Speaker 1 (00:00):
What up everybody? After Show podcast the Army. Hello, I
am here. I am ready to deliver a podcast to you.
Hopefully you're doing well. The show just wrapped up, so
it is time for the after show. So yeah, I
did ask Ashley Feldman to come down, but she only
can give me five minutes. Imagine that all that I
do for her five minutes because she has a lash appointment.

(00:22):
So I think she's coming down. By the time she
gets here, it'll probably be four minutes that I'll have
with her. I have a lot to say. I have
a lot of questions to ask for these people. I
like to have conversations, you know, extended. I don't like
time limits, and I like long podcasts too.

Speaker 2 (00:37):
By the way, I'm one of the after show members
that love the long ones. When I get out of work,
it's my go to thing. I pull up my phone,
put on the podcast. When I see how many minutes
it is, it's over twenty. It's like a gift, so
thank you, but we'll take whatever we can get.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
Thank you, ah, thank you so much. Yeah, some days
it's five minutes longer. What are we at now? Four minutes? Ashley?

Speaker 3 (01:02):
You have three and a half minute.

Speaker 1 (01:04):
It was five, What do you what do you have
to do?

Speaker 3 (01:07):
I have to get my eyelash just done. Shout out
to Nicole Crusoe and Weymouth.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
Nobody better the plug already? Who were you? Billy Costa asked.

Speaker 3 (01:16):
I'm going to get my lashes done and that's where
I will be.

Speaker 1 (01:18):
Can I ask a question though, as I'm looking at
your face, Yeah, your lashes look great.

Speaker 3 (01:23):
She's amazing.

Speaker 1 (01:24):
That's why are you going to get them done?

Speaker 4 (01:25):
Because I get them done every like two and a
half weeks just to get phill, so they'll we'll see. Okay,
look at them now and you can compare to tomorrow.
They'll be fluffyer.

Speaker 1 (01:34):
Can I ask dumb question? Are they real?

Speaker 4 (01:38):
Okay, guys, they're your friend? No, I said, eyelash extensions.
So she's putting eyelashes.

Speaker 1 (01:43):
On my eyelashes to make them longer.

Speaker 3 (01:45):
To make them look Yeah. Well so it's what I
never have to put on mascara.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Oh. One time, my wife Jen, you know, we love Jen,
she bought the fake eyelashes.

Speaker 3 (01:54):
Thing, yeah, like strip slashes and.

Speaker 1 (01:55):
Put them on and I was completely horrified, and she
was not happy that I did not like the eyelne.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
Did it look like she could fly away by batting
her Yeah? I mean, listen there. It all depends on
where you go who you get them done by. Nicole
who does mine will only do like natural lashes. She's
not gonna You're not gonna be up, sit down and
bat your eyelashes and be flying to the moon.

Speaker 3 (02:15):
Ain't gonna happen.

Speaker 4 (02:16):
Now.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
I can't stop looking at them. They look they look good,
they look natural.

Speaker 3 (02:20):
That's what I'm saying. Yeah, you may not have even
known that I had them.

Speaker 4 (02:22):
No, just I just needed to, Like I it saves
time for me in the morning because we get up
so early, but I just needed to look like I
always have mask kar on.

Speaker 1 (02:29):
Really well, there's a lot of pressure for you too
with the getting up so early because you put up
a picture every single morning at home.

Speaker 4 (02:36):
It's so funny because I did that one day, like
a couple of years back. I posted this picture at
four something in the morning, and then it became a
trend with the people that listened to my show that
I will get DMS.

Speaker 3 (02:48):
People being like, oh.

Speaker 4 (02:49):
You're off today, Oh right, If I don't post the
picture in the morning, they don't think I'm live, they
don't listen.

Speaker 3 (02:53):
It's become a legit thing with people that listen to
my show.

Speaker 1 (02:57):
You didn't tell the boss that, did you?

Speaker 3 (03:01):
He'll be like, even if you're off, you have to
set your alarm.

Speaker 1 (03:03):
Post the photo right right right. I think that my
social media would be better if I posted myself more.

Speaker 3 (03:10):
For sure. You're always posting the kids, which I love
seeing the kids.

Speaker 4 (03:14):
Or I think even if you posted Jen more, you think, yeah,
I want.

Speaker 3 (03:18):
To know Jen. Like you posted a video the other
day and it was just her feet.

Speaker 1 (03:22):
Oh I did well.

Speaker 4 (03:23):
She was like in front of the pool with Gemma
and it was just Jenn's right.

Speaker 3 (03:26):
We want to see more Jens.

Speaker 1 (03:27):
Okay, I took this one yesterday and at the pool.
See this one right here, that's her. She lost her job,
so she's just gonna him.

Speaker 3 (03:34):
Yeah, you might not want to post me a really well,
I don't need to ask. I would ask her about this.

Speaker 4 (03:39):
You can't see any titty, no, I know, but she's
in she's in her bathing, so she might girl, you
know girls are she might?

Speaker 3 (03:44):
You gotta get the oki dok on that.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
I feel like though when she sends it, that's the
I will I will get approval. I feel like that's
the I like the way I look.

Speaker 4 (03:51):
She sent that to you, she did, okay, yeah yeah,
yeah yeah. But you I think if you're going to
start posting the more, you definitely need to get the
oki dok before you.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
Just like it's a confidence thing for me, you know,
no matter why. I don't know. I don't think I
look good on camera? That's do you Okay, let me
let me ask them. You've done TV, obviously you're big
on social media. You're very like, you know, out there.
When you look back at yourself on TV or on pictures, horrified.

Speaker 4 (04:15):
Oh oh, because when I did Real World, I was
a baby, So it's like watching my baby self like face,
like I don't I don't even talk the same because
I was young everything. Yeah, I know it creeps me
to watch my my Real World season, But I.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
Take videos now.

Speaker 4 (04:29):
I walk by the mirror daily in my fucking house
and I'm like, oh, like horror, you know.

Speaker 1 (04:33):
Like it's just you'd never know that, I'd never know that.

Speaker 3 (04:36):
That's the truth.

Speaker 1 (04:37):
As you come off as confident.

Speaker 3 (04:39):
Well yeah, but we're all our own worst critics.

Speaker 4 (04:42):
I mean, one thing you can always know is that
nobody has whiter teeth, so you can take that to
the bank.

Speaker 1 (04:47):
Brother, talking about your teeth me, Yeah.

Speaker 3 (04:51):
Yeah, they're not real, but they're white.

Speaker 1 (04:53):
Okay, hold up, hold that thought. You just talked about
your eyelashes and shout out to Nicole. Yeah okay, and
why is she so great because she makes them look natural?
Same thing as my teeth.

Speaker 3 (05:03):
You think your teeth look natural?

Speaker 1 (05:04):
Absolutely, one hundred percent. Yes. And by the way, they're
not veneers, they're just crowns.

Speaker 3 (05:11):
Right, but that it's a crown over your real tooth.

Speaker 1 (05:14):
This is only because you knew me before. That's it.
Someone that sees me for the first time would never know.
I'm telling you, I compliments all the time on my teeth.

Speaker 4 (05:21):
If we found they're not bad veneers, No they're not.

Speaker 3 (05:25):
But you can tell that.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
You can tell because you knew me.

Speaker 3 (05:29):
I don't know.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
How do you know? I just don't have a nice
set of choppers.

Speaker 4 (05:32):
I mean those would be like wow, because teeth are hereditary.
So if you had those like straight you know, straight up,
oh gee, that would mean your line has the nicest set.

Speaker 1 (05:43):
It's like just that they don't well plush. I didn't
brush my teeth for a year at a time, you know,
like I didn't hold a toothbrush for months on NDY.
When you're homeless, you don't brush your teeth.

Speaker 3 (05:52):
No, I would, you just want to get high.

Speaker 1 (05:54):
Never Ever, when I got clean, like my teeth were
not doing well, they were rotting out of my head.

Speaker 3 (05:59):
Yeah, I don't ever remember them being that aggressively.

Speaker 1 (06:01):
I did a lot of work on them afterwards.

Speaker 4 (06:03):
Yeah, because like I would notice something like that, and
I don't ever remember looking at your teeth being like,
oh my god, he didn't brush his teeth.

Speaker 3 (06:09):
I'm brushing your teeth free. How often do you brush now?

Speaker 1 (06:11):
Twice a day? Yeah, I'm very religious about it and
with my children too.

Speaker 3 (06:16):
You have to be very because you have to be.

Speaker 1 (06:18):
I love my parents, but they weren't sticklers for flossing
and brushing every day. You know what the big thing
is for me, and that's what I try to teach
able and Gemma is uh you never this is a
rule of life. You never go to bed with food
in your mouth, like food and your teeth. You always
brush and then go to bed. In other words, don't brush,
eat something and then go to bed.

Speaker 4 (06:35):
No.

Speaker 3 (06:35):
Yeah, yeah, that's a that's a nice rule of thumb.

Speaker 4 (06:37):
Yeah, I I've gotten to the point note like like
I threaten in my house, like I like little baby threats.
So I basically tell her, like, if you don't brush
your teeth at night before you go to bed, your
teeth will fall out and you have to go to
the hospital. Works every time you got to do it,
works every time she's running down there to get that toothbrush.

Speaker 1 (06:52):
That's Leila. Daisy is a little bit easier probably, right, Yeah, she.

Speaker 4 (06:55):
Does it, but she does it for fun right now,
you know. But she brushes her teeth at the same time.
Does I'm trying to teach routine, you know, So.

Speaker 1 (07:01):
She'll brush her teeth, she brushes her own.

Speaker 3 (07:04):
She brushes her own, and then I brush her after.

Speaker 4 (07:07):
So I let her get a little bit of the independence,
and Daisy same thing. I let them, you know, and
then I go back in there myself.

Speaker 1 (07:13):
Right. So Abel had a I know you have to
go So let me just play this real quick. Abel
had to get a silver crown, a silver tooth because
he had a cavity that was really bad. Okay, so
I he was I brought him to the dentist he
refused to take the needle the novacane. I mean panic.
Actually yeah, it was a horror scene. So the dentist

(07:34):
finally was like, we can't do this.

Speaker 3 (07:35):
I've heard some kidspt with the hospital.

Speaker 1 (07:37):
Yeah. So we left and Jen's like, he needs to
do this, he needs to do this. So I said
to him, Abel, if you do this for me, okay,
if you get the fucking novakan, no, I.

Speaker 3 (07:46):
Will take you to xxx Tantasians grave.

Speaker 1 (07:49):
No, I said, if you do it next time, No,
that's Juice World in Chicago. Juice. If you do it,
you can call me right after and you can say, dad,
I'm not a bitch. And he goes, I can say
that word I said one time, only if you get
it done. And you know what happened.

Speaker 2 (08:07):
I'm not a.

Speaker 3 (08:12):
Listen. We got it done, We got it done.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
Do what you got to do.

Speaker 3 (08:15):
As parents, people called survival.

Speaker 1 (08:18):
That's all that matters, all right, is my time up here?

Speaker 3 (08:21):
Yeah, but you are a bitch.

Speaker 1 (08:22):
Thank you, thank you, And you know what, I'm grateful
for you for telling me all the time, as.

Speaker 4 (08:27):
Many times as I can possibly. But guys, let don't
let him fool you. He tells me about myself literally daily.

Speaker 1 (08:34):
Okay, yeah, will you come back on the podcast for
a longer period.

Speaker 3 (08:38):
Of time, Yes, yes, I absolutely will. How was your
show today, by the way, did you make people laugh?

Speaker 2 (08:41):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (08:42):
We definitely did. Oh yeah. We had some really really
funny moments with Billy because he messes up all the time.
Like you know the Dave Matthews song Crash into Me Crash, Yeah,
he says smash. He thought it would smash top it.

Speaker 3 (08:55):
Yeah, we love Bill.

Speaker 1 (08:56):
Yeah. And then one more thing. So you know the song,
the thong song, Yeah, Cisco Cisco. So you had to
name that song. Yeah. I didn't ask for that, but
thank you. You know. So we had to to play
like a short clip of the song and you have
to guess what the song is. So it's thong song.
But Billy didn't say that. He said song song. Let
me know. He goes, let me see that song, and

(09:16):
then was upset when I didn't give him the point. No,
that's not that, that's not so you think I shouldn't
have gave m the point.

Speaker 3 (09:21):
Yeah, I'm with you on that.

Speaker 1 (09:22):
That's not a song song, that's what he said. He's song.

Speaker 4 (09:25):
No, yeah, did you isn't there isn't there a rumor
that Cisco never made like a dollar of the song
because he says in it, you're living Levita Loca.

Speaker 3 (09:34):
And I don't think he got the copyright for that.
That is the true story.

Speaker 4 (09:37):
You have to look this up, but I believe because
he used that verbiage without getting the copyright, like you
would think he would have made so much money off
the Thong song and he didn't.

Speaker 3 (09:45):
Interesting guys cross reference that, but I'm pretty sure.

Speaker 1 (09:48):
Probably just made it. I made that up, but that's okay. Yeah, yeah,
he did say smash Dave Matthews band, Oh yep, Friday night,
and then a couple of weeks he thought he had. Yeah,
he was so upset about that.

Speaker 4 (10:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (10:02):
Yeah. The other thing we did was the World Cup
and we don't know anybody that's going to you.

Speaker 3 (10:05):
I don't know a single soul going.

Speaker 4 (10:07):
I do know that the opening game is Saturday night
Scotland Verus Haiti and doesn't start till nine pm, and
little kids are going and I'm.

Speaker 3 (10:13):
Like, how are they doing this?

Speaker 2 (10:14):
Right?

Speaker 1 (10:14):
We got so many talk packs and people that are going, oh, so.

Speaker 3 (10:17):
Okay, it is a thing.

Speaker 1 (10:18):
It is a thing.

Speaker 3 (10:18):
Well, and I also read that the tickets were like thousands.

Speaker 1 (10:20):
Of dollars, so much money. Yeah, and by the way,
you live in the cell shore. Good luck, I know.

Speaker 3 (10:26):
But the positive is is the games aren't till nine pm.
I don't know what time they'll head there.

Speaker 1 (10:31):
But probably early, probably early for sure. So all right,
ash all.

Speaker 3 (10:35):
Right, well thanks so much for having me. I have
to go get my natural eyelashes done.

Speaker 1 (10:39):
They look good. Hey, one's your hair appointment.

Speaker 3 (10:42):
I don't have my extensions in right now. See what
I'm saying. He wants me to come back. This is
my natural hair, bitch.

Speaker 1 (10:47):
There's a lot going on up there.

Speaker 3 (10:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (10:49):
Well it's a bun, but this is my natural hair.
I don't know if you're in Sinua that I have
my extensions in, but I don't right now. But I
will have winter weaves.

Speaker 1 (10:55):
Remember when you first started working here, you had the bun.
You with a bun? Girl? Oh remember every day the
bond every day? Yeah? No more bun though. Well, this
is an that's a messy I mean, who put the
was he kind of like a rat? All right? Bye bye?
All right, So as promised, Ashley, we'll come back again.

(11:16):
I know people she gets requests. I get requests all
the time to have Ashley on so that you get
a short little taste of her. What else? What else?
What else? Busy show today, funny, funny show. Oh my god,
so many good billy moments, so many good billy mess ups.
We had a we had a game. We had some
great stuff and entertainment. So make sure you check that
out on the podcast. And what else? What else do

(11:38):
I got? I don't think I have anything else. It's
kind of been a slower week, if you will. They're
bringing pizza tomorrow into the show, Frank Pepees. I had
to give them the list of what kind of pizza
we wanted. That's a tough thing, man, I'm telling you
the food when you're trying to be good, you know,
and I'm really I'm disciplined for the most part. It

(11:59):
kind of depends on where I'm at, Like, you know,
if I'm really trying to, you know, cut a few pounds,
or if I'm kind of staying neutral, or even if
I'm trying to put on weight, then I'll eat a
little bit more. So it kind of depends what staateum in.
But still the temptation is crazy. This morning, Okay, this
morning I walked in three point thirty in the morning
in the kitchen to get my coffee. I you know,
stumbled in and there was a whole box of donuts

(12:21):
that was left from the day before. I don't know
the company name, but they were specialty donuts. They weren't
that big, but you had fruity pebbles ones, you had
s'mores ones, and then just like talking to me, like
do food talk to you? Like it talks to me,
you know, Because I come in and it's right next
to the coffee, a donut box, and I just open

(12:41):
it up, and it's kind of like in pulp fiction,
right when they open the briefcase and it's just a
shine light, same exact thing. I open it up and
there's the donuts just talking to me saying, eat me.
Just take a piece. You can take a piece, take
a byte, spit it out, take a byte, chew it,
and then and then throw the rest away. Crazy crazy crazy.

(13:02):
So yeah, the pizza's coming in tomorrow. And it's funny
so many times I have, especially with pizza, when we
get a pizza delivery, you know there's gonna be a
ton left over, and you know we'll I'll take some home,
and so I'll be like, yeah, I'll take it home
to the kids, and I'll put it on the passenger's seat,
no intention of eating the pizza. And then what do
you know, I get on ninety three, I get to

(13:22):
like Wooburn, I get past ninety five, It's pizza time.
Before you know what, I've eaten three slices before I
get home. And the best is I'll text Jen on
the way and say, Hey, I got a pizza. I'm
bringing home for you and Nanny and everybody. And I'll
get home and half the pizza's gone and my belly unbelievable. Anyway,
we'll talk tomorrow. Hey, I gave you thirteen minutes. That's
not bad. I would have given you more, but the

(13:43):
freaking lash appointment God. Anyway, we'll talk tomorrow.
