Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey guys, So welcome back. If you're just waking up,
we are back live the entire Billy and Lead Some
morning show. We were on vacation last week and never fails,
a lot happens when we go on vacation. I will
say this, I spent a lot of time watching the
entire Karen Reid series. I don't even know where it shows.
It was on HBO. Yeah, and.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
It was it worth it?

Speaker 1 (00:24):
Bill, I yeah, I know that. We binged it. We
watched three episodes all at once, and then we watched
the final two episodes. I do think it was done
really well. I'm just not sure it was good for Karen.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
Reid, whose viewpoint was it from.

Speaker 3 (00:39):
It was her viewpoint during the trial, so you see
it during the entire trial, from start to finish. And
again I completely agree with Billy. It was done very well.
I mean, we've been in it for the last couple
of years, so to see it from that point of
view was great.

Speaker 1 (00:55):
Well, the journalists had all access to Karen Reid, like
she lived with Karen read for I don't know how long,
but you know she would be in the war room
when Karen Reid and the lawyers were planning out the trial.
She was in Karen Reid's house. She was in Karen
Reid's apartment, I mean, and Karen Reid is packing up.
When they were finally wrapping up, they realized there was
a hung jewelry and there will be the retrial, and

(01:17):
she was talking about what that's going to mean.

Speaker 2 (01:19):
And why do you think it could backfire her?

Speaker 1 (01:22):
Because she seemed a little cocky at times.

Speaker 4 (01:24):
Yeah, that was my takeaway from that. Yeah. I thought
it was well done as well, But at some points
in it, she didn't come off as likable.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
I've never said that. I never thought she was likable.
I think she's so unlikable.

Speaker 4 (01:35):
The tone was.

Speaker 1 (01:36):
Just well, especially with regard to Jan o'caife's death. I mean,
she didn't.

Speaker 5 (01:40):
Seem all to your point, though, I don't think she
cares about coming off likable.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
I don't, I really don't.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
I don't think.

Speaker 5 (01:47):
I think she's trying to come up across as truthful
to who she is, right and not like softening that.

Speaker 3 (01:54):
Well, you know, at least you're so right because she
was asking for drinks and I'm like, this is not
the time to say you need a drink, honey, Like
the whole. She actually admits the beginning of the of
the doc that she thinks she had like seven drinks
that night. I had a couple of doubles. I had this,
and so she admits that she was blackout drunk. I
don't remember this, blah blah blah blah.

Speaker 1 (02:13):
Yeah, And at one point she even described herself and
that group of people as big drinkers. She said, that's
what we do in Captain.

Speaker 3 (02:22):
You drink.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
We drink all day. We just drink all the time. Yeah,
And I thought that was weird to like admit, yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:28):
Oh, we drive drunk, you know, because you're in your
low bubble no one, you know, no one's going to
pull you over.

Speaker 1 (02:33):
But there were parts of it I think benefited her,
you know, Like I just went back and forth, so
just like I did in the trial. So I'm just
curious as to what's going to happen when.

Speaker 4 (02:43):
The retrial kicks off. Is it going to start April first?

Speaker 1 (02:45):
So far it's still April first.

Speaker 4 (02:47):
Yeah. And also while we were gone, who got fired?
That would be Procter.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
Oh, that's right, the lead investigator first suspended, and then
while we were gone fired. Here's the question, does he
still get a pension.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
I don't think so he better not, because I was like,
there's no way he gets a pension still.

Speaker 4 (03:07):
I'm not sure how that would be an insult if
he did. I mean maybe part of it.

Speaker 1 (03:11):
I'm not sure how un ceremoniously fired for the way
you handled an investigation. I don't know.

Speaker 3 (03:17):
But you know, if you like her a hater and
she thinks she did, you think she didn't do it,
you don't need to only proct investigate anything. With his
attitude and how flippant and mean he is.

Speaker 4 (03:26):
Well, the trial starting April first will be all over it. Yes,
loftus who is our attorney that we don't pay, but
she generously comes on, Yeah, he covers it for us.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
Something else that happened over the vacation the iHeartRadio of
Music Awards, and I caught a lot of it on
social I thought some of the clips were I mean,
it looked like an amazingly good show.

Speaker 4 (03:46):
Yeah, Lady Gaga got the Innovator of the Year.

Speaker 6 (03:48):
Thank you iHeartRadio for honoring the truth I've fought for
in my music. And to every artist who's ever been
told they're different, complicated, or too much, please never change.

Speaker 3 (04:03):
I like that.

Speaker 4 (04:03):
Great performances.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
Yeah, Gracie Abrams. Yeah, Billie Eilish didn't Billy Eilish present
to Gracie Abrams. I think she did, Yeah, I think so.

Speaker 5 (04:14):
And then Taylor did a nice video. Sabrina did too.
I love seeing them included.

Speaker 4 (04:20):
Yeah, it was good. And the whole thing's on Hulu,
so you can watch them good right now today tonight. Yeah,
I watch it. I didn't catch it all, just bits
and pieces of it, but it's on Hulu. O good,
you can watch the whole thing there.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
Celtics have a new owner.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
Yeah, that was a big story. I mean I was,
I'm telling you.

Speaker 5 (04:36):
I was on a plane somewhere and the people sitting
next to me were talking about it, like in a
different state, Like, dude.

Speaker 2 (04:42):
Did you see like six billion dollars? Like who's doing that?
Like who is this guy?

Speaker 1 (04:47):
He paid three hundred and sixty million for the team.
It's sold for six point two billion, by the way.
Behind the scenes, Wick didn't want to sell the team.
His dad won.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
Now it's Symphony Tech Group, that's the guy works.

Speaker 3 (05:00):
But the guy he's from the area of Georgetown.

Speaker 2 (05:03):
Then he went to Dartmouth.

Speaker 3 (05:04):
Yeah, yeah, so money guy obviously and something fine private equity.

Speaker 4 (05:08):
Say the money guy.

Speaker 2 (05:10):
Yeah, yeah, he put the deal together.

Speaker 1 (05:12):
Yeah, ticket price is going.

Speaker 2 (05:13):
Bill chishm is his name.

Speaker 4 (05:15):
Yeah, and uh, you know he's uh, he's excited. Lifelong
Celtics fans, his dream.

Speaker 7 (05:19):
Going back over time. This is the best franchise in
any sport for me, anywhere in the world. It's just
an incredible, incredible team and the legacy that comes with that,
and frankly the responsibility too, and that just that I
do feel the commitment to excellence that that the team's
had from you know, way back and the red Hour
back Bill Russell, Koozy all that.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
It's incredible.

Speaker 7 (05:42):
And you know, I, as as Wick said, I I
want to raise Banners. I want to raise him now
and I want to raise him in the future as well.

Speaker 4 (05:52):
Well.

Speaker 8 (05:52):
Thank you, Bill, thank you.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
He bought himself damn good Basketbah he has a good chance.
And Saron made a surprise visit to Boston while we
were on vacation. The dubliner in Boston was so jealous.

Speaker 3 (06:07):
None of us were in the state. I was so jealous.
I love him, He's so cool.

Speaker 2 (06:11):
How did he choose the dubliner question.

Speaker 4 (06:14):
I'm not sure. I know that people were tipped off.
They had to have been. There were influencers there. Gianna
from Kiss was there, so I'm sure like people got
the heads up. A couple of might meet Boston hubsters
were there. Yeah, Sean and Boston. I saw he was
there as well. And you know, he did a bunch
of songs with the you know the band and everything.
He did debut his new single which is coming out
in a couple of weeks very soon. I don't know

(06:36):
the name of it, but I have a clip of
it if you want to let us go like the
studio version clip. That's what we do, all right, new
Ede Sharon coming.

Speaker 3 (06:52):
I like it.

Speaker 1 (06:56):
I like it. Something else.

Speaker 3 (06:59):
I love it.

Speaker 2 (07:00):
It's so different Ed share it.

Speaker 1 (07:02):
Yeah, I like it.

Speaker 4 (07:03):
I like it.

Speaker 1 (07:04):
Hey, the astronauts came home.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
Oh they're not doing well. Their eyesight is all the
next up.

Speaker 1 (07:09):
Yeah, they could have a lot of physical complications.

Speaker 3 (07:12):
They look like they aged twenty years and it feels
so bad.

Speaker 4 (07:15):
Well, time's a lot different in space Man and.

Speaker 1 (07:19):
The Happy Gilmour Too trailer is out it right.

Speaker 4 (07:23):
Justin Oh, I'm pumped about this. I know I was
laying in my hotel room. When I saw it dropped, I.

Speaker 9 (07:28):
Was like, Yes, Arnold, Jacko, Tiger, SpongeBob, what is that?

Speaker 8 (07:40):
What's with the weaver teeth? I haven't sworn a cover
of years. I'm a little intimidated.

Speaker 4 (07:48):
All these guys say the big Night. I don't know
where to start. Come on, brother, grip it and rip it.

Speaker 9 (07:53):
I guess I need to update my happy Place to
something a little more age appropriate.

Speaker 1 (08:01):
Did I hear Travis Kelsey's voice.

Speaker 5 (08:03):
In there dead?

Speaker 4 (08:04):
Yeah, it's gonna be good. I think. I hope it's good.
I mean, the first one is a classic.

Speaker 1 (08:08):
I read a really cool story about the Happy Gilmour
Whole franchise and Adam Sandler and how he's a breath
of fresh air. You like, you don't see a lot
of that, you know, there's no weirdness to Adam Sandler.
He's just Adam Sandler. He's kind of a slice of Americana.

Speaker 4 (08:23):
Before we were on a vacation at the end of the
week before he on the Facebook group in Salem. They
said he was at a restaurant in Salem, New Hampshire,
right around the corner from my house.

Speaker 1 (08:33):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (08:33):
I don't know if it was confirmed or not, but
people were saying he was there with his family eating
and uh very nice.

Speaker 1 (08:38):
He always goes back to New Hampshire and his old haunts.

Speaker 3 (08:41):
Is he in a house there, because I feel like he's.

Speaker 1 (08:42):
There a lot.

Speaker 4 (08:43):
He's from Manchester.

Speaker 3 (08:44):
Yeah, I just feel sure he lives here.

Speaker 4 (08:47):
Yeah he comes through.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
Yeah, crazy week while we're gone.

Speaker 4 (08:50):
Yeah, we missed a lot of stuff, but uh yeah
we're back and we do have a weird stories coming
up next. And my son loves Pirate Booty.

Speaker 10 (08:57):
You know.

Speaker 4 (08:57):
Yeah, Lisa has a pirate boot story, but it's not
so much about the food. It's something else wear stories.

Speaker 11 (09:03):
Next kids one wait with Billy and Lisa's weird stories.

Speaker 5 (09:08):
So this is really a weird It came out of
Long Island, New York. You know, the Pirate's Booty brand.
It's like a popcorn. Yes, you know right, Yeah, I
love it.

Speaker 8 (09:17):
Well.

Speaker 5 (09:18):
The founder of it, Robert Erlick, was trying to become
mayor of a small town in Long Island.

Speaker 2 (09:24):
It was Seacliff, New.

Speaker 5 (09:26):
York, and he didn't win, but he staged a mutiny
in the village to say that he did win, and
he was firing everyone in the office.

Speaker 12 (09:34):
Oh boy, I will be mayor tonight and I'll be
mayor tomorrow morning. I'm asking and imploring the governor to
come down and give us help. We are rebuse and
we are frightened and frightened each day by these public
officials who do not recognize the residents at all.

Speaker 13 (09:52):
If he wants to be the mayor at this point
in the process, is the only way that he can
be on a ballot is to have residents right in
his name.

Speaker 3 (10:02):
If people really want a new voice and they feel
that he's their guy, then go whoop. It's a free
and open election.

Speaker 5 (10:10):
So in March nineteenth, he lost to incumbent Elena Villa
Fane by a vote of like one thousand to sixty two.

Speaker 4 (10:17):
Oh boy, basically a sore loser.

Speaker 2 (10:19):
Yeah, he didn't win.

Speaker 3 (10:21):
He only got sixty two vote.

Speaker 1 (10:23):
Yeah, probably a sixty two family members.

Speaker 4 (10:26):
Yeah, yeah, I know what. They have their mayor, we
have ours.

Speaker 3 (10:29):
Good morning, it's the mayor of the CEUT.

Speaker 4 (10:32):
Then let's go to Georgia.

Speaker 1 (10:35):
Group of guys in Georgia breaking a world record this
past Friday with a basketball game that, by the way,
lasted five straight days. One hundred and twenty one hours
and three minutes. They did it to raise money for
men opposing sex trafficking. That's right, and they say the
stunt did raise over three hundred thousand dollars. Here they
are we'll leave here today, but that issue will still

(10:57):
be in society.

Speaker 8 (10:57):
So we're enthus that we get to be a part
of addressing that at least at some level.

Speaker 14 (11:02):
Honestly, the most challenging part for me has been claimed
and then having to rest, which obviously you need the rest,
and then getting back up from.

Speaker 12 (11:10):
The rest because you're extremely sore and muscles are cold.

Speaker 1 (11:14):
Imagine how stiff you are after you take a break
and get back in the game.

Speaker 4 (11:17):
Five days all for a good cause too. Yeah, I
can get behind that cause.

Speaker 1 (11:21):
Definitely.

Speaker 10 (11:22):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (11:22):
There needs to be more outrage on that issue. Everyone's
worked up about all these other things. Needs to be outrage. Yeah,
and sex trafficking.

Speaker 3 (11:29):
It's a very serious topic. But did they sleep in between?
Did they like have to sub out and sleep or
did people stay up for like that long?

Speaker 1 (11:37):
I think it was a constant. I think catnap on
the floor. I don't know.

Speaker 3 (11:42):
That's crazy.

Speaker 4 (11:43):
Five days. Is there anything you would do for five
days straight, or you could do for five days straight sleep.
Oh yeah, we know what you was tasking billions.

Speaker 1 (11:56):
But you had me thinking I.

Speaker 2 (11:58):
Would do one of those like walks across America.

Speaker 4 (12:01):
You know who did that, Mike Posner.

Speaker 2 (12:02):
Yeah, I would do that's yeah.

Speaker 4 (12:04):
He got bit by a snake though in Arizona or
some you out there.

Speaker 3 (12:06):
In the desert.

Speaker 4 (12:07):
He almost died.

Speaker 1 (12:08):
Or you could do that. What was Reese Witherspoon's movie
The Wild, the Walk or something where she hiked for
days and days. Yeah, well go on and do it.
Call in you know a couple of times.

Speaker 2 (12:19):
The morning Walk across America.

Speaker 4 (12:21):
Yeah, no, he I watched the whole thing with Mike Posner.
He had people join him on the walk. You know,
he had a he had a camper that followed him
and he legit walked from coast to coast and it
was for charity, right, I believe he raised some money.
Then he climbed Mount Everest as well.

Speaker 2 (12:34):
Yeah, he's an interesting.

Speaker 4 (12:38):
A song new album. He was just on the Elvis
Durant Show with Gandhi. No way, Well he's around Yeah,
oh goody. I've reached out to him, nothing really respond back. Well,
he didn't like Bill because the building a minute. You
know it's Billy.

Speaker 1 (12:50):
Mike Posner and I got along. Well, it's just the
one day he came in and didn't come in for
an interview with like we always had fun together.

Speaker 3 (12:58):
Yeah, now he knows that you don't like so he
just like you.

Speaker 4 (13:01):
He didn't want to do the interview because he was
in that kind of spiritual journey. He wasn't doing press
the radio.

Speaker 1 (13:06):
He was out there talking to fifty people. He could
have come in talk for Tim a little while for
a little bit. I think he was a No, he's fine,
he's really good. I'll reach out to This is Mike
Posner with the homie Billy Costag. Well, okay, I don't
know what went wrong with him. You know we were
always good buddies.

Speaker 3 (13:24):
You were.

Speaker 2 (13:25):
I don't we need to turn this around?

Speaker 1 (13:27):
Yeah, I know, I know. Can you make this happen?

Speaker 4 (13:29):
I'll send another email?

Speaker 1 (13:30):
All right?

Speaker 4 (13:31):
Anyway, what are you coming up here? Bill?

Speaker 9 (13:33):
Oh?

Speaker 1 (13:33):
We got all kinds of stuff. Jonas Brothers big story
this morning. They're coming to Fenway Park. That was announced
over the weekend. They just came off the Jonas Khan
and uh we got a lot to talk about. Oh
and I've got a clip from the Selena Gomez Benny Blanco.

Speaker 4 (13:46):
Oh wait, hold on, let's see if Mike Posan will
join us.

Speaker 1 (13:48):
Mike Yo, this is Mike Posner with my boy DJ
pup Dog. Oh my god, he's.

Speaker 4 (13:53):
Jimmy Founder who them in Boss?

Speaker 9 (13:54):
And I like to listen to Billy and Lisa in
the Morning on Kiss Went Away.

Speaker 8 (13:58):
Hey, Lisa, Jimmy.

Speaker 1 (14:03):
Justin. This happens every time we go on vacation, we
come back and the talkbacks are out of control. They're
pouring in.

Speaker 4 (14:08):
Well, it's a big day today. It's Monday, March twenty fourth.

Speaker 13 (14:12):
Hey, guys, it's Karen with your yearly sobriety check up.
I am three years sober. I called in on my
first year of sobriety and talk to you guys, and
then I checked in last year and you told me
to check in this year. I cannot wait to reach
back out on your four Love you guys.

Speaker 4 (14:30):
Three years congratulations. Yeah, it feels so good, doesn't it.
It's such a freedom not being you know, chained down
and tied up and it's a one day at a
time thing hostage.

Speaker 1 (14:40):
Yeah, yeah, for sure, justin.

Speaker 3 (14:45):
The Severance season finale.

Speaker 8 (14:48):
What huh.

Speaker 3 (14:52):
I don't know what I'm gonna do until season three.

Speaker 4 (14:54):
Yeah. The finale of season two was Friday. It was,
in my opinion, a masterpiece and a master class in
acting and directing and in TV shooting.

Speaker 1 (15:06):
Great.

Speaker 2 (15:06):
I can't wait to watch it and fall again.

Speaker 1 (15:09):
Three seasons and you still don't know what's going on.

Speaker 5 (15:11):
I'm sitting there and then I just fall asleep and
then I have to rewatch it again.

Speaker 4 (15:15):
Well that happened to Winnie too. Yeah, it is a
little bit slow. You have to pay attention watching it
at a time like in the morning.

Speaker 3 (15:21):
Can I tell you last night, because you know we're
adjusting to back to our girl schedule, I could not
fall asleep. I perfectly put Severance on knocked right out.
I was like this, obviously melatonin. It is melatonin because
it's so slow.

Speaker 4 (15:35):
I have now added Severance to my to my top
five shows of all time. It is a masterpiece. That's
just my opinion.

Speaker 1 (15:42):
Yeah, yeah, Soprano is still number.

Speaker 4 (15:44):
One, number one, breaking bed the Wire, Severance.

Speaker 1 (15:48):
Yeah, Okay, I'm annoyed, but I'm committed.

Speaker 4 (15:51):
It's good. It's good though, right, I can't.

Speaker 3 (15:55):
I can't say that.

Speaker 2 (15:56):
I think it's good enough.

Speaker 1 (15:57):
It's good.

Speaker 2 (15:58):
It's good enough for me to keep watching.

Speaker 3 (16:00):
I'm in it at this point. I have to finish
season one tonight or tomorrow, and then I'm getting a
season two.

Speaker 4 (16:05):
All right, Well, Bill, if you can, you know, give
it a shot. I'd appreciate it, giving it a show.

Speaker 1 (16:11):
Don't don't feel that.

Speaker 3 (16:12):
No, don't bother. I wish I didn't even bother.

Speaker 2 (16:14):
This is so not your show.

Speaker 4 (16:16):
Yeah, yeah, you know what happened. He'll watch it and
he'll start he'll hate it, and he'll talk about it
every day. Yeah, he'll blame me for making them how
I feel turning on like, screw you, Bill, don't watch it.

Speaker 9 (16:28):
Wow.

Speaker 3 (16:28):
The entertainment updates with the Billy Codstead.

Speaker 1 (16:31):
You know what I did watch over the weekend. I
saw a lot of the video footage from Jonas Kahan
going down in New Jersey and justin you missed it
by hours. You were there, I know.

Speaker 4 (16:40):
I was at the American Dream Mall. I saw them
setting up some stuff and they had the banners all
over the mall, but it looked insane that they performed
all over the mall and the ice skating rink. They
have an ice skating rink in the mall.

Speaker 1 (16:52):
I know, I know. Wow, did you tell me my
son has a car vault there?

Speaker 4 (16:55):
It's opening. Yeah, it's coming soon. I saw the banner
on the front coming soon. Card ball card balled by
Tom Brady.

Speaker 1 (17:01):
Imagine I had to find that out by you being
there with your family.

Speaker 4 (17:05):
What we were texting about it.

Speaker 5 (17:06):
Well, they're doing like one hundred buildouts, that's their plan.

Speaker 4 (17:10):
Yeah, there's another one in Jersey. I know.

Speaker 1 (17:12):
They got Dallas, the Mavericks facility. They've got one opening
up there, a Sofi Stadium. They've got one.

Speaker 4 (17:18):
Nice billboard too on that. Yeah, ninety three one fine.

Speaker 1 (17:22):
Anyway, Jonas Brothers coming off. Jonas Kahn are now heading
out on tour and they're coming to Fenway Park August
twenty third. They went on Good Morning America and said
there the tour will start in New Jersey.

Speaker 10 (17:37):
We're doing Jonas Khan at the American Dream in Jersey,
which is right across the street from a venue we
always dreamed of playing. So our tour, which is gonna
be called Jonas twenty Living the Dream. The tour will
kick off on August tenth at Medlife Stadium.

Speaker 5 (17:52):
Now, I remember when they used to do mall gigs
and they would come up here and we would get calls.

Speaker 2 (17:57):
Do you guys want the Jonas Brothers to come in?

Speaker 1 (18:00):
Full circle?

Speaker 4 (18:00):
Moment?

Speaker 2 (18:00):
Full circle.

Speaker 4 (18:01):
One other thing about my trip. I did go to
Tony Soprano's house. I saw that in New Jersey. Oh,
I saw your picture in front of the house Lifelong Goal. Yeah,
we drove up there. There are signs that says, you know,
no trespassing. But we didn't go up the driveway. We
just took a quick picture.

Speaker 1 (18:16):
Oh you didn't knock on the door or anything. No.

Speaker 4 (18:18):
Now it's very small. The house is huge. The cul
de sac is very small. On TV, they make it
look much bigger. Yeah, you know the little circle, it's
very very small.

Speaker 1 (18:27):
Wow, you live in the dream yep uh huh. Back
to the Jonahs Brothers Tour of Fenway Park August twenty third.
Tickets go on sale this Friday. They're gonna be joined
select cities by Marshmellow, the All American Rejects and Boys
Like Girls. What was their big.

Speaker 3 (18:42):
Song, Boys Like Girls? Don't Oh, don't get me started?
Is a great escape? Was a big One. I don't know,
I don't know think about it.

Speaker 2 (18:49):
I did one of our shows.

Speaker 1 (18:51):
Yeah, oh yeah, yeah.

Speaker 4 (18:52):
All we care about is Marshmallow.

Speaker 2 (18:53):
I like Marshmallows.

Speaker 4 (18:54):
Thank you.

Speaker 3 (18:55):
I'm sad. I believe American rejects will not be here.
It will be Marshmallow and boys like.

Speaker 4 (19:00):
The Boys That Girls are coming.

Speaker 3 (19:01):
I believe they'll be here.

Speaker 4 (19:02):
Hey, what's up? This is Martin from Boys That Girls
and I'm hanging with Billy Costen.

Speaker 5 (19:06):
I have to say that was the strangest interview you've
ever done. Backstage at Kiss concert. Marshmallow the Marshmallow. He
wouldn't take the head off and he would speak through
his laptop.

Speaker 1 (19:16):
Yeah, and that was that was like the early Marshmallow
was before he had the air conditioning system put in
the Marshallow head.

Speaker 3 (19:22):
The funny thing is that it would speak out to
you like the computer system. He hadn't speak for him. Yeah,
but Billy would read it before it would speak.

Speaker 4 (19:29):
There was a delay until he read it out, so
Billy was reading it was tough to do.

Speaker 1 (19:33):
You're referred to by a lot of people as the
the King of Collaborations. Are you comfortable with that title? Well,
that's amazing. Are you hearing this for the first time? Yes?
Who haven't you worked with that you would like to
work with musically? He had conversations because.

Speaker 4 (19:51):
It came on the screen before.

Speaker 2 (19:53):
So you didn't know if you should be reading it
or if he.

Speaker 3 (19:55):
Was going to be saying.

Speaker 1 (19:58):
Its kind interview bire you know funny.

Speaker 3 (20:01):
I believe it was the same one the Joneses came
to in twenty nineteen.

Speaker 5 (20:05):
It was it was, Yeah, ready to dig up those
pictures from that show.

Speaker 4 (20:10):
I think, God, I have one with marshmallow there.

Speaker 1 (20:12):
Yeah, I think wife is pretty good as a marshmallow,
isn't it. Hey. The Selena Gum's Benny Blanco album came
out this past Friday. They went on the Today Show
talking wedding.

Speaker 2 (20:24):
Brand Leylan arms to be pretty casual.

Speaker 1 (20:26):
I think pickles.

Speaker 2 (20:28):
What we're gonna have the pickle?

Speaker 9 (20:29):
No one you said, Oh no, you said you were like,
I want to have little sandwiches with pickles from my friends.

Speaker 2 (20:36):
That's so weird.

Speaker 7 (20:36):
She's really she's really the cheapest dat of everything is
real easy.

Speaker 1 (20:41):
You think it'll be a small wedding, a small affair,
so to speak.

Speaker 3 (20:45):
Well, is such what she's saying?

Speaker 8 (20:46):
She wants.

Speaker 3 (20:46):
I don't see why.

Speaker 1 (20:47):
Yeah, I like the new Selena Gomez.

Speaker 4 (20:50):
That's it.

Speaker 2 (20:50):
Oh yeah, I'm happy for them.

Speaker 4 (20:52):
We're big fans of Benny Blanco. He saw music and
him as a person. He's super cool.

Speaker 3 (20:56):
He's such a sweet person.

Speaker 1 (20:58):
Jack Carlow releasing a new song with Doja Cant this
past Friday. He admits the album has been taking a
long time.

Speaker 8 (21:05):
It's in process. You know, I'm trying to. I'm trying to.
I'm trying to transcend. You know, I want to do
something I've never done, and I'm just slowly starting to
accept that. Maybe it's gonna take me longer than any
of my past projects. If I want it to be
like nothing I've ever done, maybe it'll take longer than
things I have done.

Speaker 1 (21:21):
Justin You've got a clip from the song with Doja right.

Speaker 8 (21:24):
Slow it down like Mcaronnie. I know it sounded like
Zach and Cody, just like sweet.

Speaker 3 (21:28):
I mean, I can't.

Speaker 8 (21:29):
I'm too handsome.

Speaker 3 (21:31):
A throat stabbing in my song. Leg up on that chair,
hand on that tell that throw.

Speaker 1 (21:37):
Oh boy, I really like the song that's going down.

Speaker 4 (21:41):
Slow it down like Macaroni songwriting right.

Speaker 1 (21:43):
There and then there's Billy Ray Cyrus. I think it's
time to pull a plug it just sit at home
and just relax. But anyway, he's got another new song.

Speaker 4 (21:56):
He's like, if you love.

Speaker 15 (22:00):
Of the future, w up together?

Speaker 4 (22:09):
So you love just that?

Speaker 1 (22:14):
But that is right, there is very simple songwright.

Speaker 13 (22:17):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (22:17):
You wonder what Miley thinks Relax and right, I know,
but that's what I'm saying. You wonder what she thinks
of Dad's new project.

Speaker 4 (22:25):
I'm sure sure she's not a fan. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (22:27):
If I'm Billy, I'm going to renew the relationship with
Miley so we can come up with some better stuff.
I'm just saying. Disney snow White won the box office
over the weekend, taking in more than forty three million.
Morgan Wallin's new album reportedly will have thirty seven songs
on it. That album comes out May sixteenth. Have we

(22:47):
seen a single yet justin?

Speaker 3 (22:49):
We have?

Speaker 4 (22:50):
Yes? All right, couple actually seven.

Speaker 1 (22:54):
From that. From that, we've already gotten seven of the
thirty seven. Yep, yeah, seven of the Bachelor for Nally
is tonight. I got to point out Lisa Dunovan's son Riley,
has been our correspondent breaking down the Bachelor every Tuesday morning,
and he'll do it again tomorrow morning. But he's always
spot on. He predicted it would be Juliana and Litia

(23:15):
at the end.

Speaker 5 (23:15):
Do you understand there were a lot of girls that
first started out so for him to like really like
zoom in on Latilla especially. I mean, we were on
our local girl just because we like Juliana she's from Newton.
But yeah, the others and Zoe, he was, he was
all in.

Speaker 3 (23:33):
Lisa, your son is one of the most emotionally intelligent
children I've ever met.

Speaker 2 (23:37):
He really are so in.

Speaker 3 (23:38):
Tune with that and he's fourteen.

Speaker 1 (23:41):
Now. If Juliana wins, she's from Newton, Massachusetts. Have we
ever had a local winner of The Bachelor?

Speaker 5 (23:49):
We had a girl from the Cape. I think her
name was Lindsay way way way back.

Speaker 3 (23:55):
There's been so many people, and it's been between both
The Bachelor the Bachelor, like it's I don't know, forty
seasons or something crazy like that.

Speaker 1 (24:03):
Wow, I don't know. Another episode of The White Lotus
aired last night. We're not allowed to talk about it
Monday morning because none of us watches Sunday night because
it's too late for us. Yeah, but I can't wait
for this week's episode of The White Lotus. I think
a lot is going to happen in this episode.

Speaker 4 (24:19):
It was a little slow in the beginning, but it's
starting to pick up. Last week's episode was great.

Speaker 1 (24:23):
Oh my god, again the conversation between those two guys.

Speaker 4 (24:29):
Uh yeah, oh you didn't watch you at least right now? Okay, yeah,
there was other things that happened in the episode.

Speaker 1 (24:34):
Oh yeah, well yeah. Crazy actress actress Jennifer Coolidge says
the White Lotus actually improved her sex life. Apparently she's
meeting quality guys now on the White Lotus as opposed
to American thought.

Speaker 4 (24:48):
That's surprising to me. She was stiffless Mom. Every boy,
young boy, including myself, had a crush on stiffless Mom.

Speaker 3 (24:55):
But that's probably who was approaching her.

Speaker 1 (24:56):
Were like horny college from now old guys.

Speaker 4 (24:58):
Yeah, you're right, good point.

Speaker 1 (25:00):
March Madness going on a couple of big upsets. Arkansas
beat Saint John's and Yukon lost to Florida, so everybody's
brackets have taken a bit of a spin. Red Sox
lost nine to three to the Twins yesterday Thursday afternoon.
Is their first regular season game. They're going to be
in Texas with the Rangers. Bruins lost again six games

(25:20):
in a row now they've lost seven to the final
there And we are brought to you by someone that
when he is handing me as we speak, oh, Dover Rug.
Look at that at Dover Rug will be a part
of your home forever, something you'll value, something special in
the home and in your life. Dover Rug is in Natick, Boston,
Burlington and also online at doverrug dot com. You know what,

(25:42):
ask it my buddy Hassan. He'll treat you good. He'll
treat you nice doverrug dot com. And there you go.

Speaker 4 (25:49):
Mom is a goddess.

Speaker 11 (25:50):
From the planet Fitness Kiss one O eight Studio.

Speaker 1 (25:53):
We're back with Villy and Lisa in the morning Kiss
and the Billy and Lisa show back from vacation this morning.
Weather wise today, Lisa, it's pretty murky out there right now.
What's going on?

Speaker 5 (26:03):
It's going to stay that way in the forties. Not
great murky, great murky rays Yeah.

Speaker 1 (26:09):
Okay, forties, all right, welcome back if you come back.

Speaker 4 (26:12):
It was very windy this weekend. I was thinking about you, Bill.
Saturday was so windy and I kept thinking about you,
your voice in my head.

Speaker 1 (26:20):
Two years, two years of constant wind yeah and gusts
and it continues.

Speaker 4 (26:25):
Crazy.

Speaker 1 (26:26):
But you know why, Let's play a game.

Speaker 4 (26:27):
Yeah, so chart Data came out with the list of
the most streamed lead female songs in US history. I
was looking at the list yesterday. Not surprising. I mean,
it's they're pretty common songs. But I thought this sounds
a good game, So let's do it.

Speaker 7 (26:41):
Time.

Speaker 4 (26:42):
It's pain time, baby nytime though, I'll be there. That's
a good time. So once again, this is the most
streamed lead female songs in US history, talking millions to
billions of streams for these songs, which are all sung
by women. We'll start with Lisa first. If you tell
me the artist and the name the song, you get
two points. You can get up to two points. How's

(27:02):
that first? Up least, we'll start big. This is the
number one most streamed female led song of all.

Speaker 2 (27:08):
Time, Mariah carry.

Speaker 3 (27:13):
All.

Speaker 2 (27:13):
I went for Christmas.

Speaker 4 (27:14):
Two billion streams for that song.

Speaker 1 (27:17):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (27:18):
Yeah, so two points, that's number one.

Speaker 3 (27:21):
Gets you in the mood every Christmas.

Speaker 2 (27:23):
Oh yeah, we did a carpool karaoke of it. We
did It's on our Instagram. Go watch it. It's amazing.

Speaker 4 (27:29):
We should repost that. We need to repost anyone that
missed it. That song comes on You're stepping on the gas.
That's right. I don't know what he just said.

Speaker 1 (27:38):
But by Cyrus song.

Speaker 4 (27:42):
All right, Bill, you're up next. Tell me who sings
this song and the name of the song too, if
you can. This one's a little tough.

Speaker 1 (27:50):
To me.

Speaker 3 (27:50):
If you want to time for you, the name is tough.

Speaker 1 (27:58):
I have the step on the gas.

Speaker 5 (28:00):
It's Bodak Yellow.

Speaker 2 (28:03):
Yell, do I get a point?

Speaker 4 (28:04):
Yes? Yes, you took that from Yeah. That was Cardi
B's first big hit. Yeah, you know, because she was
kind of a reality TV wanna be rapper. When she
dropped that, she exploded.

Speaker 1 (28:15):
Is that the one she did with Meghan the Stallion?

Speaker 5 (28:17):
No, this was this was a solo project and she
talks about the the blood, you know, the shoes, thelu
Butan shoes.

Speaker 3 (28:24):
Yeah, this song makes you want to fight someone.

Speaker 4 (28:27):
Yeah. Yeah, if you got a beast going on, listen
to Bodak Yellow.

Speaker 3 (28:38):
Next. Oh really this is up there. Yeah, I'm surprised
it's Halsey and it's without me actually talking for me.
That's so high up.

Speaker 4 (28:48):
That is a fantastic breakup song.

Speaker 3 (28:51):
Yeah, I know it is. I just I'm thinking like
all time.

Speaker 4 (28:54):
Yeah, there's a video of Halsey because that song is
about G Eazy. Yeah, she cheated on him. There's a
video of them performing. I believe it's at MTV in
Times Square and they performed there me myself and not him,
and I say it was about them in Halsey right
before going on to do that song live, found out

(29:15):
that he cheated and had to go and perform the
song with and so she's a total professional, does the song,
but during it you can see she's giving him the
side out.

Speaker 3 (29:26):
Justin Actually it was morning. I think it was a
Good Morning America.

Speaker 4 (29:28):
It was one of those shows.

Speaker 3 (29:29):
It was a morning show, so you have millions of
people on you and she looked like.

Speaker 4 (29:34):
They could kill I think it was Concerts in the
Park without me the number three most streamed female.

Speaker 2 (29:42):
Songs doing now not much does.

Speaker 4 (29:50):
Round two here?

Speaker 2 (29:55):
Yeah, that's I'm not surprised. That was such a huge song.

Speaker 4 (29:58):
Huge song. Oh you know, the first artist to hear
that song was besides Kamila, that would be Post Malone
was recording in the studio next to her. Oh yeah,
And he met Kamila's mother outside the studio and Kamila's
mother brought him in to hear this song and she
played it for post Malone.

Speaker 1 (30:17):
You gotta be kidding me. That song is a monster.

Speaker 4 (30:21):
Yeah, all right, Bill, here we go. The most streamed
female led songs.

Speaker 1 (30:31):
Yeah, oh god, I know the song. To wait a minute,
hold on, I.

Speaker 2 (30:38):
Didn't guess the name.

Speaker 4 (30:39):
Yeah, to play it again? Yeah, okay, Oh my god,
I know this. You're getting the buzzer at one. He
say it in the title, it'll be meant to be.

Speaker 1 (30:56):
So there's your point, is Maar Morris?

Speaker 4 (30:59):
Know what BB zero? I thought he said bb rexy.
You didn't even say BB zero.

Speaker 16 (31:07):
No.

Speaker 1 (31:08):
I sang the song. I knew the lyrics in the time.

Speaker 4 (31:10):
He didn't get that. Okay, he didn't get that. But
that was a big song too.

Speaker 1 (31:14):
Yes.

Speaker 3 (31:14):
B Rex is really much more known for writing big
songs than having them.

Speaker 4 (31:19):
Yes, so she wrote the Monster, Eminem and Rihanna. She
also she sold Rihanna perfume when she worked at macy
That's right.

Speaker 5 (31:27):
I understand that she came to our pre show for
Kiss concert at Empire.

Speaker 4 (31:32):
Oh right, remember yep? Yeah, she sold Rihanna perfume, and
then ended up writing a song for Rihanna That's crazy.
Eminem called the monster winning.

Speaker 3 (31:46):
Oh my God, so Tooa Swift. I'm just gonna shake
it off, excellent, shake it off.

Speaker 4 (31:52):
I'll give you all. That is number seven, the seven
most streamed. I would have picked it higher. Yeah, for sure.
There's definitely some surprises on here. All right, real quick,
round three, let's go Lise.

Speaker 2 (32:06):
Bad guy, Billy Eilish.

Speaker 3 (32:10):
As he said, yeah, number two, oh, number two, it
goes Mariah all I want for Christmas and Billie Eilish,
bad guy. You know what's how funny is I babysit
for a little boy. He's six and he always asked
to play that song that songs what like I don't know,
eight nine years old now every time he's in my car,
play bad guys, play bad guys. Every time I stream.

Speaker 4 (32:31):
It, great song every week. It's a great song. All right,
bill Redemption here you got it?

Speaker 1 (32:35):
Come on.

Speaker 4 (32:43):
You shaking?

Speaker 1 (32:44):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (32:45):
Oh you know Lisa's singing that.

Speaker 2 (32:48):
Do you want me to give you a hint?

Speaker 1 (32:50):
Yes?

Speaker 5 (32:52):
Her and her mother came to Kiss concert and we're
backstage hanging out with us like ten years ago, ten
years she and her mother came to kiss concert.

Speaker 3 (33:02):
Yeah, she was just in.

Speaker 1 (33:03):
Wicked her mother, Ariana.

Speaker 4 (33:08):
Yes, give them a pity point.

Speaker 1 (33:11):
Need to describe it a point, you know, it's a point.

Speaker 3 (33:14):
You know, they don't qualify you know what the song is?
You know what the song is.

Speaker 4 (33:18):
No, of course it doesn't.

Speaker 3 (33:20):
It's okay, I want it, I got it.

Speaker 4 (33:22):
It's seven rings, Okay, seven rings?

Speaker 2 (33:26):
Yeah, all right, you got the point.

Speaker 3 (33:28):
Okay, yep.

Speaker 4 (33:28):
That's the tenth tenth most stream Board.

Speaker 3 (33:31):
It's a great album. That whole album she has is
a good album.

Speaker 4 (33:34):
Yeah, definitely, all right. Last one Whinnie me.

Speaker 1 (33:37):
I want my suga boom.

Speaker 3 (33:43):
Yeah, yeah, sorry, it just makes you want to do
she makes you want to sing a weep. But levitated,
that's right?

Speaker 5 (33:50):
Is that the only one on the list from her
because she's got so many jams that is.

Speaker 4 (33:55):
In the top fifteen, that's the only one. Yeah. The
only person to have two songs is a Rihanna. She
has seven rings and she has thank you next in Rihanna.
Rihanna has work and needed me.

Speaker 1 (34:05):
Oh I love work, thank you?

Speaker 4 (34:07):
Next would oh you would have you know?

Speaker 3 (34:10):
We actually have Ariana Grande coming up right now, that's crazy.

Speaker 4 (34:15):
Yeah, we should do her new one. We play our
old stuff and also her new stuff as well. It's
got we can't be friends on Kiss Went Away?

Speaker 8 (34:21):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (34:22):
Coming up next talkback Leftovers Haveppy.

Speaker 3 (34:23):
Monday, Billy and Lisa Kiss.

Speaker 1 (34:26):
Wait, let's get some talk back leftovers. Brother.

Speaker 15 (34:28):
Hey, guys, I am so excited you're back this week
because I actually go back to work this week after
returning from maternity leave. So I don't think I could
handle that if I didn't have you guys to.

Speaker 1 (34:41):
Help me out on the ride in.

Speaker 3 (34:43):
Thank you love you.

Speaker 1 (34:44):
That's good.

Speaker 4 (34:45):
I love you too. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (34:48):
Yeah, it's hard going back to you know, it's hard
the first day. Yep, you cry all the way to
the office, and then you're fine.

Speaker 1 (34:58):
Another day, Chris, like it was yesterday.

Speaker 4 (35:02):
Yeah, and then you can't wait to take a break, right.
Like my wife is going to Connecticut next month for
three days, and she's like, I really don't want to go,
but deep down she wants to go.

Speaker 5 (35:12):
It is hard to leave, but once you do it, it
is good for you to give you.

Speaker 4 (35:15):
A break, give you a break. But this is the
weird thing with kids too. It's like when they drive
you crazy when you're with them, but then when you're
apart for them, you miss them.

Speaker 1 (35:22):
Yeah you know what I mean.

Speaker 16 (35:24):
Welcome back everybody. Glad everybody is safe and sound, and
congratulations to produce A.

Speaker 13 (35:30):
Riley.

Speaker 16 (35:30):
You did an amazing job on the traffic report. Nice
to hear you doing a great job on the traffic
report even though I work at home.

Speaker 3 (35:41):
Have a great day, everybody. Really, she knows what is happening.

Speaker 1 (35:44):
If she worked exactly, you want to know what roads
not to travel now, I guess so I was listening
to the traffic reports in New York.

Speaker 8 (35:52):
Cool.

Speaker 2 (35:53):
Oh yeah, run them all day.

Speaker 3 (35:56):
That's a full time job.

Speaker 4 (35:57):
Oh yeah, they run a throat until noon. Maybe later
I don't know, but yeah, thank you to producer Riley.
Wrapped in and we do have a traffic department, but
I'm like, why not have producer Riley. She's here anything
in the studio, just have her do it.

Speaker 11 (36:11):
So good morning morning crew. I'm listening to you and
my number one pre set in Turks and Caicos.

Speaker 16 (36:17):
I hope you all had a great vacation.

Speaker 2 (36:20):
My son did he like it, Lisa, he loved it?

Speaker 3 (36:24):
Yeah? Yeah, I on my list.

Speaker 2 (36:26):
Yeah A bunch of kids, Yeah, hanging outraging. Well, there's
a lot of throwing.

Speaker 5 (36:31):
Out, a lot of projectiles, a lot of projectile vomiting
off the balcony.

Speaker 3 (36:35):
They're claiming it was food poison rights, that's what they're
going to Yeah, it was a bad hamburger.

Speaker 1 (36:41):
Yeah, definitely. All right.

Speaker 4 (36:44):
Coming up next, we'll have the wrap up. We'll take
a look back on what you missed. But more importantly,
when you can catch up on the podcast that's the most.

Speaker 8 (36:50):
Important kids one away.

Speaker 2 (36:52):
It's the morning wrap up on Billy and Lisa in
the Morning.

Speaker 1 (36:55):
Hey, justin before jar, can I ask you a question
about the Kendrick Lamore So just quickly, now, was Drake
formally charged whatever? So can't he be? Isn't that defamation?

Speaker 4 (37:10):
Like to just yeah, I mean yeah, I mean he
has filed lawsuits, Drake more against the record company, Yeah,
for pushing the song and promoting it, making it bigger than.

Speaker 1 (37:19):
An actually because he calls him certified, Yeah, which would
just he's been convicted.

Speaker 4 (37:25):
Just no, no, no, Kendrick Lamar he took that word
out of the super Bowl performance. He took that part. Yeah, yeah,
but that's crazy. What were you were you chanting o
V how everybody.

Speaker 1 (37:36):
Said and I was stepping this way, you know what
I'm saying.

Speaker 4 (37:41):
Yeah, Well he'll do it live at your left Stadium.

Speaker 1 (37:43):
Love that.

Speaker 4 (37:44):
On May twelfth, Lamar, are we ready here? Yeah, we're
back after vacation. We were gone for a week and
I always have this thought, were on vacation. I'm like,
people are gonna remember us when we come back, you
know what I mean.

Speaker 14 (37:56):
Hey, guys, this is my first talk back. I just
checking in to say thank you for being there for
all of us in the morning. This is sort of heavy,
but I just had to clean out my parents' house
after they passed, and what cheered me up after the
trucks drove away was turning you guys on and having
a cup of coffee. Guys are out here doing a
real service, and I just want to make sure you

(38:17):
know that have a great day.

Speaker 2 (38:20):
Oh that's so sad.

Speaker 1 (38:22):
Go out to you.

Speaker 4 (38:22):
Yeah definitely. Yeah, Well one's are heart. Thank you for listening.
We really appreciate it. Yeah, we do.

Speaker 3 (38:28):
Good morning.

Speaker 15 (38:28):
I don't know if you guys already talked about this,
but I'm super invested in how Matt and Tiffany's date went.
Do we have any updates for that.

Speaker 4 (38:35):
Yeah, we did not mention that this morning because it
was so long ago. But remember we hooked up, yeah,
live on the radio. They both auditioned for Love Is Blind. Yep,
did not make it. We had Matt picked between two girls.
He picked Tiffany. They did go on the date.

Speaker 2 (38:50):
They did, So, what's the update.

Speaker 3 (38:51):
I talked to Tiffany. She'll join us tomorrow at seven ten,
and I'm going to be nothing away, so we'll talk.

Speaker 2 (38:58):
I am like edge of your seat because I don't
know anything about this.

Speaker 4 (39:01):
So it either went really good or really bad.

Speaker 1 (39:05):
To the back bay.

Speaker 3 (39:06):
Yeah, she did tell me the food was delicious.

Speaker 4 (39:10):
Is the best?

Speaker 1 (39:10):
Oh my god?

Speaker 9 (39:11):
Yeah?

Speaker 4 (39:11):
Yes, all right, tomorrow morning seven ten. Other things this morning,
Lisa had airline news on her plane. Guy fainted at
your feet? Does I had a medical emergency?

Speaker 1 (39:20):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (39:20):
It could have had like a mini heart attack. It
was crazy.

Speaker 11 (39:22):
Regarding fainting on planes, it's very common. If you're sitting
for a long time and maybe you have heavy clothes on,
like a hoodie, and not enough water. When you stand up,
you'll feel faint. It happened to My daughter. Did a
little research after she didn't actually faint, but she was sitting.

Speaker 13 (39:41):
She probably watched two or three.

Speaker 11 (39:43):
Movies in a row, had a very heavy hoodie on.
She got up and everything looked funny and she almost
went down.

Speaker 4 (39:50):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (39:50):
Could have that?

Speaker 4 (39:51):
Could have been it maybe? But the guy is all
right with that?

Speaker 9 (39:54):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (39:55):
No, yeah, they took him off the plane.

Speaker 1 (39:57):
Ah so you never saw him again?

Speaker 5 (40:00):
No, I didn't, but I hope he's okay. So he was,
you know, he was definitely in distress.

Speaker 1 (40:05):
Well face down. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (40:07):
Yeah, Well that was that topic time. So you can
get that and everything else that happened on today's show.
On the billion Lisa Show podcast, which will be up
just after ten am, seven days a week. We put
up a new podcast. Yeah, get it on the iHeartRadio app.
And also before I forget.

Speaker 1 (40:20):

that's going on for the preset.
