Michigan State's athletic director and president. He was sharing his
thoughts yesterday and was not minting his words.

I can't stand what's going on. I'm not gonna over
talk about it now, but I am in the very
near teacher. I've had it. This is self inflicted. We
just lost the best president I made it ever done here,
I mean, one of the best. And there's other dominoes

was like, you know what, I don't need to deal
with you guys. And he got a call from Clemson,
and that's a great university. So he's like, all right,
I'm moving on. This athletic director got a call from Tentucky.
It's a great university. It's actually one of the best

sports programs state. So here's the issue. The issue is
with the NIL stuff. These trustees feel like they need
to be part of everything, and or at least a
few of them do. And I think that these people,
you know, are screwing up the what it was a

really good. As a parent of a child that goes
to Michigan State, I thought that this president was so
good at communicating to us. He's constantly talking to them,
and actually Luke said something to me, looks like, yeah,
it's wild that you could actually see your president of
your university walking around on campus.

And I said to Luke, you walk around on campus.

I will say it is, though, keep that same energy
I have for the players. And you may think it's different,
but it comes down to people leaving a university, and
we have so much crep for athletes that want to
switch and go for a better opportunity. But it is

him leaving from our money. That's what I'm saying. You
want to make it about money, though. What I'm saying

is you define opportunity the way you want to define it.
You can get too many hands in the pot and

saying a responsible parent of guardian need to be with them.
We want to keep them safe and we want to
keep all Detroit is safe.

This comes after weeks of so called teen takeovers, one
of which resulted in a fourteen year old being shot.
The proposed ordinance would cover this area of downtown and
parents of children found violating the curfew would face a
two hundred and fifty dollars fine.

about that, it needs to be something that brings our
attention to us. A crowd, a melee, folks running that
are there, but just individuals passing by, just enjoying.

Department Assistant Chief Franklin Hey says at last year's fireworks show,
one hundred and fifty six juveniles were cited for curfew
violations and one hundred and twenty six parental tickets were issued.
