“If you want the golden rule that will fit everything , this is it - Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful or believe to be beautiful.” William Morris
Wanting to drink more water Cindy decided to start her day with a cup of hot water and lemon in a bone-china teacup. It was the teacup that set her thinking. With a heighten sense of aesthetics Cindy believes that when something has beauty, it has balance, harmony, creates stillness and peace of mind. Perhaps we are spending too much time in our heads and underestimate aesthetics. Beauty brings you into the moment.
Julie Hunt relates to beauty with travel. A keen traveler her senses awake and she holds many memories of the beauty of nature. Made her wonder why it is only on holiday that she notices what is around her. Her mind composed of a bunch of soft still clouds. While always future planning Julie realizes that she needs to slow the mind down but as well felt the clouds were her ideas. With no movement she felt creatively stuck. A silver nitrate bullet shot upwards would do the trick.
