Speaker 1 (00:00):
Wow. This morning show in Boston.
Speaker 2 (00:02):
Billy and Lisa in the morning.
Speaker 1 (00:04):
It's just a great start to my day.
Speaker 3 (00:05):
On Happy Friday. Everybody, Welcome into the Big Friday Show.
Justin Billy Lisa. It's the weekend and it's gonna be
a big one. Noah kan Fenway last two shows tonight
and tomorrow. If you want to be there, we are
giving out tickets via the talkback mike. That means every
(00:26):
time we play it Noah kN song and you're listening
on the iHeart app, just leave a talkback. Press that
red microphone button so you gotta be listening on the app.
You hear a Noah Khan song like The Great Divide
or any of his other songs, leave a talkback tell
us why you should be at Fenway this weekend and
you could win. But I want to start with some
good news. I know, Billy, you're you're itching at the
(00:47):
microphone for this news.
Speaker 1 (00:48):
What do you got? Well, listen up, everybody.
Speaker 4 (00:50):
We're gonna take a few minutes to talk about ourselves
if you don't mind. We don't do it often, but
something special happened last night and we all got a
group text from our boss, our big boss and Lisa.
You've got it in front of you. Would you read
some of it for everybody listening?
Speaker 5 (01:07):
Right?
Speaker 6 (01:07):
It came in late last night. It was nice to
see he wrote team new ratings out. Your morning show
is number one in Boston for March, Billy and Lisa,
Number one overall, number one among all listeners, not some
random age group. Number one overall in caps with persons
six plus. Congrats, appreciate you brag a little. You are
the best again. Thank you for setting the tone for
(01:28):
Kiss one way. You were truly Boston's biggest morning show.
Speaker 4 (01:32):
Funny number one and I have to be honest with
our listeners. We probably wouldn't be bragging if we didn't
get the text and he didn't suggest that we do brag.
This is a really, really nice story. We took over
the morning show. I think it's coming up on four years.
It is yep, and it was a big deal because
(01:55):
it was always a big morning show.
Speaker 1 (01:57):
It was huge. Matt Siega was a.
Speaker 4 (01:59):
Part of it. Came to an end, Matt moved to Florida.
Speaker 7 (02:02):
Big shoes to phill As we said.
Speaker 1 (02:04):
Big shoes to Phil and I got to be honest
with you. There are a lot of doubters, and I
don't blame them. It was a big show and it
was breaking up. It's hard to do, yeah, But the good.
Speaker 4 (02:13):
News is we kept it together and we worked really,
really hard. And I don't mind telling you we've been
hovering around the top constantly since day one. But these
ratings are really immense if you don't know much about
the radio industry, when you're controlling all age groups, basically
everybody over the age of six years old, according to
(02:35):
these ratings, are listening to this billion li some morning show.
Speaker 1 (02:38):
Now.
Speaker 7 (02:38):
But here's the big thing. We couldn't do it without
all of you.
Speaker 1 (02:43):
That's the key. That exactly, Lisa.
Speaker 6 (02:45):
Our listeners. Our listeners have been listening. They've been consistently listening,
and again it's we're all in this together. We love
having you guys like comment on the talkbacks, like some
of the funniest moments we've had are from our listeners.
Speaker 3 (03:03):
Absolutely, And I'm glad you brought up the talkbackers because
for me, they are the special ones. They are the
people that listen every day and they join our show,
they leave talkbacks, they listen on the iHeart app, and
they're funny, they're charming, sometimes they're mean.
Speaker 7 (03:19):
Informative.
Speaker 3 (03:20):
Informative, Yeah, how many times do we find out a
story or a piece of information from a talkbacker? Happens
every day every day.
Speaker 4 (03:26):
I think that's kind of the biggest source of pride
that we have in the show is that from the.
Speaker 1 (03:31):
Get go we involved the listeners. We made it their show.
Speaker 4 (03:35):
We like to think of you guys listening, as our
co host Justin says it, well, talkbackers with our callers.
We feel like we have a community, and it's evidenced
by the fact even with Lisa's book Club, people show up.
Speaker 1 (03:48):
They just love it. They feel like they're a part
of our group and.
Speaker 6 (03:51):
They've met new friends and the community in the circle
keeps growing is so exciting.
Speaker 1 (03:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (03:57):
And there's been a lot of changes. That's the other
tough thing, been changes, multiple changes, you know, but people
have stuck with us and they've kept showing up every
single morning and we appreciated so much. And to get
this news about the ratings fantastic, so.
Speaker 4 (04:09):
That the ratings just came in for last month, we
are number one.
Speaker 1 (04:14):
We just grabbed every key Democratic super duper.
Speaker 8 (04:18):
That's nice.
Speaker 1 (04:19):
There you go, And we don't like to brag, and
we're really not.
Speaker 4 (04:23):
I think our biggest message is to the listeners and
thanking them for being a part of this show. We
made it very clear at the beginning it was going
to be their show as much as it's ours. But
I will say I've been in this business for a
long time, A long time. I really care not to
mention how long put a number on it. So I've
been here a long time in this industry, and I
(04:45):
got to tell you something. No team works harder behind
the scenes. That's the part that the listeners don't see.
I mean, we're all in here very early. We are
always live, which by the way, is very different these days.
Speaker 1 (04:59):
A lot of people aren't. We are live.
Speaker 4 (05:01):
We're in between four and five o'clock in the morning
every single morning, and we do it because we really
enjoy it. I do it because, when I tell you,
I'm being honest, this is the most fun I have
in a day.
Speaker 7 (05:12):
And I truly believe you.
Speaker 6 (05:14):
I have to say there are some days where I'm like,
I wish the show could just continue on, because we
are laughing so much together and with our listeners, and
it's every day is different.
Speaker 7 (05:25):
That's what makes it so much fun.
Speaker 4 (05:26):
I'm actually having a celebratory breakfast Nonwich right now, and
we're having a celebratory breakfast, and I'm saying now that
I'm taking the whole team out because Lisa Man, are
you good?
Speaker 9 (05:37):
Thanks?
Speaker 1 (05:37):
And Justin.
Speaker 4 (05:38):
I can't even talk about the hours you put in,
the work you put in, because a lot of listeners
don't realize all of the other stuff that you have
to do for other elements of this company. So you're
constantly going, and it appears like you love every single moment.
Speaker 3 (05:51):
Oh I love. I mean, you know my story. I've
shared it a million times. I came from literally the bottom.
I'm so grateful to be here. And a reminder, okay,
that I used to listen to the Maddie in the
Morning Show when I was incarcerated every single morning and
think to myself, that would have been my dream if
I did not mess up my life, and I loved
it so much that I would study the clock. I
didn't know what's called the clock, but I knew the
(06:12):
time stamps. I knew what Billy's report was, and the news.
I knew all those things. I studied them, not because
I thought i'd get the job. But just because I
was passionate about it. So when I was able to
clean up my life and kind of work through the
start from the bottom to make it here, to work
with you guys every.
Speaker 1 (06:25):
Single day is a dream and I don't take it
for granted.
Speaker 4 (06:29):
I also want to shout out Producer Riley. You have
done an immense job and there's a lot of stuff
you do outside of this morning show that people don't
get to see. But I think it's amazing that such
a young person on such a big show that you're
already on the air, you have your own shifts, and
you're at the garden, you're up on the jumbo tron.
Everybody knows the name Producer Riley. I'm trying to keep
(06:52):
from crying. And we have our newest member, Katie, who's
sitting for the glass in what I call the command center,
and she's been a great addition. Katie as well, besides
talking to you guys on the phone, this is what
I mean, we're all involved with our listeners. Besides talking
to the listeners every morning on the phone, she's doing
a lot of other stuff behind the scenes that help.
Speaker 1 (07:09):
Everything that's going on here in the morning.
Speaker 6 (07:11):
I guess I do want to say thank you to
Bill though, because I have to say that I've been
working with you for now like almost twenty five years,
side by side, and anytime anyone ever asked me, I
always say, Billy Costa comes in with such a big
smile on his face every single day and so much
energy and drive, and from the second I walk in,
(07:34):
we are laughing and we are sharing stories and we're
just and I don't know about you, guys, I wouldn't
want to do it with anybody else. I mean, it
really is such a magical place, Like it's such an
early hour of the day, and you just like consistently
have so much energy for this job.
Speaker 7 (07:54):
And I just love you for it, I really do.
Speaker 6 (07:57):
You're just a super like He's just such a superstar,
great team a team.
Speaker 9 (08:01):
Anybody noticed that the Morning Show has gotten a nice
little giggle laugh at in the background that people haven't
surely pointed out. Everybody's noticed, but they haven't really mentioned it.
We just realized that's producer Riley in the background. Were
her little giggles laughs?
Speaker 3 (08:19):
Yeah, Bill pays her off the you know track, she's
a laugh track. I'm expecting five laughs A morning. Okay, right,
amazing news on the ratings. Thank you so much.
Speaker 9 (08:31):
Every when you've got good ratings and you're one, two
or three in the ratings, there is.
Speaker 1 (08:37):
Nothing your little hot desires that they don't provide.
Speaker 10 (08:44):
We're back with By and Lisa in the morning.
Speaker 4 (08:50):
Okay, this is such a cool story and I can't
believe we have it. But there's a woman named Katie
Nappi or she happened to be out shopping and came
across a shelf that had hair products and shampoo that's
being advertised by The Rock, who of course is completely bald.
Speaker 1 (09:13):
Here she was in the store.
Speaker 7 (09:15):
Don't give up on your dreams.
Speaker 1 (09:17):
The Rock is selling shampoo and conditioner and he's bald. Okay,
that's all she said.
Speaker 11 (09:23):
Five seconds Yeah I could what.
Speaker 4 (09:26):
It's all she said, and somehow it made it to
The Rock, who then reached out to Katie.
Speaker 12 (09:34):
Check this out, Katie, I loved your video so much.
I have a surprise for you, and that surprise is
I would like to invite you and your family to
our big Hollywood premiere of live action Mowanna next month
in July. I'll get you all the details, and it
(09:58):
is just Maui's way of saying thank you.
Speaker 1 (10:02):
Okay, Milana.
Speaker 4 (10:05):
Now, Lisa Dunovan reached out to Katie.
Speaker 1 (10:09):
I found her and she got right back to you.
Speaker 7 (10:12):
Yes, she was traveling in California. But yeah, when we
have Katie on the phone.
Speaker 4 (10:16):
Katie, I you gotta be kidding me.
Speaker 8 (10:22):
I guess just got chills all over again.
Speaker 7 (10:25):
It's it's unreal.
Speaker 1 (10:27):
I mean in a million years.
Speaker 4 (10:28):
By the way, your quick five or ten second post
was hilarious, hilarious, So I'm not surprised it went viral,
But what made you do it?
Speaker 1 (10:37):
Initially?
Speaker 8 (10:39):
I it was very off the cuff. I mean it
was literally six seconds in my target, and I just
thought it was funny. My husband's also bald.
Speaker 11 (10:53):
And now your bald husband has to go to the
World premiere.
Speaker 6 (10:57):
Yeah, but it's so like it was just so perfect,
and I honestly I never laughed so hard. I just
kept looking at it over and over again and laughing.
So you really have helped a lot of people. But
tell us also what the Rock sent to you to
your house.
Speaker 8 (11:14):
His team from Papatui, his hair care and skincare line.
They showed up at my house last Saturday and they
dropped off gosh twelve fifteen sixteen crates worth of the product,
all different lotions bars of soap shampoo conditioner. It's a
(11:35):
lot I've already been gifting it. I told friends to
stop by and pick them up.
Speaker 4 (11:39):
Boy, your husband's bald head is never going to look better.
Speaker 8 (11:45):
You're not right. I mean, you're not wrong. He is
already using it and he legit loves it.
Speaker 1 (11:50):
Now can it bring back hair?
Speaker 5 (11:52):
No?
Speaker 1 (11:54):
Yeah, anyway, if you don't mind my asking, Katie, where
are you calling us from?
Speaker 8 (12:00):
I live in Folston, Maryland. I'm thirty minutes north of Baltimore.
Speaker 1 (12:05):
Okay, So when is the world premiere? Kadie? Where'd you go? Oh?
Speaker 8 (12:14):
I'm here July seventh, Oh.
Speaker 1 (12:16):
July seventh.
Speaker 4 (12:16):
So this summer you and your bald husband, all due respect,
I'm sure he's beautiful. And is the world premiere in Hollywood?
In California?
Speaker 1 (12:27):
Where is Hollywood Bowl?
Speaker 7 (12:29):
Yes? So I have to ask you a question.
Speaker 6 (12:32):
When this started going viral, who reached out to you
from the Rocks Camp?
Speaker 7 (12:37):
Like how did they find you?
Speaker 1 (12:38):
And how?
Speaker 2 (12:38):
Well?
Speaker 6 (12:39):
I guess how I found you, but like who did
he reach out to this person?
Speaker 5 (12:42):
Like?
Speaker 7 (12:42):
How did that happen.
Speaker 8 (12:44):
Oh, he's got a team. Papatui is the is the brand,
and they reached out to me on Instagram.
Speaker 4 (12:51):
Now, Katie, are you using the product too, even though
you're not bald.
Speaker 8 (12:55):
The bodywash smells amazing, yes from it to me.
Speaker 1 (13:01):
Yeah. So all right, So you guys are heading off
to the world for me. Have you ever been to
the Hollywood Bowl? It's very cool.
Speaker 6 (13:09):
I have not.
Speaker 8 (13:09):
I just got home from California this morning, so in
three weeks I'll be back out there. And my son
has never been on an airplane, so he's super pumped.
Speaker 1 (13:17):
Oh you get to bring your son too.
Speaker 9 (13:19):
Oh.
Speaker 8 (13:20):
I have two kids at ten and to fourteen year
old and they are stoked.
Speaker 1 (13:22):
Oh that's perfect.
Speaker 3 (13:23):
This is me to California and she'll meet the Rock
and his wife Lauren will likely be there. And Lauren
Katie is from right there where we are in Lindfield.
Speaker 7 (13:31):
Massachusetts, and they've both been on this show on the Rock.
Speaker 1 (13:35):
The Hashian Sisters.
Speaker 7 (13:36):
Yeah great, so tell Lauren, we said, Hi, I will Katie.
Speaker 4 (13:40):

thrilled to have another.

Speaker 9 (20:36):
He's talking into the candid microphone.
Speaker 4 (20:39):
Wow, I'm ahead of the director of the Red Sox Foundation.
I'm way ahead of the globe about I'm way ahead
of Amazon Robotics.
Speaker 1 (20:49):
I step on your face, Billy, Lisa every morning, just
when I wait.
Speaker 14 (20:56):
I'm so oddly invested in Riley's situationship with the guy
at work. I want to know if you guys are
still dating, how are things going, or if things didn't
go right? Oh well, and that's fine too, But how
is it still working with him? If that's the case?
Speaker 1 (21:16):
Oh well, first of all, it's not some guy at
this office.
Speaker 7 (21:20):
It's at the Bruins.
Speaker 4 (21:21):
Yeah, some guy at the TD garden. And I know
Riley there's been a third date.
Speaker 3 (21:28):
Well, hold on, we got to back it up here.
People are listening for the first time. They don't know
the story. Okay, so back up to the beginning.
Speaker 1 (21:34):
Back it up.
Speaker 7 (21:34):
Yeah, so Riley tell the story of Well, so I.
Speaker 2 (21:38):
Had a crush on a coworker that I work with.
Speaker 5 (21:40):
There was texting, flirting, but I didn't know if he
liked me. So I was like, I asked you, guys,
should I date a coworker? Like?
Speaker 2 (21:47):
Is that a good idea? Everybody said go for it?
So I was like, okay, I'll go for it.
Speaker 5 (21:52):
I asked him if he was ever going to ask
me out, so he was like, sure, I will. So
we went out and we've gone out three times now
and it's going really well.
Speaker 2 (22:02):
That's really the update.
Speaker 7 (22:04):
That's awesome.
Speaker 3 (22:04):
So the first date was a Celtics game that was
a surprise and she planned.
Speaker 7 (22:08):
It right, planned it smart, very smart.
Speaker 1 (22:11):
Yes, step ups yeh yep.
Speaker 3 (22:13):
Second date was dinner in.
Speaker 1 (22:15):
The third date was a Red Sox game. Wow?
Speaker 7 (22:18):
And did he take you to the Red Sox game?
Speaker 9 (22:20):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (22:21):
Nice, kind of planned all of it.
Speaker 4 (22:24):
Now I got to know, does he have some sort
of inside connection where he gets free tickets to things?
Or is he going out and buying these tickets to
take you out?
Speaker 5 (22:32):
I'm sure he bought the tickets gift cards.
Speaker 7 (22:36):
Yeah, we like this guy.
Speaker 3 (22:39):
Walked right into that one. Come on, so did Okay?
So anything happened on the second or third dates?
Speaker 5 (22:48):
Well, on the third date, I finally got a kiss,
but I was like, hey, so you're ever going to
kiss me before?
Speaker 4 (22:55):
You not only asked him out, but you asked him
to kiss you first.
Speaker 7 (22:59):
Yeah, it's like really shy.
Speaker 5 (23:01):
I think he's just like reserves, like didn't want to
like make a move if it wasn't.
Speaker 2 (23:06):
Going to be reciprocated.
Speaker 5 (23:07):
But I don't mind being like, hey, like, what's the
deal here.
Speaker 1 (23:11):
Let's now this kiss? Was it a real like? Was
he all in on this kiss?
Speaker 15 (23:15):
So?
Speaker 1 (23:15):
Are we talking about tonsil hockey?
Speaker 5 (23:17):
Not not quite more than a pack? Less than a
make out bill? You must know?
Speaker 3 (23:26):
So wait, hold on so longer than so a pack?
Speaker 1 (23:30):
What extended? Basically? Yeah?
Speaker 3 (23:33):
Okay, sweet?
Speaker 7 (23:34):
Like just like it's like a sweet. It was like
a nice sweet.
Speaker 2 (23:37):
Yeah, it's like goodbye.
Speaker 1 (23:39):
Didn't he didn't want you?
Speaker 10 (23:41):
Did he?
Speaker 1 (23:42):
Okay? Yeah, no, you can't have anything.
Speaker 2 (23:44):
That's reserved for you from that man.
Speaker 1 (23:47):
I like this though.
Speaker 3 (23:48):
I like that he can stick his tongue down your throat,
you know, he's kind of.
Speaker 7 (23:53):
Yeah, but it's.
Speaker 2 (23:54):
Date three, so I was like, come on, now, let's let's.
Speaker 7 (23:56):
Go right, So do you have plans for a date four?
Speaker 2 (23:59):
Yes, fryday. I don't know what we're doing yet.
Speaker 1 (24:02):
But did you want him stop?
Speaker 5 (24:05):
Oh?
Speaker 7 (24:06):
He needs to stop?
Speaker 1 (24:07):
What's wrong? I'm just trying to feel my way through
this relationship.
Speaker 7 (24:10):
I think we know enough.
Speaker 15 (24:13):
Okay, they had a kiss, that's all the matter. Well,
he was doing on his own he was asked to. Yeah,
so this guy's got to step it up.
Speaker 2 (24:24):
Stuck on this.
Speaker 3 (24:26):
No, we love this, producer, Riley.
Speaker 1 (24:28):
We love this for you. We really do.
Speaker 3 (24:30):
By the way, did you catch how I played Where
is my Husband Going into that Love?
Speaker 7 (24:33):
That like two nights ago? Yeah?
Speaker 3 (24:39):
MGM musical.
Speaker 1 (24:40):
Wow.
Speaker 3 (24:40):
So Olivia Rodrigo was on Ryan Seacrest yesterday. I listened
to it, and there's a question that Ryan asked Olivia
Rodrigo that I think kind of applies to this because Riley,
who Riley, is in her twenties, So I think this
question applies.
Speaker 11 (24:53):
What is something that you think someone in their early
twenties who falls in love? What is it common mistake
you see looking back of someone that falls in love
in their early twenties.
Speaker 1 (25:05):
For example, she.
Speaker 2 (25:05):
Really shouldn't ask me, I'm no export.
Speaker 16 (25:11):
I mean, I think it's this common thing when you're
like feeling really intensely for someone that you kind of
like get like like you don't because on your friendships
is not you don't focus on your work or whatever.
And I think that's a recipe for disaster. I mean
it's a very pretty easy one, but I think that's
really important. I see me and my friends sometimes fall
into that trap and it just never ends well.
Speaker 7 (25:31):
So she said she wasn't focusing on our work.
Speaker 3 (25:33):
Yeah, like, you know, going all in on the relationship
and not paying as much attention to her work or
her friends, more importantly, her friendships.
Speaker 1 (25:41):
Which is I've made that mistake.
Speaker 7 (25:42):
You dropped your friend at times?
Speaker 3 (25:44):
Yeah, yeah, because you're so infatuated with the person. Yeah,
and all of a sudden, you know, not hanging out
with your friends, not talking to them, and then you
know what not to put bad juju wanted you producing ralely,
the relationship goes bad and you go crawling back the
friends are gone.
Speaker 7 (25:55):
Yeah, that's actually a really good piece of advice. I
want Olivia.
Speaker 1 (25:59):
Wow, this is just good. And we're watching this whole
thing blossom. But I think it's going well.
Speaker 3 (26:03):
It's it's going slow, you know, it's going slow, and
it's progressing slowly. Although I did ask producer Riley if
she would have minded a kiss on the first date,
and she said she would have been down for it.
Speaker 5 (26:14):
Yeah, I'm very pro kissing on the first date because
it's important.
Speaker 2 (26:18):
It's important to me.
Speaker 7 (26:19):
You got to know what's going on exactly.
Speaker 2 (26:22):
You want to you want to feel the chemistry.
Speaker 17 (26:23):
Yeah, I'm being careful about to say things because you
know me, my mind works in crazy ways.
Speaker 1 (26:29):
We'll just ask her a normal question. Well, Riley shared
another secret with him. I'm not going to go public.
Speaker 2 (26:34):
No, you can't.
Speaker 3 (26:35):
No, why would he say that.
Speaker 2 (26:36):
I don't even know what the secret was.
Speaker 1 (26:38):
Okay, that's why I'm not saying it.
Speaker 7 (26:40):
You can't tell him anything.
Speaker 1 (26:42):
Let me ask you this.
Speaker 4 (26:43):
Does the fella know that he's a topic of a
conversation on a major Morne show up?
Speaker 17 (26:51):
Oh okay, yeah, I have no idea, So he has
it brought it up like, hey, but we're not saying
his name or anything.
Speaker 1 (27:04):
Bill doesn't even know this person's name. Don't Why would
she tell me his name? We don't tell you anything.
Speaker 6 (27:10):
But okay, if you want someone to know something, then
tell Bill.
Speaker 7 (27:14):
That's what I'm saying. If you Yeah, But going.
Speaker 3 (27:17):
Back to the question with Olivia. I think that you know,
we all make mistakes, especially earlier, earlier in life. Yeah,
I've made a ton of mistakes in relationships, and you know,
I think Riley, it's going well.
Speaker 1 (27:29):
But do the best you can.
Speaker 3 (27:31):
Don't make a mistake.
Speaker 1 (27:31):
It's okay.
Speaker 7 (27:32):
Don't lose yourself. That's what Olivia was saying.
Speaker 6 (27:34):
Don't lose yourself, don't lose your friends, don't put your
career on hold, especially in your early twenties.
Speaker 1 (27:40):
I think Eminem said it best lose yourself or don't.
Speaker 4 (27:44):
I'm just saying, I'm just trying to my thoughts to myself,
and I'm saying stupid things to avoid letting those stupid
thoughts kind of leak out.
Speaker 1 (27:52):
Well, he stuck with the kids.
Speaker 6 (27:57):
Now it's topic time with a Billy Lisa in the morning.
Speaker 4 (28:01):
Topic Time presented Body Catches Law Group, New England's Personal
injury Experts.
Speaker 1 (28:05):
If you've been injured on the job, no fault of
your own.
Speaker 4 (28:08):
By the way, set up a free consult at ketcheslaw
dot com. So we're talking a little bit about big
mistakes that people in their twenties make, especially on first dates.
Speaker 6 (28:17):
Right they and also just in New relationships, like Olivia
Rodrigo said, like she lost herself in this relationship. She
wasn't focusing on work. She was like not hanging out
with her friends anymore. So I think that's like one
of the biggest ones, right, you get all you go
all in, and then you kind of you forget everybody.
Speaker 1 (28:34):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (28:34):
Another big one for me personally was, you know, I
was so jealous when I was younger because I was
so insecure, and you know, I wasn't comfortable with myself.
So nobody wants a jealous, possessive boyfriend.
Speaker 1 (28:48):
You know.
Speaker 3 (28:48):
I was the type of person that if I was
out with her and there was another guy that looked
at her the wrong way or I thought the wrong way.
Speaker 2 (28:54):
You know.
Speaker 3 (28:54):
Nowadays, though, I've done some work on myself, and now
it's a compliment. If I see a guy checking out
my wife, it's a compliment.
Speaker 1 (29:01):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (29:01):
I got to tell you, when I was young, like
in high school, I was very very jealous as a boyfriend.
Speaker 1 (29:05):
Yeah, same thing.
Speaker 3 (29:06):
Yeah, yeah, and that that lies within our own insecurities
and fears.
Speaker 1 (29:11):
Yeah, Now, don't overdo it with the jealousy thing. If
you're listening. Yeah, I'm just some work on yourself.
Speaker 13 (29:16):
I think my biggest thing I learned was to make
sure you're fully healed from a relationship before jumping into
a new one. Because I was in a very serious
relationship in my early twenties, and once that ended, I
gave myself a few months and then I got caught off.
I was in college, got caught up with a guy
(29:38):
who wasn't looking for a relationship and it just didn't
go well. So give yourself enough time and grace to heal.
Speaker 1 (29:45):
Mm hmm yep. Thanks, that's another good one.
Speaker 3 (29:47):
Yeah, don't don't jump to the rebound so quick.
Speaker 9 (29:50):
Yep.
Speaker 3 (29:51):
I think I think a lot of us have a
fear of being alone. I know, I did. You know,
So a relationship ends, you think you need to jump
into another relationship because you just don't want to be
alone and feeling the failings.
Speaker 1 (30:00):
You're failing, you know, And you.
Speaker 4 (30:01):
May have a fear of being alone and not even
know it right, just heal, you know. So you're acting
in weird ways because of that.
Speaker 3 (30:07):
Yeah, And that's where you depend on your friends and
the people that are close to you and your family
and your family exactly.
Speaker 10 (30:11):
Hey you Riley, Oh my gosh, she's so funny. I'm
so excited for you and this boy. And I'm wondering,
since you said the fourth date, you're not sure what
you're doing yet, what would you choose if you were
planning the date, Because it sounds like, you know, he's
planned a couple of the first ones to do baseball games,
so nice. But girls can plan fun dates too, So
(30:34):
that's my take. I want to know, what would you
plan if you were in charge of this fourth date.
Speaker 4 (30:39):
That's a good question because he did go big, he
went all in.
Speaker 1 (30:43):
He took you to.
Speaker 4 (30:43):
The Celtics and then the Red Sox, so maybe he's waiting.
Speaker 2 (30:47):
To see, well, yeah, choose yes, well yeah. I've actually
told this before on the After Show. My dream date
is to go to the aquarium. I've said this multiple times.
I don't care what people think about this. I want
to go to the aquarium. I think it'd be fun.
Speaker 5 (31:03):
But we tend to hang out at night, so you
can't do the aquarium at night. At this current moment,
I kind of want to just do like a movie night,
like we're always out.
Speaker 2 (31:13):
I want to do something in well then playing.
Speaker 1 (31:16):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (31:17):
Yeah, I don't know how to ask myself to his
apartment though.
Speaker 7 (31:23):
Yeah, like that's gonna come naturally.
Speaker 1 (31:25):
It will, it will come naturally.
Speaker 4 (31:27):
Yeah, you, billy, I can't believe you did that, because
that was the other thing I alluded to earlier.
Speaker 1 (31:35):
Next morning, she said, you know, I know he lives alone.
Speaker 12 (31:37):
You think.
Speaker 1 (31:39):
Don't encourage Bill please?
Speaker 2 (31:41):
Yeah, I'm sorry.
Speaker 3 (31:42):
You can do a day trip. Why can't you do
a day date?
Speaker 1 (31:45):
That can happen right right now?
Speaker 5 (31:47):
Our schedules aren't really aligning for that with the brewin
season and stuff like that.
Speaker 2 (31:50):
He's very busy and has.
Speaker 7 (31:52):
Another job too, right, yeah, so it'll get there, okay,
all right, So all right the aquarium.
Speaker 1 (31:59):
The aquarium, that's what it's.
Speaker 7 (32:02):
Actually. I went to a really beautiful wedding there.
Speaker 1 (32:06):
Oh it's so cool. They do a great events there.
I've got a lot of events.
Speaker 3 (32:10):
They sell the penguins.
Speaker 2 (32:11):
Yeah, oh yeah, that's like front and center.
Speaker 3 (32:14):
When I was a kid growing up the elementary school,
we go one field trip to the aquarium and we
see the penguins and.
Speaker 1 (32:18):
Think about it.
Speaker 4 (32:19):
At least it said she was at a great wedding, right,
and the penguins are always dressed for the wedding, you know.
Speaker 1 (32:29):
Oh my God hold on go,
