Hey, you know what, last night I was going through
my Lisa's book Club tote.
Speaker 2 (00:46):
One of the.
Speaker 5 (00:46):
Gifts that I got his talkbacker the year.
Speaker 6 (00:48):
It was a little piece of paper tucked in there
and it said your choice of sitting up front at
any of Lisa's book clubs.
Speaker 2 (00:55):
So I'm calling to see how I can redeem that.
Speaker 6 (00:59):
I might be shipping, but yeah, I think I had
to shoot my shot.
Speaker 7 (01:03):
Yeah, Kim, you know people, So there was no little
note in.
Speaker 5 (01:09):
Her Yeah, might shoot your shot exactly.
Speaker 8 (01:11):
So Dave Portnoy, his book is called Cancel Me If
you can. It's out, go buy it. I read it
in one day, couldn't put it down. It's filled with
a lot of behind the scenes info that we didn't
know about, all of your favorite barstool characters like Alex
Cooper and many others.
Speaker 1 (01:29):
Chicks in the office.
Speaker 5 (01:31):
Yep, chicks in the office.
Speaker 2 (01:32):
We're going to hear about all of it tonight.
Speaker 5 (01:35):
Oh God, off the air.
Speaker 4 (01:36):
We're kind of all talking Lisa and all of us
about tonight and things to talk about. There's just so much,
you know, there's just so many things, so many topics
to cover.
Speaker 8 (01:45):
Yeah, you come at him from different places, like some
people only know Dave from his one bite pizza reviews, right,
and some people just know them from from Call Her
Daddy or Chicks in the office.
Speaker 5 (01:56):
So yeah, I can't wait. This is like Christmas morning
for me.
Speaker 2 (02:00):
Yeah, you walk up, it was Christmas morning. Yeah, here
we go, sold out crowd, Big Night Live.
Speaker 8 (02:05):
I do want to thank our sponsors because they're so important.
Ninety plus sellers, Pallo, Windows and Doors Direct, Federal Credit Union,
JEEP and Pepe's Pizza, which.
Speaker 4 (02:15):
Got a nine point or ninety four. Yeah, one of
the highest pizza scores by Dave. So they're going to
be that tonight with pizza.
Speaker 5 (02:23):
They are.
Speaker 1 (02:25):
Oh I'm sorry, hold on, hold on, just breaking back.
Speaker 8 (02:28):
It's like in the green room. So it's not like
for but it's you guys can have slice.

Is it for day?
Speaker 2 (02:35):

of peppees.
Speaker 1 (02:41):
Okay, of course.
Speaker 5 (02:42):
Yeah, I need a slice too. Okay.
Speaker 4 (02:44):
I've actually only had it one time when they came
in and I took pizza home and I had it
reheated the next day and it was fantastic, but fresh.
Speaker 5 (02:52):
Let's let's go. It's going to be piping hot.
Speaker 4 (02:55):
Yeah, so tonight, Lisa, you know, if you want to
watch the event, I can watch it online, right they can't.

Speaker 5 (03:05):
We'll all be there. Oh yeah, here's O'Riley you coming. Yeah,
I'll be there and bringing one of my friends. Oh
you are it's a guy friend? Or oh no, it's
my friend ab oh god? Okay, well the guys keep coming.
Speaker 9 (03:16):
For on the subject of dating, if producer Riley is
still open to the dating world, I'd like to invite
her and check out.
Speaker 2 (03:23):
Her dms on Instagram.
Speaker 10 (03:24):
There might be something worth checking out there.
Speaker 5 (03:27):
There you check that out?
Speaker 1 (03:28):
Okay, he's sliding in.
Speaker 5 (03:31):
Look, can't you know?
Speaker 2 (03:34):
You got him?
Speaker 5 (03:35):
Then he got this other guy?
Speaker 3 (03:36):
What's hotter than this weather? At least you've done it?
But of course how you doing ticket now?
Speaker 2 (03:42):
Incredible news every time?
Speaker 7 (03:45):
For real?
Speaker 5 (03:46):
Did you see the news this one?
Speaker 2 (03:47):
Or sick headlines?
Speaker 5 (03:49):
Refreshing news with Lisa on kids? Want to wait? All right?
Speaker 4 (03:53):
Guess the fake headline? That's the name of this game?
Real or fake headlines. I'll read the headline. You tell
me whether you think it's rare ill or fake. The
first headline of the morning woman assaults birthday party clown
with a pickle? Do we think that's a real story?
(04:13):
What did I make it up?
Speaker 1 (04:17):
I'm gonna go real, you are how's he going to
make that?
Speaker 5 (04:21):
It has to be a big pickle? Thank you? It is, like.
Speaker 2 (04:32):
I'm gonna say really.
Speaker 8 (04:35):
Really, that's because that's the pickle, right, because how big
would the pickle have to be to assault someone?
Speaker 5 (04:45):
That's why it's fine, you're laying down, that's fine. Yeah, No,
I made that up. That's I knew you did. Would
be funny though.
Speaker 4 (04:55):
The next sideline here are fake people are paying two
hundred thousand dollars to be buried next to celebrities.
Speaker 1 (05:04):
There's no way he's going two fakes in a row, right, yeah.
Speaker 5 (05:08):
But how could you be buried next to a celebrity?
Good question?
Speaker 2 (05:12):
Is there real enough money?
Speaker 4 (05:13):
Okay, we'll say yeah everything, Yeah, h Taylor's building a
castle in Madison Square. Go actively, let's go real both
going rail Yeah.
Speaker 5 (05:22):
Ready for this one.
Speaker 4 (05:24):
Celebrity super fans are spending serious money to be buried
next to their idols. One Marilyn Monroe fan paid one
hundred and ninety five grand for a mausoleum crypt right
next to her. And how about this guy, Jeff Jeff Dicker,
speaking of Pickles and Dick, Well, he paid fifty grand
to be buried next to Judy Garland.
Speaker 9 (05:43):
Judy Garland is an iconic Hollywood figure, and the Hollywood
Forever Cemetery is an iconic location, and as an independent artist,
my biggest complaint is not being seen. This ensures that
I will be seen forever. I was always a huge
Wizard of Oz fan, and of course, as a homosexual,
I love musicals. So yes, it's a it's a pretty
good match.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
There is, Yeah, creative. You know there's a Judy Garland
suite at the Lenox Hotel in Boston?
Speaker 5 (06:11):
Is it was It of Oz themed?
Speaker 1 (06:13):
It's Judy Garland games, get the Red Slipper in it
or whatever?
Speaker 5 (06:16):
The Yeah, what's the connection?
Speaker 2 (06:20):
I don't think there's a connection. It just exists.
Speaker 5 (06:22):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (06:23):
Uh so he could have saved all that money and
just stayed in the suite at the Lenox Hotel.
Speaker 4 (06:28):
Lisa, how much do you think uh one would charge
to be to be buried next to Bill?
Speaker 8 (06:33):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (06:34):
I bet somebody would pay something, you think?
Speaker 2 (06:36):
Yeah, bucks? One hundred bucks, one hundred dollars, that's all
you're going to spring?
Speaker 5 (06:41):
All right? One hundred and one dollars? All right?
Speaker 4 (06:45):
Next headline here, community comes together to give seniors a
ride on a giant slipping slide.
Speaker 1 (06:53):
I think I saw I think I saw it.
Speaker 5 (06:55):
Yeah, it's true.
Speaker 4 (06:59):
You both all this? Oh shut up. It gets so excited. Yeah,
this is actually a cool story. A senior living community
in Tennessee hosting an awesome event where residents took part
in a giant slipping slide day. There were even caregivers, firefighters,
and college athletes that played along too.
Speaker 5 (07:18):
We created this giant slipping slide.
Speaker 2 (07:21):
They're going for a great ride as fash as we can.
Speaker 11 (07:25):
The Murphy's where a fire department comes out and they
hoose it down and they helped to assist the seniors
on and off the tube.
Speaker 2 (07:31):
And I'm looking forward to it.
Speaker 5 (07:33):
This is crazy, it's fun.
Speaker 8 (07:35):
And then they get to ride down on the tubes
like like they get to be a kid again.
Speaker 5 (07:41):
We call it the ride in slide. Okay, well it's
a good idea. It's a great idea. Well it could
just go bad. Well yeah, well things can get.
Speaker 1 (07:51):
Lower back yeah.
Speaker 4 (07:53):
Yeah right, yeah, those things go fast, they do. I
was at a birthday party recently. They had a slipping
slide and they were putting dish soap on it to
make you go faster.
Speaker 5 (08:04):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (08:04):
Then there was a playground with a slide. They dragged
the slipping slide in front of the slide and looped
up the slide and went down onto the slipping slide.
Speaker 2 (08:13):
Oh yeah, that's a party right there.
Speaker 5 (08:15):
Yeah, you're gonna go flying.
Speaker 4 (08:17):
Yeah, but I mean at their age.
Speaker 2 (08:19):
Have it all?
Speaker 9 (08:21):
Hey?
Speaker 2 (08:22):
Speaking of birthdays, tomorrow's your wife's birthday.
Speaker 4 (08:24):
Isn't it, Jen?
Speaker 5 (08:25):
Yes, tomorrow is her birthday.
Speaker 2 (08:26):
Happy birthday, Jen birthday?
Speaker 5 (08:28):
Yeah? Yeah, big day tomorrow, all right? Last one here,
rail are fake.
Speaker 4 (08:32):
This could be a possible update to a previous headline,
or I could have made it up. The headline reads,
giraffe found safe after several days on the loose in Texas.
Speaker 5 (08:44):
I'm hoping that this is real.
Speaker 1 (08:46):
Yeah, it's got to be real. It has to be.
Don't make it sad and tragic. So't help me.
Speaker 4 (08:52):
Talking about well found. But okay, yes it would be
Montra if I did make this up. We had this
last week, the giraffe that ran away. While the giraffe
has been found, he was on the looms for several
days in Texas. He goes he was located four miles
from home, just living life, having fun and eating food.
Speaker 5 (09:15):
The sheriff we have located her.
Speaker 12 (09:18):
She's fat and happy and safe. She just decided to
go on a little fleeing and had a bit of
a catch me if you can't attitude there for a minute.
Speaker 2 (09:25):
But we've located her.
Speaker 12 (09:26):
She's safe and we will be happy to update everybody
at the Welcome Home Racy party.
Speaker 5 (09:33):
We'll put her back in her back in her case.
Speaker 2 (09:35):
What's the message there? She wants to be free.
Speaker 5 (09:37):
He wants to be free.
Speaker 4 (09:39):
She wanted to reunite with her lover, her boyfriend, Bill Billy.
Speaker 5 (09:43):
That's what it was she was looking for, Billy.
Speaker 2 (09:45):
Billy the giraffe is tall and thin, as tall as
a house.
Speaker 5 (09:52):
From Toes to Gin. That's a set.
Speaker 8 (09:57):
Billy Lisa Now entertain an update with a Billy constup
one away.
Speaker 2 (10:03):
And we have breaking news on the Billy and Lisa
Morning Show. Justin you interrupted us all off the air
a few minutes ago with this breaking news and involves
Lisa's book club tonight with Dave port No, I give
us the dirt.
Speaker 4 (10:18):
Well, they're selling tickets on stub Hub for thirteen hundred dollars.
Speaker 5 (10:25):
Never happened at one of my book clubs.
Speaker 4 (10:27):
Yeah, and you know what, I want to feel bad
for people that wanted to get tickets, But this event
was on sale, yes, for a while.
Speaker 8 (10:35):
And your ticket in was basically was the purchase of
the book. That's an assigned copy of the book. My
events are free.
Speaker 1 (10:42):
Y wait you pay right?
Speaker 4 (10:44):
Yeah, I know that's what happened. I can't believe it.
Speaker 5 (10:46):
That's crapy. That is so crazy. Yeah, someone's at twelve
hundred thirteen hundred, so.
Speaker 2 (10:52):
It's thirteen hundred and climbing and climbing. So by later
today it could be two.
Speaker 5 (10:57):
Grands like Noah con level. Oh yeah, I know.
Speaker 4 (11:01):
Wow, that's crazy. Yeah, big event tonight.
Speaker 6 (11:03):
I just want to join the party about being so
excited about Dave Portnoy's book club tonight.
Speaker 5 (11:08):
I live in Warwick, Rhode Island.
Speaker 6 (11:09):
I'm currently actively in the shower getting ready to head
up there, having breakfast with my dad and then spending
the day with my family and me, my mom and
my sister are going tonight, and I'm so excited. I
am the biggest STOOLI I would kill to work for Dave.
So this is beyond my wildest dreams. So thank you
Lisa for making that happen. Can't wait to see you all.
Speaker 8 (11:32):
That's what's so great about the book club is that
people literally like they plan it.
Speaker 5 (11:37):
They make a date.
Speaker 8 (11:37):
They like meet their girlfriends, they bring their daughters, they
bring their moms, depending on the subject matter, you know
what I mean. So I just am like I like
I said, this morning, it's like Christmas morning for me.
Speaker 2 (11:47):
And that talkback was from Rhode Island, And there is
a Rhode Island connection to the book club event with
Dave Portnoyd tonight, because you've got Richie and Rosie.
Speaker 8 (11:56):
Exactly, so rich and Rosie who are on the Real
Housewives of Rhode Island and will be djaying the pre
party and studio b for everybody.
Speaker 2 (12:03):
It's all come together.
Speaker 4 (12:04):
It really is all I'm Coming's only going to cost
you fourteen hundred books.
Speaker 8 (12:09):
Dave knows like he thinks like book club. You know,
you have like this sort of like idea of what
but this is fun.
Speaker 1 (12:15):
Well there, it's gonna blow his mind. He's gonna let yeah.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
Yeah, because every book.
Speaker 5 (12:20):
And everyone's there because they all bought his book.
Speaker 2 (12:22):
Yeah, and every book Club with or without Dave Portnoy,
has been an incredible night. People send in talkbacks all
the time, bragging about the experience.
Speaker 1 (12:32):
They do, yes, they do, stop bragging.
Speaker 5 (12:36):
It's fun. He still can't this stuff on the story.
That's crazy.
Speaker 2 (12:40):
Yeah, I know, I know, breaking news just to mentioned
Noah con the contest is still going on. When you
hear a Noacan song on kids when wait, you send
us a talkback. But trust me when I tell you,
you've got to make it good.
Speaker 1 (12:55):
Let's check out this one.
Speaker 13 (12:56):
You should pick me because my best friend and roommate
and I have been no One fans for years. We
weren't able to get tickets. We just graduated college in
Vermont and we loved living in Noah's home state. We're
such big fans of him, and we would love to
go to one of the Fenway shows.
Speaker 2 (13:11):
You know what I like about Noah's fans. They think
they're Noah's pals. I love that about him. He is, yeah,
like the male Taylor version, Like he connects with his
fans much like Taylor does.
Speaker 5 (13:23):
And like Harry Styles and yeah, he's amazing.
Speaker 2 (13:27):
All right. A lot going on World Cup soccer. I
mean these are the knockout rounds. We are coming down
to the end of the World Cup real soon. Team
USA is going to play Bosnia that is tonight, and
they announced yesterday there will be an indoor with all
the heat the high heat the Heat Dome. The last minute,
they planned an indoor watch party at MGM Music Hall
(13:51):
so people can watch the match and escape the heat
at the same die. And that's a great venue, by
the way, great venue, although it's going to be a
little crazy in that region because well, there's a day
game for the Red Sox Nationals today, which means Fenway
is going to be packed, sold out, and then right
after the game is the watch party for Team USA.
(14:14):
Oh man, you're not about to move down there. We
packed there and packed at the Garden and packed at
the Garden. So crazy time in the city. You may
want to allow some extra time regardless of which event
you're going to. And I spent I mentioned the Red
Sox Nationals while they played last night out at Fenway
Park and there was a bench brawl. Now the Socks
(14:36):
did lose it eight to one, but the bigger story
was the bench prawl. Apparently the Nationals pitcher had something
to say to Contreras after striking him out, and things
got crazy.
Speaker 1 (14:48):
Here we go and Kate.
Speaker 5 (14:50):
Cavali said something to Wilson Cartreres. Here we go. Benches
are clearing.
Speaker 11 (14:57):
Yeah, Wilson Contreras Homer last night and chucked his bat,
and now he wants to throw his helmet, and Miles
Michael is his former teammate trying to hold him back.
Speaker 4 (15:08):
And this is a good old fashioned dilly Brook.
Speaker 2 (15:14):
Unbelievable, crazy, unbelievable. This was intro manager Chad Tracy after
the game. Let's hear what he had to say.
Speaker 14 (15:22):
Obviously it escalated, right, I felt like my argument, I mean,
obviously I was kicked out of the game. Was felt
as though the comment made, you know, sit down boy
at the top of your lungs was part of what
caused that to happen and understood after anthing that happened,
(15:43):
the people that they chose that we're gonna leave the game.
I just felt like the other picture should have been
one of them too. That was that was my biggest
complaint there was why is he still in the game?
Speaker 5 (15:53):
That's that was my take on him.
Speaker 1 (15:55):
I can't believe the picture was still allowed to stay
in the game.
Speaker 2 (15:58):
He caused the whole thing.
Speaker 4 (15:59):
Yeah, I mean when you we add boy on, yeah,
it's disrespectful cause the whole thing, yeah, sit down boy, yeah.
Speaker 2 (16:08):
Isn't a true sphincter.
Speaker 5 (16:09):
Boy, See this just sounds disrespectful. You're a long way
from home, yuppie boy.
Speaker 2 (16:15):
Okay, it just never sounds right. No, we got to
talk about the Celtics. This Jalen Brown thing has fire
behind it. It's crazy. Everybody's buzzing about it. It's the
way the Celtics front office has been dealing with this thing.
There was a whole talk about the trade they were
looking to get Yannis that didn't work out. Yannis never
(16:36):
came to Boston. And anyway, Kendrick Perkins, a longtime Celtic legend,
he talked about it yesterday.
Speaker 5 (16:43):
They have to move him.
Speaker 15 (16:45):
And it's a reason that we're hearing reports from my guy,
Brian Wynn Horse that the Celtics are the ones actually
making phone calls right now because they know they have to. Like,
Jalen Brown is a guy that he's a difference right when.
He's a different type of individual in a good way.
He's not gonna hold back from how he feels. We
(17:08):
see that on his streams. Heading into training campin Jaylen
Brown is still on the roster. The type of energy
that's gonna be in that damn locker room. No coach,
no organization wants to deal with that.
Speaker 2 (17:21):
So what's the new buzz this morning? People wondering, Hey,
could Lebron James be coming? He's a free agent. Yeah,
he'd let the Lakers know yesterday he's done. Yeah, he's
not leaving the NBA, but he's definitely leaving the Lakers.
I mean, it would be amazing if we got Lebron.
(17:43):
I don't care how late in his career it is.
Speaker 4 (17:46):
That's just tough for Jalen. He's such a good player.
I mean, but at this point, it's like he has
to go. He's not gonna sit quietly and just stay here.
There's too much negativity the way they handled it.
Speaker 5 (17:58):
Been going on for so long.
Speaker 4 (18:00):
Yeah, well, the Janisdale fell through, and we want to
make it clear.
Speaker 2 (18:04):
The Billy and Lisa Morning Show is all jab all
the time.
Speaker 4 (18:08):
That's right, Bill, very boy. Yeah, so you just add boys. See, yeah, you're.
Speaker 5 (18:15):
A bad boy.
Speaker 2 (18:16):
Okay. So we all love Pitbull, right, love pit Bull.
We went to a show at City Hall in Lynn.
I mean put on a great show anyway.
Speaker 4 (18:26):
We went to the garden Ricky Martin, oh yeah, and
Rique and pit Bull and he was by far the
best one.
Speaker 2 (18:33):
Yeah, Pitbull lights it up. I mean, you got to
with Pitbull concert, You're leaving tar the whole time, you're
leaving with a horse voice. I mean, it's it's like
a party. So he's on tour with Little John. That
tour is coming to the Exfinity Center this summer and
by the way, is one of only a few completely
sold out shows this summer so far at the Exfinity Center.
(18:54):
And his fans this is work.
Speaker 5 (18:56):
It's good.
Speaker 2 (18:57):
We all know he's completely bald, so his fans have
been showing up at his concerts wearing bald caps to
celebrate pit Bulls baldness.
Speaker 16 (19:07):
It actually started when the world came out of the shutdown.
I went on a tour that was called the I
Feel Good Tour in the States, and you started to see,
you know, sprinkles of it. But then when we came
over the Europe this year, and we did. We started
in Dublin and it definitely went to a whole another level.
Got to London and we.
Speaker 2 (19:26):
Said, whoa, we went to a whole nother level.
Speaker 16 (19:28):
And for me to see it, it's an honor. It
makes me very very happy. And every time that I'm
at the shows, I let them know it. When y'all
put on those ball caps. I hope you all ready
to have the time in your lives and to be
able to motivate and inspire them and see that it's
they feel that it's deeper than just music, like they're
a part of a movement. They have a purpose in
what we got going on. That to me is priceless.
(19:49):
So to all the baldies, thank you. I appreciate you.
And they're the bald Ease because we saw high like
bald eagles.
Speaker 2 (19:55):
Yeah, and the bald Ease are going to be showing
up in droves July tenth because Pitbull is going to
be live streaming his show from London on the YouTube
channel and he's hoping to break the Guinness Book of
World records on the most people wearing bald caps at
an event.
Speaker 5 (20:13):
See. I like this.
Speaker 4 (20:14):
One of my fears is going bald, and so the
fact that you know, he embraces it and he encourages
other people to embrace it is a good thing. I
think about my hair every single day and losing it.
I think your hair is beautiful now, it's really a beautiful.
Speaker 2 (20:28):
Head of hair.
Speaker 5 (20:29):
It's really well, you can't tell. Thank you. Lisa here's
the thing about your hair.
Speaker 2 (20:36):
It's the product.
Speaker 4 (20:37):
Okay, it's all about you still't have hair because of genetics,
not because of products.
Speaker 5 (20:42):
Yeah, he can't understand.
Speaker 2 (20:45):
It's a gene to help out here. It's not help
trying to help feel good about yourself. You got a
beautiful head of hair. Would you know what I think
you should.
Speaker 1 (20:53):
Grow a fro?
Speaker 4 (20:55):
Well, it's just when I cut it short, you can
see it more. But you're not helping.
Speaker 5 (20:59):
Billing fedas Thanks.
Speaker 2 (21:02):
Thanks, Okay, so we put it off. We haven't mentioned
the Taylor wedding once during this entertainment report because we've
talked about it a lot this morning. Suffice it to say,
supposedly we are ours away the pre event tomorrow, right
Lisa Ni.
Speaker 8 (21:19):
So that would be the rehearsal dinner if you want
to follow normal sort of wedding protocol, and then the
next day would be the wedding. But there have been
a few new developments that happened yesterday. Eyewitnesses said that
they saw what looked like an event planner, wedding planner
come out and instruct the guys that had already put
the red carpet down to rip it up and that
they didn't like it and that it's supposed to be
(21:40):
purple instead of red, so after all that work, they
had to rip it up. There's also a story out
there that she's constructing a complete castle within MSG for
the weddings.
Speaker 2 (21:52):
King in the castle, in the castle, So she's becoming
a Bridezilla if you believe the report.
Speaker 5 (21:58):
I mean, I don't know if that Cutstitude's Bridezilla.
Speaker 2 (22:01):
But well, if she's phoning the planner because she saw
the video of the rug being put down, or.
Speaker 4 (22:08):
They could have put the wrong rug down and the
planner saw it right and didn't even tell Taylor.
Speaker 2 (22:13):
Lsha knows she said it was a cheap rug.
Speaker 5 (22:15):
Oh she did, Yeah, I know, it just looked like
a cheap carpet. Yeah, well I didn't.
Speaker 8 (22:19):
I mean when I saw it, I was like, yeah,
that doesn't very look very tailor swift to me.
Speaker 2 (22:24):
More than ever, I now believe it's all for a
Netflix special.
Speaker 8 (22:28):
No, it actually the wedding could be filmed for a
Netflix special.
Speaker 5 (22:31):
Anything's possible.
Speaker 4 (22:32):
So you think, Bill, it's they're getting married at Madison Square,
but they're also shopping into Netflix.
Speaker 2 (22:37):
I think they're already already done.
Speaker 5 (22:39):
I think the sign is.
Speaker 4 (22:42):
Going to be on Netflix. Yes, that's a youth thing.
Speaker 2 (22:44):
Yeah, oh boy, you're in a bad little boy. Hey,
We're brought to you by the ninety nine Restaurants Celebrate
America and the two hundred and fiftieth of the ninety
nine restaurant Kids Eat Free from now through July sixteenth,
with every adult on trade purchase great food, great fun.
(23:04):
By the way, Happy Birthday in America. And you gotta
love the nines there you can go.
Speaker 8 (23:09):
Yeh you from the Planet Fitness Kiss one o eight Studios.
Speaker 5 (23:14):
We're back with Villy and Lisa in the morning.
Speaker 2 (23:17):
Hey, you know what we haven't talked about in a
while is that huge wastewater spill in Behavioral affecting all
of the beaches, well, a lot of the key beaches
on the north Shore, think about it. Some of the
most beautiful beaches in the country, Cranes, Plumb Island, Ipswich,
Newberry Port, like all over the north Shore and as
(23:38):
it stands, the beaches are closed.
Speaker 5 (23:41):
Oh yeah, it's a nightmare.
Speaker 17 (23:42):
Well, good morning, kissing. Wait. I live in the north
Shore and the north Shore is going through that terrible
sewage time right now where you can't even swim in
the water on the north shore.
Speaker 6 (23:53):
All the marine life is affected.
Speaker 17 (23:55):
You can't eat anything out of the water right now.
Speaker 2 (23:57):
It's all terrible.
Speaker 17 (23:59):
I don't even think I'll be swimming this whole summer.
I mean, blosser, I think you can swim in the beaches,
but obviously I don't even want to swim anywhere.
Speaker 2 (24:06):
Very upset.
Speaker 17 (24:07):
So yeah, it looks like I'll have to wait till
next summer.
Speaker 5 (24:10):
But that's the thing.
Speaker 8 (24:11):
Like, even if they give you the all clear, like
or the next day, take the risks, who's going in
the water.
Speaker 2 (24:17):
Well, this morning they made a deal that an announcement
that test results came back on a few of the beaches,
including cranes, and the bacteria level was low. Do you
feel any better about that?
Speaker 5 (24:30):
Hook? Not really, not so much.
Speaker 2 (24:32):
No, I'm not picky. But if there's one thing I
can ask that I not be subjected to in life,
it's bathing in sewage.
Speaker 4 (24:41):
Yeah, is that a lot to ask, Although if you
think about it, how many times have you gone into
an ocean not knowing not knowing? And if you don't know,
but in this case, you do know that that's a
possibility that it's infected.
Speaker 2 (24:54):
And we've got a lot going on. All right, we're
in the middle of a head heat dome. Right, We're
talking one hundred degree plus temperatures, and now we can't
dive in the ocean for relief because it's full of
raw sewers.
Speaker 4 (25:11):
So it sounds like they're going to open the beaches,
but you can't go into the water. The Governor was
there yesterday.
Speaker 10 (25:17):
It's very able to get this bypass done tomorrow. You know,
this stuff will clear and it'll move, and you know,
I'm here to say I want those beaches open for
swimming as quickly as possible.
Speaker 2 (25:29):
Easier said than done.
Speaker 5 (25:31):
All Right, they might be open, but who's going so
you can go to the beach and look at the water? Yeah, yeah,
with your cooler, because.
Speaker 7 (25:39):
All I know is aking eight million gallons plus are
pouring into the Merrimack River, not once, but every day.
Speaker 5 (25:50):
Every day. Yeah, they're trying to get that done. Today.
Speaker 4 (25:54):
Yeah, today is the day they're going to plug it.
Speaker 2 (25:57):
When was the last time any of you have seen
eight million gallons of anything?
Speaker 5 (26:03):
Uh? And we're not I mean, you know, this is
a funny show and we're not.
Speaker 8 (26:09):
This is like it's a serious This is like a
disaster because a lot of people this is their this
is their vacation week, you know, and they've got these.
Speaker 5 (26:17):
Little kids and all you want to do is go
to the beach and jump in the water.
Speaker 8 (26:21):
And it's you know, this is this is a bad situation.
Speaker 4 (26:24):
We'll going to Old Orchard Beach tomorrow. So it would
be if like if Old Orchard.
Speaker 5 (26:28):
Was affected, right, what would you do?
Speaker 2 (26:30):
Depending on which way the current's going. I mean, by
the time you're an Old Orchard.
Speaker 8 (26:34):
Beach, they're saying, find like a local pond or lake.
Speaker 4 (26:40):
Billy doesn't do the same thing. At least, why did
you bring that up?
Speaker 1 (26:44):
Pond is the same work they're dealing with.
Speaker 5 (26:48):
Or drive to the south shore.
Speaker 4 (26:50):
I'll never forget when I when I bought my house,
there's a pool, right, I never owned a pool, and
so we opened it the first summer and the guy
came took the cover off and it was green, and
I it how long until I can swim in it?
Speaker 5 (27:01):
And he goes, you can swim in it? Right now?
Speaker 2 (27:03):
It's clean than any pond you'd go in, or the
lake down the street. I mean, that's stagnant, right, yeah.
Speaker 5 (27:14):
I mean, who am I to tell I jumped in
the frog pond? You know, Oh that's open, you can
go in there.
Speaker 2 (27:20):
Oh yeah, here's the thing. And I totally get it.
But I don't see myself driving to a splash pad.
Speaker 17 (27:32):
You know.
Speaker 2 (27:32):
I know they're opening them all and you have kids.
Speaker 8 (27:35):
What they love running through the It's like running through
a sprinkler when you were a kid, old school like that.
Speaker 5 (27:39):
That's exactly what it does.
Speaker 4 (27:41):
The Gronk splash pad looks, it's really fun, looks really
nice and just you know what, they're going to be packed.
Speaker 2 (27:47):
Find a splash pad and bring the kids. All they
want to do is they want to be wet, they
want to frolic, and they want.
Speaker 4 (27:52):
To have that's it.
Speaker 5 (27:53):
Hold out your beach hair.
Speaker 18 (27:54):
I come hey the hump day. It's me Moll from
Main So justin. I hear you're coming up tob for
the fourth of July. You should come a little bit
further up to beautiful Bath and I'll show you around
for the day. I'm carrying the banner and the parade.
I'm kind of a big deal. So yeah, let's do
(28:15):
it July fourth. Justin, hit me up.
Speaker 2 (28:18):
I don't think Bath Maye is just a little further.
I think it's a significant distance further north.
Speaker 4 (28:28):
Yeah, let's take a look here. It's one hundred and
twenty two miles from here. Ah, it's two hours and
sixteen minutes Old Orch So it's probably like an hour give.
Speaker 5 (28:36):
Or a take.
Speaker 2 (28:37):
From Old Orchard it's another hour.
Speaker 4 (28:39):
Yeah, once we get to Old Orchard, we're just staying,
going to mean the amusement park.
Speaker 2 (28:43):
And you know what up there the orchard, it'll be
nice and cold, very freshing and sewage free for now.
Speaker 4 (28:50):
Maybe, but maybe not. I think the current, you're right,
the current could drag it up.
Speaker 2 (28:56):
Well, now, you know, you gotta check out the current
and what direction what's going You know they're not telling
you that. Did you notice that. I know they're not saying,
by the way, it's all heading north, it's all heading south.
It's you know what I mean?
Speaker 4 (29:08):
Yeah, and I left. How My best friend zeb is
like right in the middle of all this. We had
him on yesterday to talk about it and break it down.
He's not actually fixing the leak. No, he's the man
of the people in Haveril, so they've sent him out
to people's houses to kind of talk to them.
Speaker 5 (29:24):
Knocking on doors, calming people down.
Speaker 4 (29:26):
Yeah, yes, he's the pr guy.
Speaker 19 (29:28):
Oh.
Speaker 5 (29:28):
I love that. He's very good at that. He's very
good at that.
Speaker 2 (29:31):
I think that's his punishment because I really believe he's
the human error.
Speaker 4 (29:36):
No, no, no, no, no no.
Speaker 5 (29:38):
He has a tough job. Man. He goes into the
poop pipe.
Speaker 2 (29:41):
I have fitting corn out of my mouth.
Speaker 5 (29:43):
Yes, that was him yesterday. Okay, Bi and Lisa kiss
talk back leftovers.
Speaker 1 (29:50):
We got a bunch join.
Speaker 4 (29:51):
Yeah, you know, we'll do birthday shout outs sometimes. You know,
we get those all the time. We love our listeners
and especially when they come or get directed to you, Bill,
they want a birthday shout out from you?
Speaker 5 (30:03):
Is that okay with you?
Speaker 2 (30:03):
That's okay with me, guys.
Speaker 19 (30:05):
It's Kelly. Just wanted to say good morning, Happy hump day,
and just let you know today is my birthday. So
I was just hoping I could get a special happy
birthday from Billy because nothing would make me happier on
this thirty third year around the world.
Speaker 5 (30:20):
Thanks guys.
Speaker 2 (30:21):
Well, all I can say is a happy birthday to you, Kelly,
thirty three years of absolute joy.
Speaker 5 (30:27):
Yeah, you're in the prime of your life, Kelly.
Speaker 2 (30:30):
Oh yeah, that really is, is she? Yeah? Yeah, right,
sounds like she's in the prime.
Speaker 5 (30:35):
Yeah. Anyway, happy birthday, Happy birthday to Jennifer Justin. Are
you going to get her a big cheese steak?
Speaker 4 (30:44):
Yeah, that's my wife's birthday tomorrow. Yeah, yeah, birthday John Yeah, yeah,
maybe I will get her a cheese steak.
Speaker 1 (30:51):
We got to do it up big tomorrow.
Speaker 5 (30:53):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (30:53):
Well, we're heading off on on on vacation, so I'll
be headed up to Old Orchard Beach.
Speaker 2 (30:58):
Are you going to spend the fourth at Old Orchard.
Speaker 5 (31:00):
B Yeah, they through the whole weekend.
Speaker 1 (31:03):
So is that where they have the two competing pizza.
Speaker 4 (31:05):
Places, Bill, Yeah, Bills and Lisa's. Yeah, I prefer.
Speaker 8 (31:09):
I know you prefer the bills the bills. Well, they're
right across the street from each other. Because I was
up there too and I took pictures, so yeah, maybe
you know.
Speaker 5 (31:16):
Lisa's like, Lisa, I love you, well, thank you. I
just don't love your pizza.
Speaker 8 (31:19):
Well I don't make the pizza.
Speaker 5 (31:25):
Yeah.
Speaker 13 (31:27):
I'm driving to West Virginia and I'm listening to you
guys on the iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 5 (31:32):
I'm with my grandma and we're going on vacation.
Speaker 13 (31:36):
Just wondering, Billy, have you ever been to a pit
Bull concert?
Speaker 5 (31:40):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (31:40):
Yeah, absolutely, I wonder why she's wondering.
Speaker 4 (31:43):
Yeah, you had the story in your yeah about.
Speaker 2 (31:48):
Probably three times.
Speaker 4 (31:49):
Well he did jingle balls in this concerts where you
interviewed pit Bull. Oh yeah, you and Lisa.
Speaker 2 (31:54):
My first passion was was basketball.
Speaker 16 (31:56):
But I think that the whole thing from from sports
and the discipline and the focus and the hard work
and you know, the practice every day helped out a
lot as far as you know, when it comes to
the music business.
Speaker 1 (32:05):
Now that basketball thing.
Speaker 2 (32:06):
I'm gonna go to water on a limb guard.
Speaker 1 (32:08):
Right, Yeah, I don't really see you up.
Speaker 2 (32:10):
No, no, no, Lisa must be taller than you.
Speaker 1 (32:15):
I mean she's got her two thousand dollars boots on to.
Speaker 2 (32:21):
What was that one?
Speaker 16 (32:24):
Yeahs that means those stay on boots.
Speaker 1 (32:27):
Oh yeah, at all times.
Speaker 2 (32:29):
Yeah, and sometimes more than others. You know what I mean.
It's that you know what I'm talking about, right, I
mean we traveled around the world. We know this stuff.
Pitballs the worldwide? Right there?
Speaker 4 (32:39):
Okay, she asked and answered, you just love putting Lisa
in awkward conversations.
Speaker 7 (32:46):
It reminds me of two thousand dollars kicks on.
Speaker 4 (32:50):
Well, it reminds me of that. That's very similar to
the dual Lipa store with the boots. All right, we're
told not to ask her about the boots, and she
came out and that was the first question. And when
it got weird, you blamed Lisa.
Speaker 5 (33:02):
I know, you threw me under the bus again.
Speaker 2 (33:03):
Well, because you're the fashionista and they were wondering about
the boots.
Speaker 5 (33:06):
They were showstopper boots.
Speaker 2 (33:08):
Yeah, I mean, and then you've got the guy saying, yeah,
don't let him. He's not allowed to talk about the
Who are you? I know, like, where are you working
in the morning?
Speaker 5 (33:16):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (33:16):
Meanwhile, I had to take the heat for it because
they told me to tell you.
Speaker 2 (33:20):
So the label guy.
Speaker 4 (33:22):
You got a picture as it's going on, this label
guy is staring at me, like staring through me, and
he makes that that that like hand gesture.
Speaker 5 (33:30):
Across the neck.
Speaker 2 (33:33):
And then I'm only going to go there deeper.
Speaker 5 (33:35):
Yeah, like leave me alone.
Speaker 1 (33:36):
Label guy.
Speaker 5 (33:38):
Okay, we like the label guy. We love the laby.
Speaker 2 (33:42):
Don't you think they exist? You know, they do.
Speaker 4 (33:44):
They do, trust me, They do. Anyway, what are you
doing for the fourth bill?
Speaker 2 (33:49):
I'm going to be in Boston, celebrating America, celebrating Boston.
Are you Boston's coming in next Saturday at the eleven?
Speaker 5 (33:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (33:56):
Aren't you staying at the uh the Judy Garland suite
at the Lennox No, I thought so.
Speaker 6 (34:03):
Good morning, it's the Mayor, Billy.
Speaker 3 (34:05):
It's official.
Speaker 2 (34:07):
Only you would know.
Speaker 5 (34:08):
And I know there's a Judy Garland suite at the
Lenox Hotel.
Speaker 2 (34:12):
She used to stay there when she came to Boston.
You are officially a gay man.
Speaker 5 (34:17):
That's what I thought. I knew there was a connection.
Speaker 2 (34:19):
You know, you got to go there, Judy Garland.
Speaker 5 (34:21):
Sweet kids, unaway. It's the morning wrap up on Billy
and Lisa in the morning.
Speaker 4 (34:28):
Well, Lisa T minus how long seven hours to the
Dave Portnoy book Club tonight?
Speaker 6 (34:34):
Ky, morning, Dean just landed in Boston, so excited for
the Red Sox and Lisa's book club tonight.
Speaker 5 (34:42):
Have a great day everyone.
Speaker 4 (34:43):
Oh yeah, that's the woman who came up. She's going
to the game, afternoon game and then she's coming to
the book club.
Speaker 5 (34:47):
She's flying in. Yeah, I have a shout out.
Speaker 8 (34:50):
I received a DM from a listener named Lauren who
she and a bunch of her friends have been big
listeners of the morning show here for years. They've been
to her Meat to Eat events, they have came to
my Jeff Benedict book Club event as a group, so
they're coming tonight as a group. They bought tickets months
ago when they went on sale. They were big. They
love Dave Portnoy too. So Lauren wrote to me and
(35:13):
said that one of our best friends and a sister, Alisha,
was supposed to come with us, but she suddenly passed
away two weeks ago at the age of thirty five.
Speaker 5 (35:23):
So she wanted me to do a shout.
Speaker 8 (35:24):
Out to Alicia and her family and all of her
friends because she really wanted to be at the event tonight.
And they would always text one another about what we
would be talking about on the show and laughing about it,
and it kind of like gave them a sense of, like,
you know, like their own little community. And so I
just wanted to say to Alicia's family, were like, so
(35:46):
heartbroken for you, but we're so happy that a group
of you are coming tonight, And in her memory, I
just wanted to give her a shout out.
Speaker 1 (35:53):
And they can be there in her memory.
Speaker 5 (35:55):
Yeah, God, that hits me.
Speaker 8 (35:57):
She was actually Alisha actually called in and was on
their show when we were talking about Saint Lucia and.
Speaker 4 (36:03):
I remember that because I honeymooned in Saint Lucia.
Speaker 8 (36:05):
Yeah, right man, you guys were all talking about the
horses on the beach.
Speaker 5 (36:09):
Yes, that was her. Oh my god. Yes, it became
like a big thing, remember so yeah, I God, that's sad.
Speaker 8 (36:16):
Yeah, but you know, please come and say hi because
we're all going to be there tonight, so let's make
sure like we chat and take a picture.
Speaker 5 (36:23):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (36:23):
Absolutely, Just look for Billy. He'll be in line in
the front of Big Night Live, waiting to get him
sweating bullets now walking forward with it tonight. Also, the
Noah contest is going on, a lot of people leaving
talkbacks trying to win tickets. The deal is, if you
want to win last minute tickets, you gotta be listening
on the iHeart app. We play a Noah Khan song
and leave it talk back. It's that easy.
Speaker 13 (36:44):
Please, I deserve no Con tickets because no Con and
I have magic tattoos. I'm literally the biggest super fan
and I just moved to Boston and this show was
on the first day of that I start work.
Speaker 5 (36:53):
Please, Wow, it's good.
Speaker 4 (36:56):
A lot of people in the running, so we have
we have some last minute tickets to give away. Were
just we're taking all the talkbacks and then I don't
know who's picking the winners on some of.
Speaker 1 (37:05):
These talkbacks should be in a talkback museum.
Speaker 5 (37:07):
Oh my god.
Speaker 2 (37:08):
I mean, they were really doing a good job with.
Speaker 5 (37:11):
Yeah, so good.
Speaker 4 (37:11):
And then finally the Taylor and Travis wedding, all the speculation,
all the hoopla, and no one knows what's going on.
It looks like Madison Square Garden. But we don't know.
We just that's what we do in this show. We speculate, Yeah,
and we love to do it. We do it so well.
Speaker 20 (37:24):
Right now, Taylor Swift is loving all of this speculation,
and I guarantee after all this she's gonna be writing
a song about it. I wish her and Travis all
the best. They are such a sweet, sweet couple.
Speaker 4 (37:39):
Yeah, I guess we'll wait and see. I'm still stuck
on the carpet that they had to put down and
dig up.
Speaker 5 (37:44):
It just looked like a cheap carpet.
Speaker 2 (37:46):
And we're heading into the fourth of July weekend. God,
there's so much going on, the World Cup, the fourth
of July weekend, God that summer heat, the Heat Dome.
We're on it all morning long tomorrow. We'll see in
the morning by
