Fresno State will return to NCAA Div. I competition for the 2017-18 season. Steiner has seen coaching stints at Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa before spending the past 10 years at Oregon State. Wrestling in college for Iowa, Steiner was a four-time NCAA All-American and 1992 NCAA champion. He posted an overall record of 148-13 for the Hawkeyes.
