all I care about. Yeah, the news this morning number one.
Drink water. Yeah, you carry a bottle around? Who's not

It's always the panic around water, like you're always drinking water,
you know what. They want you to hook yourself up
to a hose. You know, you walk around, you carry
a little water. It should be drink more water there
you go, especially if.

to drink. Well, my wife came back from North Carolina

so hot down there, like one hundred and ten degrees.

She's pretty down there.
Speaker 1 (01:44):

whole They did a horse and buggy tour downtown. Oh
that's cool.
Speaker 7 (01:51):

I did one of those ones in Charleston, North Carolina,
and it was very cool.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
All the old homes, yeah, the gym and savannah. It's fun.
It's Yeah.

They have like those big, big trees down there that
you can just sort of stand unnerded.
Speaker 1 (02:03):
She said. They have multiple kinds too, they palm trees,
reverular trees.
Speaker 3 (02:07):

Speaker 3 (02:55):
All scholastic it's a big deal. I remember playing preps,
cool hockey and everything. Your big fear of all the
all scholastic kids coming in. Those were the kids you
had to beat in the corners.
Speaker 4 (03:06):
We're really proud of him, especially because he was a
freshman this year and receiving that honor.
Speaker 1 (03:11):
We're good for us. Does he still have fun doing it?

Speaker 4 (03:23):
He posted it whole eleven, I guess at Boston Golf

Speaker 1 (03:28):
Wow. So he's the real deal in golf or is
it a fluke? I don't know. I don't know. He
did post a video. I saw it. Then I saw
other people saying that it was a prank, So I
don't know what's wrong. I think it was real.
Speaker 2 (03:38):
Well, he does golf with Nile Horn.
Speaker 1 (03:41):
Yeah, he's a big golfer. Yeah. And then he went he
went to Encore and hit five grand. I mean, if
I were him, I wouldn't leave town at all. I mean,
it's going pretty well for him. Here, four sawed out
shows at Fenway, hole in one, five grand at Encore.
That's quite a week. Pretty good, pretty pretty good. Good
for him.
Speaker 3 (03:59):
He just deserves it. So World Cup is happening today.
There's a match Spain today will play France. France and Bape. Okay,
so that's a big one and I need to mention.
There will be watch parties for both games, Today's match
and tomorrow's match on City Hall Plaza.
Speaker 1 (04:19):
It's going to be very hort. You want to drink
water if you're going down there.
Speaker 2 (04:22):
See that's where you need to drink water.
Speaker 3 (04:25):
For water all over yourself like a garden. Yeah, just
always be close to a splash pad.
Speaker 1 (04:30):
But I just feel like if you're in the heat,
you're nationally naturally gonna want want to drink water. You're
going to be so hot and sweating, you got to
drink a lot of water.
Speaker 3 (04:40):
Speaking of the World Cup, do you remember how sensational
it was when Scotland and the Tartan Army and Norway
and they were all pouring into the city, Yes, pouring
into the bars they had they ran out of booze
at the bars. It was such a great time here. Well,
we've got Martha Sheridan coming on the show this morning

She's basically in charge of everything that happened around Boston
with the World Cup and everything that's happening around Boston

So you know what, if you're thinking back to some
of your fondest memories when the World Cup was going
nuts here in Boston.
Speaker 1 (05:20):
Feel free to send us talkbacks.
Speaker 3 (05:22):
Or if you've already visited the tall ships down around
Boston Harbor and you have fond memories of that, feel
free to send us some talkbacks and maybe we'll play
a few from Martha when she checks in with us
to eight ten this morning.
Speaker 1 (05:34):
Yeah, eight ten this morning. I want to get to.
What I really want to talk about is the video
of Billy's boat on the Billion Lisa Instagram. It's almost
at one hundred thousand views.
Speaker 3 (05:42):
Really see thanks justin no problem me looking like an idiot.
Speaker 1 (05:46):
And I think all three of you boys reposted it.
So if you have not seen it, go to Kiss
one and Wait or Billion Lisa in the morning on Instagram.
It's a real, real glimpse into Bill's voting.
Speaker 2 (05:55):
It really is, and I'm glad the boys reposed.
Speaker 1 (05:58):
Oh they loved it. I loved it. There's something about
my kids. They never miss a chance to post on Dad,
I love your boys. Well, it's funny because they don't
often repost things, but that's when they all repost it
because it's a great video.
Speaker 2 (06:10):
Well, because they know their dad.
Speaker 1 (06:12):
Yeah. Yeah, and the boat. I always jump to that,
you know was.
Speaker 2 (06:16):
On the boat. No, we cancel Christmas always an extreme.
Speaker 1 (06:19):
Yeah, Christmas is over. We sell the boat.
Speaker 2 (06:22):
Yes, every year, I'm selling it. And I look how
your wife Michelle just rolls her eyes.
Speaker 1 (06:26):
Oh yeah, she totally gets it.
Speaker 3 (06:28):
Like if if I spill a drop of something on
her shirt, her immediate reactions, I know you're throwing it up.
Speaker 1 (06:33):
Oh my god, Oh she knows, Oh god, she gets.
I think she's a little sick of my whole act.
Do you know. Sometimes I'll be talking to Billy on
the phone and he'll start ranting and raving, and I
can hear Michelle in the background. She kind of gives
the background like a shut up Billy enough Billy from.
Speaker 7 (06:52):
The Planet Fitness Kiss one o eight Studios, We're back
with Billy and Lisa in the morning.
Speaker 3 (06:58):
Hey guys, and welcome back and happy Tuesday. If you're
just waking up, you may hear this for the first time.
Speaker 1 (07:03):
Today.
Speaker 3 (07:04):
It's going to be hot, hot, very hot. You need
to drink water, Yes, drink lots of water. That's the
number one thing.
Speaker 1 (07:12):
Although you want to be careful because water is playing
a part in the explosive diarrhea that is traveling around
the country. Have you heard about this?
Speaker 8 (07:20):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (07:21):
Okay, this just your return. Oh you haven't ye. No,
I didn't put it in rail or fake headlines because
yesterday because I thought you saw the story.
Speaker 2 (07:28):
Yeah, it's a big story.
Speaker 1 (07:28):
It's a big story. Cyclospora. Yeah, that's how you say it, right,
you do explosive diarrhea. What is cyclospora?
Speaker 9 (07:35):
It's a parasite and it causes diarrhea, weeks of diarrhea
in people who are infected. The way that people usually
are infected is through contaminated water and water.
Speaker 1 (07:47):
Okay, okay, it was water, ram produce, I should.
Speaker 9 (07:49):
Say produce could really irrigation water and ends up on lettuce, raspberries,
different types of produce.
Speaker 1 (07:57):
I love it, right, lettuce, We'll wash your fruits and vegetables.
But yeah, here we are saying drink water. But the
water is potentially causing explosive diarrhea. So both the heat
and the water could kill you.
Speaker 4 (08:10):
So do we know anyone that's had this cyclospora?
Speaker 1 (08:14):
I don't, But if anybody has or knows, somebody leave
us a talk back.
Speaker 3 (08:22):
To diarrhea want anyone calling in details about their explosive diarrhea.
Speaker 4 (08:27):
Well, I saw on the map of the US in
Massachusetts was lit up.
Speaker 3 (08:31):
Oh it was, Yeah, for the explosive diarrhea. Yes, Oh
my god.
Speaker 1 (08:36):
Happy Tuesday.
Speaker 2 (08:36):
This is Kim.
Speaker 5 (08:37):
I think I called it too late yesterday to welcome
you guys back. But are we going to talk about
the big story, the explosive diarrhea that's now in thirty
one states.
Speaker 2 (08:47):
Yes, you can't let this story slip through your cracks.
I mean the cracks.
Speaker 10 (08:52):
At this point, I'm about take my fruits and vegetables
and shrap into the go of my car and drive
through the car wash.
Speaker 1 (08:58):
I think that's the only way they're going to get clear.
Speaker 10 (08:59):
Yeah, where we go to Plan B and I just
eat ice cream, candy and diet coke.
Speaker 2 (09:05):
Yeah, that's so yeah.
Speaker 3 (09:07):
Oh and let's face it, if the water is tainted anywhere,
it's in this building, and I'm getting my water from
the so call filtered.
Speaker 1 (09:15):
Tap, there's no filter in the coffee.
Speaker 3 (09:17):
Thinking about that, that is so fake because first of all,
it comes out of the tap yellow.
Speaker 2 (09:22):
Right, and you have to change the filter once.
Speaker 1 (09:24):
Anhiw, when's the last time that was cleaned exactly. Well, listen,
if anybody has any input on this, please hit the talkbacks.
Speaker 3 (09:31):
All right, Oh god, you never want the word explosive
before anything.
Speaker 1 (09:37):
Yeah, the stomach bug. It's a couples a day, two days,
imagine weeks. That's unimaginable.
Speaker 3 (09:43):
Okay, can we switch topics? Is that possible?
Speaker 1 (09:46):
Can we take a turn here?
Speaker 2 (09:48):
Excuse me, I'm talking?
Speaker 3 (09:50):
Okay, So the long awaited, much anticipated movie The Odyssey
comes out this coming frauday, huge cast ready for this.
Matt Damon, Anne Hathaway, Zendaiya, Tom Holland, Robert Pattinson, Charlie's Throne,
and Travis Scott is in it.
Speaker 1 (10:10):
Yeah, that was a big shocker. Travis Scott, the rapper,
that is the rapper, by the way, is in the movie. Wow,
it's a massive movie. We get a clip from the trailer,
A war a man, what trick?
Speaker 11 (10:37):
What trick? There the walls at Troy burn scream.
Speaker 1 (10:49):
It's in the brown.
Speaker 3 (10:53):
Yeah, you gotta take down the walls of Troy by
the way, I believe that is Travis Scott talking. Wow,
this is an absent blockbuster. Tom Holland on Fallon Last
Night talking about shooting parts of the movie right here.
Speaker 10 (11:05):
I remember walking to set for the first time in
Morocco and I was told by the bass Pa, just
go over the brow of the hill and make a
right and eventually you'll meet the crew. And I went
over the Brower's Hill and I it was like I
had gone back in time. There was thousands of people
(11:25):
in costume, hundreds of boats lined up, The Trojan horse was.
Speaker 1 (11:29):
Listing in the water.
Speaker 10 (11:31):
And I got up there and was like, there's no crew,
There's like no one there.
Speaker 1 (11:35):
Like it's my life real? Or am I just just
go back in time.
Speaker 10 (11:38):
I turn around to the PM, like where where am
I supposed to go?
Speaker 1 (11:41):
And she's like that way and yeah.
Speaker 10 (11:42):
And then eventually I got to the nucleus of the
set and I saw, you know, the legendary Matt Damon
and Christopher Nolan and they were talking about a scene
and I remember really pinching myself and saying, like, you
have to drink in every moment of this experience, because
it's just been the highlight of my career.
Speaker 3 (11:59):
Now lit, you walked past part of the set in Iceland.
Speaker 4 (12:03):
So I went to Iceland last June and they filmed
there for two weeks and in the trailer that we
just talked about, there is a scene on the Black
Sand Beach in Iceland and I was right there.
Speaker 2 (12:14):
I took pictures off post them today on my Instagram.
Speaker 1 (12:16):
Wow, wouldn't be cool? Remember that hopped up in the movie.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
It was really they were all there. They were. Yeah,
it's it's iconic so big.
Speaker 1 (12:23):
A big part of the story with the movie is
that the CGI is kept to a minimum, right, so
it's all very real. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (12:31):
Tom Holland, who by the way, was Spider Man. Yes,
he's also married to his co star Zendaya, which is
kind of cool. And he says he was blown away
working with Matt Damon.
Speaker 10 (12:41):
We couldn't have asked for a better number one on
the cool sheet. Not only is he just so talented,
great actor, and so fantastic in this movie. But no
one could ever complain because no one was working harder
than Matt. And Matt always had a smile on his face.
And I remember we're doing this fight scene. We're in
this quarry and the whole quarry.
Speaker 1 (12:59):
Was on fire.
Speaker 10 (13:00):
It's almost like Chris like does these amazing things and
he goes, you know what, set it all.
Speaker 1 (13:04):
On fire, Yeah crazier, Yeah, yeah, why not?
Speaker 10 (13:08):
And I've rehearsed this fight scene for weeks and weeks
and weeks, and eventually I get to see Matt do it.
And I'm like standing back with a really good friend
of mine, the stunt coordinator, and I'm watching Matt do
this fight scene, and I just kind of elbowed him
and went, oh my god, that's Jason Bourne.
Speaker 1 (13:27):
Ah.
Speaker 3 (13:28):
Yeah, this is an amazing movie. He's kind of a
small guy, isn't he. I can't picture him in these
giant fights.
Speaker 2 (13:36):
I actually think he is shorter then zandaire tall.
Speaker 3 (13:40):
Oh yeah, so a funny story. He says he DMed
Erling Holland, the soccer player from Norway, and apparently was ignored.
Speaker 1 (13:50):
Tell us the truth, did you dm Earling Holland? Yes, yes,
I'll tell you what.
Speaker 10 (13:57):
That is the That is exactly the type of humbly
experience that is important for actice.
Speaker 3 (14:02):
Yeah, you know, once like they text him, I'll take.
Speaker 1 (14:05):
Him to dinner.
Speaker 10 (14:05):
Not even a response, not an excuse. No, I'm busy, scenari,
I'm playing football, nada, nothing.
Speaker 3 (14:13):
And you might remember David's best friend Ben Affleck went
on fallon not too long ago and talked about getting
an invite to the set of the movie he talks
about in here.
Speaker 1 (14:24):
Then you visited, You visited on set? Yeah, I did.
Speaker 12 (14:27):
And I'm a huge fan of Chris's And you know,
it's one of those things where my kids never want
to come to the set when I'm working.
Speaker 1 (14:33):
They're like, hey, you.
Speaker 12 (14:34):
Guys, we're doing the thing on the set and they're like, no, no,
I got school.
Speaker 1 (14:37):
You'd rather go right doget attention. But they were really
psyched to come visit this set.
Speaker 12 (14:43):
They my metal child's really interested in actually reading the
eli in the Odyssey, and and we went there and.
Speaker 1 (14:50):
It was really great. I mean, it was this incredible
sort of like, you know, this.
Speaker 13 (14:55):
Is the way we the Hollywood made movies, and they
were great, epic in camera David Lean movies. And Chris
is a really serious guy and somebody I admire, I know,
you know, believes that set's like a place to work.
Speaker 1 (15:05):
It's not schmooze with her.
Speaker 12 (15:06):
So I was really honestly grateful that he let me
come by and visit. My kids really liked it, and
so it was kind of cool. It was really really nice.
I was deeply grateful you're the only.
Speaker 3 (15:16):
Guests in six months of shooting, and we can't talk
about the Odyssey without talking about Abroddy Matt Damon. He
talks about getting fit enough to be in the Odyssey.
Speaker 1 (15:27):
I was in really good shape.
Speaker 14 (15:28):
I lost a lot of weight, like he said, he
wanted me like lean but strong. Literally, like stopped eating
just because of this other thing I did with my doctor.
Stopped eating gluten, and I lost like I used to
walk around it between one eighty five and two hundred.
Speaker 1 (15:44):
Yeah, and I did that whole movie at one sixty seven.
Holy gosh. And I haven't been that life since high school.
Like yeah, yeah, So it was a lot of training
in a really strict diet.
Speaker 5 (15:56):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (15:56):
Yeah, that was his high school weight one sixty seven. Yeah.
You can see him trailer. How lean he got. I mean,
Selena's I've ever seen him?
Speaker 3 (16:03):
Well, no, he's been leaner, Lisa, what's my favorite movie
in the world with Gwyneth Paltrow?
Speaker 2 (16:09):
That talented mister Ripley.
Speaker 1 (16:10):
Talented mister Ripley. I never selling you. He weighs about
one hundred and twenty pounds in the movie. Wasn't as
ripped though. I bet he's ripped in the Odyssey.
Speaker 3 (16:17):
Yeah, he's such a good actor this movie.
Speaker 1 (16:20):
I'm telling you want to see this movie and i'max.
Speaker 4 (16:22):
Yeah, he's well, it might rain this weekend. It's a
good movie, showcase.
Speaker 1 (16:26):
Can you get tickets? I don't know who.
Speaker 3 (16:28):
That's a good question, because this is the movie that
could bring me back to the movie theaters.
Speaker 2 (16:33):
You should see it a long time. I want to
see it.
Speaker 1 (16:35):
You got to see this movie in the theater for sure.
Speaker 3 (16:37):
The Odyssey it opens Friday, massive movie.
Speaker 1 (16:41):
Is it just me?
Speaker 2 (16:42):
Or that Odyssey trailer with Travis Scott.
Speaker 15 (16:45):
Kind of sounds like top dog law.
Speaker 1 (16:48):
Let me hear this. Hold on, oar.
Speaker 11 (16:58):
A man?
Speaker 1 (16:58):

apparently there was a mural at the Garden last night.
Here as Alex moren.

from Tim Talks Books. You'll be hosting it, so I
get to sit in the audience.
Speaker 1 (20:06):
The Bok Club is on the move, so.
Speaker 17 (20:09):
I'm lady, got us friend, No, no, this is your
in yeah uh Noah con still has not left the
city of Boston and apparently we're not making this up.
Speaker 1 (20:28):
Had a hole in one at the Boston Golf Club.
Hole in one.
Speaker 6 (20:31):
Whole as in Boston Golf Club, next to my caddies
Jamie and Mike, to our host Hunter.
Speaker 1 (20:36):
And to my pure ass five iron. I can't believe.
Speaker 16 (20:40):
That just happened.
Speaker 2 (20:41):
Okay, it does happen.
Speaker 4 (20:42):
People get hole in one and then they have to
buy drinks for everybody in the clubhouse.
Speaker 3 (20:45):
Oh yeah, yeah, it's just hard to get It's just
an unpredictable little hole.
Speaker 2 (20:49):
Now, it really is. It's hard. That's a hard thing.
Speaker 1 (20:53):
Yeah, but come on, a hole in one after four
historic nights at Fenway. Yeah, and that wasn't all.
Speaker 3 (21:00):
He also went, apparently to Encore Casino and hit for
five thousand dollars.
Speaker 1 (21:04):
I mean, it's unbelo. I wouldn't leave if I were him.
Speaker 2 (21:07):
It's not a streak.
Speaker 3 (21:08):
Yeah, no accounts. Golf buddy Nile Horn is on tour
right now. He's touring with Thomas Rhett and they did
a duet of Ella Langley's choosing Texas straight out. I
love this thing that they're all doing each other's music
now on tours.
Speaker 2 (21:24):
It's nice.
Speaker 1 (21:26):
It's really a nice feeling thing. I love that song
so good. She just talks to me, you know. Come on,
like when I'm in the gym working out, have that
song on. I'll put it on in my heart a set,
you know. So those last couple of reps, the ones
that really count. You wait for this part. Let's go
and finish. I know, I'm weird.
Speaker 3 (21:49):
Benny Blanco has a new Spanish album on the way.
It's called Hermost So. The first single is called Dojena Ray.
Speaker 1 (21:56):
We have a clip right here? He give me? Was
that some serious sampling right there? I guess the sample?
Can anybody guess it?
Speaker 11 (22:09):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (22:09):
My old song? You got it? That would be Tom's
Diner by Suzanne Vega. Hey, yeah, I know, I think
it might have been a one hit wonder I think
me if I'm wrong.
Speaker 3 (22:29):
Yeah, remember Hudson Williams from he did Rivalry, Well, he
really went off on a fan or some fans in
paparazzi who were stalking him. They actually followed him to
his house in Paris. Here's the way it went down.
Speaker 1 (22:47):
Guys, you just followed me. No, no, sorry, I can't
do this. This is really weird. Okay, you can't do this.
This is you guys aren't fans. You're being really creepy
and you just followed me.
Speaker 11 (23:00):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (23:01):
I love him, you know.
Speaker 3 (23:04):
I think there's a rumor he may have set fire
to one of the pictures they wanted him to sign.
Speaker 1 (23:09):
Yeah, he was all worked up. But again that's what
they want, the paparazzi.
Speaker 3 (23:14):
Yeah, they want the reaction more than they want him.
Speaker 1 (23:17):
Yeah they did. It's a biabra.
Speaker 2 (23:18):
It'salking to you that I was standing on business.
Speaker 16 (23:20):
Is it?
Speaker 1 (23:21):
Remember they got him? Oh yeah in the movement with
They're just humans Hey man, righteous House too. That's scary.
Speaker 17 (23:27):
Yeah, no, no, no, no, no, no, no no no.
Speaker 1 (23:31):
We got so many good clips from that Biber one.
It's so many at the Beach.
Speaker 3 (23:39):
Oh, the Friday the Thirteenth prequel Crystal Lake hits Peacock
October fifteenth.
Speaker 1 (23:45):
We have a clip.
Speaker 15 (23:45):
It's like someone put a curse on this town. It
all started when that kid drowned last summer. Something in
these woods and all it knows how to do.
Speaker 4 (23:57):
It's Gill.
Speaker 1 (23:58):
There's always something in the woods. Yeah. Fun fact. I've
seen every Jason movie growing up. I loved the Friday
the Thirteenth movies.
Speaker 2 (24:06):
Scary for me.
Speaker 1 (24:07):
Yeah, they they were pretty vicious for a seven year
old to watch. Yeah, it's always around the lake by
the way. Fun fact, the only movie someone got killed
in a sauna using a sauna rock was Jason nine.
Jason Takes Manhattan. Fun fact, what.
Speaker 3 (24:25):
Was the movie where Lenny Clark had the Hello kicked out.
Speaker 2 (24:28):
Of Jimmie Lee Curtis.
Speaker 1 (24:31):
That was an awesome scene. Every time money comes in
we bring it up to It's just a classic. It
was his best moment on film. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (24:40):
Paramount yesterday announcing they're doing a reboot of Nightmare on
Elm Street.
Speaker 1 (24:45):
So that's on the way. I know it's They just
keep rehashing and rebooting all the same movies again. Freddy
was another series that I watched.
Speaker 3 (24:52):
Yeah, home Run Derby last night, Jordan Walker of the
Cardinals edging out Kyle Schwarber for the win.
Speaker 1 (24:59):
Here it is Walker can up in the whole thing.
That's one of the longest shots.
Speaker 18 (25:05):
On the board.
Speaker 1 (25:06):
We have a home run right here.
Speaker 17 (25:16):
Did he just say, yeah, Yeah, he's doing it from
choosing Texas.
Speaker 1 (25:23):
Yeah, here's Jordan Walker right here. I mean, it's everything
in all honesty. I mean, I was at kid in
that backyard, you know, watching it. I wanted to be
a home run every champion. So it's pretty nice and
my dream came true today. It's so cool. My son
plays baseball and he loves a Dodger to show hey,
but he loves Freddy Freeman. Got to meet him at
the Red Sox game. So it's funny. Well, be playing
in the backyard and he'll get up and he'll be
like Freddie Freeman, bottom of the ninth, bases loaded. Yeah,
(25:44):
he'll be hit the home run in in the world there. Yeah. Absolutely.
Speaker 3 (25:48):
Wilson Contreras of our Boston Red Sox, by the way,
was in it to win it. He had thirteen home runs,
including a four hundred and ninety foot shot.
Speaker 1 (25:57):
I love Wilson. Remember he had that fight at Fenday. Yeah,
you know, you got trouble or whatever he got the offended. Well,
there were fans like posting, tweeting at him, like threatening him,
and he was like, come down a Fenway meet me.
That's it. That's the way to handle. Come on, come
on down, come on.
Speaker 3 (26:12):
Yeah, you know where to find me. I'm right here
at the ballpark every day. World Cup soccer. France plays
Spain today, that's a big one. Angland plays Argentina tomorrow.
Speaker 6 (26:23):
Good morning, crew, Jeff.
Speaker 5 (26:24):
Here, I'm on my last leg of the World Cup tour.
Speaker 1 (26:27):
This guy, imagine this guy, Jeff.
Speaker 13 (26:30):
Yeah, head into Boston and watch the semi final today,
then jumping on a plane going to Atlanta for tomorrow's
semi final match.
Speaker 1 (26:37):
That's gonna be a doozy. I'll check in each day.
Speaker 2 (26:40):
Peace Again, How did he get tickets?
Speaker 1 (26:43):
We had him on to explain it. I still don't
just understand. He went to pretty much every World Cup
game or most of them. Impossible. Yeah, our talkbackers are amazing, Jeff. Yeah,
there are pace.
Speaker 3 (26:56):
By the way, speaking of the World Cup, watch parties
on Aty Hall Plaza for today's matchup as well as tomorrow's.
Speaker 1 (27:02):
I want to throw that one out there. I'd say
drink a lot of water, but you know we don't
want to get to drink water. Well, you don't want
to get the explosive diarrhea, no spreading around the country.
Don't bring it here.
Speaker 3 (27:14):
Yeah, Riley's got a couple of gallons of water on
the counter.
Speaker 1 (27:19):
Is that clean water there, Riley.
Speaker 3 (27:21):
We're brought to you by the ninety nine Restaurant. Colossal
Lobster roll Season at the ninety nine Restaurant is happening.
You can choose hot, buttered or traditional with celery and mayo,
both built of course to the hilt with chunks of
tender North Atlantic lobster, serve with fries and coleslaw. Enjoy
it with friends for a limited time.
Speaker 1 (27:40):
You gotta love the nines, all right, Julie, Come on,
Julian Duxbury, Come on, let's go, Julie. Let's go, baby, Julie.
Speaker 11 (27:49):
There, I'm here.
Speaker 3 (27:51):
That's a beautiful town, Duxbury. That is a beautiful town.
Have you been to the beaches at Duxbury?
Speaker 1 (27:56):
At least?
Speaker 2 (27:57):
I think it's gorgeous, Yeah, gorgeous.
Speaker 16 (28:01):
How you doing Julie amazing summersault.
Speaker 1 (28:08):
Oh boy, jumped right on it. She's all business. Yeah,
he doesn't care about the small talk. Yeah, let's just
get to the keyword.
Speaker 2 (28:14):
Believe it.
Speaker 1 (28:15):
Well, now you get chickens to see Benson.
Speaker 3 (28:17):
I got it. Okay, Okay, this is good. It's a
big show. Make sure if you go to the show
tomorrow night, you send us a talk back on Thursday morning.
Speaker 2 (28:30):
I will for sure my daughter is going to freak out.
Speaker 3 (28:34):
All right, well hang on, do not hang up. Okay,
you'll talk to producer Robbie and we'll see at the show.
Speaker 1 (28:39):
Congrats Julie, kiss my girl. Do it lipa right there.
That's an absolute jam.
Speaker 2 (28:46):
Yeah. All her songs are jams.
Speaker 1 (28:48):
It just makes you want to dance.
Speaker 2 (28:49):
She stays right in that lane love.
Speaker 1 (28:52):
She really does. That's a good point. Doesn't try to
Charlie XCX like we like treat pop album and now
she's doing a different kind of album. Yeah, that's an
absolute yeah.
Speaker 2 (29:02):
No, do one knows exactly where her you know where
that spotted?
Speaker 1 (29:07):
Yeah, yep.
Speaker 3 (29:08):
So do you remember Brian Austin Green. He was in
the original nine O two one Oh yes, and uh
he was huge you probably don't remember how big the
original nine oh two one oh was massive. It was massive, massive,
and all of the people in it were huge stars,
including Brian Austin Green.
Speaker 1 (29:29):
But he ended up marrying uh, Megan Fox Fox, and
that's what he was mostly famous for after nine two,
was being married to her.
Speaker 3 (29:37):
His nine O two one oh thing had kind of
phased out a little bit, and now he marries Megan
Fox and that became a big celebrity story. They had
several kids together. Everything was fabulous. But apparently Brian says
there was one thing wrong.
Speaker 16 (29:51):
My ex and I were together for almost fifteen years.
Speaker 1 (29:54):
We were almost married. We were married for almost.
Speaker 16 (29:56):
Ten I led with physical attraction first, I'd be physically
attracted to somebody and then sort of build a relationship
around that. With Sharna, now we approached it in a
different way. I was divorced, which I didn't expect. I
(30:17):
had three kids, I was a single parent, and I
knew that I didn't want to repeat things that I
had done. So I went through all sorts of therapy
and all sorts of things to really figure out what
it was that I brought into a relationship that was
(30:38):
just toxic and wasn't wasn't good and wasn't helping the
relationship at all.
Speaker 1 (30:43):
I mean, it's a really good conversation. You know how
much the loot looks.
Speaker 2 (30:47):
Matter, Oh my god. And you know, Megan Fox is
stone cold gorgeous.
Speaker 4 (30:51):
One of the most beautiful beautiful, so we can totally
get how he would have been completely consumed by her beauty.
But I love his sort of like omission that it
was just that and then they were building it around
that and now he knows and he flipped it. So
his new relationship with Sharna Burgess, they started friends and
(31:14):
built that tight relationship before you know, and he was
obviously attracted to her.
Speaker 3 (31:19):
Yeah, but in a weird way, as he suggesting that
his new wife isn't that attractive, that wasn't important to him.
Speaker 1 (31:27):
I think you could, right. I mean, I haven't seen
a picture of her.
Speaker 4 (31:30):
She's very attractive, I know, but I mean when we're
talking about Megan Fox is like super much like she's
almost like cartoon.
Speaker 2 (31:38):
Like she's so hot.
Speaker 14 (31:39):
Right.
Speaker 4 (31:40):
No, I think he's just saying like, you need balance,
because I also think that you have to find somebody
that calms your nervous system down and protects your peace,
like that person is your person.
Speaker 1 (31:53):
Yeah, right, and you also have to build or you know,
work on intimacy and not just sexual.
Speaker 2 (31:59):
Right exactly, And that's exactly what he was saying.
Speaker 1 (32:02):
Yeah. And you know, for me, as from a guy's
perspective on this, I think that we make the mistake
a lot of going just for looks. You know, if
you physically attract you see a woman, she's beautiful, you
go for her, you know, and that's really that's the
one thing in your mind. But that runs its course
pretty quickly.
Speaker 2 (32:17):
Well, that's what Brian Austin Green said.
Speaker 1 (32:19):
Yeah, and after that's done and that like kind of
fades away the you know, the sexual intimacy part, Right,
what do you have left? Right? So I don't really
see myself as calming. You're like very calming. So does
that mean Michelle was strictly going for looks? I mean
apparently it's the problem.
Speaker 4 (32:40):
No, she's attracted to you, but also it has to
be both, right, and if you find that person where
it's both, it's like bingo, right, Yeah, A lot.
Speaker 1 (32:51):
A great example of this. I have several people in
my life who are dating the guys that are on
the apps and they're meeting girls and they hooking up
with these girls, and they still don't feel they fail empty,
you know, because they're just going off an app and
how they look, and then they meet them and if
there's a connection, they'll hook up, but there's nothing more
after that. They're having a trouble building something more. Yeah,
(33:14):
I did it the old fashioned way. I found Michelle
an only.
Speaker 3 (33:17):
Fans, no, obviously kidding. But the thing is, as we
talk about it, Michelle does that for me because I'm
kind of a crazy person and I know it, I
accept it, and she calm.
Speaker 4 (33:33):
I'm telling you, calm in your nervous system and protecting
your piece that is in a nutshell what you need
your partner to do for you?
Speaker 1 (33:40):
Yeah, you want them to be your person, yes, you know.
Speaker 4 (33:44):
Yeah, the person that gets your nervous system all ramped
up and you're always constantly feeling like your stomach is
a k nots listen to your body.
Speaker 2 (33:53):
That person is not for you.
Speaker 1 (33:54):
Oh god, please, I hope she's not listening because I'm not.
I'm not very calm. Well, you're a ball of anxiety.
Speaker 4 (34:01):
Yeah we know that, Yeah, we know, right, But she
does that for you but you do other things for her,
like it's a balance.
Speaker 8 (34:08):
And the friendship thing is key. Toolutely, we were really
good friends. You have to be able to laugh a
lot together. Yeah, right, in a perfect world you want both. Yes,
you want great physical attraction and you want a best friend.
Speaker 3 (34:19):
But the point he makes is an important point. Just
don't go for simply looks. Yeah, there's got to be
more there. It's a great it's a great example that
that he gave.
Speaker 4 (34:28):
That Brian Aus And it seems like he's done a
lot of personal work on himself.
Speaker 1 (34:32):
You mentioned therapy, Yeah, which, yeah, it is always a
good thing. So anyway, our phone number is eight seven
seven six one seven one one. Oh wait, we want
to open the conversation to all of you. How much
the looks matter? That's the question. Have you made the
mistake of going just for looks and it falls apart?
You know what I mean? You look pretty today? Okay,
(34:54):
well this is that.
Speaker 7 (34:56):
Now it's topic time for the Billy and Lisa in
the Morning.
Speaker 3 (35:00):
Topic time presented by Catches, a Law group the personal
injury experts at Catches law dot com.
Speaker 1 (35:05):
If you've been.
Speaker 3 (35:06):
Injured on the job, no fault of yours. You can
set up a free consult at catches law dot com.
So a couple of minutes ago, we're talking about something.
Brian Austin Green said he used to be on nine
O two one OHO, the original. He married Megan Fox,
one of the most beautiful women.
Speaker 1 (35:21):
In the world.
Speaker 3 (35:22):
Now he is remarried, but he had several kids with
Megan Fox, and he's saying that was the big mistake
he made.
Speaker 1 (35:28):
Just don't just go for a look. Yeah, but he's
got a new wife now, yeah, and he's doing much
better with her.
Speaker 6 (35:34):
So basically, if you asked David Austin Green about his
new wife, they'll say, yeah, but she's got a good personality.
Speaker 4 (35:43):
No, well it was actually Brian Brian Austin, Yeah, David
might say that, And that's.
Speaker 1 (35:48):
What I was saying.
Speaker 3 (35:49):
I was saying, God, is this kind of suggesting, Yeah,
I know, my new wife isn't that good looking, but
we get along and she find and she calms me.
Speaker 14 (35:56):
No.
Speaker 4 (35:56):
I think he's talking about Sharna in an actually more
beautiful way, that he found her to be very attractive,
but he was also friends with her.
Speaker 1 (36:03):
Well, you saw a picture of her and I haven't
seen her.
Speaker 2 (36:06):
Yeah, she's beautiful, right, Yeah, she's very pretty.
Speaker 1 (36:08):
Yeah, I'm sure. But you know, look, my wife didn't
get with me because of looks. Let's just be on
Raly and she'll she'll even admit that. I mean, it's
just the way it is. I've owned that, and I've
accepted that it was our connection, not really my looks,
which made her be more attracted to me. You know.
We've had conversations about that. You know, I got I
got lucky with that one.
Speaker 4 (36:29):
But you do need a physic You do need to
have physical at least some yes, have to Yeah, yeah,
but every prime most of her boyfriends or men that
she was with before me didn't work out because she
would go just for the looks if they were good looking,
you know, which is a good example of what we're
talking about. During the Taylor Swift wedding this last weekend,
(36:51):
one of the things that was said in like the
sort of you know, ceremony part of it, the vows.
The vows were that you should try and kiss your
partner every single day, kiss as much as you possibly can.
Speaker 2 (37:02):
And that's a key to a very successful marriage. Right.
Speaker 4 (37:06):
You always want to be like you always want to
be attracted enough that you want to constantly kiss that person.
Speaker 1 (37:10):
What about if I walk by her and I just
give her a little pat on them? Oh god, that's
that same.
Speaker 2 (37:15):
I think that that's your love language.
Speaker 1 (37:17):
I think that's okay at least that he's not kidding.
Speaker 2 (37:19):
Well, you give her a little tap long.
Speaker 1 (37:21):
Walks by tapping her on the ass. I think I
feel like most men do that. Now I'm not alone
that I don't think you're alone. I do kiss her
as well.
Speaker 2 (37:28):
I think that's so cute.
Speaker 1 (37:29):
Yeah, well, let's ask produce a Riley. Riley, you're single?
Right when you're looking, you're on you want stile on
the apps or not?
Speaker 11 (37:36):
Uh?
Speaker 2 (37:36):
Yeah, I'm not very good at it.
Speaker 1 (37:39):
How much it looks matter for you?
Speaker 16 (37:41):
Like?
Speaker 2 (37:41):
Uh, I low medium, I feel like medium.
Speaker 18 (37:44):
But also like when you meet somebody, they can be
more attractive the more that you know about them, Like
you can have stuff in common and all of a
sudden you're like, oh, like you're really funny now, like
you're significantly more attractive to me now. But also that
can the opposite can happen, where somebody can be like
so attractive and they say something, they open your mouth
and you're like, oh god, now you're ugly.
Speaker 2 (38:05):
It is so true. Yeah, yeah, you can go both ways.
Here's a picture of Brian. Oh okay, she's very beautiful, so.
Speaker 1 (38:11):
Let me think Bill. Oh she's a babe. Yeah, I'm sure. Yeah.
What's her name? Schwarma, No, he's thinking about Schwarber. Kyle Schwarber,
who's in the moment. Good morning.
Speaker 5 (38:26):
It's him from Marlborough, just chiming in on your topic.
It's just very interesting. I'm on and off the dating apps,
which is so annoying, but it's so interesting to me
when men the first thing they say is, you know,
I'm a fit, attractive guy and you must be the same.
So to your point, there are many men out there
(38:48):
that are looking for looks. So it's too bad, which
is why I'm still single.
Speaker 2 (38:53):
Have a great day.
Speaker 1 (38:55):
Yeah, it's kind of the point that Riley was making, right.
Speaker 3 (38:58):
You can become more attractive to the more you get
to know a person.
Speaker 1 (39:02):
Right, And that was what I was explaining kind of
with my wife. You know, the more that we got
to know each other, I became more attractive to her.
Speaker 4 (39:07):
I still think that you still have to have like
some sort of spark when you meet someone.
Speaker 1 (39:11):
Oh yeah, you know, it's you're not going to meet
the perfect person.
Speaker 4 (39:15):
You're not real You're not It's it's a slow burn.
You want a slow burn, it's a slow burn.
Speaker 1 (39:20):
By the way, justin for the record, you're strikingly. I
know I'm not saying I'm like that, but I'm not
keep saying that about yourself, and you keep.
Speaker 2 (39:29):
Working on yourself, which I think is really attractive too.
Speaker 1 (39:32):
Well, let's be honest. If I if I met my
wife and if I didn't know her when we were younger,
and I approached her out of nowhere and started talking
to her, I'm not sure that she would have jumped
on board. Okay, okay, it's not a safe space. I
thought this was a safe It is a safe space.
It's just us four talking.
Speaker 2 (39:52):
But I love that. I love that you keep I mean,
has she seen the quad gone?
Speaker 1 (39:56):
Now?
Speaker 2 (39:56):
I mean you break those things out?
Speaker 1 (39:59):
Yeah? She she looks she likes it. I think, well,
that's a good question. Had you ever asked you to
pop them?
Speaker 3 (40:04):
Uh?
Speaker 1 (40:04):
No, No, she's like your wife. She rolls her eyes,
she doesn't care at all. That doesn't say love.
Speaker 16 (40:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (40:11):
I stopped even trying to show her a good eye roll.
It means everything.
