I just did a few dates in the Pacific Northwest
and got a new album out that came out last year.
And yeah, I mean I've been lucky enough to do
you know the new kids, you know amazing Journey and
also you know carve out some solo time as well.

Now how it's a solo tour going to like women
throw their underwear up at you and everything.

You know, we try to camp that down. You know,
we got it. I did something controversial.

For some of my fans I these last three dates.

from the back of your mouth you'll start to feel

somebody say you're not gonna believe what happened to me
on the way to work this morning? How many times

this morning.

What's the most chaotic morning routine you've had recently? So recently?
Last week you were out new bottle of foundation. It's
in a glass bottle, getting ready go back into the bathroom.

I'm fully dressed.

The bottle breaks all over the tile floor, smashing everywhere
all of the foundation all over the tiles, seeping into
the tile, splashed on my pants. I'm down on my
hands and knees with toilet paper and towels trying to
sop it all up before it seeps into the tile
and ruins it. And then I have to change my clothes.

I'm running late.

I'm like, oh my god, this is a freaking nightmare.
Not to mention it was a brand new bottle. I'm

Forever dog, hasn't had a single accident in the house
since we got Luna. You know, We've got her on
a strict walking schedule. You got a stick to the schedule,
did right? That was just yesterday? This morning? You jinxed
it in total darkness, right.

I get out of bed, like I do every morning,
I don't turn any lights on. I carefully tip toe
across the bedroom and to the exit door of the bedroom. Well,
two steps off the bed, i stepped barefoot in poop.

And I'm not making this up. Like I was so
close to yelling what the like, I couldn't believe it.
Now now I have to one foot it right in
the darkness over to the door, and I'm like, what
am I gonna do? Is a dripping now? And I'm
keep in mind the poop was also right at the

base of the bed. There's a brand new rug runner
at the base of the bed. Okay. Now that's got
drippings and smudges and everything all over and them. Now
i sneak into Michelle's bathroom and I'm going I'm gonna
get this off my foot. I can't walk through the
hole upstairs. Fudness. Right, And here's the problem here. The
problem is a the dog. Okay, he'll get talking to

this Afternoon's like the jogs. Don't know was it? It
was Titus? A Luna? It was Luna? Okay, it's this
little god. I have so many names for her. Right now?

Did you clean up her poop? Or did you leave
it there?

I left everything. You didn't clean up. I had to

My fitness routine. So I try to work out every
single day. More recently, I've been doing more cardio than
I used to. It's easier for me to lift weights.
I like to lift weights. I'm cardio not so much.

But I've shifted to doing more cardio because I was just.

Getting a little too big, a little too musclely, and
it's hard to dance when you when you big.

I wish I could tell someone that I'm getting too muscle.
You know that's got to feel good, you know, you
know what, I think I'll slowed down. I got too
many muscles. This is bothering people wherever I go. You
see the guy back there, our co host executive is
suggestion he's a major workout guy. He's been threshing about
seven thousand pounds.

I'm running now too, nowhere near Jason's but usual.

But you find that you feel a little better the
leaner you are.

I'm the lowest weight I've been in my entire life

well known. Jason Drulo lyric has to be Jason. That
is what was going on with that song when you
did that. Can you think back my first It was
my first song.

It was my introduction to the world, and I had
written that song actually for Sir Sean Kingston.

It's a song called what You Say. And I didn't
write it for myself. It was for a completely different
artist and his label or him. They turned it down
and my label was like, why don't we make that
your first thing?

I was like, what I let's do it.
Speaker 15 (26:29):
And I thought that maybe, you know, somebody would at
least hear it. It wouldn't be the whole world, but
maybe somebody would hear it, but I would start to
continue to get my name out there, you know, you know,
step by step by step, and I put it out
and I put my name on it, just so that
you know, if you know, one hundred people heard it,
they would hear my name and the rest is history.

What you say was a monster? Can I get a
clip just to fake up right away? Everybody has a
smile on their face, you know what I mean. You
gotta love that that people remember you from exact moments.

Yeah, man, I mean, you know, people say all the
time that music puts them into a place in their life.

You know, whether it be you know, back in.

High school or you know, a lover or a breakup.
You know, music has that effect, right, It brings you
back to a time and a place.

Well, you've got a great history here in Boston, especially
with Kiss one await. I mean you've done our jingle balls,
You've done our.

Kiss concert, and you closed a Kiss concert one year
and we just never forgot it. Everybody in the stadium
was on their feet. What's that feeling?
Speaker 12 (27:41):
I mean performing is my favorite thing to do in
the world, So it feels incredible.

I was just saying yesterday, how it was like, do
you ever get nervous? And I was like, to be honest,
when I'm on stage, it almost feels mythical. It doesn't
even feel like real life.
Speaker 12 (27:59):
But if I was to like perform in the room
with just for y'all in here, I'll be like, it's
a little bit, it's a little nerve wrecking.
Speaker 15 (28:06):
But in front of you know, ten twenty thousand people
mean it, it feels almost like.
Speaker 4 (28:11):
It's not real.
Speaker 8 (28:12):
Yeah, you're dancing your energy. What's your like fitness routine?
Speaker 6 (28:15):
What do you do?

My fitness routine. So I try to work out every
single day. More recently, I've been doing more cardio than
I used to. It's easier for me to lift weights.
I like to lift weights. I'm cardio not so much.
Speaker 12 (28:31):
But I've shifted to doing more cardio because I was just.
Speaker 15 (28:34):
Getting a little too big, a little too musclely, and
it's hard to dance when you when you big.
Speaker 4 (28:42):
I wish I could tell someone that I'm getting too muscle.
You know that's got to feel good, you know, you
know what, I think I'll slowed down. I got too
many muscles. This is bothering people wherever I go. You
see the guy back there, our co host executive is
suggestion he's a major workout guy. He's been threshing about
seven thousand pounds.
Speaker 8 (29:00):
But he's running down too.
Speaker 4 (29:01):
I'm running now too, nowhere near Jason's but usual.
Speaker 12 (29:05):
But you find that you feel a little better the
leaner you are.
Speaker 16 (29:08):
Right.

Absolutely, I'm cutting right now, so I feel really good.
I'm the lowest weight I've been in my entire life
in what weight is that? Two hundred and eleven pounds?
But I was three fifty.
Speaker 4 (29:18):
Oh yeah, it's a big old boy. I was like, yeah,
I had a fat head. Yeah, thank you, I mean thanks.
I'm just saying, but you know what, he's up to
a fifteen minute mile now, Oh wow, it's twelve minute.
Speaker 12 (29:30):

That's different. That's very different. You've probably done five miles.

I keep it a little low, trying to keep this.

I was like, Mom, it is me, you know. And

I remember, uh, you know, talk to a few of
my industry friends and they're just like, man, this is
gonna be either this is gonna be really big or
this is gonna flop.

I mean, it's just so different than everything. And I
was like, I love that. You know.
Speaker 12 (30:30):
That's that's the key to me, you know, to to
stick out like a sore thumb.

I feel like music should be a representation of a person,
and I think far too often people chase, uh, chase
the hit, and they're chasing songs as opposed to, you know,
making their own identity.
Speaker 12 (30:48):
And you know that's why I really love that song.

Well, you took a tour box all the way from
New York City very early in the morning to be
on the Billy and Least the morning show and to
promote your new song. So the least we can do
right now is play some of your song. It's called
Sexy for Me. Here we go. I don't imagine mind closing.

Yeah, I'm feeling really good. Man, we just went Top
thirty on on radio and I was asking my radio guy.
I was like, yo, like this is crazy, like this,
this is all happening again, and how many of these
songs have gone at least top thirty And he was like,
twenty two, and twenty two happens to be my lucky number.

Might literally have a tattooed.

Right here from all over that really large.

Twenty two is a number that comes around anytime something
amazing is going to happen.
