Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey guys, welcome back. We have our own movie expert
on the show. We call him our movie Nerd from
Showcase Cinema. So let's go to the movie.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
Song that song.
Speaker 1 (00:16):
Yeah, we wanted to get Mark the movie Nerd on
the Billy at least the morning show, because a lot
is going on. First and foremost, This coming Sunday is
National Popcorn Day. Mark, are you there?
Speaker 3 (00:27):
I am here.
Speaker 1 (00:29):
Yes, Okay, listen, Mark, before we even say a word
about movies this weekend. Okay, you sent Oreo popcorn to
these studios and it was the best thing I've ever tasted.
I couldn't put it down.
Speaker 4 (00:45):
He devoured it.
Speaker 3 (00:47):
Yeah, we gotta thank Melissa for that, and she's on
our team. But it's good, right, So good about the
did you get cheered? Yeah?
Speaker 4 (00:54):
We did?
Speaker 5 (00:55):
Got that was my favorite?
Speaker 1 (00:56):
The Cheetos popcorn. Yeah. Mark. We were so excited about
the Oreos popcorn that Lisa and I played a game
with it and posted it on our Instagram. Uh, what's
the Instagram winning? Just what I mean? Yeah? Okay, so Mark,
we had a contest where I had to throw the
(01:17):
popcorn and Lisa had to catch it in her mouth.
Speaker 2 (01:19):
It's done.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
And she was a champ.
Speaker 6 (01:23):
She did it.
Speaker 1 (01:23):
Oh yeah, she was like three out of three. It
was perfectly.
Speaker 5 (01:26):
It's all about the throw.
Speaker 3 (01:29):
So it's not your dad's popcorn, right, this is kind of.
Speaker 1 (01:35):
Like a home Yeah, it's ridiculous.
Speaker 3 (01:37):
Yeah, I listen. I'm a loyalist when it comes to popcorn,
but I do enjoy those. Yeah, No, I definitely do
before we.
Speaker 1 (01:44):
Get to the movies. This coming weekend, which by the way,
is going to be a long weekend, you have special
deals for National Popcorn Day.
Speaker 6 (01:51):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:51):
So National Popcorn Day is Sunday, the nineteenth, and all
you have to do is just be a Star Past member.
That's our loyalty program. Great deal because you get ten
percent back. I want to spend with us. But you
just go to Showcase, Cinemas dot Com or our app
uh and uh you buy a ticket for Wolfman which
is opening, and you got your your your popcorn and
(02:14):
we will be sampling also the Oreos and Cheetos.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
Popcorns everywhere, so.
Speaker 3 (02:20):
You can try those for free. It's it's a great deal.
Speaker 1 (02:23):
So Wolfman opens this weekend.
Speaker 3 (02:26):
Wolfman opens this weekend. I saw it. Uh it is uh,
and you may want to keep your I don't know,
it may be tough to keep the popcorn down.
Speaker 7 (02:35):
It is a screen I saw one of the trailers.
Speaker 3 (02:41):
Yes, there's a scene in this there's a scene in
this one that I just had to turn away. I mean, yeah,
it's yeah, I'm not even going to go for it,
but yeah, it's a it's a it's a definitely tense
new take on Wolfman. It's the director if you remember
a couple of years back being Busy Man, Oh yeah,
(03:01):
which was a really good horror movie. This this the
same director directed this, and yeah, it's got Uh. I
don't know if you're Ozark fans out there, this is
the lead and it's it's pretty intense.
Speaker 4 (03:15):
It sounds Julia Bobby.
Speaker 5 (03:17):
It's Julia Garner from Ozark, who played.
Speaker 3 (03:20):
Gardner from Ozark. Yeah, Billie Gardner from Ozark.
Speaker 1 (03:23):
Does she get eaten?
Speaker 3 (03:24):
Yeah, it's.
Speaker 1 (03:26):
Uh, Well, don't give it away.
Speaker 8 (03:28):
Reilly's the leaguer, don't don't don't get given to him.
Speaker 1 (03:31):
So I gotta ask you. Mark Den of Thieves Too
was the number one movie last weekend. Did you see
that coming?
Speaker 3 (03:40):
Yeah? Because the first one couple twenty eighteen did really
well and this one we saw some Yeah, we we
sort of saw it coming. Uh in January. That type
of type of genre does really well for us, and
uh yeah, so yeah, yeah, it's it's definitely got its
audience and it did well for us. But I mean
(04:02):
I think right now, you know, horror does really well
in January, so Wolfman should should do really well this weekend. Uh.
And then we've got some uh, you know, some big
movies coming up next month with Captain America. So we
have our big new Marvel movie.
Speaker 1 (04:18):
Okay, so that's gonna be the big one. Everybody's anticipating
Captain in America.
Speaker 3 (04:23):
Yeah, yeah, oh yeah, because.
Speaker 1 (04:25):
It's gonna be tough to beat. I mean, you had
Barbenheimer and then we had the Wicked weekend, which was
also what else opened the bid?
Speaker 3 (04:37):
Yeah. Yeah, it's been a last year. Was a good year.
We really picked up towards the end of the year
like we thought we would. But this year is going
to be the year where I think it's back to normal,
so to speak. Uh, you know, you've got all these
big movies coming. We've got a new Avatar at the
end of the year coming, We've got the Wickeds, you know,
the second part Wicked for good U. So you've got
(05:00):
all the and then a lot of big summer movies.
So get the New Superman coming. So yeah, it's it's
it's a big year for us. The one that everyone's
talking about is Leelo and Stitch. That's one that's I
think is going to be a surprise. It's the live
action version of that.
Speaker 1 (05:17):
That's a good one.
Speaker 3 (05:18):
My daughter, Oh yeah, exactly. Everyone's seen it, you know,
the animate MENTI version. So I think the live action
is going to really kind of be a big, you know,
a big, big surprise.
Speaker 1 (05:29):
So marked the movie nerd. What you're saying is there's
something for everyone on the way to the movie theaters
at a showcase cinemas, all right, and don't forget the
Oreo popcorn and the Cheetos popcorn.
Speaker 8 (05:39):
You won't believe it. Yeah, yeah, we got to go
mack with business.
Speaker 1 (05:42):
Don't talk to me on on my popcorn breaks.
Speaker 8 (05:46):
Weird stories up next, and a really feel good story
about a grandfather though that will definitely have you in
your fields. We had stories next, kids with.
Speaker 5 (05:55):
The Billy and Lisa's weird stories all right, So coyotes
are everywhere.
Speaker 7 (06:00):
Actually, Billy, you shared a story recently that you were
confronted with on and your dog Titus.
Speaker 1 (06:04):
Right face to face early morning.
Speaker 5 (06:06):
Crazy.
Speaker 7 (06:06):
So a coyote walked into an Aldi store in Chicago
and jumped right into the cold food section.
Speaker 8 (06:12):
Oh my god, God, Yeah, I'd go to live to
the scene when my computer's frozen.
Speaker 7 (06:17):
Okay, Well, anyway, it was safely removed by animal care control,
but it was pretty scary.
Speaker 8 (06:23):
There's an Aldie near my house. My wife loves that store.
Speaker 4 (06:26):
Yeah, it's a good store. I had a good deals.
Speaker 8 (06:27):
Yeah, they have really good deals and you know, she
gets a bunch of things there.
Speaker 1 (06:31):
Yeah. I haven't been there yet. I got to check
it out.
Speaker 7 (06:33):
Well, the coyote thought so too, the deal right at
the door.
Speaker 1 (06:38):
A clip of Oklahoma Senator Mark Wayne Mullen is a
trending this morning after apparently he suggested members of Congress
vote drunk all the time.
Speaker 9 (06:49):
For genius starts bringing up the fact that what if
you showed up drunk to your job? How many senators
have showed up drunk to vote at night? Have any
of you guys asked to step down and resign for
their job? And don't tell me you haven't seen it,
because I know you have. Then how many senators do
you know have got a divorce for cheating on their wives?
Did you ask them to step down?
Speaker 10 (07:11):
No?
Speaker 1 (07:11):
But it's for show, you guys.
Speaker 9 (07:13):
Make sure you make a big show and point out
the hypocrisy because the man's made a mistake.
Speaker 1 (07:18):
Okay. Interesting that was at the congression of hearings that
yesterday will continue today. It's like a circus in Washington now. Yeah,
it's crazy.
Speaker 8 (07:27):
All shows up drunk. Sometimes it happened.
Speaker 1 (07:29):
As often as I can. Good morning, it's gonna be glotty.
We'll get some showers today, probably this morning mostly. No,
you take it easy. Yeah, that's so good. Tequila right there, baby,
let's go when you get weird.
Speaker 4 (07:47):
Okay, So Paramour obviously you know the band Paramore. We
just played the mystery.
Speaker 8 (07:51):
Okay.
Speaker 11 (07:52):
But Haley Williams is the lead singer and her grandfather
like created an album the seventies, but it never went anywhere,
Like he's not you know, he never had a career. Well,
her bandmates are now helping him put out his music
from fifty years ago.
Speaker 4 (08:07):
He's seventy eight.
Speaker 8 (08:08):
The first single is out and the whole album will
be out soon. It's pretty cool. It's it's about knocking
on a door, which seems to be a lot of
songs about that and it so I don't really like it.
(08:30):
I don't know what it is about that era, but
there were a lot of songs about knocking on doors.
Speaker 1 (08:34):
Do you guys know that I was not aware of that?
Speaker 11 (08:37):
Well, I also know there's like knocked three Times on
the Ceiling if you want me by Tony Orlando from
the seventies.
Speaker 8 (08:42):
There's a lot, trust me, right, Yeah, it's a little
bit newer but still Dave Matthews band, Yeah, Little Richard,
yeah right right. It keeps going.
Speaker 11 (09:04):
Wow, wow, that is a lot of snrting.
Speaker 8 (09:09):
Oh, there's even more.
Speaker 1 (09:15):
So many. I remember there was a big disco song
about knock knock, yeah, knock yeah yeah.
Speaker 8 (09:27):
Interesting. Interesting in the hits. So do you guys hear
about the medals from the Olympics in twenty twenty four.
They're deteriorating. Oh yeah, they are completely going to crap.
Over one hundred winners of the Olympics in twenty twenty
four say their medals are completely like going to dust.
It's really bad.
Speaker 12 (09:45):
Olympians are reporting they're chipped, faded, and tarnished.
Speaker 10 (09:49):
Several Olympians questioned the metals quality even before the closing ceremony.
Speaker 8 (09:54):
Yeah, so the company that makes them are gonna, you know,
take them back and fix them. But they're not happy.
Speaker 1 (09:59):
So they fake.
Speaker 8 (10:00):
They're saying they're real, but they are promising to have
them restored and back to normal by the end of
the first that's the problem.
Speaker 11 (10:07):
Real gold and real silver and real bronze wouldn't, right.
Speaker 8 (10:12):
I know there's something fishy going on. I think, well,
once they got the medals, I mean, they kind of
had an idea that they weren't. There's something off with them.
Speaker 1 (10:20):
So when do you want to give another shot at
that word deteriorating.
Speaker 4 (10:24):
Deteriorating, deteriorating. Wat do it? Okay? So gold and silver
and bronze doesn't deteriorate.
Speaker 8 (10:33):
Oh that was actually not bad.
Speaker 1 (10:35):
Damn close.
Speaker 11 (10:36):
I think it's interiorating, yea, adding an extra off, like
if it's going to deteriorate or deteriorating if it's currently
doing it.
Speaker 1 (10:46):
I have a headache.
Speaker 8 (10:51):
Yes, great point. You know it's not I can't even
say it to you. No, it's not deteriorating entertainer and
that is next.
Speaker 4 (11:03):
Kay, Olivia on Rigo.
Speaker 13 (11:05):
You're waking up with Billy and Lisa in the morning
and kiss one away.
Speaker 1 (11:10):
Just you want to get a talk back in before
we hit the entertainment.
Speaker 8 (11:12):
You know, we did weird stories a few minutes ago,
and we had a story about a grandfather, Haley Williams
from Paramore. Her grandfather has a new album coming out
that he recorded in the seventies and it's about knocking
on a door. And then we played all that thing
about all the other songs about knocking on doors.
Speaker 14 (11:27):
Anyway, speaking of songs about knocking, maybe you can help
me with who sings this one. Somebody's knocking at the door,
Somebody's ringing the bell, Someone's knocking at the door, somebody's
ringing the bell.
Speaker 8 (11:43):
I know the song, I forget the band though, it
is Paul McCartney and Wings. Yes, it's another song about
knocking on doors from those days. Paul did a.
Speaker 4 (12:00):
Much better job than she did.
Speaker 1 (12:02):
I thought, like, I kind of like it all. Yeah,
she kind of murdered it a little bit.
Speaker 15 (12:08):
I know I'm a day late, but Justin is right.
You have to watch Severance. I hate sci fi too, Billy,
but this show will just stick with you. You cannot let
it go. The second season is coming out. You have
to stick it through the first two or three episodes
and then you will be hooked.
Speaker 8 (12:24):
So the new season of Severn's season two comes out
on Friday. I watched the first season this past weekend,
and it's incredible. I can't stop thinking about it, and
I can't recommend it enough. She's exactly right.
Speaker 4 (12:36):
Can I ask you a question?
Speaker 11 (12:37):
Just yeah, I don't know if you saw, but they
did it pop up yesterday? I did not at Grand
Sensation or Penn Station like in a glass box like
reacting the show, really and Ben still was there taking
pictures of a proud dad.
Speaker 4 (12:49):
I didn't know what they had to do with anything.
Speaker 1 (12:52):
I'm not sure.
Speaker 8 (12:52):
It's probably something that's in season two, okay, but I'm
not a sci fi guy. And here's the thing I think, Lisa.
You started to.
Speaker 5 (12:59):
Watch and then it was just like, it's really tough.
Speaker 8 (13:02):
It takes a couple of episodes, but once you get it,
you just cannot stop watching it. It is so well written,
acted everything.
Speaker 1 (13:09):
So it's a long weekend coming up. Yeah, watch it
over the weekend. There you go.
Speaker 8 (13:15):
Can I get one more in here? Sure, can I
get you back here. You know someone complained earlier, Billy
in your report that you called Taylor Swift Travis Kelsey's girlfriend. Boy,
it was a talkbacker that kind of didn't like that.
Speaker 6 (13:28):
So this is for the one that was giving Billy
a hard time for calling Taylor Swift Travis Kelsey's girlfriend. Well,
she is his girlfriend, and it's called a segue.
Speaker 7 (13:42):
Pay attention, Karen, now the entertainment update with a Billy Copstead.
Speaker 5 (13:48):
That's what we all said it.
Speaker 1 (13:49):
Yeah, okay, Karen, but that's fine. It's okay. I will
never call her Travis's girlfriend again.
Speaker 8 (13:56):
I don't think it was an intentional thing. You were
just speaking.
Speaker 1 (13:59):
It was just a point conversation. Yeah. Anyway, we're gonna
start with the latest down the California fires. So far
from over. Trust me when I tell you that the
winds kicked up again late yesterday, yet another fire was sparked.
Red flag alerts are still up. People are just freaking out.
They've lost everything. The death toll is at twenty five,
so many people still under the threat of evacuation. Jay
(14:21):
Leno stood up with Anderson Cooper right in the thick
of it yesterday describing what it's been like there. It's unbelievable.
Speaker 16 (14:28):
It's the biggest natural disaster, not that nine to eleven
was a natural disaster, but it's.
Speaker 1 (14:34):
Literally on that scale. I mean it's ten thousand buildings.
Speaker 16 (14:39):
I mean, you can't even if you drove all day,
you couldn't see ten thousand. Yeah, I mean you get
on that hill and you look for miles and there's nothing.
It looks like Hiroshima or just some horrible thing. But
you know, the sense of community, neighbors, maybe neighbors never
met before, and people all pitching in.
Speaker 1 (14:55):
So many ways that you can help if you really
want to. You can go to the American Red Cross,
the California Fire Foundation, definitely, the LAFT Fund, as well
as the la Food Bank. Just a horrible situation there, which,
by the way, could yet even worse worse. The iHeartRadio
Podcast Awards are Monday, March tenth. Jason Kelsey's wife can
(15:18):
I call her? His wife?
Speaker 4 (15:20):
Don't do that?
Speaker 2 (15:21):
How are you doing?
Speaker 15 (15:22):
Bell?
Speaker 1 (15:22):
Okay?
Speaker 4 (15:23):
Sorry?
Speaker 1 (15:24):
Kylie Casey. Kylie Casey is up for Best Emerging Podcast.
You recently bumped Joe Rogan from the top podcast spot.
She has the number one it's called Not Gonna Lie
and really popular. I like her. I've always liked her.
Speaker 8 (15:39):
Yeah, she's pumped about it.
Speaker 17 (15:40):
Not sure how this happened, but this show the when
you are currently watching or listening to, Not Gonna Lie
with Kylie Kelce has received its first award nomination. NGL
has been nominated for Best Emerging Podcast at the twenty
twenty five iHeart Podcast Awards. Thank you to the nglers
who you have tuned in and have enjoyed the.
Speaker 4 (16:02):
Show thus far.
Speaker 17 (16:03):
I know that it's for e merging show, but this
is very early for a words talk.
Speaker 4 (16:10):
I'm sure that's like legal, you got it.
Speaker 6 (16:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (16:14):
I started liking her when she would sit in the
regular seats with fans as opposed to the luxury suite
and everything at the games.
Speaker 4 (16:21):
Oh. You know what's funny is they met.
Speaker 11 (16:22):
Well, she was still in college, so he would like
go to her dorm room as an Eagles player and sleepover.
Speaker 1 (16:27):
I get the dorm. Yeah, I love the story. And
biggest star in the world, Taylor Swift apparently needs more
space at her Rhode Island mansions.
Speaker 7 (16:38):
Well, it's in watch Hill, it's her beach house and
it's eleven thousand square feet and she just filed the
paperwork yesterday. It was public that she's trying to add on.
She's adding on four hundred square feet. She's making her
bedroom bigger and into more of a lounge type situation.
It's funny because she's never there like she's never there
like once a year.
Speaker 4 (16:58):
So maybe now she'll take off time this year and.
Speaker 8 (17:01):
Yeah, or she's making room for an expanded family.
Speaker 7 (17:05):
See that's the thing. Oh yeah, she's creating. She's creating
the space.
Speaker 1 (17:10):
What would you love to be that contractor though he's
going to walk away or she's going to walk away
with good stories. I'm just saying. We mentioned Patrick and
Britney Mahomes had the baby. Patrick talked about it yet.
Speaker 10 (17:22):
So cool to welcome another baby girl in our family
and see how my other kids react to her and
having baby sissy and stuff like that.
Speaker 1 (17:29):
So it's been a lot of fun.
Speaker 10 (17:30):
And it was cool that football was on TV when
I was in the hospital, started to watch a little bit,
and so Brittany was kind enough to let us watch
football as she was gett ready to have to give
birth to our second daughter.
Speaker 5 (17:41):
I like them, it'd be a cool couple they're a
very cool couple.
Speaker 1 (17:44):
Yeah, very happy.
Speaker 4 (17:46):
I mean she got in no school.
Speaker 11 (17:49):
If I know what I mean now, I would have
found a good football player.
Speaker 1 (17:53):
Lock it in.
Speaker 5 (17:54):
You know she was an athlete too, Yeah, soccer player college.
Speaker 2 (17:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (17:57):
Big time indoor golf. The the indoor golf League is
apparently the big thing now least.
Speaker 7 (18:03):
Okay, So Tiger Woods made his debut last night.
Speaker 5 (18:06):
It's on ESPN. You guys have to check this out.
It's so cool.
Speaker 7 (18:09):
It's at the Sofi Stadium in Florida and Palm Beach
and Rory McElroy, Tiger and even Nia Horn invested in
this indoor golf league and they're trying to get younger people.
But there's a Boston Golf Boston Common Golf team, and
you can watch it on Monday, January twenty seventh on ESPN.
Speaker 1 (18:28):
And the Boston team will be in that one. Yep. Wow.
So it's a giant indoor facility. They're playing on simulators
right exactly.
Speaker 7 (18:36):
And Rory McElroy and Adam Scott are part of the
Boston Common team.
Speaker 1 (18:39):
And it's really cool. It's kind of like professional wrestling.
When the golfer takes to the tee they have their
own walk in music. Here's Tiger.
Speaker 4 (18:56):
It's a fitting song.
Speaker 5 (18:57):
I love it. Anything Tiger does. I just I have to.
Speaker 1 (19:00):
Watch, oh for sure. For sure. This story I'm trying
to figure out. We mentioned it earlier this morning. There's
a French woman who got scammed out of almost a
million dollars. She was fooled into thinking she was going
to be dating Brad Pitt.
Speaker 4 (19:15):
I feel so bad.
Speaker 1 (19:17):
This was an older woman, I guess, and apparently was
divorced from a multi millionaire or something, and I don't know.
Somebody was sending her text and everything, and AI generated
pictures of Brad Pitt.
Speaker 8 (19:30):
Well that's the story of the pictures because they are
AI generated. But if you look at them, I mean,
one should be able to tell they're fake. It's like
his head superimposed into a hospital room. But she fell
for it, which is sad.
Speaker 5 (19:45):
That is really sad.
Speaker 4 (19:47):
Elderly scam, Yeah it is.
Speaker 8 (19:49):
It's more common than you think.
Speaker 12 (19:50):
So I heard your story about the Brad Pitt scam.
I actually worked for a credit union and we had
a member where the same thing happened. She believed she
was dating Brad Pitt. She sent all of her money
to him because, like you said, this person told her
that all the money was tied up in the divorce
and his kids needed cell phones because Angelina wouldn't let
their kids have any, so she had to send money
(20:12):
for that. And just a mess, an absolute mess. It's
more a mess is that people think it's real.
Speaker 1 (20:17):
So that was a woman scammed by the same person,
the different different Well maybe I don't know.
Speaker 4 (20:23):
It was the same scam, idea.
Speaker 1 (20:24):
Same scam, idea correct? I mean Brad Pitt's pictures that
were out there with the new girlfriend almost anywhere they are.
Speaker 5 (20:32):
It's really easy to fund.
Speaker 11 (20:34):
Yeah, And if a multi millionaire celebrity doesn't want to see, like,
you know, call you, come visit, you fly you out,
it's okay.
Speaker 1 (20:42):
Yeah, just don't be impressed.
Speaker 4 (20:43):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (20:44):
So your Brad Pitt, that don't.
Speaker 2 (20:48):
Wow?
Speaker 4 (20:49):
Val value insane.
Speaker 1 (20:53):
Oh he's number one in the world. I say it
all the time, that guy right over there. Justin good news,
Princess Kate Middleton's cancer is in remission, right, that's really good.
Megan Markle is taking some heat on social because she's
showing up at food dropped in it around the fire
zones and people are saying she's just looking to promote
(21:14):
her new Netflix show, which, by the way, she has one. Well,
she hasn't delayed now, but she's got it.
Speaker 5 (21:19):
It's de layed until March.
Speaker 1 (21:20):
Didn't Netflix cancel a show of Theirs already?
Speaker 5 (21:23):
Well, she had a podcast that was canceled.
Speaker 11 (21:26):
Yeah, that was on Spotify. I think for like what
may six episodes and they canceled. It wasn't a lot.
Speaker 10 (21:30):
Wow.
Speaker 1 (21:31):
Tate mccray's It's Okay I'm Okay number one in the
country right now. She's coming to Boston for two shows.
We get a clip of the.
Speaker 12 (21:38):
Song It's Okay, I'm Okay.
Speaker 13 (21:42):
I'm in the first place. It's okay, I'm okay.
Speaker 18 (21:45):
It's okay, I'm okay.
Speaker 10 (21:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (21:47):
She's been heavily teasing her new album on social media.
Speaker 19 (21:49):
Lit Good.
Speaker 8 (21:49):
It'll be out there in February twenty first.
Speaker 1 (21:51):
Yeah, she's coming to town August twenty sixth and twenty seven.
She did our jingle Ball she did back in December,
and Cameron Diaz hasn't been acting for a long time,
but apparently it's coming out of retirement to do a
movie with her buddy Jamie Fox. It's called Back in
action and it opens this coming Friday. We had our
movie Nerd Mark from Showcase Cinemas on the show earlier
(22:14):
this morning, reminding everybody that Sunday is National Popcorn Day
and the fact that Den of Thieves two is the
number one movie in the country. It's out there in
theaters this weekend. But the Wolfman movie arrives in theaters
this weekend. A couple of other things. Kevin Hart, if
you're looking to do a little day trip, Kevin Hart
going to be appearing in Portland, Maine, January seventeenth. That's
(22:35):
this weekend.
Speaker 4 (22:35):
Oh my gosh, it is this weekend. Yeah, it's Friday.
Speaker 1 (22:38):
Kevin Hart, Portland, Maine. Maybe's going up there for some
moody It could very well be. I'm just letting you know, okay,
that Kevin Hart is booked in Portland, Maine. Thank you.
Nikki Glazer going to be in Boston, don't forget it,
the Box Center, Wank Theater. We are all going, by
the way, I locked that in. I got tickets for
(23:01):
the morning show. And Nicki Glazer is one of the
hottest people in the country, right you know what?
Speaker 5 (23:05):
Bill that.
Speaker 1 (23:08):
Okay, forget it.
Speaker 4 (23:11):
I'm so excited. Thank you so much, Bill for being
so cool.
Speaker 1 (23:14):
They added a fourth show, by the way, or they're
about to.
Speaker 8 (23:21):
Did you just leak that, dude that we're not going now?
You blew?
Speaker 1 (23:25):
It was that?
Speaker 8 (23:26):
It was that a top secret announcement. You Oh my god.
Speaker 4 (23:30):
Seriously did anyone hear that announcement?
Speaker 7 (23:33):
No?
Speaker 8 (23:33):
Right now everyone did.
Speaker 5 (23:35):
Now, yeah, well they're adding a fourth show.
Speaker 4 (23:38):
Thank you, Bill, thank you.
Speaker 1 (23:39):
I maybe delete that from the West coast, yeah, thank you,
don't mention it. We're brought to you by Boston Vision.
It's a new year, new vision. Why wait to start
seeing the world crystal clear? If you're tired of the
glasses or the context, get lasick with Boston Vision. Do
it in twenty twenty five. Just imagine waking up in
(24:00):
morning with crisp clear sight, no lenses, no hassles. Your
best vision is Boston Vision. And there you go.
Speaker 5 (24:09):
From the Planet Fitness Kiss one O eight Studios, we're
back with a Villy and Lisa in the morning on Kiss.
Speaker 1 (24:16):
Okay, so we're all excited on the billion Lisa Morning
Show because we saw the trailers for the new Jerry
Springer documentary.
Speaker 8 (24:25):
I mean I watched the whole thing I did too.
Speaker 4 (24:26):
It was really good.
Speaker 8 (24:27):
It's really really good. You gotta, you gotta, you gotta.
Speaker 11 (24:30):
Finish it, especially if you're in like we're in the
media space and we're in Justin and I are producers.
Speaker 4 (24:35):
The how they produced that show, it's basically what it's about.
Speaker 11 (24:37):
It's not about his life, it's about the show and
about how it was produced. So to be so salacious
and it was so interesting, and there actually was a
murder attached to some of the guests, and then it
was like, oh, they're liable for it because the guy
was mad about you know what happened on the show.
And it was a really interesting documentary.
Speaker 7 (24:57):
Interviewed a lot of the producers and they gave you
the scenes, like what it was like being them and
how hard it was.
Speaker 1 (25:04):
And so I always assumed that the guests were fake.
Speaker 8 (25:08):
No, No, they were definitely not fake. And you know,
some things I did not know about Jerry Springer was
he was a politician. He was the mayor of Cincinnati,
and then he was also a very respected newsperson. Yeah,
I mean Emmy Award winning, like serious newscaster. And he
never wanted to do trash TV. He wanted to be
in politics. He wanted to be in congress, you know,
(25:29):
so he went he hosted like a talk show that
was very serious and then you know, some producers came
in and kind of talked him into doing the trash
talk and then he went that route. But I never
knew all that about him. And the show had a
long run. It still shows on certain networks. Yeah, I
mean rip Jerry Springer passed on. But it's just I
remember growing up and watching the show. Yeah, when I
(25:51):
stayed home from school.
Speaker 11 (25:52):
Yeah, if you're home from school sick, Yeah, you know,
Jerry Jerry. I went to so originally it was in Chicago,
but they actually moved to Connecticut at the end the end,
and I went to Maury And so Jerry Springer and
Maury were in the same studio like they would switch
they would take turns filming, and it's it's like in
the middle of like Connecticut. But I mean, the whole
(26:13):
idea of it is, if you think about it, like
you had these producers that were finding the most crazy,
you know, situations, and then they were hyping these people up,
so they were really mad like it.
Speaker 4 (26:23):
That's why it was real. It felt fake because they
were always like screw you, blah blah blah. But the
producers were in the back, like tell them how much
they sucked. Tell him that about the man.
Speaker 7 (26:32):
The murder one, the woman that stormed off the stage.
It was like a kind of trying a love triangle
kind of thing. They refused to pay for her flight back.
They refused to play for her bus, and she had
to walk to the bus station.
Speaker 4 (26:45):
Because she wouldn't come back and come back.
Speaker 1 (26:47):
Yeah, I used to like the security guards who had
to run up on stage and.
Speaker 8 (26:50):
Tackle the Steve ended up getting his own talk show
from being the head of security.
Speaker 4 (26:55):
Steve.
Speaker 2 (26:57):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (26:57):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (26:58):
You know.
Speaker 11 (26:58):
What also was interesting is they said there were it's
about eighty five percent of the guest from one triangle
from Ohio to Tennessee because it's the small town.
Speaker 8 (27:08):
The trailer tracks, ye type people.
Speaker 4 (27:10):
Yeah, they were out.
Speaker 8 (27:11):
There were some great moments. Oh my god.
Speaker 15 (27:14):
Last weekend when you weren't answering my calls, I went
to a party with Brian and I went home with
him and I.
Speaker 3 (27:22):
Slept with him.
Speaker 1 (27:23):
Yeah, I know what happened. This is great.
Speaker 2 (27:27):
How do you know?
Speaker 1 (27:28):
Yeah, planning this all out?
Speaker 19 (27:32):
What do you mean you planned it out? Well, Brian
bet me fifty bucks and a pack of cigarettes.
Speaker 8 (27:45):
He could sleep with you.
Speaker 16 (27:47):
So now I'm down fifty bucks in.
Speaker 2 (27:53):
It so good.
Speaker 8 (27:53):
You think it's fake, but it's not.
Speaker 1 (27:55):
Yeah, you know it wasn't Jerry involved in a three
or something that's in this.
Speaker 7 (28:00):
Yeah it was with two guests, right, and he was
like horrified with himself after and he apologized.
Speaker 8 (28:05):
Yeah, he had a little freak side to him.
Speaker 1 (28:06):
Yeah, okay.
Speaker 8 (28:07):
Another part of the show that I loved was the
when the audience would roast the guests so they had apology,
would go around with the microphone and they stop roasting,
and sometimes they'd roast back.
Speaker 1 (28:16):
This is for the whale on the end.
Speaker 19 (28:18):
Uh, you said you have five kids, but have any
of them popped out yet?
Speaker 11 (28:25):
I just want to know if anyone else thinks the
third guy looks like Sid from ice Age. This is
for the lady and the brown you have two sugar
daddies and couldn't get your teethachs.
Speaker 5 (28:39):
This is for that guy in the maroon shirt right there.
Speaker 15 (28:41):
When you're done mop on the floor with mister clean
over there, you come get yourself a wonder mop who.
Speaker 5 (28:49):
It looks like you're the mop.
Speaker 6 (28:50):
In, but.
Speaker 8 (28:54):
As that would never air today, but never, never, never never.
Speaker 1 (29:00):
Oh yeah, talk.
Speaker 4 (29:02):
About the horse one though.
Speaker 8 (29:03):
They start with that one. The guy married a horse
and he starts kissing the horse.
Speaker 4 (29:09):
It was uncomfortable that they like, it felt like an won't.
Speaker 8 (29:13):
They got a lot of pushback.
Speaker 4 (29:14):
You know what he said, It wasn't best reality because
the horse loved him back.
Speaker 5 (29:18):
And the horse could leave at any point.
Speaker 8 (29:20):
Yeah, yeah, the horse.
Speaker 1 (29:23):
Was kissing him.
Speaker 11 (29:24):
Yeah, it was a full on tongue.
Speaker 8 (29:27):
No, I know, I know, it was crazy. I would
never take a thought on the day. So why are
you call me here before, hunk?
Speaker 1 (29:32):
Why you call me your thought?
Speaker 16 (29:33):
Because you are respected as a thought.
Speaker 1 (29:35):
I can't respect you as you are. I'm a man
and I'm a man too.
Speaker 8 (29:44):
And then and then, and then. My favorite part is
that you'd have this crazy episode with all these crazy things,
and then Jerry would end the show with these.
Speaker 1 (29:51):
Words until next sign, take care of yourself.
Speaker 4 (29:54):
Okay, that's how he would That's how he would end
it when he was on the news.
Speaker 8 (29:57):
Yeah, same thing.
Speaker 1 (29:58):
Yeah, wow, that's how.
Speaker 5 (30:00):
They end the nightly news right now.
Speaker 1 (30:02):
Oh yeah, and you mentioned Mary. Don't forget he was
a legitimate journalist. Yeah, the Mari Show.
Speaker 8 (30:09):
Yeah, that's how we should end this show.
Speaker 1 (30:11):
Till next time, take care of yourself any.
Speaker 8 (30:14):
Other The show is on Netflix. It's in the top ten,
so go check it out. Jerry Springer really cool. I'll
come up next week and talk back leftovers. So if
you joined the show this morning, we'll get those on
for you next.
Speaker 1 (30:25):
Kiss one wait, kiss one O eight justin let's go
there and talk back and leftovers. And he's gonna be good,
are they? I don't know.
Speaker 8 (30:33):
Everyone's up in arms in this building. No one can
take a joke. God, I made one comment about someone
in the building and it's all out war now with
the other Railway station who I love. They're all my
friends at jammin Ye. But I made a comment about
one of the members, DJ Farren, who's my friend, that
he wears a lot of cologne.
Speaker 5 (30:49):
That's your pet, Peeve.
Speaker 8 (30:51):
Yeah, I mean when people like Doust themselves, right, they
got friends, they pour the cologne on. He smells great,
always smells great, but it's a little strong, and you know,
if I get too close, it comes under me and
then I smell good too. So by the way, I said,
I love him when.
Speaker 1 (31:04):
I did it.
Speaker 8 (31:05):
But God, they're attacking me down the hall.
Speaker 1 (31:07):
Are you backing down?
Speaker 8 (31:08):
I'm not backing down at all. But here's the thing
down on that show, on The Ashley Show, they take
shots to me all the time, and that's fine. Yeah,
they say when I didn't sleep in the bed with
my wife about all kinds of different things, and I
take it. But God, everyone's up in arms this show
out on DJ whatever, DJ.
Speaker 5 (31:25):
Horn whatever your name is, I don't know.
Speaker 19 (31:28):
It's a GM in ninety four or five, whatever it is.
You should wear a more cologne and definitely like, give
him an old buddy hug, give justin a buddy hug.
Speaker 4 (31:40):
And so he stinks all day long, just like you.
Speaker 1 (31:43):
Yeah, you gotta hug it out, buddy.
Speaker 3 (31:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (31:47):
I usually do hug him when see him, gotta hug it.
Speaker 5 (31:49):
So is he not offering the hugs?
Speaker 8 (31:51):
And he's really legit anger?
Speaker 1 (31:52):
Oh my god, Oh no, this is real, Realna.
Speaker 8 (31:55):
It's like in All All War.
Speaker 1 (31:56):
Do you remember in the movie Anchor Man when the
two anchor teams fought it out in the streets.
Speaker 8 (32:02):
Well, that's going to be like me to DJ Farren.
Speaker 1 (32:05):
You know, I understand that.
Speaker 20 (32:08):
They had to bring a female, change your diapers, wipe
the dribble away from your bubbling lips, rub vassline all
over your hindie, and tell you that it's special and
different from everyone else.
Speaker 8 (32:22):
I feel like there's so much there's so many more
awful things I could have said than that.
Speaker 1 (32:27):
Yeah, man, I mean they do.
Speaker 8 (32:29):
They did like four segments on this phone calls. Then
they had people going back and forth and listening to
our show and then reporting back.
Speaker 5 (32:36):
Yeah, well you heard his feelings.
Speaker 1 (32:37):
I went down the hall earlier.
Speaker 8 (32:39):
You went down to say it wasn't you at least.
Speaker 1 (32:42):
My head in just to get the feel of the
whole situation. It wasn't good justin.
Speaker 8 (32:47):
Yeah, okay, I'm not backing down on it.
Speaker 1 (32:49):
You may have to meet him in the parking lot.
Speaker 7 (32:51):
No.
Speaker 8 (32:51):
I did go down and say, I say, you know, hey,
no hard feelings.
Speaker 4 (32:55):
You know what you say?
Speaker 8 (32:56):
He said, I'm coming for your helmet. I don't know
what that means. I don't wear a helme.
Speaker 4 (33:01):
You really say that.
Speaker 8 (33:02):
Yeah, I'm coming for your helmet. I love that man. Yeah,
but I did walk into a studio with my sweatshirt
above my nose.
Speaker 1 (33:12):
Come on, I love what's going on we got to
keep it going on.
Speaker 8 (33:17):
Yeah man' DJ Horn, DJ Foreyn exclusively in ninety four five.
By the way, DJ Farren is probably top three DJs
i've ever seen.
Speaker 4 (33:27):
Perform a really good DJ.
Speaker 8 (33:30):
No, no, just I'm just in fact, speaking of fact.
He's a fantastic DJ. I've seen him do it live and.
Speaker 1 (33:36):
Got it going on, got it going on.
Speaker 8 (33:39):
DJ Fallen. But yeah, it's all love. But there's no way.
Don't get worked up.
Speaker 4 (33:45):
Oh he's worked up.
Speaker 8 (33:46):
He's coming from a helmet.
Speaker 4 (33:47):
Yeah, he's a little sensitive that J He's still.
Speaker 1 (33:50):
Wearing a boot on his foot.
Speaker 8 (33:51):
I think he's healed up. Oh yeah, so, but.
Speaker 1 (33:54):
If you have the boot on the floor, you might
have an advantage.
Speaker 8 (33:56):
You know what I know what I should do is
when I go home today, I'm gonna get my son
able his helmet to bring it in tomorrow. I'm gonna
wear it. I'm gonna go in. I'm gonna say what
you should.
Speaker 1 (34:06):
Be bigger than you?
Speaker 8 (34:08):
Oh I'm not. Size does not matter. You don't back
down to anybody. I've always learned that I've been attacked
by smaller ambitter.
Speaker 1 (34:15):
You go, I'm gonna give you one tip. You gotta
go in low. Yeah, I always go in that feels
beause is tak your knees out? Yeah?
Speaker 8 (34:25):
Well, I have short arms, so every fight I've been
in I've had to kind of getting close. Every fight
I've lost with the people with long arms will go
for the work. You always want to go for the wound,
go for the weak foot. Oh yeah, which foot has
had the boot? I don't to find out. Just stop
right on it, fight over me, just stomp it, run away.
Speaker 4 (34:43):
Are you strategizing your fight with.
Speaker 1 (34:47):
Helmet man man? Dj Forn exclusively ninety four five.
Speaker 8 (34:53):
That's all love. We had a hot topic this morning.
Some of that that was from this topic of the
worst pet peeves that people have that drive you nuts.
We got so many calls and so many talkbacks. We'll
recap it all on the wrap up next on kissing.
Speaker 1 (35:11):
They're very funny and I have like great conversations.
Speaker 2 (35:13):
Love them.
Speaker 19 (35:16):
For mother, it was wroth, But lately I've been doing
ben Then the last four cold Decembers are we call.
Speaker 5 (35:30):
And I see my family every month.
Speaker 2 (35:33):
I found a girl my parents love.
Speaker 18 (35:37):
She'll come and stay tonight, and I think I might
have it all. And I thank God every day for
the girl he sent my way, but I don't know.
Speaker 13 (35:52):
The things he gives he can take away?
Speaker 2 (35:57):
And who you if? That's so? Feeling alone and get
used to but there's no man.
Speaker 13 (36:07):
It's terrified as the man who stands to lose you
or help.
Speaker 2 (36:18):
I don't lose you. Mm hmm.
Speaker 18 (36:23):
Please stay, I want you, I need you.
Speaker 2 (36:28):
Hold God, don't take this beautiful thing that I've got.
Speaker 21 (36:37):
Please stay. I need to God, God take this beauty
things that.
Speaker 2 (36:49):
I'm God, Please do t.
Speaker 19 (37:02):
I found my mind seeing the same.
Speaker 2 (37:06):
It's been a while and I'm finding out faith. If
everything is good and it's great, why do I sit and.
Speaker 1 (37:13):
Wait till it's gone?
Speaker 2 (37:15):
Oh? I tell you, I know I forgot enough. I've
got peace and I've.
Speaker 18 (37:21):
Got hurt them up and I thinking I just mind
losing all.
Speaker 21 (37:35):
I godday this good boy, think that I'm got.
Speaker 2 (37:52):
Jeez, Stay, I want you, I need you.
Speaker 19 (37:58):
Oka, It's beautiful.
Speaker 4 (38:05):
Kids, run away.
Speaker 5 (38:07):
It's the morning wrap up on Billy and Lisa in
the morning.
Speaker 8 (38:10):
Okay, Hi, everybody, if you're just joining into the show,
you picked a good time because we're gonna tell you
what you missed this morning. And you missed a shot
of a free car.
Speaker 6 (38:20):
Right.
Speaker 8 (38:20):
Good news is it's gonna happen again today. But at
seven ten this morning, we had another qualifier for a
brand new car from a governing Kia. Tracy called us
within fifteen minutes and qualified for a brand new car.
Speaker 3 (38:31):
Oh my god, that is awesome. And all the concert
tickets also.
Speaker 1 (38:35):
Oh god, yeah, the biggest show is of twenty twenty five.
And yeah, this coming weekend you might have a new
car in the family.
Speaker 3 (38:42):
Oh my god, I'm so excited.
Speaker 8 (38:44):
Yeah, only a couple of days left, two days after today.
But your next shot today is at two ten with
the b Bros And Gianna.
Speaker 1 (38:50):
And then we'll do it at seven ten tomorrow.
Speaker 8 (38:51):
That's right, And so make sure you go to the
Kiss Instagram you still have time. The pin post, you
enter and you listen and win seven ten, two ten
and four ten.
Speaker 1 (39:00):
It's that easy. Very good.
Speaker 8 (39:02):
We had marked the movie Narrator on this morning from
Showcase Cinemas. It's really cool. Mark's like our movie guy,
right because he sees all the movies before they come out,
and it was callin for National Popcorn Day, which is
this weekend. But he got an early screening of The Wolfman,
which comes out this weekend. He seemed to be freaked
out by it.
Speaker 3 (39:18):
It's a scene in that's one that I just had
to turn away. Oh, I mean yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm
not even gonna go for it. But yeah, it's it's
a definitely tense new take on Wolfman.
Speaker 8 (39:32):
So what I got from that is that Mark's not
really a horror guy. Yeah, but if you are, it's
gonna be.
Speaker 2 (39:38):
A good one.
Speaker 5 (39:38):
I'm telling you.
Speaker 7 (39:39):
Julia Gardner's amazing, amazing. But I saw the trailer when
I went to see Gladiator two.
Speaker 5 (39:44):
It's terrifying.
Speaker 1 (39:46):
Yeah, wow, terrifying.
Speaker 7 (39:47):
This this person, this Wolfman stalks her and her family.
Speaker 8 (39:52):
I mean, I'll watch it. You know. It's a long weekend,
so it's a good weekend to go to the movies.
So we love our friends. At Showcase. Our topic of
the day was the biggest pet peeves Things that drive
you nuts. I don't know, man, I got probably four hundred.
Speaker 4 (40:05):
Oh there's so many.
Speaker 8 (40:06):
Yeah, people just love to talk about things that drive
them nuts. It's really funny.
Speaker 22 (40:11):
I cannot stand people who scrape their teeth on their
fork when eating, and they are usually the same people
who then chew with their mouth open.
Speaker 1 (40:24):
I hate the fork on the chief thing.
Speaker 8 (40:26):
I hate nails on a chalkboard.
Speaker 5 (40:28):
Can I just say one more? People that crack their
knuckles all the time?
Speaker 8 (40:32):
Okay, at least you must not love.
Speaker 1 (40:36):
My mouth open?
Speaker 4 (40:36):
I don't you have a mouth open?
Speaker 8 (40:38):
You're you're guilty?
Speaker 4 (40:39):
Oh no, I don't.
Speaker 2 (40:40):
Yes, you do?
Speaker 6 (40:41):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (40:41):
Off you off? You crack your knuckles very off?
Speaker 4 (40:44):
I do off.
Speaker 1 (40:45):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (40:46):
Cracking knuckles was a big one.
Speaker 12 (40:47):
Too, so I iced to have a coworker who would
constantly crack their knuckles.
Speaker 10 (40:52):
I'm talking every.
Speaker 4 (40:55):
Cracking their knuckles. I feel so bad for their hands.
Speaker 23 (40:59):
But that noise gave me the absolute hevy Gewis and
drove me insane.
Speaker 8 (41:04):
Can I ask you a question that I do not
know the answer to. When I was a kid, they
told us if you cracked your knuckles, it would be
bad for you. Later on in life, I.
Speaker 5 (41:12):
Heard the same.
Speaker 8 (41:13):
Is that true?
Speaker 4 (41:14):
No, it's it bumped.
Speaker 8 (41:15):
How do you know?
Speaker 4 (41:17):
A hand doctor told me.
Speaker 1 (41:18):
Did you just make that up?
Speaker 4 (41:19):
No, it's so weird.
Speaker 5 (41:22):
I heard the same thing. To make your knuckles grow?
Speaker 8 (41:25):
And yeah, one of the lies your parents told you.
Speaker 1 (41:28):
Probably I've never cracked a knuckle.
Speaker 5 (41:30):
I haven't either, really, I'm telling you what. I'm sorry,
but it just stressed.
Speaker 1 (41:33):
Oh.
Speaker 4 (41:33):
I also like cracking my toes.
Speaker 8 (41:35):
Yeah, oh, I love it. Well, it's a good thing.
I'll drive a Jeep.
Speaker 23 (41:37):
I don't know what it is, but there's something about
jeep culture that drives me crazy.
Speaker 4 (41:42):
I hate you.
Speaker 23 (41:44):
The ducks lined up across the dashboard, the bare foot
out on the sideboard. In the summer, with no doors,
you always have to have your foot outside the door
on the Sideboard's right.
Speaker 4 (41:56):
That's for more wranglers than you.
Speaker 5 (42:00):
We have a wrangler.
Speaker 7 (42:01):
We have the ducks, And I have to say, I
love the jew I have the ducks. Yes, it was requested,
so I put the ducks on the dashboard.
Speaker 8 (42:10):
So one time I was in the car with a
friend of mine who had a Jeep Wrangler, and I
did not know any of this about jeep culture. And
I'm in the passenger seat and people keep waving as
they drive by other Jeeps, and I didn't understand. And
finally I said to him, why does everyone keep waving
to you? Do you know them? And he explained to me,
that's keep.
Speaker 1 (42:27):
Culture to me because my wife drives Wrangler and whenever
I take the car if I'm driving and she's in it,
she like yells at me. I can't believe he didn't
wave back at that person. I said, what person.
Speaker 5 (42:39):
It's a friendly culture.
Speaker 1 (42:40):
But it's distracting. If I'm looking at the person waving,
I'm gonna ram into a car and he's gonna be fine,
very good.
Speaker 8 (42:46):
All right, A lot of good ones on this this topic.
But can I kind of end with this really quickly,
just a quick shout out as every can, because this
is a really special thing to me. So a letter
was dropped off this morning. I did not know what
was coming at the at the radio station, and it's
just said my name on it and I opened it
up and it's a beautiful letter and I couldn't believe it. So,
you know, I grew up in Maldon, down the street here.
Obviously it's well documented. I've had some issues in my life.
(43:09):
I've gone down some dark roads. And there is a
police officer in Maldon who went on to be the
chief that had arrested me several times throughout my life.
I was well known to him. He was well known
to me, he knew my family and he was there
through all of my struggles. And what happened was, you know,
when I cleaned up my life, I kind of moved
away from where he lived. And so I think a
(43:32):
lot of people thought that I was dead, you know,
they didn't know where I ended up. So I moved
away and I got better, and I spent a lot
of years working on myself. And now here I am
on the radio and a lot of people don't know
and they're finding out. So this police officer, he's retired now.
His name is Kevin Mollis, Kevin Mollis, and I guess
he got wind of me and he wrote me a
(43:52):
beautiful letter really just about my my struggles and my story,
and it was just really good. It was just really
nice to from him. And his friend is a dear
listener of this show. Ah, and so they kind of
he kind of put two and two together and he
turned on Kiss one await, and he heard my voice
and he was like.
Speaker 1 (44:10):
Oh my god.
Speaker 8 (44:11):
And so I just want to give a shout out
to him for writing this amazing letter.
Speaker 1 (44:14):
And it landed on the front desk this morning.
Speaker 8 (44:16):
Right yeah, yeah, And I'll just read a little bit
of what he said. You know, he said, you know,
from from from from my career, my job, I learned
about the great and powerful journey that you have been on,
in the inspiring path that you continue to follow, and
my blessed in and riching career, I was a witness
to many things. I always believe that there is always
hope and that what seems to be the worst day
(44:37):
in someone's life is not the only day in someone's life.
I want you to know that I'm proud of who
you are, what you have become, and I pray that
you will continue continue on your inspiring journey knowing that I,
although I am not a regular fan of the morning show,
I am a regular fan of yours. I applaud your
accomplishments in the example you set for others.
Speaker 1 (44:55):
Wow, that's a beautiful lesson.
Speaker 8 (44:57):
So shout out to him Soger and Kevin Molis Wow.
Speaker 2 (44:59):
Wow.
Speaker 8 (45:00):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (45:00):
Whether or not you go on and you're okay, I
guess depends on DJ farn And.
Speaker 8 (45:05):
Yep, yeah the good things.
Speaker 1 (45:07):
They're in a meeting down the hall, coming after your helmet.
Speaker 5 (45:12):
Yeah, I still don't know what that is, all right?
Speaker 8 (45:18):
