what's going on in the Dirty on the thirty?

Well call her Daddy. Host Alex Cooper is opening up
about the relationship that she currently has with her former boss,
Barschool's Dave Fortney, and we talked about this a little
bit yesterday. There were some discrepancies perhaps in the story
that he had been telling about what went down when
actually they split.

Speaker 1 (00:27):
She's not very open.

Speaker 3 (00:29):
Well.

Speaker 4 (00:29):
In his memoir, he said that when you were at
barstool and you were trying to get out of your deal,
you know where I'm going with this. He suggested that
a threat was made that he was going to be
accused of sexual Harassman. I don't think you've responded to
this yet. I have not, and I am so curious.

Speaker 5 (00:48):
I've been pregnant, Andrew, I'm busy building a child.

Speaker 4 (00:52):
I'm so curious what you thought of that, whether there
was true.

Speaker 5 (00:56):
I think whenever I see Dave online, we all enjoy
his banter. He's a very entertaining person and I have
a very great and complicated relationship with Dave. He gave
me my start in this industry, and I will never
not be grateful to him, and I think when I
haven't read the book, but I remember seeing obviously getting

tagged in those things, and that's not how I remember
that at all. But I also am like Dave. Dave's
got his version. I've got my version, and we're all good.

Speaker 4 (01:34):
Do you want to tell us your version?

Speaker 5 (01:35):
No, I am in my mother era. I know drama.
Right now, we're here to talk business.

Speaker 1 (01:46):
If we still her Unwell drinks, they're like closing or something.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
Really drink brand, Yeah, they just announced it yesterday.

Speaker 1 (01:54):
So in drink brands, by the way, are unbelievable, Like
they're like, I don't think there's one that it really
fails these days.

Speaker 2 (02:02):
But there are a lot of components to Unwell. It's
the podcast. I feel like there's a peril. Yeah, sure, yeah,
lots of things. Selena Gomez and her mom, Madi Teefee
are being sued by investors who claim she totally or they,
I should say, totally misled them about Selena's role in
her mental health startup. Wondermind if you guys remember us
talking about this a while ago, But according to this
brand new lawsuit, investors put up around one point two

million bucks into the company after being told that Selena
was going to play this major role as Wondermind's head
of marketing and help build and promote the brand and
the business. Well, apparently that didn't really happen, so they
claim she failed to deliver around those promises, including plans
for a wondermined mobile app that never happened. So investors

are now seeking to recover their money and their legal fees.
And if you don't already know, Cardi b is the
new face of Old Navy's fall denim campaign and she
said this is such a full circle moment for her
because as it teenager, she used to shoplift from Old
Baby and now she's the phase of the company. That
admission came yesterday during an Instagram live and she told

this story about how in high school she used to
steal from Old Navy all the time. She never got caught,
but she loved their clothes. But she said, if it
wasn't for you guys talking about people from Old Navy,
she said, quote unquote, I probably wasn't the freshest be
in school. And she said she loves the brands now,

or loves the brand now because they have genes that
fit women with curves, they are BBL friendly and jeans. Wow,
that is her new campaign.

Speaker 1 (03:41):
You know what would be a great topic to ask shoplifters,
where's the greatest or where's the easiest place to shoplift from?

Speaker 2 (03:48):
Yeah? I mean she said she did it for years
and years.

Speaker 1 (03:50):
I never got caught she's and I remember when she
said she was doing it. One of the reasons she
was doing it is because they don't have obviously tags
and things on their clothing.

Speaker 5 (03:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
But my sister used to be a regional manager for
Lane Bryant's store set out to Lane Bryant, and she
said that that was one of the highest theft retail stores,
like women would steal from. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (04:12):
So I walked out of Myers with a jacket on
one time, allegedly by accident. No, it was fully on, allegedly,
and it was camouflage too. I was like, I don't
know how to or not notice that. It was like
July how old. Allegedly I had graduated high school.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Really I didn't need it.

Speaker 3 (04:30):
It was just, you know, something to do. Allegedly, do
you look.

Speaker 1 (04:35):
Do you look back on it and regret it, or
do you have no regrets? No regrets. Alright, all right.
