up on the show today. Our trip down to Disney
World yesterday on Delta, which was fantastic for our eleventh
days Junior's trip. Also, things look forward to in December
because we didn't get to that this week.

I didn't know.

We were all jammed up in Fox News headlines today.
Holiday shipping could be something we need to talk about
this year. We'll explain why people keep asking what's wrong

now on this trip.

Yeah, well, I don't know how you didn't think it

for her. She seems happy with this guy. What I
have a hard time with, though, is Liam Hemsworth.

And finally really sad news yesterday, Dave Coolier got diagnosed
with tongue cancer after beating blood cancer seven months ago.
I saw his video he said I'm going to be
on the Today Show tomorrow. I thought it was going
to be like more wonderful news, and then he came
out with this. Now here's the thing. One did not
have to do with the other. This cancer was completely
separate from what he already had. He's currently undergoing thirty

five rounds of radiation treatment. I believe he's going to
be done around New Year's Eve, and he's feeling positive
that he'll beat.

Happen, and they really think they're not related.

And he said the early detection was key. He had
like a pet scan, just thinking that it was going
to be a normal scan clear in him, and then
that flared up.

our eleven Jay's Junior trip. We're having a great time.
We're gonna have a cold, cold day in Detroit and
some snow this afternoon. Some of our stories this morning, though,
oh they'll absolutely warm me up.

Excited to be here for our eleventh year of Jays Juniors.
I forgot to put together this little jazzy number to
start off the show.

Yeah, it's very good. Waits. We had a great day yesterday,
great day at the airport.

Speaker 5 (06:09):
We got over there, I don't know after we got
off the air We were there by nine o'clock, I guess.
And Fox who was there covering it, which was great,
Alison Chelsea, all of our families, twenty eight families. It's
the only thing I will say is that the toughest
part about this trip, as it gets bigger every year,
is the more families there are, the the more going on.

Speaker 2 (06:29):
Well, it's like herding cats.

Speaker 6 (06:30):
That's why I'm the whole staff at iHeart was there too.

Speaker 7 (06:34):
They all came out, and it's not so much the
families that feels like hurting cats.

Speaker 2 (06:38):
It's our staff that we really have a problem, like
gathering together.

Speaker 7 (06:42):
But I think that overall we had a really smooth
airport day.

Speaker 6 (06:48):
We had a big Delta team. They also are like
a team that they're amazing.

Speaker 5 (06:53):
Oh we met so many people from Delta right, everything
like all kept all kept suing, was shaking hands, with
Delta people.

Speaker 2 (06:58):
Yeah, and I got triple deputized.

Speaker 4 (07:00):
I know what did you get? How I brought that in?

Speaker 6 (07:02):
A silver card, a deputy badge, a set of wings.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
I can do whatever I want on a plane. Now, wow? Yeah,
Now did you get to go on the cockpit like jaded?

Speaker 4 (07:10):
Though?

Speaker 2 (07:11):
I could have, but I chose not to. I didn't
want to be all like flouncing my power around. Now,
wait a minute, no one asked if I wanted to
go on the cockpit. You know that that's my name.

Speaker 4 (07:20):
For the pilots, right, Well, that was really cute. They're
both military, by the way.

Speaker 6 (07:24):
I think I think they might both be cute. I
don't think we can go wrong. And I was gonna
get all involved in that yesterday. But we hadn't really
decided which one or which way to go.

Speaker 2 (07:35):
But I was all ready to like make that happen.

Speaker 5 (07:37):
Listen once we got on the plane, because we got
on the last one, make sure that families have got on.

Speaker 4 (07:43):
Everybody was seated, everybody had a was ready to go.

Speaker 5 (07:46):
And then you know, guy Seiple, do you want to
do you want to drop into the cockpit?

Speaker 4 (07:50):
Say hello? I said yes, So I.

Speaker 5 (07:52):
Went in and I sat down, and I said, how
often are you using these buttons up here?

Speaker 6 (07:56):
Because there's millions you know, you see all those switches
and movies when they're flying planes, they're always flying the
plane and hit and switch it.

Speaker 4 (08:04):
And he goes, yeah, we don't barely even touch the switch.

Speaker 6 (08:06):
I think it's probably like a standard board in a
in a radio studio, right, which the regular person wouldn't
know this, But it is a giant board with one
hundred different buttons than levers. And when you first see it,
when you first start, you're like, I don't know how,
and you use use three.

Speaker 5 (08:26):
Things, so I said, So he showed me what looked
like an iPad and he was like, you see this,
I said, because how's the turbulence going to be? And
he showed me all the turbulence and how the flight
plan actually weaves in and out of turbulence.

Speaker 4 (08:41):
They always try to avoid it.

Speaker 5 (08:43):
And I said, is this turbulence report based on like
radar and weather and things, or is it based on
pilot the pilot ahead of you saying we have turbulence?

Speaker 4 (08:52):
And he said it's both.

Speaker 2 (08:55):
Were you allowed to say that?

Speaker 4 (08:57):
I think so?

Speaker 2 (08:57):
Okay?

Speaker 5 (08:57):
And then I said, can I can I sit jumps
like we wouldn't be able to authorize them because I thought,
when am I ever going to get a chance to
sit like up front whyle they take off, I would
do that.

Speaker 2 (09:07):
You were really pushing it, though I tried. I do
wonder why though you weren't able to.

Speaker 4 (09:11):
I think you got to be a pilot to be
up there.

Speaker 7 (09:14):
Probably or or triple authenticated. Yeah, Alison probably would.

Speaker 5 (09:18):
I was there.

Speaker 2 (09:19):
You didn't get your wings.

Speaker 6 (09:20):
I did try to give you your badge when we
were on Fox two.

Speaker 4 (09:24):
I know you did.

Speaker 2 (09:25):
You don't really seem to care that much about it,
but you didn't realize that he was on Fox two. Yeah,
I probably. I don't know when we're doing anything. I
don't know what's going on.

Speaker 5 (09:32):
I don't know why everybody wants to try to stretch
me out when there's you know, twenty eight families, our
entire staff are boss the airport, and I'm live on TV.

Speaker 2 (09:40):
Yeah, right now, it's a good time to.

Speaker 4 (09:44):
Crack jokes with Jay. He's not stressed.

Speaker 5 (09:49):
So listen, a couple of things we gotta can I
we gotta think TSA.

Speaker 2 (09:53):
TSA was wonderful.

Speaker 5 (09:55):
TWTs A. I'm telling you it's not because it's Jays.
They're just really good what they do and they're really great.

Speaker 6 (10:01):
No, we know that from other when we went to CinemaCon,
when the other flights we took.

Speaker 7 (10:06):
We're just I mean, we have to say a way
to go Karen and her daughter Chelsea Delta. The amount
of effort that they put in to make our gate
look special and give gifts like customize gifts for these children.

Speaker 2 (10:21):
Yeah, it's so nice. And not only that, the Delta
agents in Orrive.

Speaker 7 (10:26):
Though had a whole setup se e lemonade. Yeah, and
I think that's the first time that they've ever done that.

Speaker 2 (10:33):
It was really.

Speaker 5 (10:34):
Thoughtful, it was beautiful. So listen, it's hard to get
all this into one conversation. We won't well over the
next couple of days. We got a lot to talk about,
but just know this. Yesterday, for our eleventh Jays Junior's
trip down to Orlando, it was really really flawless. The
only setback was our fault, and that is that when
you have that many families and you want to try
to take a group picture, it is like physically impossible

to get every family in. So now we know next
year we have to do the crew picture like in
pieces outside on the tarmac.

Speaker 7 (11:05):
Right.

Speaker 6 (11:06):
Yeah, yeah, I was gonna say, I don't even know
that it was our fault. Some things aren't just pot
they're just not possible.

feel like when we're done, we should at least have

before every Imagined film Avatar, Fire and Fish, which is
big for Alison.

She loves the Avatar films opening December so.

Much, all all eighteen hours those films.

The SpongeBob movie The Search for SquarePants is out that

I believe this is her first gangster movie, as the
film follows a female gangsters hearing to protect her sons
from an abusive drug kingpin with limited time to plan

Oh my god, one of the classic ones. Right between
that main tower and Garden Wing where we're staying. Yeah,
thousand eight rooms. The monorail. The reason everybody loves is
the monorail runs directly through the building.

Because she gave me like a lotion that you put
on to brown up your face a little bit and
I and she goes, eh, she just want me to
take in the back and give you a little shot.

And I'm like, what does that mean? She goes, I
got the gun in the back.

You got a spray tan to wait a minute. Sorry.

So I get back there and you're right. She had
like the spray tan. Yeah, uh with the with the
thing that you screw onto it. And she said just
stand there. Do you care about your shirt? And I
said no, it was like one of my black T
shirts and have a million. I said no, I'm good.
And she just like kind of like did this mist
over my face? And I'm like, well, is it gonna
look weird that my neck? And like that, she goes, well,
you could take your shirt off. I mean I've seen everything.

I'm like, well, I'm not freakish under here. I'm certainly
uh no a donna's either, But okay, so I took
my shirt off, so.

just chunky. And so I'm stand there.

So she's like, she's like spray and then she goes
all right, turn around and she's rays again. And then

do I do? She goes, well, I wouldn't shower for
