Dan Trink, CSCS is a strength coach, personal trainer and nutritional consultant. Dan is the founder of Trink Fitness and the Director of Training for Peak Performance in New York City. He holds over a dozen fitness and nutrition certifications and has written hundreds of articles on the topics of training and nutrition for magazines and websites such as T-Nation, Men’s Fitness, Muscle & Fitness, LiveStrong, Greatist and The Huffington Post. He has presented at international fitness conferences and is the author of High Intensity 300 for Human Kinetics. Dan continues to work with a roster of athletes and clients both in-person and online specializing in performance and body composition transformation.
