Speaker 2 (04:09):
And we're talking about names. I'm Dana. That's producer Anthony.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
When my parents looked at me, they didn't have the
name Dana ready to go because they were kind of
waiting to see if I was a boy or a girl.
And then I came out a girl and they were like,
we really wanted to name our boy Dana. So they
ended up naming me Dana. But in the meantime, there
was no name for me Anthony. For two days, the
nurses named me Pollyanna. I think Pollyanna stands for goodie

(04:35):
two shoes, of which I'm not, but that was the
name yet. The nurses named me Pollyanna before I became
a Dana. And we're asking you, because it was our
nearly impossible question if you grow into kind of looking
like the name your parents gave you as a baby,
and so many people do, and we're asking you to
share your name and your name story where did it

(04:57):
come from? And we have got to now, Scarlet, you're
you're calling in from Ridgewood and you're you're new to here,
like you just moved here from Where are you from Texas?

Speaker 3 (05:08):
No, well, I'm actually from Texas, but I'm from a
little one road town. Oh, part of town is Ridgewood,
so I'm like an hour south of Houston.

Speaker 2 (05:20):
All right, Well, do you like your new home?

Speaker 5 (05:22):

Speaker 2 (05:23):
I love it.

Speaker 3 (05:23):
It's my first home and my three kids are in
there with us, so we're having a great time.

Speaker 2 (05:28):
Oh, Scarlett, excellent. Okay, now you've got kids.

Speaker 1 (05:32):
You were a kid once and you got the beautiful
name Scarlet.

Speaker 2 (05:36):
Tell us the story.

Speaker 3 (05:37):
So my mom says that it comes from my uncle. Well,
they were born in Nicarawa, and so I'm always wondering
where they got the name Scarlet from. And they say
that they got it from a show.

Speaker 2 (05:48):
Over there, from a show Yes, and.

Speaker 4 (05:53):
Oh called Scarlet.

Speaker 2 (05:57):
I love that name.

Speaker 1 (05:58):
So I guess they like the actress and you were
just you fit the bill and you became Scarlet.

Speaker 5 (06:03):
Yes.

Speaker 3 (06:03):
And I rarely run into other Scarlet, I know, I
have not.

Speaker 1 (06:08):
I mean, it's such a beautiful name it is. I
think your name could start trending Scarlet. I think you're
giving women and well couples the idea right now of
naming their baby Scarlet because it's a beautiful name.

Speaker 3 (06:18):

because while I was growing up, I never heard it,
