show. That's a little too muchinformation The After Show Podcast. Who Here's
Justin and Winny. So we hada nurse Fiona on, you know,
a couple of weeks ago. Itwas a really good episode, and so
she promised and then she delivered.I've been wanting to get a laser hair

removal on my upper body, especiallyin my back, you know, something
I've been self conscious about. ButI was afraid. I didn't know because
I have tattoos. Can they goover them? Do they have to go
around them? Are they willing togo around them? And she came through
them in and we made it happen. I went there and lasered all the
hair off my back, whinnie andarms. It was nothing, honestly,

like literally nothing. I was reallyit felt a little bit. Some of
the spots hurt a tiny bit.Now I did hear that every time that
you go it gets a little bitworse, but definitely manageable, harder.
Yeah, and you know it wasquick, it was really quick quick so

I don't know. I wanted toget my chest done too. We didn't
have enough time. So to domy entire back, which let's be honest,
there's a lot of real estate there, right, and my arms took
about an hour. So the nexttime that I go, which will be
in about a month, they'll domy chest and then they'll go back over
my arms and back. But I'mfeeling good. I'm feeling good. I'm
feeling confident. You know, Ihave this I have this thing about back

it down and all that. It'sa pain in the ass. But sometimes,

now it's gone, so I'm feelinggood and now you're helping me with

had a meeting with the boss andthen we had to go to Nures Fiona.

Well, no, I have twothings going on. I have a bad
knee. I'll be out next Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I have to

on there, what kind of herniait is? I mean, I think
it's a maybe a hiatl, butI'm not sure a hiatel because it's affecting
my digestion. So basically, whenI eat, I get pain almost like
digestion, but now the pain's gettingworse and radiating to my back. So
they're gonna do a cat scan tosee what's going on. So the good

thing is both things, the kneeand the hernia, are minor procedures,
so I'll be okay. I reallywant to play in this Red Sox Jimmy
