For centuries, ancient cultures new to secrets to longevity like
tarity and healing. Now modern science is catching up. Ageless
Blueprint is a podcast that will reveal the modern secrets
of better health and a better life. Join doctor Eldrick
Taylor here today and every Wednesday at nine am Eastern
(00:42):
Time on W FOURHC Radio at W FOURHC dot com
as together we discover the secrets to better health through
science and spirituality. A better life with Ageless Blueprint starts now.
Here's your host, Doctor Eldred Taylor.
Speaker 3 (01:03):
Hello, Hello, good morning, Happy Wednesday to everybody. I am
doctor Eldred Taylor, and I am the hormone Doctor. And
I am also the Spiritual MD, because I believe that
there is an unbreakable connection between spirit and body. Spirit, body,
(01:23):
mind and spirit, those are intimately connected. And so that's
kind of my persona is that, Yes, I'm the hormone
doctor because I was originally trained in Objuyn, but I'm
also the spiritual MD. I was raised by a Baptist
minister and that led me to believe in certain things
when I was younger. But as as a scripture that
(01:46):
I love to talk about is First Corinthians thirteenth chapter.
Is when I was child, I spake like a child,
But when I became a man, I put away childish things.
And so I want to look at religion and spirituality
and science. I don't believe that there is a disconnect
between those two. I believe they're intimately connected. But anyway,
(02:07):
when I talk about longevity, long jevity is connected to
spirituality because you need to think about is this the
only thing in life? Or is there more to it?
And you have to think of yourself. I like to
think of myself as my soul, as a being, an
(02:27):
eternal being. But we also want to this body that
we are living in. We want that to function as
well as we can so that we can carry out
our what I call our spiritual purpose. Why are we here?
And in order to carry that out, we need to
take care of our bodies and we need to be
able to preserve our vitality and our functionality for as
(02:52):
long as possible. So anyway, now when it comes to longevity,
I'm always about measurement. Okay, I have this motto that
you cannot manage what you cannot measure, and that started
from obgyn is that we never measured hormones because in
the blood, and if you looked at any of my
(03:13):
other podcasts or anything that I've been on, I talk
about how the blood is useless for looking at hormones.
And so it was difficult to manage women's hormones or
male hormones by looking at blood because I didn't have
a good measurement. So when I found out about saliva testing,
I'm like, wow, I can manage hormones now. I can
help people manage their hormones now because now we have
(03:35):
a good measurement. And then and that's that came from
the book Are your Hormones Making You Sick? That my
wife and I wrote. So then I became interested in stress.
People talk about you need to manage your stress better. Well,
how can I manage my stress if I can't measure it?
So then I learned about cortisol testing and heart rate
variability and things like that and you could wow, you
(03:56):
can measure stress. You can measure the impact of stress
with longevity. I'm like, well, we need to be able
to measure it. Is am I doing something that is
going to increase my longevity or increase my lifespan, or
more importantly, increase my health span? How can I measure that?
So believe me. For the last six seven, eight months,
(04:17):
I have been trying to figure out how we can
measure longevity. And I've got all kinds of gadgets and things,
and I've tried a lot of things. And so what
we're going to talk about today is what are these
measurement tools that you can use to try and track
and measure the progress of your longevity. Because I've talked
(04:39):
about a lot of things that you can do just lifestyle,
and we're going to talk about that again today. So
the last two podcasts we were talking about lifestyle changes.
We even started a thirty day challenge, and I hope
that you join us with that if you go to
our school group or if you subscribe to my substack.
I tried to keep a running like blog about it.
(05:03):
I walk every morning and I try and give you
a video and I kind of talk about what I'm
thinking about that day. But I want to encourage you
because they said even if you change, if you made
some choices for only four days, you could change your biology.
So I'm talking about what could you do if you
changed it for thirty days and it became a real habit.
(05:24):
And then you want to be able to measure that,
And we know what the Apple Watch. You can measure
your steps and there's a lot of good information you
can do by wearing this Apple Watch. So that's a
that's a gadget, and I'm sure the android watches do
the same. All these all these watches can collect a
certain amount of data. So that's one thing that we
(05:45):
can we can use. But then there's a lot of
other things that I've come across, and we're going to
talk about some of those things today. Some of them
are I don't know what you call expensive, but most
of them are less than four hundred bucks. But if
you are serious about this, and I think it's a
great motivator. Once you can measure something and you can
see the impact that your choices make on your biology,
(06:08):
and you can see it almost in real time, I
think that makes a big difference. So I'm gonna stop
talking and we're gonna go to the slides. Okay, all right,
so I gotta make this a little bit bigger so
I can see it, all right, So next level longevity.
So again this is a cut above, and I always
look at it like this, is that it's almost imperative
that you figure out your hormones first, because hormones has
(06:30):
such an effect on everything. And so then we talk
about other parameters like the GI system and inflammation and
all those kind of things. So we want to get
all of that straight. Then we go into this next
level longevity, all right, is that we can be more
specific and more personalized. So in this next level longevity,
(06:51):
there's epigenetics, there's peptads, and then there's these biohacking devices.
And you know, sometimes biohacking has a has a little
bit of a negative connotation because we think about these
pumped up guys in the gym taking testosterone and all
of this stuff. I'm not really talking about that. I'm
talking about really measurement biohacking, where we are measuring what
(07:15):
our lifestyle decisions are doing to our biology and we
try and make some changes. And I'm not talking about
these extreme changes that you might be thinking about. So
that's my idea of biohacking is really measuring, not trying
to have this superhuman physiology. Okay, So moving beyond basic
(07:36):
habits to precision longengevity protocols that measure, optimize, and accelerate
your aging reversal journey, because again, I think it's very
motivating when you can do something and then you're like,
oh wow, that actually changed. Like I told you, sleep
is my issue. So I measured that with great precision precision,
and I try different things and when I see something works,
(07:59):
I stay with it, all right. So from habits to
precision longevity. So again lifestyle is the foundation. Traditional longevity.
Habits protect tilomeres, and I hope by now you everybody
knows what tilomeres are if you don't. Look at my
last two podcasts, and we talk about this book The
telomere Effect, which I would suggest that you read or
(08:21):
at least get a summary of, and how you how
these little things at the end of your chromosomes can
determine your longevity or how long you live, or how
many DNA duplications that you have in those cells. So anyway,
traditional longevity habits protect tilomeres and maintain cellular health throughout
(08:42):
through diet, exercise, and stress management. While essential, they're just
the starting point. So that's what we've been talking about.
Those last two is about eating nine inflammatory foods and
you know, trying to move every day. I re initiated
my morning walks uh. And then we talk about stress management,
which is the number one thing in sleep. So all
(09:03):
of those things we've already talked about. Now we want
to talk about advanced testing. Next level longevity requires precise
measurement through epigenetic testing and cognitive assessments. Those are the
first two things we're going to talk about. Data reveals
your unique aging patterns and intervention opportunities. Then we want
to look at precision tools, cutting edge devices and peptads
(09:23):
provide targeted interventions based on your biological data. So let
me believe me. There are hundreds of peptads out there.
There are new ones being discovered every day, and it's
almost impossible to say which one does someone need without
some baseline information, and epigenetic testing can do that. We
(09:44):
can do it with other measures, but we want to
base these peptad protocols on your particular needs. The ACES
Blueprint upgrade transforms guesswork into measurable results. So my initial
concept from about the ACES blue Print is that you
have a personal blueprint that can actually make you ageless.
(10:06):
And what I mean by that is that at any age,
you can be productive and be vital. You know, have
be able to execute your purpose, whether you're forty, fifty, sixty,
seventy eighty ninety. And it's possible because I've seen it.
I've met people who are in their eighties and nineties
(10:28):
and they are full of life. And that's what I
want for you, And I think it's possible and it
doesn't take you know, you don't have to be born
into it. You don't have to have this genetic predisposition
to live to one hundred. You just have to change
what you do, and what you think and what you feel.
(10:49):
Those are the three things, all right. So epigenetic testing.
There's this company called Troo Diagnostics. I'm sure there's some
other companies, but this is the one that I know.
In the longevity course, I took that this is what
they recommend it. But epigenetic testing revolutionizes longevity by measuring
your biological age rather than your chronological age, So how
old is your biology and not just how old does
(11:12):
it say on the calendar. And again, we've all seen
people who look sixty and they're forty, and we've seen
people who look forty and they're sixty. You know, So
I'm hoping I want to stay in that category where
I'm sixty five, and I hope people think that I'm younger. Okay,
I want to act younger, I want to feel younger,
(11:33):
I want to be younger. So we're looking at biological age.
This advanced analysis examined how your lifestyle and environment have
influenced gene expression over time. So it looks at what
has happened in the past, and then it gives you
ideas of what you can do in the future to
change that trajectory. Okay, you can change the trajectory of
your biological age. The test identifies which aging pathways are
(11:56):
accelerated or slowed in your unique biology. Looks at your
gas system, your immune system. It looks at least nine
or ten different systems, and you can then focus on, hey,
what is aging me the fastest? And those are the
ones we want to concentrate on and use peptads and
lifestyle and whatever else. We need to try and change
that trajectory. All right, This test identify as agent pathways
(12:21):
an accelerated or slowing your unique biology, creating a personalised
longevity roadmap. Unlike generic protocols, epigenetic insight reveals whether your
cellular age is younger or older than expected. And that's
the problem I think with conventional medicine is that we
have these generic protocols. And I see this all the time,
especially with cancer therapy, is that this protocol you take,
(12:43):
this chemo, you do this radiation, you do this surgery.
And protocols are good guidelines, but they shouldn't be the law. Okay,
you are a unique individual and we need to treat
you as a unique individual. So older than expected. So
it measures methylation patterns across aging related genes, It compares
(13:04):
biological versus chronological age differential, and it identifies interventual priorities
for maximum impact. So what we do with this test,
the course that I took in longevity, I have all
of the information uploaded into a my chat GPT, so
it's all focused on this. So we get the epigenetic testing,
we run it through chat chat GPT, and I say, hey,
(13:27):
give me peptads and lifestyle suggestions that will change the
trajectory of this epigenetic testing, and it spits it out,
it's personalized. It's a ninety day program and those we're
going to start offering that in the Age of Footprint
sometime in October is we're going to have a tiered
(13:51):
a tiered construction, a tiered levels where if you want
to go further in this, this will be available to you. Right.
So this is another one CNS VS brain testing, So
it's really central nervous system vital signed brain testing, and
this is a great test. It's not very expensive and
(14:11):
it lets you know where your central nervous system or
your brain function is. Everyone in my age category is
worried about dementia and Alzheimer's, So we want to see
where we are and what things can we do to
try and change the trajectory of our brain development. Are
its deterioration? Where are we So it measures it's a
(14:34):
comprehensive assessment of memory, processing, speed, attention, and executive function
to establish baseline measurements across key cognitive domains. And I
will tell you this is a challenging test. I mean,
it's all about memory and how fast you can react.
But it's very helpful. It lets you know where you are.
And then there are peptads and lifestyle things that you
(14:54):
can do to change this, all right, and so we'll
talk about that, but this is you know, I think
this is a critical a critical point that people need
to know. It's you need to be aware of, Hey,
what is happening, where am I right now? And what
do I need to do to change the trajectory of
my brain function. So it's an early warning system. It
(15:17):
detects subtle cognitive changes before they become noticeable in enabling
proactive interventions to preserve brain function. And then you can
also monitor your progress. It will look at past you know,
it'll look at your previous tests, and then you can
compare what's gotten better, what's gotten worse, and then you
can take you know, specific steps to change those outcomes.
(15:41):
So monitor cognitive improvements and quantifies the effectiveness of longevity
interventions on brain health over time. Right. So I told
you there's there's a lot a lot of peptads out there,
but these are some of the basic peptads that almost
everybody could find useful and could help preserve their normal biology. Okay,
(16:08):
so peptadz for longevity. Therapeutic peptads represent the cutting age
of the edge of longevity medicine, targeting specific aging pathways
with remarkable precision. These bioactive compounds worked at the cellular
level to repair, regenerate, and optimize biological function. Now, this
is one that I've been using now for several years
(16:30):
in my office. I have some patients who use it.
This is a pito lit. This has been researched. A
lot of these peptads early on were researched in Russia.
They really hadn't caught on here. Only now are since
the advent of the glp ones, which is a peptad,
I think the advent of of zimpic and manjuro that
(16:51):
is a peptad, and that peptad focuses on weight and
on gi mobility or motility. So now people are of peptads.
But before there was not a big interest in it,
and most of this was done in Russia. They did
a lot of this work. But a pedolone is one
that specifically affects those telomeres. So a pitolone is the
(17:16):
tilamere repair peptad. And remember how important that is being
able to lengthen those tilomeres, so this extends the sale
of lifespan while optimizing circadian rhythm regulation. Studies show potential
for biological age reversal through enhanced DNA repair mechanisms. Now,
Pittoline again, this is I want to just reassure you.
(17:39):
I hardly ever implement something in my practice or promote
something that I don't do myself or either my wife does.
So that's why sometimes it takes a while before I
actually talk about something. But I've been using a pedolan
for probably the last four or five years. And how
that works. You give yourself an injection every day for
(17:59):
ten days, and you do it twice a year for
the first two years, and then after that you do
it once a year and again you can do the
true diagnostic test to see if it's actually having an effect,
and it does, so a Pito line. I think anybody
who is interested in longevity you are to think about
a Pito line. And then there's Matzi and C is
a mitochondrial derived peptad that enhances cellular metabolism and energy production.
(18:24):
And I'll tell you probably fifty percent of the patients
who come in my office they complain of fatigue. And
your mitochondria is your powerhouse, it's your electric company, and
your mitochondria are very important. We think a lot of
disease is caused and even cancer is caused by mitochondrial dysfunction.
So this is a very important peptad. It improves exercise capacity,
(18:47):
glucose regulation, and resistance to age related metabolic decline. And
that's why I'm saying a lot of diseases are are
initiated are caused by mitochondrial dysfunction. So you want to
be very protective of your mitochondria. BPC one fifty seven
this is another one of my favorites. And this a
lot of athletes use it, people, orthopedic surgeons use it
(19:10):
because it helps to repair tissue. This is called body
protection compound. That's what BPC is. It accelerates tissue repair
and regeneration throughout the body. It supports gut health, joint recovery,
and overall healing capacity. And I use BPC. You do
it for thirty days, and I'll tell you I do
a pretty strenuous workout in the gym three days a week,
(19:34):
and what it does is the next day I don't
feel sore is less likely I'm going to injure myself
because in the past, I would work out, especially if
I didn't have a trainer, and I would injure myself
and then I would have to stop for two months
and then you have to start all over again. So
this kind of protects your tissue, so you can work
out a little bit longer, work out a little bit harder,
(19:55):
walk a little bit further. So that's a very important one.
And then thamas and alpha one is an immune system
modulator that enhances T cell function. And T cell function
is so critical because T cells is what goes out
and looks at cancer cells. You have something called natural
killer cells and they go out and look for cancer
cells before they're able to multiply to the point where
(20:19):
you can see them. So you want to make sure
your thymus gland, which is in the center of your chest,
that is working well because that is the center of
your immune system. That and your gut. An overall immune
response particularly valuable for maintaining immune competence as we age,
and that's what happens. You know, older people, they're not
(20:39):
their immune system doesn't work as well. That's why they're
most successible to cancer and even a small infection like
a urinary tract infection, and an older person, especially an
older woman, can lead to sepsis in death. Because they're
immune system competence, they can't identify bacteria and cancers as well.
So the thymus alpha one helps your immune system to
(21:02):
be more competent, to be able to protect you against invaders,
all right, invaders that want to hurt you. And I'm
talking about bacteria or cancer sales. All right, Okay, now
this is I've been talking about this for I don't
know how many weeks, but this immune's meditation headband. The
(21:25):
reason why I am so focused on this is that
I believe that meditation is one of the keys to
health because meditation allows you to activate your parasympathetic nervous system.
And you have a fight or flight system, which is
called your sympathetic nervous system. Then you have your parasympathetic
(21:46):
nervous system, which is what we call your rest and
digest And for you to be able to regenerate yourself
and to repair yourself and to recuperate, you have to
get into this parasympathetic mode. That's the mode when you sleep,
all right, That's why sleep is so important because that
is when your killer T cells go out. Everything happens
(22:07):
when you sleep. Nothing gets better if you don't sleep.
So this is a way to train your man even
when you're awake, that you can get into a more
parasympathetic frame of man or frame of being. So what
the Muse headband does it monitors your brain waves and
so there's different brain waves that are associated with different
(22:31):
brain states. All Right, you have your alpha waves, which
is more your meditative, your parasympathetic. You also have beta waves,
which is the waves that happen when you're either in
hypnosis or right before you go to sleep or right
when you wake up. Then you have delta waves when
you're asleep. Now, what the Muse headband does is tries
to get you from beta waves, which is these disorganized,
(22:55):
like uncontrollable thoughts, and get you to organize those into
alpha ways. And it does it with biofeedback and meditation.
And if you listen to Joe Despenza are any type
of spiritual teachers, they talk about meditation. Meditation has been
(23:16):
around for thousands and thousands of years, and nothing could
last that long if it wasn't important, and I didn't
realize the importance till lately. And now I'm on this
crusade to talk about meditation. So let's talk about this
news headband. It transformed meditation from guesswork into precision training.
And believe me, that's what has done for me because
(23:37):
I was guessing. Am I doing meditation right now? With
the biofeedback? I know it, I can feel it, and
I can measure it. It's using real time EEG biofeedback.
This neurofeedback device provides immediate audio cues based on your
brain activity, coaching you toward deeper meditative states. So what
it does, it's all kinds of different things. But when
(24:00):
when you are in this alpha wave state, you hear
birds chirping, and another one you can hear rainfall. And
when your brain is when your thought pattern is scattered,
it sounds like a thunderstorm. And then when you have
calmed your brain down, it sounds like gentle rain on
the window seal that is more relaxing. And so you
have to you have to figure out how do you breathe,
(24:22):
how do you think? How do you feel? In order
to maintain that state, and with practice you can do
it very easily. I can do it. It used to
take me minutes to get into that state. Now it
takes me seconds. And so you can train your brain
to go into that pair of sympathetic mode where you
can rest and recover and heal. And that is so
(24:42):
so important. Chronic stress accelerates tailor miss shortening in cellular aging.
By training your nervous system to achieve consistent calm states,
MUSE reduces the daily stress load that ages your cells.
Real time brain wave monitoring and feedback guided meditation programs
fall levels. And so then the reason why he's holding
(25:02):
the phone because they have guided meditation, they have unguided meditations.
And I will tell you what works best for me
is that I recorded guided meditations in my own voice
and I listened to it while I'm doing the muse
and that gets me in a calm state quicker than anything,
because it's like my higher self training my lower self. Okay,
(25:25):
my presence self to go to a higher level. All right,
So you can try that yourself. Is try and you know,
record some meditations and listen to it while you're using
a Muse headband. But I highly highly highly highly recommend that,
and I have a link that you can in my
all my links that you can go and you get
(25:45):
I think fifteen percent off. All right, Now this is
a this is a new one. Now, this is why
I wanted to tell you. I think I'm about to
get into this energy medicine. You know, I became very
interested in quantum physz because to me, learning about quantum
physics helped me to bridge that gap between science and spirituality.
(26:07):
Because quantum physics says we are all energy, that everything
you see is energy, and what you see different things
is energy compressed into different forms, all right, different densities.
So we're all energy. And again with Joe Dispensa and
other people and Greg Braydon and all these people out
(26:29):
here on the Gaia channel, they say the best way
to change energy is with energy. You don't change matter
with matter. That takes a long time to change matter
with matter. You change energy with energy. And energy comes
from light and it comes from sound. And so these
are the things that you can do to change your energy. Now,
(26:52):
this is this thing called violighting. Violight harnesses the power
of red and near infrared light to activate mitochondrial function.
Remember how I told you important mitochondrial function is it's
a it's your powerhouse, it's your electric company. So if
you want more energy, you have to feed energy to it,
(27:13):
all right, So it activates mitochondrial function at the cellular level.
This non invasive photo biomodulation therapy enhances ATP production and
ATP is like octane in the gas tank. Okay, ATP
is how your body uses energy. It's what it uses
(27:33):
for energy. So it enhances ATP ATP production and fundamental
energy currency of sales. So this seems a little weird.
I'm gonna show you how this goes. There's this is
the minor one. You actually put it in your nose
because the kribber form plate, so it seems weird. Put
(27:54):
it in here, and then for twenty minutes it shines
light into Okay, you're going to show so for twenty
minutes it shines light into your nose. And why does
it do that because there's something called the cribbiform plate
that separates your nose sinuses from your brain. So that's
the thinnest part of your skull. So that light goes
(28:15):
right into this plexus of blood vessels right in front
of the prefrontal lobe, which is your thinking part, the
executive function, and that increases the energy of that area.
And there's one wavelength that you do in the morning
to help stimulate ATP production, and then there's another wavelength
that you use at night to help calm you down
(28:38):
so you can get better sleep. And I told you
I monitor my sleep religiously, and my sleep scores have
jumped up since I've started using this, all right, So
it stimulates neurono repair and neuroplasticity, and neuroplasticity means that
you can grow new blood vessels. Because there's another part
of this that you put on your head and it
(28:59):
has several areas that it permeates your skull with its
light and it can reverse Parkinson's and this is all scientific.
You can go to their website Parkinson's Dementia. I just
got this one because I don't think I need that one.
I will see, but this one is something that you
can do on a regular basis and it can enhance
(29:20):
enhance brain function and increase energy to your brain cells.
So it increases mitochondril ATP production, providing more energy for
seular repair and maintenance. Process is essential for longevity, and
it supports healthy sleep patterns and circadian rhythm regulation and
circadian rhythm just means the day night patterns. Okay, where
(29:41):
in the day you want to be alert and at
night you want to repair. So it helps to restore
that rhythm. And again, so many people have problems with
going to sleep and problems with waking up, so this
can help reset that rhythm. So and critical factors in
selar regeneration and hormone optimization. So we can try and
(30:02):
fix hormones with you know, biodonical hormones and with pills
and with pellets and all that. But another way to
do it is with energy. You can actually change your
hormone pattern by changing your energy or your frequency. I
think it's I think it's a break time. It's nine thirty,
so let's take a break. I probably got four or
(30:24):
five bus lads, but it's some interesting I have some
other interesting little gadgets that you can use to help
monitor this longevity journey. So let's go to break.

Speaker 3 (31:46):
All Right, we're back, and I hope you're finding this interesting.
I love these, yeah, just I love monitoring things. I
guess that's the science part of me. And to be
able to use science to measure things like energy and
the quantum field and all that stuff. It's hey, I
like it. I hope you like it. I hope I
(32:06):
hope you find it interesting. All Right, So we talked
about light and we talked about sound. Those are the
two energy and we already use that in medicine. You know,
we use as lasers to fix your your eyes, use
laser to help us with surgery. And then also I
was doing something. Uh we use actually sound therapy to
(32:28):
help with erectile dysfunction and uh with pain. So there's
always you know, with litho tripsy, you use sound to
break up kidney stones. So we know that sound energy
can affect your biology. So this is HUSO sound therapy. Now.
USO delivers precise vibrational frequencies. And uh, if you're not
(32:51):
into this, but you you vibrate at a certain frequency,
all right, and you can feel this. It's the it's
the energy that you feel when you're around other people.
They are vibrating at a frequency and you either resonate
with that frequency or you don't. We called it dissonance,
all right. And when you're around somebody that you instantly
(33:13):
feel close to, it's because you are at this same
at the same frequency. And the highest frequency is love
and the lowest frequency is fear and guilt, all right.
So you can tune yourself, you can try and use
sound to try and tune yourself to get to higher frequencies,
all right, and so you want to try and resonate
(33:36):
with these frequencies that are at a higher level, and
that's what HUSO does. So USO delivers precise vibrational frequencies
through body pads and headphones. Is one of the body pads,
the if you can go this is this, It looks
just like this. I just want to show you that
I really have these things. And you put it on
your wrist, you can put it on your ankles or whatever,
(33:59):
and it delivers. You can hear it, but you can
also feel it. And so it's delivering that vibrational frequency
into your body and headphones creating therapeutic sound experiences that
reset your nervous system into coherence. And what it's trying
to do, you want to reset your left and right
brain to actually be connected so that you have the
(34:22):
creative part and you have the active part that are
that are in coherence, so that your creatty, creativity, and
your your kind of humanness is along is associated with
your logic. So that's what we talk about when we
talk about wholeness and coherence and the other thing. You
(34:42):
want your thoughts and your feelings, you want your brain
and heart to be coherent. One thing I didn't put
in here is heart math, and I'm gonna I'm gonna
do that. I may talk about that in a whole
separate podcast. But this brain heart coherence, that means that
things are vibrating at the same frequency, all right. This
technology uses specific frequency combinations to promote cellular harmony and
(35:06):
reduce stress induced to aging. And I told you stress
is the number one thing that ages you. This system
works by entraining your body's natural rhythms, bringing disparate biological
systems into synchronized function. This coherent state optimizes cellular repair,
harmone regulation, and immune function. That's why I told you
(35:26):
we're going one step higher. We've been talking about again
biodemical hormones and all that. But you can also do
it with energy. That's doing it with matter with a peel,
appellet or cream. But then you can also do it
by changing the energy through light and through sound. All right,
So vibrational sound delivers through body contact. All right. You
put this on and you can feel it, and it's
(35:48):
not it doesn't hurt, it doesn't any but you can
feel it. It resets autonomic nervous system balance. And we're
talking about that sympathetic and pair of sympathetic balance. It
reduces inflammatories, dress responses, and it promotes sailor regeneration and harmony.
So these are simple things. Again, at night, I usually
put that on. I have my little thing in my nose.
(36:09):
I look like you know, I know, I look crazy,
but hey, I'm serious about this, Okay, So I do it.
And again, information that you don't implement is useless. So
it's no need of me studying all of this and
learning all of this and I don't do it. It's useless,
all right. So I hope you take some of this information.
(36:30):
I'm not saying you have to do it all, but
you may. You ain't want to start somewhere, okay, so
that you can make use out of you know, listening
to me for however long you're listening to me on
this podcast. Okay. Now, this is a this is a
great one. This is a human Body pod and band
I really like this one. This is something new I
just got and I've started promoting. So in my office,
(36:54):
we do something called bioimpedan's analysis, and that's what that's
what this does, all right. So what that does is
you hold the handlebars and you stand on this and
it gives you body composition. And what that means it
tells you how much fat, how much fluid, how much bone,
how much muscle. And what it does is sends a
current of electricity through your body. And based on how
(37:17):
your biology impedes that current, That's why it's called a
bio impedance analysis, it will either speed up or slow
up that current based on your body composition. So you
can get a daily body composition and I use that
when I use GLP ones in my office. We do
a body composition scan analysis every month before we give
(37:39):
them the next dose. Now, the beauty of this you
can get one of these and I can monitor it
with you, all right, So that's the beauty of it.
You can share it and we can go through it together.
But then I also have this human wristband, and what
that does is looking at my heartbreak variability, is looking
at my oxygen level, heartbrate. It looks at all of
(38:03):
these metabolic factors and this can come up with a
health score and it can tell you your biological age as
you're you know, like almost day by day. And I'm
sixty five and according to this my biological age is
around fifty four. Now I will tell you. If I
gain a little bit weight, it'll say my biological age
is fifty five. If I lose the weight, or if
(38:25):
I go out and work out or whatever, it will
tell So it's almost real time telling you what you
are doing that is either increasing your longevity or decreasing
your longevity. And so again, this is a this is
a new one for me, but I'm growing to love
it because it is actually measuring. It's something that you
(38:46):
can do to measure what the effect of your lifestyle
choices are on a day to day basis. And if
you're interested in the ages we print, we can talk
about this and it gives you suggestions on what you
can do. But I can also see it. So if
you are interested in losing weight or whatever, we can
(39:07):
actually monitor this together and I can help you through this.
So that's what is so exciting about it. It allows
me to do things outside of my office. All right,
all right, so let me just go through this. I've
been talking, but let's let me read those lads. So
the human ecosystem combines comprehensive assessment and continuous monitoring, creating
an unprecedented view of your physiological health and aging markers
(39:30):
in real time. All right. The Body pot assessment is
full body physiological evaluation, measuring heart rate variability, autonomic function
and stress resilience. Provides detailed baseline for optimizing longevity interventions.
It's comprehensive autonomic nervous system analysis and we know how
important that is to get out of that fight or flight,
stress response and recovery metrics, personalized optimization recommendations, and then
(39:55):
the wearable human band it kills you. Continuous monitors attracks, HRV,
sleep quality, stress levels and recovery patterns twenty four to seven.
This continuous data stream reveals patterns invisible to periodic testing,
so you get real time HRV and stress monitoring, sleep
architecture and recovery tracking and integration with longevity protocols. And
(40:18):
if you're interested in this, you can em me on Instagram,
on TikTok, on YouTube. You can just respond to me
on YouTube or just let me know. I don't think
I have that in all my links because I actually
distribute that out of my office, or I think I
can have it shipped to you, But if you're interested,
(40:39):
just let us know. But I really do love this
particular setup. All right. Now, we are energetic beings, and
we know that because the huge headband is monitoring the
electromagnetic the electric charge that's coming from our brain, and
we know with ekg's that that's sending out electricity, an
(41:02):
electrical signal. Well, whenever you have electricity, you have electromagnetic field,
and your electromagnetic field is really what influences your body.
All right, it sounds backwards. We think that our body
influences the field, but really it's the other way around.
So this is called a pulse electromagnetic field, so it
(41:22):
actually creates or changes the field electromagnetic field around us.
So near Rhythm utilizes pulse electromagntic field technology in a
comfortable wearable format, offering targeted brainwave and trainment for various
mental states. This device helps synchronize neuro oscillations for optimal
cognitive and recovery function. So this is something you wear
(41:46):
around your neck or you can put it on your head,
and this is actually a path that I actually sleep on.
So it enhances concentration cognitive performance by performing beta and
gamma brainwave patterns associated with alertness and mental clarity. Then
you can also change the mode where it can promote relaxation,
just like you can do with the light. So we're
(42:08):
using energy fields, we're using sound, we're using light because
we are trying to change energy with energy. It promotes calm,
relaxed state that reduces cortisol and inflammatory markers while supporting
pair sympathetic nervous system activation. And then the pad can
allow you to have deep sleep, restorative sleep by encouraging
delta wave production essential for growth, harmone release and cellular
(42:29):
repair processes. And then you can also use it for meditation.
It supports meditative states through alpha and theata WAVEN trainment,
enhancing stress reduction and nervous system coherence. All right, So
why tracking tools and tools matter. The synergy between measurement
technology and targeted interventions create exponential improvements and longevity outcomes.
(42:50):
Excuse it. Each component amplifies the others in precision. In
a precision approach to aging reversal. So we lifestyle is
the foundation. We get real time feedback through our muse
bands or whatever measurable results and that leads to cellular rejuvenation.
All right, So lifestyle habits provide the foundation. Devices deliver
(43:13):
real time feedback for optimization, while testing and PEP tads
generate measurable objective results. Together they create a comprehensive system
for cellular and cognitive rejuvenation. So that's what it's all about. Hey,
I'm going to make these I want to make these changes.
I want to get feedback. By get positive feedback, that's
going to motivate me to continue to do it. If
(43:35):
I get negative feedback, it's going to motivate me to change.
So whatever the feedback is, it's going to it's going
to be it's going to be beneficial for you. So
we're going to probably mid October, we're going to have
the Age's Blueprint upgrade, and that means that we're going
to complete the longevity system, integrating foundational health practices with
cutting edge measurement and intervention technologies. But again I want
(43:57):
to impress upon you this is a step by step process,
all right. So I want you to start at the beginning.
If you go to our school course, we have a
hormone clarity, then we have the five pillars of ages living,
then we have mindset mastery, and then we can talk
about this all right. So lifestyle foundations optimize nutritional nutrition, exercise,
(44:19):
sleep and stress management as the essential base for all
advanced interventions. Then we can use advanced testing epigenetic age
analysis CNSVS, cognitive assessment provide precise measurement of biological aging
and brain function. Then we want to use these longevity
tools like mus meditation training, WILELFE. We talk about all
(44:40):
these pms, all the things I talked about, and then
we're going to talk about these peptid protocols. And again,
this is something that I'm living. I'm seeing the results.
And you know, the thing is is that I was
told a long time ago by the chairman of my
departments that never do anything to a patient that you
wouldn't do to your wife, or your mother or yourself.
But I also believe I don't want to withhold anything
(45:02):
that I'm doing that I think helps me. I don't
want to withhold that from as many people who are
willing to listen, who are interested. So these are the
things that I'm doing because as I get older, I
get more and more interested in longevity. I didn't think
about this when I was twenty at thirty, but you
need to start thinking about it as soon as possible.
So even if you're thirty or forty, start making some
(45:25):
of these lifestyle changes so that when you're my age,
you don't have to do as much of this stuff.
You've already been doing it for the last twenty of
thirty years, so it's just a part of your routine.
So Rebel, this is about in we have like two
and a half minutes. I don't know if you have
any questions or anybody else has any questions, But you know,
(45:46):
this is kind of my science nerdy kind of thing.
Is you know, all these gadgets and stuff.
Speaker 4 (45:51):
I love the science, and I don't think it's nerdy. Now,
right before the show, we were talking about I'm looking
for I'm looking to conduct an EXPERI and I too
like science, and I want to conduct an experiment that
reads I guess how your brain reacts to certain things. Now,
in the things that you showed us today, which one
(46:11):
do you think would best read? If I eat something
and it pings, I literally feel these little pings in
my head, like bing bing bing bing bi and I'm
assuming they're coming from the pleasure sensor in my head.
I'm trying to I'm trying to correlate how these little
pings I mean, I don't know any other way to
(46:34):
describe it. It's just like bringing me. It's like things
firing off in my head when I.
Speaker 3 (46:39):
Eat this way. Well, what I would tell you to
do is the News headband would tell you so if
you feel like it's a pleasure center, that would say
that it's either in the alpha stage or the gamma stage. Okay,
And you could do that with this, because uh, the
gamma is like this heightened, it's its ecstasy, Okay, it's
(47:00):
really what you go into. And I'm thinking that you're
kind of saying orgasmic, like okay, is that's the gamma state.
So this would show you that. Also, heart rate variability
would show you that because it would show you whether
or not your parasympathetic nervous system is being activated, which
(47:20):
would be because when you're stressed. When you're stressed, it's
very hard to have a ecstasy or or you know
type experience. So you have to do that when you're arrested.
So I would tell you either the humid this human
band that can continuously monitor your hr V, or put
(47:40):
the Muse headband on while you're eating whatever you're eating
and see how your brain wave changed.
Speaker 4 (47:47):
Pleasure meaningly happy or you know, I'm not exactly sure.
I would take it.
Speaker 3 (47:53):
To orgasmic, but that's.
Speaker 4 (47:57):
And if food could do that to us, sweet be happy.
Speaker 3 (47:59):
But no, Well, you know what, but a lot of
people eat food for pleasure. I mean that's that's one
of the problems. When you're sad, what do you do?
You eat cheesecake and that increases serotonin in your brain
and you feel happy and you get dope. And dopamine
is the reward center. So you get a reward for
you know, like, hey, I feel bad, I want to
(48:20):
reward myself. It gives you this dopamine.
Speaker 4 (48:23):
This is a weird situation because it's it's the hot
I guess it's hot mustard and soy sauce. It's not
something you would think would give you. I'm saying it's
it happens in a Chinese restaurant. I can only get
the mustard in the Chinese restaurant. And when you mix
the right when I I can't guarantee it'll happen for everybody.
(48:44):
But when you mix the mustard with a little soy sauce,
when I.
Speaker 3 (48:48):
Eat it just pings.
Speaker 4 (48:50):
My brain literally pings in certain places, not all over
my head, just in certain places, and I'm trying to
figure out, Okay, so what is right there, what part
of my brain is right there? And how is this happening?
I just need to know because it's amazing.
Speaker 3 (49:07):
So it's not MSG. So it's not Chinese food that
has MSG in it. Yeah, you got me, Rebel.
Speaker 4 (49:14):
That's why I'm trying to do this experiment because I
need to see. And it only happens with that combination only.
I have not happened with any other things, just that combination.
Speaker 3 (49:25):
So if so, you must like it. If you keep
going back and doing that combination.
Speaker 4 (49:30):
I'm curious. And the fact that it bings in my brain.
Speaker 3 (49:34):
It's like, oh, hey, you got me, Rebel. Hey let
me Maybe I'll do a little research and I can
answer you another time. But uh, that's a good one.
Speaker 4 (49:46):
Absolutely. It's been great talking with you, doctor.
Speaker 3 (49:49):
All right, all right, see you guys next week. All right,
see you guys next week.
