Speaker 2 (00:32):
Hi you guys. We are back for another week of
Beyond Mindset Limits. My name is Tisha Marie Kine. I
am a unicorn. I do all things. I'm an executive
council expert, mediator and communicator. I'm a breakthrough mindset coach,

and self worth. So this is beyond mindset limits, where
(01:36):
clarity meets confidence and transformation becomes actionable. Today we are
talking about identity shifting, and you know what, let's be
completely transparent. I am a master at this identity shifting.
I think I as a shape shifter or something in
my past life, but I tell you right now, I
(01:57):
have lived a thousand lives in ten years, a thousand
lives easy, So I'm a master at this topic. So
I want to welcome you to the show. If you
are traveling down the roadway, if you're home a cleaning house,
or you're at work or on the golf course, I'm
so glad you're here because I got the cheat codes
and I want to teach them to you. And I'm
(02:19):
giving you this information free. Okay. People pay me thousands
of dollars to get this advice, to have them come
through my coaching programs. I do one on one coaching
for me to give them an action planned, a step
by step guide to rewire and re route the life
(02:40):
of their dreams. And I know that sounds cliche, but
the reality is I live in my highest joy. Every
day life gets to be so exquisite life gets to
be a playground, and once you realize that, the doors
open up. So today let's talk about identity shifting right
(03:03):
where we don't change how we think, we change who
we become. And I want to start today off with
a question. So ask yourself this question. What if the
only thing standing between you and your next level is
who you believe that you are? What if the only
(03:24):
thing standing between you and your next level is who
you believe you are? Not your resources, not your circumstances,
not your past, but your identity. Have you ever heard
the idea that the fish will only grow to the
size of the bowl. This is an old urban legend, right,
(03:46):
And they say, you take that same fish and you
put it into a bigger environment and it grows. And
I know this firstthand not because it learned more, not
because it worked harder, but because the container changed. And
here's the truth. You are the fish and your identity
(04:08):
is the bowl. Your life right now is not a
reflection of your full potential. It's a reflection of the
identity you have been living. So let me ask you this,
where in your life are you living in a bowl
when you were meant to be living in the ocean, right,
(04:29):
So what are you doing? Are you putting yourself into
these containers that are too small? Are you not living
your full potential? Are you not living in your bigness?
Interesting enough, I had this come up just yesterday. I
was doing a live Zoom podcast and I was like, Okay,
I'm gonna wear this necklace and these earrings. And I
(04:52):
looked in the mirror and I'm like, oh my gosh,
this is way too much. And I'm like, oh no, Tisha,
Marie Kinge, that is a story that you used to
tell yourself in the past, like don't be too much,
or other people would assign that to me, you know, Tisha,
you know, calm down, you're a little loud, don't be
too much. And I looked myself in the mirror and
(05:13):
I'm like, can I allow myself to be too much today? Yep,
I'm gonna be too much today. My ear rings were big,
my necklace was big. Everything was blown out of proportion.
And you know what, yesterday I got the most compliments
from everyone. Hey, I love your earrings, Hey I love
your necklace. Right, because I allowed myself to live in
the ocean of my dreams and not the bowl. I'm
(05:35):
a big fish, okay, and I know you guys who
are listening are big fish too. But the environment in
which you're living in uh huh No, We've got to
change our environment. And more importantly, we're talking today about
changing your identity. It's it's true. You can do this.
So here's the problem. Most people want to change their life,
(05:58):
but they're going about it backwards. They start with action,
they start going to the gym, they start a new business,
or they say I'm going to put myself out there
on social media, and so that works for a while,
but then something happens. They fall off. They stop, They
(06:20):
go back to who they've always been. Why because they
tried to change from the outside in and it does
not work that way. It's who you believe you are.
And I do a lot of energy work too. I
love money because once I realize that money is just energy,
(06:41):
my whole world opened up and I'm like, ooh, Tisha,
can you let's see, can you really play with the
energetics of money? Can you do this? And so I
challenged myself and once I realize money is just energy
if you're not making the money that you want to make,
it's because you're not calling in more, You're not being
in the ocean of your life. You're still living in
(07:02):
the fish pool. All money is is energy. You raise
your vibe, you get more energy. People love your energy,
they give you the stuff, but you've got to believe
that you are meant for more. And this is essentially
what I've done. And I've opened the show with I've
lived one thousand lives and ten years. And i can
tell you that because today is my wedding anniversary. And
(07:26):
what you know, marriages are hard, even though I've married
the best man in American history. It's something we have
to work out every single day, you know, putting our
love first and our family first. But my husband has
given me the freedom to grow, Otherwise I would outgrow
him through the years. And it's funny because here and
(07:46):
our family, we're highly competitive, right, So if he goes
I'm going to go to the gym and I'm going
to lift, you know, fifty weights or whatever, then I'm like,
I'm on lift seventy five. Right, So we're highly competitive,
but it's something that we work on every single day.
And so when I look at this identity thing and
how I've changed through the years. It's fascinating to me,
(08:11):
and so that's why I wanted to teach it today.
I wanted to teach it today on this radio program
just so you can have some nuggets if you're wanting
to transform your life. If you don't get it, you're
probably not even here. But if you are wanting to
transform your life, this identity shifting is the freaking cheat code.
And if you do not believe me, borrow my belief.
(08:34):
Just borrow my belief. Identity shifting is the cheat code,
the fastest way to live the life that you've always wanted. Right, So,
I want to tell you something. There's three layers to
this identity shifting, and layer three is actions. And that's
what most people focus on is actions. Okay, they want
(08:56):
to release twenty pounds. We don't say we're lose losing,
we're gonna lose twenty pounds. No, because if you lose it,
you can find it. But when we go in release weight,
we're going to release twenty pounds, they're like, Okay, I'm
gonna start running. Well, it's that's the problem. You're focusing
on the action. Layer number two, you're focusing on the stories,
(09:17):
the things that you tell yourself every single day. Business
is too competitive, the systems are watered down. I'm not
good at social media. Relationships don't work for me. And
those stories they quietly control your actions. I hope you
(09:38):
know that those stories quietly control your actions. But underneath
all of that is layer number one, identity, who you
believe you are. And here's the truth. You don't get
what you want, you get who you are. So I
do a lot of work with subconscious reprogram I had
(10:00):
an executive come into my office here recently and he says, Tisha,
I don't know what happened in that hypnotherapy session last week,
but all I know is I am completely changed. And
he says, my idle thoughts are no longer negative, like
my whole world has opened up. And I said yes,
(10:20):
because we rewired those stories and that old programming at
the subconscious level, not at the conscious level. Because he's
a very left brain logical type executives, right, And it's
funny because I'm a split brain, right, so half of
me is very logical. I'm a triple Virgo zodiac sign sun,
(10:41):
moon and rising, so I've got spreadsheets for spreadsheets, i
got logic over here. And then the other fifty percent
of my brain is the art, the arts, the creative.
I want to do art all day and swing in
my hammock. Right. So I have a really interesting perspective
on life and on how I view the world. So
(11:03):
I just use that to help people shift into this
identity that they've always wanted to be. So he was like,
I don't know what happened, but I have totally transformed
my life in one hypnotherapy session. That's why I believe
in hypnotherapy. I believe in the power of changing your thoughts,
changing your habits, changing your actions. But those are the
(11:26):
three layers. We have layer number three. So if you
look at this like a bullseye, right, so layer number
three is the outside, which is the actions. Layer number
two is the stories, and then layer number one is
the identity. Right in the bulls eye is the identity.
So let me give you another story, because I'm a
woman of a thousand stories, right, I have a story
(11:49):
for everything. Because I really believe that I'm here on
planet life school, I'm here to gather all these wonderful experiences.
I'm very conscious with my language because I used to
say I'm gathering these experiences. So I had to feel anger, sadness, guilt, shame,
not good enough. I had to feel all those feelings
to experience that, and I'm done. I'm like, oh, okay,
(12:11):
I'm done. I'm here to add these wonderful experiences to
my life. And so I have tons of tons of
stories to help guide you down through this. So I
remember when I was younger and I told myself the
story that I was bad at math. Okay, and so
maybe you've done something like that, And I anchored that
(12:33):
in and it became a part of who I was.
Then later in life, I stepped into business and then
suddenly math mattered. So I remember in elementary school, remember,
like I think it was like third grade. Teacher would say, okay, Jason,
come up to the board, Louise come up to the board,
(12:55):
Tisha come up to the board, and they do the
times tables right. And so I remember getting up there
and having to do the elevens right. She'd go eleven
times one, eleven times two, and I hadn't figured out
the patterns Now in my adult life. Ooh, and Tony
Robbins talks about this a lot. If you can find
(13:16):
the patterns and things. It's another cheat code. So my
brain is like spatially geometrically connected to all things, and
so I can see those patterns. So when I was
in third grade, I hadn't figured out the elevens, you know,
twenty two, thirty three, forty four, fifty five. I hadn't
figured that out. And so because she called us up
(13:38):
to the board, all the other kids were like laughing
at me, right, and I was like, oh my gosh,
I felt horrible. I couldn't do the elevens. And all
of my life I anchored in the fact I couldn't
do math until I got to college and I went
to junior college. I was on the ten year plan
(13:59):
in gue when your college is not Crazy, Miss Tisha
Marie Kane was on the ten year plan in junior college.
I didn't know what I was going to grow be
when I grow up, and you know, to be completely transparent,
I still don't know what I want to be. I
can do all things, and that's who I am as
a unicorn. But in junior college, my math professor said,
you know what, Tisha, you have proven over and over
(14:22):
that you can compartmentalize your life. And when you leave
these doors. I know you're not going to do the homework.
So guess what. I'm going to prescribe ten problems and
you're going to do those, and I'm going to prescribe
ten more, and then you're going to do your homework
in class. And what she did was that algebra question
over and over and over and over and over, and
(14:44):
I'm like, oh my gosh, this is easy, right, And
I'm like, okay, all right, I got this. So she
made me do the homework in class before I left,
and I got better at math, and I rewired that story.
But more importantly, when I moved on to become a
senior ops manager at logistics company, I was managing p
and ls of seven million dollars a month, right, And
(15:07):
once I created and mapped across math equaled money, WHOA,
my whole life opened up. Math equaled money and wealth
and health has always been my top values. So when
I equated math to money, I was like, Okay, I
(15:28):
got this. And I went on to manage p and
ls at the highest level down to the dollar amount,
and my superiors, my executives, the presidents of the company
would go to me and say, hey, taschef, go for Nickels,
keep the lights on, and go for Nichols. I want
to see what you can do on your p and
L and if you do well, we'll give you a
bonus at the end of the year. So I played
(15:50):
a game with myself and math turned into money and
I changed how my brain worked, and I carved back
a different identity around math and how that worked in
my brain. It hit me. It hit me like a
ton of bricks. Nothing changed except who I believed I was.
I believed that I could manage these p and ls.
(16:13):
I believed that I could go for Nichols. I believed
that I was good at it. I wasn't good at
mouth as what I thought. But if you changed it
over to money, ooh yeah, let's go. That was great, right.
So the gap between who you are and who you
want to be is filled with the stories you keep
(16:34):
telling yourself. And again back to the stories I remember
about ten years ago, before I met my husband, I
was a victim of domestic violence and that was hard.
I never thought that my work life. I was a manager.
I was on top of my game. I was making millions,
(16:55):
I was running a barn. I was managing four hundred
truck drive. I was a manager. I was doing all
this stuff, and then at home it was completely the
other story. So I became a victim of domestic violence.
And I had to tell myself that story all the time.
I just couldn't believe that that had happened to me.
(17:17):
But I know now I was so out of alignment
with my life's purpose and in a relationship that I
never should have been in that God was just kind
of helping me through that. I get that now because
I reframed how that all worked out. But the story
that I got lost in was I'm a victim of
domestic violence, victim of my domestic violence, over and over
(17:40):
and over again until I remember one day I said,
oh no, I'm a survivor. I'm a survivor of domestic violence.
And I had to tell that story over and over
at nauseum until I had to work it through my body.
This was before before I knew about body work, because
(18:03):
I was all very logical up in my head. I
was a senior ops manager. I can action this out
in my head and not even bring it into my body.
And if any of you this is beyond mindset limits,
this is a bit woo woo and real, like, you've
got to have the beautiful marriage of the mind, body
and spirit, and once that comes online together, you can
(18:25):
quickly shift out and neutralize and begin to release things.
So at nauseum, I was like, I'm a survivor of
domestic violence over and over again, right, And then I
remember the day that I was like, I cannot say
that ever again. I don't care about the stories in
(18:45):
the past. If I told the stories at the past,
I was stuck there right. I even went to the
support groups at the Women's Haven, and I love those guys.
Those guys are like angels because they showed up right
when I needed them the most. But what I realized
was we were talking about the same stuff all the time.
(19:08):
And then I remember that day like I can't go
there anymore because I can't talk about this anymore. I
have to shift out of that story into something else.
And I remember sitting there saying, Okay, great, what story
am I going to say now? And I'm like, okay, well,
who I have been ram through the family court and
(19:29):
I don't know anything about the family court, and I'm
spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on attorneys, and Okay,
I'm going to figure this out and I'm going to
go to law school, and I'm going to tell myself
that story. Since I spent ten years at the junior
college and then four years at the other college getting
my teaching credentials. Now I'm going back to law school.
(19:51):
I've spent seventeen years in school. And you know what
the real reality is When you tell people, most people
that they're like, oh my gosh. But the reality is,
I'm still in school. I'm taking myself to YouTube school
right now. I'm learning some software programs on YouTube right
now that are fantastic. And what I've learned about myself
is I love learning about myself, which is why I'm
(20:13):
a mindset coach, which is why I teach you, which
is why I help collapse. The timelines give you the
cheat codes to do this quicker because I love fast,
easy buttons. I love to get in, get it done,
move on, go do something else. And that's what I do.
So I kind of laugh at myself most days because
I'm like, Okay, wow, I just did all of that,
(20:36):
and there's more, right, there's more. So let me break
this down for you Step one, identify the bowl that
you're living in. We are the three to five core
stories that we tell ourselves, and most of them fall
(20:56):
into four camps. Whether oh it's too late, i can't
do that now, or oh it's too scary, or it's
just the wrong time, or I'm just not someone who
would do that, or I'm too old, or I'll probably fail,
or I'm not ready yet, or I'm not disciplined, or
(21:19):
I'm not a business person. This is what I call
the small bowl syndrome. Okay, you're not stuck your self defined,
so you need to identify what camp that you're in.
It's too what are the stories that you're telling yourself?
(21:40):
I want to know, like deep down, like, oh, I'm
not good at social media. I couldn't go dance in
public because I'm afraid that they will make fun of me.
I don't care at this point, Like I'm dancing public
all across America because I'm like, who cares. Nobody's living
my life except me. No one pays my bills except me,
(22:02):
So why am I going to let someone else's story
or my own itty bitty crappy committee tell my story
that I'll probably fail? What if I don't make it? Well,
just on the other side is what if I do?
What if? Right? So I opened up this office in
(22:22):
Las Vegas, so I gotta I have an office in California.
I have an office in Las Vegas. And I was scary.
I was like, what if I fail? And my husband,
he cheerleads me all the time, he goes, but what
if you succeed? I'm like, who's the mindset coach here?
You know, because my family picks up on you know,
the words that we use in the house. And I said, okay, great,
here's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna be all in.
(22:44):
I am all in. I am all in on my goals.
I am all in on my dreams. If I moved
to Las Vegas and I fail, I don't care. At
least I have the story that I am. I did it.
I tried it. It's so or I did it. I
tried it and it was good. So I went all
(23:05):
in on myself. So hold on right there, We're gonna
get ready to go to break and stay tuned for
the sponsors that are in the break. And then after
we come back, I'm gonna shore this up for you.
And kitch you out of that small bowl syndrome?

And we are back with Beyond Mindset Limits. I am
your host, Tisha Marie kin It's c ai in, It's biblical, Okay.
Go to www dot Tishamrikaine dot com. There you can
schedule an appointment with me. I'd love to be able
to support you an identity shift today. That's what we're
talking about, shifting your identity. My desire is to shoot
(26:47):
up my rockets of desire. My goal for twenty twenty
six is new heights, new sites. I want to impact millions,
make millions, grow my businesses, grow your businesses. I'm calling
in more, I'm calling in bigger, I'm calling in better.
You know why, because we're worth it. We're worth it.
And I have helped thousands of clients shift into their
(27:10):
next identity, next best version of themselves. And I want
to do that for you today too. So here's the
framework we talked about. Step one is identify your bowl
that you're living in. Let's go into the framework. Step two,
let's create the blueprint. You need a bigger bowl. Hello,
you need a bigger ball. And that starts with clarity.
(27:35):
What do you want? I want you to ask yourself something.
Most people are too afraid to ask, what do I
really want? But I'm too scared to admit what does
my ideal week actually look like? That's what realistic, not
what's safe, but what's true. Because you cannot grow into
(27:59):
a life you've never allowed yourself to imagine. And I
help people. Have a little note on my desk right here,
I have daily non negotiables. Daily, I have five daily
non negotiables. So this is framework number two. Create the blueprint.
I have morning movement. I go to the driving range Monday,
(28:20):
Wednesday and Friday. I journal, I do art, and I
read my Bible and you can read whatever holy book
you're reading. I'm currently reading two Bibles. I'm reading the
Quran and I'm reading the Scripture. So this is what
I'm doing because I'm a student of life. But so
I have these daily non negotiables of the life that
I want to live and create. I at I'm getting
(28:42):
ready to go to level fifty this year. I'm turning
fifty five zero. I'm forty nine. I'm turning fifty this year,
and I just call it, like Tisha Marie Kane five
point zero. So watch out, watch and see what I do.
Because what I'm doing is transforming lives and that is
my passion, right, So my daily non negotiables now at
(29:04):
age fifty, I'm saying, you know what, I get to
play before I work. And so every day i'm at
the driving rage or rather Monday, Wednesday, Friday, I'm gonna
play before I work, and even my work, like, I
don't even have to take a break from my life.
You know a lot of people have to, like I
have to go away on vacation. No, I've created a
(29:25):
life where I don't have to take a break from
like my work doesn't even feel like work. I'm like
so jazz to be able to help people along the way.
And in the course of this, I just got to
tell you this. In the course of this coaching today
calling in more and identity shifting, I was on the
phone with a client yesterday and she was telling me.
(29:47):
She goes, girl, you know I just had a mind
blown from our hypno secession a year ago. And she goes,
I need to circle back around with you and let
you know that a lot of things have been dropping
in since that Hypno therapy session that they didn't realize
until now. And I want to circle back And I
said great, and she goes, you know, I'm just barely
making it. I'm like, ooh, girl, sounds like you haven't
(30:09):
fixed your relationship with money. And she said what I said, Yeah,
sounds like you have not fixed your relationship with money.
And she goes, wow, I didn't even know I had
a relationship with money. And I said, oh, yes, honey,
you do. And she I said, well, guess what I
do a hypnote therapy appointment for fixing your relationship with money.
(30:29):
So then after that, you know, after you have a
session with me, you'll be able to clear that out.
So she goes, wow, okay, I'm really interested in that,
and I'm barely making ends me and I'm doing the
best I can. And I said, here's what you do.
You put an envelope out on the counter and you
put hypnote therapy session with Miss Tisha Marie Kane, and
you'll watch how the universe wants to hand itself to
(30:52):
you on a silver platter, because it will. You've got it.
You have got to shoot up your rockets of desire
into the planet, the aliens, God, Gus. We pray to Gus, God,
Universe and spirit. You've got to shoot up your rockets
of desire. You've got to speak it out loud because
the spoken word is so important. You got to write
(31:14):
it out because that creativity the right brain is so important.
And then you got to tell everybody so they can
help manifest you into your highest timeline of making more money.
So she did exactly that. So on this radio show
right now, I just got a text message, she said, girl,
So my boss just called me and I got a
(31:34):
forty percent raise I'm absolutely speechless, and I hope she's
okay with me reading this on the radio. She will be.
I'm crying on the phone to my boss. I'm just
floored right now, and I'm so excited to work with
you again. That happened right now in live time. So
(31:55):
it's great. So she's creating a different blueprint because she's
getting clarity of shooting her rockets of desire out into
this world to call in for more, to hold for more.
She is magical, this woman. So I'm so excited for her,
and we're gonna be working together soon, which is great.
(32:16):
So step two, so let me just go back because
I you know, I I'm a woman, like I said,
of a thousand stores. Framework number one is identify the bowl.
Framework number two is create a new blueprint, and then
framework step number three is installed the identity. Step three
install it. And this is where most people get it wrong.
(32:40):
They think they need more information, more podcasts, more books,
more research. And you know what, I'm guilty of this too.
I'm like, Okay, I need more and more and more.
Speaker 1 (32:50):
No, you already have.
Speaker 2 (32:52):
Seventeen years of college. I'm sure you're gonna be able
to figure it out.
Speaker 3 (32:54):
You know.
Speaker 2 (32:55):
So I have to talk to myself too. You know,
I fall short sometimes too as a mindset coach. I've
had a couple of wobbles this year. But you know
what the reality is. I know this work, I teach
this work. I'm a master practitioner at this work. Right.
So they think they need more information, more books, research
all this stuff. But let me ask you who learns
(33:17):
more the person who reads about surfing or the person
who gets in the water and rides the waves. Right,
Because you can read all about Okay, take the next
wave out, make sure it's coming. I don't know, I'm
just making stuff up. I don't even know if that's true.
But you know, I'm thinking if I were to read
a book about waves about surfing, all right, go in
(33:38):
the morning, probably right, And I'm reading this, But what
if I just took my surfboard out there and I
rode the waves. One hour of doing will change you
more than ten hours of thinking. So let me say
that again. One hour of doing it will change you
more than the ten hours of thinking through it. So
(34:02):
I also put this into play. So I am doing
the YouTube school right now, and so I have the
YouTube up on one screen. I have the other software program.
I'm working on the other screen, and I'm following along
with the hot keys and the hot buttons along with
this YouTube teacher to teach me. And I tell you,
(34:23):
my comprehension has soared through the roof because I'm not
just listening to it, I'm doing the work while he's teaching.
And I talk about this at nauseum too, but I
just thought, if you know, you may need to hear
it again. Healing is in the doing. Everything is in
the doing. I even told my best friend this year,
(34:45):
is like, okay, no more vision boards, No we need
action boards, and she goes, ooh, I love that. I
love that. I'm like, yep, what are the actions that
you're going to play out in your life? What are
the things that you're going to be doing to hold
for more, to call in more? If you, I mean,
if you just want to be lazy and eat bombons
and set on the sofa, then do that right And
(35:06):
it's okay. I have those days. I think I take
one day a month to say, Mama is not doing anything,
and what I would like and what I desire most
is to lay in bed and meditate and journal and
draw right, So I do allow myself that once a month.
But really getting clear on what you want in this life,
(35:29):
you got to do the action towards those goals. So
one hour of doing will change you more than ten
hours of thinking. If you want to be disciplined, you
don't wait to feel disciplined. You commit to something like
the seventy five day hard or you become that person
through the action that you want to do. If you
(35:52):
want to find purpose, you don't sit and you think
about it. Like most people come to me. You know,
it's funny. Most people, most of my clients come to
me and they're like, Titia, I don't even know where
to start. That's why I've hired you. Oh well, good,
all right, So I just bring them back. I just
walk them back to themselves. And one of the first
(36:12):
questions I ever asked is, hey, what did you used
to do as a child, And they normally say, oh, man,
I used to go swimming, I used to ride my
bike every day. Okay, cool. When was the last time
you rode your bike? Gosh, I don't know. My bike
has had a flat tire for about three months now,
(36:34):
and then probably before that five months, six months Okay,
how how long have you been feeling, you know, kind
of lack of fulfillment or not with not with a purpose? Oh,
about five or six months? Okay, great, do you see
the correlation here? Whatever you did as a child is
your your deepest joy. Go back to that. When I
(36:55):
get on my bike and ride down the road, I laugh,
I joke. I have a little speaker zip tied to
my bike. I'm in my highest joy because I know
my purpose, and I just start there and find out
what I love. And if you don't know what you love,
just start doing something. Start drawing and you're like, okay,
(37:16):
I hate drawing, Okay, Then play an instrument. Okay, I
hate playing instruments. Okay. Then get on YouTube and find
a new class. Oh I hate class. I hate being
in school. Okay, just find out. The quickest way to
find out who we are is finding out who we
are not right? So, all right, you got to do something.
(37:37):
You got to do something to change into your identity
to the new identity. You know, make a list of
fifty things and can go try them. There's even some
amazing books out there, like A Thousand Things to Do
Before I Die? Right, And then you do those things,
and you're like, Okay, hiking isn't for me, but swimming is,
or you know whatever. Do those You have to experience
(37:59):
life because identity isn't learned, it's built. Right, So I've
built this identity. I opened up my show, my radio
show today with all the things that I do. I
do it all. Okay, there isn't a problem that you
have that I can't fix. I'm so confident. I'm very
confident in that I fix people's problems. I'm a problem fixer.
(38:22):
I went from victim of domestic violence to survivor of
domestic violence. Now I'm a soul reviver, right, I just
revived souls. This is what I do. I laugh about
myself because I have really I studied hard, you know,
I studied hard to get here because you know what,
(38:42):
I felt like, crap, my life sucked. I haven't haven't
always been you know, at the highest vibe. I haven't
always been the top of my game. Right. Social media
is fake, Right, I just show you guys where I'm at.
I'm living in my highest joy. And even a client
called me just the other day, she goes, you know what, Tish,
(39:05):
You know, I just want to apologize for having some
resentment towards you, and I'm like, oh, okay. She goes,
I just feel resentful that you're always in your highest joy.
And I'm like, do you know you can be too,
and she goes, I know, you know. And so we
had this beautiful, deep conversation of friends and a client.
(39:26):
She was a client who became a friend, and it
was so great because I know how to get here.
It takes a lot of work. But all I know
is the way that I was feeling, the stuck that
I was empathetic. That's the worst emotion. I was like, oh,
you know, I don't want to do anything. I just
want to sit on the sofa and binge watch Netflix.
(39:47):
And I hate TV. I do probably two hours of
TV a month, if that right. But I say in
my highest joy because I don't you know, I care
about the people in China. I do, but they don't
affect my life. They're not you know, I have to
insulate myself a bit because I know I'm here meant
for more. I know that God put me on the
(40:10):
planet to help people switch out and change lives through
mindset work, through hypnosis, through communication. Right, And so if
you don't think your way or you don't think your
way into a new life. That's not how it happens.
(40:30):
I thought that you did, like I could just think
this way and think myself into No, you have to
move into it. You have to act into it. You
have to become it. And the truth is you can
shift your identity ten times faster by doing it instead
of waiting. Right, So I always wanted. I saw I
was in a mastermind with a whole bunch of artists,
(40:54):
and I was like, oh my gosh, and I got
emotional because what I realized was my mother didn't allow
us to get messy. She didn't She hated mess and
she didn't allow us to play and get messy. And
I was in this mastermind with a whole bunch of artists,
and I'm like, I'm an artist too, trust me, I am.
(41:14):
And I went out and I started drawing and I
started painting, and I'm a fantastic artist. And I didn't
even know that I was. But I just wanted it
so bad to play and get messy. And I still
have a lot of growing to do on that, to
be transparent, because even my best friend said this week
(41:34):
and she goes Tisha. Even your drawing is very neat
and tidy, and I'm like, oh wow, what does that mean?
Speaker 1 (41:42):
You know?
Speaker 2 (41:43):
Can I allow myself to just throw the paint on
the canvas, spread out, get it all over my body,
get it all over my pants, get it all over everywhere?
Can I allow myself to be messy? And I'm working
through that right now. I'm working through that because I'm like, okay,
just like the earrings, yes, was it yesterday? Yeah? I
(42:03):
was like, okay, these earrings are too big? With this
next sus Okay, can I allow myself to take up
space and be too big? I'm a big sunshiny energy
and that triggers people right when I walk into the room.
My energy introduces myself way before my mouth does, and
then my mouth opens up and it's congruent and it's great.
(42:24):
So it's in that doing. You're going to shift your
identity ten times faster when you're doing it, So do that.
So okay, let's tie this up because there's a lot
of information here on the outside of the will is
the action. Then it goes down to the story. The gap,
(42:46):
the gap between who you are and who you want
to be. Are the stories that you're telling yourself. Okay,
And I've worked with thousands of clients and this is
the truth. If you want to reinvent yourself, you got
to switch out of those stories because you've anchored in
these belief systems, and you've anchored in these stories that have,
(43:09):
you know, held you to a negative timeline that you're
not able to switch out. That's why if you want
to switch out of this quickly, hypnosis is the way.
You don't have to hire me. Go find the best
hypnotherapists in your area and go today. That's what I
would tell you, right. But identity shifting. I remember when
I was like, okay, I graduated from law school. I
(43:33):
was I was doing criminal court, I was doing family law,
I was doing civil court, and it was a it
was sucking my soul. And my friend said, hey, Titsha,
when you do your legal writings, do you have you know,
a chair next to your desk? And I said, know why?
And she said, well, she goes you kind of work
like a counselor or a life coach or something like that,
(43:55):
because you're always like putting band aids on their emotions
and you're doing all the pay and helping them win
in the courtroom, and you're helping them win in the boardroom,
and you're helping them win in life. You should be
a life coach. And I thought, holy moly, and I
had hired a life coach when I was a victim
of domestic violence. I even hate saying that, but I
(44:18):
had hired a life coach, and he transformed my life.
He just, you know, gave me vision and direction and
purpose to look inward. He just guided me back to home.
And that's basically what I do for you, because I
just I just take you back home. I just point
you back inward because you've lost yourself throughout the life
his life to you. And I'm sorry if you're listening
(44:40):
to this right now, I just I want to deeply, deeply,
deeply apologize, and I want you to hear me lean
in for this. I'm so sorry you had to go
through whatever you had to go through to survive, and
I'm so so sorry, and I want you to just
(45:05):
bread that in because it's not who you are, right.
Whatever you went through is not who you are, right.
I help a lot of law enforcement officers too, and
they're like, I'm a cop. I'm like no, you're not.
That's what you do. It's not who you are. Who
are you underneath the badge? Who are you underneath the shield,
(45:30):
underneath the outfit? Who are you underneath that? And most
of the time they're a pile of mush because they
haven't done the work to heal from all the things
they had to survive. Right, So I'm sorry you had
to go through that, but I want to give you
a sense of inspiration and a sense of hope. And
(45:53):
you know what hope means, hope, hope, hold on, pain
ends hope. And I had to remember that as I
was going through this, it could be all sunshine and rainbows.
And I tell you, ninety eight percent of my life
as sunshine and rainbows. You know why, because I'm very
intentional with my life. I'm very directional with my life.
(46:16):
I do if I'm in a negative space, oh, I
just simply pivot and we leave, right. So being very
directional with your life, calling in more calling, shooting up
your rockets of desire. I remember I sat in church
for three years and prayed for peace. God, just give
me peace. I had two hundred and eighty three court
(46:36):
dates and six years they were killing me. They were
killing my soul until I figured, hey, I'm a very smart,
brilliant person. I'm just going to law school and figure
this out. And I went to law school, and boy
did I figure it out. It was sickening and disgusting,
and I transformed and changed my identity into a life coach.
(47:01):
And that's why I'm got this little radio show today
so I can help you, so I can impact more lives.
I want to shake everybody up and impact more lives
and show them that life gets to be so beautiful
if you want it, and you just have to call
it in. It's really that simple. Call it in. That's
(47:21):
what we're doing today. So here's what I want to
leave you with. You are not here to stay the
size of your life that you've been living. You're here
to expand. This show is called Beyond Mindset Limits. I
am always looking for expansion. I want to expand. But
(47:47):
expansion doesn't come from doing more, it comes from becoming more.
So ask yourself, what bull am I living in? What
bull are you living in? What story am I ready
to outgrow? Right? And who am I willing to become?
(48:07):
When I set out to be a life coach, I
was like, okay, I'm going to help people. I'm all,
what does a life coach look like? Okay, you guys,
I had to google what does a life coach look like?
And immediately, because I'm trained to look at the patterns,
everybody in the pictures had cute hair. I'm all, okay,
(48:30):
I need cute hair. Mommy needs a glow up. So
I went up and got to glow up. I cut
my hair. I cut twenty four inches off of my
hair and changed its color and war and I wanted
to be this beautiful blend between business and spiritual.
Speaker 3 (48:49):
Right.
Speaker 2 (48:49):
I had my business code on with my Mala spiritual beads,
and I wanted to be this beautiful blend of this
life coach so I can help people. And my whole
world from that moment started to shift because it was
who I was becoming and I had to step into that.
What does a life coach look like? What does a
life coach where? What does a life coach do? And
(49:11):
so I got opened up a business, got some business cards,
went out into the community and said, hey, I can
help you. Here's my business card. I'm a life coach.
I can help you with all things. I'm a clinical hypnotherapist.
I help release negative emotions at the root. Cause if
you're struggling with anger, sadness, fear, guilt, shame, not good enough,
I help you shift out of that identity into something more.
(49:34):
And if you're needing help, I would love to be
able to support you. And so that was the walk
and the talk that I was walking and talking and
then whoo, okay, now I have an office in California.
Now I have an office in Las Vegas. This is
what I do. This is my passion and I hope
that you can feel my energy coming through the airwaves
(49:55):
here today because I am so passionate about shifting your
identity into who you want to be? What do you who?
Speaker 1 (50:05):
Do what?
Speaker 2 (50:05):
And who do you want to be?
Speaker 1 (50:06):
Figure that out?
Speaker 2 (50:07):
Who do you want to be? If you want to
make millions of dollars, k let's do that. If you
want to transform millions of lives, K let's do that.
If you want to run the top AI business, let's
do that. What do you want to do? Get that
clarity so we can move forward together. And if you
can't get the clarity, I help you. I just walk
you back home. So ask yourself what bowl am I
(50:31):
living in. Once I realized I was living in uh, California,
and I had out, I'm a big fish in a
small bowl. I had to go. I had to go,
and I Vegas and vegas energy is whoop. It is
crazy good, right, But it's a Now I'm a big
fish in a medium pond out here. So woo. It
is a lot and it's great because I'm telling you
(50:53):
right now, you have to stretch yourself into that uncomfortable right.
You have to stretch yourself into that Claim everything that
you have been, claim everything that you've ever wanted in
your life, and stretch yourself into that power. Get clarity.
(51:14):
What do I want? And then everything that you do
is towards that goal. Okay, I want a successful personal brand, Great,
let's do that. I want a successful business, Great, let's
do that. You're not scrolling, You are not scrolling. You
are growing your business. How can you get more content out?
(51:34):
How can you do some action plans? How can you
do this towards your business? If that's what you really want,
I tell you, I'm sitting at the front row with
the popcorn of my life right now. I'm in the
front row with the popcorn of my life. I am
and I want you to be. I want you to
(51:56):
be because the moment you change your identity, your life
has no choice but to follow you. And the only
real question is are you ready to break the bowl?
Are you ready to break the bull? Because I want
to give you the hammer, right, I want to give
you the hammer to say, okay, no more. I'm stepping
(52:18):
into my bigness. I'm allowing my full expression to come
online because it's living in that authenticity. I think the
authenticity right now is the currency. Right. I can walk
into a room and I can tell who has a mask,
I can tell who has a mask on, and I
can tell who hasn't been authentic, and I can tell
who's playing theatrics with me? Right, So tying this all
(52:42):
up is shifting out of the identity. It's changed the identity.
First start telling the stories and then doing the action.
That's how you do it. It's not action stories, identity
the other way around. Who do you want to become?
And then everything that you do is towards that identity.
