it made it to the Rock, who then reached out
to Katie.

and I honestly I never laughed so hard. I just
kept looking at it over and over again and laughing.
So you really have like helped a lot of people.
But tell us also what the Rock sent to you
to your house.
Speaker 4 (01:52):
His team from Papatui, his haircare and skincare line. They
showed up at my house last Saturday and they dropped
off gosh twelve fifteen sixteen crates worth of the product,
all different lotions bars of soap, shampoo, conditioner. It's a
(02:13):

stop by and pick them up.
Speaker 1 (02:18):
Boy, your husband's bald head is never going to look better.
Speaker 4 (02:23):
You're not right. I mean, you're not wrong. He is
already using it and he legit loves it.
Speaker 2 (02:28):
Now can it bring back hair?
Speaker 4 (02:31):
No?
Speaker 1 (02:33):
Yeah, anyway, if you don't mind man asking, Katie, where
are you calling us from?
Speaker 4 (02:39):
I live in Folston, Maryland. I'm thirty minutes north of Baltimore.
Speaker 1 (02:44):
Okay, so when is the World premiere?
Speaker 5 (02:50):

from the Rocks camp?
Speaker 3 (03:15):
Like how did they find you?
Speaker 7 (03:16):
And how?
Speaker 3 (03:17):
Well?
Speaker 7 (03:17):
I guess how I found you, but like who did
he reach out to this person? Like?
Speaker 3 (03:21):
How did that happen?
Speaker 4 (03:22):
Oh, he's got a team.
Speaker 3 (03:24):
Papatui is the is the brand.
Speaker 4 (03:26):
And they reached out to me on Instagram.
Speaker 1 (03:29):
Now, Katie, are you using the product too? Even though
you're not bald?
Speaker 4 (03:34):
The body wash smells amazing?
Speaker 5 (03:37):
Yes from yeah.
Speaker 1 (03:42):
So all right, so you guys are heading off to
the World premie. Have you ever been to the Hollywood Bowl?
Speaker 2 (03:46):

Speaker 4 (03:47):
I have not. I just got home from California this morning,
So in three weeks I'll be back out there. And
my son has never been on an airplane, so he's
super pumped.
Speaker 2 (03:56):
Oh, you get to bring your son too.
Speaker 3 (03:58):
Oh.
Speaker 4 (03:58):
I have two kids at ten and fourteen year old

the Hashion Sisters.

Speaker 3 (04:14):
Great, so tell Lauren, we said, Hi, I.
Speaker 2 (04:17):
Will, Katie.
Speaker 1 (04:18):
This is such a cool story and we are so
thrilled to have it.
Speaker 3 (04:22):
And I'm thrilled for you. How many followers did you get?
Speaker 4 (04:25):
Oh my gosh, I gained U thirteen thousand on Instagram
and I gained eighteen thousand on TikTok.
Speaker 2 (04:36):
Well, you're about to gain a whole lot more. Her

Speaker 1 (04:43):
Yes, yeah, and don't forget the sixteen creates of product.
Speaker 5 (04:47):

Speaker 1 (04:51):
Thank you so much for sharing your story with the

was on Kiss last night at nine o'clock taking calls, talkbacks,
giving dating advice. Bill will have that in the Ententertainment
Report coming up at eight forty. We have some really
fake headlines here on a Friday. This should be fun.
(05:31):
Oh yeah. First headline reads Australian woman arrested and after
opening a sex therapist for kangaroo's practice. That's gross, So
it is real. I would say it is gross.
Speaker 1 (05:48):
Yes, it's a sex therapist for kangaroos.
Speaker 2 (05:51):
Correct. They are feisty.
Speaker 3 (05:53):
Caangaro Yeah, I'm gonna go real on this.
Speaker 2 (05:56):
Very good with their hands.
Speaker 5 (05:57):
Oh my god, they say funch people square up.
Speaker 7 (06:00):
Okay, I'm gonna go real. You Oh my god, you
got us?
Speaker 2 (06:07):
What is wrong with you made that up? Well, my
son was in boxing class and I was watching them box,
and then I was thinking about kangaroos when they box. Okay, okay,
you think it's easy to producing this show?
Speaker 5 (06:21):
Impress me how you come up with the fake one.
Speaker 3 (06:23):
Yes, you have a creative mind.
Speaker 1 (06:25):
Thank you a colorful imagination. Yes, at one point I
wanted to be a writer.
Speaker 3 (06:29):
You got us?
Speaker 2 (06:30):
Yeah gotcha? All right? Next headline here, follow along please, Okay,
I'm just reading the headline. Guy snatches French fry from
a kid after stealing a car from a woman who
who stopped to help him following a crash. That's got
to be real.
Speaker 1 (06:49):
French fries is one of those things you cannot be
in the area and not.
Speaker 2 (06:53):
Have one, even in the middle of like being chased.
Speaker 1 (06:56):
Anywhere you see a fry. You're saying, real, I'm going
rail e Liz.
Speaker 2 (07:01):
Okay, but he have made this up. It sounds I
did want to be a writer.
Speaker 3 (07:06):
It sounds too long to be real. But don't go real.
Speaker 2 (07:10):
Okay, real, Go to Florida a forty six year old man.
Now you have to follow this story. He crashed his car.
He then carjacked the poor woman who stopped to help him.
That was just the beginning. He later, while he was
running away, stole a French fry from a kid a
Chick fil A, then got arrested. What's this guy doing?
Speaker 3 (07:32):
He stole my car? Not to make sure he was okay,
I got out of my car.
Speaker 9 (07:35):
He ended up taking my car and.
Speaker 3 (07:37):
Driving off with it. Glad I didn't get it. I'm
glad I wasn't in the car when he stole my car.
We were sitting right there.
Speaker 2 (07:43):
And then a man came from the street and ran
over like.
Speaker 3 (07:47):
The nask Yeah, the grass.
Speaker 10 (07:49):
And then he came and stole a chip from children,
and he wanted a mookshake.
Speaker 2 (07:56):
And then he jumped over the fence.
Speaker 11 (07:57):
And went that way.
Speaker 2 (07:59):
Yeah, must have been Tampa. Right, It doesn't say what
part of Florida crazy crazy crazy all right? Next headline here,
there's a new word out going viral, and the word
is exhaustor well well, I can't even say it exhaustor wellmulated,
(08:19):
real or fake? It couldn't have made. I mean, Lisa,
you got a book club last night?
Speaker 1 (08:25):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (08:26):
Did you get three hours of sleep?
Speaker 3 (08:27):
I got? Yeah, I'm exhaustor exhausted, emulated.
Speaker 2 (08:30):
Exhaustor well mulated.
Speaker 3 (08:33):
I'm exhausted, wemulated?
Speaker 9 (08:34):
Ye?
Speaker 2 (08:35):
Did I make that up? You think? Oh?
Speaker 5 (08:36):
Could that be a real term? I think it's real.
Speaker 3 (08:40):
I'm going to go real.
Speaker 2 (08:41):
You're going rail on this? Yeah, good thing, because Lisa
is definitely exhaustor wellmulated. Today it's a new viral term.
It's making the rounds. Uh did I say it right?
I think I did. Exhaustor well mulated. Very well done,
thank you.
Speaker 7 (08:56):
The word of the day is exhaustion wellmulated, the feeling
of being exhausted, overwhelmed, and overstimulated all at the same time.
Speaker 3 (09:07):
Exhaustor wemulated. I like this word. It's exactly what I am.
Speaker 7 (09:13):
Literally, Yeah, I'm exhausted, Yeah, overwhelmed and overstimulated all at
the same time.
Speaker 2 (09:21):
There you go. Describes my wife perfectly every single day.
She's already texted me this morning she's exhaust weumulated.
Speaker 5 (09:28):
I love it. It's all good.
Speaker 2 (09:31):
Yeah, all right, last one here, rail or fakes if
you guys can finish strong. The headline reads California teens
ride e bikes through a Walmart, causing mayhem. Yeah I
know you did. This is a wild one. This is
in California, and they took the e bikes and rode
right through the walmart. It was busy too, there were
customers everywhere created the dangerous scene. But this one guy
(09:55):
recorded them as he was trying to get them out
of here, out of there.
Speaker 8 (09:58):
I yelled at them to stop, punks, get up, got
it here before you hurt someone. I was yelling at
them to get out, and none of the store employees
were doing anything, and it really startled my daughter.
Speaker 9 (10:12):
Well, clearly there are no boundaries for these kids. This
was not a harmless crank. It's a direct result of
zero consumer awareness and a lack of compliance.
Speaker 1 (10:25):
They must have had New York cops on the scene.
Speaker 3 (10:27):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (10:29):
Is this part of like the teen takeovers?
Speaker 1 (10:32):
Probably did they set fire to No, that was my imagining.
Speaker 2 (10:36):
That was that was That was the Bras story from yesterday. Okay, yeah, yeah,
they got him out of that too.
Speaker 8 (10:42):
Yeah, get up, got it here before you hurt someone.
Speaker 12 (10:47):
Lisa, Now the entertainment updates with the Billy godstead on kis.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
So, the Olivia Rodrigo album is out.
Speaker 1 (10:55):
We are world premiering songs from the album on Kiss
all Day today. You've featured some of it in your
new Music segment on the show earlier this morning. Justin
and she did something very cool last night. Olivia Rodrigu
took over the airwave. She became basically a DJ on
Kiss one a way she was taking calls fielding talkbacks
(11:15):
all about relationships and everything else.
Speaker 2 (11:18):
Yeah, she was on the air.
Speaker 10 (11:20):
Hey, guys, look at me. I'm a radio host today.
I'm I'm very excited to be here. I have an
album that's coming out tonight. I'm like kind of a
ball of nerves. But this is perfect because it's going
to distract me. I'm gonna talk to a few of
you guys and give you some advice on your love lives.
And you know, just disclaimer, i am absolutely non expert expert,
(11:41):
you know, but I've seen a thing or two in
my day, and so I'm gonna give it my best shot.
Speaker 5 (11:47):
So yeah, I'm really excited.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
And the calls started pouring in. Let's go.
Speaker 10 (11:52):
Let's take a caller one.
Speaker 5 (11:53):
Hello, can you hear me?
Speaker 1 (11:56):
Hi?
Speaker 9 (11:56):
Olivia?
Speaker 8 (11:57):
Hi, how are you okay?
Speaker 9 (12:00):
Do I just ask a question?
Speaker 7 (12:02):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (12:02):
Go ahead, shoot, okay.
Speaker 4 (12:05):
Hi, I'm such a big fan of yours. I have
a question that I've really been grappling with the last
couple of weeks.
Speaker 3 (12:12):
I'm a thirty five year.
Speaker 1 (12:13):
Old woman and I met a really really hot twenty
five year old man.
Speaker 4 (12:19):
I guess on paper, a ten year old or a
ten year age.
Speaker 2 (12:22):
Gap just sounds so significant.
Speaker 1 (12:24):
But obviously both of us are adults and we have careers.
Speaker 5 (12:28):
I just I want to know what your take is
on this.
Speaker 4 (12:30):
Do you think this is a big deal.
Speaker 8 (12:33):
Or am I just oway thinking it?
Speaker 2 (12:36):
Ooh interesting.
Speaker 10 (12:37):
I guess it's case by case, but it's my personal belief.
Anything over twenty five is like fair game. I think
that that's totally fun. I think when you're twenty five,
you're developed, your brain is developed, You've seen things, you
have a job, you're experienced. I think under twenty five
is where it starts to get a little murky for me.
But I think you're totally in the clear.
Speaker 2 (12:55):
I think go for it.
Speaker 1 (12:56):
Yeah, she was pretty cool last night. She also took
some talkbacks from justin talk Back Mafia.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
Here it comes, Hi.
Speaker 4 (13:02):
Olivia, this is Sabrina, and I was just wondering, how
do you approach someone with the intent of getting into
a romantic.
Speaker 12 (13:10):
Relationship with them?
Speaker 3 (13:12):
And, if so, like, what methods you use?
Speaker 5 (13:16):
Thank you?
Speaker 10 (13:17):
Okay, approaching someone with the intent of getting into a
romantic relationship with them, you know.
Speaker 5 (13:23):
That's an arch that's a skill.
Speaker 3 (13:24):
I'm not sure I've honed it yet.
Speaker 10 (13:26):
My most successful tactic has been through dms. I recommend
sending a DM, and it's a lot easier than doing
it face to face. You know, Swipe up on a story,
say something cute, say something flirty. Everyone loves it. It's
very twenty first century, so I'd go with that. Also,
one of my photing techniques is I always like try
to like make an effort to touch someone's hand. And
(13:49):
I found that that's kind of successful. I've I'm like, oh, wow,
your nails are so short like some something tom like that.
So yeah, maybe try out one of those those.
Speaker 5 (14:00):
It worked for me in a past.
Speaker 1 (14:01):
I gotta tell you, if I were a program director
at Hire, she did a great job.
Speaker 5 (14:06):
Me, Mommy, I'm hosting.
Speaker 3 (14:07):
She just sounds she was having so much fun.
Speaker 2 (14:10):
Yeah, and I like how she to calls and talkbacks.
You know, we love the talkbacks obviously, and.
Speaker 1 (14:15):
I love that she chose kiss. I want to wait
for her debut. Yes, I'm just saying. Another big night
for Taylor Swift. Last night she was inducted into the
Songwriters Hall of Fame. She went there almost directly from
the next game. The other night was another late night.
Speaker 12 (14:29):
The quality of my speaking voice is it's the product
of two things that I'm not sorry for.
Speaker 3 (14:36):
One is that I went to.
Speaker 13 (14:37):
I was luck enough to go to a next.
Speaker 12 (14:38):
Game last night, screamed for one hundred percent of it.
And then I got home and I was like, you
got us all screaming. You're screaming too much, You're screaming
instead of talking. You're too excited. And I was like, Okay,
I'm not going to scream tonight. And then I got
to witness the amazing performances that I saw tonight, and
(15:00):
then I just kept screaming. I just never stopped screaming.
And so this is what you get. And again I
make no apologies.
Speaker 2 (15:08):
For that I've had to blast now.
Speaker 1 (15:09):
She says songwriting came to her really easy, even as
a young kid.
Speaker 12 (15:15):
I wrote my first song after learning my first records.
It felt easy to work incredibly hard.
Speaker 3 (15:22):
It felt easy to nurture.
Speaker 12 (15:23):
Something I loved so much, to watch callouses form on
the tips of my timy fingers, and to become a
constant observer of the human condition because people's feelings, passions,
and motivations have always fascinated me, and it was easy
to choose songwriting over everything else in my life. But
(15:45):
it couldn't have been easy for my parents and my brother.
I'm good to just pick up and move our entire
family from Pennsylvania to relocate to Nashville so that I
could home my in the songwriting capital of the world.
But after it became obvious that this was not even
remotely a temporary phase their twin daughter was going through,
(16:09):
they uprooted their entire lives to move me to Music City.
Speaker 3 (16:13):
And even though words.
Speaker 12 (16:14):
Are supposed to kind of be my thing, I will
never be able to express my gratitude.
Speaker 5 (16:20):
Do you guys for doing that for me?
Speaker 13 (16:22):
You're never reason I'm.
Speaker 1 (16:23):
Doing Yeah, you can tell. It's an important night for her,
an important event for her. It's a twenty one minute
acceptance speech last night. And by the way, right before
she took the microphone, Somber performed one of her songs, hone.
Speaker 5 (16:40):
A sweatshirt bit.
Speaker 8 (16:46):
I Was.
Speaker 1 (16:48):
And at midnight last night, Taylor released an acoustical version of.
Speaker 2 (16:53):
Her song from the Toy Story movie.
Speaker 12 (16:56):
Instead in There in al Lindo And that seems.
Speaker 2 (16:59):
Lou he's been a what.
Speaker 1 (17:04):
So you had Olivia Rodrigo big night for her on
Kiss one O eight. You had Taylor Swift big night
for her Songwriter Hall of Fame and another big night
for Lisa Dunnovan's book club.
Speaker 2 (17:16):
Last night.
Speaker 7 (17:16):
We were at Big Night Live at the TV Garden
with a line around the block. People queued up an
hour before doors open. That's how passionate they were to
see Anne patch it. And yeah, we had a great
discussion thanks to Wendy who brought her in. She owns
Hummingbird Books at the Street in Chestnut Hill, and it
was we had like eight hundred people there. They just
(17:37):
kept coming and co It was honestly, like so enjoyable
to see how many people came out, how many new
book club members came out, and ninety plus sellers. Who's
one of our sponsors gave a check to Raising a
Reader for ten thousand dollars last night.
Speaker 4 (17:52):
Good morning, Lisa, Billy, Justin and Riley.
Speaker 13 (17:56):
Is this Marty?
Speaker 12 (17:57):
I had another unbelievable time at the book club last night.
Speaker 4 (18:01):
It was so fun to hear and patch at leasa.
Speaker 1 (18:04):
You did a great job with the interview. I really
really enjoyed it.
Speaker 3 (18:08):
And I have not read any of her books, but
I'm dying too.
Speaker 8 (18:11):
I can't wait for the next one.
Speaker 4 (18:14):
And Lisa does such a great job. Thanks so much
for opening everybody's eyes to more reasear.
Speaker 3 (18:20):
Yeah, it's really it's so special.
Speaker 7 (18:23):
Honestly, I had never read an an Patchrick book, so
I read The Whistler, which is our new one.
Speaker 3 (18:27):
It's, by the way, number one on the New York
Times Bestseller Left.
Speaker 2 (18:30):
You say she has no cell phone.
Speaker 3 (18:32):
She has no cell phone.
Speaker 2 (18:34):
Imagine that.
Speaker 14 (18:36):
Now.
Speaker 7 (18:36):
That came up in our conversation. I was floored that
she can exist in this economy, in this life. She
owns a bookstore in Nashville. I said, so, how do
you call your husband like when you leave tonight? She goes,
I'll just call them when I get back at the hotel.
Use the hotel the hotel phone in.
Speaker 3 (18:53):
The roomine landline.
Speaker 1 (18:55):
So yesterday we all vowed not to talk about the.
Speaker 5 (18:59):
Taylor Truck wedding.
Speaker 1 (19:00):
Is it happening? Has it already happened? Is it happening
this weekend? Down the road whatever Madison Square Garden? But
in Rhode Island this week Hailey Bieber, Justin's wife, has
a pop up store for her product r at least
what's it called road as.
Speaker 3 (19:16):
It's road Beauty?
Speaker 1 (19:19):
And is there any reason the Bieber's would be in
Rhode Island. With all the speculation there could be a
Travis Taylor wedding in Rhode Island.
Speaker 2 (19:27):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (19:28):
I don't know, but apparently did we get word as
Justin definitely there.
Speaker 2 (19:33):
Haley is just but Haley got Okay.
Speaker 11 (19:36):
I heard you talking about Haley and Justin Bieber being
in Rhode Island, and I live in Newport, and I
can confirm that Hailey Bieber is in fact in Newport
and I saw her yesterday. I didn't see Justin.
Speaker 4 (19:52):
Yet, but I have it on good authority he will
be there as well.
Speaker 1 (19:56):
Call me crazy, I don't think the Biebers would be invited.
Speaker 2 (20:00):
Yeah, I'm not sure about that. There's been some kind
of you know, Scooter brons. Yeah, not sure if they're
all friends or not.
Speaker 1 (20:07):
But maybe the Biebers are trying to steal their thunder
and now I don't.
Speaker 5 (20:12):
Want to see.
Speaker 2 (20:12):
Now we're talking about it, it can create like a
fake story. Now people love to do that. I did
get a talk back earlier. It's buried in all the
top packs from today that's at Mariska Hagitay Billy's favorite
who is a dear friend of Taylor Swift game. Yes,
has a Broadway show that's ongoing that is every weekend,
but not this weekend. For some reason, it was black.
Speaker 7 (20:32):
I just got chills. Yeah, I literally just got shells.
See that's something that means something.
Speaker 2 (20:37):
That's some pipe and hot tea. That is some that
is c t T Is that an egg?
Speaker 5 (20:45):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (20:49):
Man?
Speaker 5 (20:49):
So we heard from Taylor a couple of minutes ago.
Speaker 1 (20:51):
I should have mentioned that Spielberg inducted her into the
Songwriters Hall of Fame, which is pretty cool. And don't
forget the Spielberg movie. Disclosure Day arrives in theaters this weekend.
That's going to do some big numbers. They're talking at
least fifty million. And President Trump's UFC Fight Night is
this coming Sunday night in DC. Now for Zach Brown
(21:14):
and the Zach Brown Band, It's not about politics.
Speaker 2 (21:18):
It's about honoring.
Speaker 1 (21:21):
Soldiers, the troops and America.
Speaker 2 (21:24):
Here he is right here, man.
Speaker 13 (21:25):
I'm there for the troops. Man, I'm there to honor America.
I'm there. This is patriotism, not politics.
Speaker 14 (21:30):
I love this country and I love all the people
that have sacrificed so that I can live my American dream,
and that everyone that lives here gets a chance to
do that if they work hard, make the right decision.
Speaker 13 (21:40):
So it doesn't have a place in politics for me.
Speaker 14 (21:43):
There's going to be like eight thousand active service members
that are going to be there.
Speaker 13 (21:47):
I'm a massive UFC fan.
Speaker 14 (21:49):
I've watched every single UFC probably multiple times, and it's
history man, getting to be part of American history.
Speaker 13 (21:55):
Man, having the first sporting event that's on the lawn
of the White House. I mean, it's an honor.
Speaker 1 (22:00):
By the way, z that Ground band one of my
favorite bands on the planet. I've seen them multiple times
in concert.
Speaker 2 (22:05):
You love them.
Speaker 5 (22:06):
You know what, My son Chris cost are going to
be at the UFC Fight Night in d C.
Speaker 2 (22:09):
With Dana White. Not about politics, not lucky him. Yeah yeah,
I like that. And everything's everyone's so angry man, oh
everything about anything? Yeah yeah, keep yelling. By the way,
you can send talkbacks in and I'm the only one
that sees them. I just want to put that up publicly.
You have if you want to be critical, which is
(22:30):
perfectly fine. This is America. You have free speech. Say
whatever you want to know. Not a single soul will
ever hear or see your talkback except me.
Speaker 1 (22:38):
Oh, I say that with love, Okay, and we do
play as many as we can.
Speaker 2 (22:42):
Oh, I want to play them all.
Speaker 1 (22:44):
Not about though, because we'll take every side, every side.
Speaker 2 (22:48):
Yeah, and I just gave you Billy Finally we got
to talk about the big contest.
Speaker 1 (22:57):
We're kicking offrom the Billy and Least the Morning Show
Monday more at seven ten. This is Hugelys. We're going
back to the match game.
Speaker 3 (23:05):
Match game board will be back.
Speaker 2 (23:07):
It's not in the studio yet, but it is coming
in today. The summer concert matchup game, match Game, all
the biggest shows coming to Boston. Those tickets will be
on the board that starts seven to ten. If you're
new to the show, the match Game, you have to
listen to the plays eight, ten and four ten. You
pay attention, you take notes, you find out which prizes,
aware which numbers, Yeah, and then you call it twenty
(23:27):
five make a match.
Speaker 5 (23:29):
It's the biggest summer ever, best summer ever game.
Speaker 2 (23:31):
I'm just saying, good effort.
Speaker 1 (23:33):
Brought to you by Dover Ruggin Home Free in home Trials,
Lifetime Trading guaranteed not just the best selection of drugs,
but the best way to buy them too. Dover ruggin
Natic Boston and Burlington Rugs and the people who know them.
Speaker 2 (23:47):
And there you go? Is that anisha egg.
Speaker 3 (23:49):
From the planet Fitness Kiss one O eight Studios.
Speaker 7 (23:52):
We're back with Billy and Lisa in the morning.
Speaker 1 (23:55):
Olivia Rodrigo right there. Yeah, we're world premiering songs off
for a new album all day today. The album is
out today. That song is called Stupid Song, which is
an interesting title for a song.
Speaker 5 (24:05):
She has another song called Maggots for Brains. She's got
a lot to say. Yeah, quite the songwriter.
Speaker 2 (24:12):
And isn't that Riley?
Speaker 1 (24:13):
Isn't that a five minute song? Stupid song?
Speaker 3 (24:16):
That was the cure? The cure is just under five minutes.
Bring back five minutes long?
Speaker 2 (24:19):
We called out a gift in the radio world.
Speaker 1 (24:22):
Oh yeah, we can get down the hall, have a
cup of coffee.
Speaker 2 (24:24):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (24:26):
But it looks like longer songs are back because for
the longest time, I think since COVID, all the songs
were like two minutes long.
Speaker 2 (24:33):
Yeah, I mean, look at Bruno Mars. I mean that
song has been number one on the COUNTDOWND going for
seven weeks this weekend. That's a four minute song. Is
that the new record for the Kisch Top thirty countdown
seven weeks. That is, he might tie the record and
then if he does next week, he would break it.
All right.
Speaker 1 (24:48):
Lisa had to leave early because she's flying off to
Travis City, Michigan. It's a very very cool weekend that
she's going to. She'll be here to talk about it
in Monday morning. But in studio right now is the
old into Alan Campbell from AC Kitchen. He's a helping
food and fitness freak, if you will, for lack of
a better word.
Speaker 5 (25:05):
So good to see you again, Alan, Thanks Billy, thanks
for having me.
Speaker 1 (25:09):
Justin was asking me off the year his son Able
is heavy into sports at a young age.
Speaker 2 (25:15):
What's the eight or nine? Justin a eight?
Speaker 5 (25:17):
He's nine years old?
Speaker 1 (25:18):
Okay, yeah, and he's been into wrestling and now the
new thing he's into boxing. But basically I'm talking about
a young kid who's into fitness and into sports. As
an expert, what would you recommend to Justin in terms
of fuel him?
Speaker 5 (25:32):
Alan?
Speaker 2 (25:32):
Before you answer that, So he is doing boxing, he
plays baseball, and you know, he's asked me questions like,
you know, how do I build muscle?
Speaker 11 (25:40):
Right?
Speaker 2 (25:40):
And I say to well, you work out, but you
also have to eat well, eat you know, nutritious food
and have protein. But he's nine. He's not gonna eat
grilled chicken. He doesn't like vegetables, you know, he likes
junk food.
Speaker 9 (25:52):
You know.
Speaker 2 (25:52):
So what suggestions do you have as a parent who's
trying to kind of instill these habits into a child.
Speaker 12 (25:58):
Yeah.
Speaker 15 (25:58):
So I've worked a lot with kids, and I think
at that age you're going to meet them where they are,
even adults, and I think sometimes they're inspired by someone
they look up to, like somebody in the sports world,
and when they see them doing it, they're more.
Speaker 2 (26:11):
Likely at least try it. Oh, he loves Otani. Yes, Tani.
Speaker 15 (26:15):
He's got a commercial on adder product that he's promoting,
and he's eating chicken or whatever. But a lot of
times too, it's like finding out what he likes as
far as flavor and then applying that to whatever you're
trying to get him to eat. Okay, if he likes
scarlet on pizza or tomato sauce on pizza, makes some
chicken with tomato sauce, right, So there's ways to kind
of get it in there and el same A chef
so I get creative.
Speaker 5 (26:34):
But yeah, sometimes it's a slow game and it's baby steps.
Speaker 1 (26:38):
You know, it's funny you say that to mix stuff
in because my son Alex, for the longest time only
ate pop tarts, pancakes, and chicken nuggets.
Speaker 2 (26:49):
Okay, and to this.
Speaker 1 (26:50):
Day it's still still pizzas. Mostly what he eats, he
doesn't He's never had a vegetable. He's never had a
bite of chicken or meat. Right, So at a young age,
I started telling them, you know what, let's get you
a shake in the morning, and we would put we would,
you know, puree like vegetables and stuff in the shake.
So now he's getting the nutrient. So you can do
that to justin you make an idea tasty shake, but
(27:13):
just put some of the stuff in there.
Speaker 2 (27:14):
Yeah, as long as it tastes sweet, right, that's the key.
Speaker 5 (27:17):
Yeah, if he's got a sweet tooth, then it definitely
should tast sweet.
Speaker 2 (27:20):
But don't forget.
Speaker 15 (27:20):
I was the same way as a kid, and I
my mom would give me the shakes to try to
fat me up because I was so skinny, and then
she stopped buying sugar and junk food in the house,
so I.
Speaker 2 (27:28):
Was that same kid.
Speaker 1 (27:29):
Yeah, I know what it's like from my own, but
it's hard for the parents, which is the point. Just
can't be making Yeah, well, okay, you were tom Brady's
personal chepherds, so okay, if I bring that up.
Speaker 5 (27:39):
Still it's still around.
Speaker 1 (27:41):
You worked out of tom Brady's home. You had two
separate kitchens in the house, so you must have had
to make food for his kids.
Speaker 15 (27:48):
They were a big piece. Even now, kids are a
big piece of what we do. If the parents are
eating separate thin the kids, it's such a it's such
a pain overall. So you can get the kids to
at least version of what they're eating, you're in a
better position. So let's say the parents are having chicken,
broccolini and some kind of rice. You might only give
the kid the chicken and the rice with some of
(28:11):
the tomato sauce they like because it's on pizza. Oh yeah,
so there's Yeah, there's ways to get creative with it.
And obviously as a chef, I know how to do.
Speaker 2 (28:17):
That really well.
Speaker 15 (28:17):
But you've got to know, uh, what they're open to
and then sort of don't give them other options.
Speaker 5 (28:24):
I know it's not easy. I don't even have kids.
But as a kid growing up, it was like, this
is dinner. You can eat it or you can go
to bed.
Speaker 2 (28:31):
Were the pop charts good for you?
Speaker 1 (28:33):
Because I used to like them? And then they came
out with the frosted was yeah, oh my god. And
then you put them in the toaster.
Speaker 2 (28:41):
That was another.
Speaker 5 (28:43):
What about toastools with that white sugar?
Speaker 2 (28:45):
Oh yeah, you put the frosting on yourself? Yeah? Is
that wrong?
Speaker 1 (28:51):
So I got to ask, I swear this is going
to be the last Tim Brady quick, okay, but you
have to meet Tom Brady's in my brain because my partner, Chris,
my son, Chris, is partners business and the other day
he launched another project. And I hope I say it right?
Speaker 5 (29:06):
It good nut, good nut? What do you think marketing?
Speaker 2 (29:10):
That's what I think?
Speaker 15 (29:12):
Meaning I used to give him raw coconut water every
every week. It was always in the fridge, something I
used a lot now in my business, in my books.
Raw coconut water is delicious. It tastes sweet and nutty.
It's not like the box stuff on the shelf.
Speaker 1 (29:26):
It's great that you say that, because that's something I
have never been able to acquire a taste for. It's
coconut water, and I know it's supposed to be really
good for you.
Speaker 15 (29:34):
The raw one you're eating, the box you're drinking the
box one. I bet it taste like cardboard?
Speaker 2 (29:39):
Are you blaming me?
Speaker 5 (29:40):
I just I'll bring some in Relly next time.
Speaker 1 (29:42):
Really so, there is a really delicious version of coconut
water milk from Cereal.
Speaker 15 (29:47):
That's what it tastes like on its own. Just raw
organic coconut water in the fridge, not on the shelf.
Speaker 5 (29:53):
It's gonna be.
Speaker 2 (29:53):
See, I've only had the one.
Speaker 1 (29:55):
You see his eyes opening, He's like, Oh, I got
something else I can get from my fitness You have
any idea how crazy he is?
Speaker 2 (30:01):
Justin I know, I love it.
Speaker 5 (30:02):
I'm i actually meet him up a drive custom fit.
Speaker 2 (30:04):
He's coming to my gym.
Speaker 15 (30:05):
I'm gonna go to a class and then we're going
to set up shop for their big America two fifty
event on July first.
Speaker 2 (30:11):
Ye are you doing? Are you doing the class?
Speaker 15 (30:13):
I'm gonna, well, I'm gonna be there for that event,
but I'll go out before and do a class with Jake, just.
Speaker 5 (30:18):
To kind of fill out the gym. Can I do
the class with you?
Speaker 6 (30:21):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (30:21):
See we're going to here we go another class. He's
got to be there.
Speaker 1 (30:25):
But isn't this something we speculated about last time you
were in because we talked about Justin's Jim Drive, which,
by the ways, well Jake was here with me.
Speaker 2 (30:33):
Oh that's right.
Speaker 1 (30:34):
Yeah, okay, So what's this event and can people go?
Speaker 5 (30:37):
So July first open to the public, but you have
to RSVP.
Speaker 15 (30:40):
It's a free workout class outside, I believe, and then
in the village they'll have all these different vendors. So
once you get into the class, then we'll have so.
Speaker 2 (30:49):
You're going to be a Tuscan village. Oh no, oh,
my job, Farrell. How you doing, buddy? What it's the
night of Portnoy. Oh you got to move it. Yeah,
I can't be there. You got to move the events
on the show.
Speaker 1 (31:01):
He's doing Lisha's book Club at Big Night Live. That
evening is yours a nighttime event? Yes, you got a
move it is. Actually it's so fine. I'll be there
in spait.
Speaker 2 (31:11):
Yeah. I can't miss the Potnoy event.
Speaker 1 (31:13):
Well that doesn't mean our listeners can't go.
Speaker 7 (31:15):
They can go.
Speaker 2 (31:16):
Okay, when is it and how.
Speaker 15 (31:17):
Do they go?
Speaker 5 (31:18):
July first?
Speaker 15 (31:19):
Go on the Drive Custom Fit Instagram. They just promoted
it today, I believe, right justin or the newsletter's gone out.
Speaker 2 (31:24):
Ah, yes, yep, yeah, so it's free.
Speaker 5 (31:25):
You just got to RSVP.
Speaker 1 (31:27):
God when you were here, it made so much sense
to us that you should be doing stuff with the
Jake and the people that drive custom Fit.
Speaker 15 (31:33):
He's so passionate about what he does, and he talks
all about community, and he does a bunch of free
events all year.
Speaker 5 (31:37):
This is just one of them.
Speaker 15 (31:39):
So I'm really on it that he's bringing us in
and letting us do our thing and share our food
with the community.
Speaker 1 (31:44):
Okay, this seems like a better time than ever for
people getting and being fit.
Speaker 2 (31:50):
I mean, think about it.
Speaker 1 (31:51):
We've got the World Cup going on right now, the
Stanley Cup finals are going on right now, The NBA
Finals are going on right now, So there's a lot
of fitness.
Speaker 2 (31:59):
Going going on.
Speaker 1 (32:00):
I think people are getting more and more into it.
But for the people who are listening right now, who
were just thinking about, you know what, I should really
start a program, you know, I should get involved with
what's a good starting off point? You just have them
feeling and thinking a little better about themselves.
Speaker 5 (32:17):
Yeah, we talked about this.
Speaker 2 (32:18):
A little bit.
Speaker 15 (32:18):
So it starts with a good night rest, get seven
to eight hours of sleep. Let's start there.
Speaker 2 (32:23):
Oh boy, okay for seven eight hours.
Speaker 5 (32:25):
That's hard for us.
Speaker 13 (32:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (32:27):
I get in on the weekends, but I can't. We
can't do it during the week. Yeah.
Speaker 15 (32:31):
So if you can't do that, at least get up
and hydrate. Hydration is a big one with sodium. What
you're losing is sodium. When Justin's doing his workout classes
and he's burning in a thousand calories.
Speaker 2 (32:40):
All the sodium is gone.
Speaker 15 (32:42):
So that's got to be replenished, right, And the same
thing with these players on the field. It's glycogen and
sodium that's going out the window.
Speaker 1 (32:48):
So are you saying we should be putting salt in
our water? Yeah, electrolytes Yeah, so oh I do the
electrolytes or just salt. You could just use salt too.
Speaker 15 (32:55):
I mean, make sure the electrolytes don't have a bunch
of citric acid and all this crowd.
Speaker 2 (32:58):
No, no, my wife's getting them. Sure, they're fine.
Speaker 5 (33:00):
Okay, she's a freak. Yeah she is. Yes, I would
totally just focus.
Speaker 15 (33:05):
On hydration and then glycogen is going to come from carbs,
so complex carbs sweet potatoes, whole sweep, and then simple
carbs like dates, honey, maple syrup, those kinds of things.
Speaker 5 (33:17):
Are you getting all this justin? You're probably already doing
all this.
Speaker 1 (33:20):
I do all this, Okay, relaxed, Okay, I'm doing the
peptides now in the morning.
Speaker 2 (33:25):
Is that a good thing?
Speaker 1 (33:26):
It depends what what peptides you want to share that
are justin? What peptides am I taking? You know the
ones I put under my tongue every morning.
Speaker 2 (33:33):
Oh, he's doing a spray. Yeah, he's doing a BPC
one five seven spray. Oh the spray, yeah, okay. And
it's not a spray, it's a squirt. It's a squirt.
Speaker 1 (33:42):
Yeah, And you put it under your tongue and you'll
lave it for ninety seconds. Not an injection in your stomach.
I mean, I'm not injecting things he is.
Speaker 2 (33:52):
I don't know what he just said, but I'm not
squirting in my mouth like Bill. But it is nice
that he does it every morning right in my studio.
Speaker 1 (33:59):
Okay, and I do it right in front of him, like, okay, dude,
where are your peptides?
Speaker 5 (34:04):
So that one has probably got more science around it.
Speaker 15 (34:06):
Not all peptides do, and some of them are coming
from random third world countries, so you gotta kind of
follow the OA.
Speaker 2 (34:13):
Yeah, Bill's not on the black market getting it. Okay, good, definitely.
I wouldn't allow that. I'm not ruling it out.
Speaker 1 (34:19):
But if you like grew a six finger, it would
be funny, or a third nipple, that's always interesting.
Speaker 2 (34:26):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (34:26):
Okay, So for starters, everybody, if they're listening, lots of
water and put some electrolytes in the water, or just
sea salt and try to have it first thing in
the morning all day.
Speaker 2 (34:36):
You can just dump sea salt.
Speaker 4 (34:37):
In the water.
Speaker 5 (34:38):
Yeah, absolutely, I do pink salt.
Speaker 2 (34:39):
I was gonna say, how about pink salt?
Speaker 5 (34:41):
So I was on pink salt for a while.
Speaker 15 (34:43):
They've tested the Himalayan salt and there's some metals in there,
so I got away from it.
Speaker 1 (34:49):
Redmond's ancient red Okay that metals aren't good.
Speaker 5 (34:54):
No, have plastics.
Speaker 1 (34:55):
Everything now has plastics in it, like microplastics in it.
But I think, oh my god, I'm terrified to anything.
Acy Kitchen is your company, What do we need to know?
Something new from ac chased the kitchen. The new website
will be up in two weeks. We're gonna do a
whole marketing campaign to promote it for the first time,
and maybe we'll put out some specials too, some discom codes.
Speaker 2 (35:14):
Okay, last time you came in, you had the almond
pasta is off.
Speaker 15 (35:18):
Now I didn't have time to go to the kitchen.
Oh the pasta, Yeah, we'll see. It might come back around.
Speaker 1 (35:25):
Every single day. My wife Michelle said, are you gonna
call Alan and get me some of the almond.
Speaker 5 (35:31):
I'll have some delivered to you on Sunday.
Speaker 2 (35:33):
How about that.
Speaker 5 (35:33):
I'll surprise her with a box.
Speaker 1 (35:35):
On Tony, I'm coming home and I'm bringing to pasta
with me. Alan, Good to see you. Are you going
to the Celtic Festival thing tomorrow?
Speaker 5 (35:42):
Yeahesh just invited me. Oh yeah, yeah, that's.
Speaker 2 (35:45):
A crazy event. All right, good to see you, buddy kids.
Speaker 3 (35:48):
One way, it's the morning wrap up on Billy and
Lisa in the morning.
Speaker 2 (35:53):
Let's wrap this show up. It's gonna be a beautiful weekend.
It's warm out, it's hot. The sun isn't out right now,
It's okay, it's gonna be a beach weekend, weekend, lots
going on. Yeah, let's wrap it up. First of all,
the Olivia Rodrigo album is out. We were all over
it today. We're playing songs all day on Kiss. She
was on the radio last night right here on Kiss
One to Wait. Yeah, taking calls and talkbacks. That was
really cool. You could find all of that on the podcast. Also,
(36:16):
we had the woman who went viral for her video
with The Rock. If you missed it, this woman from Maryland.
You know she's an Instagram TikTok. Mom posted a video
and target about his shampoo brand and him being balt
and The Rock got wind of it. Yeah, he invited
her to the Mowana premiere next month and sent about
one hundred crates of the product to her house.
Speaker 4 (36:37):
His team from Papatui, his hair care and skincare line.
They showed up at my house last Saturday and they
dropped off gosh I twelve fifteen sixteen crates worth of
the product, all different lotions bars of soap, shampoo conditioner.
Speaker 3 (36:57):
It's a lot.
Speaker 4 (36:58):
I've already been gifting it. I told friends to stop
by and pick them up.
Speaker 2 (37:03):
By the way, our husband's bald, I know. That's the
best part of it. I mean a five second video.
It just really goes to show you social media and
what can go viral. Billy and I, oh yeah, I
have gone viral and shout out to producer Riley who
made us do the Bush challenge. Yeah, Billy, do you
understand how many views and shares this video is? This
little video has gotten how many now? Oh, it's upwards
(37:26):
of almost two hundred thousand views and six thousand shares.
If you have not seen the video, it's up on
the billion Lisa in the Morning Instagram. It's uh, you
just got to watch it. But it's so funny because
you can tell it's hit the for you pages because
the comments are now like they think we're father and son.
Speaker 5 (37:41):
Yeah, oh god, hi dad.
Speaker 2 (37:46):
Yeah yeah, they think that you're my dad. That's what
That's why they think it's more funny.
Speaker 5 (37:50):
Oh god, yeah, hey dad?
Speaker 2 (37:53):
Yeah? Riley, next time, keep it to yourself.
Speaker 12 (37:55):
Know.
Speaker 3 (37:55):
The funniest part is that Billy on the show openly
does not do trends.
Speaker 5 (38:00):
He will not do a trend. I'm not doing a
TikTok dance.
Speaker 3 (38:03):
I'm not doing it.
Speaker 5 (38:04):
He'll like rage at you, and I was like, no, Billy.
Speaker 3 (38:06):
This one's funny because you get to say something funny.
Speaker 2 (38:09):
He was like, yeah, it's really good. You can you
can see Billion Lisa in the Morning on Instagram or
my page at Justin Beasy. Go check it out. And
by the way, that woman's Instagram TikTok is happy a
yellow co company.
Speaker 5 (38:21):
There you get the rock video. Very very cool.
Speaker 2 (38:23):
We also talked about beaches, because it's gonna be a
beautiful weekend. One of the best beaches, the best beach towns.
I like Rye Beach, that's past Hampton. That's really good.
Speaker 16 (38:31):
Oh my gosh, Justin stopped talking about Rye Beach. It's
not supposed to be known for US US Masul down here.
I lived in Fortumouth for twenty years, but I'm from Lancaster,
Math and I never knew about Rye Beach until I
live there, and it's the best beach in New England.
Speaker 2 (38:48):
I didn't know it was a secret either.
Speaker 5 (38:50):
It's a beautiful area.
Speaker 2 (38:52):
That section of Coachline.
Speaker 5 (38:53):
Oh, it's just beautiful.
Speaker 2 (38:54):
Because the people that are up there that go there,

Speaker 2 (39:06):

beach weekend.
Speaker 4 (39:10):
Justin cue that song.
Speaker 3 (39:12):
Got my toes in the walk, ass in the sand.
Speaker 5 (39:15):
Not a worry in the world, A cool beer in
my hand. Life is good today.
Speaker 2 (39:20):
Yeah, life is good today.
Speaker 5 (39:22):
Happy Friday.
Speaker 3 (39:24):
I just got told I get to work remotely, so

Speaker 5 (39:31):
A lot ass in the worry in load, beer in

Speaker 2 (39:39):
