Another week in CFL football, another win for the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. And now Jim Popp is out, at least as head coach, of the Montreal Alouettes. So the hosts of the Rouge, White & Blue CFL Podcast must be well optimistic going into week 14, right? Wellllllllllllllllllllllllll…. Co-host Joe Pritchard certainly has much to savor from last week’s slate of games, as his Bombers ran up a whopping 46 points against Dan “Saturday Night” LeFevour and the Toronto Argonauts; once again, surmises Joe, the Bombers are playing like anti-Edmonton Eskimos: Both teams have enough talent to hang with the opposition through either shootout or grind-it-out – only this year, it’s Winnipeg that’s closing out games properly.
