This is part 2 because I wanted to do a better job of bringing you value. A lot of us can relate to having negative self talk, which can get in the way with how we interact with others. This episode I focus more on what you can do to help combat that negative talk and transform it into positive self talk. Change takes time and it's important to remember that as we go on a journey to make changes in our lives. I give several ways that have helped me to bring change into my life for the better.
