A Louisville murder suspect who police say admitted to a shooting is granted home incarceration. Twenty-year-old Deandre Williams is charged with murder for the shooting of 20-year-old Robert Leachman on Wednesday. An arrest report states that Williams admitted to intentionally shooting and killing Leachman on Brashear Dr. Judge Sean Delahanty allowed the home incarceration program for Williams during an arraignment hearing Thursday. Delahanty said there wasn't enough other information on the arrest report and there could be defenses available to Williams for the shooting. The County Attorney's Office asked for a $100-thousand cash bond. Williams is due back in court Aug. 14. Williams is to live with his father and not at his own home, one block from the shooting scene. How does the LMPD feel about this? Ofc. Vadim Dale speaks with Tony.
