Speaker 1 (00:02):
Mojo Loves All Free of Santa's host. This is Mojo
in the Morning.

Speaker 2 (00:07):
Man, can please people stop my cyber Monday emails? I
know I am so tired of this. Everybody cyber Monday.
I'm sorry. I do not do this. Actually, there's Michigan Monday.
Did you hear that too?

Speaker 1 (00:21):
What is Michigan Monday.

Speaker 2 (00:22):
Michigan Monday by Michigan owned companies, buy from Michigan owned companies.
Can do Toledo Tuesdays. Toledo too, You know what I
like that? Move over Taco Tuesday. It's Toledo Tuesday tomorrow.
But yeah, I keep getting I'm trying to clear them
out of my box here, and uh my box just
keeps getting full up with everything ever. I mean literally,

(00:43):
there's not one thing that I haven't purchased in the
last two decades that somebody sending me a cyber at
the grocery store, sending me a cyber Monday. I got
plumb market cyber Monday. If you come on, I don't
think I've ever cybered anything from you guys. Okay, right now,
jingle Ball tickets, we're doing a cyber Monday special on that.

(01:03):
We would sound like hypocrites. If I'm complaining about this
and we're we're sending you, actually we probably are. Ticket
Master's probably sending something out today ticketmaster dot com to
get your tickets for next week, a week from Tomorrow's
jingle Ball, or win them from us right now at
eight four four Mojoe Live. Did you see the sales
on Black Friday?

Speaker 1 (01:22):
Did them all Friday? Let me talk to in the
Morning's Dirty on the thirty.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
So Black Friday deals up huge in person, up four
percent online ten percent. Did you know that between ten
o'clock and two o'clock on Friday, every minute, twelve million
dollars was being spent.

Speaker 1 (01:49):
That's crazy.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
According to master Card, it was one of the busiest
and biggest days that they've ever had. So, uh, what
what happened to people that, you know, the whole idea
that you can't pay your bills?

Speaker 3 (02:01):
And it really started like last week because I went
to the mall on Wednesday to try to finish up
some shopping and the deals were they were all the same,
all the Black Friday deals were out already.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
I felt like the deals weren't that great. I mean,
there was a couple places that had decent deals, but
you had to like spend a ton to get stuff
off instead of like I didn't see the craziness, although
I think there was something at Walmart where people were
trying to get TVs and they were fighting over TVs.
And then I saw a Walmart where they had that
snowstorm that came through and did you see it crashed

(02:30):
the roof of the Walmart And there's so much heavy
snow that came down.

Speaker 1 (02:36):
Scandals.

Speaker 2 (02:37):
I wonder if if that that big of a Black Friday?
Do you think that everybody's just putting things on credit
and they're trying to figure out that if they'll eventually
have to pay it.

Speaker 3 (02:48):
I did read somewhere this morning in fact, before the
show that like eighty four percent of Americans was I
think the statistic is putting the majority of their holiday
shopping on a credit card.

Speaker 1 (02:58):
Wow. Yeah, what do you got in this hour's dirty?

Speaker 3 (03:01):
So the Detroit Lions thanks Giving loss to the Packers.
We'll talk about it one more time and then we'll
just shut up. But thirty one to twenty four was
the final score. It was the Lions one game behind
the forty nine Ers for the third NFC Wildcard seed.
And that they now stand in third place in the
NFC North.

Speaker 1 (03:17):
But coach Dan Campbell got to go back to this.

Speaker 4 (03:19):
I mean, we just lost one. We got to find
a way to win this next one in front of us,
and yeah, I mean time's running out, and so you know,
it's all about finding a way to win the game.
But I've also been in these now before where we
got counted out. When I was a player. You know,
we lost two in a row and we were almost

(03:40):
math mathematically I eliminated from the playoffs. That was all
the writing, and then we we won out and got in.
You know, so you just, man, you find a way
to win the one in front of you and don't
get caught up and the rest of the stuff.

Speaker 1 (03:54):
That's the bottom line.

Speaker 4 (03:55):
We're in this business. Win. We're trying to win. We
got to win.

Speaker 1 (03:57):
I love you know that.

Speaker 2 (03:59):
Dan Campbell goes for it on fourth down. But our
team's not moving the ball, our offense looks tough. We
lost our best wide receiver. He's out of the game,
and you have an opportunity to kick a field goal
and make it a one score game and go down
the field again. The next set of plays after the
defense holds them to tie the game instead of having to,

(04:20):
you know, just try to play catch up. I just
wish he would just kick the field goal sometimes and
change things a little bit. Ben Johnson? Do we miss
him that much? Is this because look at the Bears
turnaround and I don't even think the Bears look like
they're that great of a team. I know that they've
got a probably better offensive line than we do, but

(04:41):
their quarterback is to me, hit or miss, you know,
I don't know what do you think? Are we missing
him that much? Ben Johnson?

Speaker 5 (04:50):
I think definitely there's some continuity issues in the offense,
how we start the game, how we come out in
the second half. But that's been the case since the
beginning of season. Am I ready to say that Ben
Johnson should have taken overhead coaching, should have let Dan
Kimbill go?

Speaker 1 (05:06):
Absolutely not. The Bears are off to a great start.

Speaker 5 (05:08):
But it's not about, as we learned last year, being
number one in the NFC. It's not about how you
in the regular season. It's about the one team at
the end of the season that's hosting the trophy.

Speaker 6 (05:16):
And then this frame.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
There's shirtlest Ben Johnson. That's that's I don't like that.
That doesn't do it for you.

Speaker 7 (05:25):
That's like like that choch. That's so yeah, you never
heard that word. No, it's cho. I don't know, is
like a little it's like, yeah, how did you use it?

Speaker 2 (05:43):
Like yeah, yeah, I don't know.

Speaker 5 (05:49):
By the way, ro might not be back this week
or next week. He got an ankle spring Brock.

Speaker 1 (05:54):
Right, we're getting him, and now we're not. He's past
this crazy.

Speaker 4 (06:02):
Fragno is going to come back, right, and he's going
to come in and help that offensive line.

Speaker 1 (06:05):
Now all of a sudden, that's not gonna happen. The
reason why he is different, his pain tolerance is different.

Speaker 2 (06:10):
Than the rest of us, the rest of the world,
because he told them, hey, that's just a.

Speaker 1 (06:13):
Little hamstring tweak, and they had to bring him in
for a physical. You have to do that for him
to come out of retirement. It wasn't a tweak. It
was a Grade three terror, a complete terror of the hamstring.
Literally his podcast, it's just a little tweak. I'm okay,
I'm fine, And obviously that can't happen.

Speaker 2 (06:27):
He was able to pass that physical, So Frank Kragno
not going to come back to the lines.

Speaker 1 (06:30):
But that's what ended up.

Speaker 2 (06:31):
I thinking Frank rag Now he said, all right, I
was going to come back if you guys beat Green Bay.

Speaker 1 (06:37):
Now it's like, yeah, you want to say, we.

Speaker 5 (06:39):
Got a little tear going on here and prayers that's
what Jose's We don't know what's going on there either, Yeah.

Speaker 1 (06:44):
Would He was out with a bone bruise.

Speaker 5 (06:46):
He's been out for several weeks and they haven't really
gave too much information around what is quote unquote knee
injury actually is, but most recently in the past hours,
even twenty four hours that he says, similar to Lonzo Boss,
like some type of tear inside of the knee that
can't be repaired, and he just put on his story.

Speaker 1 (07:03):
Guy helped me. Could be related, could not be?

Speaker 5 (07:05):
But okay, well I'm just so injured as we've been
the last two seasons.

Speaker 1 (07:08):
Go Pistons, Yes, absolutely, we played tonight. Guess the Hawks?
All right.

Speaker 3 (07:12):
Some other really quick Thanksgiving things, Megan Markle made not
a great name for well, actually she got a new
nickname over the Thanksgiving holiday week and people are now
calling her Salmonila Sussex.

Speaker 1 (07:23):
Oh.

Speaker 6 (07:24):
She repaired her turkey and it all had to do
with her like mixing spices and stuff into a bowl
and then patting they're all turkey before she put it
in the oven. And people right away we're like, wait
a second, we know nobody who wears their rings and
bracelets while handling food. Guaranteed spread of bacteria was the

(07:45):
majority of the comment.

Speaker 1 (07:46):
Talked about Diddy.

Speaker 3 (07:47):
He actually did something nice in prison. He helped organize
a Thanksgiving meal for more than a thousand inmates at
Fort Dixon, New Jersey. He worked with a company called
Bankroll Bosses to collect food, spent to days preparing it
and then distributed the meals to each housing unit in
Fort Dix. The meals included turkey, mashed potatoes, corn, and dessert.

Speaker 6 (08:09):
Megan the Stallion I Saw provided nearly two thousand families
in Texas with the meal for Thanksgiving.

Speaker 1 (08:16):
Shout out to her.

Speaker 3 (08:17):
It was an entire meal plus a fifty dollars Walmart
gift card. Her Pete and Thomas Foundation also handed out
five hundred turkeys to families in need throughout her hometown
of Houston. Three new civil lawsuits have landed. Three different
men have filed brand new claims accusing Kevin Spacey of

(08:38):
sexual assault, alledging. The incidents happened between twenty twenty thirteen.
All three cases tied to his time as artistic director
at the Old Vic Theater in London. He is again
denying these allegations, formally rejecting two of them, hasn't yet
filed a defense for the third. But again, I mean,

(08:58):
we've been talking about this for a while. He was
acquitted in a twenty twenty three criminal trial, but this
marks another pretty serious legal battle that could delay any
hopes of a Hollywood comeback for him.

Speaker 1 (09:10):
He is back in the hot seat.

Speaker 3 (09:12):
And just because I know the the final episode happened
right before we left for the Thanksgiving holiday vacation, but
people were still talking about it throughout the weekend.

Speaker 1 (09:23):
Prince William was given the winner a shout out over
the weekend.

Speaker 3 (09:26):
Or Robert Irwin took home the Pharoh Ball Trophy for
season three.

Speaker 5 (09:31):
Dancing with Family My home and to have them there
with me just gave me everything to keep going.

Speaker 1 (09:37):
But then for every America to.
