. When they finally opened that door back up,
they closed it down because as they started getting crazy
so of shoving. Then it opened it back up again,
and she was like he was about to grab her
and let her go in, and she was like, no,
you need to take Lauren, and like she shouldn't be

sitting out here. And I was like, that was so
freaking nice, like thank you. She was like, I'm on
my way into girl. Like it was just like people
were being so like everybody was just so niceing. Mind you,
we in a bronx, so you got people yelling, screaming
at your mother like all that stuff, but everybody really
just wanted to get in to have a good time.
People were so excited for jay Z and so excited
for the concert.

way and everybody starts running thinking something's going on, or
we in the middle of the Bronx, Like if I'm

like like imagine when I the first Friday when I came,

how long were we It didn't feel like three hours

when I got in there, but they were saying like
