Speaker 1 (00:01):
Welcome to the Rogue Recap. Hot takes, cold facts, and
zero respect for the official narrative. Sit back, roll your eyes,
and let's recap Rogue Style.
Speaker 2 (00:14):
What's up, you guys, and welcome to the Rogue Recap.
It is Tuesday, September 1st. Welcome to September, right? What's
the song? See you in September, and here we are.
I am Linda McLaughlin, and this is the Rogue Recap.
And we are going to talk about the testimony today
about this beautiful little girl who was in a terrible
(00:36):
car accident because of an illegal alien that received a
license in the state of California by none other than
our favorite governor, Gavin Newsom. And it's funny, you know,
I hate Josh Shapiro, but Gavin Newsom is coming in
close second, I must say. both just terrible, terrible, lying
(00:56):
sacks of shit who are bought and paid for by
the establishment, as well as the DSA, Soros, Neville Singhams
of the world, and all of the big pharma and
corporate buyback programs you can possibly imagine. They are just
a walking for sale sign, the two of them. But
(01:18):
I digress. So this story is interesting. It's one of
those things that you read and you think to yourself, God,
I wish this wasn't true. And the guy you're going
to hear in this tape is Marcus Coleman. And his
daughter was in this terrible car accident when she was five.
(01:39):
And her name is Delilah. And she was left with
life-altering injuries. And it happened back in June of 24th.
And this guy driving this tractor trailer with a license,
like I said, from California, 18-wheeler. And all of these
people were airlifted from the scene of the crash. And
(02:03):
what's horrible about it is while he is in jail
and he's being persecuted and all the things, this poor
family has a five-year-old in a hospital bed for over
six months. Aside from the ridiculous pain and suffering that
I have to assume her parents are feeling as they
(02:24):
sit there by her bedside, watching her on feeding tubes
and life support and breathing through an oxygen tank and
all the things, right? She's five. She should be outside.
She should be playing. She should be able to get
in a car with her family and not be afraid
that she's not going to make it. from point A
(02:45):
to point B. And I think what's really sad about
it is, you know, we had testimony today. It was
the house judiciary, house judiciary subcommittee, and they were taking
a look, a close look at sanctuary city policies and
how they affect people. And of course we have the
usual assholes, right? We have Jaya Paul, we have Raskin
(03:08):
and they do that disgusting. I could give a shit
less face. I, I really despise it. Jaya Paul, Obviously
we know, I mean, she has literally given statements saying
I've sat through so many of these, you know, there
are so many other things I could be doing with
my time comment. I don't know if you guys remember that,
but we played that here on the show. And it
was one of those moments where you kind of like
(03:28):
sucked your breath in because you couldn't believe that someone
said this, but I want you to hear this man's
testimony from today. And then I'm going to read off
to you everything that happened to his little girl. Since
the day of that accident in june of 2024.
Speaker 3 (03:48):
How is that okay, how are you guys not fighting
for this right here, how are you guys not fighting
for this I I I reject your guys's sympathy to
be honest with you There's no way you guys are
sorry Not one of you guys have ever called me
not one of you guys have ever reached out to
me Not one of you guys have ever sat there
and seen me in the hallways and said hey, sorry
(04:09):
about your daughter You guys do it right here while
you guys are grandstanding on top of your soapbox. This
is when you guys care. Right here inside this room
is the only time you guys care. I've never received
anything from anybody over here at all regarding my daughter
or my family or anything.
Speaker 4 (04:24):
Hey, Mr.
Speaker 3 (04:25):
Coleman, you guys is Delilah Law. I want to help
you revise this stuff if we're interested inside of it.
Speaker 4 (04:31):
Nothing.
Speaker 3 (04:32):
You guys have no pathway to anything. You guys want
to sit there and talk about the pathway to citizenship.
Speaker 4 (04:37):
There is a pathway.
Speaker 3 (04:37):
It's not jump the fence and apply. That's not the
way it goes. There's a process to get it done.
You don't just do that. I can't just go over
there and go sit down inside one of those seats
and become a Democrat.
Speaker 4 (04:48):
Oh, you know what? I probably could. I honestly probably could.
So I'm not even going to say that.
Speaker 3 (04:53):
But I can't go inside a hospital and become a
doctor just because I want to and go put on
a coat and come to work. It's getting ridiculous the
way things are going now. It honestly is. It makes
no sense at all. Sanctuary cities allow so much to
be done that it's almost like the parents not there
to take care of the household and everybody's running around
(05:14):
and doing what they want to do. And it sucks.
It honestly does. You guys sit there and you guys
talk about ICE invading cities and doing this and doing that.
Speaker 4 (05:22):
I agree with Mr. Gordon, Jordan, sorry, that if you guys,
if the state sat.
Speaker 3 (05:29):
There and told them, come pick up the person, it
would take one or two people to go do it. Instead,
they got to send an army out there because now
they have to look for them. And then since it's
a sanctuary state, You got people sitting there abusing the
ICE officers that are out there. I have a whole
statement right here that I was going to read to
you guys, but just listening to you guys, none of
this is relevant anymore because you guys just changed so much.
(05:51):
It makes no sense at all. My daughter doesn't deserve this.
She didn't ask for any of this. The people that
jumped the fence did, though. They knew exactly what they
were doing. They still chose to move forward in that direction.
And every day something's happening to somebody.
Speaker 4 (06:05):
And it is your guys' fault. I hold each and
every one of you responsible for it. And I always will.
Speaker 2 (06:15):
That is probably one of the most powerful statements I
have ever heard in my life by a father who
has fortunately been able to hold on to life for
his precious daughter. I mean, how many times have we seen,
whether it's Sheridan Gorman or whether we're talking to Joe
Abraham about his daughter, Katie, These horrible stories. And there's
(06:38):
so many more. I mean, I'm obviously not naming all
of the angel families, but the fact that we even
have a community of angel parents, we have a community
of angel families that cling to each other because it's
a club nobody wants to be a part of. And
Marcus Coleman was amazing right there. He's like, yeah, I
had a prepared statement. I was going to read it,
but you guys don't give a shit. So why waste
(06:59):
my time? You are completely disinterested. You never say you're sorry.
You never say, I wish you would recognize. You never say,
let's look at it from the other side. It's all
about the illegal aliens. It is a very odd thing
to watch. You know, it's kind of like a wash, rinse,
repeat every single day. Because every single day, somebody is
(07:21):
hurt in some horrible way by an illegal alien somewhere
in this country. It's usually multiple times a day. And
it's not from one country. It's not just Mexico, just Haiti,
just Guatemala, just India. It's all over the world. And
we're allowing these people to come into our country and
(07:43):
to do these things. And you have to say to yourself,
I'm not okay with this. I'm not okay with my
five-year-old daughter not being able to walk or talk or
eat or just be five. Because some scumbag from India
decided to come here illegally. But what's even worse are
(08:04):
the scumbags who allowed him to stay, who gave him
an illegal driver's license, who allowed him to get behind
the wheel of an 18-wheeler knowing that he couldn't speak
or read English. So he's unable to obey traffic laws,
recognize traffic laws. He doesn't know anything. It is absolutely
(08:24):
beyond the pale. And you may have heard in his
testimony there, he's like, not only have you never reached
out to me, to ask me about my daughter, to
ask me about how she's doing, how our family's doing,
how you can help, because you don't care. You care
about having people that have already broken the law get
whatever they can from our country instead of helping little Delilah,
(08:49):
who was born here and deserves a chance to live
her life. And his bill, Delilah's Law, it's a proposed
federal U.S. legislative act It's designed to tighten specifically commercial
driver's license requirements and ban undocumented immigrants from getting them.
(09:10):
He's not even like going full bar. He's just doing
the one thing that hurt his daughter, creating a bill
in her namesake and saying, yeah, it's not a thing.
It's got to stop. So if you look, if you
ever feel like seeing this, it's on the Department of
Homeland Security's website. And it goes through, everything that happened
(09:30):
to her. And I will just read you this one part.
And if you can think about a precious five-year-old child
dealing with this, my heart just breaks for this family.
And Marcus Coleman explains that the crash resulted in Delilah's
inability to walk, to talk, to eat orally, to attend
(09:51):
kindergarten as planned. She was in a coma for three
weeks and She required six months of hospital treatment before
her family could bring her home. While she was in
the hospital, she had a craniectomy, and she was without
half of her skull for four months. She had a
broken femur, she had skull fractures, and now she has
(10:14):
been diagnosed with a form of cerebral palsy, global developmental delay,
And she's going to need lifelong therapy. So a little
girl out for a drive in her family's car is
struck by an illegal alien who never should have been here,
an illegal alien who possessed an illegal driver's license, an
illegal alien who hit and changed her life forever. And
(10:39):
none of these disgusting congressmen and women have anything to say.
Mind you, his daughter was in the room today. So
as he's giving his very authentic testimony, because he wasn't
reading from a prepared statement, he decided to speak from
the heart. They're seeing his little girl. And I wonder
(11:00):
to myself, I'm like, are.
Speaker 4 (11:02):
Any of you seeing this?
Speaker 2 (11:03):
Do any of you have a heart? Do any of
you feel like this matters? Does it move you? Does
it change your perspective at all? I mean, how sad
is that? And they're all just staring at him. Those
are the moments for me where I'm really sad about
the people that we have allowed to get into our
(11:24):
country and we've done nothing about. And for what it's worth,
this illegal alien came across the southern border in October
of 22 and was released into the country by the
Biden administration. And that's all there is to it. They
let them back into the country as if it never
even mattered.
Speaker 4 (11:45):
They don't care.
Speaker 2 (11:46):
And how many more have crossed in since this incident?
It's one of those moments where you say to yourself,
is there a point where we go, hmm, this isn't
really working. Kids are getting hurt. Women are getting hurt.
People are being assaulted. I'm thinking we dial this back
and we try to figure something out where we find
(12:08):
a better pathway to citizenship that doesn't involve unvetted illegal immigrants.
hopping walls, taking cartel caravans, coming in all these illegal
ways where we have no idea who's in our country.
And then we allow them to proceed and to stay
here because we don't think that it matters enough. I mean,
I just don't know when the when is. And it
(12:31):
feels like the people that are on the left that
are constantly supporting these illegal aliens never really look at
the Delilah Coleman's. They never look at the five-year-old little girl.
who's never going to walk normally again, who has a
lifelong debilitating disease and all of these various afflictions because
(12:52):
of their decisions and their laws. And I really think
it's going to take having these people be arrested, find
like something, right? Something has to happen to them so
that they feel just a little of the pain that
they have allowed to be inflicted on so many millions.
(13:14):
of Americans. These angel families are plentiful. And what's sad
is we're starting to see that the issues that are
happening in Europe, now the issues that are happening in
Europe are different in nature, right? Because they're giving them
everything and they know they're there and they don't have
(13:35):
any laws like we do about immigration, at least not
in the same way. And so they actually bring these
migrants in and a lot of these liberal countries, whether
we're talking about England or France or the Netherlands, and
you look at these decisions that they're making and you
say to yourself, but like Sweden, for example, right? It
(13:56):
is the rape crime capital of Europe. Sweden, it was
a hundred percent Swedish. It was just a bunch of
white blonde people. Now it's filled with migrants from third
world nations. There are rapes a plentiful every single day.
They have no idea how to remedy the situation that
(14:17):
they're in. And they're training the Swedish residents how to
deal with the migrants. It's the same thing that they're
doing in Germany and in England. They're handing out pamphlets
to the migrants as they come in, advising them about
Western mores and society and how, hey, we here in America,
we don't rape our women. So don't rape anybody. Don't
(14:40):
attack them. don't bring them in and try to, you know,
tackle them if they don't want to talk to you.
You know, we believe in free will. And I mean,
it's just the idea that you have to put this
down in writing to a general population of people that
are coming in to mix with, you know, a Western
society probably should give you pause, probably should make you say, okay,
(15:05):
maybe this is not the right path. Maybe we don't
need to bring in millions of migrants that have zero
interest in us being a cohesive assimilated culture because that's
not what they want. Anyways, that is a setup for
our next cut here. And this was a woman who
was featured in an interview and she's a British woman
(15:27):
talking about what's happening with the horrible, horrible influx of
migrants in England. And she's explaining that it's so frustrating
to even have these conversations because There are so many
people that are so aware of what's happening. And it's
not just like it's, you know, the right talking about it.
(15:48):
The right and the left both know that what is
happening is wrong. The right and the left both know
that it's gone too far. But the left doesn't have
the balls to admit it. And the right just keeps
trying to stop it, right? Well, some of them, you know,
there's plenty of rhinos, I think, in every government. But
just take a listen to this woman. She really nails it.
Speaker 5 (16:08):
As a woman, I would be advised against traveling to
Afghanistan or Pakistan on my own. So why on earth
would we let swathes of men from those countries come here?
We all know the truth. The Home Office knows we
know the truth, and they know that we know that
they know the truth. For example, the Home Office creating
pamphlets to give to asylum seekers to ask them, please
don't rape our women and children. It's very clear, especially
over the last two years, Pretty much ever since Southport
(16:30):
was the explosion of all of these examples of basically
multiculturalism just crumbling and the state becoming more and more
authoritarian to suppress dissent. They know the more that the
public know, the more information that they are armed with,
the much harder it is to govern a country that
is so fragile and fractured. The government is once again
in a very difficult position of having to admit that
(16:53):
they would rather hide information from the public than allow
them to know something that they are obviously within their
own rights to know, not least the families of victims
of these people. In my opinion, even if these statistics
were not released, even if there was a complete impossibility
that we could ever collate these statistics, just through common sense,
I would not want any immigration from countries like Afghanistan
(17:15):
or Pakistan at this rate, or countries where women are
treated as second-class citizens, where we know horrific practices against minorities,
against women, where atrocities do occur, I don't think we
need strong statistics to come up with the reasoned choice
to not allow our borders to be open to people
from those countries, especially when the people who are coming
(17:35):
here are nearly all exclusively men of fighting age. I
think that's a perfectly reasonable position to take, even without
any of this data. Because as a woman, I would
be advised against travelling to Afghanistan or Pakistan on my own.
So why on earth would we let swathes of men
from those countries come here?
Speaker 2 (17:51):
So I absolutely love everything that she just said. And
let me tell you why. Her name is Connie Shaw.
And she is an external affairs officer at the speech union,
the free speech union. She's a contributor with Great Britain News.
And She's saying the obvious thing. I say this a lot.
(18:12):
You guys probably hear me, have heard me say it many,
many times, is that there is a complete lack of
common sense in the conversation about what is happening on
the daily. There has to be a space in which
we get to and we say, hmm, probably doesn't make
sense to bring in tons of people who come from
(18:33):
countries where women are considered to be third world citizens,
and have less rights than any other person, right? So
they're second-class citizens to men, and they are considered less
worthy than a mule. How is that someone that you
want to bring into a Western society? If they went
(18:54):
through some sort of, I don't know, deprogramming class for
a few years and learned about how things are supposed
to be, maybe we could have a conversation. But the
idea that these guys are coming in in their 20s
They're all strong. They don't care about anything. They will
kill you. They will grab you. They will rape you.
(19:14):
They will rape your children. They will rape you, then
rape your children, all of it in front of everybody.
And then you have an entire class of government run
by these radical Muslims who believe that you speaking out
against the radical Muslims that they're bringing in for you
makes you the problem. Don't think we've forgotten about Henry Nowak.
We haven't. The government in England has become A massive issue.
(19:42):
It's not like we're waiting for it. We're here. We've arrived.
I can't believe the England we have today versus the
England that has been an ally to the United States
for decades. We have fought alongside each other throughout history.
And now I look at people in England and I think,
I'm afraid for you. You know, America is a very
(20:04):
young nation. And we've made a lot of mistakes and
we are definitely trying to figure out what we are
doing most of the time. But when I look at
Europe and I look at thousands of years being burned
down by radical Muslims who come from third world nations
who want nothing to do with furthering the stories and
(20:25):
the foundations on which those nations were built, they could
give a shit less. They want to come in, they
want to burn it all down, they want to take
it over, they want to dominate, and they want to control.
And that's because they all believe in the same psycho Allah,
And that's all they care about. We are never going
to get through. When you believe in this ideology that
(20:47):
Allah wills it, Allah says you're allowed to do this.
Allah says that you can lie to the infidel. You
can practice Takiyah. You can marry a seven-year-old. You can
rape anyone you want. You got a problem. You know,
you can say whatever you want about Catholicism, Judaism, Buddhism.
I don't see any of these people going out, just
(21:08):
grabbing things, burning them up, setting churches on fire, raping
people in the middle of the street, taking a dump
on the sidewalk. That is what we are seeing. You
go through the streets of New York, you go through
the streets of Souta, Spain, you go through the streets
of London, England, you will see nothing but third world
disgusting behavior on the regular. It is a daily occurrence
(21:32):
and nobody does anything to stop it because they don't
know what to do. That's the problem. I truly believe
that if we do not get our immigration under some
kind of control and we don't get these dumb, white,
stupid Karens, these lunatic DSA members. You know, I was
listening to this Angie Nixon who is running against Ashley
(21:53):
Moody in Florida for the Senate seat. And it's clear
she's not a very bright woman. She's just not. And
she's been asked questions about the platform and you know,
what she thinks and she doesn't really have the answer.
So I guess they thought on this next, um, interview
that she was going to do that she should, you know,
(22:14):
know a couple answers or whatever.
Speaker 6 (22:15):
Right.
Speaker 2 (22:16):
So they, they get her on stage and they're talking
to her about taxes. You are going to love this clip.
Speaker 6 (22:26):
Uh, number two, um, want to remove those, those tariffs
and which are working family taxes, and actually repeal that
big BS bill. It was not beautiful.
Speaker 4 (22:38):
It was BS. Okay.
Speaker 6 (22:40):
And it gave these major tax breaks to the ultra wealthy.
Speaker 2 (22:45):
So what that big, beautiful bill had that she is
neglecting to mention is no taxes on tips. Who does
that help or hurt? All of those people, all those
waitresses and And people working service jobs, whether they're bartenders
or they're mowing your lawn or whatever it is, they
don't have to report their tips. They don't have to
(23:05):
report overtime. They got better increased child tax credits. And
she wants to take all of that away because she's
saying the tariffs are working class taxes. How are they
working class taxes? Don't you think it's appropriate for other
nations who are impose upon the United States very high
(23:29):
tariffs for us to do in exchange of an import-export?
Don't you think that they should also share in the
burden of those costs? Or do you think that should
be solely on the United States? Does that make any sense?
If you're going to have a sincere conversation about tariffs,
you have to understand how tariffs actually work. Something deep
(23:51):
within me tells me that Angie Nixon has no idea
how they work. because she had a very quippy line, right?
That was BS. That was a BS bill, not a
beautiful bill. I'm like, how, how did those sorts of
comments help anybody? If you were to cancel those bills,
if you were to cancel all of the benefits that
(24:12):
come from those bills, a lot of people are going
to be hurt. When people got their first, you know,
checks back after they filed their taxes, they were shocked
at how much more money they got back because they
were able to to finally afford childcare, keep the money
that they made when people gave them a tip, keep
(24:33):
that extra overtime when they put in those extra hours
so that maybe they could take their kids on a vacation.
She wants to take all of that away. And not
because she has a clue or she knows anything about it,
but because somebody put it on a piece of paper
and said, here, you read this. And she did. That's
what's very upsetting. It feels like this idea of doing
any of your own homework of understanding where you really
(24:57):
are on any of the major issues is lost. You know,
there's people that are out there right now supporting this
Lindsay Clancy. And if you're watching this case, I hope
that you are like me and you are appalled by
the people that are supporting her and saying that she's
gone through so much and they just want to help her.
I mean, it is insane, right? And Matt Walsh reposted
(25:22):
Caitlin Bennett today. She was out on the street and
she was just interviewing these Lindsay Clancy supporters. I'm just
going to play a really short clip of this, but
it is shocking. These women look so like somebody you
would just see in the store food shopping, right? They've
got their strollers. They've got their cross bags. They've got
their baby bottles. They're walking around, you know, they're just
(25:44):
doing their thing. And then you ask them how they,
how they feel about a woman strangling to death, not one,
not two, but three children systematically. And listen to what
they said.
Speaker 4 (25:56):
Do you stand with her, yes or no?
Speaker 2 (25:58):
I don't think she did it.
Speaker 4 (25:59):
Yes.
Speaker 2 (26:00):
We feel she's very sleep deprived. Her job as a
labor and delivery nurse working night shifts and three children is.
Speaker 4 (26:07):
A lot.
Speaker 2 (26:07):
Do you have children?
Speaker 4 (26:08):
Yes.
Speaker 2 (26:08):
Would you ever hurt them?
Speaker 6 (26:10):
Yes and no. As a mom or as a dad,
I think that you are not perfect.
Speaker 1 (26:15):
So what are the consequences she should face for this?
Speaker 2 (26:18):
Obviously, she's already in a wheelchair.
Speaker 4 (26:20):
He should go to jail for negligence.
Speaker 6 (26:22):
He needs to take care of his kids and that
was his responsibility.
Speaker 4 (26:27):
Is this any of your girlfriends? This is your girlfriend?
Speaker 2 (26:31):
I think you have to do some reflection on that.
I just have seen a little bit on TikTok of
the case. Watching it on TikTok or like the live streams.
Speaker 4 (26:39):
Where are you getting your news that the defense might
not be getting theirs? I don't.
Speaker 2 (26:44):
What did you say?
Speaker 4 (26:45):
TikTok.
Speaker 2 (26:47):
So I think the saddest part about this is twofold. One,
none of them read articles. They're all watching TikTok clips
and they've all been told that Lindsay Clancy is the victim.
I have often said, and I do believe this, that
if you do not see things with your own eyes,
you probably won't understand the severity of what we're talking about.
(27:10):
So if it were me and I was in this case,
I would ask to see the bodies of the three children.
I would ask to see the necks that had been
literally strangled from, you know, whatever, three or five inches,
however wide your neck is. As a kid, I have
no idea. to one inch because of the fact that
(27:30):
she used exercise bands to squeeze the life out of them.
Maybe if you hear words like that, maybe if you
understand that these are people that use their bare hands
and methodically and deliberately took the life of an innocent child,
maybe then it would matter to you. Maybe it would
(27:53):
be different. But I mean, the one woman when she says,
she's really sleep deprived. You know, it's, it's hard being
a mom. And I'm like, I don't understand. This is
not a woman who had a difficult situation. This is
a woman who had a nanny. She had childcare. The
kids were in daycare. She had, I mean, she had
(28:13):
a wealthy background, you know, and I'm not saying that
she's not unstable. She's clearly nuts. There's no question. She
literally took her children one by one down to a
basement and face down, suffocated them, strangled them to death,
watched them die, and then did it to the next one.
Imagine strangling to death a five, a three, and an eight-month-old.
(28:37):
How demonic you must be. This is not a woman
who deserves a hung trial. This is not a woman
who deserves sympathy for postpartum depression or any kind of
medicine that she's on.
Speaker 4 (28:48):
I could give a shit.
Speaker 2 (28:49):
The only thing that I care about are those three kids.
And the idea that these women are saying that it's
the man's fault, how is it his fault? He wasn't there.
She sent him out. And the only reason that she
sent him out is probably because she knew if he
was home, he would have stopped her. So she sends
him out when she thinks he might be coming home
(29:11):
in between the murders, guys, in between. She takes a
break to call him and give him another pit stop
because she doesn't want him to get home. Think about that.
how messed up you have to be to pull shit
like this. Think about how disgusting you have to be
to be able to look at a child and take
(29:35):
its last breath. Think about that. I wish that she
had died that day.
Speaker 1 (29:41):
I really do.
Speaker 2 (29:43):
Because to see our society be able to look at
this woman and feel sympathy and want to help her
is one of the saddest things that I have ever
seen in my life. I hope that she burns in
hell forever. I hope she rots in a prison cell
I hope she is abused and used every day that
she's in there for what she did to these poor kids.
(30:03):
And I am so frightened by the precedent she is
setting for other murderers who could potentially be doing this
right now because they're seeing how easy it is to
get off because we have a society of people who
get their news from TikTok. I hope you've enjoyed this show.
