Is yeah, yeah, how does he do that? K? Yeah? Yeah?
Speaker 5 (00:48):
And uh, you know Kep on the phone. I talked
to him yesterday and after he had done the Pistons
game the night before four which the Pistons again on
a roll, beating the Milwaukee Bucks, he was not feeling
good and so he sounded kind of like that he
(01:10):
had the horse thing, and then he said that he
also has the soort throat thing, which scaring me.
Speaker 6 (01:16):
He had that on Friday, So hopefully it's going away.
Speaker 5 (01:19):
Variant number five. I don't know what it is called whatever,
but you know what this is called. This is called traditions.
Speaker 7 (01:28):
This is called tradition.
Speaker 4 (01:29):
Oh oh, I say addiction. I was gonna say, really,
we got it.
Speaker 7 (01:31):
I didn't know that about tradition that somebody gets sick
every single year for jingle.
Speaker 5 (01:35):
Ball it is it is a jingle ball tradition, or
it's maybe it's the that's the first COVID variant that
ever was around. It was jingle ball because I was
I think the first one. Remember how sick I was
a few years back. Yes, I'm not going to lie
to you if you actually if you see the post
So there was a post up from this weekend of
(01:56):
my son Joe and I doing it on here that
look at me. I am sick as a dog in
that one, is there?
Speaker 4 (02:04):
Yes, yeah, you know. I was in a car.
Speaker 5 (02:08):
So we went with a whole bunch of people and
we ended up having top notch limousines drive us. I
was in one of their party buses when after we
all introde Backstreet Boys, I got in, I laid in
the back of that thing, fell asleep, and then the
entire set of Backstreet Boys, as well as the fifty
five minute drive to west of Bloomfield, I slept and
(02:31):
Chelsea woke me up when we got home and I
was sweating profusely like and I was out.
Speaker 4 (02:36):
I think I was out sick for a day or two.
Speaker 8 (02:38):
Afterwards, I co hosted the show with Joe.
Speaker 4 (02:41):
Yes, your son.
Speaker 5 (02:42):
Yes, yeah, so that was And actually he said to me,
he goes, he goes, Dad, he goes, don't get sick
at all, he goes, I don't want to deal with
this weather anymore because they live in Tampa. So they
were like, they came into town, he's turned into a
total pussy by the way. He cannot he cannot deal
with weather.
Speaker 6 (02:58):
But I already saw their posts on social today. They're like,
it's so.
Speaker 7 (03:01):
Cold, shut up.
Speaker 5 (03:05):
So here's so, here's the thing I wanted to ask
this question. And I want to start off with this
this morning because we're we're sending our well wishes to
Kevin as well as we're sending him all the chicken
noodle soup in the world, immunitones, we're sending him cold
X or Coldi's or whatever that stuff is. What's the
other one? What's the the thing that everybody will always
take the vitamin urgency emergency? So we uh, we want
(03:28):
we want Kevin back tomorrow, So we said rest up
and be back for tomorrow's jingle ball. But I want
to ask you, what is the thing that always gets
everybody sick?
Speaker 4 (03:37):
Like, what's the thing in your office?
Speaker 5 (03:38):
Is it an office like party, uh, Or is it
the family wedding that's coming up or some big event
that happens where everybody gets sick.
Speaker 4 (03:48):
Around that particular time. Christmas is one of those days.
Speaker 5 (03:51):
I always feel like in my family, it's always like
there's always some kind of sickness around Thanksgiving. Yeah, like
that's like kind of a big, a big time where people.
Speaker 7 (04:00):
Since I was a little girl, so I have really
bad asthma, and my asthma always gets really bad, usually
like the week of Christmas. And my mom and dad
said it was always because I would just get myself
so excited, and so it never failed. For probably ten
fifteen years, I ended up in the ear at some
point with an asthma for an asthma attack the week
(04:20):
of Christmas.
Speaker 8 (04:21):
You think sometimes on Christmas Eve, Christmas.
Speaker 6 (04:23):
Day, because you were excited.
Speaker 7 (04:24):
I think I just got myself so worked up. And
even now I notice it's kind of the same. It's
not that bad where I'm going to the hospital, but
never fails.
Speaker 5 (04:32):
Eight four Tour Mojo Live or if you're listening and
you want to just and you have something to add
to this text, call me and we will make sure
that Lydia gets gets through to you and get you
on the air, but also any advice on what keV
should do, because maybe you've been through exactly what he's
going through right now where he's not not feeling good.
(04:53):
He's got the itchies and the scratchies in the.
Speaker 8 (04:56):
Thromorrow though, if he's got the throat.
Speaker 4 (04:58):
Thing, well I can I. Oh god, by the way,
that was not me.
Speaker 6 (05:02):
It's got scared.
Speaker 4 (05:03):
Oh God.
Speaker 5 (05:04):
I hope I'm okay. I hope I don't get anything.
I was just on an airplane and you should have
seen me. I was like wearing my mask. MD ninety
six is.
Speaker 4 (05:14):
I can't. I feel like I'm suffocating.
Speaker 5 (05:16):
Like I feel like I like I can't even put
on my my sleep apnea thing. Like I tried sleep
apnea mask. I'm like, I can't even do it.
Speaker 6 (05:23):
I thought that gave you air.
Speaker 5 (05:26):
The sleep mask feels like I'm suffocating. Plus they also
the other thing too with a sleep apnea mask. It
basically is the greatest deterrent to never have sex with
your spouse ever again, because you look like you're about
ninety years old?
Speaker 4 (05:40):
What's up?
Speaker 9 (05:41):
Is he?
Speaker 4 (05:41):

Speaker 4 (05:54):
We're doing good, but we're sending our well wishes to Kevin.
Speaker 11 (05:58):
Yeah, a couple hot toddies.
Speaker 7 (06:02):
Oh yeah, what is it? Bourbon?
Speaker 12 (06:05):
So yeah, with some tea, some lemon and ginger and
drink it.
Speaker 13 (06:12):
Rub some fix on your feet with some soot fot.
Speaker 5 (06:15):
And what's the deal with Grandma's that always say rub
some vix on it?
Speaker 4 (06:20):
You know what I mean? Like that it works.
Speaker 5 (06:22):
I've always heard Grandma say that all the time.
Speaker 4 (06:24):
Is I rub some vix on it?
Speaker 5 (06:26):
Vix vix and Berners everything. Maybe that's the reason why
I'm not getting sick here, knock on wood. Is I
drink too much hot Toddies?
Speaker 4 (06:35):
I got that.
Speaker 5 (06:36):
I got the big old case of bourbon that they
the guy's over at the brass mug gave me.

Yeah, I mean rotato, but Gary zero is the key.
I'm gonna lie.
Speaker 5 (07:03):
Do I have to pay a copage just to talk
to you?
Speaker 16 (07:06):
No, it's all rights.
Speaker 4 (07:08):
And how do we know what you do at the
doctor's office?
Speaker 5 (07:10):
Like, you're not the lady that just sits up in
the reception area and checks us in.
Speaker 4 (07:14):
Are you a nurse or whatever?
Speaker 15 (07:15):
Can I just tell you no, I am the receptionist
and I do everything in that office. Okay, the receptionist
is the number one. You got to be nice to
the receptionist.
Speaker 7 (07:25):
Yes to that right now?
Speaker 4 (07:26):
Oh believe me. You could be sitting in that waiting
room for eight hours if you don't. Right, Absolutely, Thanks Nikki,

Speaker 14 (07:52):
There and those two helps.
Speaker 5 (07:55):
And you're basically in a Petri dish with a bunch
of little kids right sneezing on you, wiping their buggers
all over you.
Speaker 4 (08:05):
What an awful job.
Speaker 14 (08:06):
You have coughing all over?
Speaker 4 (08:08):
Oh god? How many times a year do you get sick?
Or does that? I can't keep you.
Speaker 20 (08:14):
I take it as soon as a start feeling sick
a cruise, so probably three.
Speaker 14 (08:20):
Times a year.
Speaker 19 (08:21):
And now I'm getting sick.
Speaker 7 (08:22):
Okay, it's terrible.
Speaker 4 (08:23):
Oh man.
Speaker 5 (08:24):
Somebody was just texting, Actually about five or six people
are texting in different numbers here that I remactin. Remember
there was a lot of talk about I remectin, and
I've heard that ivermectin actually is actually my doctor gave
me I remectin.
Speaker 4 (08:36):
I go.
Speaker 5 (08:37):
Wasn't that like the the thing that Trump wanted us
all to uh to take? And then he was telling
everybody that they should drink bleach or whatever. And she's like,
ivermectin is actually believing or not good for you, but uh,
it's I guess some kind of a Yeah, never heard
of it.
Speaker 4 (08:51):

us at work, everybody is sharing the bottle and.
Speaker 6 (09:02):
Everyone get Yeah, that's how it happens.
Speaker 5 (09:07):
You know what those party buses and party pubs are
basically influenza A. They should somebody should actually rename it
influenza A.
Speaker 1 (09:17):
The influenza bus, the influenza.
Speaker 7 (09:19):
Bus for people that share vapes. Same thing like, this
is not the time of year to share a vapis Jannon.
Speaker 5 (09:25):
I'm gonna be begged to differ with you. Look at
ninety nine point nine percent of the vapors. They're just
going to die of cancer. They're not going to die.
They never seem they never seem like they're sick, right, never. Yeah,
it's crazy, Dinett.
Speaker 4 (09:39):
What's up?
Speaker 9 (09:41):
Hey?
Speaker 11 (09:41):
I just wanted to let you know.
Speaker 22 (09:43):
I know the mask that you say you suffocate from from.
Speaker 23 (09:46):
The breathing machine.
Speaker 5 (09:47):
Yeah, go nasal pillowss Okay?
Speaker 4 (09:54):
Is that less?
Speaker 5 (09:56):
Is that less intrusive and will make me look more
attractive to my my wife.
Speaker 4 (10:03):
At leastffocated?
Speaker 5 (10:05):
Okay, wonderful, Okay, thank you so much. I appreciate you. Naseel,
I'm gonna put nasal pillows in my nose. Do you
remember the boxers would put like those little things up
in their nose?
Speaker 10 (10:17):
What's up?
Speaker 4 (10:17):
Rachel wants to give a warning to Anna. What's that warning?
Speaker 13 (10:22):
Was Kevin too close to Anna?
Speaker 6 (10:24):
I know? But on Friday. He was telling me his
throat hurt and I was like, get away from me,
and he's like, I'm fine, I'm fine. Now look at him.
Speaker 24 (10:31):
This is this is ill.
Speaker 23 (10:33):
I was like, Calf, you're too close. Scooted over and
he goes more. He probably it over Mark.
Speaker 6 (10:39):
I'm feeling okay for now.
Speaker 4 (10:40):
So actually, remember Anna was sick a couple of weeks ago.
Speaker 6 (10:43):
I think she might have given this.
Speaker 5 (10:46):
You infected him.
Speaker 14 (10:50):
If it makes you feel any better, I'm pretty sure
she has the herbs.
Speaker 4 (10:53):
No she isn't. Oh my god, we'll see you, Rachel.
Take care of yourself. Bye.

Speaker 5 (11:17):
Little Mama ran on stage and interrupted Jay Z and
Alicia Keyesy's performance and the amas that moment for.
Speaker 23 (11:25):
You know, I don't think that was the right thing
to do.
Speaker 25 (11:27):
I think it's I think.
Speaker 23 (11:28):
I actually thought it was the equivalent to what.
Speaker 11 (11:30):
Kanye did to Tailor Twift, but nobody really talked about that.
Speaker 4 (11:34):
Kate Hudson starred in Bride Wars.
Speaker 1 (11:36):
I gotta let it sit for a day or two.
Speaker 26 (11:38):
Maybe I'll try to strip it down to white.

Speaker 5 (13:42):
All right, Channon with what's trendy in this morning and
what's happening this morning here, Shannon.
Speaker 7 (13:47):
Okay, I know that a lot of people make fun
of them, but I actually think they're kind of a
cute couple. Katy Perry made her relationship with Justin Trudeau
Instagram official over the weekend.
Speaker 27 (13:58):
And she was sharing all.
Speaker 7 (13:58):
Sorts of photos and videos of the two of them
during a trip to Japan. I think that's where like
the end of her tour happened. But lots of them
included the former Canadian Prime minister, and they look very
very much in love with each other. I don't know,
so he's been single. He and his wife announced their
(14:19):
separation in twenty twenty three. They share three children together,
and then, of course Katie and her ex Orlando Bloom.
They share a five year old daughter, Daisy Dove together.
They announced their split over the summer. But yeah, it
is they hard launched themselves over the weekend.
Speaker 8 (14:35):
Okay, I know you don't care about them.
Speaker 4 (14:37):
No, No, it's not. I just don't. I still don't
think that it's you.
Speaker 7 (14:40):
I don't think it's real.
Speaker 5 (14:41):
I know, I think that she had to go follow up,
you know, her, after her breakup from what's his nuts
or Orlando. She had to follow it up with something
that people were going to talk about.
Speaker 7 (14:52):
Yeah, definitely an odd couple. But I don't know.
Speaker 8 (14:55):
Then you see them together and you're like, Okay, I
kind of get it.
Speaker 5 (14:57):
Why not go politically? But you know, like I think
smart because he's one of those guys that I think.
I always wonder what's gonna happen with Justin Trudeau because
it's funny, like former politicians here turn into like movie stars.
Speaker 8 (15:09):
Is they go on Dancing with the stars?
Speaker 4 (15:11):
Are they?
Speaker 10 (15:12):
Well?
Speaker 5 (15:12):
Not necessary? I mean, I mean the Prime it's funny
as a prime minister. That would be interesting to see
if he moves to California to be with her or
she moves to Canada.
Speaker 8 (15:22):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (15:23):
Zach Brown raised some eyebrows after sharing some photos and
videos from his show at the Sphere in Las Vegas.
The band Excuse Me played its first shows of their
little residency over the weekend. I noticed this right away
when I saw video too. There's like a demonic slash
satanic vibe in the imagery on stage, some of the
(15:46):
stuff he's wearing the set, there's a graphic of like
a skeleton underwater. The video I saw show Zach wearing
this crown that. I don't know if it's made up
of horns or bones or whatnot, but it's got a
big skeletal head in the center. One comment or wrote online,
being woke will destroy your career, Miss chicken fried Zach.
Speaker 8 (16:09):
This crap is demonic.
Speaker 7 (16:11):
And lastly, over the weekend, Martha Stewart has shared that
she wants to be composted on her farm in Maine
after she dies. Do you want to be buried or cremated?
Speaker 4 (16:23):
Oh?
Speaker 7 (16:24):
I'm going to be composted. Now what does that mean?
When one of.
Speaker 28 (16:28):
My horses dies, we dig a giant hole. Really, jeep
in one of my fields, we have a pet cemetery
and the horse is wrapped in a fien white linen
sheet and very carefully drop down into this giant, lovely grave.
Speaker 7 (16:45):
I want to go there, guys. She's eighty four years old.
She looks freaking phenomenal.
Speaker 6 (16:51):
I love her.
Speaker 7 (16:51):
I love her too.
Speaker 4 (16:52):
That would be wild.
Speaker 5 (16:53):
By the way, she has a pet cemetery on her
how many pets show?
Speaker 7 (16:57):
By the way, this composting thing is not new. This
is our trend. That's been a couple of compost No,
that's what I'm saying. It's been it's been a trend
for humans to do. Instead of getting buried in a
box or cremated, you let your body like become one
with the earth.
Speaker 8 (17:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (17:14):
Is that the same thing as taking your shoes off
and walking and I'm grass I'm supposed to make you feel.
Speaker 7 (17:18):
Yeah something or if you miss anything from today's show,
you can always go back and listen to the podcast
on the free I heard video app.
Speaker 4 (17:24):
Hi this is month.
Speaker 21 (17:25):

Speaker 5 (17:38):

start of the holiday season is the Rockefeller Center.
Speaker 8 (19:32):
We do all the Christmas things.
Speaker 7 (19:33):
We do the tree, we look at the you know,
do the windows, we do Central Park, we do Fao Schwartz,
And we bargained for fake designer bags on the streets,
which was always It.
Speaker 27 (19:44):
Was so funny.
Speaker 7 (19:45):
I posted some photos and people were like, you seriously
got you your daughter a Louis Vaton bag. I'm like,
I think it was forty five dollars.
Speaker 6 (19:52):
It looked good.
Speaker 27 (19:53):
It was a steal.
Speaker 7 (19:55):
Yeah, yeah, so you got.
Speaker 5 (19:57):
So you go out there and you're negotiating, and it's
funny because I think she negotiates. Yeah, how things change.
It's funny. When you first started taking her there, it
was like, we want to do cocoa at the hotel.
That home alone was filmed then and stuff, and you
want to do like the fun stuff like that. Now
she's out there negotiating fake bags. Yep.
Speaker 7 (20:16):
She she watched me do it for a few years
and now she does it on her own. I'm so proud.
Speaker 5 (20:20):
Fao Schwartz is still around. That toy store's still around.
Speaker 7 (20:22):
Fao Schwartz is still around, and it is crazier than ever.
So we we you guys know my love for these
jellycat stuff to animals. They started with the kids, and
now I feel like I'm more obsessed with the kids.
So they have like a diner experience that it's free,
you just have to secure a reservation for it. So
we did that. We didn't have to wait in the
FAO line. But I was telling Zach that the line
(20:45):
for Fao yesterday morning, actually all all three mornings we
were there, was running about three to four hours.
Speaker 8 (20:52):
They said to get in. Isn't that crazy?
Speaker 6 (20:54):
Is it worth it? It has been or seen it?
Speaker 7 (20:57):
It's really I mean it's pretty magical. It's like the
toy store of you know, your dream.
Speaker 27 (21:01):
It's just like the movies. It is so neat.
Speaker 5 (21:04):
Well it's kind of like a well there it's been.
Fao Schwartz has been in a number of different movies,
holiday movies.
Speaker 4 (21:11):
But I guess it's kind of elf.
Speaker 5 (21:12):
Is kind of like the toy store that used to
be attached to like a Macy's or something like that,
a department.
Speaker 4 (21:17):
Store, type of a toy store.
Speaker 5 (21:18):
Fao Schwartz is literally a freaking toy store, like three stories.
Speaker 7 (21:23):
There's experiences everywhere. There's a magic show happening. There's all
of these, Like the employees are dressed up like toy
soldiers and they do demonstrations of all the toys. Then
you can play with the toys and there's a yeah.
Speaker 5 (21:36):
Do you remember the day that the malls had KB
toys or do you remember KB?
Speaker 4 (21:42):
You don't remember. I didn't think you did. They used
to have.
Speaker 5 (21:46):
Honestly, the toy store now that we all go to
a Spencer's at the mall, like right to to or
toys r US member that was and that was actually
think of toys r us on steroids. I think of
four toys r us is on top of each other
or something. So that's kind of vy truck. Shannon almost
got mugged in Central Park though.
Speaker 7 (22:05):
This is also something that was crazy about the weekend.
First off, I love my quality time with my Lucy.
It's it's so awesome. I cannot believe how many Moju
in the Morning listeners were in Detroit this past weekend
as well. I met so many amazing people. Everybody came
up and said hi, which I love. But it was
so funny because on Saturday morning, we had brunch in
(22:26):
Central Park and then we left this place called Tavern
on the Green and we were walking to go ice skating.
Speaker 27 (22:31):
So we were walking all the.
Speaker 7 (22:33):
Way to the other side of the park to go
to the ice skating rink and I hears somebody running
up behind me. And I'm pretty aware of my surroundings
in New York because obviously I've got my daughter with me. Yeah, yeah,
and it's just the two of us, and so I
go to turn around and this man runs up to
me and he said Shannon, and I'm going yes. I
(22:56):
don't know who this man is, but he was a listener.
His name's Josh from Brighton. He and his wife no Weel,
flew to New York City just for the day to
do all of the Christmassy things. But he saw us
at the restaurant wanted to get a picture, went back
and forth with his wife of should we bother them,
and then decided yes, when am I going to get
to meet her again? So he ran out of the
(23:17):
restaurant and across the park to catch up with us.
Speaker 8 (23:20):
And take a photo. I honest to god do I said,
you scared.
Speaker 4 (23:22):
You almost poop yourself.
Speaker 7 (23:23):
You scared this bit out of me. I thought I
was about to get mugged. And he started laughing, and
he's like, no, I just really want to.
Speaker 6 (23:28):
Picture Lucy think about all of this.
Speaker 7 (23:31):
She thinks it's funny. Oh good, she thinks it's funny.
Speaker 4 (23:33):
It is wild.
Speaker 5 (23:34):
By the way, since we've been doing you know, or
the roses years ago, it has never been like it
is since we started posting them on our tiktoks. For sure,
people will know who we are no matter what place
we go to, you know what I mean. But this
is the funniest part. I become more aware of things
when I go to a place like New York or Chicago,
y You know, if you ever go to like one
(23:55):
of these big cities where you're walking the cities and
they're shopping and stuff, go, I think every buddy is
a freaking criminal about to attack me.
Speaker 1 (24:02):
You don't know.
Speaker 18 (24:03):
I am.
Speaker 7 (24:03):
I keep my curse under my coat, I keep my
hand in my pocket on my phone.
Speaker 5 (24:07):
I'm not I'm thinking that everybody is literally going to
mug me, throw me into the back of a van.
Hog timey and then try to get like iHeartRadio or
my wife to try to give a ransom money, which,
by the way, you're better off with iHeart.
Speaker 4 (24:24):
I don't think Chelsea right now would give ransom for me.
Speaker 6 (24:26):
I think she's Law and Order.
Speaker 5 (24:28):
I'm you know what, Hey, have you ever watched Law
and Order and realized those are real stories? What do
they say these stories? Don't they say something at the
beginning of the show.
Speaker 6 (24:37):
Is that they aren't real stories, but they're based.
Speaker 4 (24:39):
On These are based on real stories.
Speaker 5 (24:42):
They need to do a lawn order of a radio
DJ from Detroit with her daughter going and shopping and
looking at fake Louis vatans and kidnapped in Central Park.
Speaker 7 (24:57):
Dude, this guy, he really did scare the crap out
of me. And what was so f so anyways, he
left his wife in the dust. She comes up like
trying to get a picture with him.
Speaker 5 (25:07):
It was really mauricea Harkitave or whatever her name is
from Law and Order.
Speaker 4 (25:11):
It's fine, she is fine.
Speaker 5 (25:13):
My son Joe's in the studio, Harry, you know the
Joe shows doing their studio or their show from to
Tampa from Detroit. Cause jingle Ball Joe, do you remember
when Chelsea your mom and I remember when Chelsea, your
mom and I would take you guys on vacations which
one of us would watch over you guys more to
make sure that he didn't run away.
Speaker 8 (25:32):
You didn't even wait to get a sentence.
Speaker 5 (25:34):
How many times? How many times would we be at
places like we went to New York? We actually do
you remember going to New York at all as a
little kid?
Speaker 26 (25:40):
Yes, eighth grade trip Abbott Middle School? And do you
know what you're talking about?
Speaker 5 (25:44):
Do you remember almost getting kidnapped in Central Park or no? Yeah,
it's New York. You wanted it to happen though, of course,
did we actually offer you to people and they wouldn't accept?
Speaker 4 (25:54):
Maybe? Yes, Well, you guys purposely tried to lose me.
Speaker 26 (25:56):
We went to Disneyland when I was like a kid
and I had tennessey of running off, and you guys
tried to purposely lose me, so I'd have like a
freak out, which good parent moment.
Speaker 4 (26:06):
But then you guys realized that was okay.
Speaker 6 (26:08):
I liked you love it there here?
Speaker 4 (26:11):
Yes, you know what it did.
Speaker 5 (26:12):
We actually wanted him to understand that you got to
stay with your family like you can't get you know,
wandering away. Now he goes all the time. Now he's
a he's an a Disney adults. Yeah, all right, we're
gonna do byther eight four to four Mojo live or
text ninety five five zero zero. We're gonna do a
breaking and entering Christmas wish coming up here in a second.
We also have uh the five is six fifty five.
Speaker 1 (26:34):
It's Mojo in the mornings. Five is six fifty five five.
Speaker 5 (26:38):
And six fifty five y five six fifty five. No,
all right, let me play first and then we'll grant
a wish coming up in a second. Also, maybe grab
some calls. Amanda is going for twelve today. Amanda, how
is your week weekend and your day off on Friday
when we were off?
Speaker 18 (26:55):
Oh pretty good.
Speaker 7 (26:56):
How was your weekend?
Speaker 4 (26:57):
It was excellent? Thank you for asking.
Speaker 5 (27:00):
Shannon almost got kidnapped, but it was just a listener
wanting to say hello and take a pic and uh, you.
Speaker 6 (27:06):
Can see it was like such a fun trip though it.
Speaker 7 (27:08):
Was very fun.
Speaker 5 (27:09):
What would you have more fun doing, Amanda, going to
Fao Schwartz and toy shopping or going and buying fake
Louis Vatans.
Speaker 9 (27:19):
I don't know.
Speaker 21 (27:20):
I was just I just looked up Shannon's video of
Lucy at the jellycat thing, and that honestly looks really fun.
Speaker 5 (27:27):
It's pretty fun. What do you do with adults that
are into jellycats? Are they like Disney adults?
Speaker 7 (27:32):
It's a collectible thing, you know.
Speaker 5 (27:33):
Yeah, she doesn't bother you when and adults the one
trying to collect it while you have a kid that
wants it.
Speaker 7 (27:38):
No curly Now, I I like them too, so are
kind of good at it because I.
Speaker 5 (27:43):
Kind of remembered back in the day when it was
what was the Little Beast babies.
Speaker 7 (27:47):
Your your son Joe knows this because he had to
help me get one from Chicago.
Speaker 26 (27:52):
It was me in line for Lucy in about forty
five others, thirty five to forty five year olds in
line for themselves.
Speaker 9 (27:59):
Kid.
Speaker 4 (27:59):
Yeah, and I did one of these things.
Speaker 26 (28:01):
I go, I'm getting this for my sister, and the
woman's like, you don't have to lie, It's okay.
Speaker 5 (28:06):
That's funny, all right. Amanda is playing for twelve today.

each other, good.

How much money was the check for seven thousand dollars?
Speaker 5 (33:48):
Oh my god, by the way, that is worth more
than just a free plug on the radio. I might
have to go and I don't know, mow their lawn

this great dealership that is in Troy, Michigan. In the

of our marketing meetings about who where do we want
to give back to this year? I had mentioned breaking
and Entering, and every single one of us decided that
that's the best. That's the best holiday charity to give
back to.
Speaker 4 (34:51):
That's incredible.
Speaker 5 (34:52):
I appreciate you, and please do us a favor and
thank Mike, and thank the entire staff over there, Thank

the community, and we just we're extremely excited to be a.

I love you.
Speaker 9 (35:41):

Speaker 5 (35:41):
Many of these great businesses in the Metro Detroit area
are the reason why we're able to do breaking and
entering Christmas wish. We never go out and beg for money,
and we never do, even honestly, what some people do,
like they do golf outings and things like that, we
don't do it. It's all people like yourself, Megan, that
have been since How old were you when you started
listening to Mojo in the morning.

into my thirties now, so.
Speaker 5 (36:17):
Wow, Well I know that Mike wasn't that young when
he started, you know, so I know.
Speaker 7 (36:23):
But don't you love that that breaking an entering Christmas
is part of like your Christmas tradition. It's part of
your routine around the holidays, that you know that this
is happening in our community. And now I love that
you and all of your coworkers are a part of that.
It's it's full circle. It's a beautiful thing.
Speaker 6 (36:39):

Speaker 5 (40:03):
Hey, coach Ryan, That's what I'm gonna call you. This
is the Mojo in the Morning show, and we want
you to know that we received a letter about you
for our Breaking and Entering Christmas Wish program.
Speaker 4 (40:14):
And can I have the letter read by one of
the moms that wrote it? Mile Are you ready? Yeah?
Here you go, Ryan, take a listen.
Speaker 18 (40:26):
Dear Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 16 (40:27):
My name is Devin Fritzler, and I'm writing to you
on behalf of Ryan.
Speaker 11 (40:31):
Galloway and his entire family for your breaking and Entering
Christmas Wish program.
Speaker 16 (40:37):
I met Ryan around two years ago when he became
my oldest daughter's travel soccer coach.
Speaker 11 (40:44):
Shortly after we met Ryan for the first time and
my daughter became one of his players, we lost my
husband and my daughter's father tragically, and suddenly.
Speaker 18 (41:00):
Ryan was so quick to offer my daughter a scholarship
and ordered to allow her to still play in our
time of need.
Speaker 11 (41:16):
Ryan was so fast because he knew that she loved
soccer and that she needed this. He was so fast
to scholarship her and he has done everything he could
to help me as a mom provide that for my daughter.
Ryan is also a friend. He always supports me as
(41:38):
a sport parent. He always keeps my daughter in mind
for me on an office of field, he.
Speaker 16 (41:44):
Helps me out, He always has my back.
Speaker 11 (41:47):
Ryan has been a soccer coach for the Good Soccer
Club for over twenty years. We can just feel the fact.
Speaker 16 (41:53):
That he loves every single one of his players and
all of us as family. Last year, Ryan had terrible
accident when he fell over twenty feet.
Speaker 18 (42:02):
Off of the ladder onto his back.
Speaker 11 (42:05):
Suffering injuries including broken ribs, skull fractures, brain bleeds, and
many other numerous things.
Speaker 18 (42:11):
For the past year, he has been.
Speaker 11 (42:13):
Suffering in silence as his health continues to decline. Ryan's
finally just confided in his wife Abby that things.
Speaker 16 (42:21):
Have not improved and they've only gotten worse.
Speaker 11 (42:24):
Ryan suffers every day in immense pain and confusion as
things have just not improved.
Speaker 16 (42:31):
To make matters worse, Ryan was recently let go.
Speaker 11 (42:34):
From his longtime job, which has put a serious strain
on his family.
Speaker 23 (42:39):
Ryan and Abbey would never.
Speaker 11 (42:40):
Ask for help, but they are currently behind on their mortgage,
their bills, and with quickness coming. None of us can
imagine the stress that is hanging.
Speaker 23 (42:49):
Over their heads.
Speaker 11 (42:52):
We are one big soccer family, Mojo, and we really
wanted to do something to show this sweet family that
they are loved supported.
Speaker 16 (43:01):
All we want to do is help them keep a
roof over their kids' heads and have a magical Christmas.
Speaker 18 (43:08):
We know that you can help us make this happen.
Speaker 23 (43:10):
Sincerely, Devin.
Speaker 4 (43:13):
Wow, Ryan, that's pretty especially you are amazing. I uh.
Speaker 5 (43:20):
As I sit here in the studio, I think to myself,
there's only one other thing that I love doing, and
that was coaching.
Speaker 4 (43:28):
I love coaching.
Speaker 5 (43:29):
I know how much you must love coaching, because you
don't do it for as many years as you do
if you don't love it right.
Speaker 10 (43:34):
Oh, absolutely, it's so much fun.
Speaker 7 (43:36):
And I don't know if you can see past Bianca
and the team that's right on your doorstep, but there
are there are a lot of kids out there.
Speaker 27 (43:44):
And families that all look good to.
Speaker 7 (43:47):
Be a part of this, making this Christmas Wish happen
for you for you.
Speaker 9 (43:52):
Yeah, that's your whole team's here.
Speaker 23 (43:55):
Everyone's all here. They're already I.
Speaker 10 (43:56):
Know I need a bigger portion buill us the house.
Speaker 4 (44:00):
Ryan.
Speaker 5 (44:01):
I want you to know that you know you try
as a coach to affect one kid at a time.
You've affected families at a time, to do what you
did for Devin's family, to know that in the time
that she lost the love of her life, that you
wanted to make things normal for her family and for
her as a mom.
Speaker 4 (44:21):
You are an amazing man.
Speaker 5 (44:25):
And I want you to know that our Mojo in
the Morning Christmas Wish program knows that you've been struggling
with your health, and we know that you're a fighter
and you're fighting through this. But we also know the
loss of your job is tough, and we don't want
the stress of all that to affect your health.
Speaker 4 (44:43):
So that's why this.
Speaker 5 (44:43):
Morning we are granting your family, the Galloway family, a
Mojo in the Morning, breaking and entering Christmas Wish.
Speaker 25 (44:51):
This is amazing.
Speaker 34 (44:53):
So we have like a.
Speaker 13 (44:53):
Whole train of Christmas gifts and kids just fluting through
the house right now.
Speaker 23 (44:57):
This is amazing. This is about probably forty p people
in this living room.
Speaker 5 (45:03):
This this modest home, this beautiful home, which, by the way,
you have six children, Ryan, Yes, can you name it.
We're adding to your six children with forty soccer players Mojo. Hi, Hey, Rylan,
(45:27):
Merry Christmas. Ryland, tell me about your dad? What what
kind of a guy is he?
Speaker 35 (45:33):
He's a really great guy and he's really hoping and
he's a great dad.
Speaker 6 (45:38):
Yeah.
Speaker 13 (45:39):
I love him.
Speaker 5 (45:40):
Yeah, well, we love him too. We love everything about him.
That's why, Rylan, we're bringing in for your entire family,
for for you, uh, for Ryder, Parker, Paisley, even.
Speaker 4 (45:55):
Jordan and Isaiah.
Speaker 5 (45:56):
We're bringing in Christmas wish gifts for all of you guys,
and we want to make sure that you do us
a favor. Okay, okay, we want to make sure that you,
along with your siblings, make your parents open their gifts
because we're also bringing a bunch of stuff in for them.
So make sure that your mom and your dad are
opening their gifts.
Speaker 1 (46:17):
Okay, thank you.
Speaker 4 (46:19):
Thank you.
Speaker 5 (46:20):
Is Abby there? Can we talk to to Abby real
quo that's the mom that you almost ruined their marriage?
By walking up to their door for guys.
Speaker 23 (46:30):
That hey all, apology to side.
Speaker 5 (46:34):
Hi, Hey Abby, how you holding up?
Speaker 9 (46:37):
Abby?
Speaker 12 (46:40):
I'm okay, relief, but.
Speaker 23 (46:47):
I can't believe this is happening?
Speaker 4 (46:49):
Abby?
Speaker 10 (46:50):
Has it?
Speaker 5 (46:50):
Has it been tough on Ryan, this this injury in
the latest loss of his job.
Speaker 18 (46:57):
Yeah, a lot, all of us.
Speaker 4 (47:01):
Yeah, Well, I want you to know this.
Speaker 5 (47:03):
The most of the morning, breaking and entering Christmas Wish
program and all the great people that every single year
contribute to us are going to be writing you guys

your bills while Ryan gets back up on his feet.
Speaker 23 (47:19):
He's the phone right now.
Speaker 11 (47:23):

Speaker 5 (47:27):
I want you to know that along with every one
of the gifts that the kids are going to open,
we want to make sure that the two of you
guys are able to get that stress out of his
recovery so that Ryan can get through what he's going
through right now.
Speaker 23 (47:45):
Thank you.
Speaker 29 (47:46):
It means so much.
Speaker 4 (47:48):
Well, you mean so much.
Speaker 5 (47:50):
I don't know if you've got a chance to listen
to that letter, but that's pretty special.
Speaker 18 (47:53):
Yea, I did, And you know.
Speaker 7 (47:56):
You guys as a spend so much time pouring into
other people, pouring into other kids, into other families, and
so we really, we really want you to take a
step back today and just look around and feel the
love of everybody pouring back into you guys this holiday season.
Speaker 6 (48:13):
As strong as Ryan is, we know that he has
to have an even stronger wife behind him supporting him.
So no that we'll see you too.
Speaker 5 (48:22):
Yeah, right, the Galloway family, from everybody at the good
Rich Soccer Club and everybody that listens to Mojo in
the morning.
Speaker 4 (48:37):
Merry Christmas to you guys.
Speaker 23 (48:40):
Marry Christmas. Yeah, you already know what we gotta do.
Speaker 5 (48:46):
Yeah, get these kids, get that team going. Do they
have a chair, Coach Ryan, Do they have like a
special chair that you would do with.

And if there's anybody that's right now in need of
any great people, what did you do?
Speaker 4 (49:28):
Ryan? What kind of work were you doing?
Speaker 10 (49:31):
I was in retail management?
Speaker 5 (49:33):
Retail management? Anybody in retail management. You're out in the pier, right,
and I understand and grand blank, grand blank, so out
in grand blank. Anybody out in that area need somebody,
we need, we need you to sponsor Ryan Galloway. And
let's get Ryan Galloway a good job here. Merry Christmas
to you guys.
Speaker 10 (49:52):
Hey, Merry Christmas to you, Thank.

can listen to us on channel ninety five five one
oh four point five s an X ninety two point
five Kiss FM. I was just looking at the numbers,
did you know the most listen to podcasts.
Speaker 4 (51:51):
In Michigan and Ohio? Two states?
Speaker 5 (51:53):
We win win Michigan, Ohio and I think we came

Speaker 4 (52:14):
It's on the iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 5 (52:16):
You can always get us Shannon with what's going on
in the dirty on the thirty.
Speaker 7 (52:19):
Well, former President Joe Biden were guy having some trouble
talking well giving a speech at the International LGBTQ Plus
Leaders Conference in Washington, d C.
Speaker 8 (52:30):
This weekend.
Speaker 36 (52:32):
We just have to keep up as long as we
keep the faith, someone hope and get back up and
remember who in the hell we are. We're the United
States of America.
Speaker 24 (52:41):
Got it. That's who we are for the US.
Speaker 7 (52:44):
America got it. Maybe he meant to say that where
the United States of America got it?
Speaker 5 (52:49):
I could we got Did you see that Trump hosted it?
Was the first president to ever host the Kennedy Center Honors,
And I'm like, why is he hosted? Because usually when
they do the Kennedy Center Honors, the president the city
and president sits in like a box and thank you,
thank you, thank you.
Speaker 4 (53:05):
And then I was doing some reading about it.
Speaker 5 (53:08):
I guess they were trying to get a couple of
people and then they kind of backed out it last minute.
He's like, you know what, I'm gonna host the damn thing.
So he ended up hosting it himself. But that was
last night and they, you know, their own thing. But
there you go. America got it.
Speaker 7 (53:22):
H I got it.
Speaker 5 (53:22):
The president who hosts his own stuff. What a weird
world we live in?
Speaker 4 (53:26):
Shannon.
Speaker 7 (53:28):
The Indiana Hoosiers beat the Ohio State buckey Is thirteen
to ten on Saturday to win the Big Ten Championship.
Both teams, by the way, on the feet of going
into that game. It was the first time the Big
Ten Championship game featured Number one versus number two in
the country. It was also the first time the Hoosiers
won a Big Ten titles since nineteen sixty seven, the
(53:48):
first time they beat Ohio State since nineteen eighty eight,
ending a thirty two game losing streak. Indiana also earned
the top seed in the College Football Playoffs, so they're
going to be in the Rose Bowl for the first
time since nth team sixty seven.
Speaker 5 (54:01):
I'm going out on a limb here right now because
I know that there's a lot of Buckeye fans that
listen to us from Toledo and cass I'm going to
say that loss over the weekend was your Michigan loss,
and now you just fired that team up. I mean,
you couldn't ask for a worse situation than to have
your kicker, you know, end up doinkin and to see
(54:26):
what they did. I feel like you just woke a
sleeping giant. I really do. And I feel like, honestly,
I feel like Ohio State's going to end up probably
win in this.
Speaker 7 (54:32):
Whole thing, and Notre Dame not going to be playing
in a bowl game after this is totally left out
of the College Football Playoffs. The team issued a statement
yesterday afternoon and said that they essentially decided to end
the season. Part of the statement said, as a team,
we have decided to withdraw our name from consideration for
a bowl game. We appreciate all of the support from
our families and fans, and we're hoping to bring the
(54:53):
twelfth national title to South Bend in twenty twenty six.
Speaker 5 (54:56):
I was kind of excited. You know, Kevin's out sick today.
I was kind of bomed because I want to ask
him questions about this whole thing. Because we were texting
back and forth a ton yesterday with some sports stuff.
I wanted to get his take on Notre Dame. At first,
I was like, you know, good for Notre Dame. You know,
why go to some you know, the Jiffy lou Boyle
Bowl or whatever the bowl is that they're going to
send you to. You're Notre Dame. You bring a lot
of fans with you. But then I did a little
(55:18):
deep diving. Actually I just watched some stuff on barstool Sports,
and they only played two ranked teams this year that
were top ranked teams. They lost both of those games,
So Notre Dame really wasn't even that good of a team,
so they probably shouldn't have been in the college football playoffs,
although Alabama definitely shouldn't either. But it's interesting that you
(55:38):
can just not have a conference, like they don't have
a conference for football. They are an independent, one of
the I think, the only independent, and you can just
choose not to go. I can't believe that college football
can't penalize them somehow, like say, hey, you're either going
to bowl games.
Speaker 7 (55:54):
Has anybody ever done that before? Said we're just things,
but no thanks.
Speaker 4 (55:58):
I do not know the answer to that.
Speaker 5 (56:00):
I will have to go back on the barstool social
and and see if anybody says anything. I kind of
get my sports that way, but I don't know. But
I think that it's crazy that you can do that
and walk away and say I'm not going to I
guess most of these players want to go to the pros,
and the coach obviously doesn't want to get a trip
to Orlando or something like Michigan's going to Orlando.
Speaker 7 (56:18):
Yeah, yeah, real quick, while we're talking sports. Taylor Swift
joined by her bestie Selena Gomez at the Chiefs game.
The girls were spotted in Taylor's familiar game day box
and everybody was quite crazy that they were together.
Speaker 5 (56:32):
And real quick, can you talk about this? It looks
like the Chiefs will not be in the playoffs this year.
Saw that they lost to the Texans last night and
by the way, Mahomes had a horrible game. Travis had
a horrible game too, and they're saying that they're all
but eliminated. It looks like from possibly the playoffs be
the first time that those guys in the last I
(56:53):
think five or six years haven't been in a playoff.
Speaker 7 (56:56):
A great big congratulations to Detroit marril Mary Sheffield, who
very quietly got married over the weekend. She's very very
private when it comes to her personal life, but she
allegedly because I don't know this has necessarily been confirmed,
but married Ricky Jackson Junior, a community leader. He's the
(57:16):
program manager for Project Place Southeast Michigan, which is an
amazing organization that gives kids access to quality sports programs.
But I believe the wedding happened yesterday. I know she
was noticed walking into the Godfree Hotel.
Speaker 8 (57:34):
There were like.
Speaker 7 (57:35):
Hundreds and hundreds of red roses delivered to the back
door of the Godfree Hotel. So everybody's thinking that that's
where it happened. But I saw their engagement photos the
most dunning couple.
Speaker 4 (57:45):
Well, she is definitely Mayor Hattie.
Speaker 5 (57:48):
I mean, I got to tell you, there's a lot
of people that are on TikTok and Instagram. I see
people that aren't even from Detroit putting up reels about
your I.
Speaker 7 (57:57):
Mean, she's been really a big old oval shaped ring
for the past couple of months, so we knew she
was engaged.
Speaker 4 (58:02):
By Do we call him first gentleman?
Speaker 9 (58:04):
Is that right?
Speaker 7 (58:04):
I think so?
Speaker 4 (58:05):
Really, I think so.
Speaker 7 (58:08):
Congratulations to them.
Speaker 4 (58:09):
And what's his name again?
Speaker 7 (58:11):
His name is Ricky Jackson.
Speaker 4 (58:13):
Junior, Ricky Nice.
Speaker 7 (58:15):
Catch anything he missed from today's So go back and
catch up on the podcast. Just sort to Mojo in
the morning in the free iHeartRadio app.
Speaker 5 (58:23):
Can I tell you this weekend, I got to play
golf in a charity charity golf tournament, So thank you
to see our Myers and associates. Our good friend Craig
Myers donates always to break in an entering Christmas wish.
Speaker 4 (58:33):
She invited me to play.
Speaker 5 (58:34):
I played with professional golfer Jim Fuick, but I also
played with Jeff Daniels, Yes, and I got Can I
tell you that I haven't seen Jeff in forever. I
think literally twenty some years ago when Escanaba in the
Moonlight was coming out and we all spiked Sarah and
I did a promotion for him. He was so nice.
(58:56):
He's a good golfer. He's a really good golfer. He
kept calling me tom which I thought was great. So
it wasn't like Mojo and Jeff. It was you know, Tommy.
And at the end of the whole thing, you know,
when all things were done, he goes, he goes, Hey,
he goes, you know, I'm gonna share with you my
phone number. He goes, don't use it unless you need to.
And I was like, I was like, so, Jeff, I
(59:18):
got it. I swear to you I will not I
will not share it at all. But I'm looking forward
to getting a chance to bring him on the air
with us because he's opening up a music venue in Chelsea, Michigan,
to go along with the Purple Rose Theater. Yeah, and
he's gonna do what he wants to do is he
wants to give new up and coming artists and some
artists that are longtimers that you know, don't get played
(59:41):
or the opportunity to play big venues, an opportunity to
go to the Chelsea Theater and play, so it will
be incredible. So I told Jeff, I said, you'll have
we'll have you back on.
Speaker 9 (59:51):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (59:52):
We didn't use it. No, I'm not gonna use it.
Speaker 5 (59:55):
But we were a whole group of us and one
of them was my buddy Paul, and then my other
he Will, And those two guys were like, could you
imagine if we dressed up as dumb and dumber like
it would they would not go over Well, I don't
think he'd be calling me Tommy and give me his
phone number afterwards.
Speaker 4 (01:00:09):
Now, all right, that's dirty.
Speaker 2 (01:00:11):
Get more Jered Mojo in the morning dot com.
Speaker 9 (01:00:15):

some sports Upstates for you. Jason wants to clue me
in on something.
Speaker 4 (01:01:42):
What's up? Jason?
Speaker 2 (01:01:44):
Hey, I just want to know that you know that
the Chiefs actually haven't haven't missed the playoffs in eight
straight years.
Speaker 4 (01:01:50):
So it's been eight years.
Speaker 26 (01:01:52):
Yes, and they also won five consecutive championship.
Speaker 25 (01:01:57):
That's a championship.
Speaker 4 (01:01:59):
Five second, do you like the idea?
Speaker 5 (01:02:02):
I mean, do you like the idea that this isn't
you know, being mixed up a little bit? Or does
it bother you because it is a chance that the
Lions also might be on that end.
Speaker 37 (01:02:11):
Actually, I kind.
Speaker 10 (01:02:12):
Of like the mix up.
Speaker 25 (01:02:12):
I'm kind of tired of seeing the same stuff all
the time.
Speaker 5 (01:02:15):
So I'm bond cool that. You know, everybody had check
ept Draft Kings. All those guys had the Chiefs versus
Lions in a Super Bowl. The Chiefs aren't going to
be there. Hopefully the Lions can win out and be there,
or maybe hopefully the Bears just crap the bed, you
know they lost yesterday. Yeah, I hope so they look
(01:02:37):
good against Dallas. Leonard, what's going on? More sports update here?
Shannon is going to start shopping after one more call?
Speaker 4 (01:02:44):
What's going on?
Speaker 25 (01:02:46):
Yeah? Did nor did Dang got bumped up because they
kept Alabama there?
Speaker 5 (01:02:51):
Yes, that's what I was saying, but a lot of
people were saying that Alabama shouldn't be in there.
Speaker 4 (01:02:55):
Who do you think should be in there? Nerd to
Dame or Alabama?
Speaker 10 (01:02:58):
I think so they put Miami, Miami in there. They
should also put.
Speaker 4 (01:03:04):
In there Alabama.
Speaker 1 (01:03:07):
Yeah, Alabama.
Speaker 10 (01:03:09):
Alabama has three losses and they just got courged spopped
by Georgia. Yeah, they in their conference.
Speaker 4 (01:03:15):
Hey, quick question for you.
Speaker 5 (01:03:16):
Did you ever see the uh what was it one
of the ESPN specials the Catholics versus the Convicts? Did
you ever see that at all? It was the Notre
Dame versus the University of Miami. That was one of
honestly one of those the U one of the best
ones I've ever seen.
Speaker 24 (01:03:31):
So Uh, they always favorite Alabama.
Speaker 10 (01:03:37):
I mean this they gotta get.
Speaker 5 (01:03:39):
Do you notice since the n I L the SEC
is not as strong as they used to be, everything's
now all evened up.
Speaker 4 (01:03:46):
I guess when it comes to paying your players, it's.
Speaker 33 (01:03:49):
Uh pretty much big fans to run.
Speaker 4 (01:03:53):
You gotta do a report.
Speaker 5 (01:03:54):
We were out on Friday and we didn't get a
chance to talk about that family. Uh, it was a
sure whatever the family, the family, the rich family from
Grand Rapids that donated four hundred.
Speaker 4 (01:04:05):
Was it four hundred billion dollars or a million?
Speaker 10 (01:04:08):
Was that?
Speaker 4 (01:04:08):
How much? Was it? Was it billion with a b
orm million? With an M millon? Do you know it. No,
it's four hundred there was, it's four hundred million. Yeah,
it was like a big.
Speaker 8 (01:04:18):
Group of four hundred and one million, four.
Speaker 4 (01:04:21):
Hundred and one million dollars. Yeah, billion would be crazy.
Speaker 8 (01:04:24):
That would be just ever single donation.
Speaker 4 (01:04:26):
And you know what that means.
Speaker 5 (01:04:28):
That means history, that we can steal Bryce Underwood from Michigan.
Speaker 4 (01:04:33):
Don't say that. Don't say that. I was sending Kevin
that text.
Speaker 5 (01:04:37):
I go, can you imagine we should send this to
all of our Michigan fans that because there's rumors that
Bryce Underwood might leave Michigan.
Speaker 4 (01:04:43):
And go explore the what's called the portal.
Speaker 7 (01:04:46):
Shannon, Yeah, I know this stuff, you know it. I
know the basics.
Speaker 5 (01:04:51):
Like they're saying, they're saying that the quarterback at Michigan,
who makes already like twelve million dollars a year, might actually,
you know, be enticed to leave. So a one hundred
million dollars from these guys.
Speaker 7 (01:05:02):
One hundred million of it is going to uh support
Ani n deals, nil deal.
Speaker 8 (01:05:08):
Sorry, I can't talk today.
Speaker 4 (01:05:09):
I feel no. Yeah, tom Izzo's not leaving that program.
Speaker 7 (01:05:13):
For a while. Crazy because my stepson is a cheerleader
for Michigan State. And so I went to a lot
of games, a lot of football games in the fall,
and it's crazy when they do the walk into Spartan Stadium.
You know, all the football player the team does the walk.
They were those players were head to toe designer carrying
designers because they're getting paid.
Speaker 8 (01:05:30):
Oh my god.
Speaker 5 (01:05:31):
I asked Luke about that, because Luke has befriended a
couple of players. I go, do they ever buy you
guys food or anything like that. He's like, no, they're
his cheapest and normal college students. I said to him,
go listen your radio DJ. Dad and hard working mom
are not buying players hubbards, So don't be buying drinks.
(01:05:52):
Because these guys got the money they can they can
afford to uh to pay for a few things.
Speaker 4 (01:05:57):
All right, it's Mojoe in the Morning.
Speaker 1 (01:05:59):
Always get voice no return text. Find out why you're
not getting the.
Speaker 2 (01:06:04):
Call back on a second date update at mojo in
the Morning.
Speaker 5 (01:06:08):
We talked about it earlier this morning. Kev's got the
jingle ball flu, so he's not feeling well. He's going
to rest up today and hopefully be back tomorrow morning.
But definitely, you know, we want him back on stage
at jingle Ball for what we got tomorrow night at
Little Caesars.
Speaker 4 (01:06:23):
It's Mojo in the Morning Show.
Speaker 5 (01:06:24):
So I was away for the weekend, a really short
quick one is an in and out like two day thing,
and I was flying back and had something happened to
me on a flight that has never happened to me.
In the middle of the flight, they got on the
speaker system and the flight attendant goes, excuse me, ladies
and gentlemen, we have in a medical emergency on the flight.
Speaker 4 (01:06:46):
Is there a doctor on this flight? Is there a
doctor on this flight?
Speaker 5 (01:06:49):
And then a couple of minutes later, ladies and gentlemen,
we have a medical emergency on this flight. Please sit
in your seats. Do not even get up to go
to the bathroom. We need the aisles.
Speaker 8 (01:06:57):
Oh my god.
Speaker 5 (01:06:58):
And so I'm kind of freaking out and I have
no clue what's going on. And all of a sudden,
we were on the flight, Chelsea and I. So we're
coming back from Tampa. So we were down in Tampa
for the weekend, and we're coming back with my son Joe,
Jed and Ashley, who are from The Joe Show, our
afternoon show here and also they're the morning show for
iHeart down at ninety three to three FLZ in Tampa
(01:07:21):
and Jed then texts Chelsea and I because Joe probably
is dead asleep and not he like his dad, he
gets on a plane and falls asleep. Jed sends a text,
I'm going to read these texts verbatim. And by the way,
have you ever been on a plane when a medical
emergency happened? Or have you ever been on a plane
that has ever had to do like an emergency landing?
I got to tell you guys in a second here
(01:07:41):
a story about me on a plane with an emergency
landing and what happened.
Speaker 4 (01:07:44):
Okay, I want you to tell it too.
Speaker 10 (01:07:46):
Annah.
Speaker 5 (01:07:46):
So this is Jed's text, says the girl behind Joe
and I just had a heart attack. Chelsea sends back
in a text, Oh God, I go how old? I
always want to know, like you know, yeah, you get work,
he said, I would guess a few years older than
my mom. And Chelsea right away sends pray with an
excelamation point and I text bag, Oh God, who is
(01:08:10):
helping her? Jedd says they just found a doctor. The doctor,
along with a few of the flight attendants. So this
happens on the flight, I'm not kidding you, probably less
than forty minutes after getting in the air, so we're
probably still over Florida. And all I keep thinking the
entire time is, Oh, God, don't do an emergency landing,
and like Charlotte, I don't want to be late for
(01:08:31):
getting home, Like, is there any way that we can
just tide her over for another couple of hours?
Speaker 4 (01:08:36):
Is that bad for me to think that?
Speaker 37 (01:08:38):
Is that bad?
Speaker 7 (01:08:39):
People are going to call you out and be like,
she could die. But I think everybody in their head
is like, I really really hope she's okay. Also, I
really just want to get home.
Speaker 4 (01:08:47):
I want to go home.
Speaker 7 (01:08:48):
I want to go home.
Speaker 5 (01:08:49):
I mean, if I was going to Tampa, I'd be
even more upset that this woman's heart attack is affecting
my warm weather. But I was like, you know what, Okay,
all right, I'll say a prayer. Chelsea told me to say.
So I'm like praying, God, please don't let her have
a heart attack because I don't want to have to
emergency and in Atlanta or something, you know what I mean.
So then Jed sends back moments later, she's awake, and
(01:09:13):
Jed goes, I was sitting with this woman and her
husband at the bar, and I told them that I
would save a seat for them on the plane. They
just recently been on a cruise for the last five days.
It might be the change in altitude that got her.
I said back in the text, this is the reason
why they say don't drink on flights. Chelsea writes one
(01:09:35):
hundred percent real. Well, then Jed sends back, well, I
had a few a few drinks and I got about
twelve zins inside me right back, Jed, all right, so
this thing kind of goes for a while.
Speaker 4 (01:09:46):
Now the flight takes off at ten.
Speaker 5 (01:09:50):
Thirty five forty This is am This is probably no joke.
I mean, I feel bad. I've been joking the whole time.
This is probably around when we're texting here, Like I said,
forty five minutes, so maybe maybe eleven ish something. So
then finally at one thirty five we did not stop.
(01:10:12):
By the way, we were not landing, okay, the pilot
had somewhere to go, so we ended up going all
the way through.
Speaker 4 (01:10:19):
Send back a text to Jed.
Speaker 5 (01:10:21):
Jed, how is the lady that just had a heart attack,
and he goes she is reading a book, she's running
like an old Chevrolet.
Speaker 6 (01:10:29):
That is hilarious.
Speaker 7 (01:10:31):
So was it like did she actually have a heart
attack or she does it scare or what was the
I want to know all the details now I'm invested.
Speaker 5 (01:10:38):
We land at Metro, the Wayne County Airport Authority, Fire
Department and ems jump on the plane. Yeah, they get
this woman off the plane. She walked I think under
her own what do they call it for a wish
or whatever? Yeah, she walked off the plane. She looked okay,
And I thought to myself, what a genius move. You
know how you have to fight to get on and
(01:10:59):
off planes. I'm gonna fake a heart attack.
Speaker 4 (01:11:02):
I don't know.
Speaker 5 (01:11:03):
I think she I think she's okay. I'm hoping she's okay.
And if she's not and she died, none of those
jokes were funny. What's going on, Jordan?
Speaker 4 (01:11:11):
How you doing?
Speaker 25 (01:11:13):
So we were on a plate.
Speaker 10 (01:11:15):
We were in the back and my dad actually watched
a lady.
Speaker 29 (01:11:19):
Walk into the bathroom her faint and he caught her
as she was going down, and so we put her
on the ground and they go over the radio and like, okay,
does anybody have medical experience. I think we had four
doctors and three nurses.
Speaker 4 (01:11:42):
Oh wow. They all jumped up, gat thank.
Speaker 37 (01:11:45):
God everybody on the plane and they're like, uh, do
we have to do?
Speaker 19 (01:11:50):
We have to land?
Speaker 29 (01:11:51):
And they got all the medical stuff out of the
They're looking at all the medical stuff and they're like, oh, wow,
there's really good stuff.
Speaker 10 (01:11:58):
We're good. We don't have They did everything made.
Speaker 29 (01:12:03):
We didn't even have a wand.
Speaker 4 (01:12:05):
Wow, Jordan.
Speaker 5 (01:12:06):
I always wonder when they say is there a doctor
on this flight? What happens if doctor Dre's on the flight,
you know, or or Doug Poe Deell the dock of Rock.
I'dan like, the dock of Rock.
Speaker 4 (01:12:18):
Is right next to me. We're gonna send them you back.
Speaker 29 (01:12:22):
Yeah, we actually had a medical plane because my mom
was a nurse and she didn't have to say anything.
She's like, uh, wasn't three doctors?
Speaker 4 (01:12:29):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:12:30):
I wouldn't want to get up because I'd be afraid
of I'd be afraid of the liability.
Speaker 4 (01:12:33):
But I will tell you that it was scary.
Speaker 5 (01:12:36):
I mean, I was hoping this woman was okay, especially
Jeed said she was a sweetheart to talk to.
Speaker 4 (01:12:40):
What's up? Rita, how you doing. Hi, Good morning, Good morning.
Speaker 14 (01:12:45):
I actually passed out on a flight to Vegas last year.
Speaker 4 (01:12:50):
Oh God.
Speaker 7 (01:12:51):
And what happened?
Speaker 19 (01:12:54):
Well.
Speaker 14 (01:12:54):
I had gotten on a new blood pressure medication about
a couple of weeks before I flew, and I think
just the change and brushing through the airport because my
travel partner had forgotten her bag on the shuttle and
we were late, and I think my blood pressure shot up,
and then my blood pressure shot down, and I was
(01:13:15):
panicking because I did not want them to divert the
plane because we were on our way to Vegas and
people were going to be mad.
Speaker 5 (01:13:24):
You are a trooper, by the way, Thank you for
doing that, because if I'm on my way to Vegas, Rida,
I'm not gonna lie. I'm wishing that they put a
parachute on your back and send you out.
Speaker 19 (01:13:35):
I know it kicked me right out.
Speaker 14 (01:13:37):
I know I begged the doctor. I'm like, I'm fine,
I'm gonna nurse. This happens to me sometimes. So let
me tell you what. It was the most comfortable flight
I ever had, because they had me lay down the
entire flight to Vegas.
Speaker 4 (01:13:49):
Where did you lay where were you able to lay down?
Speaker 14 (01:13:52):
Right in the little aisle where the flight attendants usually
sit in those.
Speaker 38 (01:13:57):
Little seat yea, laying down the whole time.
Speaker 4 (01:14:02):
Oh my god, were you were you passed out?
Speaker 9 (01:14:04):
Then?
Speaker 4 (01:14:04):
Day number one in Vegas from drinking too much there, No.
Speaker 14 (01:14:08):
Unfortunately, I was on a work trip.
Speaker 4 (01:14:11):
Okay, I'm glad you're okay.
Speaker 10 (01:14:13):
Wow.
Speaker 7 (01:14:14):
I love that you'd have a medical emergency and they'd
be like, bottoms up, we're good, we're gonna.
Speaker 4 (01:14:18):
Go drinking or laster. What's up?
Speaker 18 (01:14:22):
Hi.
Speaker 19 (01:14:22):
My family went on a on a trip to New
Orleans and my best friend daughter had an anthmat tack.
It's light, and I was kind of happy because my
best friend is kind of large, and they rushed it
to the back so I had more room than my
seat because she was taking over part of my.
Speaker 6 (01:14:38):
Oh god, you knew they were gonna be okay.
Speaker 19 (01:14:43):
I didn't really care about the athmat tech.
Speaker 24 (01:14:44):
I just wanted more room back.
Speaker 7 (01:14:48):
They do they keep a nebulizer on an airplane for
those situations.
Speaker 19 (01:14:53):
I had no idea that, Oh my god, Leicester, you're
going to hell.
Speaker 5 (01:15:02):
I thought I was going to hell for me thinking
of not wanting to land.
Speaker 4 (01:15:05):
That's amazing. Oh then Jennifer was up Jennifer.
Speaker 38 (01:15:08):
High, Hey, good morning day, Good morning a flight.
Speaker 13 (01:15:13):
Also play with my daughter and we were sitting close
to the bathrooms in the middle, and we always tease her.
Speaker 19 (01:15:19):
That she always has to go to the bathroom.
Speaker 23 (01:15:20):
So she goes in the bathroom and watching her and
lady stands up with her husband and then just pushes
the fall.
Speaker 19 (01:15:27):
Right in front of the bathroom door.
Speaker 6 (01:15:29):
My daughter was stuck in the bathroom.
Speaker 19 (01:15:35):
He's a nurse too. I kept thinking he's a nurse
on her out.
Speaker 4 (01:15:37):
And they were like, she's fine, We're not letting her out.
Speaker 5 (01:15:40):
This lady is dying on the ground, and you're gonna
I would fall and die in that, you know that
damn bathroom.
Speaker 4 (01:15:47):
Her bathroom smell.
Speaker 6 (01:15:49):
The worst bathroom.
Speaker 4 (01:15:50):
That's horrible.
Speaker 23 (01:15:52):
Oh my god, actually the worst bathroom.
Speaker 4 (01:15:54):
Thank you for the call. You were talking to you
at an emergency landing, because I.
Speaker 6 (01:15:57):
Had one to what was the emergent and see deboarding
of the flight. So I was going to Mexico and
I ended up throwing up as we were about to
take off. So we were on the whatever I call
it the tarmac, and they had to say sorry, you guys,
like we have to deplaning because of you grew up everywhere.
Oh well, people were yelling. They were like, oh my god,
(01:16:20):
this girl's throwing up.
Speaker 8 (01:16:22):
Were you drunk or were you actually like six sick?
Speaker 6 (01:16:26):
I think I was sick, but uh yeah, they wouldn't
let me fly for like forty eight hours either, so
then it messed up the whole Mexico trip.
Speaker 7 (01:16:32):
But yeah, high dirty stairs did you get getting off
that airplane?
Speaker 6 (01:16:36):
So many But I knew I was gonna puke, So
I said to the flight attendant and I was like, yo,
I got to get to the bathroom or something like,
I don't feel good. She's like, we're about to take off.
You're not allowed to get off. You're not allowed to
get up. I'm like, it's coming if I don't get
up sure enough all over the guy next to.
Speaker 4 (01:16:49):
Me, Oh my god, could you imagine that?
Speaker 5 (01:16:51):
Poor guy, this poor and all this stuff is probably
checked in the lugage area and can't change dunk.
Speaker 6 (01:16:58):
What happened with you, Mojo?
Speaker 5 (01:16:59):
Well, so I was going to morning show boot camp
and we were flying there to New Orleans. It was
from Arizona, New Orleans because I was living in Arizona
at the time, and the flight, they all of a sudden,
you hear there, you know, they have the big carts
in the aisle for the drinks and stuff, and you
hear turn the carts, like a scream from up front,
(01:17:19):
and they grab the carts and start racing down the aisle,
and next thing you know, the plane loses altitude and
those fricking masks come popping out of the ceiling and
they tell us to get into crash position. And we
lost altitude and there was something wrong with the plane,
and then we had to emergency land in Mississippi. So
(01:17:40):
we're like on our way flying there, head to emergency land.
Speaker 8 (01:17:43):
And you had the mask over your face.
Speaker 5 (01:17:44):
And I'm with Tim Richards, Okay, so Tim's our old boss.
And they didn't tell us to put the masks on.
They did say to us, you don't need the mask
right now, but they said assume crash position.
Speaker 4 (01:17:54):
And I'm thinking, I don't need to pay attention.
Speaker 5 (01:17:57):
I don't pay attention to that stupid thing. In the
beginning of the flight, you know, they're telling you how
to do crash position, and so they were trying to
explain to you, like how to do crash position, and
Tim grabs my hand and he's like.
Speaker 4 (01:18:07):
A Buddhist at the time, meditating.
Speaker 5 (01:18:09):
He starts doing a humming thing and stuff, and I
leaned over to him and I go, Tim, I'm wearing
my fancy pants and so I had on like these
because we're going to boot camp. I wanted to look
good for the other morning shows. I had tight jeans
on it. I go, if we got to go down
the slide, I know to make it. And Tim, you
gotta get one day when you see Tim again, you
(01:18:30):
got to ask Tim about this. We start praying our
whole area of the plane. We were probably sitting in
rows twenty to thirty or whatever. Twenty to thirty. We
started saying that our fathers and hail Mary's.
Speaker 10 (01:18:40):
It was.
Speaker 4 (01:18:41):
It was crazy.
Speaker 6 (01:18:43):
Then we finally got it.
Speaker 5 (01:18:44):
We finally got on the ground and we were stuck
there for a little bit until they were able to
get us a plane to go.
Speaker 4 (01:18:50):
It was, honestly, it was.
Speaker 5 (01:18:51):
It was probably one of the scarier moments that we
ever had going to But I will never forget Tim. Tim,
he was like, you know, and then he tried to
be come. You know, he tried to make me a
Buddhist and stuff like that. Like it was pretty wild.
He's like, this is how you get through it. You
got panicked. All right, It's Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 2 (01:19:10):
Next a Grand Rabbit and hard radio stations, real people,
real lives, real fun. Mojo in the Morning, guarantee, human mojo.
Speaker 1 (01:19:33):
God, let me take you back to the beginnings. Alrighty, ready,
you're listening to Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 5 (01:19:39):
You're a dodo ahead, let's go. Hey, it is Mojo
in the Morning. Tomorrow is jingle Ball night, and we
are excited for you to go to jingle Ball. If
you haven't gotten your ticket check, you can get them
at ticket Master. Good seats available, Shine Downs doing. By
the way, the meet and greet that thing sold out fast.
(01:20:00):
So we had a meet and greet for Shinedown that
was to raise some money for some charity. But I
got to tell you that when freyst Guy gets up
on stage and does an acoustic performance. I heard from
everybody that was at the Kiss jingle Ball in Los
Angeles this weekend they say that was a show stopper,
like it was amazing. And according to EJ, who will
(01:20:24):
be at ours too, EJ, does you know the the
nights in LA But does Middays on Channel nine five
five and Detroit. The Guy's like the hardest working man
in show business next to Ryan Seacrest, but he said
that Frays Guy was unbelievable and Big X the plug
was unbelievable too. So all right, it's Mojo in the
morning show. We are uninterrupted, commercial free. Second Date updates
(01:20:46):
coming up here in just a little bit. You're home
of Second Date Update, the War of the Roses, and
of course the dirty out of the thirty and a Rob.
No kids, no kids, No pets, No pets. You're now
one of those people that wants to get a pet,
do you?
Speaker 9 (01:21:04):
No?
Speaker 6 (01:21:04):
I don't think so. I think they're a little too
much for me.
Speaker 5 (01:21:07):
I can't see it because you're such on the go
all the time. But I don't know if you would
have It would be tough for you to like running
home all the time and doing all the stuff here exactly.
Speaker 6 (01:21:16):
But let me tell you about one of my good friends,
and the extent that they go to take care of
their dogs is crazy to me. So I'm getting my
hair done this weekend in preparation for jingle Ball, and
my stylis Nate, who I love so much, has like
three Docsin's or something like that. And he's telling me
about how he's going out of town and he's like,
but I have the most phenomenal dog sitter. I'm like,
(01:21:39):
what does that mean? Like a dog sitter is a
dog sitter? Does it get along while with your dogs?
Like what's the deal? He's like, No, this dog sitter
comes to my house and will stay over at my
house for an entire week just to let my dogs out,
clean the house up a little bit, and just make
sure they're comfortable. I'm like, make sure your dogs are comfortable.
He's like, yeah, we don't want to mess up their schedule,
(01:22:00):
Like we don't want them to have to get boarded.
We don't want them to have to go to a
different house. And if she's just coming to let them out,
that's not enough attention for them. I'm like, who has
enough money to have a nanny? It's basically for your
That is crazy to me, Like how much they pay
they I don't want to like a little over one
(01:22:20):
hundred bucks a day or something.
Speaker 4 (01:22:22):
Wow, But I'm sitting.
Speaker 5 (01:22:23):
And this person comes to the house and Nannie's basically
the animals like watching the kids, their dogs.
Speaker 6 (01:22:28):
I know, people love their pets so much, but to me,
that's a bit much.
Speaker 7 (01:22:32):
So my sister does this to earn money, My middle sister. Yeah,
because there's an app called I think it's called Rover.
There's a few different apps, but you it's basically like,
you can hire somebody to either take your dog, you know,
for an extended amount of time or just a weekend
or whatever, walk your dog. You can hire people to
do all the things, or you can have somebody come
and stay at your house and watch your house and
(01:22:54):
your dog while you're away.
Speaker 6 (01:22:56):
A random person staying at I know. Yeah, but he's like, no,
she's darling.
Speaker 8 (01:23:00):
I'm like what, Yeah, my sister loves doing it.
Speaker 5 (01:23:03):
I think I just got who your stylists might be.
Quick question for you, real quick, Shannon, And your sister
does she do cats too or just dogs?
Speaker 4 (01:23:14):
Because if you don't like cats, could you imagine.
Speaker 8 (01:23:15):
It she does anything?
Speaker 4 (01:23:16):
Do you know?
Speaker 8 (01:23:17):
I don't think she's done anything other than a dog
or a cat.
Speaker 4 (01:23:20):
But yeah, really so no like other animals or anything.
Speaker 8 (01:23:23):
I don't think so i'd have to ask her.
Speaker 5 (01:23:25):
Would Tony Travado be able to hire her services? And
could you imagine.
Speaker 7 (01:23:30):
She's so smart about it, because she'll like, if she
wants to go visit you know, I don't know, random
city Nashville, she'll be like, Okay, she'll look for a
job in a pet sitting job in Nashville, and then
she doesn't have to pay for a hotel and she's
earning money while she's there, and she loves animals, so
it works out so well for her.
Speaker 5 (01:23:50):
Does she ever have it weird where like it's a
guy that's just trying to hit on her or something like,
it's like a total no.
Speaker 7 (01:23:56):
But and there are ratings and stuff on these apps
too that would somebody would have written that on there.
Speaker 6 (01:24:01):
But no, I used to let out dogs when I
was in middle school. I was there for five minutes
in out let the dog go to the bathroom.
Speaker 7 (01:24:07):
Yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:24:07):
So okay, so let's talk real quick about this for
a second, because you wanted to bring this up because
you your your title of your topic was, uh, people
who treat their pets like kids. I know we got
a lot of listeners that do this, but this is
like you got to be rich to be able to
do too.
Speaker 6 (01:24:21):
This is above my tax bracket.
Speaker 5 (01:24:23):
This is one of those things where you you think
about this. If you're going to allow a person to
come state your house, you got obviously got to trust them.
But also secondly, if they're coming and they're staying there,
they're getting paid, like you said, one hundred dollars a
day to do this.
Speaker 6 (01:24:39):
Thing, and you get to stay there for free.
Speaker 5 (01:24:41):
That's a good side hustle for you, Anna, if you're ever,
if you does influence you and pay you more than
one hundred dollars a day, a little bit that.
Speaker 4 (01:24:49):
Okay, Then what's going on?
Speaker 10 (01:24:51):
Nick?
Speaker 4 (01:24:51):
How you doing?
Speaker 1 (01:24:53):
Hey?
Speaker 8 (01:24:53):
Good morning everyone, Good morning Hey Nick.
Speaker 5 (01:24:55):
But real quick, I'm going to clarify something. When you
say stylist, you don't have like a personal stylis. You
have like a hairstyle or style of my hairstylist, your hairstyles. Okay,
because when you said that a second ago, and then
she's talking about the bougie dog thing, I'm thinking, Nick,
she's got a stylist that styles her.
Speaker 4 (01:25:12):
No, okay, I think I have.
Speaker 6 (01:25:14):
Money for that. I don't have enough money to let
these dogs.
Speaker 4 (01:25:17):
Okay, all right, Nick, what's up?
Speaker 24 (01:25:19):
Hi?
Speaker 1 (01:25:20):
Yeah?
Speaker 25 (01:25:21):
Hi?
Speaker 39 (01:25:21):
So I also have a dog sitting business that I
do for my friends and for random people. And last
summer a lady reached out to me and asked me
if I would cat sit and house it for her cats.
And I didn't know anything going into it, but I
get there to meet the cats on the first day
and they were two naked cats.
Speaker 4 (01:25:41):
What are naked cats?
Speaker 18 (01:25:42):
Hair?
Speaker 8 (01:25:42):
They don't have hair?
Speaker 4 (01:25:43):
Oh, hairless one.
Speaker 6 (01:25:45):
If I was sick of a cat, it would be
one of the ball sacks.
Speaker 7 (01:25:49):
They look like balls, like, oh, do you know what
I mean?
Speaker 27 (01:25:55):
They're just like wrinkly skin.
Speaker 4 (01:25:58):
What ball sacks are you looking at?
Speaker 8 (01:26:01):
They are so strange looking, no offense.
Speaker 39 (01:26:04):
To sleep against your legs too, so it's so nasty
at night when they sleep, trust them against your body.
Speaker 5 (01:26:09):
But let's talk about the ball sacks that Shannon's been
hanging out with.
Speaker 4 (01:26:13):
And I think you should clarify that.
Speaker 5 (01:26:14):
Because I don't think that West seems like the type
of guy that's got a ball sack that looks like
a dog, a hairless dog.
Speaker 7 (01:26:20):
These are cats or hairless cats?
Speaker 6 (01:26:22):
Getting paid to watch those cats.
Speaker 1 (01:26:26):
Fifty bucks a day?
Speaker 5 (01:26:28):
Would you question? Would you watch any other animals? You
just do cats and dogs?
Speaker 39 (01:26:35):
Yeah, I haven't really gotten the inquiry for any snakes
or anything.
Speaker 1 (01:26:37):
Crazy, so I don't know.
Speaker 4 (01:26:39):
Yeah, okay, we'll see all right. Well, thank you for
the call. I appreciate you.
Speaker 37 (01:26:43):
Yes, thanks guys.
Speaker 4 (01:26:44):
All right, what's up? Brittany, Hi, Hi Brittany, Brittany Mojoe.
Speaker 31 (01:26:53):
Don't you literally do this.
Speaker 4 (01:26:55):
Where I watch dogs?
Speaker 23 (01:26:58):
No, you have something to stay at your house and
watch your dogs.
Speaker 4 (01:27:01):
So No, we have a Marissa.
Speaker 5 (01:27:03):
The dogs go over to Marissa, So occasionally occasionally we
will have somebody come and stay at the house if
Marissa can't. But we like our dogs like Marissa that
that watches and she's good.
Speaker 20 (01:27:16):
I was gonna say, I thought you had a dog,
Danny yourself.
Speaker 24 (01:27:18):
No.
Speaker 5 (01:27:19):
No, but I will tell you this, you know, be
quite honest with you. I'm looking for somebody to adopt
or take my dogs or kidnap them.
Speaker 4 (01:27:28):
And I will pay a high price for kidnapping.
Speaker 7 (01:27:30):
If you know anybody that doesn't say that, something's gonna
happen to your dogs, and then you're gonna feel bad.
Speaker 4 (01:27:35):
I have no problem with that. Can I take them?
Speaker 24 (01:27:38):
Zack?
Speaker 5 (01:27:39):
I've invited you to live at my house and you
won't take me up on it. I think you think that, Chelsea,
and I want to bring you.
Speaker 4 (01:27:44):
In for a third. We're not weird and stuff, I promise.
I did want to bring something to the topic. I
used to be a dog walker in New York.
Speaker 40 (01:27:51):
Oh dude, So there was one time I got offered
to stay at someone's house to watch her dog, okay,
and I would have to feed them. These dogs ate
better than I did. I had to like heat up
meats and then feed it to them and cut it
up and feed it to them. It was crazy.
Speaker 5 (01:28:07):
You should see by the way Chelsea buys that. You
see it on commercials and stuff. The food that's made
like proposedly real food, it's the most disgusting crap ever.
Farmer's dog wet food is bad. Like I like, I'm like,
why can't these dogs have like, you know, hard food
and stuff that so it doesn't get gross and stick
to the ball and stuff like that. But she wants
them to eat healthy and stuff. They eat healthier than
(01:28:28):
we do, and we're DoorDash. But you're right though, the
people that cook, like my sister Tracy makes Filet Mignon's
for her dog.
Speaker 7 (01:28:38):
And my dad and my step mom have my little Charlie.
They cook him chicken and rice.
Speaker 4 (01:28:44):
Yeah, while McDonald heard Zach.
Speaker 5 (01:28:48):
Poor, Zach's living in an apartment that rains every single
night inside of his apartment.
Speaker 4 (01:28:52):
What's up, Bobby, how you doing?
Speaker 20 (01:28:55):
Hi?
Speaker 19 (01:28:55):
So I used to dogs. Well, I'm a teacher, so
I dog sit over the summer.
Speaker 10 (01:29:00):
And I had a place that we called the zoo.
Speaker 22 (01:29:04):
And they had multiple animals, but a couple of the
fun ones were Prudence, the pot belly pig, and tropical fish.
Speaker 5 (01:29:12):
Oh really, Oh yeah, so you might you might actually
get a fun and are they really fun animals?
Speaker 4 (01:29:19):
Like you really want to take care of a pig?
Speaker 19 (01:29:23):
Yeah?
Speaker 13 (01:29:23):
Prudence was cool.
Speaker 19 (01:29:26):
I didn't mind. But they also had a peacock and
a parrot, a couple of.
Speaker 4 (01:29:31):
Cats to watch all the Would you watch a horse?
Would you do a horse?
Speaker 24 (01:29:39):
Well?
Speaker 22 (01:29:39):
I grew up on a cattle farm, so yeah, okay, uh.
Speaker 5 (01:29:44):
I wonder if you charge differently than one hundred dollars
a day for the bigger animals. Sure, for sure you
have to write. Yeah, I would think that you would
need to write because they're bigger animals.
Speaker 4 (01:29:53):
They're taking. They take although they are a mode of transportation.
Speaker 5 (01:29:57):
If you do need to go to the store to
get in here, taking the horse jump on horseback.
Speaker 4 (01:30:01):
What's up, Roxy High?
Speaker 1 (01:30:03):
Good morning?
Speaker 27 (01:30:04):
How are you cat?
Speaker 1 (01:30:10):
Kevin?
Speaker 4 (01:30:11):
Kevin's out? Today's six.
Speaker 34 (01:30:13):
That's all right.
Speaker 7 (01:30:16):
I have three dogs.
Speaker 4 (01:30:17):
They have their own cat.
Speaker 21 (01:30:19):
Okay, I have a cat for my dogs.
Speaker 7 (01:30:22):
They have they have their own pet.
Speaker 34 (01:30:25):
Yes, that cat is not my cat.
Speaker 21 (01:30:27):
That is their cat I had. I had a dog
that she was by herself for a long time, so
I got her cat.
Speaker 37 (01:30:37):
He plays with her.
Speaker 21 (01:30:38):
He's really he loves her when I go. When I
go away and take the dogs. When I come home,
the cat is all over his dogs.
Speaker 4 (01:30:47):
That's wild.
Speaker 5 (01:30:48):
That shows you how amazing of an animal owner you are.
You let your animals have.
Speaker 21 (01:30:51):
Animals, right right, because I probably wouldn't have the cat.
Speaker 4 (01:30:56):
That's kind of crazy and.
Speaker 21 (01:30:58):
He's pretty funny.
Speaker 5 (01:31:01):
Wait, question, what if they start dating each other? Have
the dogs and cats ever tried to mate with each other?
Speaker 6 (01:31:07):
Cat dog?
Speaker 4 (01:31:09):
Anybody that a cat dog?
Speaker 9 (01:31:12):
He's a great cat dog.
Speaker 5 (01:31:15):
I think it is. I No, I swear to you,
I don't think it is. I'm googling it on your computer, Shannon.
Speaker 7 (01:31:23):
And dogs and cats have.
Speaker 24 (01:31:27):
No.
Speaker 7 (01:31:27):
A dog and a cat could not have a baby together.
Speaker 5 (01:31:30):
But they can.
Speaker 4 (01:31:33):
Have sex.
Speaker 7 (01:31:34):
Oh my god. No, a dog and a cat cannot
have sex in a way that results in pregnancy.
Speaker 4 (01:31:39):
Well no, but they can have no age.
Speaker 7 (01:31:41):
Let me finish. Though, a dog might mount a cat
do to play dominance or excitement, which can be stressful
for the cat and potentially cause injury.
Speaker 8 (01:31:53):
So don't let your dogs mount your cats.
Speaker 4 (01:31:57):
That's an angry one. So, Jessica, how are you?
Speaker 14 (01:32:01):
Hey?
Speaker 10 (01:32:01):
Good morning?
Speaker 20 (01:32:02):
We have we travel a lot and we have.
Speaker 38 (01:32:05):
A dog sitter that we absolutely love, but to make
sure that she doesn't go.
Speaker 35 (01:32:10):
To other people, we end up stocking the fridge for her.
Speaker 20 (01:32:15):
We had the whole stock for her, and to make
sure that she.
Speaker 22 (01:32:19):
Doesn't leave the house and space with the dogs as
much as she possibly can.
Speaker 4 (01:32:22):
We used to do that with babysitters.
Speaker 5 (01:32:24):
We would provide our babysitters with unlimited amounts of food
and that was the way to keep them from ever
going in babysitting for the Dollum family like we want.
We would want to make sure that they liked us
better than they liked them. But that's interesting though, you
do that for your sitter, your dog sitter, So, uh,
what's up?
Speaker 10 (01:32:42):
Lou?
Speaker 4 (01:32:42):
Hold on.
Speaker 5 (01:32:43):
Lou's dog sitter.
Speaker 4 (01:32:45):
Once took ambient and I want to hear what happened?
What's up?
Speaker 18 (01:32:48):
Lou Hey, Mojo?
Speaker 6 (01:32:51):
Let me turn off my radio here.
Speaker 5 (01:32:52):
Okay, I got you, Hi, lou Hi.
Speaker 12 (01:32:58):
We were living in Portage and this galle used to
take care of our dogs all the time. And one
time we came back and our neighbors were like, what
the hell just happened?
Speaker 7 (01:33:06):
And we're like, what she said?
Speaker 12 (01:33:08):
Your daughter outside all night barking in the rain. But
come to find out that our babysitter took ambient was
asleep the entire time on our couch.
Speaker 6 (01:33:16):
Oh no, do you find that out?
Speaker 12 (01:33:21):
I think the neighbors and then my kids the sleepy
I think my kids turbid.
Speaker 23 (01:33:28):
Wow, no, they were with us.
Speaker 34 (01:33:31):
But when.
Speaker 5 (01:33:35):
That's pretty wild, you gotta be careful of all of
a sudden you're drugging while you're doing that. That would
be Zach. I would be worried about Zach. Zach would
be doing mushrooms and stuff. What's going on, Shannon? How
you doing good?
Speaker 18 (01:33:50):
How are you?
Speaker 4 (01:33:51):
Shannon? You've set You're a pet sitter.
Speaker 23 (01:33:55):
I was a.
Speaker 14 (01:33:56):
Pet setter and one night, du one night I was
leaving and I just had a feeling that something was wrong.
And I went back and.
Speaker 19 (01:34:05):
I checked the pen, and I was I was goat sitting.
Speaker 5 (01:34:09):
I was wait, hold on, stop for a second, pause
for a second.
Speaker 4 (01:34:13):
You were you were goat sitting? Where was this? Where
was this house?
Speaker 23 (01:34:20):
Chelsea?
Speaker 4 (01:34:21):
Okay in Chelsea, Michigan?
Speaker 25 (01:34:22):
All right?
Speaker 1 (01:34:23):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (01:34:24):
And what happened?
Speaker 15 (01:34:26):
And I just got this feeling that something was wrong.
So I went back and I checked the pen and
there was I couldn't find anything.
Speaker 14 (01:34:34):
And then in the morning, in the morning, I went
back and one was dead on the side of the road.
Speaker 1 (01:34:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 14 (01:34:43):
And I had to drag it back into the yard.
Speaker 38 (01:34:46):
And call the owners and be like, yo, I'm so sorry.
Speaker 41 (01:34:49):
Still want to do a Shandon Wait a second, quick,
for one second, animal, Did you drag the goat the
goat back and then pretend like it just died on
the property, or did you tell it that it got
hit by a car?
Speaker 40 (01:35:01):
I told them, I was like, there's there's gotta be
a hole in the fence.
Speaker 31 (01:35:05):
They're like, yeah, they get out all the time.
Speaker 5 (01:35:07):
Oh my damn you are You're by the way not
the recommended pet sitter.
Speaker 4 (01:35:15):
I would watch. I don't think Shannon is paying attention.
Speaker 5 (01:35:20):
I think i'd have the ambient pet sitter watching my
pets before I would have Shannon do mine. All right,
we'll talk to you later, Shannon.
Speaker 18 (01:35:29):
Bye.
Speaker 1 (01:35:29):
I hope your Christmas tree survives the animill battle with.
Speaker 3 (01:35:32):
The Merry Christmas. From Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 4 (01:35:35):
All right, second date updates, Just the second.
Speaker 1 (01:35:39):
Date update on Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 5 (01:35:42):
We're gonna find out why you're not getting a call
back with a second date update. Charlotte went out on
a date, met a guy that.
Speaker 4 (01:35:51):
Have you what's that?
Speaker 5 (01:35:52):
The dating app for rich people and celebrities? And Stuffy
went on Rayah and met somebody that would was a
professional athlete. Had a great date. Now not getting a callback?
What what sport Charlotte did? Did he play or does
he play?
Speaker 31 (01:36:10):
He was a baseball player?
Speaker 5 (01:36:12):
Oh, professional baseball player. So yeah, went on a date.
And I know that we're going to try to keep
everybody anonymous hair because they wouldn't go on the air
with us otherwise. So the date was good and now
you're not getting a call back.
Speaker 31 (01:36:27):
Oh the date was really good, Like, we had a
great time. We hooked up afterwards, but I thought things
were going.
Speaker 7 (01:36:35):
Well and then nothing nothing.
Speaker 4 (01:36:40):
Yeah, when you're on Riot, you got to pay for that,
don't you.
Speaker 7 (01:36:43):
That's a and you have to basically interview slash audition
to even get on it too, So you've the process.
Speaker 5 (01:36:50):
You got to be great a meet there, hunh, Charlotte,
And I understanding that, right, I.
Speaker 31 (01:36:55):
Mean I did get on there.
Speaker 5 (01:36:57):
So and when we talk about this player that you
were with and we're going to talk to him in
just a second, was he like full on out athletic
in the bedroom like he was athletic on the baseball field.
Speaker 11 (01:37:12):
Oh, he was great.
Speaker 32 (01:37:14):
I don't know.
Speaker 18 (01:37:14):
I'll just believe it at that.
Speaker 5 (01:37:15):
All right, Well, say hello, say hello to former major
league baseball player Marcus Marcus, Hey, Mojoe, how you doing?
Speaker 4 (01:37:25):
Charlotte say hi?
Speaker 9 (01:37:28):
Hi?
Speaker 4 (01:37:31):
Oh hey wait, could you not hear her?
Speaker 5 (01:37:35):
I don't want it to come across awkward like you
weren't going to say hi to Charlotte.
Speaker 4 (01:37:38):
That was cool?
Speaker 25 (01:37:39):
Right?
Speaker 4 (01:37:39):
You're okay with her?
Speaker 10 (01:37:41):
Oh?
Speaker 25 (01:37:41):
Yeah, totally totally.
Speaker 4 (01:37:42):
Yeah, So Marcus, everything okay?
Speaker 5 (01:37:45):
Or was this just one of those things where you
just wanted to want and done.
Speaker 9 (01:37:49):
No?
Speaker 42 (01:37:50):
I mean she's just cloud chasing, you know, like she's
just interested because I'm I was a pro ball player, you.
Speaker 8 (01:37:57):
Know, you got that from her from conversation or what.
Speaker 25 (01:38:03):
Yeah, she didn't care about me.
Speaker 10 (01:38:05):
She only cared about what I did.
Speaker 6 (01:38:07):
And what did you care about? Because I know how
your night ended?
Speaker 14 (01:38:12):
Right?
Speaker 25 (01:38:14):
Right?
Speaker 10 (01:38:14):
Okay?
Speaker 25 (01:38:15):
So that means why I can't get involved. I mean,
you know, I mean I like her, but.
Speaker 7 (01:38:19):
You know, well, why do you said, why do you
say that she's a clout chaser? Like she What sort
of things was she saying that made you feel that way?
Speaker 25 (01:38:28):
She Well, she'd introduced me to somebody and be like, oh.
Speaker 10 (01:38:31):
He's a ball pro ball player, pro baseball.
Speaker 25 (01:38:33):
Player, and that's just weird.
Speaker 2 (01:38:35):
Man.
Speaker 25 (01:38:35):
It's like it's it's not my game. You know, I'm
not interested in that.
Speaker 5 (01:38:39):
But isn't there a level of that that is kind
of okay? I mean, you are a professional baseball player.
I mean if you were and I know that there
are doctors and lawyers and stuff on there, but if
you were a doctor.
Speaker 8 (01:38:51):
A lawyer, or even if your identity.
Speaker 5 (01:38:53):
Your radio DJ, Yeah, I was part of your identity.
Speaker 25 (01:38:57):
Why I was a pro ball player. Now I'm in finance,
So you.
Speaker 43 (01:39:02):
Know, I mean my thing is, I don't really I'm
not interested in being introduced to people by that and
the very but she really was getting off on it, man,
that's what she's into.
Speaker 4 (01:39:12):
Were you getting off on at Charlotte? Like? Or did
you just not know how to introduce him to people?
Speaker 31 (01:39:17):
I mean, yeah, I didn't know how to introduce him
to people. I didn't think it was anything weird. I
thought it was like, you know, something cool from your past.
Speaker 17 (01:39:25):
I didn't think anything of it.
Speaker 23 (01:39:26):
I definitely am.
Speaker 4 (01:39:27):
Not clout chasing, Like, have you told the number of
people about your day?
Speaker 16 (01:39:36):
A couple of people haled a couple of people.
Speaker 5 (01:39:39):
Have you told a number of people the teams he
played for and all that and they've slept with the guy?
Speaker 4 (01:39:47):
I mean, Marcus who's in the Major League baseball player?
Speaker 10 (01:39:51):
Yeah?
Speaker 7 (01:39:52):
I did, But I'm also guessing, I mean, Marcus, you're
on RIAH, so that's probably part of your profile or yeah,
you know.
Speaker 31 (01:40:01):
Exactly, That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 9 (01:40:03):
I'm like, what do you mean you don't.
Speaker 23 (01:40:04):
Want to be known for this?
Speaker 5 (01:40:05):
You're on RIAH and is your profile picture look like
a tops baseball card?
Speaker 25 (01:40:18):
Maybe you know it's not.
Speaker 8 (01:40:23):
Do you mean that that's not what you want to
be known for?
Speaker 5 (01:40:25):
Okay, if I'm a single athlete, you know, and I'm
out there dating right now. I'm not only putting my pictures.
I'm putting my highlight reel. And this is no offense.
And hey, Anna robs with us right now. She dates
nothing but athletes. Look at her, She's got everybody from
the Pittsburgh Steelers to the uh.
Speaker 6 (01:40:44):
If you're putting your highlights, that's how I know, like
this was not really a good player.
Speaker 5 (01:40:48):
Because do you tell people though that the guys that
you're dating like place professional.
Speaker 4 (01:40:52):
You tell us that he was a professional.
Speaker 6 (01:40:54):
I mean, yeah, I tell I'll tell y'all, but like
you're in public, No, I think that is a little cringey,
But not to say that. I feel like this guy
knew exactly what he wanted from her and got it.
I want to ask the listeners what they think of this.
Do they think that Charlotte doing this was wrong? But
(01:41:15):
I also want to ask Marcus this. She was doing this,
I'm assuming prior to you guys going back and having sex,
so you weren't that offended by it.
Speaker 7 (01:41:28):
It is always the same point that we have to make.
Speaker 5 (01:41:31):
I always love that I'm not really into dating her,
but I'm definitely into doing her.
Speaker 4 (01:41:36):
What's up, Amanda? How you doing?
Speaker 17 (01:41:39):
I'm good?
Speaker 31 (01:41:39):
How are you guys?
Speaker 25 (01:41:40):
Good?
Speaker 4 (01:41:40):
What do you want to say? Hi to Charlotte and Marcus?
Speaker 23 (01:41:43):
Hi?
Speaker 9 (01:41:44):
Guy?
Speaker 38 (01:41:47):
Okay, So I've never heard this app before until you
guys just kind of described it so correct me if
I'm wrong, But.
Speaker 26 (01:41:54):
Wouldn't it mean.
Speaker 38 (01:41:55):
That kind of athletes and celebrities are on there to
get one thing and they would know what the other
person is looking for if it's strictly an app for
something like that. Right, So isn't that kind of common sense?
Speaker 4 (01:42:07):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (01:42:08):
So you're basically saying Marcus that you you know, you
got on there for a reason, you're telling people what
you do, And Channing kind of said the same as yeah, right, Yeah, no,
I agree, it makes it makes a lot of sense.
Speaker 4 (01:42:18):
Eric, what's up?
Speaker 41 (01:42:18):
Hi?
Speaker 5 (01:42:20):
Hi?
Speaker 37 (01:42:20):
How you doing today?
Speaker 4 (01:42:21):
Good? What'd you want to say?
Speaker 37 (01:42:23):
So I can kind of relate to Marcus Grant. I'm
not a professional athlete or anything like that, but I
don't really come from very much. And then like when
you start to get two different tash brackets or like
leveling up as like they say, and it comes more
known like you can't hide from certain stuff, people start
(01:42:44):
treating differently when they start seeing those things and they
start asking different questions, they start introducing you different ways,
or they're really more interested in like materialistic items and
that Like when you when you start noticing that, like
in a day to day life, it's a.
Speaker 10 (01:43:04):
Huge turn off. And it's like you.
Speaker 37 (01:43:07):
Kind of already know the time, I know what he's
talking about. Like it wasn't just the oh the baseball player,
there's probably a lot of other signs that she was showing.
That was like, Oh, you're kind of just with me
because of this status.
Speaker 5 (01:43:22):
So your identity is not you're saying the monetary stuff
that you that you do or you know, your occupation.
Speaker 37 (01:43:32):
Yeah, And I was like, one of my favorite things
that I like to do is like I like to
be unassuming, Like I hop out of my I hop
out of my corvette in my hey dudes, like right,
and they're all dirty, take over to the store. And
then like people treat me like like what like a
normal person and they see me jump in my car
and then they're like, oh you have that. I'm like, yeah,
you don't want to talk to me five minutes ago,
(01:43:53):
but now that I have this.
Speaker 4 (01:43:54):
Now you're in conversation.
Speaker 5 (01:43:57):
I don't know, it's funny. It's funny that you say
that in this funny Marcus is that? And you know
that there's a bunch of guys that, you know, try
to show off a side of them that probably maybe
they're not even that accomplished, you know what I mean,
like where they try to drive a nicer car just
for the purpose of trying to date or try to
meet people, but or try to be a little flashyer Courtney,
(01:44:17):
what's up. It's moche on the morning and you want
to say something.
Speaker 35 (01:44:20):
Bye, good morning. I'm wondering, who is she introducing him
to as a pro football or baseball player on their
first date?
Speaker 4 (01:44:29):
Who were you in? Who is she introducing you to? Marcus?
Speaker 25 (01:44:33):
Who is she introduced you mean?
Speaker 24 (01:44:34):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (01:44:35):
Who is she? Yeah? Who is she introducing you to?
Speaker 5 (01:44:39):
That?
Speaker 25 (01:44:41):
Somebody she knew?
Speaker 9 (01:44:42):
There?
Speaker 25 (01:44:42):
Somebody she knew Okay?
Speaker 5 (01:44:44):
Was it was it a one, a one and done
type thing or was it a couple of times?
Speaker 25 (01:44:49):
Well, there's a couple of people and there's like two
people in the lingerer, you know, Okay, there's just kind
of hanging around.
Speaker 4 (01:44:54):
What do you think about that, Kartie.
Speaker 35 (01:44:57):
I think it's weird. I think it's weird that she
on a first date. I just feel like you need
to be a little bit more subtle and just say, oh,
this is my friend so and so and focus more
on each other and not introducing him as that.
Speaker 4 (01:45:08):
That makes a lot of sense, like here's hey, this
is my date Marcus. Say hi to him.
Speaker 5 (01:45:11):
Not this is Marcus, professional athlete plays for the you know,
what's up?
Speaker 4 (01:45:16):
How you doing Kelly?
Speaker 9 (01:45:17):
Hi?
Speaker 26 (01:45:18):
Hi?
Speaker 4 (01:45:18):
How are you good? Second date update? You want to
say something, Yeah, I don't.
Speaker 22 (01:45:22):
Think it's that big of a deal. Like when you
first start dating somebody, you honestly obviously introduce them to
people and be like, oh, this is so and so.
You know this is what he used to do. You
want people to get to know him. So you're gonna
tell me if she used to be a famous model
that you wouldn't introduce her and be like, oh, she
used to be a model.
Speaker 5 (01:45:38):
But I don't know what Charlotte does for a living,
and I don't want to pry. But if Charlotte's a nurse, Hi,
this is Charlotte. She's a nurse at Michigan Medicine, You
know what I mean? Like I wouldn't say that. I'm
just go this is Charlotte, you.
Speaker 6 (01:45:48):
Know, and then if it comes up naturally.
Speaker 5 (01:45:50):
Yeah, although I if I was saying, I'd be like, yes,
this is Mojo from They're on the I heard radio
app podcast miss hit Tony and this for us? Buddy,
what do you want to say?
Speaker 24 (01:46:05):
You know he play your brother, man, Marcus, keep it
a hunded. You just wanted to get the nephew Dougouts.
Didn't you that you wanted.
Speaker 34 (01:46:14):
To get the nephew Dougout.
Speaker 24 (01:46:15):
Keep it a hundded, bro.
Speaker 4 (01:46:17):
You know how we do.
Speaker 34 (01:46:18):
Hey, you wanted to smash and then she wanted to smash.
Now she wants some more.
Speaker 24 (01:46:24):
You need to double back, give her some more and
cut her off.
Speaker 10 (01:46:28):
Double back in six.
Speaker 34 (01:46:29):
Months, give her some more, cut her off.
Speaker 5 (01:46:31):
That's all she won't Hey, Uh, Marcus, do you think
that misfit Tony should go on that same app? Riah
and he can be misfit Tony from Mojo in the
Morning well known.
Speaker 4 (01:46:44):
I think Mojo Murray misfit.
Speaker 1 (01:46:47):
Most definitely, Tony.
Speaker 27 (01:46:49):
Are you single?
Speaker 8 (01:46:50):
That's your relationships today?
Speaker 34 (01:46:51):
I am single and I do need a date.
Speaker 10 (01:46:54):
I'm going to Hawaii and I need.
Speaker 5 (01:46:55):
A date that Charlotte he would can introduce him as
missfit Tony from the Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 44 (01:47:01):
Show, Charlotte, don't sound black, only day black. And my
last girlfriend was a lawyer, so her educational level has
to be.
Speaker 5 (01:47:13):
Extremely high, her educational letter level. All right, Well, I
love you, Tony. We'll talk to you soon.
Speaker 4 (01:47:20):
Marcus.
Speaker 5 (01:47:20):
By the way, I was a big fan. I just
want you to know that I was a very very
big fan. So thank you for agreeing to go on
with us and Charlotte, best of luck to you.
Speaker 2 (01:47:29):
This is the home of the Dirty on the thirty

going on in this dirty Okay?
Speaker 27 (01:48:20):
So it is official.
Speaker 7 (01:48:22):
Katy Ferry hard launched her relationship with former Canadian Prime
Minister Justin Trudeau. They are Instagram official and all of
the things. She was sharing some photos from her recent
trip to Japan, a recent trip to Tokyo, and several
of the photos and videos were of her and Trudeau together. Now,
if you remember, he got divorced from his wife, Sophie,
(01:48:44):
mother to his three kids that they shared together in
twenty twenty three. Katie of course no longer together with
her ex fiance Orlando Bloom. That happened. That's what happened,
I believe in late July. So it is on for
the too, even though Mojo does not believe it's real.
But you said the same thing about Taylor Swift and
(01:49:04):
Travis Chelsea and look at them now.
Speaker 5 (01:49:06):
That Travis may not make the playoffs for the first
time in eight years with the Chiefs, Let's see if
that relationship lasts.
Speaker 7 (01:49:14):
Delly Rolls celebrated his birthday last week and he posted
a video to social media over the weekend and said
he used to celebrate his birthday by getting high on drugs.
Now his high comes from running.
Speaker 45 (01:49:27):
It's my forty first birthday. And I'm not saying that
because I want birthday praises. I'm saying that because I
used to drink and do cocaine on my birthday. I
used to do codine and appeals on my birthday. Now
on my birthday, one of my best friends wakes me
up and says, it's go for Rod baby, Me and
Cam Hayes getting these miles and this morning, Baby, what
(01:49:48):
God can do for you customer like himself, That's what
God can do.
Speaker 27 (01:49:51):
Shaved this year. So skinny my next birthday.
Speaker 8 (01:49:55):
He's so skinny.
Speaker 4 (01:49:56):
He would have been a great professional wrestler. The way
he talks, doesn't he Ye?
Speaker 27 (01:50:00):
I mean he.
Speaker 7 (01:50:01):
Looks great, he just does. I mean, he looks so
different from he.
Speaker 6 (01:50:05):
Said he was two years ago. Yeah, like two years
ago he announced. He was like I'm getting healthy.
Speaker 7 (01:50:10):
And wait for him.
Speaker 4 (01:50:11):
Zach just told me in my ear that Jelly Roll
is going to be on WWE. Som hm, so he's
going to be doing the WE. I Canna say he's
perfect for that.
Speaker 5 (01:50:19):
I I gotta tell you, cocaine does not seem like
it's interesting. And they were a lot of people were
talking about how a lot of these celebrities that kind
of got away from cocaine are trying to get people
away from it because it's starting to get even more
more popular. I just never in my life seeing like
to want to wake up and do cocaine on my birthday.
Speaker 4 (01:50:38):
I don't know.
Speaker 7 (01:50:39):
But for two years now, Real Housewife star Brandy Glanville
has been dealing with this strange parasite that disfigured her face.
Speaker 8 (01:50:49):
Have you guys seen what was going on with her face?
Speaker 6 (01:50:51):
Looks?
Speaker 27 (01:50:52):
It looked like, ah like, it.
Speaker 7 (01:50:54):
Actually looked like a worm was like crawling through her face.
It was droopy, it was I don't even know how
to describe it. You have to google. But she bounced
from doctor to doctor. She tried all of the things
to get herself looking you know, quote unquote normal. Again,
nothing helped. Well, now she says she finally has a diagnosis.
Speaker 35 (01:51:12):
The update is, I do finally have a diagnosis, and
I love be sharing that soon and I have a
long road ahead of me to get like fully better,
but I finally have an answer.
Speaker 7 (01:51:25):
Yeah, something that was injected into her face cost this
and it was.
Speaker 5 (01:51:30):
It was not good, like something like a botox or
something like that.
Speaker 7 (01:51:33):
I don't know if it was specifically botox, but she's
definitely shared that she's had a lot of work done
and something went wrong.
Speaker 4 (01:51:39):
Tell us I don't want to now.
Speaker 5 (01:51:41):
Yeah, I always love watching like shows like Doctor Pimple Popper.
I'm googling it as we speak right now. And this
is interesting too to see that what that was like?
Speaker 27 (01:51:50):
Yeah, and Leslie.
Speaker 7 (01:51:51):
Five Nights at Freddy's two, based on that creepy video
game franchise, opened with a massive sixty three million dollars
across North America over the weekend. Wicked has fallen to
number three. Okay, Zutopia two is still beating it. So
it's five Nights at Freddy's Utopia, Wicked. I don't even
know these other two ju whatever do you mind? Jiu
(01:52:13):
jitsu o case energy and now you see me? Now
you don't three million dollars?
Speaker 4 (01:52:17):
Is Christmas supposed to be some good movies?
Speaker 5 (01:52:19):
I know we're gonna have Paul Lands from the Imagine
Theaters and soon he's dropping a check off for breaking
Christmas this year. I don't know, but I love going
to the movies at this time of the year. This
is like my favorite time of the year.
Speaker 7 (01:52:30):
Yeah, if you miss anything from today's show, you can
always go back and catch up on the podcast. Search
Mojo in the Morning in the Free Iheartaday Lap.
Speaker 1 (01:52:36):

Speaker 2 (01:52:38):
This is on our podcast now at Mojo in the
Morning dot com.
Speaker 5 (01:52:43):
You're calling monitored Katina? Is it Katina? And I'm not
missing it? Hi, Katina, You're a winner. Congratulations.
Speaker 19 (01:52:52):
Okay, thank you so much.
Speaker 23 (01:52:54):
I'm so excited.
Speaker 5 (01:52:55):
We're excited for you. Katina lives in Howell, Michigan. And
who are you excited to say?
Speaker 19 (01:53:01):
We're excited to see shine Down?
Speaker 5 (01:53:03):
You're gonna love it, hey, quick thing. Shine Down is
getting on stage early in the night. So the show starts,
I think it's seven point thirty. You probably will have
shine Down up there sometime between seven thirty and like
eight forty five, so you've got to get there early
for that.
Speaker 6 (01:53:18):
Okay, Okay, thank you for letting me know.
Speaker 5 (01:53:21):
So get on ninety six, get into the city, get
to Little Caesars, get your car parked and plenty of time,
get yourself a refreshment, go sit down in your seats,
and then you and your husband watch Shine Down.
Speaker 8 (01:53:31):
Am I allowed to say where they are in the
show specifically?
Speaker 10 (01:53:33):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (01:53:33):
What you got?
Speaker 7 (01:53:34):
They are the third act to go on stage.
Speaker 5 (01:53:36):
Oh you see that, Katina. We got to make sure
that you don't miss it, okay, And I don't know
what the weather is going to be, like, I think
it's gonna be okay, you'll be fine getting there, but
traffic getting into the city is a pain in the arse.
Speaker 4 (01:53:48):
So Little Caesars get there early.
Speaker 23 (01:53:51):
Okay, all right, I appreciate it.
Speaker 5 (01:53:53):
All right, we appreciate you. Hang on the phone, and
we're gonna get your set up with your tickets. We
got more of the mojo in the morning show coming
up here in just a little bit.
Speaker 21 (01:54:00):
Uh.
Speaker 5 (01:54:01):
Shannon wants to put a spending freeze on until Christmas.
From now until Christmas, and she's got a good reason why.
She'll talk about that next jingle ball.
Speaker 2 (01:54:11):
Are you ready rolling down for till nine five five
single ball tomorrow at lsee A where you'll see Nelly.

of the.
Speaker 1 (01:54:43):
Roses, a second date update, am I d a hole?
Or the throwback fro down?
Speaker 4 (01:54:48):
All right, it is Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 10 (01:54:51):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (01:54:51):
The holiday season is upon us.
Speaker 5 (01:54:54):
I always feel like the holiday season starts right after Halloween.
And I know that the Christmas stations sometimes deem like
a few days in or a couple weeks in, or
sometimes some people say Thanksgiving. But I think that once
you get to right after Halloween, Christmas is upon us.
Now there are wacky people that like to celebrate Christmas
(01:55:17):
even in July, which I think unless it's a promotion,
you know, benefiting a charity or something you dumb. But
Shannon is is done though with some of the crazy
stuff that's going on in your family.
Speaker 7 (01:55:31):
Well, I just feel like, because I feel like there
comes a point in the year that you need to stop.
Everybody needs to stop shopping for kids who make Christmas lists,
because I can remember, like, even if I needed, you know,
something for school, my mom would be like, put it
on your Christmas list. Once it hit I would say
(01:55:52):
November right, like, we got nothing because it was put
it on your Christmas list.
Speaker 8 (01:55:59):
You can get it for Christmas.
Speaker 7 (01:56:01):
And so I've been burned twice already this year in
the past two weeks with Christmas surprises that I was
so excited to give my kids that were bought for
them already.
Speaker 27 (01:56:12):
And so one of them is Lucy.
Speaker 7 (01:56:14):
And these dang jellycats Okay, these stuffed animals that are
like all the rage now for kids and adults. But
there was one when we went to Chicago for Mojo's
Hall of Fame ceremony, there was one that was like
a Chicago exclusive. Again, I understand how silly this sounds,
but I your son Joe helped me get it from her,
and I was so excited to put it under the
(01:56:36):
tree and give it to her. And her dad and
stepmom got it for her and already gave it to her.
Speaker 4 (01:56:43):
So what did they give it to her for?
Speaker 7 (01:56:46):
Upset? Just for fun?
Speaker 8 (01:56:48):
Because they took a trip to Chicago. So they went
and did that.
Speaker 7 (01:56:51):
So I was like, okay, crap, that was going to
be her big Christmas, her big Christmas gift from me,
so I had to okay.
Speaker 4 (01:56:57):
Fine.
Speaker 7 (01:56:58):
So then my stepdaughter Samantha wanted a winter coat, a
new winter coat, and she had said it on Thanksgiving morning,
Oh my gosh, I love this coat. I want this
coat so bad. So I was going to surprise her.
I told Wes, I'm going to buy her this coat,
and he was like, no, no, no, it's too much,
and I said no, I love doing something that they
don't expect, right, So I bought her the coat. It
(01:57:19):
was being shipped. She shows up literally a couple of
days later when we went to get our Christmas tree,
wearing the coat.
Speaker 8 (01:57:24):
No, her Grandma watter for her.
Speaker 4 (01:57:28):
I am, and again I asked what it was Grandma
buying it for her, that her.
Speaker 7 (01:57:33):
I think she bought it.
Speaker 8 (01:57:34):
She bought it for her for Christmas and gave it
to her early.
Speaker 4 (01:57:38):
Okay, so she could wear it.
Speaker 6 (01:57:40):
Do you return or can you even return a jelly cat?
Speaker 8 (01:57:43):
I don't know, not returning the jelly cat. The coat
is getting returned.
Speaker 7 (01:57:47):
Yes, yeah, So.
Speaker 4 (01:57:49):
Here's here's the thing.
Speaker 5 (01:57:50):
And this is one of those things that when I
was a kid, we had some things, like we had
a good life, but we didn't have everything.
Speaker 4 (01:57:59):
I feel like nowadays.
Speaker 5 (01:58:02):
We didn't go when I was younger to the store,
like to Target, like my kids do with their moms,
you know, on a weekly basis. We would go to
the store occasionally, you know, every now and again, but
it was never like my mom taking me to the
mall and I can go, Mom, Can I get this?
My kids live a different life than I lived. Your
kids live a way different life than you live, agree, right,
(01:58:23):
And I think that they. But there needs to be
a cutoff date.
Speaker 4 (01:58:26):
There has to be a a no it's like a
no fly zone, a no body off date.
Speaker 7 (01:58:30):
Maybe it's November first would be a good one, the
day after Halloween, right.
Speaker 5 (01:58:34):
So you can't now, if Samantha needs a coat because
she's cold and it's twenty degrees outside, let's not wait
until Christmas time to give her the coat. Maybe give
it to her early. Okay, she had a coat, but
she's gonna get her new coat. But maybe she wants to. So,
By the way, a kid asking for a coat is
an amazing thing, Like I like, that's a necessity where
(01:58:55):
you know, when I was a kid, I was asking
for a freaking you know, race cars and things like.
Speaker 4 (01:58:59):
That I want like my stuff.
Speaker 5 (01:59:01):
Yeah, but I but I also I agree with you
there should be and we used to have it in
our house like my dad used to.
Speaker 4 (01:59:07):
And I will say this to you. I'm at a
point now in my house.
Speaker 5 (01:59:10):
And don't get me wrong, I do okay, but I
basically said to chelseaygo, we're not doing what we've done
in past Christmas. Is first off, the economy sucks. Yeah,
and anybody if I'm feeling the economy sucking, I know
you're feeling the economy sucking. And I'm going to say
this to you that we're seeing it now breaking any
in Christmas wish letters. I think our kids need to understand,
(01:59:31):
as my dad used to say, that money doesn't grow
on trees.
Speaker 41 (01:59:33):
You know.
Speaker 14 (01:59:34):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (01:59:34):
Even this weekend, you know, with Luca and I taking
our girls trip to New York City, and this has
kind of become a tradition for us where if she
finds some things that she likes, I always kind of
save little spots on her Christmas list. I wrap them
up and put them under the tree on Christmas morning,
and she knows that.
Speaker 4 (01:59:50):
So she already sees her gifts.
Speaker 7 (01:59:51):
So she sees a few of her gifts because she
picks them up. But I had to keep asking her,
you didn't put these things on your Christmas list for
anybody else?
Speaker 8 (01:59:57):
Like I always I want to be mindful of that.
Speaker 6 (02:00:00):
But yeah, I think, like separated families, do you communicate
with her dad's side, because how do we make sure
that she's not getting double of everything?
Speaker 4 (02:00:09):
Or obviously not.
Speaker 7 (02:00:11):
I mean Sam does a really good job. So there,
this was not This was not anything that we had
when we were little. But now there are these apps
that you can create a list on and then this
works so well for divorced families. So she could send
it to her mom and her stepdad, and she sent
it to myself in West and when we buy something
(02:00:32):
from it, everybody can see that it's already done, okay,
which is so smart. It's called what the heck is
it called? I think it's called gift gift fold or
something showers.
Speaker 8 (02:00:43):
It's really helpful.
Speaker 6 (02:00:44):
Yeah, I used to circle what I wanted on magazine.
Speaker 4 (02:00:49):
Again.
Speaker 7 (02:00:51):
Once it hit November, my mom was like, no, even
if I needed it for school, Nope.
Speaker 5 (02:00:56):
Did you guys do the toys r US Big Toy
book merchandise service merchant.
Speaker 4 (02:01:01):
I was grace too.
Speaker 5 (02:01:02):
It was always in the back of the catalog, the
service market merchandise, the place that you have to wait
up in the front for them to bring the gift out.
Speaker 4 (02:01:08):
To you or yeah to you.
Speaker 8 (02:01:09):
You pulled the tag and then it came up on
the conveyor bus.
Speaker 25 (02:01:11):
So cool.
Speaker 5 (02:01:11):
It's kind of like Costco does that for like certain
things you always serve all right, eight four to four
Mojo Live. What is the no buy uh zone or
the no fly zone that you guys have? When do
you start doing this that you can't do? You know,
you can't be buying stuff for your kids, my kids.
So my kids will do this. My kids will buy
(02:01:32):
things assuming they're going to get things. So and they're
older now, but they'll assume they're getting like some game
system or whatever. And then they'll go, well, I'm buying this.
I'm like, well, why are you buying that? You got
to have that game system? Well, I already know, mom,
got it, you know what I mean, Like you already
you ever and then you're looking going, well, I'm not
going to lie to you. You're not getting it, you
know what I mean? Or or you are getting it. Adriana,
(02:01:54):
what's up?
Speaker 1 (02:01:56):
Hi?
Speaker 14 (02:01:56):
How are you?
Speaker 4 (02:01:57):
We're good on Adriana' Merry Christmas.
Speaker 20 (02:02:00):
Merry Christmas to you all. So I kind of did
a little bit of a boo boo. I have well,
I have five kids and they range from twenty one
to four. And my twenty one year old, she's a
senior at Michigan State, go green, Yeah, got.
Speaker 23 (02:02:20):
She needed a.
Speaker 20 (02:02:21):
New coat and she really wanted like the Arisia super Puff.
So it was on Zale and I got it for her.
And I had to give it to her because she
had finals all last week and this week and she
had to walk around.
Speaker 26 (02:02:35):
I know.
Speaker 20 (02:02:35):
But now I feel like I have to make up
the coat and give her something else under for under
the tree.
Speaker 4 (02:02:40):
First coat, the same one, Samantha go yeah, I know. Hey, Adriana.
Speaker 5 (02:02:48):
You know my son also is a spartan, but his
thing is shoes, And can you explain something to me?
And you probably see this with your daughter's friends, the
guy friends. Why are the boys that are your daughter's
age wearing such dirty shoes these days?
Speaker 24 (02:03:04):
Wait?
Speaker 7 (02:03:04):
What do you mean?
Speaker 5 (02:03:05):
Every kid on a college campus wears like white shoes
that are basically look like their muddy You know what
I'm talking about, Adriana.
Speaker 20 (02:03:14):
I see it even in my high school daughters.
Speaker 5 (02:03:16):
Yeah, these kids like they look like their parents don't
buy them shoes, but their brain new shoes, and they're
all of a sudden, they're all dirty.
Speaker 6 (02:03:25):
Like Lucas, the biggest offender.
Speaker 4 (02:03:27):
Luke's shoes are the dirtiest disgusting.
Speaker 6 (02:03:28):
I see, it's gross.
Speaker 4 (02:03:30):
Yeah, and you know who I blame out of this one.
What's that designer brand, Golden Goose.
Speaker 5 (02:03:36):
I blame like a Golden Goose for this thing, because
the Golden Goose they come that way. So I think
these kids want to like wear their gym shoes and
they want to have them be dirty as hell.
Speaker 4 (02:03:45):
Hold on, zeb Hello, what's happening?
Speaker 9 (02:03:52):
Hi?
Speaker 23 (02:03:53):
How are you guys?
Speaker 7 (02:03:54):
Good morning?
Speaker 4 (02:03:54):
We're good, Zanab, But what's going on? What you're calling for?
Speaker 11 (02:03:57):
Yeah?
Speaker 17 (02:03:57):
I just stopped wrapping gift for the kids. These kids,
no matter what I buy for them, they're gonna open
it anyway. So I'm just gonna let them pick it
out and wrap them on Christmas morning.
Speaker 4 (02:04:09):
Follow the day, so they actually go buy their own
gifts and then you say.
Speaker 19 (02:04:14):
You want to My son is very picky with what
he likes.
Speaker 5 (02:04:17):
Yeah, do you tell him, Hey, go up in your
closet and go get that coat I got you, or
go get that pair of shoes and you just wrap them.
Speaker 17 (02:04:24):
He asked for a marble run and I already bought
it for him because he threw a tantrum, and so
I'm gonna wrap it up and gives him on Christmas morning.
Speaker 5 (02:04:31):
Oh that's great, that's so awesome. I wonder how many
times you could actually wrap up for your kids things
that they already have and see if they recognize it.
Speaker 4 (02:04:40):
These kids have everything. What's up, VICKI, how you doing?
Speaker 7 (02:04:43):
Hey, how's it going good?
Speaker 4 (02:04:45):
What's going on?
Speaker 14 (02:04:47):
I wanted to know if Sheny had ever thought of
doing a shared like Google note or if everybody has
an iPhone or shared?
Speaker 30 (02:04:54):
I know, so that like when Christmas time comes around, she.
Speaker 7 (02:04:58):
Wasn't telling anybody about the Jelly Cat.
Speaker 5 (02:05:00):
So yeah, like nobody like for bigger gifts. I don't
like the Shannon in Trouble, but yeah, I think that
everybody knew about the Jelly Cat.
Speaker 7 (02:05:11):
Well, in some of these, like the app is a
really good idea. These apps are a good idea because
they do exactly that.
Speaker 4 (02:05:17):
Yeah, I think that. Here's here's the thing.
Speaker 30 (02:05:20):
I know some friends that have like you.
Speaker 17 (02:05:22):
Know, the parents are divorced, but both parents are also.
Speaker 30 (02:05:25):
Remarried, so their step parents step grandparents. Yeah, and they
finally for Birthday and Christmas.
Speaker 7 (02:05:30):
Put a couple of lists together just like.
Speaker 17 (02:05:33):
Hey, letting you know, I want to get this for
them or something like that.
Speaker 5 (02:05:36):
Yeah. I think the problem is that when you have
like these kids that are nice kids like Shannon needs
bad kids, Like if her kids were kids that were
a holes, then nobody's buying them anything. The problem is
they're good kids and you want to buy them stuff,
so now they got too many gifts. Your kids just
need to be mean. These need to be bad kids.
What's going on, Saveny?
Speaker 4 (02:05:57):
How you doing?
Speaker 9 (02:05:58):
Hi?
Speaker 23 (02:05:59):
Good? Merry Christmas?
Speaker 4 (02:06:00):
Merry Christmas.
Speaker 35 (02:06:02):
So my mother in law is very, very sweet.
Speaker 11 (02:06:04):
She is the best mother in law, but she spoils.
Speaker 16 (02:06:07):
My kids way, way, way too much.
Speaker 35 (02:06:10):
And last year when ferbies were like all the rage,
she got them end of school like happy Winter Break presents,
and she got them stuff from their Christmas list, but
it was all stuff that I bought, and she said,
well now they can have two. So my daughter had
two ferbies that could talk to each other. And I
took those dang batteries out within a month.
Speaker 5 (02:06:29):
Wait for a second, she was she was getting end
of school gifts like the kids were getting presents like
they were Christmas time for Was it like winter break
end of school or yeah, to.
Speaker 35 (02:06:40):
Celebrate like the startup winter break. She will just take
them to my ral and let them pick out anything
like she's just she's so sweet.
Speaker 5 (02:06:48):
Does it make it tough on Does it make it
tough for like your mom, for their other grandma to
try to compete?
Speaker 38 (02:06:53):
Oh?
Speaker 35 (02:06:53):
Yeah, because they always want to go to grandma's house
and not Dana.
Speaker 19 (02:06:58):
Yeah, we need to cut off talk.
Speaker 4 (02:07:00):
Yeah, there has to be I do.
Speaker 35 (02:07:02):
But you know it's hard to tell my seat Italian
mother in law, Hey, how.
Speaker 4 (02:07:08):
To do if she's rich. If she's rich, tell her
to put money in a bank account.
Speaker 7 (02:07:12):
You want thatsp Well they.
Speaker 1 (02:07:14):
Did you She does that too.
Speaker 11 (02:07:16):
They're very sweet, but I can't have two for me talking.
Speaker 31 (02:07:19):
To each other when we have pre ks and dogs.
Speaker 35 (02:07:21):
And those batteries came out real quick.
Speaker 7 (02:07:23):
I bet they did.
Speaker 4 (02:07:25):
Thank you for the call, Stephanie. Appreciate it all right,
take care.
Speaker 5 (02:07:29):
It's so funny because I remember as a kid with
you know, uh, surprises and stuff. I used to say
to my mom, can I go with you in the store?
I want to get a surprise And my dad hated that.
So my dad would be like, no, damn surprises anymore.
Like no, But I was the baby of the family.
My mom would just buy me anything. I think she
also was sick at the time too, so she knew
she was probably not going to be around for very long.
(02:07:49):
I could get anything at all, but it was the
same situation. It was like, go get everything, We're going
to rewrap it. But then my dad felt like I
got too many toys at Christmas, Like all of a sudden,
there's a big Jillian boxes and stuff, which one of
your kids gets more gifts.
Speaker 8 (02:08:05):
I really really try to make it kind of even.
Speaker 5 (02:08:08):
Like numbers, because usually the older yeah, Lucy gets more
expensive stuff, probably because she's older, right.
Speaker 7 (02:08:14):
Yeah, yeah, although Smith asked for something that was a
little bit more expensive this year. I don't know. I
try to. I try to keep it as even as
I can, but I know it gets like the older too,
like West's kids. My step kids are getting you know,
not a lot because what they asked for are more
expensive things.
Speaker 4 (02:08:30):
Plus you're not your kids too, so you know that's
not that you're a bitch stepmother.
Speaker 8 (02:08:35):
That's yeah, right, I did all the shopping.
Speaker 4 (02:08:37):
Did you realize it?
Speaker 5 (02:08:38):
Yeah, my kids complained. So Joey is thirty years old, Okay,
the kids. He's a grown ass man. He pays taxes
and everything and will open up Christmas gifts and if
Luke gets one more gift than.
Speaker 7 (02:08:49):
Him, he still gets married.
Speaker 4 (02:08:50):
Oh he gets passed. And I said to Chelsey, it's
enough already. You know what I mean.
Speaker 5 (02:08:54):
Now I have to we have to pay for like
girlfriends and boyfriends and stuff like that. I know it's ridiculous. Yeah,
all right, go your cagy like Detroit, go.
Speaker 1 (02:09:01):
You SNX Mostgon Grand Rabbit.
Speaker 2 (02:09:04):
Channel nine total four five SNX in ninety two five
FM at hard radio stations, real people, real.
Speaker 1 (02:09:12):
Lives, real fun, Mojo in the Morning, guarantined human.
Speaker 5 (02:09:17):
All right, it is Mojo in the Morning. So I
was just recently visiting my son Joe, who lives in Florida.
Speaker 4 (02:09:23):
The Joe Show.
Speaker 5 (02:09:24):
You can listen to them on ninety three three FLZ
or in the afternoons on channel ninety five to five.
Speaker 4 (02:09:31):
And it's the holiday season.
Speaker 5 (02:09:34):
And I thought to myself, Okay, maybe my son is
he's growing up and is a you know, a nice
young guy. Maybe he's got taste because he never had
taste before. Like if you went into his apartments, you
would see shoe racks all over the place with a
ton of Jordans on them or Yeezy's and all that
kinds of stuff. I don't hate it, Okay, I know,
(02:09:56):
and this has got to be what your place looks
like because you and Joe are probably around the same age.
And then you would see he would always he would
have a closet full of jerseys, so you'd have like
a he would have more jerseys in his closet than
a foot locker would have.
Speaker 6 (02:10:11):
We already know how you feel about jerseys.
Speaker 5 (02:10:13):
Okay, guys wearing jerseys again, Joe and keV. They shouldn't
have another man's name on the back, right. So then
you would go into another room that he would have
and he would have Star Wars things like Star he
had uh Lydia you've been to Joe's apartment before. What
was it that he would even have like Darth Vader's mask.
Speaker 46 (02:10:34):
Yeah, he had those laying room, but he also had
Minion popcorn buckets laying across his like dining room table.
Speaker 6 (02:10:40):
Yes, yes, maybe they're collectibles.
Speaker 5 (02:10:43):
Lydia said to me when she went to go visit
those guys down in Tampa and she went over to
Joe's place, she said, it was really wild.
Speaker 4 (02:10:49):
There's like minions over.
Speaker 27 (02:10:52):
I was like, Alyssa, lets you have this year? He
was like, yeah, why not?
Speaker 4 (02:10:55):
All right.
Speaker 5 (02:10:55):
Alyssa, by the way, is somebody that I thought was
going to be the She was going to be the
So she may be the problem.
Speaker 8 (02:11:01):
Isn't she a huge Disney fan too?
Speaker 4 (02:11:02):
Well, she's turned into it. She's morphed into one.
Speaker 5 (02:11:04):
I don't know if she always was, but she definitely
has morphed into a big Disney adult. So I thought
to myself, Okay, now that Joe's getting married and eventually
they're gonna have kids, right, I'm assuming that Joe and
Alissa will probably go quick and try to have kids,
and I think, okay, they're gonna start clearing some of
this stuff out because I had stuff like this, like
(02:11:26):
I had autographed merch and I had jerseys, and I
mean I wore some of the worst clothes ever. Chelsea
literally went into my closet and cleaned it out. Like, honestly, now,
as a grown adult, I would not be able to
have as much lion stuff as I have right now
when we first got married, because Chelsea was like, you're
not wearing all that stuff. Now she's kind of given
up on me. So long story short, go into his apartment.
(02:11:48):
He's got more stuff, and then she's got it, and
I'm looking at it, going, what are they gonna do
when they have kids? People are gonna come over to
their house and think they're playing with their kids toys?
Speaker 9 (02:11:59):
They're not.
Speaker 8 (02:12:00):
Are the parents toy but that's their thing. That's what
makes them happy, is you know what it is?
Speaker 5 (02:12:05):
Honestly, it just shows you that our world is crazy.
Twenty somethings are literally playing with toys. Still, you're a
goddamn twenty something.
Speaker 4 (02:12:15):
What are you still playing with? Anna?
Speaker 6 (02:12:17):
I'm not trying to justify it, but some of these
things are collectibles, like this guy that I used to
see Do you know the bear brick Bears? Yes, they
look like toys, but those are very expensive bears or
like he had a pac Man game in there.
Speaker 27 (02:12:31):
If he has a bunch of that stuff in his
some of it is expensive arts.
Speaker 30 (02:12:36):
Kevin has stuffed animals laying around.
Speaker 4 (02:12:38):
Yeah, why would you have a stuff?
Speaker 5 (02:12:40):
You know where stuffed animals belong at the fricking carnival
and then you bring them home and you throw them
in a garbage because they're made of asbestos.
Speaker 6 (02:12:48):
I have one stuffed animal.
Speaker 4 (02:12:50):
You do, yeah, from your childhood?
Speaker 6 (02:12:52):
No, I just got it when I moved to Detroit.
I just liked it. It's a little Yoda, and I
was like, I love Yoda? Why not? You guy should
put it in Joe's apartment.
Speaker 4 (02:13:00):
Should show you. Guys should compare.
Speaker 6 (02:13:01):
Yo has a million jelly cats.
Speaker 8 (02:13:03):
I mean they're my kids.
Speaker 4 (02:13:05):
You don't have any of yourself, do you.
Speaker 8 (02:13:09):
I may have bought one this weekend for myself. That
was big croissant.
Speaker 7 (02:13:11):
It was real cute. I don't know, put it on
put it on a chair.
Speaker 4 (02:13:18):
I don't know. You're gonna put it on a chair
and just look at it.
Speaker 7 (02:13:20):
Yeah, cute, it's cute.
Speaker 5 (02:13:23):
Do you you have a financial advisor? You have anybody
that's telling you how to spend your money at all.
I have a friend who is given.
Speaker 6 (02:13:31):
If it doesn't bring you joy getting, maybe it's all
bringing Joejoe's right.
Speaker 7 (02:13:36):
See, hey, can you run by the way? Still have
autographed stuff in your house that is yours?
Speaker 4 (02:13:42):
I have ready worth money, Tom Brady autographed super Bowl?
Speaker 7 (02:13:47):
Okay, still an autographed piece of sports memorabilia, A.
Speaker 5 (02:13:50):
Mcguil Cabrera Triple Crown autograph, Jersey Golf Club, Tiger Woods
autographed golf Club, Michael Jordan autograph Jersey.
Speaker 7 (02:14:01):
What I'm hearing is those are autog that those are
pieces of autographed sports memorabilia.
Speaker 6 (02:14:05):
Those are man toys.
Speaker 7 (02:14:07):
So if it's expensive and worth something, then it's okay, Lydia.
Speaker 5 (02:14:10):
Uh, just peek your head out into Joe's studio and
just see when they're going on a break.
Speaker 30 (02:14:14):
Because he thought he's gonna come by in like two minutes.
Speaker 4 (02:14:16):
Okay, so he's gonna come by.
Speaker 5 (02:14:17):
I want him to defend himself A four to four
Mojo live eight four four six six five six five

son as he brings children into this world, and not
(02:14:39):
walk into his house and say there are no room
for children because he's got freaking lightsabers all over them.
Speaker 7 (02:14:46):
I saw something, though, I kind of love the Christmas
trees that are all decorated with like toys and retro
and nostalgia, because we we got so far away from that.
That's what a Christmas tree was. And then everybody, myself included,
started doing like the neutral, dec aesthetically pleasing Christmas trees.
And this year I went back to the colored lights
and all the crap on the tree, and it makes
(02:15:06):
me so happy.
Speaker 4 (02:15:07):
I was going to say, you know what I'm doing.
Speaker 5 (02:15:09):
I'm gonna buy a bunch of this crap or get
it from Joe, and I'm going to give it to
Smith and see if you.
Speaker 4 (02:15:14):
Can get no.
Speaker 7 (02:15:15):
Our Christmas tree this year is so it's so fun,
it's so colorful, it's all the kids stuff.
Speaker 4 (02:15:20):
Hey, Anna, listener, Anna, what's going on?
Speaker 16 (02:15:23):
So I am twenty four, so not quite as old
as Joe, but somewhere in the middle sing your kids
and I have like ten Christmas jelly cats sitting out
right now.
Speaker 7 (02:15:33):
I love you.
Speaker 8 (02:15:34):
We should be friends.
Speaker 4 (02:15:35):
Do you bring the little glove?
Speaker 8 (02:15:37):
The little blue glove this year is so dangue?
Speaker 19 (02:15:40):
That's what I have.
Speaker 14 (02:15:41):
I have that one.
Speaker 9 (02:15:42):
It's so cute.
Speaker 27 (02:15:43):
Can actually put your hand in it?
Speaker 5 (02:15:44):
Do you bring my boys over to your house or
girls over? Depending on what your preference is.
Speaker 18 (02:15:50):
I mean, me and my boyfriend have been dating for
over five years and we lived together, so Keith just
dealed with it.
Speaker 4 (02:15:56):
Yeah, oh god.
Speaker 5 (02:15:58):
Do you have your parents ever over just to I like,
have them over for dinner or anything like that.
Speaker 23 (02:16:03):
Yeah, they come over sometimes. They My mom just kind
of accepts it at this point.
Speaker 37 (02:16:07):
My dad doesn't really even notice them, but that's okay.
Speaker 5 (02:16:11):
He thinks she's walking into little Anna's childhood room when
she was twelve years old.
Speaker 4 (02:16:17):
What's up, Jay? How you doing?
Speaker 34 (02:16:19):
You sound like the greensh over here.
Speaker 10 (02:16:21):
I'm listening to you talking about your son and his toys.
Speaker 34 (02:16:24):
You remind me the old man in those old Christmas
movies The Great Food Pumpy Dud.
Speaker 9 (02:16:28):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (02:16:32):
Hey, quick question for you, Jay? How old are you
and how many toys do you still have?
Speaker 37 (02:16:38):
I am thirty two years old and I don't have
no toys. But if they don't have toys, and that's
that's their happiness, let.
Speaker 4 (02:16:43):
Them do that.
Speaker 5 (02:16:44):
The only toy that you should have as a grown
ass adult is one that you buy at.
Speaker 4 (02:16:50):
That Just say Priscilla's.
Speaker 7 (02:16:53):
Spencer, which also sells sex toys. I learned over the weekend.
Speaker 4 (02:16:58):
Joe only needs a pocket pee. That's all you need.
Oh my god, what's going on, Angie? How you doing?
Speaker 24 (02:17:04):
Mojo?
Speaker 34 (02:17:05):
Who hurt you?
Speaker 1 (02:17:05):
Bro?
Speaker 9 (02:17:09):
What is going on?
Speaker 31 (02:17:10):
I am fifty three years old.
Speaker 22 (02:17:11):
I'll be fifty four in February.
Speaker 4 (02:17:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 10 (02:17:14):
I have Lego sets.
Speaker 29 (02:17:16):
I have coloring books, crayons, insils, I have puzzles.
Speaker 22 (02:17:20):
I don't see anything wrong with embracing your inner child.
Speaker 19 (02:17:24):
We all have one.
Speaker 29 (02:17:25):
You need to find yours.
Speaker 35 (02:17:26):
Bro is dead.
Speaker 4 (02:17:29):
You know what I have? I have golf clubs?
Speaker 21 (02:17:32):
You know I have?
Speaker 8 (02:17:33):
Do you still play video games?
Speaker 6 (02:17:34):
Every No?
Speaker 8 (02:17:35):
You went through that face?
Speaker 4 (02:17:36):
I did. I went through. I went.
Speaker 14 (02:17:38):
I gave up.
Speaker 5 (02:17:39):
I gave up video games when Luke was born twenty
years ago, because one morning Chelsea had to go downstairs
and get me at about four o'clock in the morning
on a Saturday, and I hadn't been to bed yet.
So I'm sorry. I apologize for being a grange or
you know, not having any child.
Speaker 1 (02:17:57):
I love you.
Speaker 24 (02:17:58):
I love you.
Speaker 4 (02:17:59):
Oh, we love you too.
Speaker 1 (02:18:00):
I love you too. I love all you guys.
Speaker 24 (02:18:02):
We love you that.
Speaker 4 (02:18:02):
I love you too. Wait, hold on, I saw Jed
walk out? Did Joe walk out yet?
Speaker 5 (02:18:06):
I haven't seen they're in our studio. I want to
I want to get a chance to bring him in here,
to defend himself, to have court. Hold on a second, here, David,
are you there?
Speaker 4 (02:18:15):
David?
Speaker 10 (02:18:16):
Yes, sir, first time, long.
Speaker 29 (02:18:18):
Time been on the phone.
Speaker 4 (02:18:21):
Yeah, what's going on?
Speaker 1 (02:18:22):
Good morning, Good morning everybody.
Speaker 10 (02:18:25):
But uh yeah, on the toy collecting thing.
Speaker 37 (02:18:28):
Uh, I'm forty one, about to be forty two in January,
and I have about forty wrestling action figures. O.
Speaker 25 (02:18:35):
God.
Speaker 37 (02:18:37):
Yeah, I collect them, you know, I collect them and
they sit on my shelf and you know it's a hobby.
Speaker 6 (02:18:44):
Are they worth anything?
Speaker 37 (02:18:46):
They will be yeah?
Speaker 1 (02:18:48):
Are you you know in time? Yeah, like when my
ten year old is thirty, they might be worth the money.
Speaker 4 (02:18:54):
So you're are you a married man with kids?
Speaker 42 (02:18:57):
I will be married in twenty in two thousand twenty seven.
Speaker 39 (02:19:02):
We got engaged this year on our anniversary, and we're
gonna get married on our anniversary.
Speaker 4 (02:19:09):
So does she get rid of all that crap or
does she have her own version of toys?
Speaker 10 (02:19:14):
No, she didn't get rid of none of it. She
actually encourages me to do it.
Speaker 4 (02:19:19):
Wow, you found.
Speaker 8 (02:19:20):
I can hear her in the background.
Speaker 4 (02:19:22):
Hey, let me talk to her. Put her on. What's
your name?
Speaker 10 (02:19:27):
She's not with me right now?
Speaker 4 (02:19:28):
Oh, she's not.
Speaker 37 (02:19:30):
She's out dashing right now.
Speaker 4 (02:19:32):
Actually, Okay, what's her name out there? Dasher?
Speaker 1 (02:19:36):
Jamie Jones, Jamie Jones.
Speaker 4 (02:19:37):
The dasher. I want you to call us up and
tell us.
Speaker 7 (02:19:40):
Wait a second, what's the name of the girl in
the car next to you?
Speaker 10 (02:19:44):
There are no girl in the car now, I laugh.
Speaker 4 (02:19:48):
I heard a woman laughing.
Speaker 8 (02:19:49):
Hey, let me ask you a question.
Speaker 6 (02:19:50):
Maybe it was a kid.
Speaker 8 (02:19:52):
If you had a dozen three roses to send to
anybody in the country, anywhere in the country, who would.
Speaker 41 (02:19:56):
You send it to to?
Speaker 14 (02:19:59):
Jamie Jones?
Speaker 4 (02:20:00):
Good answer? All right, Thanks for the call, buddy, I
appreciate you.
Speaker 6 (02:20:03):
You guys all right off the line real quick after that.
Speaker 7 (02:20:08):
Do you get so mad when nobody takes your side,
you know, Shannon, He's like, I'm done with this topic.
We're going to move on to something else.
Speaker 4 (02:20:17):
Yeah, maybe I should just retire. You know, they used
to like me. They used to take my eye on
this one.
Speaker 5 (02:20:24):
Honestly, I get it if you want to have fun, yeah,
but I also I'm like, oh Jesus Christ, I never
got to do that.
Speaker 7 (02:20:31):
Like I you know, different world, but you also you
also to be fair. I think this is where it
stems from with you, I really do. I'm going to
be your therapist for a second. You had to grow
up really quickly. Your mom died, your dad kicked you
out of the house, so you didn't have a chance
to even probably keep some of these items on my back.
Speaker 4 (02:20:49):
Yeah. And Paton, so real, real quick.
Speaker 5 (02:20:52):
I want to ask you this, so you're okay, you
got you've been married twice two men, all right, Andrew West? Yes,
if you're marrying these guys and I'm picturing Joe marry
Melissa and you know that with them you get them
in Star Wars Disney and what was it again, Lydia
that you saw? Honestly, would you let West run come
(02:21:15):
in to your life with minions.
Speaker 8 (02:21:18):
West wasn't allowed to come in with his own couch and.
Speaker 7 (02:21:20):
Dad drum sat, so.
Speaker 4 (02:21:23):
It was all gone.
Speaker 5 (02:21:26):
Listen, He's now getting to decorate the tree as much
as he wants to. He finally gets a tree that's actually,
you know, not something you see in a pottery barn,
you know at But all right, it's Mojo in the
Morning show.
Speaker 9 (02:21:38):
Uh.
Speaker 4 (02:21:38):
Beyonca back from breaking entering Christmas wish.
Speaker 27 (02:21:41):
Yes, I am Hi.
Speaker 4 (02:21:42):
Great job this morning, Bianca.
Speaker 27 (02:21:44):
Oh thanks.
Speaker 5 (02:21:45):
Beyonca's got an interesting little story for us on the
how Beyonca's relationship is affecting her life. You know, we've
last left you with families all met each other, Dad
on you know, Beyonca's dad and mom happy with the
man friend that she has. Her man friend's family sounds
(02:22:06):
like they're happy with you, except for one stipulation.
Speaker 4 (02:22:10):
You guys both have rules that you have to follow.
Speaker 47 (02:22:13):
Yeah, oh my god, all right, yeah we do. I'm
doing the topic from a producer studio today.
Speaker 10 (02:22:17):
Yeah.
Speaker 47 (02:22:19):
So he came over for the first time on Saturday,
and we went out like we did little Q activity
with my family. We came back, we all watched a
movie together and my parents were in the room, and
it was it was in the living room. So we're
all just hanging out in the living room.
Speaker 4 (02:22:38):
And real quick, before you you what are you doing
in there?
Speaker 27 (02:22:42):
Put it on my headphones?
Speaker 4 (02:22:43):
Oh I know. Why Why do you sound so disheveled
though in that room?
Speaker 47 (02:22:46):
Because I was trying to find my headphones and put
a mom being through a bag.
Speaker 4 (02:22:50):
Okay, yeah, here we go.
Speaker 27 (02:22:50):
All right, I'm locked in.
Speaker 4 (02:22:51):
All right.
Speaker 47 (02:22:52):
So we're sitting in the living room watching a movie whatever.
And before he came over, my mom said, just let
you know, Oh, he's not going in your room. He's
not allowed upstairs at all. She wouldn't even let me
clean my room because I was like, I have to
go clean my room, and she's like, you don't need to.
Speaker 27 (02:23:07):
He's not going up there. He's not going to see it.
Speaker 47 (02:23:10):
So I'm like, okay, I still clean my room anyway,
just in case, because I was like, maybe she.
Speaker 4 (02:23:13):
Might allow it. Wait, you were anticipating that you were
going to bring him up to your room, well.
Speaker 27 (02:23:19):
Maybe just to see it in case he had to
go up there and get something.
Speaker 4 (02:23:23):
I don't know what is he going to have to
get in your room besides your virginity.
Speaker 27 (02:23:28):
Actually nothing, I was kidding.
Speaker 1 (02:23:30):
But do you.
Speaker 48 (02:23:34):
So?
Speaker 5 (02:23:34):
Wait, so your parents gave you the rules and you
still clean your room. Were you cleaning your room because
you were anticipating sneaking him up to your room?
Speaker 11 (02:23:44):
Well?
Speaker 27 (02:23:45):
No, I didn't, really, I don't know. I don't really
know what I was expecting.
Speaker 47 (02:23:48):
When I was younger and I had boyfriends, like they
would hang out in my room, it was like, yeah,
it was no issue. My brother brings girls all the
time to his room.
Speaker 4 (02:23:54):
Wait, your parents let your brother bring girls to the room.
Speaker 7 (02:23:57):
Yes, you can't.
Speaker 47 (02:23:59):
Yes, there's times my brother brought like twenty eight year
olds into his room and this man's twenty.
Speaker 7 (02:24:03):
Oh, it's going to be the.
Speaker 8 (02:24:04):
Same rules for both of you. Why that's actually not fair.
Speaker 4 (02:24:07):
Let's let's have a Can we call your parents?
Speaker 27 (02:24:09):
Yeah, let's call him up.
Speaker 47 (02:24:10):
And by the way, my brother's room is like hidden,
so like you can't see his room when you're downstairs.
Where in my room is kind of facing the living room,
so you can see my room from downstairs. So even
if I had my door open closed, you would be
able to see everything.
Speaker 5 (02:24:22):
Because I because I tend to agree with the idea
that your parents have for you not letting it ring.
Speaker 8 (02:24:28):
You know, I could see I know what I was
doing in my room with my high school boyfriend.
Speaker 47 (02:24:32):
Well, no, I'm not doing any of that. Even my
last boyfriend he hung on the basement. But this time
my mom's like sitting in the living room with us.
Speaker 5 (02:24:39):
When you say, oh, I'm not doing that, you're full
of crap.
Speaker 27 (02:24:42):
If you're we don't do that.
Speaker 4 (02:24:43):
Do you want to go up to your room and
go do that that you can't do down caddle and
watch movies. So it's the cuddling part. You can't cuddle
downstairs and no TV.
Speaker 47 (02:24:52):
He tried to put his arm around me in front
of my dad and I moved that real quick.
Speaker 4 (02:24:55):
So it's a matter of you want to have a
place to call private.
Speaker 27 (02:24:59):
Yeah, I don't want him cuddling me in front of
my parents.
Speaker 4 (02:25:01):
That's weird, all right.
Speaker 5 (02:25:02):
I got a lot of stuff I want to ask.
I got a lot of questions I want to ask.
I want to get to a lot of things with this.
You're for those who don't know beyoncas Kaldann Iraqi Catholic
for that. So Middle Eastern, you guys have a lot
of tradition, traditional stuff. The boys in Kaldian families can
have girls up in their room, but the girls can't.
Speaker 47 (02:25:24):
Yeah, I don't know how that works. I mean my
ex boyfriend it was no issue going into his room.
Speaker 27 (02:25:29):
But I mean, I don't know. Now she's just different.
Speaker 6 (02:25:31):
You said your parents used to let you bring guys
into your room too.
Speaker 47 (02:25:34):
Yeah, when I was younger, and I was like, Okay,
I don't know what the issue is now. I think
she just wants to kind of respect his family as well.
His mom is also like, no bedroom.
Speaker 5 (02:25:43):
But Anna, when she talked, let's find out how young
were you when you're like, you were like probably nine
or ten?
Speaker 4 (02:25:48):
Right?
Speaker 25 (02:25:49):
What?
Speaker 40 (02:25:50):
No?
Speaker 27 (02:25:50):
I was like, I was like sixteen.
Speaker 5 (02:25:52):
Wait your parents let you have boys in the room
when you were sixteen? Thinking what you weren't going to
be like valling around out?
Speaker 27 (02:25:57):
We weren't doing anything at sixteen. Come on, now, what
are you doing in there?
Speaker 47 (02:25:59):
Though? Watch movies? That's exactly what we're trying to do. Now,
what's the difference here on what I was doing?
Speaker 4 (02:26:05):
Hold on a second, BEA's dad's on the phone. Oh
I love dad, al on with us right now?
Speaker 37 (02:26:16):
Well, good morning, everybody.
Speaker 7 (02:26:19):
Good morning.
Speaker 27 (02:26:20):
How's the party store.
Speaker 4 (02:26:21):
Today Monday, Happy Monday.
Speaker 6 (02:26:23):
We got some doma for you to flip's.
Speaker 37 (02:26:27):
I'm experts.
Speaker 5 (02:26:29):
Actually it's funny. I thought you did a great job
doing it. These girls were giving you crap, Beyonca and
Lydia for the way that you flipped it. Hey, al,
I got to talk to you a little bit. So
the rules in the house, the rules in the house.
The new man friend is not allowed in Beyonca's bedroom.
Speaker 4 (02:26:46):
I'm fine with that.
Speaker 10 (02:26:48):
Absolutely not.
Speaker 9 (02:26:49):
He's not allowed in the room.
Speaker 4 (02:26:51):
I'm fine with that. Why is Beyonca's brother allowed to
bring girls up in the room.
Speaker 34 (02:26:58):
I don't think he ever did.
Speaker 27 (02:27:00):
I remember, well, mom had no problem with it.
Speaker 43 (02:27:03):
What my mom?
Speaker 4 (02:27:05):
Don't do this. You're gonna give your dad a heart attack?
Speaker 47 (02:27:07):
The man, Hey, no, trust it's the truth. Hey, I'm
gonna name drive real quick. It was always in Austin's
room and it was no issue. And you guys all
knew it.
Speaker 1 (02:27:14):
The twenty eight year old they were.
Speaker 7 (02:27:17):
Wants to do exactly not in my house.
Speaker 24 (02:27:21):
Not in my house.
Speaker 27 (02:27:22):
Sorry, Well then we'll get apartment in Detroit. Will do
it there.
Speaker 5 (02:27:25):
Alle No, come on, you're not she's You're not moving out.
You stay with your parents, stay there until you get married.
Al I get the idea of this because I had boys,
and I know what boys think about. We would never
allow the boys to have girls up in their room.
We would always say you can, you can sit on
one of the couches, the couch in the living room
(02:27:45):
or the couch in the basement.
Speaker 4 (02:27:46):
And that was it.
Speaker 27 (02:27:47):
See, I feel that the basements just as worse.
Speaker 4 (02:27:49):
Really, why we don't do no basement?
Speaker 17 (02:27:52):
Wow?
Speaker 4 (02:27:53):
Yeah, we have cameras down there.
Speaker 6 (02:27:55):
So I said, well, how would you feel if her
man friend put his arm around her in front of you?
Would that be okay?
Speaker 37 (02:28:03):
I mean around yeah, hugging, That's fine, okay, but no more?
Speaker 4 (02:28:07):
No, let see that, no more, no less, no less.
Speaker 30 (02:28:10):
Bianca's lucky. I would never be allowed to even.
Speaker 4 (02:28:12):
Have that really literally a way. Yeah no, and Lydia,
you're a grown woman almost.
Speaker 6 (02:28:18):
What about handholding?
Speaker 30 (02:28:19):
Oh no, really, my dad would be really upset.
Speaker 27 (02:28:23):
I don't know about all that. I wasn't holding bra
like the chaperone.
Speaker 24 (02:28:27):
Yeah.
Speaker 46 (02:28:28):
My parents would watch when my ex boyfriend wolver and
we'd sit in the living room. Both had to be
like this is eight years in county.
Speaker 47 (02:28:33):
So it was like a little awkward where we were
sitting on the couch and the couch is like two sofas,
obviously for two people, but like me and him are
on like one side, because I thought my brother was
gonna sit on the other side.
Speaker 27 (02:28:42):
But my brother's like, I'm not sitting on the couch
with you, guys. So my brothers went upstairs.
Speaker 4 (02:28:46):
Hold on, I saying, al is on with us. Bianca's dad, Ruba,
are you there?
Speaker 40 (02:28:50):
Hey?
Speaker 1 (02:28:51):
How are you good?
Speaker 10 (02:28:52):
Ruba?
Speaker 4 (02:28:52):
What are your thoughts on this?
Speaker 30 (02:28:55):
I'm Middle Eastern myself, and I know it's the dumbest thing,
but man, you can.
Speaker 29 (02:28:59):
Do it they please, And females cannot because.
Speaker 10 (02:29:03):
And you'll disgrace the family name or something if somebody
wants to speak about you.
Speaker 23 (02:29:08):
But the boys, they're the quote unquote next part of
the household.
Speaker 10 (02:29:12):
They can do as they please.
Speaker 27 (02:29:13):
Wow, that won't be this disrespecting anybody's name.
Speaker 5 (02:29:16):
I feel like I should be like the boy of
this the man of this household here in this house. Yeah,
I should be able to do whatever I please. What's
going on, Mariano? What's going on?
Speaker 24 (02:29:26):
Hey?

brought them home to introduce him. Now, my sister, I
chased her boyfriend's away. I damn your kidnap one and.
Speaker 25 (02:29:53):
Threw them in a car.
Speaker 33 (02:29:57):
I love it, But I mean like, she didn't bring
her first guy home until it was the guy she married.
Speaker 4 (02:30:02):
Honestly, that's the way it should be.
Speaker 47 (02:30:06):
Brother, I'm telling you, I'm not going to bring a
guy homeless. I think I'm going to marry him also obviously, No.
Speaker 9 (02:30:11):
No, that's good.
Speaker 23 (02:30:12):
No.
Speaker 14 (02:30:13):
How long is the.
Speaker 27 (02:30:14):
Relationship were you? Did you bring her to your house?
Speaker 10 (02:30:18):
Uh?
Speaker 24 (02:30:18):
Two years?
Speaker 9 (02:30:21):
We got married.
Speaker 10 (02:30:22):
We got married, right, we got married.
Speaker 33 (02:30:23):
Right after that, I brought her home and it was like,
you know, zep by whatever, you know.
Speaker 10 (02:30:29):
I brought her home.
Speaker 9 (02:30:30):
I asked for her family man and this.
Speaker 25 (02:30:31):
And then that was it.
Speaker 5 (02:30:34):
Al Me Marino Marino meet ol say hello.
Speaker 14 (02:30:36):
Guys, Hey, how you doing?
Speaker 24 (02:30:40):

Speaker 48 (02:30:42):
Hell?
Speaker 10 (02:30:42):
Are you baby?
Speaker 24 (02:30:43):
Good?
Speaker 10 (02:30:44):
Good?
Speaker 4 (02:30:44):
Thank you, thank you, I come back, come back out
my dad speaking.
Speaker 27 (02:30:48):
You guys speak healthy, obviously, that's your better language. You
guys can't please speak.
Speaker 34 (02:30:53):
I should probably find up, I mean out.
Speaker 7 (02:30:56):
Oh a, Mike, I want my air pod? What are
they saying?
Speaker 4 (02:31:07):
What did you guys just say? Marina?
Speaker 42 (02:31:09):
I was telling he probably knows my dad.
Speaker 4 (02:31:13):
That's what I thought. That's what I thought. All right,
all right, guys, I love you. Listen.
Speaker 1 (02:31:18):
I love you guys.
Speaker 4 (02:31:19):
Take care.
Speaker 10 (02:31:20):
Al.
Speaker 5 (02:31:20):
This is my thoughts in this one. We're gonna keep
your daughter a good girl. I'm gonna have a talk
with her. I'm gonna make sure that she's behaving herself.
Her man friends a nice guy. We're making sure that
this relationship is good and healthy.
Speaker 30 (02:31:32):
Okay, we'll give her a chastity belt.
Speaker 1 (02:31:34):
Take you so much.
Speaker 4 (02:31:35):
You should do that. I love you, Al, I love you,
love you to take you.
Speaker 27 (02:31:45):
Yeah, he's so funny. Well, you know what, we're staying
in the living room. I'm sorry. I honestly his mom
is probably gonna be the same way.
Speaker 4 (02:31:54):
Actually, I want to what's that place called love seats
or whatever. The that's the all love that.
Speaker 5 (02:32:00):
I'm gonna get two love sacks for you, one in
one side of the room and one on the other
side of the room. No, no touching, no touching his
love secks. Gosh, hold on a second, hold on. My
son just walked in the studio, smile and welcome my.
Speaker 4 (02:32:17):
Son to get in. And you were talking smack about something.
You're moving my cameras. Yeah, stop moving my cameras. I
don't go into your studio and started banging your joe.
Speaker 7 (02:32:28):
He made a statement and not one single person, including
any listeners, agreed with him, So then he moved on
from the topic.
Speaker 5 (02:32:33):
Oh really, yes, I want to move on from the
topic because I talked about how you still have all
these childhood decorations, it seems like around your place. And
I thought, being with Alyssa, like a nice woman, that
you would get rid of these things and grow up
a little bit.
Speaker 4 (02:32:49):
But I guess you're not.
Speaker 26 (02:32:49):
Absolutely not, because she fell into it very quick. She
learned very fast. The first night she ever stayed the night,
I woke up a little bit before her, and I
tried to hide everything, and I peaked my head up
and I saw Grogu Little Yoda standing right over my
bed with my necklaces on it. And uh, that was
(02:33:10):
her introduction into me being this way.
Speaker 5 (02:33:14):
Yes, talk to us about Lydia says that you have
minions in your apartment too.
Speaker 4 (02:33:19):
I have minions Star Wars action figures.
Speaker 7 (02:33:25):
Don't you have the don't?
Speaker 26 (02:33:27):
Yeah, I've got like, name a character in Star Wars.
I have their lights, saber Harry Potter wand's no, what
do you think I'm a nerd? And don't admit that
that's embarrassing. That's embarrassing. I've got a whole bunch of stuff.
Speaker 8 (02:33:45):
I've got helmets, I've got what about Disney stuff?
Speaker 21 (02:33:50):
Uh?
Speaker 4 (02:33:51):
Star Wars? I mean I know, but like Mickey Mouse,
Who's and everything? Mickey Mouse?
Speaker 26 (02:33:56):
Yeah, I got a Mickey Mouse statue in the statue,
I've got one of them.
Speaker 4 (02:34:01):
My whole entire Christmas tree is pretty much Disney.
Speaker 30 (02:34:06):
Tell us more about your popcorn.
Speaker 26 (02:34:07):
But I can't hear your drops, so there's no reason
that she wants She says, no, that was Lydia speaking.
Speaker 4 (02:34:12):
She wants you to talk about your capcorn. Yeah, he
wants you to talk about the She wants you to
talk about the popcorn.
Speaker 30 (02:34:19):
Yea, how many of those do you have?
Speaker 4 (02:34:20):
The Disney popcorn buckets?
Speaker 48 (02:34:22):
Well, all combined, I would ask, Oh, God, at least
like at least twenty these things hold value, or.
Speaker 4 (02:34:34):
Some of them do? I have a lot.
Speaker 26 (02:34:35):
I do have some things that are worth a decent
amount of money, but I don't it's like Jordan's I
don't resell them.
Speaker 4 (02:34:41):
Why don't you become a man like Jed and have
shotguns in your place? Lace look like Jed's place, looks
like racism. Yeah, no, it's it's a kind of iniquity.
Speaker 27 (02:34:52):
What does that even mean?
Speaker 4 (02:34:56):
There's a reason why our friend calls it the outpost.
Speaker 26 (02:34:59):
Hey, you call him and he calls mine the penthousehouse?
Speaker 4 (02:35:04):
Got all right?
Speaker 5 (02:35:05):
I gotta I gotta end this whole thing. And this
is still childish and wrong, and I don't condone it.
And I will tell you this about Alyssa. She loves
it now, but wait until.
Speaker 4 (02:35:14):
You see exciting. No, no, she gets more power.
Speaker 26 (02:35:17):
I did notice when we decorated for Christmas this year. Uh,
everything was set up and it was really beautiful. And
then I went into the storage closet to grab something,
and I saw that there was still Christmas decoration.
Speaker 25 (02:35:29):
What is this?
Speaker 26 (02:35:30):
And I opened it up and it was all my
star wars. Tell you she's gonna get rid of it.
What's up, Cheyenne?
Speaker 24 (02:35:35):
Hi?
Speaker 23 (02:35:37):
Hey, I just wanted to say that you would hate
to see a man cave, but that's exactly what you're describing.
Speaker 4 (02:35:43):
Hey, listen, have it in a man cave, don't have
it in your entire place.
Speaker 5 (02:35:47):
He's got a two bedroom, two bath apartment with nothing
but this stuff in it.
Speaker 4 (02:35:52):
So yes, he hates me being happy. I love you, Cheyenne,
Thank you.
Speaker 10 (02:36:00):
Hi.
Speaker 1 (02:36:01):
This is Joey and you listen to my dar Mojo.
Speaker 3 (02:36:04):
Gets Mojo in the morning.
Speaker 13 (02:36:05):
Please don't turn off the station because I need to
eat tonight channel.
Speaker 4 (02:36:13):
He said that to me. Those Yeah, those are the
days when you could have those twos. Wait? Can I
ask a quick question? How do I get to shine down?
Meet and greet passes? Are they sold out?
Speaker 9 (02:36:25):
Sold out?
Speaker 5 (02:36:27):
We're gonna do a meet and greet with you and
Jed and all your figurines. All right, Shannon, We're doing
jingle ball tickets before You're dirty. Eight four four Mojo
Live ninety fifth collar eight four four six six five
six five four.
Speaker 9 (02:36:40):
Eight Mojo in the Morning's Dirty on the thirty.
Speaker 4 (02:36:44):
All right, what you got turning in this journey?
Speaker 7 (02:36:45):
Watch the.
Speaker 8 (02:36:48):
Okay, so I watched the first one.
Speaker 4 (02:36:49):
The first episode was he good good, so good?
Speaker 7 (02:36:52):
Yeah, so you think so A lot of people do.
His mom did He's mom, Jenis Combs is denying that
he ever abused her, and this is stemming from some
stuff that was in the docuseries.
Speaker 8 (02:37:08):
She wrote a statement.
Speaker 7 (02:37:09):
She said, I'm writing this statement to correct some of
the lies presented in the Netflix Shawn Combs The Reckoning,
released on December second, two thousand and five. Da Da dah.
She said, these inaccuracies regarding my son Sean's upbringing and
family life is intentionally done to mislead viewers and further
harm or reputation. She said she is requesting that the
distortion's falsehoods and misleading statements be publicly retracted.
Speaker 8 (02:37:31):
I haven't gotten that farther something about him slapping her.
Speaker 6 (02:37:34):
Yeah, yeah, that was a big topic in there. I
don't know. I thought that personally. I thought fifty cent
did a good job showing like both sides of it.
It wasn't all diddy slander. Some of the witnesses even
went on to say, like, listen, I don't know if
this happened or didn't happen. My experiences with him were
such and such, So that's just my opinion, speaking.
Speaker 7 (02:37:56):
Of fifty cents. So he produced that series. If you
are not aware, he was shading Didty over the weekend.
Speaker 4 (02:38:02):
Again, my favorite hero.
Speaker 24 (02:38:05):
I have a lot of guys that look up to
the accomplishment, I said, thought I wouldn't call him my heroes, right,
you don't wear another man's jersey on your Yeah, yeah,
respect your favorite villain.
Speaker 4 (02:38:15):
My favorite villain. I kind of like Diddy.
Speaker 5 (02:38:26):
I did see any part of an interview where he
said that he doesn't fear that Diddy will have him killed,
but he definitely has security, he said, yeah.
Speaker 4 (02:38:34):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (02:38:35):
Former President Joe Biden trending over the weekend.
Speaker 7 (02:38:38):
He was having some trouble saying the word America while
giving a speech at the International LGBTQ Plus the Leader's
Conference in DC.
Speaker 36 (02:38:46):
We just have to get out so long as we
keep the faith, someone hope and get back up and
remember who in the hell we are. We're the United
States of America.
Speaker 24 (02:38:57):
That's who we are for the US.
Speaker 10 (02:38:59):
And there's nothing.
Speaker 27 (02:39:02):
Okay, is this true?
Speaker 7 (02:39:04):
I heard a rumor that MTV is shutting down forever
at the end of the year.
Speaker 27 (02:39:09):
Yes, after forty four years.
Speaker 7 (02:39:11):
Okay, I've heard this from a few different people, you know,
I mean, God talk about like the influence for music culture.
Speaker 4 (02:39:22):
Will the network be then you won't be called that
or I'm.
Speaker 7 (02:39:26):
Trying to figure out like what it's going to be.
But all of its music programming will be done.
Speaker 5 (02:39:32):
So I don't even know they still had music programming
on it. I think that to me it was just shows.
Speaker 7 (02:39:37):
And because back in the day it was da was countdown. Yeah,
it was the VMAs that you like, you know, made
it a point to do nothing else that night and watch.
But I don't know. And lastly, everybody is talking about
how expensive the grocery store is. Even going out to
restaurants over the weekend, I saw the spotlight shining on
in particular Panera Bread. A guy ordered to suit oops,
(02:40:00):
two grilled cheese sandwiches, one other sandwich is total seventy
one dollars. It is getting nuts seventy one bucks for that, Yes,
for two soups, two grilled cheese sandwiches.
Speaker 5 (02:40:14):
I remember how pissed we would get when we just
got charged extra for avocado or guacamole at.
Speaker 7 (02:40:20):
Chipotle, freething's expensive. I went to a Coney last week
for dinner. I took the kids and was it was
that was outrageous to me, And like the Coney used
to be like my, you know, affordable, Yeah, affordable dinner geese.
Speaker 5 (02:40:32):
And I think they got to be careful because I
know it sounds weird to say this, but people, they say,
aren't eating three meals a day. And it's not only
just financial, it's also because a lot of people are
taking weight loss shots and so a lot of these
places you only get in one once a day meal people,
you know what I mean, or maybe twice a day.
So they're talking about that. You know, the new trend
(02:40:55):
is going to be new trend is going to be
restaurants that are opened just for lunch, just for breakfast,
just for dinner.
Speaker 6 (02:41:02):
We started doing that.
Speaker 7 (02:41:03):
I know some restaurants do that.
Speaker 5 (02:41:04):
Yeah, well a lot of places like downtown do it
because they can't get people to work. But it's going
to be specific. This is a just breakfast place for
four hours a day.
Speaker 8 (02:41:12):
Wow, all right, if you missed anything from today's show.
Speaker 7 (02:41:14):
Remember you can always catch up on the podcast on
that free iHeartRadio.
Speaker 1 (02:41:16):

Speaker 4 (02:41:51):
And Shannon number three artists that will be up.
Speaker 7 (02:41:54):
Yeah, I'm actually introducing them, so that's why I know that.
But yeah, they're third in the show, third artist in
the show being so show starts at seven thirty. Get
there early, Little Caesars.
Speaker 5 (02:42:02):

Speaker 2 (02:42:10):

Speaker 9 (02:42:15):
I don't have this number.
Speaker 3 (02:42:16):
Save Merry Christmas from Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 5 (02:42:19):
We're gonna granted Breaking Entering Christmas Wish coming up here
in just moments. I gotta get to that, but I
do want to let you know that the Mojo on
the Morning Christmas Wish is happening right now.
Speaker 4 (02:42:30):

Speaker 6 (02:42:32):
Since we're talking about Breaking and Entering Mojo, Yes, do
you mind if I do a little plug for myself
really quick?
Speaker 4 (02:42:38):

Speaker 6 (02:42:39):

with decked Out Detroit. Tickets are around twenty dollars, but
all of the proceeds are getting donated to Mojo's Breaking

But if you want to support Breaking and Entering, where so.
Speaker 4 (02:43:03):

Speaker 6 (02:43:07):
So you can go to my Instagram or TikTok and
it's a link in my bio. Okay, happening this Thursday.
Speaker 5 (02:43:15):
By the way, can somebody please tell me how good
does Zach look? And Beyonca look down in Toledo on
Friday at the Trans Siberian Orchestra check presentation.
Speaker 4 (02:43:28):
Zach, will you come in studio and Bionca, you jump
on the mic if you can.
Speaker 27 (02:43:32):
Yeah, we looked really good. Actually noticing I saw.
Speaker 5 (02:43:37):
That, and I know that you guys were there, and
I note you know, Shannon and I were out of town,
and uh, you guys were great to go down there
and gracious enough to go down there and do it.
I have to be quite honest with you, I think
that Zach and Beyonca may be the official I'm here
to accept this award people.
Speaker 4 (02:43:54):
Hey, that's what I'm wearing at jingle Ball tomorrow. Are
you really.
Speaker 43 (02:43:59):
I like it?
Speaker 5 (02:43:59):
So tell me about about that. You guys get up
on stage and what happened? What was the story?
Speaker 4 (02:44:04):
Dude? You take it away.
Speaker 27 (02:44:07):
That's what we said when you were there. Also real Yeah.
Speaker 47 (02:44:11):
So the Trans Hiberian Orchestra, most of their ticket proceeds
went towards breaking and entering. So they presented us a
check right before their show started and we got four
three dollars.
Speaker 5 (02:44:25):
Wowah, and this was for their Toledo sales, right. So
the Toledo shows that were going on, and that was
honestly one of those things where it's like they came
to us, I think in July or something and said, hey,
we want to try to help out breaking it enter
in Christmas wish and they appreciate that we will play
(02:44:45):
this song after some of the wishes that we do,
and they get all excited that we play it.
Speaker 4 (02:44:50):
So they said, hey, we'd like to give back, and
they gave us.
Speaker 5 (02:44:52):
That money for doing that because they feel like they
want to give back to the communities that they're performing.
Speaker 4 (02:44:56):
This is my favorite Christmas song too.
Speaker 27 (02:44:58):
This is an amazing show to Detroit the twenty seventh.
Speaker 5 (02:45:01):
Okay, we're at Fox Theater or what do they got, Well,
Caesars Arena, Little Caesar. They're playing Little Sishus. That's a
big show.
Speaker 40 (02:45:09):
Also shout out to the Ohio staff for like making
us feel so welcome, but also shout out to Bianca
for being on stage in front of thousands of people.
Speaker 27 (02:45:19):
That was also on stage. She just didn't want to talk.
Speaker 6 (02:45:21):
Yeah yeah, but y'all are just getting ready for tomorrow.
Speaker 4 (02:45:24):
Yeah yeah. Do you know what my wife's dream is?
Speaker 5 (02:45:28):
My wife's dream is one Christmas I get the boys
to all dress in the same outfit, and the boys
do a performance of this song the Trans Siberian Orchestra's
Christmas Cannon for her while she sits on the couch
drinking her morning coffee and enjoying her Christmas morning with
(02:45:51):
the fireplace on and stuff like, singing to this, she wants,
have you ever heard this at all?
Speaker 4 (02:45:56):
With a kids sing?
Speaker 24 (02:45:57):
Huh?
Speaker 4 (02:46:10):
You thought this was a great?
Speaker 10 (02:46:11):
No?
Speaker 4 (02:46:11):
It's Christmas Cannon.
Speaker 5 (02:46:14):
This is where Joe, Jacob Jacob was I'm sorry. Luke
was a member of the Notre Dame prap Irishman. They
were the singing choir. Okay, Joe and Jacob not so
much so. Joseph got kind of a mediocre voice. He
knows how to rap pretty much every lyric to any
Nicki Minaj song.
Speaker 4 (02:46:34):
Okay.
Speaker 5 (02:46:35):
Jacob, on the other hand, he's probably pretty good with
some I don't.
Speaker 4 (02:46:38):
Know, Fleetwood Mac music or.
Speaker 10 (02:46:40):
Something like that.
Speaker 4 (02:46:40):
Likes Fleetwood Mac.
Speaker 9 (02:46:41):
We can make this work.
Speaker 4 (02:46:42):
Wouldn't this be great?
Speaker 47 (02:46:47):
I just put a mannequin head on in school and like,
walk around school with a mannequin head on to this song?
Speaker 5 (02:46:52):
Did you really lie?
Speaker 8 (02:46:54):
That's mird?
Speaker 5 (02:46:56):
Does your boyfriend know about this and will he continue
to date you after he about.
Speaker 47 (02:47:00):
A mannequin like i'd wear a hood you put it
like one of the foam mannequin heads on and then.
Speaker 27 (02:47:03):
Walk around as if that was my hest to this song.
Speaker 5 (02:47:06):
Yes again, Thank you to the Trans Siberian Orchestra and
everybody from our Toledo station.
Speaker 4 (02:47:16):
Kiss. Thank you guys so much for your helpless house.
Speaker 7 (02:47:18):
Yes Christmas.
Speaker 5 (02:47:23):
And we'll be back with a breaking and entering Christmas
wish coming up next.
Speaker 4 (02:47:26):
Don't go anywhere.
Speaker 5 (02:47:30):
I should just get them the lips and on a video,
so somebody that knows how I can do that, I
get it a person to make a.
Speaker 4 (02:47:35):
Video for Chelsea. Yeah, Christmas Day would be amazing.
Speaker 1 (02:47:40):
Oh come on, ye faithfus.
Speaker 10 (02:47:42):
Well the.
Speaker 3 (02:47:45):
Merry Christmas from Mojo in the Morning.

we are granting a wish.
Speaker 4 (02:48:11):
Good morning.
Speaker 5 (02:48:11):
We're granting a wish for one of the best soccer
coaches and honestly one of the best mentors in our
community that does so much and fell upon uh hard
times when he injured himself and uh Bianca, who are.
Speaker 10 (02:48:27):

Speaker 9 (02:50:08):

Speaker 4 (02:50:11):
That's is that wife Abby. It's gonna be weird to
have a coming to your door.
Speaker 9 (02:50:17):

Speaker 23 (02:50:18):
Hi Ryan, My name is Bianca. We actually have Mojo
from in the morning on the phone right now.
Speaker 24 (02:50:23):
Let speak to it.
Speaker 4 (02:50:24):
Hey, good morning, Hey Hey Ryan.
Speaker 5 (02:50:26):
First off, I apologize to you if you get in
trouble with Abby for one even second that there's a
girl knocking on your door this early in the morning
and going Hi, Can I talk to Ryan please?
Speaker 10 (02:50:37):
Oh yeah, I'm gonna hear about it later.
Speaker 5 (02:50:40):
Hey, Uh, coach Ryan, That's what I'm gonna call you
this is the Mojo on the Morning Show, and we
want you to know that we received a letter about
you for our breaking and Entering Christmas Wish program. And
can I have the letter read by one of the
moms that that wrote it Mile Are you ready?
Speaker 9 (02:51:00):
Yeah?
Speaker 16 (02:51:00):
Here, Ry, take a listen, Dear Mojo in the Morning.
My name is Devin Fritzler, and I'm writing to you
on behalf of Ryan Galloway and his entire family for
your breaking and entering Christmas Wish program. I met Ryan
around two years ago when he became my oldest daughter's.
Speaker 18 (02:51:18):
Travel soccer coach.
Speaker 11 (02:51:20):
Shortly after we met Ryan for the first time and
my daughter became one of his.
Speaker 18 (02:51:25):
Players, we lost my husband and my daughter's father.
Speaker 23 (02:51:30):
Tragically, and suddenly Ryan was so quick.
Speaker 18 (02:51:44):
To offer my daughter a scholarship and ordered to allow
her to still play in our time of need.
Speaker 13 (02:51:53):
Ryan was so fast.
Speaker 11 (02:51:54):
Because he knew that she loved the soccer and that
she needed this. He was so fast to scholarship her
and he has done everything he could to help me as.
Speaker 23 (02:52:06):
A mom, provide that for my daughter.
Speaker 11 (02:52:10):
Ryan is also a friend. He always supports me as
a sport parent.
Speaker 16 (02:52:16):
He always keeps my daughter in mind for me on
an office.
Speaker 19 (02:52:19):
Of field, he helps me out.
Speaker 23 (02:52:21):
He always has my back.
Speaker 11 (02:52:23):
Ryan has been a soccer coach.
Speaker 16 (02:52:25):
For the Good Soccer Club for over twenty years.
Speaker 23 (02:52:28):
We can just feel the fact that.
Speaker 16 (02:52:30):
He loves every single one of his players and all
of us as family. Last year, Ryan had a terrible
accident when he fell over twenty feet off of the
ladder onto his back.
Speaker 11 (02:52:41):
Suffering injuries including broken ribs, skull fractures, brain bleeds.
Speaker 31 (02:52:46):
And many other numerous things.
Speaker 23 (02:52:48):
For the past year, he.
Speaker 11 (02:52:49):
Has been suffering in silence as his health continues to decline.
Ryan finally just confided in his wife Abby that things.
Speaker 16 (02:52:57):
Have not improved and they've only gotten worse.
Speaker 11 (02:53:00):
Ryan suffers every day in immense pain and confusion as
things have just not improved to make matters worse.
Speaker 16 (02:53:09):
Ryan was recently let go from.
Speaker 23 (02:53:11):
His longtime job, which has put.
Speaker 11 (02:53:13):
A serious strain on his family. Ryan and Nabbey would.
Speaker 16 (02:53:17):
Never ask for help, but they are currently behind on
their mortgage, their bills, and with Christmas coming, none of
us can imagine the stress that is hanging over their heads.
Speaker 11 (02:53:28):
We are one big soccer family Mojo, and we really
wanted to do something to show this sweet family that
they are loved and supported.
Speaker 23 (02:53:38):
All we want to do is help them keep.
Speaker 16 (02:53:40):
A roof over their kids' heads and have a magical Christmas.
Speaker 23 (02:53:44):
We know that you can help us make this happen.
Speaker 18 (02:53:47):
Sincerely, Devin.
Speaker 4 (02:53:49):
Wow, Ryan, that's pretty especially you are amazing.
Speaker 5 (02:53:57):
As I sit here in the studio, I think to myself,
there's only one other thing that I love doing, and
that was coaching.
Speaker 4 (02:54:04):
I love coaching.
Speaker 5 (02:54:05):
I know how much you must love coaching because you
don't do it for as many years as you do
if you don't love it right.
Speaker 10 (02:54:11):
Oh, absolutely, it's so much fun.
Speaker 7 (02:54:12):
And I don't know if you can see past Bianca
and the team that's right on your doorstep, but there
are there are a lot of kids out there that.
Speaker 27 (02:54:20):
Are all in families that all low good to.
Speaker 8 (02:54:23):
Be a part of this, making this Christmas wish happen
for you.
Speaker 16 (02:54:27):
For you, Yeah, that's your whole teams here, everyone's all here,
they're already.
Speaker 10 (02:54:33):
I know I need a bigger porsch.
Speaker 4 (02:54:36):
Ryan.
Speaker 5 (02:54:37):
I want you to know that you know you try
as a coach to affect one kid at a time.
You've affected families at a time, to do what you
did for Devin's family to know that in the time
that she lost the love of her life, that you
wanted to make things normal for her family and for
her as a mom.
Speaker 4 (02:54:58):
You are an amazing man.
Speaker 5 (02:55:00):
Come and I want you to know that our Mojo
in the Morning Christmas Wish program knows that you've been
struggling with your health, and we know that you're a
fighter and you're fighting through this. But we also know
the loss of your job is tough, and we don't
want the stress of all that to affect your health.
So that's why this morning we are granting your family,
(02:55:22):
the Galloway family, a Mojo in the Morning, breaking and
entering Christmas Wish.
Speaker 25 (02:55:28):
This is amazing.
Speaker 13 (02:55:29):
So we have like a whole train of Christmas gifts
and kids just flown into the house right now.
Speaker 16 (02:55:34):
This is amazing.
Speaker 23 (02:55:35):
This is about probably forty people in this living room.
Speaker 5 (02:55:40):
This this modest home, this beautiful home, which, by the way,
you have six children, Ryan, Yes, can you name it here,
We're adding to your six children with forty soccer players.
Speaker 23 (02:56:01):
Mojo.
Speaker 4 (02:56:02):
Hi, Hey, Rylan, Merry Christmas. Ryland. Tell me about your dad.
What kind of a guy is he?
Speaker 11 (02:56:10):
He's a really great guy and he's really hoping and
he's a great dad.
Speaker 9 (02:56:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 23 (02:56:16):
I love him.
Speaker 5 (02:56:17):
Yeah, well, we love him too. We love everything about him.
And that's why Ryland, we're bringing in for your entire family,
for for you, uh, for Ryder, Parker, Paisley, even Jordan
and Isaiah. We're bringing in Christmas wish gifts for all
of you, guys, and we want to make sure that
(02:56:38):
you do us a favor. Okay, okay, we want to
make sure that you, along with your siblings, make your
parents open their gifts because we're also bringing a bunch
of stuff in for them. So make sure that your
mom and your dad are opening their gifts.
Speaker 23 (02:56:53):
Okay, thank you, thank you?
Speaker 4 (02:56:57):
Is Abby there?
Speaker 5 (02:56:58):
Can we talk to to have you real quick? That's
the mom that you almost ruined their marriage by walking
up to their door for.
Speaker 23 (02:57:06):
Guys that hey alltolog you to side.
Speaker 4 (02:57:11):
Hi, Hey Hibby, Abby, how you holding up?
Speaker 10 (02:57:14):
Abby?
Speaker 46 (02:57:17):
I'm okay, she relieve, but.
Speaker 23 (02:57:24):
I can't believe this is happening?
Speaker 4 (02:57:26):
Abby? Has it? Has it been tough on Ryan, this
this injury and in the latest loss.
Speaker 18 (02:57:31):
Of his job, Yeah, a lot, all of us.
Speaker 5 (02:57:38):
Yeah, well, I want you to know this the motion
of the morning breaking an entering Christmas Wish program, and
all the great people that every single year contribute to
us are going to be writing you guys check for
thousands of dollars to help you guys with your bills
while Ryan gets back.
Speaker 4 (02:57:53):
Up on his feet.
Speaker 11 (02:57:56):
Right now, thank you guys so much.
Speaker 5 (02:58:03):
I want you to know that along with every one
of the gifts that the kids are going to open,
we want to make sure that the two of you
guys are able to get that stress out of his
recovery so that Ryan can get through what he's going
through right now.
Speaker 11 (02:58:21):
Thank you.
Speaker 4 (02:58:23):
It means so much, Well, you mean so much.
Speaker 5 (02:58:26):
I don't know if you've got a chance to listen
to that letter, but that's pretty special.
Speaker 6 (02:58:30):
Yeah I did.
Speaker 7 (02:58:31):
And you know, you guys, as a couple, spend so
much time pouring into other people, pouring into other kids,
into other families.
Speaker 8 (02:58:39):
And so we really, we really want you to take
a step.
Speaker 7 (02:58:42):
Back today and just look around and feel the love
of everybody pouring back into you guys this holiday season.
Speaker 6 (02:58:49):
As strong as Ryan is, we know that he has
to have an even stronger wife behind him supporting him,
so that well you.
Speaker 23 (02:58:59):
Yeah, yeah, right time.
Speaker 5 (02:59:06):
The Galloway family, from everybody at the Good Rich Soccer
Club and everybody that listens to Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 4 (02:59:14):
Merry Christmas to you guys.
Speaker 23 (02:59:17):
Marry Christmas, I think, yeah, you already know what you
gotta do.
Speaker 5 (02:59:22):
Yeah, get these kids, get that team going. Do they
have a chair, Coach Ryan, Do they have like a
special chair.
Speaker 23 (02:59:27):
That you would do with them as I have a
chant that you guys do like us on three or something.
Speaker 13 (02:59:33):
All Right, we're gonna how about this. We're gonna do
a big Merry Christmas on three. Okay, you guys can
play your hands in the middle. You guys do on
soccer Okay, all right, ready everyone.
Speaker 7 (02:59:42):
To join us.
Speaker 13 (02:59:43):
All right, we're all gonna do a big man Christmas
on three. Okay, ready, what too?
Speaker 9 (02:59:50):
Man?
Speaker 1 (02:59:51):
This year's been tough, really tough. Holidays should be a
time for joy.
Speaker 2 (02:59:55):
Connection and getting bills and piled up and the thought
of gifts under the tree is impossible. That's where Mojo
comes in. Mojo in the Morning is breaking and entering Christmas.
Wish makes Christmas better. We send our elves and break
in with permission, of course, with tons of gifts. We
make Christmas for families. Know a person or family that
needs help, tell us about it at Mojo's wish dot
(03:00:15):
org and we'll put our.
Speaker 1 (03:00:16):
Elves to work.
Speaker 6 (03:00:21):
It's time for more mojo.
Speaker 1 (03:00:23):
To Mojo in the morning. It's the second date update
on Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 5 (03:00:28):
We're going to find out why you're not getting a
call back with a second date update. Charlotte went out
on a date, met a guy that have you what's
that the dating app for rich people and celebrities and stuff.
Went on Rayah and met somebody that was a professional athlete.
Had a great date. Now not getting a call back.
(03:00:51):
What sport, Charlotte, did he play or does he play?
Speaker 31 (03:00:57):
He was a baseball player.
Speaker 4 (03:00:59):
Oh, a professional baseball player. So yeah, went on a date.
Speaker 5 (03:01:02):
And I know that we're going to try to keep
everybody anonymous hair because they wouldn't go on the air
with us otherwise. Uh So the date was good and
now you're not getting a call back.
Speaker 31 (03:01:13):
Oh, the date was really good, Like, we had a
great time. We hooked up afterwards, but I thought things
were going.
Speaker 7 (03:01:22):
Well and then nothing nothing.
Speaker 4 (03:01:26):
Yeah, when you're on Riot, you got to pay for that,
don't you. That's a you have to.
Speaker 7 (03:01:31):
Basically interview Slash audition to even get on it too.
So you've the process.
Speaker 4 (03:01:36):
You got to be great a meet there. Hush, Charlotte,
and I understanding that, right.
Speaker 31 (03:01:41):
I mean I did get on there.
Speaker 5 (03:01:43):
So and when we talk about this player that you
were with and we're going to talk to him in
just a second, was he like full on out athletic
in the bedroom like he was athletic on the baseball field.
Speaker 31 (03:01:59):
Oh, he was great.
Speaker 16 (03:02:00):
I don't I'll just leave it at that, all right.
Speaker 5 (03:02:02):
Well, say hello, say hello to former major league baseball
player Marcus Marcus, Hey, Mojoe, how you doing?
Speaker 4 (03:02:11):
Charlotte say hi?
Speaker 7 (03:02:14):
Hi?
Speaker 4 (03:02:17):
Oh hey wait, could you not hear her?
Speaker 5 (03:02:21):
I don't want it to come across awkward like you
weren't going to say hi to Charlotte?
Speaker 25 (03:02:24):
That was cool?
Speaker 47 (03:02:25):
Right?
Speaker 4 (03:02:25):
You're okay with her?
Speaker 25 (03:02:27):
Oh yeah, totally totally.
Speaker 5 (03:02:28):
Yeah, So Marcus, everything okay? Or was this just one
of those things where you just wanted to want and done?
Speaker 26 (03:02:35):
No?
Speaker 42 (03:02:36):
I mean she's just cloud chasing, you know, like she's
just interested because I'm I was a pro ball player.
Speaker 8 (03:02:43):
You know you got that from her from conversation or what.
Speaker 25 (03:02:49):
Yeah, she didn't care about me.
Speaker 4 (03:02:51):
She only cared about what I did and what did
you care about?
Speaker 6 (03:02:54):
Because I know how your night ended, right right?
Speaker 25 (03:03:01):
Okay, So that means why I can't get involved.
Speaker 7 (03:03:03):
I mean, you know, I mean I like her, but
you know, well, why do you said, why do you
say that she's a clout chaser like she?
Speaker 8 (03:03:11):
What sort of things was she saying that made you
feel that way?
Speaker 42 (03:03:15):
She Well, she introduced me to somebody and be like, oh,
he's all a ball pro ball player, pro baseball.
Speaker 25 (03:03:20):
Player, and that's just weird.
Speaker 26 (03:03:21):
Man.
Speaker 25 (03:03:21):
It's like this, it's not my game.
Speaker 9 (03:03:23):
You know, I'm not.
Speaker 25 (03:03:24):
Interested in that.
Speaker 5 (03:03:25):
But isn't there a level of that that is kind
of okay? I mean you are a professional baseball player.
I mean if you were and I know that there
are doctors and lawyers and stuff on there, but if
you were a doctor, a lawyer, or your identity your
radio DJ, yeah I was part of your identity.
Speaker 10 (03:03:43):
Well I was a pro ballplayer.
Speaker 43 (03:03:45):
Now I'm in finance, so you know, I mean my
thing is, I don't really I'm not interested in being
introduced to people by that.
Speaker 25 (03:03:53):
And it's very but she really was getting off on it, man,
that's what she's into.
Speaker 4 (03:03:58):
Were you getting off on it? Charlotte like, or did
you just not know how to introduce him to people?
Speaker 1 (03:04:03):
I mean, yeah, I didn't know how.
Speaker 13 (03:04:04):
To introduce him to people.
Speaker 23 (03:04:05):
I didn't think it was anything weird.
Speaker 31 (03:04:08):
I thought it was, like, you know, something cool from
your past.
Speaker 23 (03:04:11):
I didn't think anything of it.
Speaker 31 (03:04:13):
I definitely am not clout chasing.
Speaker 4 (03:04:16):
Like, have you told the number of people about your day?
Speaker 23 (03:04:22):
A couple of people told a couple of people.
Speaker 5 (03:04:25):
Have you told a number of people the teams he
played for and all that? And they've slept with the guy?
I mean, Marcus who's in the Major League baseball player?
Speaker 1 (03:04:37):
Yeah, I dared, but I'm also guessing.
Speaker 7 (03:04:40):
I mean, Marcus, you're on RIAH, so that's probably part
of your profile.
Speaker 23 (03:04:46):
Or you know exactly That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 16 (03:04:49):
I'm like, what do you mean you don't want.
Speaker 23 (03:04:50):
To be known for this? You're on RIAH.
Speaker 4 (03:04:56):
And is your profile picture look like a tops baseball car?
Speaker 25 (03:05:04):
Maybe you know it's not.
Speaker 7 (03:05:09):
What do you mean that that's not what you want
to be known for?
Speaker 4 (03:05:12):
Okase?
Speaker 5 (03:05:12):
If I'm a single athlete, you know, and I'm out
there dating right now, I'm not only putting my pictures.
I'm putting my highlight reel and this is no offense.
And hey, Anna robs with us right now. She dates
nothing but athletes. Look at her, She's got everybody from
the Pittsburgh Steelers to the UH.
Speaker 6 (03:05:30):
If you're putting your highlights, That's how I know, like,
this was not really a good player.
Speaker 5 (03:05:35):
Because do you tell people, though that the guys that
you're dating like place professional.
Speaker 4 (03:05:38):
You tell us that he was a professional.
Speaker 6 (03:05:40):
I mean, yeah, I tell I'll tell y'all, but like
when we're out in public, No, I think that is
a little cringey, but not to say that. I feel
like this guy knew exactly what he wanted from her
and got it.
Speaker 4 (03:05:56):
I want to ask the listeners what they think of this.
Do they think that Charlotte doing this was wrong?
Speaker 5 (03:06:01):
But I also want to ask Marcus this she was
doing this, I'm assuming prior to you guys going back
and having sex, so you weren't that offended by it.
Speaker 8 (03:06:14):
It is always the main point that we have to make.
Speaker 5 (03:06:18):
I always love that I'm not really into dating her,
but I'm definitely into doing her.
Speaker 4 (03:06:22):
What's up, Amanda? How you doing?
Speaker 17 (03:06:25):
I'm good?
Speaker 14 (03:06:25):
How are you guys good?
Speaker 4 (03:06:26):
What do you want to say? Hi to Charlotte and Marcus.
Speaker 22 (03:06:30):
Hi guy.
Speaker 38 (03:06:31):
Hey, okay, so I've never heard this app before until
you guys just kind of described it so correct me
if I'm wrong, But wouldn't it mean that kind of
athletes and celebrities are on there to get one thing
and they would know what the other person is looking
for if it's strictly an app for something like that. Right,
So isn't that kind of common sense?
Speaker 5 (03:06:53):
Yeah, so you're basically saying, Marcus that you you know,
you got on there for a reason, you're telling people
what you do, And Channing kind of said the same as, Yeah, no,
I agree, it makes it makes a lot of sense.
Speaker 4 (03:07:04):
Eric, what's up?
Speaker 33 (03:07:05):
I Hi?
Speaker 25 (03:07:06):
How you doing today?
Speaker 24 (03:07:08):
Good?
Speaker 4 (03:07:08):
What'd you want to say?
Speaker 5 (03:07:10):
So I can kind of.
Speaker 37 (03:07:11):
Relate to Marcus Grant. I'm not a professional athlete or
anything like that, but I didn't really come from very much.
And then, like when you start to in two different
tax brackets are like leveling up as like they say,
and it becomes more known, like you can't say, hide
from certain stuff. People start treating differently when they start
(03:07:32):
seeing those things and they start asking different questions, They
start introducing you different ways or they're really more interested
in like materialistic items and that like when you when
you start noticing that, like in a day to day life,
it's a huge turn off. And it's like you kind
(03:07:53):
of already know the time, I know what he's talking about.
Like it wasn't just the oh the baseball player. There's
probably a lot of other signs that she was showing
that was like, Oh, you're kind of just with me
because of this status.
Speaker 5 (03:08:08):
So your identity is not you're saying the monetary stuff
that you that you do or you know, your occupation.
Speaker 37 (03:08:18):
Yeah, Like one of my favorite things that I like
to do is like I like to be unassuming, Like
I hop out of my hop out of my corvette
in my hey dudes like right, and they're all dirty.
They go to the store and then like people treat
me like like what like a normal person and they
see me jump in my car and then they're like,
oh you have that. I'm like, yeah, you want to
talk to me five minutes ago.
Speaker 10 (03:08:39):
But now that I have this, now you're in conversation.
Speaker 4 (03:08:43):
I don't know, it's funny. It's funny that you say that.
Speaker 5 (03:08:45):
In this funny Marcus says that, and you know, that
there's a bunch of guys that, you know, try to
show off a side of them that probably maybe they're
not even that accomplished, you know what I mean, like
where they try to drive a nicer car just for
the purpose of trying to date or try to meet people,
or try to be a little flashier.
Speaker 4 (03:09:03):
Courtney, what's up? It's moje on the morning and you
want to say.
Speaker 35 (03:09:05):
Something bye, good morning. I'm wondering, who is she introducing
him to as a pro football or baseball player on
their first date?
Speaker 4 (03:09:15):
Who were you in? Who is she introducing you to? Marcus?
Speaker 25 (03:09:19):
Who is she introduced?
Speaker 24 (03:09:21):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (03:09:21):
Who is she?
Speaker 4 (03:09:23):
Yeah? Who is she introducing you to?
Speaker 9 (03:09:25):
That?
Speaker 25 (03:09:27):
Somebody she knew?
Speaker 11 (03:09:28):
There?
Speaker 25 (03:09:28):
Somebody she knew?
Speaker 4 (03:09:29):
Okay? Was it was it one a one and done
type thing, or was it a couple of times?
Speaker 25 (03:09:36):
Well, there's a couple of people and there's like two
people in the lingerer, you know, Okay, there's just kind
of hanging around.
Speaker 6 (03:09:41):
What do you think about that, Karnie, Hi, I think
it's weird.
Speaker 35 (03:09:44):
I think it's weird that she on a first date.
I just feel like you need to be a little
bit more subtle and just say, oh, this is my
friend zon and so and focus more on each other
and not introducing him as that.
Speaker 5 (03:09:54):
That makes a lot of sense, Like here's hey, this
is my date Marcus. Say hi to him, not this
is Marcus, professional athlete plays for the you know.
Speaker 4 (03:10:02):
What's up? How you doing Kelly?
Speaker 2 (03:10:03):
Hi?
Speaker 43 (03:10:04):
Hi?
Speaker 9 (03:10:05):
How are you good?
Speaker 5 (03:10:06):
Second date update? You want to say something, Yeah, I don't.
Speaker 19 (03:10:09):
Think it's that big of a deal.
Speaker 22 (03:10:10):
Like when you first start dating somebody, you honestly obviously
introduce them to people.
Speaker 19 (03:10:14):
And be like, oh, this is so and so. You
know this is what he used to do.
Speaker 22 (03:10:17):
You want people to get to know him. So you're
gonna tell me if she used to be a famous
model that you wouldn't introduce her and be.
Speaker 19 (03:10:22):
Like, oh, she used to be a model.
Speaker 5 (03:10:24):
But I don't know what Charlotte does for a living,
and I don't want to pry. But if Charlotte's a nurse, Hi,
this is Charlotte. She's a nurse at Michigan Medicine, you
know what I mean? Like, I wouldn't say that. I'm
just go, this is Charlotte, you know, and then if
it comes up naturally, Yeah, Although I if I was
saying I'd be like Yes, this is Mojo from.
Speaker 4 (03:10:44):
The Roses.
Speaker 5 (03:10:45):
They're on the iHeart Radio app podcast. Miss said Tony
and this for us, Buddy, what do you want to say?
Speaker 34 (03:10:50):
Well, you know me, put your brother Mark. Just keep
it a hunted.
Speaker 24 (03:10:55):
You just want to get them Matthew Dugouts. You want
to get the nephew dug Out. Keep it a hunted, bro.
Speaker 34 (03:11:03):
You know how we do. Hey, you wanted to smash
and then she wanted to smash. Now she wants some more.
You need to double back, give her some more and
cut her off.
Speaker 24 (03:11:14):
Double back in.
Speaker 10 (03:11:15):
Six months, give her some more, cut her off.
Speaker 5 (03:11:18):
That's all she won't Hey, uh, Marcus, do you think
that misfit Tony should go on that same app? Riah
and he can be Missfit Tony from Mojo in the
Morning well known. I think Mojoy misfit.
Speaker 1 (03:11:33):
Most definitely Tony.
Speaker 27 (03:11:35):
Are you single? What's your relationships to I am single
and I do need a date.
Speaker 10 (03:11:40):
I'm going to Hawaii and I need a date.
Speaker 5 (03:11:43):
That Charlotte, he would can introduce him as miss Fit
Tony from the Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 44 (03:11:47):
Show, Charlotte, don't sound black only day black man, and
my last girlfriend was a lawyer. So her educational level.
Speaker 4 (03:11:59):
Has to be extremely her educational letter level.
Speaker 5 (03:12:02):
All right, well, I love you, Tony. We'll talk to
you soon. Marcus. By the way, I was a big fan.
I just want you to know that I was a very,
very big fan. So thank you for agreeing to go
on with us and Charlotte best of Lucky.
Speaker 1 (03:12:15):
This is the home of the Dirty of the thirty back,
second Date update and more of the roses. This is
Mojo in the Morning.
Speaker 5 (03:12:23):

to get a couple of things in before we leave. Anna,
you were out this. I was this week Friday again, right, yeah,
Friday out at a credit union which credit.
Speaker 6 (03:12:36):
Yep, it started out Friday. I was at Lake Trust
Credit Union in Monroe, and I have to shout out
Amanda and their team. They were all amazing. They have
so many programs for members, so if you're in the
Monroe area, make sure to check them out. Plus they're
doing some some community stuff so I think they're collecting
socks right now for okay, those that are in need,
so pull up.
Speaker 5 (03:12:56):
I like love lake Trust Credit Union and Monroe one
of the heaviest to listen to. Mojo in the morning communities.
They can listen to us on two radio stations, believe,
so it was good. Actually, you know who Billy the
kids his? I think his sister or cousin or somebody
(03:13:17):
owns the dairy Queen of Monroe.
Speaker 6 (03:13:18):
Oh really yeah, that was my first time in Monroe?
Speaker 4 (03:13:21):
Was lit? Are you serious?
Speaker 9 (03:13:22):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (03:13:23):
You've never been to Monroe before?
Speaker 6 (03:13:24):
Now, why would I go to Monroe because you.
Speaker 5 (03:13:26):
Got to go to Lake Trust Credit Union? Exactly, Ding, Cav.
Hope you're feeling better.
Speaker 10 (03:13:33):
Cav.
Speaker 5 (03:13:33):
Hopefully back with us tomorrow morning, or at very least
hopefully get him back for jingle Ball. He lost his
voice screaming and yelling NonStop at the last Pistons game
and a little under the weather. So congratulations to the
Pistons on another big win.
Speaker 9 (03:13:49):
Man.
Speaker 5 (03:13:49):
They are just tearing up the East right now, we
got your chance to go see the Lions play. We're
gonna be giving away more jingle Ball tickets and a
new contest after jingle Ball, which includes help from Santa
Claus and a guy that looks just like him, our
(03:14:10):
good friend Steve Gebara. Although Steve is a skinny Santa Claus,
he is in love. Wait, no, I don't think he
does it. I think oh, I think that's all naturale.
Speaker 4 (03:14:23):
Lose a way. We will see you guys tomorrow. Have
a great day, guys, Thank you so much.
