Tisha Marie Kine.

Speaker 2 (00:38):
Oh my goodness, we're back for another live show. Welcome
to Beyond Mindset Limits. I am your radio show host,
Tisha Marie Kinane, and I do all things. I am
an award winning author, executive counsel, clinical hypnotherapist, and mindset coach.
That's a lot and I know it's great. And today

(01:00):
we're talking about something every high achieving woman needs to hear.
Why the most successful women don't just work or hustle harder,
and how they show up differently to create the life
of their dreams. This conversation could change how you lead
your life. So, if you're traveling down the roadway and

(01:21):
you're tuning in today, this is for successful women or
woe man and how they show up differently. So I'm
glad you're here today. I am excited for the show,
and I wanted to tell you that I wrote the
number one best selling book, Executive Women. Successful women show

(01:42):
up Differently, And I wrote the book and after years
of watching brilliant, capable women burn out, these clients were
coming in that burnout and they were brilliant and they
were capable. I watched them just like unravel the seams,
and to be completely transparent, I was one of them.

(02:04):
And it wasn't because they weren't skilled, but it was
because they were leading their lives from reaction instead of alignment.
They weren't aligned. And in the past I was so
far out of alignment. I used to say this, you know, like,
if you're out of alignment, God is going to throw

(02:27):
you a feather, and if you don't listen to the feather,
God is going to give you a brick. And if
you don't pay attention to the brick, God is going
to run you over with the truck. So whatever God
means to you, your own understanding. And I I think I,
you know, I was ran over and backed up on

(02:47):
and all the things because I was so out of
alignment with my life's purpose and what I was doing
to create a name for myself and show up. So
today we're going to go in and we're going to
talk about what it actually means to show up differently,
what does that mean, and how successful women think and

(03:10):
how they decide and reset when life gets loud, and
why changing how you show up changes everything. And I
was talking to a C suite executive last night and
just talking to him about turning down the noise in
his head because it just got really really loud in there,

(03:31):
and how we can go back and set ourself up
for success. So he was hanging on every word, and
I'm hoping he's tuning in today because he knows that
I got this little radio show going on about how
successful women show up differently. But this is also for
him too. And so if you've ever felt successful on
paper but misaligned on the inside, I want you to

(03:53):
stay with me today. This is this is a conversation
for you. And I want you to know that I
have this book out there. I am a number one
international best selling author. This book went like number one,
and I think it was like eighteen countries in seventeen hours,

(04:15):
and I was like, what the heck? Like, I guess
I just channeled this information through this book and it's
what people needed. So I put this book out and
it illustrates how most people, and most women don't do more,
but if they just show up differently, they can be
more successful. Success isn't more about hustle anymore. It's not

(04:37):
about that. It's about being aligned in your life. And
two people can, you know, take the same actions, They
can take the same exact actions and they can get
very different results. The difference is how they think and
how they decide, and how they speak and how they reset.

(04:58):
So that's exactly why I wrote this book Successful Women
show up Differently, because I kept seeing brilliant women stuck
in cycles that had nothing to do with effort. So
let's talk about how successful women lead themselves first. And
here's the key insight here. High level women don't wait

(05:20):
for circumstances to change. They lead their mindset, their emotions,
and their energy first. If you can't lead your thoughts,
your calendar is going to lead you. And I was
one of those people, and I want to talk about that.
I want to talk about how you can lead yourself first,
and let's go in. I want to talk about the

(05:40):
first key point is discipline. And I often ask my clients,
have you ever met a fit person who's like physically fit.
Have you ever met that fit person and seeing that
he was not successful? And they're typically like no, they
normally if you see a fit person who goes to
the gym every day, they're normally successful throughout their whole

(06:03):
entire lives. And it goes back to discipline, like how
disciplined are you to show up every day and lead
yourself first before the world leads you? And I tell
you my book outlines daily habits that help women lead
themselves before they can lead their businesses, before they can

(06:26):
lead their families, before they can lead their teams. I
break this down into a simple daily framework inside the
book so you can get the book. You know, I'm
not The radio show isn't to sell the book, but
the radio show is to let you know that successful
women show up differently. And if you're looking for success
in twenty twenty six, then this show is for you today.

(06:49):
And I am pumped and I'm going to go. I
You know, they typically tell me, Tisha, You're a woman
of a thousand stories, and I do because I've had
so many clients throughout the years and I've impact so
many lives, and these stories become the frameworks for you know,
key illustrations on how you can flip this. But I

(07:09):
want to I want to pick take this little story
back to myself. So the beginning of this year, just
a few twenty one days ago, to be completely transparent,
I had a wobble. I was wobbling. I had called
in for more. I have an office in California, I
now have an office in Las Vegas, and I was

(07:33):
calling in more like my next best self. And I
had some scarcity come up, and I had some lack
come up, like am I what if what if I
don't make it? What if? And I was like, okay,
all right, wooh, I see you. Because a lot of
times these these major emotions just want to be witnessed

(07:55):
and seen and heard, and once you bring them to
the surface with awareness, they typically dissipate after that. And
so I had this wobble. I was like, oh my gosh, okay,
what if what if my my other office doesn't kick off?
I mean I had enough clients to sustain the office,
That's why I opened it, but what if, you know,

(08:15):
what if I couldn't continue to sustain it? And then
I thought, okay, how do I go back to a
more disciplined practice. And what I noticed was all of
these stories started happening in my head because I had
got off my daily epic morning routine. I had been
a bit lazy. I had been sleeping in. I have

(08:37):
a five am practice. I've been getting up at seven
seven thirty. I hadn't been moving my body as much
as I normally do. And uh, I said, okay, I
gotta change this because I want to lead myself. I
know what successful women do. I am a successful woman,

(08:57):
and I had to give myself a little pet on
the booty and you know, be my own cheerleader. As
to how am I going to create the reality of
my dreams? I know, I just keep showing up, Like
I just show up all the time. I show up
for you, I show up for me, I show up
for my community. And I'm like, okay, I'm showing up.

(09:17):
And so I'm like, okay, I'm leading back to a
more disciplined life because in that discipline life is where
I feel safe. And I think it comes back to safety.
So you know what I did is I took my
book and I'm like okay, and I went out on
this walking path by my house and I started walking.

(09:38):
I was doing like the walk run walk run type
of exercise, so I wasn't really walking, but I wasn't
really running, but it was in between and I was
really getting the breath into my lungs and you know,
talking to God. I was having having prayer and I
believe prayer is talking to God and meditation is listening.

(09:59):
So in my disco planned morning daily practice, I do
prayer and meditation. I talk, Oh my God, help me
down here planet Earth, because planet Earth is dense. And
that's why this show is called Beyond Mindset Limits, because
we're going beyond the mind because sometimes we can't lean
on our own understanding. We need to call in help

(10:20):
from God, source energy, call it down. And I was
on this walking path and I'm like, okay, I am
experiencing this wobble. I don't know what the heck. I
am getting everything that I have ever wanted. I put
it down on paper, I wrote it down, I spoke
it into words. I want to impact more lives. I

(10:40):
want to impact millions. I want to make millions. How
do I do this? God help me out? And the
wobble was there, like oh you think you could do this?
And all this stuff in my mind started coming up,
and I was like, I'm a mindset coach and I'm having,
you know this, this negative self talk. So out on
this walking path, I was doing that walking and I

(11:01):
was like, oh my gosh, Miss Tisha Marie Kane, you
are something else. You wrote the book. You wrote the
book Successful Women Show Up Differently, Six transformational habits to
help you win from the inside out. So can you
just listen to your own voice in here and be

(11:21):
more disciplined with your life? And I tell you who.
It wasn't until I after I did that walk. It
was about forty five minutes of a walk run. I
came back to my office and I was like, oh
my gosh, this is the magic. This is the magic.
Successful women lead themselves first, and I needed to lead

(11:44):
myself right out the gate before I even took a
client call, before I even jumped on zoom, before I
took the next step. I needed to be more disciplined
in my life. And that's where I was like, Okay,
I'm breaking myself free from this negative self talk of
what if it? What if I don't make it? And
I leaned in. I'm like, what if what if I

(12:07):
do what if I get to impact more lives in
twenty twenty six than I ever dreamed possible because I
know who I am and I've waited for this moment
my whole entire life. And I'm just congratulating myself and
telling myself, congratulations, you made it. And so I got

(12:29):
back to the office and I'm like, I wrote the
freaking book, Like this is so good, and how do
I get this out to more women? And that's why
we're talking about successful women show up differently, is because
I show you with the illustration of my own life
and my own wobble and all the things, how you
get to have everything you want, not just like by

(12:49):
little bit little bits, but by large amounts. Whatever you
can dream you can have. And I didn't believe this
until I started dreaming bit. So the first point was
successful women lead themselves first. So I'm like, Okay, I'm
going back to my discipline. I'm going to be really

(13:10):
disciplined in my morning routine. And that that saved me
because the wobble went away. And now I'm creating at
larger scales. I'm showing up differently again. I'm looking at things.
I'm more creative in my right brain and that's the
sweet spot. So the second point I want to talk
about is successful women. They don't react, They reset. And

(13:33):
so I had to in this wobble, reset my thinking,
reset my nervous system, reset my body to hold for
more because I was thinking like, Okay, what if I
don't make it? But I was like, uh uh, we're
not focusing on the what if I don't. What if
I do? What if? This gets to be more magical
than it ever has been. Most women aren't failing. They're

(13:58):
reacting all day long. They're reacting to emails, reacting to emotions,
reacting to stress. In comparison and to be completely transparent,
reaction creates burnout. And how do I know Because I'm
that girl, you know, or I was in the past.

(14:18):
So if you reset, you get to create clarity. And
that's exactly what I did in the wobble. In the
first part of this year, is I reset my nervous system,
and I teach women how to interrupt negative thought loops
in real time, and it's asking those good quality questions
and it's one of the most powerful shifts they experience

(14:42):
when they read this book. Successful women show up differently,
So let me tell you a little story about and
I love stories. I'll tell you a little story about
resetting your nervous system. My husband, who is an amazing man,
he has been law enforcement for like twenty five years
and the pre doing all the things, and and I'm like,

(15:04):
have you ever reset your nervous system? And he said, Babe,
that's kind of like garbling goop to me. I don't
even know what you're talking about right now. I'm like, yeah,
your nervous system. Have you ever like reset it? Like
all those years in the prisons, you know, being a
law enforcement officer, Like, I'm sure your nervous system is
like so out of whack. And he goes, I don't know.

(15:25):
I'm like, okay, great, So I secretly planned this little escape,
our family, little escape up to Mount Shasta, California. And
if you guys don't know anything about Mount Shasta, I
would invite you to research this place because it's so magical.
It is the root chakra of the world. Right so

(15:46):
in our bodies we have energy chakra bodies, but the
world and the earth has energy chakra bodies. And right
here in California, Mount Shasta is the root chakra of
the world, and I'm like, Okay, I'm going to take
my husband down through a process. But I knew that
I had to, like, you know, like tiptoe in, because

(16:07):
if I got to woo woo with him, he might
like freak out and not want to go. But I
was like, Okay, guess what, We're planning a little trip
to Mount Shasta. We're gonna come up here and we're
going to go on a hike. And and my baby,
he's ten, and my husband were there like, Hey, we're
going to go on a hike to Fairy Falls and
we're gonna get go up there. So we go hiking

(16:27):
up there and get all the way up to Fairy
Falls and the water is freaking freezing cold. But I
knew what I was going to do, but the boys
didn't know what I was going to do. So I
get up there and I saw a pool of water
underneath Fairy Falls. I saw a pool of water, and
I knew that I was going to do a cold
plunge because I knew the first time I did a

(16:47):
cold plunge that reset my nervous system, and that I'd
never had my nervous system reset. That I knew after
that I was. I was moving mountains, I was going
to shake things out. I was going to create at
a deeper level. And so my husband's like, okay, what
are you doing? So I begin taking. Luckily, I knew

(17:07):
because I had my bathing suit on underneath my clothes
and they didn't know. So I began taking out my clothes,
getting in my bathing suit, and my son and my
husband was looking at me like, okay, what is this.
My wife has just gone cuckoo for cocoa pumps, right,
and I'm like, guess what, guys, and they're like, what
are you doing? I'm like, I am going to do
a cold plunge. Now, here's what I need you to know.

(17:28):
I need you to get out your phone or look
on your watch, and I'm my goal here. I have
a goal, you know. I'm a strategist. My goal here
is I want to be in this water for at
least three minutes. And my husband's looking at me like
are you are you serious? I'm like, yep, yep. So
I stripped down in my bathing suit. I go in
and I know how to do this, So I went

(17:50):
back to my breath and I went in there three
minutes I was like, okay, and it was tough. It
was really really tough. But I had to go back
to my breath, go back in, hold, wait, pan out,
wait for it. And I knew this whole time it
was going to be magical on the other side of it.

(18:11):
I was just going to have to go The only
way through this is just to go through it. And
so I'm sitting in the freezing cold water watching the
fairy falls, the water fall down on my head, and
I knew I was going to sit there for three minutes.
I made it three minutes, three minutes, and like thirty seconds,
and my husband's like, holy moly, I can't believe you

(18:33):
just did that. It is freezing cold outside. This water
is freezing cold, and you just did a cold plunge.
And I said, yep, that's actually what that is. And
so my ten year old like yay, he gets, you know,
jumps in. He's like, well, I'm going to do it too,
and he's out over there playing around and my husband's like, well,
I'm not going to let my wife show me up.
If my wife can do this, I'm going to do this.

(18:55):
I didn't tell him that this was a nervous system reset.
I just said, oh, this is good for your body.
Let's just try it, you know, Let's just I'm gonna
challenge you. Because we're in our family like we love competition,
you know, like if you can do fifteen reps on
twenty five weights and I could do seventeen, you know,
and so we have like this friendly competition in our family.

(19:18):
So anyway, so I tell my husband, I'm like, okay,
check it out. Are you going to go in? He goes, yeah,
uh huh, I'm going in all right. So he takes
off his shirt and I'm like, okay, I'd like you
to go and try three minutes. He goes, oh yeah,
no problem, no problem. My husband had never done a
nervous system reset, let alone a freaking cold plunge. He

(19:41):
did not know what he was getting into, but I knew.
So he gets in and he I don't know if
you guys know what he looks like, but he's a
big burly man, you know, his big teddy bear, but
he's got his muscles and he works out every day,
and he's like climbing into the water. He nos, sooner
gets in that water and he was like, you know,

(20:01):
the water being so cold, took his breath away and
he got out. He wasn't even in there for like
ten seconds, and I'm looking at him. I'm like, dude,
you gotta let your wife show you up. You gotta
let your wife show you up. This is crazy. Let's go.
He goes what And I said, I told you before

(20:22):
you get in there, you gotta go back to your breath,
get in the water. And it's a mind thing. This
is a mental game to reset. And I said, just
it's a mental game. Is are you gonna let that
little pond win? Or are you gonna win the pond?
And he goes, Okay, do you think I can do it?
And I'm like yeah. And a lot of this when

(20:43):
I teach successful women to show up differently, a lot
of this is just you know, I'm your cheerleader. If
I could do it, you could do it. I'm your
biggest fan, like, let's go. And if you have someone
on the sidelines like cheering you on, then it makes
it a little less daunting. So I told my husband,
I'm like, okay, and you do it, And he's, oh, yeah,

(21:04):
I think I can do it. Do you think I
could do it? I'm like, oh, yes, man, you're gonna
make this pond. You know you're gonna do this. He goes, okay,
So I said, now listen, when you get in there,
I want you to go back to your breath. So
breathe in through your nose and just keep going back
to your breath and doing these loops deep breath in,

(21:25):
deep breath out. Okay. So he gets in there and
he stays in there. I think it was like four minutes.
When he gets out of this cold plunge in Mount Shasta, California,
he said, oh my, but Jesus, I didn't know that.
My whole body's on fire. It's like every the synapses

(21:47):
in my brain are firing every you know, my skin
is on fire, my energy bodies are on He didn't
say that, but something like that, right. So he was like, wow,
I feel differently, and I'm like, yeah, I guess what.
You just reset your nervous system. After twenty five years

(22:07):
in law enforcement, you probably never did that. He goes, never,
and his body was on fire. He felt like he
can run back to the car because he's like, wow,
there's something to that. I'm like absolutely, And we just
had a magical day up there, just resetting our nervous system,
just really calling back, you know, all the power to

(22:31):
our bodies and being inside of our bodies. And he
trusts me. Now, he believes me that there's something to
this resetting of your nervous system. So if you've never
heard of this before, I would invite you to go
and do a little bit of research, you know, check
it out, do a deep dive, like, hey, okay, I

(22:52):
don't think I've reset my nervous system at all, and
I think I get to do that. And there are
many ways to do that. There's many, many ways. I
like the cold plunge because miss Tisha Marie Kane style.
I want fast track to healing. I want the quick steps.
I'm a strategist. I won't work it out. Al want
give me the cheat codes. Let's figure this out together,

(23:13):
and let's fast track to healing. Let's fast track to
get this done. You know, fast action, fast aligned action.
I used to say in the past, and thank you,
miss Mary Anne for correcting me, if you're out there listening.
I used to say, Miss Tisha Marie Kane makes fast,
messy action. And I'm like, uh, she goes, I've never
known you to make fast messy action. What she said

(23:34):
is I know you to make fast aligned action for
what you got going on. I'm like, yeah, that makes sense,
and that goes to my next point is successful women
they speak differently, they really do. They speak differently. And
once you know the power of words, once you understand

(23:55):
how your words create your reality. I did a whole
executative wisdom series on the power of words and building
worlds with words and what that means. And so we're
going to go into that that point right now. Words

(24:15):
shape our identity, and casual negativity is costing women clarity
and confidence. So we're going to take a quick break
and we'll be back after these messages.

Speaker 2 (27:01):
Heck yes, and we are and heck yes we are
back with beyond mindset limits with mystician Marie Kane. That's me.
I'm an award winning author, executive council, clinical hypnotherapist, mindset coach.

(27:24):
I do all things. I'm a unicorn, you know. I
went to a client call yesterday. Actually I made a
house call. Isn't that great? So I do all things?
And my client had a couple of friends there at
the house and she says, can you just tell everybody
you know? Just tell them what you do? And I'm like,

(27:45):
oh my gosh, Like whoa. I'm like, well, this this
client house call is for you guys, and I'm here
to support you and it's not going to be about me.
But I just want to wrap this all up and
you could just call me unicorn, right, So they've laughing,
but I'm really I'm really happy that I get to
have all of these titles and I get to do

(28:07):
what feeds my soul. And that's why I'm here on
this radio show, and that I mean to be completely authentic.
That's who I am. I show up and I'm just raw,
and I write permission slips for people to show up
raw and messy and let's get down. Let's like do
this thing because I'm here to help and I know

(28:28):
my place in the world, and I I'm so blessed
to be here today to talk about my book Successful
Women show up differently. And before the break, we were
talking about the key insight how words shape your identity,
and it's really important. And you'll you'll hear me throughout
this radio show. You know, I won't go like to

(28:48):
be honest, because I'm always honest. I'm I'm so far
in integrity that I speak the truth, but I'll say
to be completely transparent, and I'm gonna need to get
something different, you know, just sitting here noodling out on
that right now, I'm going to need to get a
different phrase too, because I'm always transparent too. But I

(29:08):
just want to bring it to you about how words
shape identity. Casual negativity is costing women clarity and confidence.
So be careful what you say. If you speak like
the old version of you, you'll keep living like her too.
And so my book helps women catch internal loops, replace

(29:29):
them with truth based language, and practice daily. And so
let's talk about NLP and the power of words, and
what NLP is is neuro linguistic programming and the power
of words and neuro is the brain. Linguistic is language
and programming, the programs that we run in our mind.
And so if you're going to be a successful women,

(29:52):
you're going to show up differently by making sure that
you speak differently. Language is an energetic architecture, shapes safety
and trust and psychological climate. It shapes all of this.
And when a leader speaks from an unregulated state, like
their unregulated nervous system, their words often carry tension and

(30:14):
urgency and confusion. But when intention is grounded, language becomes
a tool for coherence, and we want to be in coherence.
You know what I worked with. I work with the
CEOO who unintentionally used the language that kept her teams anxious,

(30:35):
and she would say stuff like this. She'd say, I
need this asap. We can't mess this up. And I'm
throwing my hand in there, because before I was educated,
I used to say stuff like that too, and it
didn't allow for a lot of safety. But his intention
or her intention, wasn't about pressure. She was so passionate

(30:55):
about her job and meeting those timelines and meeting the
matrix and getting things out. She was a doer and
she she was a mover and a shaker. And just
like me, and she did all the things, but her
language kept her teams anxious. And so through the subconscious
rewiring and dialogue training with me in a hypnotherapy session,

(31:18):
we were able to recondition her internal state, and so
she started using language that shifted to let's align, let's
align our priorities. She would say, here's the outcome we're
moving towards. And it just feels so much better because
you speak differently, and so you show up differently because

(31:42):
you speak differently. It's this loop. And so I would
invite you. If you haven't did any research on neuro
linguistic programming, I would check that out too. So why
are and they're talking about nervous system reset and nervous
system recalibration. You're going to check into and how that
can shape your world. I used to say, oh gosh,

(32:05):
I have to go to work today, and now I say,
oh my goodness, I get to go to work, you know,
because some people don't have jobs and they don't get
to go to work. And so I just shifted that out,
and it feels so much better, like being in a
state of gratitude for what I have and what I'm
accomplishing I get to and this is why you know,

(32:27):
I lead people back to scripture too, is like starting
with gratitude. Thank you. Just the fact that you say
thank you, it immediately puts you in a state of
receiving right, like thank you, like your hands are wide open,
thank you for that. And it's like, oh yeah, so
that more's coming in because you open up your life
for abundance because you're in the state of a gratitude.

(32:49):
And so when you speak differently like that, you control
your positioning, you control your environment, you control your teams,
and you lend yourself and them to feel more safe,
and you play to their strengths because they don't feel

(33:10):
like they're being bombarded with language that causes anxiety and
causes them to not perform. High pressure conversations don't require
more force, they require more awareness. So when you're more
aware of the language that you're using, you can flip
the script on things. One CEO that I worked with

(33:33):
had to deliver it was really difficult news about restructuring
their whole cabinet team. Historically, he would enter those conversations
bracing for conflict. He'd like, oh my god, this is
going to be horrible, which triggered defense energies in the room,
like everybody was always on the defensive when he walked in,

(33:56):
and after working together with him, he learned to conversations
with grounded, intentional language, like Hey, let's walk through this
vision behind the decision together instead of we need to
talk about cuts, right, So it just immediately puts people
in the state of calm. And I'm a teacher and

(34:18):
I'm a preacher, and I'm all things like I started
this after the break them. I'm a unicorn, like there
is it. I am a student of life and I'm
always constantly pivoting myself and being street is strategic on
how do I help people? How do I help women?
How do I help humanity? I'm a humanitarian? How do

(34:39):
I help on a larger scale with the power of
words and building worlds with words? And so I just
teach people through reframing. You get to go to work
or you know, yeah that I'm feeling safer after that.
So key point is successful women speak differently, like do

(35:03):
the study learn how to strategically place words in sentences
to let people feel safe. And you're open and I
guarantee your businesses are going to thrive. Your family are
going to thrive. You know. I even use this with
my family and my son. I have a ten year

(35:24):
old son, and I was getting onto him. I'm like,
you didn't do this, you didn't do this, you didn't
wash the dishes, or you forgot to push start on
the dishwasher, right. And then my husband and I had
a little family meeting, and what we decided was, you know,
we've been getting onto him lately. I don't know if
he's like recalibrating or what his little system. But instead

(35:45):
of getting on too him about what he didn't do,
I said, let's just for this week, let's find all
the stuff that he is doing right, and let's just
congratulate him on that and see if we might get
better behavior, because you know, be in ten is hard, right,
and uh well, being forty nine is hard to it.
Let's be true. You know, the world is dense. I'm

(36:06):
going to be tish a five point zero this year,
and I'm really excited about that. But you know it
gets to be dent sometimes. And so I was telling
my husband, let's find the things that he's doing right,
and he's like, okay, you know, I'm willing to try
anything because whow things were getting kind of cuckoo over here,
and so what we did was like, oh my gosh, son,

(36:27):
you're doing so great. You know, I really loved how
you made your bed this morning. You know, I really
loved how you put that toothbrush and the toothpaste back
in the drawer after you were done. It like shows
that you're having more responsibility over your things, and wow,
you're just doing really good. And oh wow, I'm really
glad that you put the keys to the shop back

(36:49):
up on the key hanger. You know, thank you for
doing that, because this way, you know, it just makes
things a bit easier when we're trying to rush and
get out of the house. And you know, I tell
you that whole reframing and speaking differently to our son,
he saw that we were looking for things of him
doing things better, that he wanted to please us more.

(37:12):
And then you know, we caught him like getting the
broom and like sweeping something arbitrarily that he never really
really would have done, but he knew that we were watching,
and we're like, wow, thank you. There is like popcorn,
you know, one of your little popcorn cardinals on the floor,
and wow, you know, thank you for sweeping that up
so we didn't have to. So the power to speak

(37:34):
differently to your teams, to your family, it really goes
a long way. And I love that, and that's what
I want to teach is in this book, successful women
show different show up differently. This is one of my
key takeaways is how you speak is what you're going
to get. So let's move on. Another thing is successful
women they don't quit. They return. When the most successful

(37:58):
women fall off the routine, the difference, they don't spiral,
they just return. That's when I opened this show with
my little wobble this year. I just returned to my
epic morning routine. I could have quit and said I
don't know if that Vegas office is going to take off,
and it's too scary and and pull back. But I knew,

(38:19):
with every fiber of my soul, I want that to
take off so that I could impact more lives and
I can help people. And I'm so passionate about it
that I knew I wasn't going to quit, and I
knew I wrote the book Miss Tisha Marie Kane, giving
myself that little pep talk. I wrote the book so

(38:40):
I didn't want to quit. I wanted to return. And
so the most powerful women I know aren't perfect their
practice at returning, returning to their vision, returning to their purpose,
returning to their truth. And this is the core habit
in the book. And I don't want to unpack it

(39:02):
here because I want you to get the book and
I want you to go through it. But it's returning
to what feels good and safe in your body, return
to what you know. You're like, Okay, in the past,
this's worked out great, and something happened where it's not
working out great. Can we return to what we've done

(39:22):
in the past, because I know me like I habit stack.
Have you guys ever done that? Where like you just
continue to stack habits like Okay, Now I'm going to,
you know, add four more bottles of water to my
daily practice today, and then I'm going to eat more
live foods. Okay, and those two combine make me feel better.

(39:44):
And then I'm going to go out and I'm going
to make sure that I walk around the block four
times today, getting the breath into my lungs, breathing out,
talking to God, hugging trees, my neighbors see me hugging
trees all the time. It's so great. But I'm like,
have you tried it? And they're like no, I'm like, well,
why don't you try it? And then I have neighbors
secretly coming Tisha. Do you know? I like, I was

(40:04):
hugging trees yesterday and it changed my life. I didn't
realize how ungrounded I was until I went up to
that tree and hugged the tree and buried my feet
into the roots of that tree all the way down
to the center of the earth, and just was present
and thankful for life. They didn't quit. They returned to
what they already knew, and that gets to be so

(40:28):
so awesome. Just to return what's worked in the past
and do that again rather than quit. Quitting is not
in our vocabulary at all. This book is a tool
for you. It's not just to read. It's something to
be used. And you know, I outlined some trackers in
this book. I outlined Daily Habit Tracker. I'm trying to

(40:55):
remember all of it. But it's it's a it's a
tool to be used. It's it isn't a motivational book
that you read once. No, it's a practice based framework
you don't read the book. You practice it and I
give you the tips and tricks. If you just do
the six transformational habits in this book, you're going to

(41:15):
write it and you're going to say, miss Tishmary Kane,
you totally transformed my life. And I'm going to say, no,
you did because you returned to discipline, You return to
resetting your nervous system, you return to speaking clearly, You
returned to you know, using this as a tool and

(41:35):
returning to what you knew. So if you just do it,
and I believe this as I talk about this too,
is like healing is in the doing. What are you
doing to shift out of your current situation and call
in for more? If that's what you want? What are
you're doing? And I mean I believe in vision boards? Right,

(41:57):
God created light? God you know, light is the first
thing God created. So there was a vision and whatever
God means to you one source energy ray. The Almighty
God first created light. So I believe in vision boards,
but more importantly this year, I believe in alignment boards

(42:17):
and action boards. What are you going to do to
action out where you want to be? What strategy or
matrix you're going to be doing? To action out, you're
going to return to what you already know. You're gonna
have it stack. You can add more water, you can
add more live foods. You're gonna add more exercise, affirmations, prayer, meditation.

(42:38):
I do it all. I do more before the sun
comes up than most people do all day. And you
know why, because one, I'm committed to myself. Two I'm
committed to my family. Three I'm committed to my community.
And I just love living in joy. Like every day

(42:58):
I jump out of bed like what's next? How do
we get to respond to life instead of react like
what's gonna show up in my hologram today? And then
I just watched Miss Avatar Tisian Marie Kane behave. I'm like,
what is she gonna do? How's she gonna be handling that?
Earlier today? Speaking of that earlier today, I had three

(43:19):
people I was traveling down the roadway and three different
segments on this highway beep at me, beep beep their
horn at me, and I'm like, am I an awful
driver today? Or what's going on? And they just beeped
at me and I'm like, hey, thank you so much.
You know, I just kind of have a good day.
And I'm like, I wasn't going to react to them.

(43:41):
I was responding to life. And I took that little
beep like, hey, how's it going. Maybe it was a friend.
I couldn't even really see. I think it was one
of them was a friend, but I couldn't really see.
But I was just not reacting to the beeps. I
was just responding. I was like, hey, thank you. You know, beatpep,
beat beep back at you, is what I was saying.
And I was kind of laughing in my car. So

(44:02):
it was pretty funny. So this book isn't a tool.
I want you to go back to the book. I
want you to do the thing. Do the thing. What
are you doing? Ask yourself this question. What am I
doing to hold for more? What am I doing to
call in the next best version of my life? What

(44:23):
am I doing? If it's nothing, then your butt better
be getting to work or you could just be lazy.
You know I have lazy days too. You know. I
love to work and work. I've created a life where
work and play is it's all in mesh. It's like
I don't even feel like I'm working. It's just like
I get to help people on the legal realm, on

(44:44):
the coaching realm, and the publishing realm. I give people
a megaphone for their voice, as I'm on this radio
show giving myself a megaphone for my voice, just helping.
So use the book. Do it. Write down some things
that you want to call in for twenty twenty six

(45:06):
or twenty what is it, twenty one days in like
I already got. You should see what I've done. And
I'm not saying matchup to my energy, because I'm a
big energy. I'm not saying that. I'm just saying, write
five little steps down and go towards that where it's like, okay,
I want to be healthier for twenty twenty six. Well
what are you doing? Okay, well nothing, Okay, let's do that. Okay,

(45:29):
let's eat some a salad today for lunch, that live
food to make our bodies feel good. So I just
love this work. I'm just so blessed and I'm just
in a state of gratitude that I get to I
get to show up for you today and really just
kind of help you action out if you feel stuck
or you know, not going towards the direction that you

(45:51):
want to go, or you're like, life sucks, and you
know in today's climate. You know, someone said to me
the other day, they go, can you believe leave what's
going on in the world. And I'm like, what do
you mean? What now? I do live on my own
planet and in my own little world. But I'm like, oh,
my gosh, yes, I can't believe it. It's so great.

(46:12):
I've made the most money this year, I've helped the
most people. I've impacted more lives than ever before. I
am so excited. And they're like, I got this little
wobble in their face, like where's she coming from? She's
like from planet Mars. But it's really what you focus
on and what you want to grow. Like I just
turned down the noise, right, I'm done with all the

(46:33):
noise and the world stage. I'm creating a stage for
myself where I am the lead actor in my own play.
And how do I want this play to go? Because
I have these non character players, like the people that
beeped me in my little hologram today on the roadway,
they beeped me beat beep. They are non character players

(46:56):
in my play, and I can respond to them or
I can react to them. I'm just like was just
in a state of joy. They can go off and
be angry and you know, have friction in their life,
but I'm just having a good time enjoying my ride.
It was so grand. So you know, look at that,
look at what you're doing. Let's go into the six point.

(47:19):
I got something else for you. I want to tell
you who this book really is for. It says successful
women show up differently, but you could go whoa wo men? Successful?
Whoa men can show up differently too, But this book
is for women who are successful on paper but knows

(47:40):
she's meant for more. That's me, Like I almost wrote
the book for me, you know, like I'm the avatar.
I knew that I was meant for more, more alignment,
more peace, more clarity, more money. I love talking about money.
Money is just energy. I knew I was meant for more.
So I wanted to write a book to teach people
how to in for more. And if you're tired of overthinking,

(48:03):
if you're tired of spiraling or feeling off even though
you're capable, this book was written for you. It really
was written for you. If any part of this conversation resonates,
I want to invite you to get the book. Go
to Amazon. You can get you go to go to
my website Tish Marie King dot com. Get the book there.
Go to Amazon, get the book there. It's priced to sell.

(48:26):
Let's be real, I mean, I want this book in
everybody's hands. Just do the six transformational habits and then
write in and tell me how it changed your life
and how you're changing your life. And you don't need
to change your whole life today, even though, if if
I had a choice, I'd want to radically transform. I

(48:50):
heard it today. Radically rapidly, radically rapidly transform your life.
That's what I would do. But sometimes it gets to
be too much. Right, So, you don't need to change
your whole life today. You just need to start showing
up differently, and this book shows you how to do that.
This book is not about words just on paper. This

(49:12):
book is my heart, you guys. My heart is poured
out for every woman who has ever felt like she's
running in circles doing all the right things quote unquote.
You guys don't hear me, but it's the air quotes
doing all the right things yet still feel behind. Successful
women show up differently is my love letter to you,

(49:37):
my sister in purpose. It's the framework I wish I
had when I was overwhelmed and when I was distracted,
and when I was questioning my next steps. It's a
reminder that you don't need to hustle harder, and you
just need to be realigned deeper. This is a reminder
for that. This book is part scripture, part science, part

(50:02):
lived experience. I put that in there. I've lived a
lot of lives in forty nine years. I really have,
because I want to when I die, I want to
suck this life dry. I want to know that I've
impacted more lives than ever because my energy and my
broadcast broadcasted a frequency so loud and so wide that

(50:24):
I just wrote permission slips for everyone to show up
authentic and who they are. This book is where faith
meets daily action and an inside I share six habits
that help you radically shift your own life and the
lives of the women I've had the honor to mentor

(50:45):
you'll find practical tools A nine day radical mindset reset
that this one is powerful. If nothing else, get it
for the radical nine day Reset. It will freaking transform
your live. Let's be real it has trackable systems in there,
because you can't manage what you don't measure, and I
talk about that all the time. My prayer is that

(51:07):
you read and practice what's inside the pages, and that
you you just don't learn from them, but you transform
your life, you see yourself clear again, and that you
rise every morning with peace and purpose and power. This
is my offering to you. May it bless you, May

(51:30):
it stretch you. May it remind you that you are
the most successful woman that you'll ever be, and you're
here to live a big life. So get the book,
do the things, do all the things if you want more.
But I want to take a few minutes. We have

(51:51):
a few minutes left before my show ends. Which up,
I there's been many people writing in with questions for
today's show, and I wanted to take a moment real
quick to answer those. I wanted to think all of
you for writing in. While I can't address all of you,
I want to, but I want to address a few.
So Melissa from Riverside, she writes in why does it

(52:13):
feel like everything looks? What does she say? She says,
why does it feel like everything looks successful on the outside,
Yet something still feels off on the inside. Oh my gosh, Melissa,
if you are listening, feeling a disconnect between external success
and internal fulfillment often stems from misalignment. So it sounds

(52:35):
like to me, you're misaligned with your personal values. What
are your values? What are the five points? I call
them the five points of light? What are your values?
You need to get realigned so it doesn't feel off,
get realigned. So for me, my five points light are
Number one is health, number two is family, number three

(53:01):
is wealth, number four is travel, and number five is impact.
I have those five values, and if it's not acting
towards one of those five values, I'm not doing it.
I'm not doing it. So I'll see you guys next week.
I'm so excited. Thanks for tuning in for today's.
