After years of uncertainty in legal battles, TikTok has officially
finalized a deal to create a new American based company
that will run its US operations, a move that is
going to keep the app from being banned here in
the United States. So anna you and other TikTok content creators,
you can breathe a sigh of relief here officially so

under this new agreement, American and international investors now own
the majority of this new joint venture, while TikTok's Chinese
parent company, byte Dance keeps a nineteen point nine percent state.
The deal does include some pretty big security safeguards, such
as storing US user data locally restraining the apps algorithm

with American data to protect national security. President Donald Trump
praising this final agreement, saying it secures the platform for
millions of its American users.
