What if “normal” is gone—and what’s here now is the wiser you?
In this powerful and personal episode of Ask Nyomi: Bridging The Gap, Nyomi gets real about living through a pivot season in real time. After her explant journey and the return of intense migraines, she opens up about the grief that comes with releasing an old version of yourself—and the courage it takes to embrace who you’re becoming.
Using basketball pivot principles as a life metaphor, Nyomi and Dog Pound Mike Mike break down what it means to stay grounded, protect your energy, and change direction without losing yourself. This episode is for anyone who’s been trying to “bounce back,” but is realizing that the old version of you can’t carry the next level.
You’re not behind. You’re becoming.

All right, all right, all right.
I think the people well, happynew year again.
And welcome to Naomi Bridgingthe Gap Podcast.
This is where we talk aboutlove, sex, relationship,
cultural differences, and somuch more while bridging the gap
between them all and teachingthe world on sex language,
attitudes, and the spiritualuplifting.
Well, I am your host, E Goddess,Naomi Banks, and I am here with

(01:43):
Dr.
Palmer Mike Mike.
What's going on?
What's happening?
What's happening?
All right, I want to say hey, hey, to the BTG crew.
And if you hear my voice isstill very, very hoarse.
I still am trying to tackle thiscold right here.
We're only 15 days into the newyear, and it has been rough for
us, sister.
So you know what?
We might be having a coffeecompetition here today.

(02:10):
Well, y'all know what?
Tonight's show is gonna be alittle different tonight because
I'm gonna take it a littlepersonal.
Tonight we're gonna be talkingabout something that I've been
walking through in real time.
And I know that some of y'allare walking through it too.
But tonight's conversation isfor anyone who's been trying to
get back to that normal.
You know what I mean?
Anyone who's been waiting tofeel like themselves again, you

(02:32):
know, anyone who's has beenfrustrated because you know that
old version of you doesn't seemto fit anymore.
You know, so what I want y'allto do right now in the chats, I
want y'all to drop a heart rightnow if that's what y'all been
feeling, all right?
Just do me a favor, drop me somehearts in there right now.
I'm I'm gonna wait patiently.
I see y'all all in there.

(02:53):
I see you, Joseph.
Hey, Joseph, it's good to seeyou.
Happy New Year.
I saw quite a other uh fewpeople there.

unknown (02:59):
Yes, you do.

SPEAKER_04 (03:00):
Yes, I do.
And I do, I truly do appreciateeverybody for you know just
coming back.
I know we took a nice hiatusbreak.
Um, just trying to get my healthback, truly trying to get my
health back in order.
And that's one thing why Iwanted to um, I actually had
another show for today, and itwas actually going to be fun.
And um I I sat at my altar umtoday, and I just felt like I

(03:25):
needed to really share thisstory.
I've been going through a lot ofMRIs and EEGs because my
migraines have come back.
But I'll share that umthroughout the show, you know,
because it's a part of thisjourney here, all right?
So, you know, what what ifnormal is gone?
That's what I want to talkabout.
What if normal is gone andwhat's here is the wiser?

(03:48):
So, what if you're not supposedto go back?
What if you're not supposed togo back to one?
What if you're supposed to whatwe call pivot?
So tonight we're talking aboutthe pivot.
The pivot.
I'm not going back to my old me.
So I got a question for you,Mike Mike.

(04:08):
Because you know I got a storyfor this, right?

SPEAKER_07 (04:10):
Right, right.

SPEAKER_04 (04:12):
So you know, I all you already know.
So what I'm gonna do, I'm gonnatake y'all back.
I'm gonna take y'all back wherethis all started for me.
All right.
So I've been thinking about thisword pivot a lot lately.
One of my favorite um podcastshows is the pivot with my boy

(04:34):
Um Clark.
I love that show with them onthere, with Ryan Clark on there.
But also with the pivot, when Iused to play ball, yes, I played
basketball, and y'all, the pivotdrills, the pivot basketball
drills, that ever that waseverything to me.
I used to love that.
I used to play that in my, Iused to do that drill in my
parents' uh grandparents'background over and over again.

(04:58):
Um, I used to go to my right, tomy left, my left to the right,
just switching up my dribbleswithout losing the ball.
You know, quick feet, slow, youknow, just try to protect the
ball to change the direction.
That was one of my key thingsthat I used to love to do.
And when I tell you, I did mything in that.
I was our conference, our area.
I was her on that course.

(05:19):
But you know what I learned fromthat is that I brought that into
my my life.
That is what I did in my life, you know.
So what I'm asking right now iswhen I went through my X plant,
my X-plant journey, after I gotmy implants, my implants removed
this past August.
And remind you, I've had theseimplants, I had the implants in

(05:43):
my chest for over 20 years.
So I thought I was going back tothe old me.
I remember saying on my podcast, the season of self-love, I
remember saying, Oh, I can'twait till I get back to these.
I say, I can't wait until I takethese out.
Because I'm gonna be 100%, I'mgonna be back to one.
That's what I kept saying, I'mgonna be back to one.

(06:05):
I'm gonna be back to the old me.
I kept saying that.
But then my question is, doesdoes it does she really exist
anymore?
Am I still me?
I thought about that.
Then I say I am still me.
I'm just older and wiser andmore intentional in what I'm

(06:26):
doing.
But what I'm doing right now isI'm learning how to pivot
without losing myself in theprocess.
So my mic, you've been able towatch me go through this
transformation.
What have you noticed?

SPEAKER_09 (06:40):
You know, something I have I have noticed.
Um I have noticed you because weworked together for so long.
And I have noticed the way thatthat you that you used to move
and go, go, go, go, go, go, go.
Everything I can do this, I cando this, I can do this.
And it it feels to me right now, that's still your mind.

(07:01):
That's that's still your go.
But it's like your body it isnot going with you.

SPEAKER_04 (07:09):
Right.

SPEAKER_09 (07:10):
It's not going, it's not catching up to where your
mind is.
So you have to stop and andchange directions because you
got to get your body to go withyour mind going.
And that process just may be alittle different.

SPEAKER_04 (07:22):
Yeah, yeah.
You know, you are totally right.
So what I want to do, I want tobe vulnerable with y'all for a
minute right now becausetransparency is truly how we
heal together, right?
So after, excuse me, after myex-mah, after I got the implants
out, I thought again about goingthat I will be back, back to
myself, be back to full energy, back to the woman I was before I
had the implants.

(07:43):
But then my migraines came back.
My back, my migraines literallycame back uh what about a week
after, a week after my 53rdbirthday.
And I was so happy because inAugust, I had my surgery August
12th, August 13, 14 came.
I was feeling better.
No migraines, no, my cough wasgone.

(08:05):
Like I was feeling good.
I didn't have no more symptoms,nothing.
The only pains that I had wasthe pains from the surgery and
the healing from that.
So I went through August,September, and you know, part of
October, the beginning ofOctober, no migraines, no
anything.
And so I was like, wow, yes, like, yes, like this is it.

(08:29):
And then all of a sudden, theycame back.
But this time they came backwith a vengeance.
But also, what that did, thatforced me to face something
deeper that I am not the samewoman that I was before.
So let me be honest and let melet me let me say this.
Let me tell you this too.
Hold on.
So let me tell you also.
So during October, I did the mymy surgeon did give me like uh

(08:54):
um, he said that I can startdoing something.
He said I can start reaching, Ican start putting my hands over
my my um my hands so I can dolight, light workouts.
So I'm I'm going back with theold mentality of being back one
on the things that I canpossibly do, right?
So I I went back to do somethings, but I went a little bit

(09:14):
too far that I know I kind ofset myself back.
So I pumped myself up so muchthat I'm like, okay, I can go
back to that.
I'm gonna say 30.
I'm not even gonna go back tothat girl, that 21, 15,
16-year-old girl.
I'm thinking 30.
I can go back to her.
So I can still work, I can stilllift them weights.

(09:35):
Shit, let's even go back tothree, four years ago.
But I couldn't because my bodystill had the heel.
You know what I'm saying?
But it's like now, now it's likeI I know now, now I feel because
now I know that my body has beenthrough things.

(09:56):
So now I'm expecting myself tooperate differently.
I'm expecting my body to operatedifferently, things that I did
five years ago, 10 years ago, 20years ago.
So now I know.
Now I know that that wasn't thatI wasn't healing, I was just in
denial.
But what I also understood toois that not only was I going

(10:18):
through a healing process, butalso I had to grieve the old
version of me.
We don't talk about that.
I had to grieve the old versionof me, the one who will work 16
hours a day.
Because remember, I'm anentrepreneur.
You know, I'm self-employed,I've been self-employed for
almost 20 years of my life.

(10:40):
I'm the one who will pushthrough the pain and exhaustion,
the one who said yes toeverything in everybody.
I'm that woman who served herpurpose.
Because she's the one who got mehere.
But she can't take me where I'mgoing.
And that's been hard to excel.

(11:01):
Because we're taught to do what?
We're taught to bounce back, getback to normal, return to who
you were.
But what if who you were isn'tstrong enough to carry who you
becoming?
Have you ever had to let go ofan old version of yourself, Mike
Mike?

SPEAKER_09 (11:20):
Yeah, yeah.
For real.
You know, something actually, and I think you may remember
this example, probably about 15years ago.
I was at your house inCalifornia and I was playing
basketball back to back withyour little brother.
You know, he's 6'3, he he playedball, and I was out there, and

(11:40):
in my mind, ain't no way he wasbeating me.
Right.
I go to the hole and jump.
I think I'm up high until hecomes behind me and pops the
shot, you know.
So I had to change my game.
Right.
It was all outside shots becauseI couldn't jump no more.
I wasn't as quick no more.
And and and goes, and athletescan can feel that.
Yeah.
You can feel your body changingas but I think everybody, every

(12:04):
people in everyday life can feelthe same thing too.
They can feel when that whenthat body changed and that mind
still thinks you can do you cando everything.

SPEAKER_04 (12:13):
Exactly.
Because it's not easy, but it'sit's very necessary to recognize
that.
So tonight, what I want to do isI want to help you to recognize
you're in a pivot season whenlife is asking you to become
someone wiser, someonedifferent, someone more aligned
with your truth.
Because I believe some of youthat are watching right now that
you are stuck, that you are notbehind, that you are not broken,

(12:37):
but you are in your pivotseason.
That you are in your pivotseason.
So just like me, pause for amoment.
Just like me, I remember beingin my grandmother and my
grandfather's backyard andplaying the basketball and in
that broken, you know, backyardback there with my basketball,
doing my pivot drills fromcorner to corner, switching off

(12:59):
from right to left.
That is what my life is rightnow.
You know what I'm saying?
And I was just sharing withsomeone is that every year
around this time, from January, loses from January 1st to the
middle of January, I'm alwayssick.
I'm always sick.
So this is always like my pivottime, literally almost every

(13:21):
year around this time.
So I knew if last year was myrebirth season and I knew what I
was going through, my healing, you understand what I said?
And I said that this year that Iwas gonna be very intentional
with my healing.
How did I not just stand by andlook and say, you know what,
hold on?
This is a different version ofyou that's right now.

(13:44):
This is not even the same personthat's in July that's showing
up, that's becoming so the waythat you even move is different.
You know what I mean?

SPEAKER_07 (13:56):
Yeah, yeah.

SPEAKER_04 (13:58):
So this is how we have to recognize that wiser us,
that wiser you.
You know what I mean?
All right.
So, how do you know when you'rebecoming the wiser version of
yourself?
How do you know when to stoptrying to go back and start
leaning into who you werebecoming?

(14:18):
Well, I got three signs for you, three things that I've noticed
in my own life, and I bet someof you will see yourself in
these.
And I'm gonna tell you signnumber one your body speaks
louder, and you have to listen.
You have to listen because yourbody is going to shut down.

(14:41):
Let me tell you, the old meignored my body.
I pushed through, I'm fine, Ican handle it.
Just one more thing.
I'm gonna do this in just giveme five more minutes, five more
minutes turn to 10 minutes, 10minutes turn to two hours.
Before I know it, I'm still downin the studio, still working.
The wiser be now says my bodyspeaks and I listen.

(15:02):
Before it becomes a migraine ata 10, 12 pain level, and before
it becomes a burnout, where Ican't do anything for days,
before it becomes a breakdownwhere my body completely breaks
down.
So when my body says rest, Irest.
When my body says no, I say no.

(15:24):
Even if I disappoint people, when my body says this doesn't
feel right, I pause instead ofpushing through.
Let me tell y'all something.
I had already pre, and when Itell you, I already pre did so
many things for a big launch forAxe Naomi and launching January

(15:45):
1st.
I had already had everything setup for um the website to be
relaunched, a reclamationlaunch, new blog post, like
everything.
I have about 60 um blog postsand everything that I already
got ready to go.
Ready to go.
I went to Chicago for theholidays, got stuck there, got

(16:07):
sick, everything that was notsupposed to happen in my mind
happened.
So it's like it was slowing medown.
You understand what I'm saying?
And I was thinking, well, I waspreparing for this.
Like this is what and I'msupposed to be doing this.
Like, isn't this what I took thetook I mean December off for?

(16:27):
Is to prepare for this becauseeverything was aligned.
But then when I try tounderstand, it's like, hold on.
Yes, you are preparing yourself, but once again, you are moving
faster than what you're supposedto be moving.
Are you still still moving inintention?
Are you still moving inintention?

(16:49):
You know what I mean?

SPEAKER_07 (16:50):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_04 (16:52):
What's your big why?
What's your reasoning?
Now, Mike Mike, you seen mecancel and postpone things.

SPEAKER_09 (16:59):
Yes, I did.

SPEAKER_04 (17:00):
How has that been for you to witness it?

SPEAKER_09 (17:02):
I mean, it it is like you said, it's you hit
everything together, you hiteverything moving.
So to sit back and see thingsthat you have to sit back and
take it for what it is.
You know, like you said, you gotsick, and and I was sick too,
and then you got sick, and theway things happen is you have to

(17:24):
slow down, you have to take timeand let your body tell you that
this is a this is a naturalthing that happens.
So you can't feel disappointedabout what you had prepared for,
right?
You just gotta pace yourself.
But to see you going throughthat is I mean, it's it's it's
kind of incredible because, likeyou said before, you had to stop

(17:48):
what you were doing, pivoteverything in a different
direction, and then build onthat pivot, you know.
And if we keep talkingbasketball, that's the thing, is
it you get ready to take theshot and a defender comes your
way and you use your pivot footto turn.
Yes.
Now you had to figure out, okay,am I gonna go to the hole?
Am I gonna pass?
You got so many things in frontof you to do, and but it ain't

(18:11):
like when we were youngerplaying ball.
Now this is life.
So sometimes those things take alittle, a little thinking about
a little more decision, a littlemore preparation to do as
before.

SPEAKER_04 (18:22):
You gotta make sure you don't drop the ball.
That's the thing, you gotta makesure you don't drop the ball.
Even before, like I've alreadyhad, like for my um for my
podcast, The Season ofSelf-Love, I do that pre-record.
And in that process, Ipre-record, I try to pre-record,
I try to do at least Ipre-record two days a week for
that one.
And and I also do coaching, butI haven't opened up my coaching

(18:45):
as of yet, back up as of yet.
But usually with that, I do atleast two um episodes.
Yeah, two episodes, uh do two orthree interviews a day.
Okay, and so what I had didbecause instead of us doing a uh
daily like I did, I said we'reI'm gonna be intentional.
And I remember um calling Dr.

(19:05):
Will before the holidays, and Isaid, you know what, I'm gonna
slow it down this next season.
I said, we're just gonna do justum mindset Mondays and Wisdom
Wednesday.
I said, because I really wantto, you know, do some healing
going into this next season.
I said, because I some thingsthat I really need to work on
just for myself to just be youknow acclimate into what I'm
going through and what I'mlearning in writing.

(19:27):
I'm doing some more writing.
Um and he understood he waslike, okay, cool, you know, we
gonna we gonna get it.
We we gonna do it.
And I remember I had what 12?
I had 12 interviews that waslined up from December 30th,
December 30th to yesterday, 12.

(19:52):
I only have five interviews thatshowed up.
Five interviews that showed up.
And actually the five interviewsthat showed up that I was able
to do, they were ones that Ineeded to hear.
They were all confirmations forme.

(20:13):
All the other ones that didn'tshow up, they reschedule at a
later time.
But that was just showing me howGod in a universe was just
working for me and just lettingme know that you you have to be
intentional.
I know what you're trying to do,but I still have to continue to
keep guiding you.
You know what I mean?
Because you still, even thoughyou you're on the right track,
but you're still moving a littlebit too fast.

(20:35):
And I know you're trying to beintentional, but I still have to
show you who you're becomingbecause you still move that
still old version of you isstill there.
So I still need to teach you howto recognize that.
Does that make sense?

SPEAKER_07 (20:47):
Yes, it does.
Yeah, yes, it does.

SPEAKER_04 (20:49):
Yeah, so I even thank you for even recognizing
saying that that you saw that, especially when you used to
being the one on the shows whoyou know see me no matter what
I'm there.
You know what I'm saying?
But here's the truth you know, your body is not your enemy, and
sometimes we think it is.
Our body, your body is yourteacher, and the wiser version

(21:13):
of you, she doesn't overrideyour body.
What she is doing, and this iswhat I say to myself, and this
is why I say to you, is honoringit.
So in the chat right now, Iwould love for you to just write
body, b-o-d-y, if you arelearning to listen to your body
in the year of 2026.

SPEAKER_05 (21:32):
Write the word body if you are learning to listen.

SPEAKER_04 (21:40):
All right, so now let's talk about let's talk
about sign number two yourboundaries.
Your boundaries.
Your boundaries get clearer andless proving and more
protecting.
Hear me when I say this.

(22:01):
Hear me when I say this.
Your boundaries get more clearerand less protective.
You see, the old me felt like Ihad to prove my worth.
And when I say this, I say thisloud.
The old version of me felt likeI had to prove my worth.

(22:22):
I had to prove that I was goodenough.
I had to prove that I deservedto be here.
Right here on this platform thatI built my damn self.
I had to prove that I can handleit all.
I can prove that I had to provethat I can be in rooms.
That we had the same bloodline.
That's how bad that I felt thatmy worth wasn't.

(22:45):
You understand?
This was before I got into theadult industry.

SPEAKER_05 (22:51):
But the wiser me, I'm done proving myself.

SPEAKER_04 (22:57):
I'm now protecting myself.
I'm protecting my energy.
I'm protecting my peace.
I'm protecting my time, my body, and my emotional capacity.
What I've learned through thishealing process, and I'm not
just talking about from myex-plan, I'm talking about my
self-love, is that I don't oweanybody an explanation of my

(23:20):
boundaries.
I don't have to justify why Ican't, why I won't, and why I am
not aligned, why it is notaligned, why they are not
aligned with me anymore.
Because when I say no, it is ina complete sentence for me.
And I have been using it more.

(23:42):
I remember having thisconversation.
Hold on for a second.
I remember having thisconversation with someone about
loyalty with yourself versusloyalty for someone else.
And I was like, that is a veryslippery slope.
Because you want that love andthat validation from someone

(24:02):
else, and you don't want to hurtanyone feeling.
You know what I'm saying?
And people say that should beeasy because you want to be
because you want to be loyal toto that to yourself, right?
But if you're giving your wordto somebody and you say, okay,
I'm gonna do this, and you wantto show up for that person, but
you are no longer aligned withthat person or whatever they say

(24:25):
or whatever they're doing, orwhatever you're working on, or
whatever, and you say, Man, I Ican't show up for that person, I
can't do that.
I have to be loyal to me.

SPEAKER_05 (24:38):
Then where does where do you lie at?

SPEAKER_04 (24:42):
Ain't that something?
Yeah, yeah.
But then that's where it comesto you can't think about that.
That's where it becomesnon-negotiable.
That's where it can't, you can'tfeel guilty.

SPEAKER_09 (24:57):
Not at all.

SPEAKER_04 (25:00):
And I'm trying to remember who I had that
conversation with.
Was that me having that oldconversation with my old self?

SPEAKER_09 (25:07):
The new you talking to the old you.

SPEAKER_04 (25:09):
Yeah, was that the conversation I had with my own
self in a mirror?

SPEAKER_09 (25:13):
But you can feel the difference, and sometimes it
doesn't feel like that.

SPEAKER_04 (25:16):
Yes.
You know, so the wise of me nowknows the boundaries.
I know that those are act ofself-love.
And I also know that those arenon-negotiable.
Mike, tell me, what do you thinkare the hardest parts about
setting boundaries?

SPEAKER_09 (25:35):
You know, like you said, the hard one of the
hardest pound parts aboutsetting boundaries is the way
that you think the other personwill feel.
Yeah.
You know, but for me, I alwayshave been a person that I really
didn't give a lot about whatother people felt.

SPEAKER_08 (25:53):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_09 (25:54):
You know, it was always what was the best for me.
And the thing is aboutself-love, you can say that
statement.
What is the best for me?
And you can say without beingselfish.
That's not a selfish statement.
That is a true statement becausethe only way you can give to
people who need you, yourfamily, and other people that

(26:14):
need you, is to take care ofyourself first.
Yeah.
So you have to make thatstatement.
What is the best for me in thissituation?
You know, and not doing it in aselfish way, but doing it in a
way where you can keep yourpeace.

SPEAKER_08 (26:28):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_09 (26:28):
And keep where you're at.
So you can go out there and helpother people and do things for
your family and go to work andlive your life, you know?

SPEAKER_04 (26:36):
Yeah.
You know, what I learned, especially over the Christmas
break break, is that yes, I amgoing to disappoint people.
I am not perfect patty.
I am nowhere near perfect patty.
And I know I am going todisappoint people, and people
are not going to understand.

(26:58):
Um, people are even probablygonna try to make me feel guilty
for just choosing myself, andthey're going to make you feel
guilty for choosing yourself.
But here's what I'm learning isthat people who truly love you
will respect your boundaries, and people who only value what
you do for them resist yourboundaries, and that's how you

(27:23):
know who really for you andchat.
This is what I want y'all to do.
I want y'all to, you know, writethe word boundaries if you down,
if you're done explainingyourself in 2026.
What boundaries if you're doneexplaining yourself in 2026?

SPEAKER_09 (27:42):
You know, that's deep, though.
Right.
If you you shouldn't have toexplain yourself for boundaries,
that should be something that'sthat's pretty much understood.
But we live in a world andsociety with people that that's
not understood, you know, andyou can take that even from like
social media.

(28:03):
People overstep their boundariesall the time.
All the time.

SPEAKER_04 (28:07):
Yeah.

And sign number three (28:09):
your priorities shift peace over
pace, alignment over applause.
You see, the old me value pace, how fast I can move.
You know, I was a sprinter.
I was a sprinter, I was runningraces.

(28:30):
You know, I'm I'm on a tutu myown home, but I was, you know,
our conference, uh state, youknow what I'm saying?
All area, you know, ourdistrict.
This that's what I was doing.
I was running.
You know, and just recently, probably about the past three or
four years, this is where Istarted to really, really start
understanding what long distancerunning running is, what is

(28:52):
running a marathon is.
But also in that is learning howmuch that I could accomplish,
you know, just understanding howproductive I could be if I just
slowed down.
You know, the wiser me, I valuepeace, I value alignment, I

(29:14):
value doing things that actuallymatter instead of just doing
things that look busy.
I used to chase the plause.
Oh my God.
Yes, I wanted people to see me,to validate me, to celebrate me.
And I'm gonna tell you, there'snothing wrong with that, but it

(29:34):
can't be your prior primarymotivation.

SPEAKER_05 (29:39):
That can't be it all.

SPEAKER_04 (29:44):
It was just the other day I was talking to
someone, and they were asking meabout my numbers.
They was asking me about mypodcast numbers and stuff like
that.
And this was this was a familymember.
This wasn't nobody that wasgonna give me some money to be a
sponsor or anything like that.
This was somebody just don'tlike, you know.
And I'm like, why?

(30:04):
They was like, because I want toknow if what you what you out
there doing, is it reallyhelping somebody?
I told them I don't care if I ifI help one person, if I change
one person's life, that has donesomething.
But I don't know what that'sgonna do.
What you mean you don't knowwhat that's gonna do?
If if if what I said on one ofmy podcasts have helped shape

(30:26):
someone's life or some someone'sthinking, or one of my guests
have done that, trust me, I haveput a pebble in this world that
has caused some kind of ripple.
And that person couldn't tell meit, they couldn't say anything,
nothing.

(30:48):
But what I have learned is thatyou can't talk to anybody that
hasn't done anything, you can'ttalk to anybody that hasn't
left, that hasn't done anything, and I don't want to say done
anything like hasn't done it,but hasn't.

SPEAKER_05 (31:27):
No.
So when I think about thequestions and I think about the
people that talk to me and theyask me these questions, I'm

(31:48):
like, no, I don't even know if Iwant to have conversations with
them anymore.

SPEAKER_04 (31:56):
Because these first of all, these conversations are
not aligning with me anymore.
Does these align with who I'mbecoming?
No, because if we're stilltalking about the same things
we've been talking about for 10,15, 20 years and your situation
hasn't changed, no.

SPEAKER_05 (32:14):
Does a conversation with that we have, does it
nourish me or does it drain me?
Does a conversation that do wehave, does this bring me peace
or does it bring me stress?

SPEAKER_04 (32:34):
The conversation that we have and that we in, is
that what God is asking me for?
Is it what people expect of me?
And when when I answer, when theanswer is clear to me, I move
accordingly, whatever it is.

SPEAKER_05 (32:52):
People ask me, do you pray Naomi?
Oh yes, I do.

SPEAKER_04 (32:56):
Yes, I do, and I understand how powerful prayer
is, and I pay attention, I'mvery aware, even if it means
disappointing people, and Idon't think people understand

(33:17):
that because if I sit at myaltar and I pray for something,
when I ask for God to order mysteps and guide me, and he shows
me something different from whatI think it should be.
Oh, I'm stopping.
Sorry, I can't move that way,because it's not a line of what

(33:40):
I think I am or what I should bedoing, even if it means
postponing plans or somethingthat I put a lot of money in.
Oh my God.
If I could tell you how manytimes I have pivoted in that, if

(34:01):
I could tell you how many times, and it's so funny, and I can
laugh at this now.
Do you know how many businessesI've had since I retired from
the adult industry?
I had three storages.

SPEAKER_09 (34:20):
Wow.

SPEAKER_04 (34:21):
Three storages full of three four, my four different
businesses.
I got a whole storage full ofmaterial.
Full of material.
If I wanted to, I can do a liveauction selling material by the
yard.
Seriously.

(34:44):
Because I was literally justtrying, okay, I can do this, I
can find, because I was just ona on a money trip, on a money
hustle.
Like, let me, I'm beingentrepreneur, you know, and I'm
still a serial entrepreneur, butit didn't have, we it have a
purpose.
I just wanted to make money.
I just that's all.
I just let me make money, money, money, money, money, money.
I want to be successful money, money, money, money.

(35:04):
But it had no purpose with it.
Yeah, I was making lingerie.
Yeah, I was doing this, I wasdoing that, but it had no
purpose behind it.
I was trying to prove to thepoint to them is that, yeah, I
was uh, you know, uh adult filmstar and was doing this, but I
can do I got brains, I can dothis.

(35:24):
So that was all satisfaction forthem to put another job.
I was even nominated for anaward for it.
I think I did that for twoyears, and then something
happened and I had to pivot.

SPEAKER_09 (35:40):
That's the word.

SPEAKER_04 (35:42):
Yeah, but I had to pivot.
I still had the ball in my hair, but I had to pivot.
A new direction.
A new direction.
So, Chad, this is what I want toask y'all right now.
Which one of these resonatedwith you?
I gave you the three ones.
I gave you body boundaries orpeace.

(36:04):
I want y'all to type which oneof those resonated with y'all.
Let me know right now.

SPEAKER_09 (36:13):
You know, while we uh even waiting for them to do
what I would say is peaceresonates with me.

SPEAKER_07 (36:19):
Okay.

SPEAKER_09 (36:19):
And it goes back, and you know, it always has been
peace, but it goes back to uh Idon't know if this was your show
pivot or if it was another showthat Mike Tyson was on.
And they was asking Mike Tysonabout the 150 million dollars
that he made for his career.
And you know, he'd have lostsomebody, he'd have gone
bankrupt, all that stuff.
And they asked him, they said,Would you go back to fight for

(36:41):
another?
He said, No.
He says more about my peace.
And they was like, 15, 20million dollars.
He says more about my peace thantaking that money.
And if you if you follow Mike, you know his career, you know
all the stuff we've beenthrough.
The way that he looked when hesaid that, yeah, I truly
believed him that no, I don'teven want that money.

(37:03):
I don't even want that.
I would just sit rather sit hereand have peace.
Right.
And that's what we feel when weget older.
That's what we feel when ourbody changes, our mind change.
It ain't about it's just aboutcan I can I get some peace?
Yeah.
Yeah.

SPEAKER_04 (37:19):
Yeah.
You know you're right.
You you're right about that.
All right.
So right now, let's take asponsor break.
Revibe.
Revibe right here, right now, right now, right now.
Right now.
I want to talk about revibebecause revive is what helps to
keep the lights on right now.
It helps to keep the lights on.

(37:42):
It helps to keep the lights on.
So while we are talking aboutpivoting, let me tell y'all
about something that fitsperfectly with tonight's theme.
Y'all know I love revive, andthey just dropped something new
that I am excited about thepivot to and the verge to they
are vibrating rings designed forcouples who want to feel more
lasting, longer, and enjoydeeper connection.

(38:04):
And yes, the names is perfectfor tonight's show, pivot to and
verge to.
I promise you.
It was just aligned that way.
Here's what I love they madewith softer, more flexible
silicone.
They are so they are comfortablefrom the moment that you put
them on.
You can actually relax, focus onpleasure instead of adjusting or

(38:25):
being distracted.
Whether you're in a long-termrelationship and you're looking
to keep things fresh, or you arenewly dating and exploring
intimacy together, these aredesigned to enhance the
experience for both partners.

Because here's the thing (38:39):
when you're pivoting in life, when
you're becoming the wiserversion of yourself, that
includes the intimate life too.
It includes what?
Prioritizing pleasure.
It includes showing up fullypresent, it includes enjoying
connection without pleasure,pressure.
So if you're ready to level upinto your intimate life in 2026,

(39:01):
I want you to check out therevised pivot to and the verge
to the link is in the chat andit will be in the show notes.
So I want you to treat yourself, treat your partner, and I want
you to invest, invest in yourpleasure.
All right, so let's keep itgoing.
All right.
All right, y'all.
All right, so the pivot three, the three pivot principles from

(39:23):
basketball.
That is what we're gonna callthis.
You ready for this one?
Let's do it.
All right, all right.
So I told y'all about mybasketball days and how I
practiced those pivot drills.
And as I've been walking throughthis season of my
transformation, I realizedsomething, y'all.
The same principles that made megood on the court, at the same

(39:44):
principles, are helping me tonavigate this pivot in my life.
So I want to give it to y'allall.
I'm gonna give y'all three pivotprinciples straight from the
basketball court in real life.
So, principle one, you know howwe plant that plant your foot?
You know, and basketball, youcan't pivot if your you can't

(40:08):
pivot if your pivot foot moves.
Well, at least back in the day,you can't do that.
I don't know because right nowthey do a lot of traveling.

SPEAKER_09 (40:17):
Whole different game.

SPEAKER_04 (40:18):
A whole different game.
But back in the day, youcouldn't move that pivot foot at
all because that was thefoundation for your moves.
If you lose that ball, it's aviolation.
Game is over.
So in life, your foundation iseverything.
So for me, that's my faith, that's my altar, that's my

(40:42):
spiritual practice, my truth, myrest, and my connection with
God.
So when everything around me ischanging, when my body is
changing, when my plans arechanging, when my capacity is
changing, I have something thatstays planted.
So my pivot foot right here, this right foot right here, it's

(41:06):
my daily time at my altar.
It's my prayer life, it's mechecking in with myself and with
God before I check in with theworld.
So, this is my question for you.
What's your pivot foot?
What's the one thing that keepsyou grounded when everything
else is shifting?
So, Mike, Mike, what's yourfoundation when when life gets

(41:29):
chaotic for you?

SPEAKER_09 (41:31):
You know, my foundation there is, and it's
going back to one of the wordsyou said, it's going back to
peace.
It is, it's going back to can Isit somewhere?
Even most of the time, maybeit's in the column where they
work, come on, and just listento some music, or just put my
earbuds in and calm down, youknow.

(41:51):
And as I'm getting older, I domove slow.
I do move with a different pace, you know, and I can find myself
at that pace slowing down, andand and and that brings me
peace.
So that that is my pip.
That's that's where I can findthat.
Just sit sit and stillsometimes.
Yeah.
You know, I ain't gotta berunning around moving all the

(42:13):
time.
Just sit and still so you canthink and clear your mind when
you're in that chaos.

SPEAKER_04 (42:18):
Yeah, you know, I love that.
Okay, let's talk about principletwo.
Principle two is what is protectthe ball, your boundaries.
And basketball, when you pivot, you gotta protect the ball.
You gotta put yourself inbetween that ball.
You can't let the defense stealthe ball.
I remember my coach, MissPomeroy, used to tell me, girl,
you better not, you better standbetween you and that ball.

(42:38):
Don't you let nobody take thatball.
You hold it close to you.
You use your body, you don't letanybody take what's yours.
And in life, that ball is yourenergy, it's your health, it's
your peace, it's your time, yourbody, your choices.
And baby, people would try tosteal it if you let them.

(43:01):
They will guilt you, they'llpressure you, they'll make you
feel like you're selfish forprotecting what's yours.
But the wiser you, she protectsthe ball at all costs.
For me, what that looks like, health first, no negotiations,

(43:21):
no over-explaining my decisions,no proving myself to people who
don't get it, and saying nowithout guilt.
So, chat, what are youprotecting in this pivot season?
Are you protecting your energy?
Are you protecting your time?
Are you protecting your peace?

(43:42):
Are you protecting your body?
I want you to drop it in thechat.
So what are you protecting?
Your energy, your time, yourpeace, your body.
What you dropping?
That's a good one.
What you drive, what you doing?

SPEAKER_09 (44:02):
That's a good one.
I'm I'm I'm I'm protecting mypeace.
I know that's right.
My peace and my time.
And you know something?
As you get over, there's nothingmore valuable than time.
Nothing more valuable than time.
You know?

SPEAKER_04 (44:21):
All right, and our last, and our last principle,
principle three is changedirection, action.
Action in basketball, the wholepoint of a pivot is to do what?
Is to change direction.
It's to fake to the left, goright.
You see where the opening is,and you do what?
You move.

(44:42):
You know, life in life, pivotingmeans that you adjust the plan.
You don't stay stuck in the oldstrategy just because that's why
you said you were you were gonnado.
For me, that looked likepostponing my live tour because
my body said, not yet.
Focusing on podcasts and digitalcontent instead of in personal

(45:04):
events, working on my book andmy marketing in a way that
honors my energy and letting goof the timeline that I had in my
head and trusting God'stimeline.
You see, the old me would haveforced it.
I would have pushed through it,I would have made it happen no
matter what.
But now the wiser me, shepivots, she adjusts, she trusts

(45:27):
the new direction.
So, my question for you, chat,is what's one thing that life is
asking you to change directionon?
What's pivoting you are beingcalled to make?
What's one thing that pivotingseason?

(45:48):
I told y'all this was gonna bedeep.

SPEAKER_09 (45:50):
Yes, it is.

SPEAKER_04 (45:52):
I told y'all that this was gonna be deep today.
And I know you're a lot of y'allsitting there, like, you really
getting deep.
Yeah.
We are asked, I am gonna bebridging the gap where we talk
about love, sex, relationship, cultural differences, and so
much more.
By bridging the gap between themall and teaching the world on
sex, love, language, attitude, and spiritual uplifting.

SPEAKER_09 (46:11):
You broke it down.

SPEAKER_04 (46:15):
But we're talking about it all.
We talking about it all.
All right, so now I want to talkabout, but since we are talking
about honoring and protectingour bodies and health, uh, I
want to go on to our second umsponsor break right now is um
body, uh, body odyx.
Body odyx.

(46:36):
And y'all know I am on mywellness journey, especially
after my ex-plant.
Um, I'm uh I'm being sointentional about what I put in
my body and on my body.
And Biotics has high-qualitysupplements and wellness
products designed to supportyour body naturally, whether
you're looking for immunesupport, um, better sleep, gut

(46:58):
health, stress relief, they gotyou covered.
And here's the thing when you'repivoting, when you are becoming
the wiser version of yourself, you need to fuel that
transformation.
You need to give your body thenutrients and the support it
needs to keep up with you, wellwho you are becoming.
So I want y'all to go check outBiotics.
The link is in the chat.

(47:20):
Um, it and also is going to bein the show notes.
So I want you to invest in yourwellness.
Your body is not your enemy.
Remember, your body is not yourenemy, it's your partner in this
pivot.
All right.
All right, y'all.
So let's get into the practicaltools.
Y'all know I always got a littlebit, something, something for
y'all.
I don't just be talking.
We have fun and we talk and weget the good, good, but I want

(47:42):
to make sure that, you know, asmuch as I'm learning about
myself and I'm learning thingsand I'm learning tools, I have
no problem with sharing it, youknow, with you all here and now.
I have no problem with you.
All right.
So we talked about the signs andwe talked about, you know, that
you're becoming the wiser you,and we talked about the pivot
principles.

(48:03):
Now I want to give you allsomething practical that you can
actually do right now, tonight, that can help you to clear on
who you becoming.
And I want to call this, youknow, identity inventory.
It's four simple questions, um,but they're powerful.
And I want you to actually dothis and not just listen to it.
So uh grab your phone, open upyour note apps, or write it

(48:24):
down.
I know y'all like Naomi.
This is not the season of SethLove.
No, it's not.
This is Axe Naomi, but we'regonna do it like this because I
told y'all we're getting deeptonight.
Mike, you ready for this?
You got your no bad pad overthere.

(48:46):
All right, question number one.
What drains me now?
What drains me now?
Not what used to drain drainyou, but not what drains other
people, but what drains youright now in this season.
Maybe it's a certainrelationship, maybe it's

(49:08):
overcommitting, maybe it'speople pleasing, maybe it's
social media, maybe it's pushingyour body past its limits.
I want you to get honest withyourself and write it down.

SPEAKER_05 (49:24):
All right, question two.

SPEAKER_04 (49:27):
What nourishes me now?
What nourishes nourishes me now?
So what actually fills your cup?
What brings peace?
What brings you peace?
What makes you feel alive, aligned, and at ease?
Maybe it's time alone.

(49:49):
Maybe it's deep conversations, maybe it's creative work, maybe
it's rest, maybe it's intimacy, maybe it's time at your altar.

SPEAKER_05 (50:03):
Write it down.
All right.
All right, question numberthree.

SPEAKER_04 (50:13):
What am I no longer available for?
Now this will be your boundarylist.
What behaviors, dynamics, energytreatment, what are you no
longer willing to tolerate oraccept?
Maybe it's a one-sidedrelationship.
Maybe it's being taken forgranted.

(50:35):
Maybe it's ignoring your bodysignals, maybe it's living on
other people's timelines.
I want you to get specific andwrite it down.

SPEAKER_05 (50:48):
And question four.

SPEAKER_04 (50:50):
What am I committed to protecting?
And this one is a non-negotiablelist.
So it's like what matters mostto you right now?
What are you willing to fightfor to prioritize, honor, and
defend?
Maybe it's your peace, maybeit's your healing journey, maybe

(51:11):
it's your creative time, maybeit's your your intimate
relationships, maybe it's yourpurpose.
But write it down and chat.
I I want you all to actually dothis.
I want you to pause the show ifyou need to.
If you're listening to this onreplay, screenshot, shot the

(51:33):
question.
Why we didn't put the questiondown, but yeah, we should have
wrote the put the questions inthere.
But don't you but you know what?
I think what I'm gonna do, Imight even write them down, and
I am.
I'm gonna make a note of thisright now, as I'm gonna um put
them in the show notes.
So even when it for the replay,so anybody that's listening on
the replay, um, when I upload ittomorrow, you know, the next

(51:54):
day, that they can have it rightthere for the question there, so
they can be able to have themthere.
But don't just consume this as Itell my season of self-love um
listeners over there, applythem.
It makes a world of difference.
Makes a world of difference.
So I'm about to put you on thespot right now, my mic.
I told you to have your littleuh paper pattern.

(52:17):
Do you have any responses tothat?

SPEAKER_09 (52:20):
You know, I wasn't writing them down because I was
over here working.
You know, but it was one, andlet me let me let me go and
because one of these questionsdid hit me.
One of these questions did hitme.
And it's and it's the one I'vebeen talking about, what your

(52:43):
non-negotiable what matters themost, why you really to fight,
and it goes back to my peace.
That's what it goes back to.
It goes back to my peace becauseright now that is everything.
That is everything.
As you get low older in life, you know, you raise kids, you
take care of family, you'redoing this.

(53:05):
You gotta have that moment foryour peace of mind to be clear
so you can do anything else.
And going back to your word fortoday, pivot.
Yeah, because once you getblocked by that defender and you
pivot, you can't you still can'tmake no rash decisions.
Yeah, you still gotta thinkabout it.
And all these all BGT, you playbasketball, you play any kind of

(53:29):
sports, you know when you getthere, and you gotta do it
quick, but you gotta it's gottamake sense.

SPEAKER_04 (53:34):
Yeah, and you still gotta be aware, you still gotta
be alert and aware of uh of yoursurroundings.
I I hear you, and you know, Ilove that because you still have
to have clarity.
You know, before be that onething is that I shared, I I did
uh uh uh just a short show um atthe end of the year, and it was
about um leaving out of 2025 andcoming into 2026 um with

(53:58):
clarity, leaving a chaos, youknow, in in 2025 and coming in
in the year of 2026 in clarity.
And I think that's a part ofthis this pivot season is coming
out of that chaos.
So even in this in this pivot, Ihad interviewed a beautiful
young lady uh last week, and shehad made a statement about, and

(54:18):
I think I shared this on severaldifferent other um other
interviews because it's such apowerful statement for me.
And she was like, you know, sometimes you have to, you know,
be in that chaos.
Yeah, you know, you have to beand you have to embrace in that
in that chaos, meaning that youhave to sit in it.

(54:38):
You have to sit in it becauseyou need to know what it is and
understand what it is so you canbecome um have clarity of it.
Does that make sense?

SPEAKER_07 (54:47):
Yes, it does.

SPEAKER_04 (54:48):
Yeah, and so in in that moment to where you
pivoting and you holding that,as you making that turn, that's
making that turn when you pivot, that's that that's that you
sitting in that chaos and you'returning.
If anybody played basketball, you know what that pivot looks
like.
Because when you turn, you don'tknow who, when you pivot, who

(55:10):
might be be standing on thatdefense when you look up, or
when you turn with that ball.
Y'all know what I mean.
I'm I'm I know I'm usingmetaphors, but y'all don't
understand what I'm saying.
Yes, yes, yeah, yeah.
You know, but I love that.
I love that you what you said, and what I love is the power of
this exercise.
I know throughout this, you stayconstant with your peace.

(55:31):
You know what I'm saying?
And that thing is just you madeit clear that what you want in
life is that you want peace atthe end of the day.
You want peace at the end of theday.

SPEAKER_09 (55:43):
Period.
Go ahead.
You know, because and that's agood thing you said peace,
because you know something.
If you're going through chaosall day and don't find no peace,
how are you gonna go to sleep atnight still in that chaos?
Yeah, you gotta find that peaceso you can get you some rest.
Yeah, you know, because and Ithink even in our young days, we

(56:06):
might just been, we might justbeen resting in chaos.

SPEAKER_08 (56:09):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_09 (56:10):
Sleeping in chaos when we went to sleep.
Because those back in the dayswhere we can work eight hours,
go out to the club, party.
I after work, I used to go tothe gym, play ball all night,
and then get back up the nextmorning and go to work.
And we we living through that, and we wasn't clear.

SPEAKER_04 (56:24):
Man, that's how I was.
Yeah, yeah.
I know that happened where Iwould go to work, go to the
club, go back to work, go mynine to five, go like man.

SPEAKER_09 (56:31):
Yeah.
And now as you get older, yougotta find that peace.
You gotta find that clarity.
You you can't go to bed with allthat chaos that that we we
normal, and that's when you getrid of your old body, you know,
as you start to show off.
You have to you have to evolvein that, you know.

SPEAKER_04 (56:51):
Yeah, and you know, you have to use the exercise
because it forces you to getclear.
Yes, because you can't pivot ifyou don't know where you're
going.
You can't become the wiser youif you're still operating like
the old you.
So, this inventory, what ithelps you, it helps you to see
who I am now.
What do I need now?

(57:12):
What am I protecting now?
And once you get clear of that, the pivot becomes so much
easier.
The decision becomes clearer andthe boundaries become natural.
All right, so let's do this.
Let's open up some QAconversations, all right?
All right, so this is probablyone of my favorite parts here.

(57:34):
You know, um, I know it's been aminute since we, you know, we've
been live.
Um, and I would definitely loveto hear from you all.
I would definitely love to hearfor you all.
So we are opening up the lines, not the phone lines, but we are
opening up where you guys canjoin us here on the stream here.
So I want to ask a couple ofactually some questions that I
want you to really sit with it.

(57:56):
So um, and you can drop theanswers in the chat or you can
DM or actually like dog powermic mic has put up the stream.
Um, also you can journal if youdon't want to share.
But when you come on here, comeon here respectfully, y'all.
So I'm getting ready.
Um, he gets ready to drop theone of the questions now.
So here go one of the questionshere.
What version of you are yougrieving?

(58:17):
And what version is being born?
Because that's what a pivot is.
It's the death of a rebirth.
It's the death in the rebirth, and it's letting go of who you
were so you can become who youwere meant to be.
So for me, I'm grieving theversion of me who could do it

(58:38):
all.
You understand?
Who can do it all?
Be everywhere, say yes toeverything.
The version who didn't havemigraines, the version who had
perfect breasts, at least Ithought I did, the version who
didn't think about capacity.
But I used to say there was noceiling to my success.
That's how I was.
The version of being born, thatversion of being born, she's

(59:00):
wiser, she's more boundary.
I've got boundaries, I'm morealigned, she's more whole, she
listens to her body, she'shonors her truth, she protects
her peace, she's becoming whoGod created her to be and not
what the world needed her to be.
So, chat, what version of youare you grieving?

(59:20):
And what version is you beingborn?
I want you to drop it in thechat if you feel comfortable of
sharing.
And like I said, Dog Pound MikeMike had put up the um the
Western hands if you all want tojoin me right here, right now,
uh, for that in that moment, okay?
What are some common barriersthat prevent people from
expressing?
Hey, it's your goodie goddessNami Banks here from the Season

(59:43):
to Self Love Podcast.

SPEAKER_02 (59:46):
Yeah, I would say remorse.
So shame and guilt is a verydivided emotional.

SPEAKER_04 (59:53):
And these are one of the many amazing conversations
that we have every day, Mondaythrough Friday, right here on
the Season to Self Love Podcastwith myself, Naomi Banks, as
well as our resident therapist,Dr.
Will Washington of WashingtonWellness Institute.

SPEAKER_02 (01:00:10):
Come by.

SPEAKER_04 (01:00:12):
Come by.

SPEAKER_02 (01:00:13):
A lot of times we're afraid of how people look at us.
And so that compassion can'tenter us.

SPEAKER_04 (01:00:18):
You can hit us on the website.com.
With the truth.

SPEAKER_02 (01:00:25):
Is it the Washington Wellness Institute focuses on
healing always?
For me, if I look good, then Ifeel good.
If I feel good, then I share thegood.
If I share the good, then Icelebrate the good.
If I celebrate the good, then Ilive the good.
So I can be paid to be mygreatest.
But I have to learn the good tobe the good.

SPEAKER_01 (01:00:47):
So, what does it take to be the greatest?
It's as simple as a free15-minute consultation.
Be kind to yourself and healalways.

SPEAKER_04 (01:01:00):
All right, my beautiful people, welcome back
to Axe Naomi Bridge and the GapPodcast.
It's your girl, you got it'sNaomi Banks here with Dog Power

Hello Ice.
Hello Ice is having apre-Valentine's Day sale.
And if you've been wanting totreat yourself or a partner to

(01:01:25):
some beautiful, high-qualityjewelry, now is the time.
And listen, when you'repivoting, when you're becoming
the wiser version of yourself, sometimes you need something
tangible to mark thattransition, something that makes
you feel valued and seeingwhether that's a ring, a
necklace, earrings, or abracelet.

(01:01:47):
Oh, a bracelet.
Hello Ice has stunning piecesthat are affordable and high

(01:02:07):
Mark this your pivot season withsomething that reminds you that
I'm not going back, that I'mbecoming.
All right.
So let's let's let's let's let'sclose this out.
Y'all, this was heavy tonight.
It was um, this was vulnerable, but this was real.

tonight and listening.

(01:02:28):
And you know, and for those whoshared in the comments, I truly
appreciate you all and justsharing this journey with me.
And um, I want to uh let meleave you with this.
I want you to really hear me.
You are not behind, you arebecoming, you are not broken
because you can't go back to whoyou were, you are evolving.

(01:02:50):
The wiser version of you is notthe weaker version.
She he is a stronger version, heor she is a virgin who knows him
or herself, who honors him orherself, who protects him or
herself, who moves withintention instead of obligation.
So if you are in your pivotseason right now, if life has

(01:03:13):
forced you to change direction,to slow down, to let go of that
old version, I need you to knowthat I'm not going back to who I
was, I'm becoming who I am meantto be, and with more wisdom,
more boundaries, and more truth.
And so are you.
So, Mike, Mike, do you have anyfinal words before we get out of
