She differentiates between self-care and self-love and encouraged you to give to yourself before to others. Martha goes into how to get out of the sex drought or rut, and talks about how opposites attract (morning/ night person; introvert/ extrovert; touch/ non-touch) and makes a case for establishing a sex routine with your partner. She highlights the difference between spontaneous vs responsive desire response.
