people had to basically give their life savings to go
to see Ariana Grande. So the governor yesterday launched new
legislation and this is a very cool story. She's calling
it the Great Divide Act, which is basically an ode

to Noah con because from the beginning he's been fighting
for these resale He wants these resale things gone, and
these scalpers gone. So anyway, the governor had a press
conference yesterday and they hear some of what she said.

Our legislation is going to cap resale ticket prices and
fees for all concerts. We're saying that no concert can
be resold for more than one hundred and ten percent
of the face value that the original ticket price. So
those two hundred dollars Noah Con tickets can only be
sold for two hundred and twenty dollars now.

Heally held the press conference. She's going after the ticket scalpers,
the gougers. When you think of it, it's been a
really big story throughout sporting events and concerts. People giving
their life savings to see a concert.

They're completely shut out because they can't get the tickets
and they can't afford it.

Yeah, it's like it's outrageous.

has been fighting against the bots and the resale and
the scalpers and the gougers and everything a gainst. People

His goal was to make them non transferable, so you
can only transfer them through ticket maths, to not resell them.

super ticket price and have a trip or completely get away,
have it be less than what you would be paying

was reserved for media and radio people, which was cool, right,
I'm very grateful for that. But I had a thought
looking at the people that were especially right up close
in the pit, right, how many of those people got
those tickets for the regular price or the scalped price.

It made having that thought, Yeah, yeah, these all resold tickets.

the Patriots were playing the Seahawks of the Super Bowl,
I had planned to go into that Super Bowl the
whole year. I saved up the money and I had
five thousand dollars set aside. Thinking back to then, you
could get into a Super Bowl for right around like
two thousand dollars around twenty fourteen. But so I was
out in Arizona, I had my hotel, everything else set up,

and something went wonky with the ticket Maac market. There
was a shortage. They were going up to like ten
thousand dollars, and it was just like I wasn't even
close to it. I wasn't even relatively close to be
to buy a ticket even with the five thousand dollars.
So I put an ad on Craigslist out of all places,
just like clean for like somebody to help me give
me a ticket for five thousand dollars. So somebody responds,

and of course I'm not very trusting of what's about
to happen, but I was like, I got to try it. So,
I mean, I go to this hotel and it's a
super fancy hotel. I walk right in and out of
Hiwie Mandels are randomly there, and yeah, part of this,
it's a weird part of the story. It doesn't really

impact it much. So I'm sitting at the table and
waiting for this guy and it comes over and a
very normal guy and he actually sold me. He worked
for that. It was in Houston, Okay, Harry, get to this.

He had the ticket, gave me, he gave.

Me the He gave me the ticket for face value,
and which is eighteen hundred dollars. And he weirdly went
and lived and grew up a mass Patriots fan, worked

legislation and this is a very cool story. She's calling
it the Great Divide Act, which is basically an ode

to Noah con because from the beginning he's been fighting
for these resale He wants these resale things gone, and
these scalpers gone. So anyway, the governor had a press
conference yesterday and they hear some of what she said.

Our legislation is going to cap resale ticket prices and
fees for all concerts. We're saying that no concert can
be resold for more than one hundred and ten percent
of the face value that the original ticket price. So
those two hundred dollars Noah Con tickets can only be
sold for two hundred and twenty dollars now.

I had planned to go into that Super Bowl the
whole year. I saved up the money and I had
five thousand dollars set aside. Thinking back to then, you
could get into a Super Bowl for right around like
two thousand dollars around twenty fourteen. But so I was
out in Arizona, I had my hotel, everything else set up,

and something went wonky with the ticket Maac market. There
was a shortage. They were going up to like ten
thousand dollars, and it was just like I wasn't even
close to it. I wasn't even relatively close to be
to buy a ticket even with the five thousand dollars.
So I put an ad on Craigslist out of all places,
just like clean for like somebody to help me give
me a ticket for five thousand dollars. So somebody responds,

and of course I'm not very trusting of what's about
to happen, but I was like, I got to try it. So,
I mean, I go to this hotel and it's a
super fancy hotel. I walk right in and out of
Hiwie Mandels are randomly there, and yeah, part of this,
it's a weird part of the story. It doesn't really

impact it much. So I'm sitting at the table and
waiting for this guy and it comes over and a
very normal guy and he actually sold me. He worked
for that. It was in Houston, Okay, Harry, get to this.

He had the ticket, gave me, he gave.

Me the He gave me the ticket for face value,
and which is eighteen hundred dollars. And he weirdly went
and lived and grew up a mass Patriots fan, worked

So back in two thousand and eight, I think there
was a Lady Gaga concert at House of Blues and
we wanted to go so bad. Couldn't get tickets, couldn't
find them anywhere, so we decided to just go and
show up. And we got to the ticket window and
I said, Hi, I'm here. We won tickets on Kiss.
Want to wait, We're just ready to go in, and
they were like, oh my god, we don't have tickets

for you, and I like kind of threw a fake
melt down and was like, I won these tickets. I
drove all the way here and then we got in,
we got backstage. We got to see the whole showl
for free.

What Yeah, did you wait a minute? Do you win
tickets on kiss or not?

That was a lie.

but I pay close to seven hundred dollars to see
Stevie Nicks at Gillette. But it was my dad's favorite performer,
and I felt as if it worth every penny, and
it actually was. It was an experience.

I did at the Garden.

Yeah. Yeah, so that's I wonder if that's the Gillette's
show that it rained because when I was going to
Noah Khan, my friend saw Stevie Nicks at Gillette and
she paid a ton of money and it rained the
entire time.

She said it was awful night at Noah as well.

It was raining at Noah con. Yeah, yeah, so I
wonder if that was the same show as Stevie Nicks
at Gillette.

Ticket price is amazing. It's tuition.

Yeah, like all these bigs. Hopefully this this will pass
with Mara Healey, she'll be on to eight ten with us,
