Societal Bullying: What motivates people to perpetuate bullying and abuse onto whole groups of people? We dive into the mass incarceration epidemic: 96% of people imprisoned do not receive a trial guaranteed by the constitution, destroying lives in the process. The United States has incarceration rates that are many times higher (8 times compared to most developed nations) than other countries. Future generations will likely view our mass incarceration issue as crimes against humanity. David Shrank, founder and CEO at Empowerment Behavioral Therapeutic Services joins the program.
