Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey guys, welcome back. Are you guys ready for storytime?
Speaker 2 (00:03):
I love storytime.
Speaker 1 (00:04):
We love story time on the billion lids some morning show.
Speaker 2 (00:07):
Let me get all ready to go here.
Speaker 1 (00:09):
Okay, sit back, relax, relax, everybody time with Bill. Yes
it is.
Speaker 3 (00:13):
It's it's vacation story time with Bill. So yeah, we
were all on vacation except for Riley. She did a
fabulous job. So we were vacationing, you know, on the boat.
That's kind of what we do. So we decided to
cruise down to Martha's Vineyard to visit some friends, something
else we do every summer. So, you know, for the
(00:36):
first part of the cruise, all the way down to
Cape Cod Canal, things were fine. It was very foggy,
but that's okay. It was I like the fog. So
we get to the canal, we go through, everything's fine.
We come out the other side. It's what they call
Buzzard's Bay. Typically it's horrific, but it was nice Buzzard's Bay.
It was nice and calm. Okay, following me so far, yes,
so far, so good. On the journey at sea and
(00:59):
it's just Michelle and on the boat. So now we
come through buzzards and go through Woods Hole. Now Woods Hole,
as boaters go. It's just something that annoys all boaters.
It's just an unpredictable little hole.
Speaker 4 (01:15):
Okay, okay, thank you for that bill.
Speaker 3 (01:18):
The ferries go through it. It's a very narrow series
of channels. So we get into Woods Hole. Everything's fine,
and all of a sudden, I swear it was like
an alien takeover of our boat. Gusts came from all directions,
blowing in different directions.
Speaker 1 (01:34):
So literally spinning my boat like a top.
Speaker 3 (01:37):
I swore we were being sucked into the earth by
an alien force. I had never felt anything like that
in my life. Okay, So we get through the hole
and we now were in Vineyard Sound and we're approaching
a vineyard haven. All of a sudden, Vineyard Sound eight
foot seas winds blowing like crazy. Water coming. Now this
is a pretty good sized boat. Water coming up over
(01:58):
the top of the boat, like completely blinded god by
waves coming up over the top of the boat. Wallets
rocking and being thrown all over the place. So now
we make it so it's like the perfect storm. Oh
it was, It came out of nowhere.
Speaker 1 (02:13):
Yeah, So now we make it to Vindards, it's time
to dock.
Speaker 3 (02:16):
We docked the boat and the rain is sideways and
by the way, also out there sideways monsoon like rain
bullets in my eyes. So I can't even see where
I'm going. But we docked the boat and then the
storm intensifies, okay, and so we're docking in the middle
of all this, and then we finally we literally couldn't even.
Speaker 1 (02:37):
We sent you a video, I know, we have it.
Speaker 3 (02:39):
We we couldn't get on or off the boat for
like a day and a half. So then finally the
next day, the storm was even worse in the morning.
So you're up all night because every time you hear
a weird noise as the boat is slamming off the docks,
you're thinking, oh my god, we're gonna sink. So you
get up every half hour you check, and now it's
pouring rain and then you're getting drenched and you got
(03:01):
to change again before you get back in bed.
Speaker 1 (03:04):
And Nick, what a vacation. I'm telling you it was.
It was the worst time ever experienced.
Speaker 2 (03:10):
Every time I texted Billy, He's like, this is awful.
Speaker 4 (03:14):
Yeah, I had no idea. I was an old Oacha
beach having the time of my life.
Speaker 1 (03:18):
Thank you.
Speaker 4 (03:18):
I think I called Bill. I'm like, dude, how's vacation miserable?
Speaker 1 (03:22):
Oh god, I swear to god, I sniffed death.
Speaker 4 (03:26):
Yeah, there's a video that we have. We're gonna post
that in the Billy and Lisa Instagram just gives you
a real sense of what Bill went through coming You
just look completely defeated, and you're like, we got to
sell the boat. Oh god, you saw that, Lisa. He
was completely disheveled.
Speaker 1 (03:46):
I was beaten down. The storm beat me.
Speaker 3 (03:49):
Yeah, and I finally just came back for like the
tenth time onto the boat, drenched again, and I just
looked at Michelle and said, I was selling the boat.
Speaker 4 (03:59):
I know we have the video. Well, we're going to
post the video. It's incredible.
Speaker 1 (04:02):
Now does the video show the outside to what was
going on?
Speaker 4 (04:05):
It's a separate video, big, We'll post both.
Speaker 1 (04:07):
Yeah, you've got to see both.
Speaker 2 (04:09):
I have to say, Bill, you have a beautiful boat.
Speaker 1 (04:11):
Oh it's amazing.
Speaker 3 (04:12):
And I wanted to keep it that way and mother
nature was against me.
Speaker 5 (04:17):
Didn't you feel guilty justin every time you called Bill
or texted him because you were it was gorgeous where
you are.
Speaker 2 (04:22):
It was gorgeous where I was. And then Bill.
Speaker 3 (04:25):
Just unbelievable and it was still going on.
Speaker 1 (04:29):
We finally got off the boat. We went out to
dinner with friends. We get back. My two friends Frank
and Brian had to come down the docks and help
us get on the boat. And now you got to
see it.
Speaker 3 (04:40):
All three of us are grabbing lines, dropping fenders, adding fenders,
adding lines, just trying to save the boat.
Speaker 1 (04:47):
Hi.
Speaker 4 (04:47):
Everyone wants a boat, right, you know you have to
deal with this situation.
Speaker 3 (04:51):
Yeah, but in a weird way. Although you're terrified, you're excited.
Speaker 4 (04:59):
I know, I know that's a part of it. I
know that with you, especially.
Speaker 3 (05:02):
Once you know you beat it. Oh you know, I'm
still standing here. Okay, we're still floating.
Speaker 2 (05:10):
You're a good captain.
Speaker 3 (05:11):
Okay, whoever you are sending this message of death, I'm
still here.
Speaker 4 (05:16):
We don't want anything to ever happen to our beloved Bill, Lisa.
But don't you get the fail in that one day
it's when he does go, it's going to be on
the boat, lost at sea. It's going to be on
the boat for sure.
Speaker 1 (05:27):
Yeah. Yeah, especially the places he goes. It's just an
unpredictable little hole God. Usually it's Lisa, but it's you.
Speaker 3 (05:35):
Today is incredible news every time for real.
Speaker 1 (05:43):
Sick headlines, refreshing news.
Speaker 4 (05:50):
Let's start with this Yellowstone National Park. The headline reads,
man gets thrown eight feet in the air by a
charging bison at well Yellowstone National Park.
Speaker 1 (05:59):
Real perfake. You gotta be honest. I saw this story.
I was amazed. Eighteen feet in the air, definitely.
Speaker 4 (06:08):
I was pretty sure that you did see the story.
But I could not not do this story. It's insane. Yeah,
a grandfather he was charged and thrown eight feet into
the air by a bison.
Speaker 1 (06:17):
This happened on Friday.
Speaker 4 (06:19):
The guy ran behind trees to try to escape the
charging bison, but when he ran out of trees, that's
when he got hooked and hoisted who everyone.
Speaker 6 (06:30):
As soon as the bison stood up, the grandfather is like, no,
we're out of here. For whatever reason, the bison, who
was still like fifty to one hundred feet away, just
charged from the grandfather, eventually got hooked, got tossed into
the air. They were doing the right thing, They just
just bad. Look when he was out on the ground
after things were settling down a little bit. I said, hey,
you know, as a former US Army paratrooper, I give
(06:51):
that lending a like a nine point five out of ten.
And he's like, well, if you just caught me five
years ago, I could have done better. So he was jovial,
trying to make light of his but he was obviously
in a lot of pain.
Speaker 3 (07:02):
It's a miracle he's survived. By the way, it's mating
season for the Bison, so that's why they're saying, you've
gotta be very careful.
Speaker 4 (07:09):
So he has a broken leg, he's undergoing surgery and
he is expected to recover soon. He's very lucky.
Speaker 7 (07:16):
What be.
Speaker 1 (07:18):
Tossed in the air.
Speaker 4 (07:20):
I mean, the video is incredible. You can go check
that out for yourself. It's it's really incredible. But yes,
that is a true story. Next one here man planning
to cross the Atlantic in a boat made completely of cardboard, rail.
Speaker 1 (07:34):
Or fake.
Speaker 4 (07:35):
We just talked about your boating adventure there.
Speaker 1 (07:38):
I felt like cardboard.
Speaker 3 (07:39):
Yeah, I'm going to say fake on this one.
Speaker 2 (07:42):
I'm going to go fake on this one.
Speaker 8 (07:44):
Yeah hm ah, yeah, the cardboard wouldn't I.
Speaker 1 (07:55):
Thought maybe Billy would have said rail on this one.
Speaker 4 (07:57):
No, And it's yeah, fake. All right, next headline, Well,
this is fun man breaks world record for most mouse
clicks in one minute. Do we think that is a
real headline or fake? We know, well, at least we know, yes,
we know. Bill wouldn't break this record because the fingers
thing like, well I pressed the button on the key
(08:21):
would have played this sound real?
Speaker 1 (08:23):
Fake? Oh God, who's keeping track of that? I'm gonna say.
Speaker 4 (08:28):
I'm gonna say saying real.
Speaker 1 (08:31):
I gotta say I do. I am a fast mouse clicker,
you are, because I have multiple screens and multiple mouses,
But I don't know if I could do this. Yes,
it is a real story.
Speaker 4 (08:39):
By the way, a young man named jiggot Arslan has
a new world record of seven hundred and sixty clicks.
Speaker 1 (08:46):
In a minute on a mouse. That's pretty good, I
must say, by the way, not to correct you, but
it's you have multiple mice. Oh what did I say? Mouses?
It's okay, thank you, thanks Bill. More than one mouse
(09:08):
would be mice.
Speaker 4 (09:09):
You know what, you are, correct? You are the grammar
police here, Yeah, mice.
Speaker 1 (09:13):
Thank you. You know what.
Speaker 4 (09:15):
The people that are probably gonna leave talkbacks about that,
don't leave the talkbacks now.
Speaker 1 (09:18):
Bill corrected please.
Speaker 4 (09:21):
All right, here we go one more here reel or
fake New Jersey committee meeting interrupted by a man dressed
as a bong.
Speaker 2 (09:33):
I think I think I'm gonna go real on this.
Speaker 1 (09:36):
If you're going plus New Jersey strength, Yeah, both saying real.
Speaker 4 (09:43):
All right, suspense, buckle up for this one. A township
commedy committee meeting in New Jersey got a little lit
when a man dressed as a bong decided to crash it.
The man who goes by the name of Bong Holio
(10:04):
or a giant purple bong costume. As he approached the
podium for his turn to speak, he spelled his name
and even introduced his son with him, Bong Holito.
Speaker 9 (10:14):
Yes, my name is Bong Holio. The spelling of that
is b O n g h O l e o.
And this is my baby, Bong Holito. Unfortunately my wife
left me with the kid.
Speaker 10 (10:36):
Sir, Just so that you know, it's difficult for us
to hear you with step background.
Speaker 9 (10:42):
I can't hear in this thing anyway, so I don't
know what you're saying. Your father is the toughest best
job you'll ever have in your life.
Speaker 4 (10:48):
Yeah, No one knows exactly what's what his goal was. Well,
what he did next was he proceeded to bust out
a parody song of Lizzo's about Damn Time, all about
the bongs.
Speaker 1 (10:59):
Big Bong loadcloth.
Speaker 4 (11:00):
Yeah, it's hit thirty.
Speaker 1 (11:03):
I've been sucked down a lot, so I'm a little
dar Now.
Speaker 4 (11:06):
You got a picture. This is in a in a
committee meeting. So there are people there and no one's
doing anything. They're just kind of just letting them go.
Speaker 3 (11:13):
I think that's part of the problem that this fellow
is being allowed to walk the streets.
Speaker 1 (11:19):
I do like the song though.
Speaker 9 (11:20):
Oh the women there await face Okay, I'm waiting for
the hook.
Speaker 4 (11:25):
Billy, I'm not the bong that was you sup?
Speaker 1 (11:29):
There? We got better.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
They're not a music, just hilarious.
Speaker 1 (11:36):
He requires he got a veer Superman dressed as a
bong and he had a little baby bong bong Alito,
and he rolled in true story, what do you want? Yes,
my name is Bong.
Speaker 5 (11:48):
That he was like, now, very very very serious about
spelling his name.
Speaker 1 (11:54):
Very serious.
Speaker 5 (11:57):
Now the entertainment of d with the billy pop sets
on Kiss, Runaway, jay Z.
Speaker 3 (12:04):
And Rihanna right there. Interesting, we should play it right
before the entertainment. Since we're here to talk about well,
jay Z in New York over the weekend. Everything was
fine until last night at Yankee Stadium, where trouble ensued.
Apparently fans just crashed the gates. It was a very
(12:24):
chaotic scene, so much so that they had to lock
everything down.
Speaker 1 (12:31):
I can't even imagine this two hours.
Speaker 4 (12:33):
Yeah, so some fans were already in, but most were
out and they were just stuck. Thousands of people.
Speaker 3 (12:39):
Yeah, fans just couldn't believe it themselves. They were trying
to figure things out. We've got a fan right here.
Speaker 11 (12:44):
The gates are locked. They are not letting anybody in
jay Z's concert. Night three, we got thousands of concert
goers standing right outside of the iconic Yankee Stadium and
they're being the ninety two. The line was that it
for over two hours.
Speaker 1 (13:02):
People were standing there.
Speaker 11 (13:03):
It was at a standfill. They could not get in.
I'm standing right outside of Gates six. There are several
other gates surrounding the Yankee Stadium packed with people who
are just hoping to get inside because the gates are locked.
Speaker 3 (13:19):
Yeah, and at one point jay Z was kind of
forced to go up on stage and explain what was
going on to fans here we got they.
Speaker 1 (13:26):
Explained the delay to you guys.
Speaker 12 (13:28):
It was like ten thousand people outside and they closed
all the doors and somebody rushed the door and they
closed the door for you guys safety and anybody safety outside.
Speaker 1 (13:39):
There's ten thousand people outside of them. Want to show
music for people who get trampled, So I don't. I'm
really sorry, but an inconvenience.
Speaker 11 (13:48):
Not to make sure I go back and pay.
Speaker 3 (13:50):
So justin your production guy, right in a very big way.
So was there a conversation backstage before jay Z took
to the stage with his message?
Speaker 1 (14:02):
What should I have for mood music? Yeah?
Speaker 4 (14:05):
I don't know. I would have just went no music there.
It's a very serious thing. They prevented a big disaster.
I don't get the spooky harm music worse, very.
Speaker 2 (14:15):
Weird people could have gotten tramples.
Speaker 4 (14:17):
Oh yeah, yeah, they did a great thing. They prevented
like something really bad for happening.
Speaker 1 (14:21):
It could have been awful. Yeah. But he had three
shows at Yankee Stadium.
Speaker 3 (14:27):
Nas Beyonce, Blue Ivy, Alicia Keys all joined them on
stage Friday night. Saturday night, Eminem joined them on stage.
I saw some of those posts. I'm like, wow, that's
pretty cool right there.
Speaker 1 (14:45):
Oh, such fomo.
Speaker 4 (14:47):
But you know what, the jay Z show is just
like the Noah con shows here you couldn't get tickets,
tickets for thousands of dollars.
Speaker 3 (14:53):
Yeah, and Rihanna took the stage with them once everything
was straightened out last night, and I think we have
a clip from that right here.
Speaker 7 (15:00):
All right, Hey, hey, that would have been cool if
bad buddy anyway, tremendous shows.
Speaker 4 (15:22):
I mean, yeah, it's pretty amazing. You know, he did
the three New York shows. He'll do London, Paris, Los Angeles,
no Boston of course. Yeah, that's all right. We got
Noa Kan.
Speaker 1 (15:31):
I got to tell you.
Speaker 3 (15:33):
I was away on vacation and know all you guys
had a chance to go see Noa Kan. It's unlike
anything else I've ever witnessed in the concert world.
Speaker 5 (15:41):
Yeah, I was glad I was able to experience it.
For me, it was like the takeaway was the fans.
Speaker 1 (15:47):
Yep.
Speaker 4 (15:48):
Absolutely, I was watching the show and watching Fenway sold
out crowd.
Speaker 1 (15:53):
Every word to every song.
Speaker 3 (15:55):
People were crying and there were as many fans outside
Fenway Park during the show as there were inside Fenwaite
Park even in the rain.
Speaker 4 (16:02):
I went to the rain show, the first one, Producer
Riley and I. I mean, it was a downpour. There
was no give on the rain. People didn't care. No, no,
we didn't care.
Speaker 5 (16:11):
Well, it was like the first the Heiress Tour Gillette.
There was a rain night and no one cared, right,
like he's just like Taylor Swift.
Speaker 3 (16:17):
Yeah, yeah, so justin you and Riley went the first night,
and then Riley you went the second night.
Speaker 1 (16:23):
Yes, And I was told behind the scenes being ready
for when Riley.
Speaker 3 (16:28):
Gets to work Monday morning, when you guys are back
from vacation, because you had quite a surprise over the weekend.
Speaker 10 (16:35):
I so I met Noah kN after the Wednesday show.
Speaker 1 (16:39):
Was No, that's.
Speaker 2 (16:42):
Actually how it felt. I was with my brother and
I was.
Speaker 10 (16:46):
Told not to approach Noah Khan, and I did it anyways.
I shook his hand and it was a great show,
great show for you. My brother wants to talk to
you real quick about fishing. So I made my brother
ask him his fishing question.
Speaker 1 (16:57):
And by the way, her brother's name is noahnswered it right,
He did answer it. Yeah, he was.
Speaker 10 (17:02):
He looked exhausted like the most tired I've ever seen
a person.
Speaker 1 (17:06):
So the fact that he took the time.
Speaker 10 (17:08):
To like answer it, even though you could tell he
was trying to go to the bar and then leave.
He was very, very nice, and I really wanted to
ask for a picture, but I was like, I feel
like I'm already overstepping such.
Speaker 4 (17:16):
What I say selfie.
Speaker 1 (17:19):
Yeah, but it literally would have done it because he
had left the room and you thought it was over,
and then he came back in when it was just
you and your brother.
Speaker 10 (17:26):
Literally we were on our way out and I saw
him out of the corner of my eye and I
was like, Oh, why.
Speaker 2 (17:30):
Were you guys the only two left.
Speaker 10 (17:31):
Yeah, well, there was a couple people like milling around
outside on the balcony, but I think like the people
that were with him were kind of on the way
out and he was just coming back in.
Speaker 2 (17:40):
It seemed like to head to the bar real quick.
Speaker 10 (17:43):
So there were a couple people, but it was pretty
much winding down.
Speaker 2 (17:46):
We had been there for like an hour.
Speaker 1 (17:47):
Yeah, and Lissa, you went Saturday night.
Speaker 2 (17:49):
I did go Saturday night.
Speaker 5 (17:50):
I flew back from vacation early because I wanted to
experience noahcan at Fenway's so glad that I did. And
his mom came out and gave him the Fenway Call
of Fame award, which was very, very very inspiring.
Speaker 1 (18:03):
Yeah we have right now. I know.
Speaker 11 (18:08):
I don't know you had as much fun here at
Fenway as I.
Speaker 13 (18:11):
I can't believe you're the only artist to ever.
Speaker 11 (18:15):
Sell up four consecutive notes that. I also have some
news to share here on behalf of Finway Park.
Speaker 1 (18:27):
And the Boston Red Sox.
Speaker 11 (18:28):
You are officially being inducted into the Finway Music Hall play.
Speaker 1 (18:36):
How cool is that that his mother is up on
the jumper.
Speaker 3 (18:40):
For lack of a better word, it just seems like
everything noakn is cozy right. Like Gronk came up in
the big screen, Drake May came up in the big screen,
his mom and then the governor gave him a proclamation.
Speaker 1 (18:53):
It was such a good thing for Boston.
Speaker 4 (18:56):
I saw a massive video last week where it was
him performing in twenty nineteen at a local festival somewhere
around here for like ten people, and then it mashed
it together with him doing the same song at Fenway,
and it just really shows you where this guy was
just five or six years ago.
Speaker 5 (19:12):
And Also when he would leave the park every night,
all those people would stand on Lansdowne and they would
wait for his like on you know, his like car
yea thing to come through and he would lean out
the window and say hi to everybody.
Speaker 2 (19:24):
It was really cool.
Speaker 3 (19:24):
It's like everybody's a disciple now, you know. It's really
something to witness.
Speaker 1 (19:30):
But yeah, that was a great thing for Boston, especially
with you know, Sale Boston going on.
Speaker 3 (19:34):
It's been such a crazy time in the city. Think
back to World Cup when the streets of Boston were
just crazy with Scotland and with Norway and France and yeah,
France and Mepe. And it's been a crazy summer.
Speaker 4 (19:48):
Really, and we've talked about that leading up to it. Yeah,
everything that's going to be going on, and we're right
in the middle of it. Speaking of which, by the way,
Sale Boston is going on.
Speaker 3 (19:55):
The tall ships from all over the world are in
the harbor right now and you can tore them and
it's free. You can see them from your boat right Oh,
they're docked all around me. I'm telling you.
Speaker 1 (20:05):
When we take the dogs out for a walk, it's like, oh,
let's go this way. There were more ships over this direction.
Speaker 4 (20:09):
Speaking of Bill's boat, I did just post a reel
on the Billy and Lisa in the Morning Instagram to
give you an idea of the storm that Bill weathered.
It's pretty funny. Go check it out. You have a
like comment and share it.
Speaker 3 (20:23):
Yeah, Jason Tatum sat down with your friendlies Genna Bushagar.
Speaker 2 (20:27):
I know he did.
Speaker 3 (20:28):
He's got a children's bookout. But he was also asked
about the Celtics trading Jalen Brown.
Speaker 1 (20:33):
Here is what he said.
Speaker 14 (20:35):
I have nothing obviously with love and respect.
Speaker 1 (20:37):
And you said that.
Speaker 14 (20:39):
It's tough when you know you're a professional athlete and
everything we do is publicized and nitpicked, and it's been
like that. You know, we played together for nine years.
There was a part there was a period of our
career where you know, we hadn't won a championship yet.
But in retrospect, we were only twenty three and twenty old. Yeah,
(21:01):
so the expectations were so high and so they just
had to figure out a reason why we hadn't won yet.
And you know, they tried to pin us against each
other and say that one guy shouldn't be here or whatnot.
But the truth is we had nine amazing years together.
We went to the finals twice, we won a championship.
So I'll forever be grateful for, you know, those memories
(21:22):
and the time that we spent together.
Speaker 1 (21:27):
How about those Red Sox, by the way, nine road
wins in a row as they take a break for
the All Star break, don't forget the home run Derby
is tonight, Wilson condraras. Yeah, and the Red Sox is
in the Derby tonight. Socks are the hottest team in baseball.
They all they could make the playoffs. Who the thunk?
All of a sudden, we're talking playoffs. I don't know how.
Speaker 4 (21:47):
I mean how they sucked. They lost almost every game
and they've turned it around. They're exciting to watch again.
Speaker 3 (21:55):
Yeah, they got the Derby tonight, You've got the All
Star Game tomorrow night and World Cups. So yeah, down
to the final four. France and Spain will play tomorrow,
England and Argentina we'll play on Wednesday.
Speaker 1 (22:06):
And I guess ultimately we find out who gets the
Golden Boot.
Speaker 4 (22:09):
Hmmm, Well it's between Messi and Mbappe because Holland is out.
Speaker 3 (22:15):
And in case you missed it, over the weekend, there
was a eating competition at the kow Loon in Seabrook,
New Hampshire, and it was a saugus wings competition.
Speaker 1 (22:27):
Joey Chestnut was in there. But we do have the
final call.
Speaker 4 (22:31):
The champion of the wall.
Speaker 7 (22:36):
With seven points seven seven pounds of saugus wings.
Speaker 4 (22:49):
My God, continue to bless piece United States of America.
Speaker 7 (22:54):
Take yard, baby, baby, that guy.
Speaker 1 (23:00):
This is the best A bunch of guys eating saugus wings. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (23:04):
So Joey Chestnut obviously did the fourth of July he
won the Hot side eating competition and then he went
to the Seabrook this weekend, but he came in second,
very close though they both ate over seven pounds.
Speaker 1 (23:15):
Wangs, wangs, baby.
Speaker 2 (23:16):
Yeah, it's a lot of meat.
Speaker 1 (23:18):
And you got to have a technique with a wing,
a wing, not the drumstick, but the wings are very off. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (23:23):
I think that's why he lost. His technique was kind
of off.
Speaker 12 (23:25):
The flats.
Speaker 2 (23:26):
Take one really hard and I pinch and I kind
of do an umbrella method.
Speaker 1 (23:30):
Weren't trying to use my mouth in my hand and
had to scoop.
Speaker 14 (23:33):
The meat and move on to the next one.
Speaker 1 (23:35):
The drums I'm rolling.
Speaker 4 (23:36):
So I've always seen people that eat the chicken wings
and they can put the whole thing in their.
Speaker 1 (23:40):
Mouth and then pull it out, the bone out. I
can't do.
Speaker 3 (23:42):
I've done that. It works really Yeah. I don't know
why they were doing whatever technique they were using. They
seemed to be struggling.
Speaker 1 (23:49):
But seven point seven pounds of wangs, Wangs, baby.
Speaker 3 (23:53):
Wangs baby, and all of this brought to you by
the ninety nine Restaurants.
Speaker 4 (23:58):
This is a special thing. Okay, they should be proud.
Speaker 1 (24:02):
I think that they are, you know, every second of it.
They should be damn proud ninety nine restaurant. This Thursday night,
head over to the bar at the ninety nine restaurant
for a fun night of trivia. Lisa, you've done that
with your boys.
Speaker 2 (24:14):
Yeah, we actually won one time.
Speaker 3 (24:16):
Well, speaking of Wang's, they've got six packs of boning
Buffalo wangh just five dollars ninety nine cents and the
chance to win ninety nine gift cards and other great prizes.
But it's all about the wangs.
Speaker 1 (24:30):
You gotta love the nines. And there you go.
Speaker 12 (24:32):
The weekend after the Noah Con concert, I was a
trader Joe's and it was like everyone wore a Noah
Khan T shirt like there was their uniform.
Speaker 2 (24:41):
From the Planet Fitness Kiss One Away Studios. We're back
with Villy and Lisa in the morning.
Speaker 3 (24:47):
So you know, we're all big fans of Pitt Bull.
We've known him for years. He's done so much with
Kiss over the years. And by the way, he's coming back.
He's going to be at the Exfinity Center August twenty nine,
but Little John and that's, by the way, one of
the few sold out shows at the Exfinity Center. So
last week, right before we went on vacation, I guess
that's more than a week ago, we were talking about
this thing where Pittbull was looking to set a Guinness
(25:09):
Book of World Records for the number of people in
one place wearing bald caps. Right, remember we did that
short we laughed about it and this was happening at
Hyde Park in London, which by the way, is beautiful.
Speaker 1 (25:25):
And he did it.
Speaker 2 (25:26):
He did it, He did it.
Speaker 1 (25:28):
He's in the Guinness Book of World Records a total
of twenty two one and forty one people all wearing
bald caps, including him. He put one on.
Speaker 15 (25:36):
It's a vibe, It's awesome, It's like this is our youth.
Speaker 4 (25:40):
This is all millennial life.
Speaker 1 (25:44):
So yeah, it's great.
Speaker 2 (25:45):
To be a part of it. I think it was
class like it was actually we got the taxi diet.
Speaker 4 (25:48):
I'm just saying, like a wave off people and ball
cops and.
Speaker 1 (25:51):
It was actually just Amerson.
Speaker 4 (25:52):
It was just clothing.
Speaker 1 (25:54):
Then even walking in just been like this is actually clezy.
Speaker 4 (25:57):
Absolutely crazy but like couldn't be better.
Speaker 1 (25:58):
Like so so.
Speaker 4 (26:00):
Throw for Like he's been talking about this for a while,
breaking the record. Finally he got Guinness out there and
they declared it. Wow, yeah, it's crazy. Yeah, he's spoken everything.
Event give a whole proclamation.
Speaker 1 (26:12):
Tell you what.
Speaker 16 (26:12):
I'm speechless at this point, but I can't tell you
this much. I say it to the ball these all
the time and the shows. When y'all put on them
ball caps, you know you're about to.
Speaker 1 (26:18):
Have the time of your life.
Speaker 16 (26:22):
You officially in the Guinness Book of World Records. It's
all about the fans at the end of the day,
and in this day that we live in now, whether
it's high ticket pricing, whether it's artists forgetting the fact
that they're not there without the fans, that they're number one.
A lot of people forget that and humble, don't stumble.
And that's why I always say thank you when I'm
out there. I always say thank you to the fans.
(26:43):
And it's a blessing in the honor to be able
to see the ball these I see y'all all around
every city. Y'all have no clue how much I enjoy it.
So once again, thank you, And no it's not a
surprise because hard work pays off and the harder I work,
the lucky I get. And what a blessing it is
to be here at Hyde Park record breaking and record making.
Speaker 4 (27:02):
Oh yeah, you could just wake up to Piple you could.
Speaker 1 (27:06):
Oh yeah, speech every single day. Humble, don't stumble, Humble,
don't stumble, come out.
Speaker 3 (27:13):
This is the first generation Cuban winning the Guinness Book
of World Records at Hyde Park in London.
Speaker 1 (27:21):
That's pretty cool stuff right there.
Speaker 4 (27:22):
And you know, Pippole does so much, so much to
give back so much for his community as people. And
don't remember he was a drug dealer. Oh he was younger,
he was a criminal and he turned it all around
and now he's one of the biggest stars in the
world at the Infinity Center, like you said, one of
the few sold out shows. If you would have thought pipple,
I wouldn't.
Speaker 1 (27:41):
Have thought it.
Speaker 2 (27:42):
You're on your feet the whole time.
Speaker 4 (27:43):
It's amazing. Yeah we saw him.
Speaker 1 (27:45):
Yeah, his dancers were I remember being amazed his dancers.
He had five or six of them, right, they had
the moves, but they never stopped the entire show. They
never stopped dancing. You know, they'd leave for like five
seconds and then be back out again. I'm like, working
their tails off. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (28:02):
We saw him with Ricky Martin and Enrique Iglacias. Oh yeah,
and he blewed them away.
Speaker 1 (28:07):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (28:07):
I mean they were all grape, but Pipo was next level.
Speaker 17 (28:10):
I know.
Speaker 1 (28:11):
Let's go, you know, won't. I know you you won't humble.
Don't stumble, buddy, No, it really does it. Keep that
in mind remember that as you go forward.
Speaker 4 (28:20):
Yeah, I should get one of those bald cap.
Speaker 1 (28:22):
We should get the bald caps.
Speaker 4 (28:24):
We should go to the show with bald caps.
Speaker 3 (28:27):
Really, yeah, we should support at least you you for that.
Speaker 2 (28:32):
If you can get us tickets, I'll go.
Speaker 1 (28:34):
I know that's the thing. It's sold out. How many
do we need one? Let me see one tonight, won't
Oh my god, that's a good story. Yeah, when is
the date on that show, August twenty ninth.
Speaker 4 (28:50):
Well, it's my anniversary from my wedding anniversary August twenty ninth. Wow,
let's go.
Speaker 2 (28:56):
I love Billy and Lisa kiss.
Speaker 1 (28:58):
We're on vacation. We miss It's the talk Back Mafia.
Let's get some and you get some leftovers. Yeah.
Speaker 4 (29:03):
We just talked about pit Bull breaking the record for
the most bald people in London this weekend. Pretty cool.
We love pit Bull.
Speaker 17 (29:09):
Literally, every time I hear you guys say pit Bull
on this broadcast, all I can hear is pet Bull.
Speaker 4 (29:16):
Yeah, that's uh. Lewis Capaldi boo. That was actually a
really funny moment. I interviewed him at MGM Music Hall
and so we're backstage before the show and he was asked,
you know, what's the song that you cry to?
Speaker 1 (29:29):
That was the question with that we asked him there. Oh,
I like about Bulb Dylan radio Head.
Speaker 12 (29:34):
That's a lated a song called true Love Weights by
then that makes me cry a little bit.
Speaker 1 (29:40):
Depends on pet boo.
Speaker 3 (29:43):
Yeah, Dally sometimes I'm just like that stuff is as
are so beautiful.
Speaker 1 (29:49):
I know you want me, you know I want sh
I know you want me. You know I want. It's
a classic moment boo.
Speaker 4 (29:59):
But anyway, yeah, I like billion. We're back now. We
had some time off, but we are refreshed and ready
to put on a fantastic show.
Speaker 13 (30:05):
Good morning, morning crew.
Speaker 1 (30:07):
I just wanted to thank you, thank you for being there.
Every morning, I wake up and I walk.
Speaker 18 (30:14):
And I've lost my walking partner.
Speaker 14 (30:15):
My dog, because she has an injury so she can't
walk the miles that.
Speaker 15 (30:19):
I need to walk, because I need to still get
up and walk because I'm just gonna get fat.
Speaker 14 (30:24):
So Billy and Lisa and you are my besties.
Speaker 1 (30:27):
Now.
Speaker 7 (30:27):
I get up every day six am, put my iHeartRadio on.
Speaker 1 (30:31):
Listen to Billy and Lisa, and I get out there
and I walk. I love that. I love that I
don't have to wear a leash.
Speaker 4 (30:37):
Yep, what but no, we do appreciate that. And you
can listen. We say it all the time. You can
take us with you everywhere you go on the iHeartRadio app.
It is free to listen right on your phone whatever
you're doing, if you're walking, traveling, working out, doesn't matter.
Speaker 1 (30:52):
What it is.
Speaker 4 (30:53):
Bill, you mentioned the tall ships earlier, right, Obviously that's
a big deal going on.
Speaker 1 (30:56):
In Boston.
Speaker 2 (30:57):
Good morning, it's the mayor.
Speaker 15 (30:58):
I want to get this in Bill. He was talking
about the tall ships. Don't forget the Parade of Cadetzus today.
It starts off at the seaport and it ends up
in the North End at Christopher Columbus Park. So girls,
get your best outfit on. Head down to Christopher Columbus
Park in the North End and use my favorite saying
hello sailors.
Speaker 1 (31:20):
Yeah, they're all in their dress whites all over the harbor.
Speaker 4 (31:24):
I listen, I'd love to come down there, Bill, to
your boat. We have to.
Speaker 2 (31:29):
We have to. I thought we were doing it this week.
Speaker 1 (31:31):
Well, we got to pick a day. But what is
your problem? What during the afternoon. Yeah, oh, I'm sorry.
You're gonna have a plunge day that you can't miss
or live on New Hampshire. I got to move through
the half right from here, you know what to do.
Print out a picture of me and just hang it
on the boat and they'll be there in spirit and
(31:54):
we'll talk about it.
Speaker 2 (31:55):
I thought we were just going to go right from here.
Speaker 1 (31:57):
Yeah, maybe tomorrow to be beautiful. I want Lisa to
be better. Yeah, oh yeah, Lisa.
Speaker 5 (32:03):
Yeah, I'm suffering.
Speaker 2 (32:05):
I feel bad. I apologize for the way that I
sound today.
Speaker 4 (32:08):
I know, and hopefully maybe tomorrow, tomorrow you'll feel better. Yeah,
but anyway, tomorrow I'm gonna I gotta work out class
there and then I can't miss.
Speaker 1 (32:16):
What I mean, why do I bother? But if it's
on the weekend, I'll be there. Maybe we'll get together
this weekend. You'll miss the tall ship.
Speaker 9 (32:24):
I can't.
Speaker 1 (32:26):
See what I mean. No, it's fine. Anyway, go to
Billy and Lisa.
Speaker 4 (32:29):
In the morning on Instagram, we posted a little rail
there with Billy's boat from vacation. Speaking of the boat,
he was caught in the storm.
Speaker 1 (32:36):
It's pretty rough, so go check that out. Good morning everyone,
it's on from Rhyde Island. Welcome back, everybody. I'm so
excited to hear your voices.
Speaker 13 (32:43):
I was up at like five thirty this morning because
I just couldn't wait for six twenty to happen.
Speaker 9 (32:49):
Lisa, I hope you feel better.
Speaker 1 (32:50):
I'm glad you all had a great vacation.
Speaker 13 (32:52):
Billy, what was going on with Titus and Luna.
Speaker 2 (32:56):
You didn't mention them with.
Speaker 13 (32:58):
Your boat Tornado Asco almost going down with the ship.
Speaker 1 (33:02):
Phillis in all right, have a great day. Everybody love you. Yeah,
we don't take the dogs on the vineyard trip, thank god. Yeah,
oh my god. Awful, Like I can't even imagine.
Speaker 4 (33:14):
Yeah, I mean, I'm reading some of the comments on
the on the post on the rail. It's people like,
what the hell like the boat's just.
Speaker 2 (33:21):
Rock that's a big boat.
Speaker 1 (33:24):
That is a big boat.
Speaker 3 (33:25):
Imagine you had to see there was one right behind me,
more than twice the size of mine, three times the
size of mine, and it was.
Speaker 1 (33:33):
Rocking like a grain of salt. Like it was oh boy,
I mean it was Harry. All right, Well go check
out the video there. But coming up, the kids run away.
Speaker 15 (33:42):
It's the morning wrap up on Billy and Lisa in
the morning, all right.
Speaker 4 (33:46):
So we spent a lot of time on Noah Kahn
wrapping up four shows sold out at Fenway Park. Everyone
went on the show except for you Bill, I know,
but I was away, I know, I know. Riley and
I went during the week, and then Lisa flew back
for the last show.
Speaker 2 (34:00):
I flew back early, yeah, to go to the show.
Speaker 4 (34:03):
Get there, Yeah, and again. It was one of those
things where even if you couldn't go, just watching all
of the videos. I mean, kissed an amazing job covering
all four nights. They were down there live, we were
down there. It was just they did a really great
job so you could watch and kind of, you know,
live through that.
Speaker 1 (34:17):
It's funny.
Speaker 3 (34:18):
I watched all of it, all of the Kiss coverage
from vacation, so I almost felt like I was there.
Speaker 1 (34:23):
That's how good the job the station did with Noa Kan. Yeah,
and you guys did.
Speaker 4 (34:27):
And thank you everybody that participated in winning tickets talk
back for tickets. I mean we got thousands and thousands
of entries, only some winners.
Speaker 1 (34:34):
Oh that's just the way it goes.
Speaker 17 (34:35):
Good morning, Billy and Lisa and producer Riley, thank you
Kiss Win to Wait for sending us to the Noakon concert.
It was truly historic and amazing to be part of
a crowd full of energy and love for Noa Kan.
Really amazing in Fenway Park. It was a home run.
Thank you guys so much. You helped us cross the
(34:58):
great divine.
Speaker 1 (34:59):
There we go, and we go.
Speaker 4 (35:01):
And producer Riley was lucky enough to meet Noah Khan
on the Wednesday show and that was cool with her brother,
so we talked about that as well.
Speaker 3 (35:07):
It got a little embarrassed a little bit trying to
stow away in one of the equipment cases and they
caught her.
Speaker 1 (35:13):
Well, her brother was a super fan. He was nervous. Noah,
that should have been the lead. That's the lead.
Speaker 2 (35:19):
I messed it up.
Speaker 4 (35:21):
Noah meets Noah. But you know what, I don't think
he seemed to care, right, No, no.
Speaker 2 (35:25):
No, he didn't care.
Speaker 1 (35:27):
No, you just was tired.
Speaker 2 (35:28):
He wanted to go to bed.
Speaker 4 (35:29):
Exactly exactly. We had Benson Boone tickets this morning at
seven ten. We'll have more tomorrow seven ten. Bence is
gonna be in the garden Wednesday. Yeah, that's in a
couple of days. And then you know what, the next
big show is coming are Ariana Ariana Grande three nights
at the TV Garden. So the shows just continue. And
(35:49):
we talked about Billy's boat. He had a tough go
on the seas during our vacation. You go to Billy
and Lisa in the morning on Instagram, you can see
a little real there that kind of shows the footage
of what was going on with the boat. And also, Bill,
I've never seen you look so disheveled in my life.
Speaker 3 (36:05):
Well, the warm embrace of the sea is not always
that warm.
Speaker 7 (36:09):
You know.
Speaker 3 (36:09):
The sea tried to get me this right, right, But
I saw the video. I hadn't seen it. You showed
me a few minutes.
Speaker 4 (36:15):
It's really funny. Yeah, we got to sell the boat.
Speaker 1 (36:19):
It's just an unpredictable little hole.
Speaker 4 (36:22):
Yeah, that's what it is. And of course Bill is
trying to get me to drive down to his boat
to see the tall ships. Yeah, during the week during
rush hour.
Speaker 1 (36:32):
We have to while we go right from the show tomorrow.
Speaker 4 (36:36):
Again, then I'd have to drive home and rush hour.
You know what, day till you know what, you don't
need me.
Speaker 18 (36:44):
Billy, forget about Justin and Lisa. I'll come down to
your boat. I'm done working at ten o'clock, and so
will you. I could meet you there. I'm fine. I
don't drink wet wine. I like you white Michelle, and
I like dogs, and I like boats, and so there
you go. I don't mind cleaning. I don't have to
go to the bathroom.
Speaker 2 (37:05):
I usually go in the morning.
Speaker 1 (37:06):
So I go on your boat.
Speaker 13 (37:08):
And yeah, I'll jump in the ocean to Pete.
Speaker 1 (37:11):
That's okay, that's right right. It looks like a date.
Speaker 4 (37:13):
That's a problem. That's a problem solved right there, there
we go, and we've got.
Speaker 1 (37:17):
The Bens and Boon tickets tomorrow morning at seven ten. Okay,
see you then, right
